Everyone we encountered at Jeff Schmitt Nissan was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Colton was excellent to deal with and great with communication. Rob T was very personable and kept us laughing and comfortable with our purchase. Would definitely buy here again and send our friends and family as well.
Shocked and disappointed.We have dealt with this dealership for our last 2 cars, and felt it was the best car buying experience we ever had. The manager, Mario, was the icing on the deal. He was always personable and professional and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Well, Mario has moved on and so too, apparently, has the customer service here. We were told by the internet salesperson to ask for one of the managers when arriving. We did. He said hello and immediately handed us off to a salesman, never to be seen again. We wanted a very specific car, which they didn’t have in inventory. Colton said he would speak with the managers and see if they could get one of three from another dealer, and let us know. We never have heard from him again. The market is tight, and we understand if they couldn’t get a car, but thought we at least deserved a response. We ended up finding our car in Cincinnati and got an outstanding deal. So thankful for hard working, professional sales people!As a side note, if you are considering using this dealership’s body shop, please see my review. That experience was horrible, and I hope I can save someone else from going through it.I hate it that this dealership that we loved has come to this.
Was happily helped by Colton. He is a very nice knowledgeable guy with superior customer service. The financial manager took care of everything without my co-signed having to be at the dealer. All around a good experience, and would recommend this dealer to anybody and their friends.
Autumn did an excellent job. She was very pro active, she had a lot of the paperwork ready and waiting for us when we got there. She was very helpful and took her time with us when another vehicle caught our eye. Everyone was friendly and helpful,but Autumn went above and beyond for us. Also a the finance person did a super job as well.
Thomas was amazing! He was so easy to work with! Everything was straight forward. We told him what we wanted, he found it, it came in, we signed the papers and we were out in an hour! Thomas went through the features of our new vehicle and offered to setup the Bluetooth for us. Thomas even gave us a tour of the dealership and showed us where to go for service. My initial experience with selling my vehicle to Jeff Schmitt was a little less than stellar. I was given an instant cash offer by KBB and based on that set up an appointment. Long story short when I got to my appointment the price I was given was not the one quoted. Needless to say I was not too happy with that and expressed that to internet team who set up the appointment. The internet team had Dan DeVer(used care sales mgr) reach out to me and he honored the original offer which made me very happy. Fast Forward to me selling the vehicle to them and some time going by and my check for the vehicle not arriving. I expressed my concern to Dan and he explained the issue and seeing that I was still not satisfied reached out to Jay Schmitt who in turn reached out to me and let me know that he will personally be expediting my check and even sent me an email confirmation with tracking within 30 minutes of our conversation ending. Everyone I personally dealt with in the Jeff Schmitt auto group family was great and they took what could have been a negative situation and turned it in to a positive. I highly recommend Jeff Schmitt if you are looking to sell your vehicle or get in to a new one. I know that when I am ready to purchase again I will be reaching out to them. I was in the area and stopped in for an oil change. They said it was going to be two hours... I dropped in w/o an appointment. So, I understood it might take longer. My problem is 1. I had to ask how much (usually other dealerships tell you w/o having to ask). 2. They said it was $75 for ONLY an oil change. I asked Alyx if that was JUST for an oil change and he said, yes. I asked him if anything else was included for the $75 and he said yes, a tire rotation. I said I dont need a rotation (Ive already had one). Then he said it was still the same price. I said I only pay around $60 at my regular place. He saidthats how much the cost of oil has gone up. I call BULLSPIT! I leave and when I get in my car, I call the dealership I USUALLY go to where I live. Guess what... the cost of the oil change has NOT changed. They are only charging $53 and change w/o a tire rotation. Obviously, he really thought he was about to get over on someone, but not THIS one. Hopefully, this will serve as a warning to others in the future if you are not from the area. I just happened to be in the area and thought Id get it done while over here since I needed it anyway. Not TUHDAY tho.
The technician stated they werent entirely sure what was wrong. Then back tracked and decided it was 3 misfiring pistons and timing being off. He stated it would require a full engine replacement for $16000... A. A new engine is under $3000. B. I can buy a new car for what he stated. Terrible service all around.
Just bought a certified 2020 Murano. Its a great vehicle! Billy was a very good at guiding us through our needs. The whole process was very quick and enjoyable. This is the 3rd Nissan weve purchased from Jeff Schmitt in Beavercreek and weve never had a bad experience yet. Their certified vehicle program is an excellent way to purchase what is essentially a new vehicle at a great savings!
