Jeff Wyler is a horrible place to buy a vehicle. After the sale they won’t stand behind the cars. There service department horrible!!! I would never buy a car or truck again. The are less then honest, they put after market parts aka DVD players and accessories etc in there vehicles before they sell them. They don’t tell you that. Then there is problems, they will not tell you what the problem is, they just tell you they can’t find the problem. Take it to another dealer, guess what they find it right away. We also have a problem with the paint on the hood. Guess what ; they won’t fix it even if it’s under warranty. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
This dealer is terrible. My truck there for a month and a half. Parts were “out of stock” or sent the wrong part. When it finally came back it had mud on the tires and running boards which wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Truck also returned filthy with bird droppings on which is great for the paint. During my month long stay they told me they don’t do loaners but my shuttle driver was late “because the car he was going to take was given out as a loaner”. Not only do they not care about your vehicle but they are liars too.
If you need service on your car, go anywhere but here. They tried to charge me $1100 and half of the stuff they said needed replaced was brand new. I also had my air conditioning “fixed” by them twice and it still didn’t work. Avoid this place at all cost. They only care about lining their pockets and not their customers at all.
Dealership was amazing, These guys saved my business to say the least. If it weren’t for Jeff Wyler my plow truck would have been down over this most recent snow storm.Service was outstanding, truck runs great, job was done on the spot no appointment, no problems plowing, what more could I ask for.
On January 7th I went in for my oil change, I was notified by service of the price. I was surprised because when the vehicle was leased I was told “You won’t have to pay for a oil change during your lease”. Chad in service (who is amazing) checked and said he could only see my Wyler Care (which I had used at this point) and suggested I go have my agreement pulled as “Jeep Wave” may be on it. A salesman Kevin Adams (who is phenomenal) walked in the office w/me to check the agreement…Upon stepping foot in the office Kevin asked Joe Fox to pull the agreement and you could sense the attitude coming off Joe. He was immediately bothered; John another sales employee was standing there maybe their conversation was more important than what I as a customer needed, but he could have asked us to wait if it was. The short story is this man proceeded to be rude, disrespectful, aggressive, narcissistic and arrogant; when all I wanted was understanding of the services I purchased when I leased the vehicle. Even had the nerve to tell me “oil changes aren’t free get out of my office”… (I never said they were free I paid for Wyler Care so my oil changes had been paid for up front). After explaining to him there may have been a miscommunication w/the salesperson I got the vehicle from he responded “it’s on your end you weren’t promised anything”. Needless to say he went on his rant for at least 5 minutes being a complete TOOL (I literally did a Hail Mary to center myself). When enough was enough and seeing that communicating w/him wasn’t possible Kevin and I exited the office. Joe continued to scream “Bye, leave don’t come back” as we walked away. At this point I lost it went back in the office and treated him the same way he attempted to treat me.Kevin was very apologetic and seemed embarrassed for Joe’s words and actions; and I truly appreciate Kevin for that. Upon returning to the service department I was given the run down about Joe. Was informed that this isn’t his 1st time being extremely rude, aggressive, arrogant and disrespectful to a woman (yet he’s still employed w/this company). I sent a email to Jason Rosebrough about Joe’s disgusting behavior and haven’t received any acknowledgment, which is what brings me here. This dealership has a few great employees from service to sales, but when things like this happen w/someone in “management” everyone else’s quality diminishes. This dealership is a joke to allow Joe Fox to represent them! Any company that allows a man to try an aggressively intimidate, disrespect and belittle multiple women is no company I want to do business with.
Cody Johnston was a huge help purchasing my wife’s F8 green Dodge Durango. This color was my wife’s dream car color for the Durango and we had been looking for it for awhile. We had to get the suv from another Jeff Wyler location out of state. Cody made the process easy and enjoyable. We were very happy with the customer service and will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Cody!
Our experience with Donnell (Don) McKenzie was wonderful in every aspect. This was our first experience with Don, and the Jeff Wyler dealership. Don was personable and friendly as well as knowledgeable, and got answers to any questions we had if he didn’t know them. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly, and it’s salespeople like Don that bring people back and make them life-long customers. We appreciated his time and patience while working with us.
Purchased a 2021 Wrangler Unlimited. Staff are friendly, outgoing, and extremely personable. It definitely did not feel like a normal stale dealership. Final negotiations of sale was fair. Kevin A. was a great salesperson and I would highly recommend asking for him. Rachel C. recently transitioned from Sales to Finance and did a great job with all the paperwork and reviewing my options to protect my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.
If you’re looking for a new car, look no further than Jeff Wyler. They have an amazing selection of new vehicles, and typically have some special models that other dealers just don’t get. I was very impressed with my salesman too, Mark Jr. He was very polite, informative, not pushy and a real pleasure to work with. He provided follow-up to check in but wasn’t overwhelming. He is very passionate about his job and the vehicles, which made the whole process much more enjoyable. I will definitely go back to Jeff Wyler and recommend them to anyone in the market!
