JEGS has good customer service and are always willing to help you with any problem or question. They have a good variety of quality products and the pricing is always comparable to other competitors.I like the free shipping if $100.00 or more is purchased!they are always prompt about shipping it usually arrives very quickly.And they usually have a rebate available at time of check out of --blank--amount of money for so many dollars spent on your purchase.JEGS has always been a good shopping experience for me.
When I ordered my aluminum radiator, shroud and fan the sales per that took my order we overboard helping me. My next order was for a overflow tank. I was not told I had to order a cover separate. Then I ordered a billet cap for the tank and was sent one that did not fit the tank. I used it on one of my other cars. Like I said, the first sales person was great. Very helpful. The next two not so much.
Ordered a set of wheels and tires. The site went down multiple times when trying to process. Paid 70$ for next day shipping. Then the next day I received an email requiring verification on card (not a problem) then I’m told everything is back ordered after making sure I only ordered items that could be shipped asap.only to have the customer service rep be very rude to me on the phone. Have sense canceled my order and will never return as a customer. Thanks guys for the punctual work 👎
This would have been a 5 star experience, the part was better priced than anywhere else, it was shipped in a week and it came packed in great shape. However when I ordered it it said “in stock” but then I got an email as soon as I ordered that said “it won’t be shipped for 2 and a half months, which they understood I might need it sooner however if I contact customer service they would either refund my money or find a different but equivalent product.” I needed it sooner so I tried connecting via chat and I was #78 in line. I tried calling and got a similar number so went back to chat. It took 3 hours for me to go from 78 to next in line. After making me wait 3 hours the chat bot said how can I help you? And then disconnected because I didn’t get on and chat in less than 30 seconds. The next day they sent a message that my parts shipped. So my feedback is: don’t send me a notice that it’s going to be 2 months to ship unless that is correct because that showed your inventory tracking wasn’t accurate on the sales side, second hire more chat bots because 78th place in line is ridiculous, and then when I become the next in line and you just made me wait 3 hours don’t give me only 30 seconds to say “I’m here! I’m here!” I was patient with you waiting 3 hours the least you could do is give me realistic time to realize you are finally responding and then chat with your bot. So you have good prices, ship it fast and well packed, but your inventory tracking system sucks, and your customer service process REALLY sucks. Work on that to get to a 5. And if I never would have gotten the message about the inventory being out for months in the first place, I would never have had to deal with a customer service bot and it would have just been a 5.
They give you a fair prices on tires and free shipping thank you ✝️ I purchased the 520/14 5/8 white walls & 560/15 5/8 premium sports for my 1949 fleetline and Coker big white walls 560/15/ 4 inch white walls on my 1949 skyline & other set for my 65 impala Chevrolet was even better when Out of state residents weren’t taxed was a bigger savings… very important white walls our very well protected well packaged good job JEGS ✝️
Great customer service and fast shipping! I was looking for a truck part to repair my dads old truck on another popular site. They said it would take five months to ship and was twice as expensive as the same part I found on JEGS (and the price with more than half off the original part I looked at from the other site). I was able to chat with a service representative online who was super helpful and made sure I was ordering the correct part. They had the part in stock and shipped the same day. The part arrived within a few days and was packaged well. When I need to order truck parts in the future to get this truck running, Ill be ordering from JEGS.
I was served by Chris and he was awesome. Ive been trying to locate 2 US Mag Rambler wheels for my new Mustang and JEGS is the only place that had just 2 of them. After researching on line for 2 days and calling over 30 stores, JEGS had them. Chris was a huge help and got the wheels sent out the same day. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. 02/02/2022. After many delays and having to call the company and FedEx they finally delivered 02/16/2022. I will note they had a weather delay. I completely understand something out of anyones control. 02/11/2022 it was finally in my state. Package said on truck for delivery today (02/11/2022). Then it shows package on truck, not delivered not attempted. 02/11/2022. Then shows “delayed” all the way until 02/14/2022. The following day shows it was attempted to be delivered at 350pm on 02/15/2022 and no one was available at residence/business closed. They never attempted (again) to deliver my package that I paid $40+ extra to be shipped quickly. I was home all day and never had any contact or attempted delivery from FedEx. I had to call their hotline after talking to an automated system for 30+ mins. And they said they don’t know why my package was delayed so badly. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was told the package will be taken care of. I said I appreciate the effort after 14 days but, I would like a supervisor to contact me. They said I will get a call in the morning. Never got a call, and they delivered my package 14 days late, and the contents were damaged and out of the original packaging. I deal with FedEx frequently for business and personal use but, this is absolutely unacceptable to run a business this way. Tforce is better than FedEx at this point nowadays and they are one of the more unorganized shipping companies in the states in my opinion. Wont use FedEx again. Also I reviewed and contacted jegs performance about my order halfway through this whole shipping ordeal and was never contacted. As a customer spending 100’s of dollars for parts, I would expect better customer service. Will be sticking to summit racing after this horrible experience.
I had been looking for door window weather strips (dew wipes) for my Fiero GT for over a year. I happened to see them on JEGS website and at a great price. The weather strips arrived quickly but were damaged in shipping. I contacted the company immediately about the problem. The agent was very helpful. She ordered a new set, which arrived in two days, better packaged and undamaged. She also had the damaged strips picked up by the carrier the next day. I received a hard-to-find part, at a great price, with great service. Will keep JEGS at the top of my list for parts.
Shipping box for exhaust system was destroyed but everything was there and in great shape. FedEx guy was awesome and checked truck to make sure nothing fell out. Shipping was fast and product was perfect. As described and easy to assemble. I always use Jegs for my 1974 Pontiac
My experience with JEGS Performance Warehouse was great. I ordered from Roger B. and he was very helpful and delivered my products when they said that I would have it. My only suggestion for a complete overall satisfaction is that the tax exempt department would not take so long but it still was a pleasant experience. I will be ordering from them in the future.-Gracie
Great Product, Customer Service was very responsive and thorough! Amazingly quick turnaround time to get a replacement Dashpad for my 89 Camaro. Didnt have any instructions, wished the product came with a set of replacement bolts in case of any missing already, but overall couldnt complain one bit about the way it came out after I installed it!
I called in an order (Order number 31872902) on Thursday April 28th for approx $500 I needed for a weekend project. I ordered it overnight early AM delivery and received an email stating they had shipped. After no show I called them Friday afternoon. 20 minutes on hold, spoke with rep who initially said I ordered too late until I proved that I ordered 3 hours before the cut off. She had no answer so put on hold another 20 minutes and a second rep came on and said after investigation, they found the package still sitting in the warehouse. The credited back my overnight charge and said it would be there Monday am. After no show again on Monday, I called and was on hold another 1/2 hour. When answered the rep only apologized and said it showed it had shipped but FedEx tracking said contact shipper. Parts finally arrived Tuesday PM, long after my weekend project deadline. Not likely to shop with them again as I have had better success with other suppliers. And the wait times on hold are ridiculous. When products arrived they were correct on a positive note.