I bought my Altima from Matt Castrucci Nissan but Ive made it a point to make the 45 minute drive to Jeff Schmidt Nissan if I need anything. The outrageous and absolutely disgusting service at Matt Castrucci made me swear to never buy another Nissan but this dealership has changed my mind.The service staff at Jeff Schmidt have only one goal - complete customer satisfaction and they do a great job at it. If there was a grade better than A+, Id give them. Highly recommend. My service advisor, Zoe is the best ever! Ask for her and youll get the peace of mind your vehicle is in good hands. Rock on guys!

Had the opportunity to work with Caleb with Jeff Schmitt Nissan in Beavercreek, OH. Caleb was very informative and honest through the entire time process, which made it very easy to finalize the sale. He was able to meet our needs and wants on the sale of the car. Wanted to give a shout out to Autumn Woodward! We started out at the fairborn location and had a not so pleasant experience. The car we wanted to look at was located at the Cadillac lot in beavercreek, and was told to come back on Tuesday to look at it. A few minutes later we got a call from Autumn asking if we were still interested in the vehicle and she would come meet us there to come look at it! She went ABOVE and beyond in helping us. She got us the car, and was just overall an amazing employee! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Will definitely send anyone else needing a car, her way!!
As one of those people that does their homework and researches until theyre blue in the face, this is the place to go. I cannot express how incredible happy we were to work with Shaun and Mario when purchasing our new vehicle. Its a straight forward and honest experience that you dont see often anymore and we genuinely appreciated it. I had an extremely pleasant experience. It was my first time at that specific Nissan dealership. Jake took very good care of me. He explained all of the possible ways that things could pan out as far as my transmission is concerned. He set all expectations for the financial aspect of it all too. He did an excellent job with keeping in contact with me and keeping me up to date on what was going on with my car. Any questions I had he was able to answer and the one he couldn’t he found out the correct answer and contacted me. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jake and I will definitely be back to work with him more for all of my maintenance concerns.
I was working with Luke, trying to find a vehicle. Decided to put a hold on one while I made the decision. I cut a $1,000 check for the hold, which wasn’t to be cashed until I made a firm decision on buying the vehicle. I decided to move on from that vehicle to look for something better suited for me. The next day the money is missing from my account, I call and he tells me it’ll be back in my account in 3-5 business days. Day six arrives, no money. I reach out, and he ignores me. So I call the sales office, and then I am informed my check was put on a 10 day hold, and it’ll be in the mail tomorrow. Highly disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. Jeff Schmitt has lost my business. On to the next, and hoping for a much more professional experience.
Fair, open, and honest dealership. I bought a Nissan Titan from this dealership at a very fair price. Negotiating was a little tough, but you get that anywhere. I worked with Adam Kester and his manager at the time Dan. Good buying experience and they got me in and out of the door as soon as possible. Recently had my truck serviced and the service team ran by Hunter was efficient, and quick. If I am buying a Nissan this will continue to be my go to dealership.
When I first bought I car I hard a horrid Experience at interstate ford, I was super reluctant to even begin this process again. AUTUMN WAS PHENOMENAL.My situation was a very difficult one I won’t lie so my process took around 2 weeks but I was picky with what I wanted.She texted me personally daily to keep me in the loop of what she researched and her team found daily.I am so thankful that I purchased my car from Jeff Schmitt through Autumn because I’ve never had someone so caring and worried about my needs but she exceeded all expectations !
I love my new car!! Well, new to me anyway 😁Autumn W was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Even though I was buying a used car, she made me feel like I was just as important as someone spending the big bucks on a new model. She even made sure it was sparkling and full of gas before I left.My family has been a customer of Jeff Schmitt for several years and we will definitely be back. The only reason I’m not giving the 5 starts is because they only had one finance manager available and we were there for almost 5 hours. However, they did have plenty of snacks and drinks to offer.
Went in for an Oil Change and came out smiling. Wait time was reasonable and the price is fantastic considering they also do an inspection and rotate your tires. All in all a great experience that will keep Jeff Schmitt Nissan as my number one place for repairs and buying my next vehicle again.
Our salesman (Colton Thatcher) went above and beyond to get the car that we were looking for. He came in on his day off to help locate my vehicle and ensure that it was delivered at the time we had planned. He even messaged me days after the sale to make sure everything was good and asked if I had any questions for him. I can see him going far with your company as he is a dedicated, compassionate and personable man to his customers.