Great ! Best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman Christian Williams was amazing. He made the purchase a breeze and had the best attitude. Loved the entire car lot was very organized and clean. Was a wonderful experience from the sales department to the finance department.
Ask for Kevin Caldwell, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and he knows his stuff. Have bought 3 cars from this dealership and this was the smoothest one yet.
My entire experience here was great! Especially, Rachel Rs calm, friendly, and informative demeanor. I was nervous about dealership fees. Rachel walked me through all the extra expenses involved. She made it easy to understand and everything was reasonable. I have had a terrible time trying to purchase used vehicles in FL where I used to live (crazy fees). Thank goodness for Ohio!
Jeff Wyler is a great dealership everyone is super helpful and super nice. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark Jr, he is a one of a kind sales men that is super helpful and great at what he does. If anyone needs a sales men who is on top of his job and very friendly I highly recommend Mark Jr to everyone!
WOW.. talk about gouging .. stopped at your dealership today. Saw the color of a wrangler that I really wanted to see in person. Imagine my surprise that the sticker price of 55,000.00 wasn’t enough. The first thing out of your salesperson .. well let me tell you we won’t charge you the xtra 10,000 other dealers are. We will only charge 5. Five thousand above the sticker! No thanks! I can wait.
Rachel Riggs did an amazing job helping my sister find the car of her dreams. What separates Rachel from anyone else was the fact that she listened to my sisters needs. She never pressured her into a car she didnt want. She truly exemplifies a good customer experience. In addition, she got her a good deal. Ill be sure to go back to Jeff Wyler because of her and share my experience with friends and family. ☺️
Buyer beware. This location of Jeff wyler dealerships participates in shady and deceptive pricing on their website as an attempt to lure perspective buyers to their site. They list vehicles at a final price only to disclose later that the actual cost of the vehicle is much much more than whats listed as the final price. As a long-term customer of Jeff wylers I will purchase a vehicle from anywhere but Jeff wyler. Buyer beware
The experience has been awful from buying a brand new vehicle to servicing. Bought a brand new Jeep it stalled on me the second time now first time i went in to get it checked they reset the computer told me drop it off without providing a loaner now the jeep stalled sitting on a highway and road side assist cannot get it towed for past 24 hours. Trying to get a hold of someone at jeff wyler but all im getting is voice mail. Shady service shady cars
If you come here ask for Mark Jr! Not only could the lad probably sell wine to Jesus but he is so incredibly personable. I have never had such an easy and enjoyable car buying experience. Not only will I now only come to this dealership specifically for Mark jr. but I will recommend him to everyone that is ever looking for a new car.I wish my son had his head on his shoulders like that young man. Maybe in my next life Mark jr. will be my son or I will have the pleasure of being his son! So much wisdom and interpersonal skills should take you decades to develop. Please go to Mark jr. for all your car buying needs.Sincerely,An extremely happy customer!
I called Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall and spoke with Mike Smith. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted - 2021 Ram Promaster City SLT. We made the deal in about 5 minutes. This is what business owners want! Fast, efficient with Top notch customer service! No BS like other dealerships! Plus I’m getting the vehicle delivered and doc fees are the cheapest around! Well worth going out of state to purchase this vehicle. This is why they sell vehicles all over the country! Mike Smith will be the first person I call when I’m in the market for a new vehicle!
I brought my daughter (18 years old) a week ago this past Monday and was greeted by Kyle. I explained that my daughter was looking to buy her first car and after talking with her and what she was looking for, he recommended a few different Jeeps. Of the two she liked, he spent extra time with the finance department and although he could have sold her one that wasn’t as nice for more money, he recommended the lesser expensive vehicle to fit within (even under) her budget. His professionalism and treatment to my daughter was quite impressive. He spoke to her as an adult and asked for my approval. I appreciate that he did not try sell my daughter and had her best interests in mind. When the time comes that I am looking for a new vehicle, I know I will go back to speak with only Kyle.
Absolutely a joke, especially their technician Chad. Last week my wife brought her Jeep into there to be looked at because randomly a warning light came on. She was told it needed a software update. Jeep ran fine for a day, then light came back on. She called there but had to leave a message but got no return call. Thenthe next day as we are still waiting for a return call. Her Jeep all of a sudden lost all electric power. Called Jeep and did get the technician, but this time was told I dont know the problem unless I can see the Jeep, you need to have it towed here. Of course WE would and this has to be our fault, even said nothing he did. I called, and had to leave a message. (Its day 3 and no call back). But in the mean time because we have 2 young children and need 2 vehicles. I did a reset of the ECM (Literally the easiest thing). It is sad, cause that cleared the original problem and restored all power and Jeep runs like new. Kinda sad that the problem was that easy to fix. But the customer service is the saddest park
I contacted Ethan at the Jeep Chrysler building with a question I had about my Jeep. He walked me through a few things over the phone and even scheduled my next oil change and tire rotation without hesitation. Great customer service! I always recommend Jeff Wyler (and specifically Ethan!) I’m a very happy customer!