Always such a pleasure to order from JEGS. Have been since way back in the late 80s.Lisa Trago is the most helpful person Ive ever had delt with on any kind of order. She should be in charge of customer service. That kind of personal service is why I only use JEGS. Still a work in progress. But with JEGS help, the finish line is closer. Its a memorial to my late son. Was his truck. So we gonna fish it. ;-)
Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I decided to work with one of the tech specialists to help me find items for my project. What I ended up with was a smattering of wrong parts; some were even for the wrong engines. Each time I called to correct the order, a new part was wrong.Also, each time I called to order, they would send me an email after. And I would have to call them back and wait in cue again so I could tell them to process the order I had already approved.A few more items...When you call and order parts, it does not link to your online account. They will all try to tell you to confirm on the account, but you cannot.There is no garage function on the web. Each time I needed to search for a part, I had to give the year make and model. You can not save it to your account!Customer service is what they advertise. I do not see how.Choose a different service if you are looking for ANY assistance on your build. If you can find the part you want online through them, you might have better luck than me.
I had an issue with an order and the Jegs Customer Service Rep (Mackenzi) contacted me immediately to help resolve the issue. She resolved the issue, and regularly sent me updates via email to keep me informed of my order status. One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. I will for sure continue to give Jegs my business because of their products and second to none product support.
As much as you can find some great deals on Amazon, Jegs price was much lower than some vendors. Having bought parts from Jegs before, and some of it being Jegs own brand, I was reasonably sure of what quality I could expect. This vacuum pump delivers! Works perfectly, everything I needed was included in the kit, and its quieter than I expected it to be. Will likely be buying a Jegs-brand universal brake booster in the very near future, as lack of engine vacuum wasnt the only issue with my brakes!
Lost my keys to the car top carrier I bought from JEGS 6 months earlier. Discovered 3 days before I need to head out across country. Called JEGS and they were able to overnight a new set of keys and I was on my way as scheduled. Cannot remember the mans name who I spoke with but he was so helpful and made sure he was sending me what I needed.I also spoke with JEGS rep with the initial purchase of the car top carrier and supportive cross bars. They were able to match up what I needed for my specific vehicle and the equipment has worked perfectly.Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful representatives. Thank you.
Hands down the best customer service. They were very helpful with helping me get the right parts after I received damaged lifters. They even sent me better ones at nothing additional because the same set would of taken months to get from the manufacturer.FedEx even lost the return I sent and they said it happens and we’re able to help me.
My wife purchased brakes for me as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, I had already purchased brakes a few days prior. We had to return them. I have to say that customer service was amazing. They were extremely helpful and helped us with the return. I would definitely recommend ordering from Jegs and will do so again.
I ordered wheels, lugs and lug keys on a Wednesday and they all were delivered on Saturday. Stupid fast. I got a JEGS wheel and they were nice. Fit and finish was amazing. Really look good on my truck. For the price and the quantity you just cant beat JEGS. They are awesome.
Even though the person at the 1 800 number told me just go there and get my part ..and i used 25 bucks worth of gas...only to find out it was the wrong part and you didnt have what i needed. The guy did a super job getting the part to the counter in about 15 mins, trying his darndest to get it right.. give him a pat on the back and a raise for being so nice..front row, large guy with flat top..
I had been looking on their website at parts I was interested in for my truck. I later received an email stating a part I was interested in was currently on sale. So I clicked the email link, took me directly to the part I wanted so I ordered it. Once my confirmation came it was almost double the price and had 2 separate pieces with completely different part numbers to make up the one part I wanted. When I had them cancel my order they said it would take 3-5 business days to refund my money. They were unable to stop shipment on one of the parts so I had to return it, wait for them to receive it and then it will be another 3-5 business days before I get the refund. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere
The unit arrived on schedule but with the wrong set of keys. I contacted JEGS and the got the correct set of keys out that day - arrived 4 days later. I had the unit installed by my car dealership and it looks nice. It is large enough to carry all the items we need it to carry, so other than the key misshap, we are pleased with our purchase and would recommend JEGS to others.
It was nice to have item in stock! shipping was very fast which made me extremely happy! Race jacket fit perfect, thought it was fairly priced for what it is, compared to others which were lot more expensive. Its also nice to receive stickers for tool box and race trailer, the extras go a long way in my book
Fast delivery on items in their stock and they use Fedex which makes sure my package is left in a secure location. Price was very good on the items that I bought. One item is shipped from the supplier factory and that item was supposed to be available for shipping in about 2 weeks, but it now may not ship for 5 weeks. If I have questions on any product, the Jegs representative knows the products and is very helpful.
I had a warranty replacement issue with a high end battery that failed that I bought last year. The process was so simple, quick and efficient. I was almost in shock it was that easy... I had my replacement within a week or so for my car that I can now drive again and enjoy. Especially with all the negative in the world and all the problems we have JEGS is doing customer service correctly!!! I worked customer service for 15 years for a company that won JD Power awards constantly for customer service. You guys have your act together for sure!! THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME MY CAR BACK AND MAKING IT EASY LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!!!!! I WOULD 100% buy the battery again and do business with JEGS in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family!!
Shipped internationally three days faster than the competition!Awesome customer service for a $15.00 part.I was treated as if I was buying thousands of dollars worth.The part had the dimensions on the web site. The competition has no dimensions in their system.Thanks for a great experience!Scott
I ordered two engine valve covers but I received only one. I contacted Jegs and found out the item was discontinued and the single valve cover should not have been sent. I was told to keep the valve cover but was completely reimbursed for the whole price of the purchase without a fuss and very quickly. Jegs is in my book second to none in honesty and customer service.
I was looking for a rolling stool for my kitchen and most of what I found on the internet was not sturdy enough for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find JEGS had just what I wanted. The stool is extremely sturdy. It has a capacity of 350 lbs., but I would imagine it would hold far more due to its steel construction. The ordering experience was great and the item shipped right away. I received it a couple of days later and had it set up and using it in a matter of minutes. The only thing about the stool is the back rest. I would rather have a plain stool seat without the backrest, but hey, its still the best thing since sliced bread! It works perfectly for me.
I was looking for an exhaust system for my Nova. The one I wanted didnt show up on the web page anymore, so I called customer service. I dont remember they guys name who helped me, but he looked up what I wanted, put the order together and got it shipped to me. Very helpful and polite, really nice guy. Every time I have called, its been the same. Nice folks who want to help you get what you need.
Now, these guys know what theyre doing!Competent and eager to help, everyone I spoke to at Jegs was professional and informative.At this point, I must mention PAUL by name.I had many technical questions about the rear differential I am overhauling in my Mustang.Paul was extremely beneficial in helping me choose what ring and pinion gear ratio was best for me in aspect of available hp / wheel size.The rebuild kit and gears came in by the day specified.Although the gears were packaged well internally, I was worried when I first saw the box - pretty damaged and split open. They COULD tape their boxes more securely as one strip of tape across was not enough for the gorillas transporting it.Luckily for me, as I frantically searched to see if I had lost the most IMPORTANT part in the box, I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw it...My JEGS racing sticker...:DIll be back to Jegs.Its Pauls fault.:)
Placed an order on Wednesday evening. Paid extra for two day shipping. Tracking showed Friday delivery to me in Texas. On Friday afternoon, the tracking changed to recalculating shipping date. I called to cancel order. Was only refunded my 2nd day air charges. I called to inquire about my part price refund and spent one hour and twenty minutes on hold waiting for a rep!!!! Funny part? If i called back and chose speak to a parts purchase rep they answered the call in under 60 seconds!!!!! Think Ill shop elsewhere as Im still waiting on my refund.Speedway and Summit will price match and have MUCH better customer service.
