If i could give them no stars i would. While away for a work meeting my sister amd her autistic 2 year old nephew came to watch my animals while out of the country. I put in 2 EMERGENCY maintenance requests and have yet to hear anything back from them. Meanwhile my animals and my autistic baby nephew were stuck in the house for 2 days in a house witha temperature of above 85 degrees because they had no way to go home.I had to get my mother come get my dog, nephew, and sister nearly 3 hours away because the apartment is STILL unihabitable.

The only pro I have is that it’s in a great location. Otherwise, management is insufferable & unprofessional. I left because a rent increase was coming… but there were no apartment upgrades, parking was getting exponentially worse and management switched (and they’re awful)

Pros: Great location, close to almost everything! Multiple Pools, spacious apartments as well.Cons: Parking is awful. The community does not have enough spots for all of their tenants and then tells us after we sign the lease that there are waiting lists. The cheapest parking option is the longest waiting list and we have been waiting for a month now. Street parking is available but it is few and far between. City has a field day with giving out tickets as well. The leasing office made no effort to make things right when we were promised parking when signing the lease and just basically have said oh well youre out of luck. Ask about this before you sign your lease!

Avoid like the plague. people in the front office and management lie to make it seem like they are doing you a favor. they are rude, dishonest, and unhelpful. lived here for almost 5 months and would never go back.

I am sad to leave Jeffrey Park (The Legacy 2018 - 2020 & The Foundry 2015 - 2018). Unfortunately, I had to vacate my apartment because of a second contract with the Army. This review is 100% honest and from me. I have been living in Italian Village since 2015 from the Foundry and the Legacy. I have enjoyed both the Foundry and the Legacy. The leasing staff (I will miss the staff) is exceptionally top-notch as well as maintenance. I know I should be back end of summer, and I will be moving right back to Jeffrey Park. I highly recommend living here quiet, best location, walking distance to Short North, very safe. BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK IN THIS UPSCALE COMMUNITY!

I generally have liked living at Foundry. Polite neighbors, lots of friendly dogs AND almost everyone cleans up after! A lot of the reviews Ive seen are silly as none of it is any different from other apartment living. However, the apartments are still nice and put together, well-equipped, and the pool is nice (but is the COLDEST pool Ive ever seen. Quit being cheap and give the us some heat!).My two complaints are really about the prices for renewing versus new residents. My first year they refused to honor the new resident price again and so as a loyal resident I ended up paying more than anyone new coming into the building. To me that seems crazy that theyd rather go through the trouble, unknowns, and expenses of finding a new tenant and theres little loyalty to those who have been good tenants. I really wish they could improve that.Secondly, while our amenities are nice, some of the landscaping for the grass has gotten quite bad due to the dogs and bad drainage and I really wish they could fix that and plant some more grass or fix it. Also, the next door property has a way better community room with gas grills and a full kitchen and outdoor area that original articles said WE would have access to, but we were never told that we do or given access.Otherwise, this is one of the better options to be in the Short North area. The staff are always very nice and pleasant and you could do far worse. I just wish it was more affordable (like everyone!)

One of the best place to live. I lived at that this community for a couple of years (330 Auden, 3A) and I live at the new community called The Legacy (800 Waldron Street). The previous post are not accurate. This place is not a scam. It’s a very great community to live at and extremely safe to walk to High Street. Youll love living here!

I’m a current resident and I am looking at options to move out. I had a house which I sold and wanted a nice place to live closer to work. The first year it was nice. Pool was quiet after hours as were the tenants. Fast forward to this year and it’s a total nightmare. For paying nearly $1500 to rent a 1 bedroom, the complex has turned into a complete frat house mentality with neighbors being completely inconsiderate of noise levels, and they lack the ability to act like a young professional. Management doesn’t do anything to help the situation. What’s the point of having people agree to certain rules on a lease, only to not follow them and have zero repercussions? The courtesy officer they have on staff is a joke and hasn’t done jack since summer time to ensure things stayed quiet. They had to close the pool 2 hours early this summer because apparently it’s hard for these yuppies to follow directions. They’ve offered to “move me to another unit” which is a joke to inconvenience someone who is following their rules. They are not holding up their end of the lease agreement at all.The first year I lived here it was nice. Now all the trust fund babies got let in and it’s totally different. Maintenance is responsible, I’ll give them that much. Things have always been fixed within 24 hours. For someone who is dealing with a health issue, it’s not the place I need to be to heal properly, which is sad because I really did like this apartment. I’d go somewhere else if you’re looking to move to the area.

This place is a scam. We loved our apartment and our neighbors but every other aspect of living here was a nightmare. We paid almost $1500/month for a 1br which doesn’t include parking, gym, utilities, or ANYTHING. the parking situation gets really bad especially with the construction blocking off streets at a time. The gym next door is nice but is expensive and only offers a small discount for residents. The pool NEVER gets sun as it is between two buildings. On top of all of this, when we moved out we only gave verbal notice and not written notice so our entire deposit was held and we were charged rent until a new tenet moved in. They had many chances to be an honest company and notify us of the written notice rule, like when we came in to give verbal notice, and despite us fulfilling our entire 2 year-long leases, we were scammed in the end. And the way they handle their business is very rude and unnecessary. My lawyer had never even heard of the rules and scams they used. If you want to pay $1500 a month + $200 for parking + gym membership + utilities (which they charge a community utility fee on top of it) then this might be a great place for you.

Nice apartments. Rent is a little high, but luxury apartments in gentrified neighborhoods seems to be the growing trend.