I was in an accident back in December, and was looking around for a Focus St. I saw Wyler in Springfield had one so I got with Ethan Fisher at the Canal location about it. Worked out numbers one day, and then the next day Ethan personally took me out to Springfield to check out the car and bring it back to Canal to sign the final paperwork. Overall Ethan helped make my first car buying experience great. I would highly recommend anyone to see him if they are in need of a car.
Jeff Wyler Cjdr is an amazing dealership and have one of the most amazing sales men around! Mark Jr is super kind and makes sure every customer comes out with the best car possible! He makes everyone feel super special and the entire experience of buying a car worth it! I highly recommend if you are looking for your next car give Mark Jr a call!!!
I took my car here to get my radio and seatbelt looked at. After they looked it over, I was quoted a price that I couldnt afford then, so I just took my car back without doing any of the repairs. I later called the dealership that I purchased my car from and discovered that I still had a warranty for the parts that I needed, so I called the service department and spoke with John to see about getting my car in after he verified my warranty. A week passed and I hadnt heard from him, so I called John and he said that he would call me back. This went on for almost two months. I would call every week or two and he would promise to call me and that he was working on it. He never called me back with updates or anything. Frustrated, I called crown dodge in Dublin and worked with Tyler. He had my car looked at, called and verified my warranty, ordered the parts I needed and had it installed less than a week from when I first contacted him. Crown will be getting my business from now on. Im still waiting on a call from John at Jeff wyler.
Just got 2 trucks and this by far the best experience weve ever had with an automobile deal! Christian Williams was absolutely amazing, super accommodating, and went above and beyond for us! We could not have asked for a better sales person! Your the best, Christian!! Thank you for everything! :)
Mark Jr. was so helpful with my car buying experience. And since buying my car- It’s a huge relief that he just a call or text away. He has always answered quickly and answered any questions I’ve had. Such a great man to have on tour staff! I recommend him to anyone buying a car!
Christian Williams is the best salesman we have ever had!! Our day started out terrible when working with a different dealership but Christian soon turned it around! Even though we couldn’t get approved for the original car we wanted he got us into another car that we have quickly fell in love with!! We HIGHLY recommend going to Jeff Wyler CDJR and asking for Christian! He will do all he can to make your experience pleasant and painless :)
My after sales experience was poor given the previous 2 star rating. Now that my trucks check engine light has been on for close to a month with no repair has forced me to change it to one star. My 55,000.00 dollar vehicle only has 2500 miles on it. Contact via email to the dealership manager got me a quick response from the service manager but nothing from her. All Im looking for is to it be fixed. Nothing more.Update.My truck was fixed a week ago today. The check engine light has not come back on. I was given a nice loaner car for the day while it was being repaired. That being said the work done was not what I was told it was needing. Also, I inquired about upgrades I were interested in and the service manager said he would look into it and call me. No call.
Well worth the trip to Columbus! Jake Vaughan was so patient and helpful. Willing to help, very kind and friendly. No pressure tactics. Willing to do what they can to work with you. Excellent experience! Would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or new to you car!
I went to this dealership yesterday to turn in my lease. It’s 3 hours away from me (I went there out of necessity) but I felt comforted by the high star rating on google. Let me start by saying the girl that helped me was very nice. I won’t say her name because I believe she was very sincere but just inexperienced. I haven’t had a lease before so this was my first time turning one in and I wasn’t quite sure how it all worked.Anyway, while we were looking at cars she pointed out that she could get me into a Cherokee and it be in my price range. Test drove it and then sat down to do the paperwork. She said ok let’s see where we are at for this car. I never actually found out how much it would be to both lease and/or finance that car. I did request both numbers. Instead of telling me, the finance guy told her to tell me it would be cheaper to get into a “limited” which has more features. Fine. Let’s do that. How much? Still no prices. Instead it felt like 5 different Jeeps were pulled around for me to look at. A Jeep is a Jeep. I don’t need to see each one just tell me what’s different. Then she comes back with a number which is no where near what she promised. Then said if you want to come back or think about it... Frustrated, I finally said “Listen, I live 3 hours away and I need to get this done. Right now I want to give you my lease and leave and I would if I could get back home without a car. Finally the finance guy comes out and tells me my options. And says yeah we don’t do anything in that price range anymore it doesn’t exist. I KNOW THAT IS UNTRUE!! Ended up buying out my lease. Again was promised a price range that wasn’t delivered. I believe they are nice ppl but the way how they operate is shady. You ask a question and it is never answered. Instead, more cars are brought around for you to look at. It’s very confusing and annoying. When I got my lease initially (at a different Jeep dealership) everything I asked was answered. It was very straightforward and I felt comfortable. At this dealership I felt lied too and manipulated. Overall I’m left feeling unsettled and for that I can’t recommend this dealership.