They say have in stock or ships tomorrow on most items. My average delivery takes 3 weeks. I have an item was supposed to be in stock I have to wait 6 months. The kicker is they have full sets in stock but wont break a set to fulfill one. Fair enough sell me the set at a discount. Nope. Well you sold me an item and with it a reasonable delivery time. They still want full price no responsibility taken no accountability no customer service. Prices are good but unless you have a SBC your rolling the dice if and when you get your items. To me a deal is a deal make good on your deal even if you take a loss.
The roof rails only came with 3 boots to attach to my vehicle instead of 4. Waited 50 minutes on hold to request them to ship the fourth. A package with 4 boots came in two days. Roof carrier worked very well on our 500 mile trip and back. No problems at all at close to 80 mph. Would recommend to anyone.
I ordered the Pig blue adhesive tool box liner long sheet so I can cut to length in the drawer’s to keep my tools from sliding when I open & close all day long. . It works really well and is easy to cut and install. It would be perfect & time saving if I could order the exact size for the drawers and how many sheets I need but overall This is a fantastic liner and I totally recommend for your tool box or anything else like shed shelving; flooring & under sinks . Jegs website and check out process is easy to use and reasonable in price.
Things happen and when shipping is not so careful and damages your 20 gallon waste oil drain it is not the stores fault, it’s the shipping company. One quick call to Jegs and the parts damaged were sent as new replacement and I was good to go. It’s not always about how you get treated when everything goes perfectly in one transaction. It’s about what a company does when you are faced with any issues and Jegs was perfectly on point making everything right as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank You Jegs. Will definitely be doing more business in the future.
Buyer beware when placing and order with JEGS. What a horrible experience. I ordered (4) American Racing wheels order# 87423447, and when my order arrived I received (2) wheels in different sizes and (2) totally different unrelated wheels. As you can imagine I was very upset as I really needed my wheels. When dealing with customer service they had no explanation as to how this issue could have happened. They assured me that they would email me return labels by end of day of which have yet to arrive a week later.To resolve the matter they had the distributor for American Racing send me a completely new order of which I was assured would arrive in 2 days. I am now on day 3 after the arrival date with no notice as to when the wheels will arrive. It seems that they gave FedEx the incorrect address and my order has yet to arrived. FedEx needless to say has been no help as well. What a frustrating experience. They will not get me the next time.FYI- I have been on hold for the last 30 minutes with customer service at JEGS and I have yet to speak to a person.
The sales tech was courteous and knowledgeable. He was helpful with his suggestion for the right radiator mount. When I explained what I was using the radiator for since it was not purchased for the specified use, he listened with patience and didnt try to interrupt me during my explanation. Couldnt have asked for a better or more knowledgeable sales tech. I did have to hold for longer than I would have wanted to but the tech more than made up for the 10-15 minutes I was on hold.
The items listed on the web site were not ins stock and that was not noted on the web site. This happened to me three times in one day which was extremely frustrating. How hard would it be to list if you have it or not? Between your company and the other companies not listing their stock numbers I wasted 2.5 hours. I dont have time to be jerked around like that. Not only trying to find the items but then trying to cancel the order and make sure I get a refund. I did find the items I needed from a company that listed the quantity they had in stock. Unfortunately, it was Amazon. I do not want the world to be taken over by Amazon, but they currently are doing a better job than others. Yeah, I am not that happy.
Awesome customer service and technical assistance. The representative was extremely helpful. He really knew what he was talking about. The carburetor recommendation was perfect! The car has not run that well in many years. A+++ Shipping was prompt. I would highly suggest Jegs to anyone.
Jegs offers high quality tools at a great price! I ordered a mechanics tool set, which came in a nice solid metal tool box, with great tool organization. It came in as a better deal than the other brands, which offer mechanics sets in cheap plastic tool boxes. Im very happy with my purchase so far!
I am 99% pleased with my experience with my tool box purchase from Jegs. The price was awesome and shipping was super fast! I love the tool cabinet and top box, but my only complaint (and it is a minor one) is the Jegs logo on the roll cabinet is really crooked. The top box logo is fine. I suppose I can remove it (it is held on with a 2 sided sticky tape) and fix that. Otherwise for the money this is a great tool box !
I had an unusual experience with JEGS. Someone stole my credit card information and bought stuff from JEGS. I saw it quickly and called them right away. They were super helpful and made sure to stop the order and get me my money back. A great experience with the company but unfortunately have no experience with the products.
I ordered 2 5 point harnesses (via phone) guy I talked to was great, and both items shipped that day. When I received the package the was only one in the box (online said both were in it) and no packing slap was included. I had to wait on hold for nearly an hour before I got to someone. When someone finally answered the phone, she was very nice and got me another harness. Overall not a bad experience but certainly an inconvenient one.
Was looking for an all-aluminum radiator for my 1988 Toyota pickup. Finally found it at Jegs - Champion Cooling Systems #166-EC945. Radiator arrived quickly and well packed, fair price.Beautiful radiator- a bit larger tanks, fit stock mounts and hoses perfectly. Included Champion cap!A great purchase - looks like top quality materials and workmanship. Good website, ordering experience - next time I’ll check Jegs first!
I have been ordering a lot of items for my build but when a part is not as described it really sucks trying to return, I have several items that need to be returned but have been unable to do so. Along with shipping delays and not knowing if a part is coming due to back order. It was hard to cancel an order. Most parts I have received have been good. My biggest complaint is returns and canceling orders.
A little warning for those ordering on JEGS mobile website: sometimes they wont tell you if a product is out of stock because it ships directly from the manufacturer. I ordered a set of tires 3 weeks ago and have received no updates from JEGS (other than 14 emails asking them to review on Google), other than reading the product page that says the tires may be restocked by the manufacturer a month from now, but its a complete guess to when theyll actually ship. The estimated date has been moved twice. If you dont make an account it will be very difficult to cancel the order (my current position). Be careful when you order products through the mobile website if you need them in a timely manner. Hopefully the tires actually do come back into stock and not pend indefinitely, but theres no updates to even have a clue.
As far as the call-in process goes, it went very smooth. quick and easy. person i spoke to was familiar with the parts i was looking for and convinced me to keep what i have instead of incurring a much bigger expense (upgrade). however, i still have not received my parts. they were supposed to be here on Tuesday. as of Thursday, still no show. but looks to be an issue on the delivery service.
Ive ordered from JEGS many times as they have a great selection of products and the prices are reasonable. I recently ordered a set of 6T jack stands and they arrived well packaged and delivered faster than anticipated. I have never been disappointed in the products of the servicce.
Before now I had never had a reason to shop at JEGS But a few times I had browsed in the past just because I was bored Had brought around a way of thinking that they were pricey. I needed an intake for my big block And the cheapest I could find anywhere else was hovering around the $300 range for the style i wanted. JEGS however had a Jegs branded intake for 217$ . The part shipped quickly Along with the other stuff I bought to complete the installation. My boxes arrived perfectly packaged. I feel that for the price the intake I bought is very nice quality. Based off other reviews of other brands, For around 75 bucks less I feel like I got a similar product. After discovering their lower prices on various things I will be shopping later again in the future

I never do reviews but I’ve ordered from JEGS for a long time and the past 4 ordered there’s been a lot of issuesPlaced order and JEGS showed everything was available and would ship that day.Received half my order and JEGS sent an email stating other half of order was on back order but still charged for items on back order.I would recommend ordering from summit or your local speed shopsI will not be ordering from JEGS again
This was my first order through JEGS. I ordered a new radiator for my 67 Mustang. The product was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. The packaging was done so that the radiator was well protected. The ordering was easy on the website. Overall very happy with my experience and will be ordering again in the future.