I had tossed around the idea of a new car a few times this year, but was just recently put in a position that I had to get another vehicle. With the car market being crazy, low shortage, higher market for used cars, etc. I decided on a new car. I have owned 2 Maximas previously; so which car was never in question. Jeff Schmitt Nissan made all of the rest very simple and as stress free as buying a new car can be. From the GM, to the Manager, to the Sales team, and finance team, it was very easy to work with each of them, with no additional pressures.
One of the least painful car dealership experiences to date. Caleb in sales was awesome! He was pleasant, patient, and thorough through out the entire process, including following up with me a few days post purchase. He was able to answer all my questions and at no point felt pushy or made me feel rushed. Rob in finance was the same way! The F&I process and their digital tools made signing docs a breeze. I really love my new car and would absolutely go back when its time to lease or buy the next one.
Superb! Went in for service. First 4 I was told would be free. I just had my 3rd free servicing. I was met right away at my car as I pulled up to the service bay. I asked that the inside of my windshield be cleaned. Looks amazing now. Given a complimentary car wash too. I own a 2020 Nissan Altima SR, and I love my car. They do a full inspection. Very pleased.

Best car buying experience ever!!! Jason, our salesman was wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He pulled the Nissan Maxima I was interested in out, and went over every detail! That was impressive!!! I’ve never had a car salesman do that before. He even called and checked in with me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my new car. Mario the sales manager was also amazing! He definitely went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my trade, and he made sure I got an affordable payment. He was very professional, and friendly throughout the entire process as well! I purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 Nissan Sentra this past Friday. Ive had bad luck with cars in the past and I commute 40 minutes to work, so my main goal going in was good gas mileage, low miles already on the car, and affordable. There are numerous amazing people who work for Jeff Schmitt. Chris Stolzenberg was so helpful with answering questions when I knew I needed to look for a new car and the best make of car to look at for my specific needs (pointing me to getting a Nissan). Joey Harnish (the sales rep I worked with) not only helped me find a car that had my main needs but also had so many additional amazing qualities that were still within my budget. Joey also helped me understand the benefits of purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle and all the warranty advantages. He was very friendly and fun to work with. Lastly, Rob Terrill (business manager) was another great guy to work with! He helped me sit down to talk about finances and what additional packages would be beneficial to add. He is a down to earth guy who helped make the stressful process of purchasing my first car at a dealership so much fun. I recently bought a preowned truck from Jeff Schmitt Nissan. The entire experience was quick and easy and everyone I interacted with was genuinely positive and helpful, especially Rob Henderson the sales person I worked with on the purchase. Ive bought 2 cars through here. Good selection and prices. Interest rates offered on financing is a bit high though. Will be looking into refinancing at lower rates. Already been given a good financing option to much lower interest and payments.The team was great and great service. Very friendly! Jason, Mario and Robert gave excellent service. They definitely made the buying experience much more positive than most normal car buying experiences. Kudos on having such great staff!
I just purchased a certified pre-owned Nissan Titan. Its a very nice truck that comes with very nice warranties(factory and certifiedpre-owned) . I had an excellent salesperson Autumn Woodward. She did everything in her power to get me the best deal possible. I look forward to doing business with in the future.
Everyone I dealt with were kind and professional. They listened to me about what was wrong and asked lots of questions to pin point the issue. They had the part overnighted and installed the next day. They even apologized for driving some of the gas out while calibrating it. Never had anyone apologize for that before. It was a nice change. The issue seems to be fixed!
Terrible service. I contacted them about buying a new car (that they didnt have but coulsve ordered) and they simply said: we dont have that, sorry. They wouldnt even talk to me about other options or respond to further emails like other dealers in Columbus did in the same situation.
Bought my Toyota from here two years ago. I have taken it for repairs under warranty at location and it was never a problem. Issues occurred today and as trying to set up an appointment the lady told me they changed their policy and no longer service that make of vehicle. Some heads up would have been nice, knowing I purchased my car from here and they will no longer service it is pretty low in my book.
I have purchased a vehicle from Mario for over 10 years now! Also from George too. All of my vehicles they have made sure it was good fit for me and the style I would like. I have sent my family to Mario and George. Jeremy and Mario helped me this time with this purchase and even the finance guy helped. I’m a loyal customer at this location. It’s supreme great customer service and they make me feel like royalty when I walk-in on site. I highly recommend.