This makes the second purchase for us from Jeff WylersWe had great experiences both times. We just went 3 days ago and purchased a 2021 Jeep Compass. They have really came along way and look like a mini Jeep Grand :)We meet Madison and knew from the start we was in good hands. She got our humor and was alot of fun to be around. We went to test driver a new chevy trailblazer but we just did not like it.But Madison realized that maybe us looking at the Jeeps might be a good option we honestly we did not realize they was so many Jeeps... lolNo matter how many times we changed our minds or did not like a color ofone of the Jeeps Madison was upbeat and cheerful... made us laugh... and in the end she wanted us too love the new SUV we got :)Which we do.....Thank you Madison we both appreciate you :) ... and Jim in Finance was great.. he was easy to talk too and he was very helpful and informed and actually took the time to talk to you - Rachel who did our paper signing you was alot of fun - we all laughed and talked and signing the papers went fast -Like I said this is our second purchase from Jeff Wylers and we will always come back :)
I was looking for a hard to find ram 5500 in a laramie package and Wyler was the closest dealer to me (Seattle) that fit my needs. I started working with Neil Brown and he immediately got me a trade that matched what I was offered locally and a price on the truck that was competitive with everyone in the country. Working with Neil was a breeze. He was quick to respond, with no pressure and an awesome attitude. I will definitely keep Wyler in mind for future purchases.
Was at Jeff Wyler a few weeks ago. We had The pleasure in meeting Mark Bowman Jr. very polite young man . He was very helpful in our search for a new SUV . I’m very pleased with our experience at Jeff Wyler. We still have not found the perfect SUV for our family yet we was really hoping and waiting for the right one to come through this dealership so we could make our future purchase with Mark . Hopefully soon we will find exactly what we are looking for .
From the minute I contacted Jeff Wyler, it was a completely different feel than some of the other dealerships. I would recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone that is looking to purchase a car. I do not think many dealerships would have went to the lengths that they did to ensure that I got the vehicle that I wanted. I worked with Gina who contacted multiple locations and spent days searching for the Jeep that I wanted. She really went above and beyond to find me the exact vehicle that I wanted. She always kept me updated on the search and made sure that I was 110% taken care of. Gina was great to work with and has reached out a couple times since I purchased my car.
Ken Logan is very professional. I called and spoke to him. I’ve from out of state and he was very interested in meeting my needs and wants for a car. Unfortunately, haven’t had a chance to come look at anything yet but I would definitely buy a car from Ken! Ken was very upfront and honest about what vehicle would work best for me. He has continuously called to follow up with me and eased any concerns I have about car buying.
PLEASE PLAN TO GO TO OTHER DEALER NOT THIS ONE!!! Terrible service, worst experience in my life until now with any auto dealer, the online listing shows different pricing and they’re gonna rob you by putting their own increased price even before you know and make you sign your documents…please think many time and be cautious………every employee including the manager there have a tremendous bad attitude to help and serve you as a Costomer…so sad and soooo SICK
I came to Jeff Wyler auto and had a great experience dealing with mark bowman. He was super helpful with explaining to me how getting financed and approved for a truck I’m looking for. I look forward to coming back and driving my new truck off the lot. Thanks for the great service.

I bought a new Jeep Cherokee at Jeff Wyler, Canal Winchester. I love the Cherokee and salesman Neil Brown made it a pleasant experience. There was no sales pressure and Neil and the sales manager patiently worked with me until I was satisfied with the price. My son and daughter went the next day and brought home a new grand Cherokee. Thanks Neil
Purchased my new truck here last week. Great staff, friendly and helpful. I have bought several vehicles over the years and this one went very well. Tim was great about finding what I was looking for and not just trying to push me into anything just to get a sale. Overall 98% positive experience.
This dealership consistently overpromises and under delivers. I purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler on 6/26 as well as custom leather to be installed at a later date. Jason Rosebrough, New Car Director, indicated that the leather would take approximately 10 days to get in. Well after the 10 days and no communication from the dealership we followed up with Marvin Carrel, Jr, sales person. Marvin promised he would find out what the hold up was and get back to us that day. The day comes and goes and no communication. We followed up on 7/16. Marvin apologized for not getting back to us that day and indicated the leather had been back ordered and he had a tracking number with expected delivery on 7/28. He also asked whether we wanted to drop the Jeep off for a couple of days (leather would be installed in between other service tickets) or if we preferred scheduling for 8/5 and it would be installed that day. We choose 8/5 and confirmed on 8/4 that the service was scheduled. We dropped our Jeep off after hours on 8/4, as instructed by Marvin, and waited for a call on 8/5 to pick up the vehicle. At approximately 2PM on 8/5 we called to inquire and ask for an update to only find out that Marvin was on vacation, and John from service wasnt aware of why our vehicle was there. Long story short the Jeep sat there the entire day of 8/5 without being touched. After a few back and forth phone calls and conversations with John he said he would have JP, a Manager (I didnt catch his title), call us. A few hours go by and closing time is nearing so we call the dealership and ask for JP. Left a voicemail and also left a message for him with Tammy the receptionist. (We still as of 6:45PM on 8/7 have yet to receive a call back from JP. ) Because we worked with Jason on our purchase (he was standing in for Marvin that day) I sent a detailed email of all of the above on the evening of 8/5. After no communication from Jason, we went to the dealership on 8/6 around lunch time to find someone to talk to. Jason promised he would personally take care of everything and would follow up with us the morning of 8/7. No surprise, but Jason hasnt reached out today. We did get a text from John at 2:32PM today saying the vehicle was in for service and the leather was done. (The vehicle has a couple of service items to look at as well as the leather install.) When John was asked if the vehicle would be done by the end of the day he said hed try his best. It is now 6:50PM on 8/7 (a Friday -Jeeps been there since Tuesday night) and we still have no Jeep and no indication of when it will be ready. Every person we have talked to has overpromised and underdelivered (even simple communication/phone calls). A lot of this could have been avoided had there been open and honest communication about what expectations should be. Because of all of the above, I cannot recommend this dealership until they change their practices and have better customer service.