Jegs has been a good company traditionally. I understand that everyone is having supply chain issues, however when I order a heater in winter and Im told it will ship next day thats what I expect. Instead I get an email 3 days later stating that it will be 1-2 months by the winter will nearly be over. Not happy.
Superb customer service and timeliness from JEGS. Had been looking for a couple of weeks for a set of new rock crawler tires for my jeep. All other available sources showed overpriced and out of stock for literally any of the brands that are worth considering; even local. JEGS had what I was looking for and the tires arrived in 4 days. As a racer and builder I am always impressed by the knowledge and support I receive when selecting parts for my drag cars. Great people at Jegs who share my passion and love for the sport...and give priority to getting me the best part for my needs...NOT the most expensive part. Support after purchase is incredible
This unit is as expected. It arrived and it fit well onto my Pacifica Mini Van. NOTE that it is a LONG storage box, so probably not practical for the smaller style SUV. The side loading is perfect for the van since you can step up into the doorway to reach everything nicely.I would have rated it higher, but you need 2 people to install the u-bolts on the driver side. A little more difficult than expected. Also, the locking mechanism holds, but O would have also liked some additional claps or padlock option to be more certain that the cover remains closed at highway speeds.
NOT impressed with customer service.I have been working on trying to get a return label for OVER a month. I have called multiple times, they say they will resend it and it has not come through. I call today (7/13/22) and spoke with MARY who proceeded to tell me that she is trying to help multiple other customers right now and would not write down my email to resend the return label.Sheryl however was very pleasant and easy to work with!
*Update* I was contacted promptly after posting this review and they did send me a set of replacement casters. We will see how these hold up. I still dont like how this situation was handled from the beginning.JEGS® Performance Parts does not allow negative reviews of their products to be posted on their website. I have twice tried to submit a review of their Heavy-Duty Swivel Shop Stool Part Number : 555-81174 with both times receiving this response: It cannot be published to the website, but.. —Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! This chair has been used less than 2 hours and the caster collapses. To top it off, zero customer service response from the negative review due to a faulty product. I would avoid.
We have had several orders in the past couple weeks. EVERY one of them has been GREAT!!! Every order came either on time of before delivery date. Every item we purchased has been exactly what it was suppose to be and fit perfect! Well be ordering more parts in the future.
Placed order for a new tire and wheel set-up, will be keeping tire, but Had to return wheel for another size no problem with them taking the wheel back, as long as you don’t mount it. And put everything back in the box. Will be ordering all four new wheels soon. Definitely will deal with Jegs again.Thanks to all the staff over there for your friendly help.
Fast shipping! Had to return the first fuel pump I received, called JEGS and they shipped me another one very quickly. The first fuel pump leaked around the gasket, even after tightening down the screws. Finally got a chance to install the new fuel pump, had no issues with the new one. Thanks JEGS!
Awesome professional help placing order, follow up has been frustrating and have spend an hour each day being on hold for last 4 working days without getting a hold of anyone, Helps says you need addition information, payment has gone through? What is my eta on long block, I have received the other parts very quickly . I was told you had all the information same day I ordered.
Great products and have spent a few hundred dollars with Jegs but they advertise free freight over $99.00 and I have always been charged what I feel is excessive freight for items over that amount. When questioned they tell me it’s for two day delivery. Last time it took 4 days and was still charged. It also seems there response is generic to everyone. Will do no more business with them as a result.
The most horrendous experience I have ever had in my life. I thought this company was a trust worthy company, it was one miserable experience. They also spam my email inbox with advertisements until i labeled them as spam mails. They sold a part to me that the manufacturer at the time did not have in stock. I waited 3 months for it. After the 3rd month, I called to inquire. They told me that it was being sent to me. And then, nothing. A couple weeks later, I called again. They told me I had canceled my order. I complained about this and then they said it was going to be overnighted. 5 days later, nothing. I called again, they said it was never sent and that they were going to send it that day. When I complained and insisted for a tracking number. The staff blurted the tracking number fast and rude back to me. I reminded her that she represented the company and her action was not the exceptional service the recording were espousing while I was waiting for her to answer my call. Today, 1-18-2022, I hope to receive the product I ordered. I hope. . . . .nope, not gonna get it until 1-19-2022. Incredibly awful. Not even worth one star.
FedEx destroyed the packaging of my order and lost some of the pieces. Jegs replaced them at no cost to me with no hassle. Plus they arrived earlier than expected. Ive had never had a problem ordering from Jegs in the past. My encounter with their customer service has shown me that if there is an issue in the future theyll do their best to amend it.
I am rating a 3 star because the shipping did come late(I bring it up because I had to pay for shipping in a certain tie frame) and it did not fit perfectly with my hood mount. It showed on the picture of the product that you should extend the jack a bit past the hood mount to fit it on perfectly but that would mean my hand and base would be sticking out the sides of my Jeep. I decided to keep the product because it is good quality and I was able to zip it up at least 3/4 of the way up so all the valuables are covered.Be minl of what kind of mount you have or will get for your jack because it might not fit since the mount will get in the way. Also, their phones never were answered for me when I tired to call in regards to my product.
Keep your expectations on par with the price of the press. It does it’s job much better than a harbor freight press, right out of the box. I know, because I had one. I am using it to press hubs & bearings, and that it did with ease. The fit & finish is second rate, but for the price & the fact that it worked well. I would recommend for the weekend warrior mechanic, and the person who does not care too much about aesthetics.
Placed a $1700 order that was shown to deliver in 5 days on Sep. 14. Then they delayed to Nov 7. Then they delay to Jan 4. Then they delayed to Mar. 7. Then JEGS cancelled my order.I called to check where my order was and they told me it was cancelled but they could place the order again. They wanted to charge me $2300 for the same order.I will never buy anything else from JEGS.
Ordered a transmission and they sent me an email that it shipped on 5-20-22 so I tried to track it yesterday and couldn’t get my tracking number to work. After being on hold for a whole hour to try and see what was going on guess where my transmission was…still on a pallet in their warehouse lol and they assured me they would get it shipped this morning 5-23-22 guess what..it’s sitting in the same spot as yesterday.Not even mad about the shipping time because I understand things happen and everything is a little slower these days but dang you ain’t gotta lie about it. It’s cool though it’ll be the last thing I order from them.
Received damaged wheels in terrible looking boxes, 1 wheel wasnt even in orignal box and was just banging around in box too big, on hold for hour and half with no answer. No response to message sent. 0 stars but made me pick at least , pic below of wheel out of original box.