Last week I called in to Jeff Schmitt Nissan to get a quote on replacing the ECU on my Pathfinder. I was told of course they needed to inspect it despite my insistence the ECU was to blame. After a day they contacted me to inform me I needed a fuel pump replaced. We agreed and the repair was quickly done in two days.However, upon arriving I was told by my repair associate Alyx that they had test driven the car, mentioned the ECU would be to blame if symptoms persist, and insisted that my vehicle was running well. I paid and received my key, went to the car, drove out the lot and up to about 25 MPH before the check engine light was back on. I returned, waited 20 minutes for them to check on it and was told the ECU needed replaced. I asked for a refund or price adjustment to no avail. Im livid.Had anyone actually test driven my car the light wouldve come on immediately. I didnt have to stress the engine to get the light on, and Im sure they knew this too. They overcharged me at $1760 for a fuel pump and transmission flush. You will get ripped off here. Jeff Schmitts collection of dealerships do not deserve your business, your money, or your time. Look elsewhere.
The floorboard mounted peg my floor mat attached to broke with less than 3000 miles on the car and was discovered while vacuuming out the car. As previously stated, a second attempt by my husband to speak to someone about the problem with the car now having 6500 miles on it had yielded no success in getting my problem fixed. Only giving 3 stars because of repair done to my back up radar which kept locking up my brakes backing out of a driveway.
Purchased a Nissan Kicks from Jeff Schmitt Nissan. Mario McIntosh was a delight to work with and Billy Grimes, Rob T and a few other guys (I forget their names) were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Bottom line I love my car and feel great about my deal. No high pressure, no locking you in a room ... just friendly people trying to get the best deal possible. Highly recommend. I have used this repair shop several times over the past 5 years for my 2007 Nissan Altima. With the most recent issue I just had the car towed directly to the shop. The issue was with the alternator. I had the altenator replaced 4 years ago by this shop and the cost was under $700. When the called me after the diagnosis it was $1850 for the battery cables and alternator. The labor alone was more than my last repair. I was considering going elsewhere but the diagnostics was about $300. I was expecting it to be around $100 like my previous visits. Then after a few days they called back and said there was some corrosion and it would be an additional $500. By this time I needed the car back and just said to do it. It took several days to get the parts in in total my car was in the shop for a week. When I got my bill there was an additional $130. They did remove that when I questioned it. I do think the work they do is very good and have been very satisfied with the end results. This time the cost of doing the same work 4 years ago was more than doubled. I felt like I was severely over charged and with the non refundable diagnostics I felt like I had no other choice other than to have the shop complete the work. Again my other experiences were great but after this last visit I will not be coming back.
I came with my husband and three kids to see the Nissan Rogue Sport. Automn Woodward was there every step of the way till we get our vehicle! She was so patient with us and imagine with three kids ages 5-3-3 running around the sales office! I would also like to thank Manager Rob in helping us get the best of the best deal! On July 5th I brought my 2009 Nissan Murano in to have it serviced for a future road trip. Alyx was my maintenance contact, and we went through what I wanted done. Alyx stated that they would do a complete check and do what was needed and nothing unnecessary to help me save on cost. Alyx had greatly impressed me at that point, considering the horror stories I have heard about dealer maintenance shops gouging customers with unnecessary repairs. Alyxs attention and professionalism to the customer was top notch. I then received my courtesy vehicle, a 2021 Nissan Murano SL. I had expected some used older vehicle so once again I was highly impressed with the treatment I was receiving. After having drove around in the courtesy vehicle I liked it so much I went back the next day to look at the purchase of a new Murano. Caleb Keseday was the salesman I worked with. After spending a couple of hours with Caleb I ended up making the purchase. Caleb took the time to walk me through all features of my new vehicle, helped me download the app and link everything to my phone. Once again, I was highly impressed with the professional and personal touch with which I was treated. Myself, having worked for a large logistics corporation based on the foundation of world class service to the customer, can say that I was treated with world class service from the maintenance shop staff to the sales representative of Jeff Schmitt Nissan. I will recommend Jeff Schmitt to all of my friends looking for honest, top-notch maintenance staff, and exceptional sales staff.
I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue recently from this dealer. They were willing to negotiate on price and even fixed some of the issues I noticed while test driving. Steve G. provided great customer service and I was happy with my overall experience. Zoe from the service department was so friendly and responsive. Everyone on the team did what they said they were going to do and followed up when they said they were going to follow up. I purchased a Nissan Rouge 2019 model in Columbus Ohio , I had a warning light that had come on the dash for AWD warning. I called the dealership in Columbus where I purchased the vehicle the told me the best thing to do was take it to a local dealer . I called Jeff Schmitt (closest) Nissan dealership. After I signed the paperwork for service for diagnosis and agreed to a minimum charge of 130.00.Mind you I purchased a extended warranty plus the manufacture warranty was still good. They came back and said the repair I needed was from some type of road damage it hat cut the wiring in the rear housing . The repair would not be covered under warranty. The repair cost would be around 1700. dollars. I told them to pull the car out I wanted to go somewhere else. I took it to a mechanic friend/owner of a business he fixed it for 40. 00 . He repaired the wiring. This business is a disgrace and the only skills they have is changing oil or tire rotation !