Bait and switch...Ive been looking at local dealers websites because Im in the market for a new truck. I found a truck I really liked and a price I liked too. I put on their website contact me later that day I got a message from Neil. I told him I like the truck and the price advertised online. I sent him a screen shot of their website with the price. He said he couldnt honor that price because it was a 3rd party website. Weird because when I click call on the website and it gets me to them. I called and talked to a manager and he told me they cannot sell for that price advertised because the 3rd party website is inaccurate. REVISED ON 3/24/2021i contacted the dealership like they asked me to. I spoke to a manager at the dealership and he said he apologized for the miss print of the double discount. He then said he would sell me a truck they had on the lot for a discount which Im guessing is the price would give anyone. I then mentioned about another truck they had on their website which was discount like 6k. He said that was for employees pricing. And couldnt sell it for that unless I worked for a supplier and had a special number. Update. I went into dealer 4-21-21 they wont sell you the vehicle for advertised price my brother works for a supplier so I can get the Wyler discount. But they wont give it to you. Not only do they lie about the price they charge you an additional 900 for a brake light.
You guys I can’t say enough praise about this place. So my husband and I started looking for a truck about a couple months ago just to get a feel of what we like and we stopped in here about a month ago and although they didn’t have anything we liked we really appreciated their customer service. So since my husband and I are now serious about buying a truck we decided to stop by and this was our first stop for the day. So an older gentleman by the name of Greg helped us out he was so nice and kind and very helpful. He did not pressure us, he lead us to the type of vehicle that we are interested in and if we changed our minds he went with the punches. So we finally found a truck we were willing to make a payment on, I hate debt and I hate making payments, so this was a big deal. Then when it came down to the financing of course his boss came in because who doesn’t want to get the best bang for the buck and we wanted to make sure it was worth it. Joe, the financing manager I believe, was very helpful and I was upfront with him with our APR and the term of the loan that we were preapproved with through our bank. But we end up deciding to finance through them because he was able to find an additional rebate and then got a payment down even further. I am a huge believer in customer service because nowadays it seems to be lost but this place went above and beyond and I will definitely refer friends here to to send business their way because I believe they will help my friends like they helped me. Thank you so much we appreciate you guys and please don’t change your customer service because it’s outstanding. Once the paperwork is final I’ll post a picture of our family and our new addition to the family. #Airforcefamily
This shout out is for Ken Logan! He works day in and day out! I have been looking at a new vehicle and no matter when i text or call weather he is working or not he always has the time to answer my questions! If anyone is looking i would highly suggest to go to him. A very patient and passionate car salesman!
I bought a truck in October from Jeff Wyler used car dealership. In December I needed to get it serviced due to check engine light on, along with oil change due. At that time service manager at Dodge stated they needed to order a part. It was covered by warranty. I was unable to leave it for the week. I had the flu next time I had it scheduled. I take it in during Covid 19 outbreak. New manager states its not covered by warranty and part wasnt ordered and nothing was documented properly so they arent sure whats wrong with it. Those personnel are no longer with the dealership. I have tried to get the service manager & used car manager via phone without success. 2 stars are to much. I will never buy from Jeff Wyler again. Be warned their practices are all talk.I spoke with Ryan 6 a few days after writing this. He stated he would investigate and call me back. He never called me back. Now they want me to call them... Im done.
My son and I went to Jeff Wyler to look at a used vehicle. We ended up speaking with Vinny. To make a long story short we should of STARTED with Vinny!! My son ended up buying a truck from him. He took care of everything! I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff Wyler for purchasing a vehicle. Make sure you speak to Vinny!! He is the ONLY salesman I WILL EVER deal with again!! He makes the car purchase process painless! Thanks again Vinny!!