No problems with ordering or any of the products. But I would like to say when you go to order something based on the shipment time that is promised before you check out. Please be more honest on the times! As I order things according to when I can get them to avoid delays on my projects. As some things need to be done in a certain order before my next steps.So in short. The shipping times have delayed a week past the promised date prior to check out.Honesty is key for your business 👊🏽
Only reason that I didnt give 5 stars is the shipping was pretty slow. I cant blame JEGS for this as its probably out of their control but I was kinda bummed about waiting. However, the price was great, they offer a great selection and Ill continue to order from them. Cant rate the carb yet because it hasnt been installed.
Placed an order a few months ago and the company kept me informed the whole time. I was unaware of the change in billing that occurred on my order and was a little unhappy to see that the purchase that I believe was previously paid for was hitting my account just prior to the parts shipping. Not a bad thing really but the three month wait for parts was a little discouraging too. Cant wait to get my truck back on the road, thanks JEGS.
They have pretty good inventory and product selection. Good shipping times. However their customer service is very poor. No way to email the customer service dept so youre stuck calling them. Then you end up waiting on hold for over half an hour 4 separate times with no one answering until you finally just give up on them. Hopefully whatever you buy from them doesnt need to be returned or exchanged.
Everything was fine EXCEPT FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. They charged $11 to ship 2 bungs… they could have just used a regular postal stamp. It really bothers me when companies use shipping/handling charges to squeeze more money out of customers. Otherwise everything else was fine.
In these days of post covid supply issues its nice to have more than one large performance supply house. So, Jegs is a nice alternative to Summit and carries a good supply of performance parts.These valves were $29 on Summit and $40 on Jegs, but I was happy to pay it for an in-stock item. Jegs shipping is a little slower, but they still got them here. So my thanks to Jegs for carrying these.
Ordered a Harwood hood from Jegs. It was supposed to be made to order and it somehow arrived in less than a week. It was damaged so I sent it back. They sent me another one which took 3 weeks to arrive. That’s no problem. This hood was damaged far worse than the first one they sent. I decided to just return the hood and this time they made me pay $150 to ship it back to get my refund. I would recommend ordering your products from any company except Jegs!!
All of the parts in my order arrived before they were supposed to. The posi unit looks to be of high-quality, will be installing it soon. I had a slight issue with the ring and pinion, customer service responded in a timely manner and did not hesitate to resolve my issue.
Ordered a part for $19.99 with $10 shipping in September 2021. The part was on back order until June 2022, which I understand JEGS has no control of, but they tried charging me more when the item shipped. Luckily I noticed my balance on my banking account had dropped $88! After checking emails, I had received a notice that the item was on its way and I was being charged $77(which didnt match up). The next morning I received another email saying I was being charged $120 for everything! All for a $30 transaction 9 months ago.After waiting on hold for 30 minutes on a Monday morning, customer service did take care of the issue. They were very prompt and courteous, but even they did not understand how this happened.Although the problem was taken care of, I still had to take time out of my workday to fix a mistake JEGS made. If I hadnt caught the mistake, I wouldve been charged WAY too much for a $20 part. JEGS needs to do some investigating on this problem, and I will be VERY hesitant to order through them again.
This was my first order and most likely my last. I wasnt impressed at all, my order took 2 days longer to get here than the emails said it would. No new emails informing me of that. I tried to call several times to check on my order and sat on hold for at least 15 to 20 minutes each time!!! Never was able to get any customer service at all!! Maybe you should do some serious training for better customer service experience, mine was nothing but BAD!
Jegs consistently comes through with decent products at good prices. Last order was fast, it got here packed very well and arrived in much better shape than the box it was in. The parts cleaner works great and the Jegs parts degreaser works fast and doesnt make the garage smell like it has a parts washer in it. Couldnt be happier.
I bought an exhaust switch. The thing works fine. It’s such a pain to maintain. I’ve had mine about 3 months, and have had to get back under my car multiple times due to this things screws falling out or being loose. This could get a 5 stars if they would’ve put in some effort for spending $200 already and adding some thread locker. Super annoyed and disappointed.Issue two. You just have to guess how long to push the switch for because there is no way of knowing if it is fully closed. If you hold it too long, you are putting some serious strain on the motor which leads to the flap coming unscrewed from the axel that the motor is attached to. Overall pretty bad design. Only thing holding the flap from going too far is more screws that I have had to tighten again because they fell out and were rattling around in the motor. DON’T BUY THIS GARBAGE.
The Diff Dana 44 cover was as advertised. Looks and fits like Original Equipment except sunken hex socket Machine screws. But that is not an issue just FYI. Plug is the same thread as original. So I was able to use the Original. Came with a gasket and fits perfect. Can’t go wrong. Solid product.
I ordered two 5 gallon Jerry Cans. Great quality and will work perfectly for what I bought them for. No safety restrictive spouts which is a big hassle when you are hot and bothered while gassing up the weed whacker or lawn mower. They are awesome. Except that they were made in China.
Obviously a good place to order from high rating and been around a long time I’ve been making wish lists on jegs.com for 13 years (since I was 14) I placed my first order finally and went horribly. Took a while to ship which I can deal with but when it got here the box was a complete mess and one of my two struts had clearly fallen out. Customer service took a bit to get through too nothing too bad all I asked for was express shipping and they wouldn’t do that for me so I probably won’t order from here again even tho I doubt this is there average customer’s experience
Bought 2 Jegs specific fittings. Order shipped timely, price of the fittings was fair, but I wish there were more alternative for shipping. Didnt have other items to add so i paid $11 per fitting and the same to add shipping. So my $22ish order cost $34. The parts could have easily went in an envelope and sent USPS. I needed the parts, Jegs had them, I ordered them full knowing what it was going to cost. Parts were just what I needed and worked great when received!
My order was easily placed and shipped within the allotted time. The problem came when my package was undeliverable by the carrier. I contacted JEGS who determined the package had been damaged by the carrier. The JEGS customer service representative immediately reconstituted the order and shipped my product the next day. My order arrived 2 days after the correction was made and this time was not damaged. I will certainly continue to do business with JEGS who values their customers and demonstrates that fact with the customer service they provide.
Went above and beyond salesman did his research to get me the correct 10 dollar part and it came in two days. Shipping could have been cheaper in an envelope 1st class but I got my part quick n most important I wasn’t wondering for two days if correct parts was coming. Knowledgeable parts guy knew importance of a small parts to a Motörhead
Extremely poor customer service. It is almost impossible to get a hold of a customer service representative. It is no wonder they have only a phone number & not an email. Because their emails would be flooded with messages, so apparently its easier to ignore a phone call. Call their number and you’ll be speaking to a robot the entire time, no matter how many times you request to speak to a customer service representative. Waited over 45 mins on hold, nothing! My package got lost with FedEx. I was told by FedEx to contact the shipper (Jegs) so they can start a lost package claim. I have consistently been trying to contact Jegs regarding this matter and have gotten to nobody. I wasted an ample amount of my time out of my day trying to get assistance with my lost package and received none. My package getting lost is not Jegs fault, however it is their responsibility to answer phone calls to provide further assistance. From now on I will be taking my business elsewhere due to Jegs poor customer service. This was my first & last order from Jegs.
Had ordered a set of 4.10 gears and a bearing kit they sell and the brand was motive gear. Installed them in my car and was definitely worth it, was less than 300ish for the ring and pinion, and the bearings. Ordered 2 day shipping and they set it out that same day, unfortunately it really took 5 days. But nothing they can control it had a delay in a town near me. Got some stickers, and the products worked great. couldnt ask for much more
For the second time in a month, my gift cards didn’t work online. Unfortunately, had to call and even the associate couldn’t enter them. Had to get supervisor. Took over an hour to get first order in last month. This order took 30min. If you want more business, perhaps make it easier to find and buy things on your website and ensure gift cards work. Going forward, if I don’t have gift cards, I’m going to summit.