We met and worked with Steve Glenn and he was the best salesperson we have ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle. He was professional, kind, easy to work with and a great man. I bought a car back in December and I had a great experience in my purchase. I was 100% sure that I was told I would receive free oil changes until my car reached certain number of miles or a or time until I reached it!! Great I set my appointment for today, I get there at 10:30, my appointment was around that time I was told to bring proof of insurance for a loaner and I did. After I get there I was sat in the waiting area and was told that my car needed a brake fluid flush, new tires in addition to a break in my windshield wiper fluid that was broke when I got the car. I sat and was there for two hours then was offered a loaner while they searched for a part to fix my wiper fluid connection. I was dumbfounded and was told it would be $140 and I was just shocked that this was going to be my financial responsibility. I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes and any repairs from now on 2:30 hours and $66 wasted with services offered!!! No thank you

Friend of mine told me she was was charged $140 for her engine air filter & Cabin air filter replacements. They charged over $60 in labor. They brought it out to show her how dirty they were (Took them 3 minutes to take it out to show her to convince her it needed to be changed) - Yet it required an hour of labor to put in back in? Looking up the filter replacements on youtube showed it takes less than 1 minute to swap out the filters.I would absolutely not recommend taking your car here for any maintenance. You can find the filters at your local parts store of $15(OEM standards) a piece. My friend is a female and it is disgusting how you took advantage of her lack of car knowledge.I asked for a quote with a nearby repair shop - They said that would be $70.00 - Less than half of this dealership charged.On her work receipt you wrote Thank you for being a Jeff Schmitt customer - Well not anymore Jeff.
Had a very nice experience trading in my vehicle for a used Nissan Murano. Caleb K. worked with me and helped to negotiate a fair trade-in price and purchase price. Special shout out goes to the finance guy Rob T. for going above and beyond in helping me with a seperate insurance issue as well as getting me affordable coverage on the car. I brought both my Nissan’s in for routine preventative services and felt confident you would service them properly and take care of my needs. Our daughter was 3 hours away and we were not able to get to her when her car broke down. We normally handle all repairs through our local Nissan dealer but had to find someone close to where our daughter’s car was broke down. We spoke to Zoe in service who couldn’t have been more helpful and kind during this whole ordeal. Zoe worked with us to get our daughter’s car repaired and back on the road. She allowed us to have a courtesy vehicle so our daughter could get to and from work while her car was being repaired. We appreciate all Zoe did for us and our daughter, she truly deserves to recognition for the respect she shows the customer. My thanks to Jim Parker for an exemplary purchasing experience. Coming from out of state to buy a new car, I didn’t know exactly what was going to happen on his turf! He did a good job being an advocate for me over text and phone and his advice was right on target. Also, I was impressed with his knowledge of the LEAF being an outlying conveyance paradigm. Thank you as well to finance wizard Rob Terrill for taking care of all the financial necessaries and Rikki for fielding obtuse out-of-state tax/registration questions a few weeks later. I’ve never owned a Nissan, so hoping my dealer follows their example as I put the miles on this EV.
Service was fine-getting notified that parts for a 2019 were not in stock was surprising so had to leave car over rholiday weekend. Was disappointed in the Sentra that was given as rental car to replace my Maxima. It is a low grade car & previous users paperwork with all his personal information was left in the car. Next time I expect an equivalent rental to what I drop off.