I was unable to submit my survey, for the warranty work that was performed on my Durango. I am extremely dissatisfied, first off they had it for over two weeks. The leak was under or at a bracket above the rear differential. I was told several times and on the final report I was given, that the leaking line had to be replaced since it was warranty and that you could not just repair the line, which is why it took so long. A couple weeks ago I noticed a coolant leak on my garage floor in the same location as before. Upon further investigation, I noted that the line had NOT been replaced but in fact been repaired with a splice and not just one of the lines but two separate lines one of which is still leaking & the other maybe (some residue/discolored). Not to mention the bracket that was supporting four lines is no longer installed. Also I was never informed on the progress, I called a few times and was told they had been waiting on a fitting, which now I suspect where the splices. Why the integrity of BOTH lines have been compromised I cant say. This has been the worst service experience I have ever had anywhere. Between the lies and deception to the incompetence, I hope someone of influence and responsibility takes note of this fiasco!!!!! Ref: RO# 266585
Saw a truck on the lot I was interested in on a Friday. Called and spoke with a salesman about it, he told me they had special incentives for the Grand Opening in four days. On Monday he called me and left a message that the price on the Dodge 3500 cab and chassis had been reduced by almost $9000.Took the next day off work and drove 90 minutes to get there. First thing I heard out of his mouth was here comes a guy with alot of money after about 45 minutes when we started the loan process he then informed me that the price he had quoted me was a mistake and he would not be able to honor it.I asked him why he didnt call to let me know before I took the day off and drove down. He said he didnt think price would matter, since the truck I was looking at was Cadillac he said he didnt realize I was trying to buy it on a Buick budget. What a jerk! At that point I decided to walk away from the whole deal. Today I called to speak with a sales manager about how I was treated and he told me that there were special incentives on the truck and he didnt know if I qualified for them. That was the first Id heard of any qualifing for incentives. The salesman quoted me a price which he did not honor and I still have the voicemail recording he left me. I told the manager that I was going to give a Google review on their service and he hung up on me.These guys are dishonest, misleading, lying crooks. Dont make the same mistake I did.
What a waste of time I’m texting back and forth with Brad from commercial sales since Aug 3 for a van that was in transit I send him my info like he ask me to do so I kept texting him while I wait for him to tell me the van is not here yet so I keep texting him after 2 weeks no response I reach today he’s basically tells me now the van is soldIs IT Because I’m a Black Man why was the van not sold to me) no worries I will take my fund some place else and I will make sure my people never shop here SMH how people move these days no worries buddy I found another Van!!!!
Don Contizano in commercial sales was the best of the best! In my 50s and there has been no better in my life. From day 1, customer service was his middle name. Great deal on a new Ram ProMaster Hi Top 2500 and hassle free trade in that wasnt a low ball. Doesnt get any better than this without the typical salesman BS and lies as other dealerships. Thanks Don! Well worth the trip when visiting from Colorado..
Service Department has always been very good. They are making changes to include Dodge/Chrysler and now have 2 different service departments. I always schedule online for service, so this time I show up and get directed to a different area. John begins to take my information and discovers I am not on the schedule for this new Dodge service area...but on the other one. No problem at all! He works me in and even discounted my bill by $20! I waited in a room with Keurig coffee and I love Lucy playing on the TV. Definitely a great experience
Everything started off smooth until the sale was final.I contacted them online early on a Tuesday, got quick responses and my salesman responded quickly. Vehicle didnt have many pictures online yet so he went the extra mile to make 3 videos and post them all for me to see through email links. Nice work!I contact them through text and email, very responsive. They even setup an appt to test drive/take a look in person, told me just wanted to get me in, I could come whenever. The vehicle had a door that dropped down, needs pins replaced but it was already supposed to be fixed yesterday but was getting done first thing. Then it would go through detailing, and definitely would be all cleaned up and ready by the time I could get there in the evening. After work had to head to Delaware from Hilliard, then run back down to Canal Winchester to take a look. I called the salesman again, gave him a heads up I was on my way would be there in about an hour, said hed be ready for me. I pulled up and he was pulling around the front of the building, vehicle was still wet. Shop for some reason couldnt get to the pins in the door, and thus couldnt detail it until that work was done but he went and cleaned it up himself so it was at least presentable.I took it for a test drive, made sure everything matched the online description, checked over the condition of the vehicle. Seemed to be in good order other than the door which theyd fix easily.Negotiated a price with them, online has the special eprice, and I know they dont mark vehicles up thousands like they used to… So I didnt haggle much off and the salesman had been great so I felt like he earned it. I took a price probably a few hundred higher than I should, but Ill pay more for a good experience.I offer to take it home that night and bring it back after work the next day, but they wouldnt have time to get it done in the morning if I did that… I agree to leave my new purchase there and theyll finish up the work they were supposed to have done that morning and deliver it to me in Marysville the next day...fair enough!Still feeling good at this point.Day 2… Salesman is asking the shop for updates…to no fault of his own, hes doing multiple jobs and helping everyone else, but almost everytime he asks the shop whats the status he gets the answer, there is no update.sorry Keep in mind it was already supposed to be done yesterday morning…Day 3...finally towards the middle of the day they look at it, pins wont go in, hinge must be bent, need to get different hinges, should be in later that day..then will need to paint them..then can do the detail...then can be delivered.Day 4... Work gets completed around 4:45 pm… Multiple areas dropped the ball, employees were called into GMs office several times, as they should be. Again, salesman is pulling his hair out, apologetic, understands, shows empathy and says how frustrated he would be too! Salesman trying to find someone who will help him deliver it, get him a ride back…unfortunately I was not able to make a trip out there since I had the kiddos and no other driver…and they promised to deliver it…Day ends and nobody is willing to help the salesman take care of a customer and bring him back to the dealership. Sad!So now the dealer knows there is no way I can get the vehicle until Monday, absolutely needed it by tonight. Will have to make other plans for the weekend as well now since still no vehicle.I really dont think its the salesmans fault, but I am really shocked not a single member of management nor anyone else at the dealership has reached out or expressed any concern in remedying the problem.Ive left a message for management to contact me over the weekend. I let my salesman know not to worry about it, Ill find some way to get there Monday even if I have to pay for an Uber there and drive it back.I will post an update after I hear back from them if they try to reach me... Started off great, hoping they can make up for the dropped ball several times.