Ordered some rims on 4/21/21 still have not received them. Just keep getting the same excuse of supply shortage. But yet they still offer the wheel online. You would think with all the money I have spend with them they would offer discounts on other orders until I receive my rims that I ordered over a year ago!!!!!! I guess Ill have to get stuff from Summit if my local speed shop doesnt have what I need. JEGS is getting lame!!!
I ordered fenders here instead of anywhere else because I assumed when it showed on the website that they would ship the next day that I would get them in a timely fashion. It has been a month and I still dont have them. I did get a trunk pan which was damaged on 3 sides. Still trying to get that issue resolved. I have had good luck with JEGS in the past, but am VERY frustrated with this transaction. I did contact customer service because I wanted to give them a chance to make it right before I wrote a review. Still waiting on that.......
Worst experience ever. I ordered 5 trim wheel rings and only received 1. The warehouse gentlemen made a mistake then they reordered them said I would see them in 2 days. 3 days later they still werent here so I call again and they said that they shipped them ups instead of fed ex like the first time when they only sent the first one. now they said I should have them on 7/16 before 7pm.well now its monday 7/18 and I still have no parts. I started this process on 7/5. Im very disappointed. now ups tracking system is down with no info at all with my parts.
The shipping date of the items was why I choose Jegs over the competition even though their prices were higher. Then the day before it was supposed to ship they sent an email saying it wouldn’t ship for another 1 1/2 months. When I called to cancel the order the recording that I listened to for 25 minutes said wait for a moment for great service, neither were true!!
First product I ordered came in all smashed up. Then I order a 300 dollar radiator and the shipper lost or doesnt know where the package is at the original hub. Been over a week and now have to wait for shipper to locate or say they cant find it in order to get refund. Definitely dont want them shipping me out a replacement with the same shipper. So I will be ordering my stuff with summitracing from now on. Customer service or lack of turned me off of doing any more business with them. On hold for almost 1 1/2 hours prior to someone taking my call.
My credit card was declined because the number was input wrong. I called to straighten it out, could not get a single customer service person for a week straight of calling. Made me aware that customer service is gone for Jegs. I LOVE JEGS but man this was a simple problem that could have been solved with any customer service. I canceled the order and got my parts elsewhere. Again it pains me to write this...but its time for good customer service or customers are going to have to go else where.
What was most impressive was the shipping time. My products were delivered with the quickness via FedEx. I ordered a similar item at the same time from Jeggs’ direct online competitor and surprisingly, that competitors shipping time was well over 1 week and the products were in-stock. Jeggs did a great job with order confirmation, shipping and delivery notifications. The only problem I had was with a particular product. Their bench-top mat just would not lay flat. Distorted rubber, no clue? Outside of that, I’m a happy customer.
First of all, it took 5 days to ship my part, and another 5 days to arrive. Ordered on 7/2, and it arrived on 7/13. No correspondence with them whatsoever. I called to get information on what was going on, never talked to anybody. No one answered the phone. I will NEVER order anything from them again.
I ordered a Jegs brand transmission jack. The box was insufficient for shipping the very heavy jack, got demolished and lost some of the small hardware. It wasnt worth doing a return for the missing hardware since I already had some of my own. Besides this, there were no instructions beyond safety warnings and nearly unreadable parts list.However, when I attempted to post a review about these problems to Jegs site, it was rejected. No explanation of the reason was given. A customer service contact has been unanswered for several days. Dont trust the reviews on the site.

Even when ordering parts for a build all the way in the United Kingdom they came through and eliminated any concern I could come up with and delivered the parts I needed in record time!!! I’ve been with Jegs for 20+ years and I’m still surprised often by their huge selection, lower prices, and excellent customer service. I’ll be back again and again! Thank you!
Ordered a tent from JEGS, was invoiced and informed the product shipped. Tried entering the tracking number is the FEDEX system, response was invalid number or something of the sort. Contacted JEGS chat process, was told the product didnt ship but JEGS would notify me when it did ship. Waited a couple of days, didnt hear anything, looked up the shipping number.... same results. Engaged with the JEGS chat process again, was notified the product hadnt shipped and JEGS would notify me when shipment leaves the warehouse. At this time, not very confident the product will ship and less than an enjoyable experience conducting business with JEGS.
I dont recommend ordering nothing from them.. ordered part and got email saying it was discontinued. Called and asked what they had that was compatible that they had in stock. They said they had another part in stock. Ordered it and got email that I would have tracking number within 24 hours. Next day I get email saying that it was discontinued also. Called back again and they said they never said they had in stock. I cancelled order and ordered from summit racing. Got part next day. I will never order from jegs again.
Usually JEGS has fast shipping and good quality. I ordered a roll cage kit which was shipped in two packages. The first part of the kit was delivered on time while the second part was lost in shipping. JEGS replaced the missing package but upon delivery, part of the kit (6x 1/8” steel plates) were missing.
Ordered a part. Its was damaged during shipping (most likely the shipping companys fault). Called customer service they had a new part on the way and I had it in 2 days. They even arranged pick-up of damaged part. Top notch service. Customer service representative (I cant recall her name) was very courteous and best of I could understand her speaking to me. I needed a transmission jack and turned to harbor freight. It was 200 in stock. I looked at Jegs and they had a 200 pound heavier capacity with lower profile and higher lift range. It was under $200 delivered to my door and I had it in 4 days. Jegs is my Go To from now on! Top notch!
Order process was good, delivery arrived a day ahead of schedule. The product made it without significant damage. In spite of evidence that someone along the line gave their all to try and make that happen. Only product complaint is the lack of an installation diagram with dimensions. This may have been there and got lost through one of the holes in the package. Suggest that you add an electronic version on line to allow for this in future. Will be ordering items from this family of products again.

I just bought a 73 Corvette and I ordered a new trans pan from another vendor. I waited over a week and called them. They told me it would be another 2-3 weeks. I canceled. I looked at JEGS and ordered the same trans pan for less money and received it in 2 days. OUTSTANDING!!
The quality of the product I ordered was as described, Other than that I had a terrible experience this past month! I ordered a part on sale for $600, got charged $450 and get half of the part. Then got charged $320 2 weeks later for the other half... Thankful for the great sales team, they got me a refund but what a headache!
Very fast shipping and bought Jegs products and not disappointed.Very happy with my gauges and the 3 ton aluminum floor jack is awesome.Haven’t jacked anything yet but this thing is super lite!! And looks great.Gauges are installed and work as should.Also look awesome!!
Actually had most of the products we were searching for and they were promptly shipped and received. Still waiting on other products but absolutely no one had them not even the manufacturer. Like a lot of things today, patience is a virtue. I know we will receive them as soon as they become available.
I received the auxiliary heater in a couple of days after ordering. I was replacing a stock heater in a Curtis Cab on my John Deere tractor. This new heater couldn’t be installed exactly as the old one had been because of size differences but I did manage to get it installed in a better location. This new heater puts out way more air on its low setting than the old one did on its high setting. The new heater has three louvered vents which allow me to direct the air at both the windshield and the center of the cab. The three wires from the heater unit have a plastic pig tail at the end that doesn’t match up with the switch. Both have male connectors. I solved this problem by putting female connectors on both ends of three short 6” pieces of wiring and easily hooked up the heater to the switch. I love this heater unit. I can now plow snow in a t shirt and shorts if I wanted.
I had some difficulties ordering on my first try with the phones and the online offering was a bit difficult but on my second attempt with the phones, I got a gentleman that made the order quick and painless. It arrived exactly as promised and on time. I have just used it and the equipment is amazing!
We purchased our dream car, a 1981 Corvette in absolutely like new condition ... then, the challenge of finding parts. Even in great condition any car 40 yrs old has needs ... engine parts, body trim and interior stuff. Jegs not only met the challenge but this company has truly raised the bar on customer service ... thanks Jegs.
We ordered a cam and lifter kit early May. Upon ordering each item was listed in stock. On May 11 half of the order was delivered. Upon contacting the company they informed me my cam and lifters were out of stock but they would ship shortly. I reached out to customer service today and have now been told it wont be until after August 31st. No apologies just a deal with it. I asked for a full refund and now have to wait 5 business days. The car is in pieces in my shop and I need these parts. Dont list things on your website if the orders cant be fulfilled.
Great experience. Prompt communication telling me my order status. Was told my order was back ordered for two months and then received a notice the next day it was shipped from the manufacturer. I received it a day later. I appreciate the communication. It is key during the current situation supplier shortages and availability problems
My Aluminum driveshaft arrived in two days after ordering. It arrived in very good condition, I didnt see any of the problems posted on similar items from some other companies. The biggest difference was the yoke was shorter than the stock unit. After installing it I havent had any problems.
I ordered online a Mechanic Seat with Drawers and Tool Tray for my husband for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived early. The price of the item was great and according to my husband the quality of the product is excellent and perfect for his needs with working on our vehicles and other projects he has going on in his garage. Ordered a set of 4 Alloy Wheels. Received 2. After weeks of chasing with very slow response time, the wheels were not going to be available and a return process was started. Then, the wheels became available and were shipped. They were the wrong wheels. When we contacted Jegs they said we ordered the wrong wheels and the correct wheels were in stock. We must pay the shipping to return the wrong wheels. We have yet to receive the correct wheels, 3 months later. Jegs says our mistake. Our mistake seems to have been choosing Jegs. We will order direct from the manufacturer from now on. Avoid the middleman. They don’t add anything to the process.
Received a drag slick with a void in it. Was told if I bought another one they would send me a FedEx slip to return and receive credit. Never received the slip and now so called customer service doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Guess I’ll be doing the rest of my build spending with Summit.
Missing hardware from exhaust headers. Tried calling customer service, on hold for 1:20 so far. Cant finish project without proper hardware!Update, so the web site told me I had the right part and my $499.99 headers did not fit. I also had to pay shipping to return them!Update, have been discussing my issues with a customer service representative and t he has been nothing but EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I purchased Jegs cabinet sandblaster # 555-81500 Assembly instructions were pretty vague but with a little bit of effort & a small amount of mechanical knowledge anyone could get it together. I was shorted some fasteners in the packaging, and you will probably have to seal cracks & crevices with silicone, but otherwise a decent cabinet. The light inside the cabinet did not work, but Jegs came through & sent me a new light assembly. I now have a working beadblaster!! Thank you
The customer service is good but the policy on returning is off.The original packaging needs to be saved for the life of the warranty, who saves boxes for 2-3-10 years? rRceived battery and didnt work after a week, I had to pay to have it shipped back due to a bad part, not my fault.Will start rethinking buying from JEGS.
I ordered part on Friday and I paid for 2nd day air shipping and didn’t get my package on the second day. For starters I received an email saying it shipped on that Saturday and with Monday being Memorial Day I thought Tuesday was day one and Wednesday was day two. So on day three I checked tracking from email and it said it was deleted per FedEx website, great. After calling automated number and getting real tracking info it was still 2 plus hours away and I didn’t think there was a chance it was being delivered on day three. So I called customer service and I was told they don’t ship on Saturday, then why did the email state it was shipped. No clear answer. Tried to blame it on Holliday, but still wasn’t gonna be there in two days like I purchased. They did refund my shipping price and it finally came. But this is experience number two with Jegs and their poor shipping choices and the fact the email never had the right tracking info all together. The automated guy said there was shipping delays on ground but not anything else. Don’t sell it if you can’t deliver. My customer wasn’t that upset but rather disappointed.
This is one of the best customer service departments I’ve ever dealt with and why I keep coming back. Every time I talk to them about anything whether it be fitment, Ordering, returning and just ways to make things better. My first order from JEGS appears to be lost.Two 25 minute waits on telephone before hanging up. Their email response said shipped but FedEx tracking said not yet received. A JEGS email response says 24-72 business hours for FedEx to report back. Paid in full on May17, now it’s May 24.Great first impression…..
The return process was relatively easy.. this was for a phone order and representative got all the order correct but 1 part and it was for a different vehicle entirely… parts arrived quickly and the return product was returned as well and correct part I ordered on line .. only complaint was talking to a customer service representative was impossible.. tried phone call and waited 35 minutes before giving up.. tried chat and I was # 18 in line to chat so I gave up
Ordered a part that was improperly packaged for shipment and arrived damaged. It was still useable but not case for it. I emailed the issue and they sent me a replacement at no charge and without being asked to replace it. I have only had the one order but feel they went out of there way to make things right on there own. I am pleased and plan to use in the future.
Called to get advice to buy the proper part. Purchased the part. Wrong part, not even a close fit. Called 5 times and waited each time 35+ minutes... Finally reached someone. Was asked to pay to return the part. Never signed up for marketing emails yet receive a truckload. Unsubscribed 3 times still getting them, moved to spam since... Basically not a good experience, extremely disappointing.
Ordered brake rotor and pad sets for front and rear. Received them within a week. Found out the front set was wrong. Contacted JEGS and they sent a shipping label to return them. Once they received it they shipped out the proper set. Great experience. Will use again.
I ordered a part for my racing sand rail and got it delivered within 24 hours! Then I had to order the same part for another sand rail and got it again within 24 hours! I mentioned that I was disappointed I didnt get a sticker and they sent me a bunch. They went the extra mile and I am very happy with parts and service!! Will always use JEGS for all parts!
Shopped around and settled on a 10T hydraulic press sold by Jegs. Upon receiving the press it was missing parts and hardware, it was unusable. I emailed them and waited a week for no reply. I needed the press to get my car back on the road asap so between a local hardware store and Summits extremely fast next day standard shipping, I was able to make it work.
These parts were ordered by my husband and he is writing the review. great experience with JEGS, I talked to a tech person who answered my questions. we placed the order for a JEGS electric fuel pump, JEGS 10 micron post filter and 2 AN fittings. The order was shipped the next day and arrived at my Canadian door step in 4 days. outstanding service and delivery.about the fuel pump 159076 it did supply 60 PSI for my FiTech Fuel injection system, but only after I put in the JEGS post fuel filter 150009 in. so if you need the 60 PSI use the billet fuel filter. I originally had a sinted bronze filtering element and was missing a fitting to connect the new pump to the new filter so I tried using the old filter and only got about 40 PSI but once I got a 6AN female coupling fitting and connected the 2 it all worked great. you need the JEGS 10 micron post filter to get the full benefit.