This is my 1st purchase from Jeff Wyler & will NOT be returning. The “Jeff Wyler Care” they offer is a JOKE, so save your money🗣🗣 Was promised for a scratch on the hood to be fixed 5 months ago and it’s an argument every time. Still not fixed. Greg, who sold us the car was nothing but pushy to begin with. Will not recommend to anyone, and most definitely will not be going back. I repeat the “Jeff Wyler Care” is a joke.
I have been waiting for a month for seals for my jeep top. Even though im almost out of warranty I have still stayed with Wyler. But........ when a service manager cant return a phone call for a month, when all I here is the parts department has issues, it is upsetting and now i feel that the facade of a great place for service is just that, a facade. I hate giving a bad review, the technitions and service advisors do not deserve this, it is all on management.
If you are looking for the beat go see Madison Turner!! You will not be disappointed! She is super nice and never puts pressure on you! She will find you exactly what you are looking for, and go out of her way doing it!!! Always satisfying the customer!! What else could you ask for??!
The worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Salesman tells me they have a jeep I am interested in buying. I drive 20 miles ready to make a deal. When I get to the dealership I am told that jeep has already been sold but we have other jeeps you can look at. Over a hour out of my day because I was mislead. Will never consider this dealership in the future. The real uestion is, Will they post this review?
The salesman lied to get me there, he made me wait then sent someone else over to help me. I had an appointment and drove over an hour to get there and the vehicle had already been sold. No phone call to tell me. I didnt find out until Id waited on the salesman for 45 minutes. Ill never go back.
On line price is a joke. They tell you 11500. Off msrp and get to the dealer a d well no no no thats only if you qualify. What a joke. Because Im not part of the ffa or some realtor I only get 3500 off. Nope go to buyers on s. Hamilton rd excellent place to work with. Honest and friendly
The worst experience I’ve ever had with taking my car to be serviced they will try to rip u of won’t do nothing to your car just to try to get money out of you I’ve been at the dealer almost every 2 months on things that I asked to be fixed and was never fixed and tricked me into tarring my engine apart just for 2 pieces that could been done easily with out taking apart the whole engine just to get more money out of me.I will never take my car back to that specific dealership off of gender rd in Canal Winchester OH ever again terrible business.I’m currently in college I just wanted to get my car fixed the correct and proper way not to take it up their just to get ripped off.
Avoid this dealership at all cost. They sold me a lemon and didnt even have the decency to return my phone call to talk about it. Look at their reviews on the BBB website (not google that doesnt even post half the reviews); this location has more lemon complaints than any other car lot that I can find in the area. They are epitome of the shady used car dealer. Avoid at all cost, or it will cost you a lot.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Horrible had the car two weeks and had nothing but problems problems that I could have not done shocks are bad now they want me to pay for parts but says they will put them on for free I have had the car 2 weeks maybe a100 miles if that DONT GO HERE!!
I took a 2012 dodge journey for a check engine light. A day and half later they said cylinder not holding compression. They never look at my vehicle. The tech went on YouTube put it on my paperwork. Turned out to be a ignition coil. I was taking 2 cars there never again. Thanks Dominic
Jeff Wyler has an amazing selection of cars at very nice and affordable prices the staff is amazing especially Mark Jr. He was very friendly and knew his stuff even though we were just looking around he still helped us as if we were buying Mark Jr along with all the other employees are very amazing and make shopping for a vehicle at Jeff Wyler an amazing experience
Bought a car here because they are close and I like shopping close, but man... I wish I hadnt. Theres a lot of dealers local to you, choose somewhere else. Had a salesman disrespect me so badly my wife stood up and walked out. The level of deceit and intentional miscommunication is absurd
I had an email from Jeff Whyler to get 1000 dollars off any new or used vehicle and the foreigner manager told me to different stories first he said I got it and I told him its not showing I got it on my contract he told me that they dont do that anymore then he showed me two print outside one was what they did to the car before it was sold wich has nothing to do with me getting my discount then he showed me another paper with the list price and told me they cant bring down the price but as a consumer I know that a used car is only worth what the customer is willing to pay for it thats a general rule and the price can be negotiable so Im not happy at all about how they did me I traded in a Kia optima with 32,000 original miles on it I was told that I got 10,000 for it when I looked at my paper work I only got 9.5 so thats 1500 dollars that would of made my car payment lower off the top then when I left the dealer I went straight to the car wash cause they did a crapy job when I went to put the tire dressing on I notice the front right tire had a slash on the side of it so we called and left a message to the salesman and i know he was busy and he was alsome great guy nothing to do with him so i had to go back out there on the next business day anyway to give them a copy of my new insurance card so i said i will show them the tire then so when i get out there they had me talk to the mexican manager this dude gave me pure hell about the tire and i only had the car 2 days he didnt want to fix it hes telling me how customers lie he ask me did I want him to glue it I told him as much money as I spent on that car I want it fixed and still was upset when it got approved cause now I got one new tire up front and the other tires got 28,000 miles on them I thought they would at least replace both front tires so it would be even me and my wife bought 4 cars in 3 years from them and she was going to get her 3rd from them and we decided never again cause no customer should ever go through what I just went through when you spending that kind of money but what the Mexican salesman did not know is that I recorded the conversation about the tire on my phone Im calling Cincinnati to the corporate office and let mr Jeff Whyler know everything I went through not happy at all and also contacting BBB and attorney