I used to use that other catalogue/Web Site for truck parts. I have a 1968C10. I ordered a part from JEGS that the other source didnt carry. The choice of parts and the turnaround time is awesome. Also, restoring on a budget is difficult but the prices of JEGS parts are better and the quality of parts is great. The JEGS Catalog is now on the top of my truck parts reference material.
My experience was not a good one. I ordered two wheels, and upon receiving them, found them to be unusable. they had a very bad vibration due to being out of round. I returned the wheels for a refund. Instead, I received another set of wheels. I did not ask for replacement, I asked for a refund. After receiving the replacements Ive been trying to return them but am having no success. I cant get anyone to return an email. No one ever answers a phone when I try to call. I made four different attempts at phone calls, waited on the phone for fifty six minutes the first call, forty eight minutes the second call, thirty six minutes the third call and seventeen minutes the last call and just gave up. If this is the way the new owners wish to do business, then Ill take my business else where. These guys are not the only game in town.
The customer service was good, when I got the rear end out of the case, it good great , install it, after the third day, starting to hear a humming noise coming from the back of my truck, had it check out and found out it was coming from the NEW rear end, that I had just purchase for you all. Call didnt get an answer, didnt have enough to sent it back, I needed my truck for work. Had a shop to fix it, they did and they laugh and said the pinion gear was to tight and they had a time try to get it out, they fix it and not sound from the rear end. Im very happy with they work. It cost me $ 1500 +. Never again. I will check locatly next time. Buyer be ware.
The only disappointment with my transaction was there was no packing slip. I had to print off my confirmation email so I had a paper copy of what I bought and for how much. I use these for my records, so they are an important document to me.The product, the price and the shipping were spot on.
How was my experience? Not so good.My order wasnt well packaged and this rested in several items presumably falling out of the damaged box. After calling JEGS and waiting for 20 minutes, the attendant was cordial and indicated that replacements would be sent out.At this point, Im still waiting for the reshipped package.
Satisfied with the parti ordered. I ordered a display screen for my car stereo and nowhere on the website that I saw did it say that I would have to take it to a dealership to have it programmed. That is where the dissatisfaction comes in. I paid over $200 for the part with shipping and now I have to pay another $130 to have a dealership plug a computer into it. Wouldve been nice to know this at the time of purchase.
While searching high and low for anyplace that had a long block for my Escalade and not finding one anywhere I called Jegs in hopes of getting a timeline on when something suitable would be available. My salesperson Patrick at extension 2305 went far above and beyond. He and I threw some ideas back and forth relative to DOD and VVT delete and I decided that Chevrolet Performance part number 19432422 was exactly what I wanted. Jegs site showed zero inventory but he took it a step further and checked supplier inventory and discovered there was ONE in stock. Patrick stayed patiently on the line with me while I ran a quick Google search of that part number to be sure there wasn’t another available at a lower price. A vendor in Kansas City had one but Jegs price was unbeatable.I placed my order at approximately 10a. The engine was located in Ohio. Not only do Jegs staff provide the greatest customer service but Jegs has clearly done their homework and utilizes the best shippers in the business. Just before 5p on that same day I received a call from R+L Carriers here in St. Louis to schedule a delivery for the following day. I paid a very modest shipping price to have an engine shipped and received overnight service. Way to go Jegs, Patrick, and R+L Carriers, you all knocked this one out of the park.

2022-06-20Fairly easy to install. My radiator was a recall upgrade that Ford had installed. The radiator had a lip that was an extremely tight fit for the shroud to fit inside. It does fit, but took extreme measures to make it happen. I slide the unit inside the vertical lip of the backside of the radiator and made sure the bottom was inside of the lip first. I then wedged the bottom of shroud with wood blocks. With the bottom snug against the radiator I then proceeded to tuck the top rubber under the upper inside lip of the radiator with silicone spray and using a thin paint stir stick. Once the rubber was underneath the upper lip of the radiator the struggle begins. I did finally get the top of fan shroud to meet up with the radiator, but it took a lot of time, labor and patience. Fan is awesome! JEGS YouTube video helped a ton. Wires to battery could have been a little longer, but they reach.

2022-05-30The Engine stand was shipped in record time. It’s a very nice unit, some scratches on one or two of the cross bars but I really like the yellow color, it really stands out in my garage. One of the screw quantities was off by one, directions said shipped with 5, only had 4. (3A) But after assembling it, it only needed 4. I guess it was an error in the directions.Unit is very well built and strong. Wheels are great and should last for a lifetime. Going to attach a 350 lb Porsche 2.0 914 engine to it today or tomorrow.Nice engine stand. Well worth it. JEGS rocks, I may purchase another one because I have several engines I’m working on all at once.I’ve purchased several items from JEGS over the the years , and they are always top shelf. Their products are great. Keep it up!TurnerUpdate: been using the stand for weeks, it’s great. Can rotate the engine. Turn it upside down and sideways. Could not rebuild them without it. Thinking about getting another one because I’m working on two engines at once.

2022-01-17Purchased NEW underpullies that look USED and damaged upon opening the box. Mechanic said all had similar issues and looked like complete JUNK. THEN, JEGS CENSORED MY REVIEW 2X FOR MY HONESTY. REALLY...WOW!! Save yourself the headache plus your hard earned money and jump on ebay or another reputable dealer instead. Thank Me Later!!Appreciate the response. I did reach out to you via review on your personal site. While I do understand you not allowing me to mention competitors on your site; BUT deleting my 2nd review which just stated the poor condition I received my so-called NEW underpullies was even more shocking. *Being that my Cobra is currently in the shop, I could not wait on an exchange or return and re-buy without costing me even more*. You should let people who purchase your products review them fairly and accordingly!!!

2022-03-23Up on calling to buy tires they told me I would receive them in 3-5 business days before I even got off the phone they had charged my card. The very next day they send me an email telling me that the manufacture will send them the tires the end of April about a month and a half from the day I placed the order they didn’t even bother to check if it was in stock or call me personally to let me know but it doesn’t end here when I call back to cancel the order it took 37 minutes of holding before talking to someone while listening to the prompt saying “great customer service is just moments away” 37minutes holding repeatedly listening to this someone comes and tells me that my money will be refunded within 5-10 business days and it took them 5-10 seconds to charge my card without checking if they had the tiresI called simple tires and they are the best in the business called are answers in seconds and service is great I do not recommend JEGS save yourself the aggravation

2021-10-07My order went very smoothly. I am happy with my purchase and assembling the engine stand was quick and easy (although the instructions are not great). I will be mounting an Oldsmobile 455 on it in the next day or two and I expect the stand to work very well as it seems to be very solidly made.Update: I just mounted the 455 on the stand and I am really liking it. The stand is holding very solidly and it holds the engine nice and high which will make working on it much easier, especially being tall.

2022-05-04Ordered a 700r4 and a lock up kit and torque converter. Was told the transmission was going to take 3 weeks and wont charge my card till it ships. Charged the kit and TC which showed up a couple days later. Still waiting on 700r4 but havent been charged yet. Come back and let ysll know how that goes.