2022-03-22Cody and Nick made the purchase of my new Dodge Durango Hellcat very easy and quick. Very professionally and respected my time. Nick finance manager went above and beyond for me. Cody had all the info needed and car in clean up and ready to deliver before I was done signing the paperwork. Great Experience

2022-06-09I have purchased 2 Jeeps from Jeff Wyler over the years, they are great vehicles but the service center is terrible. No matter how many times I get an oil change/tire rotation from here I still never can understand how that takes almost 2 hours but I can get the exact same service at Valvoline or another center for half the price and 20 minutes. This past experience was one of the worst thus far. I scheduled an appointment days in advance and explained everything I would like done (oil change/tire rotation, cabin air filter, engine air filter and also stated that the hood latch sensor would need replaced). With all that said I was expecting a much longer than normal wait time. When I got the service center for my appointment, they were aware that I was there for an oil change but they had no idea of the other things that needed done, so again I had to state what I would like done for service that day. After 2 hours my vehicle was finished; I thought “wow that was fast since I needed way more done than just an oil change”. Come to find out, they were not prepared with a new hood latch sensor and they refused to put in a new engine and cabin air filter because my vehicle had not yet reached 15,000 miles although I specifically requested these to be changed. The man at the service counter repeatedly told me that my jeep did not need the new filters. I apologize for wanting extra maintenance on my vehicle especially with the excess of pollen over the spring. I realize the “recommended mileage” for each individual service but as the customer I would appreciate it if the services that I request could be fulfilled, especially when prepared and willing to pay the extra cost to keep my vehicle well maintained.

2022-03-22I just got a great deal on a vehicle from Kevin Caldwell Jr at Jeff Wyler CDJR of Columbus! The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, quick and entirely stress free. The test drive was amazing. We were able to check out all the options on the vehicle and decided that it was a great fit. The amount I got on my trade-in was nuts, and he got me an incredible rate on my loan. This was hands down my best dealer experience ever !!!

2022-06-10When the tough decision of gettin rid of the Hellcat came, Matt an Jason Rosebrough did what they do best, lie that is, was promised running boards for my wife’s new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, because she has had surgery on both knees an recently her hip, after almost a year of them saying they would take care of it, they still have yet to follow thru, avoid Wyler dealerships if at all possible…

2022-03-23When Kevin Adams told me Welcome to the Jeff Wyler family he truly meant it. Early in 2021, my car started having repeated (expensive) issues. My car started shaking like crazy on 270 and by chance, the closest dealership was Jeff Wyler. Kevin got me into my lease with my first brand new car. I wasnt anticipating needing a new vehicle that day, and Kevin made what is normally a stressful experience fun and easy! Later that year he helped my mom upgrade at the end of her lease.Flash forward to now: My grandmother passed away early this year. She was a Chrysler retiree and attempting to return her company lease was becoming a nightmare. I was lost until I remembered I could call Kevin! He got us connected with finance and the whole thing was done in 15 minutes. (Shoutout to Alex in finance for taking on the challenge!) Could not be more grateful we found such a great dealership by way of Kevin and his exceptional service. My family is so thankful!

2022-07-14Really enjoyed the whole experience at Jeff Wyler. Worked with John Phillips and couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. He got me into a 2019 Civic at a good price. I’ll be back for sure

2022-07-14Trying to buy a new vehicle can be a bit tricky in todays market. I recently worked with Ethan Fisher and he not only helped me find the right vehicle for my family, but also helped me stay within my budget! Highly recommend Ethan and the team at Jeff Wyler. Im a returning customer, and will continue to return.

2022-02-26What an incredibly unethical dealership. Sold a truck that I was actively making a deal on, then wanted to me buy a different truck that would be the same price. Then presented an offer that was $5,000 above window sticker. Id be VERY careful considering an offer at this dealership. Needless to say, Ill never try again.

2022-03-23I had a WONDERFUL experience with my guy Kevin Caldwell. Not only did he educate me on the best fit for my family, but he also made sure to answer all of my million questions even before I was ready to commit. I will be buying all of my cars through Kevin and his team. Way to be professional and kind to me and my family.