My review is not based upon my experience with the Jeff Schmidt Nissan dealership but with one of their serve technicians. I was on way to work @ 0715 on the morning of 21 May 2020 and experienced a flat tire during rush hour on US 35. While attempting to change my tire with much difficulty with the stock scissors jack and tire iron, Tony a service technician @ Jeff Schmidt Nissan pulled up behind me to offer his assistance. He stated he was on his way to work and saw me on the side of the road. He not only was kind enough to stop to help me but also had to turn around to get to me on the west bound side of US 35. He had a floor jack and electric impact in his trunk which greatly reduced the time to change my tire.He was friendly and definitely saved the day for me to stop in this day and age when people generally dont stop to offer assistance to people in need.The Jeff Schmidt Dealership is fortunate to have Tony in their employment as he was very friendly and helpful during my predicament.I hope the management of Jeff Schmidt realizes they have a valuable employee working for them and based on my experience with Tony this morning I will definitely visit the Nissan dealership when I find I am in need to purchase a vehicle. I had the best experience buying my first car! They had awesome people throughout the departments and it truly felt like they were trying to get me the best deal! Morgan was the floor salesman that did everything for me. Mario, the manager, was an awesome and caring guy. And even the financial guy Rob was what put the experience over the top. Those 3 were great and because of them, I bought my first car and I love it! Not too bad of a payment either haha
I scheduled my oil change appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. I get there and they tell me its an hour and 20 minute wait time. LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER my car is done!! I was so happy as I had a million things to do that day! They were all very nice and took care of my car and I. I would definitely recommend them and will be back!
Ive never bought a new car before, and only the second time Ive bought a vehicle from a car lot. Caleb Keseday of Jeff Schmitt in Beavercreek was absolutely amazing! He helped me with everything. There were so many things I didnt know, and he made sure I understood. My newest car before this was a 99 tracer. So, things were different. He made sure I understood how to operate everything. Made me feel comfortable through the whole process, and really helped me out (with having no credit and all, he made it work). Just needed a break, and he was there to be sure it happened. I really needed to upgrade to get ready for my baby’s arrival. But with becoming a new mom I also had to stick in a certain budget. Jeremy, Steve and Nick worked hard together to make sure this happened. Steve kept going back and forth to see what he could do on the final price. And then Nick hit it out of the park with an amazing financing offer. While I waited they made sure I was comfortable and had a snack and a drink. The people here are absolutely amazing. I drove from Columbus to look at 2 preowned cars that I found online. I was greeted with the biggest smile by my salesman Dan. The cars were up front and ready to test drive. Dan took the time to explain all the features on both vehicles. He was very personable and allowed me to interrupt with questions, not once did he get annoyed. I truly appreciate all the information and being able to ask questions. I was very pleased with my experience at Jeff Schmitt Nissan! My salesman, Dan Lewis, did a phenomenal job. He found something that worked for me even with my lack of credit. Knowing my credit score I was fully prepared to have to leave empty handed, I honestly thought nothing could be done given my situation. Hello - I was searching for almost 2 months for a used car. I wanted to take my time and test drive a lot of different cars to see which one was best fit for me. With that being said I went to a lot of dealerships. I ended up back at Jeff Scmitt Nissan 3x. The first time I went Robert Henderson came out and introduced himself to me. We went inside and he asked me questions to find out more about me and what I was looking for. Robert was so patient with me and he completely understood that buying a new or used car is a big decision. He would email me with new used cars that came in that he thought I would like and fit my budget. After a ton of research I had decided a Nissan Rogue was going to be the car for me but Robert knew I had a budget. He emailed me and said I have just the Rogue for you. I went to test drive it and fell in love with it. If you go to Jeff Schmitt to either look at new or used I would highly recommend asking for Robert Henderson. He is highly knowledge about vehicles and he was not pushy at all. I give him a lot of credit because he took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and he worked on finding me the vehicle I wanted. When I picked up the Rogue he made sure I knew all about the features. I love my new/used Rogue. I only gave 4 stars just because I have not had to deal with the service side yet...hopefully only for oil changes. Cheers!
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jeff Schmitt Nissan and both experiences were very good. Robert Henderson was our sales associate on both occasions and did a great job and we were able to get a great deal on both cars. The Nissan Maxima I purchased this time had been listed, previously, at a lower price then they had it listed, and the manager agreed to honor that lower price. Service department has always been friendly and helpful as well.The only issue I had on both occasions is the wait time between deciding to buy the vehicle and the time the purchase is complete. Both vehicles ended up being around a 4 hour experience each time, with a majority of that time being waiting on credit checks and then waiting on financing officer to be available. Though they did make an effort to expedite the process with my 2nd vehicle. Overall, very happy with the service and staff at Jeff Schmitt Nissan.
INTEGRITY...Ive been taking my vehicle to this service department for years, and have always been treated with great respect, warm smiles, and firm handshakes. This dealer has always been accommodating and FAIR.Recently, I had a bit of an issue with some service repairs, and figured the worse was finally going to happen... the dealer was going put it to me.John, my service advisor, was completely understanding, did his best to resolve the situation... but I felt like I was going to be in for a very difficult fight. Then I asked to speak to Josh, the service manager.Whatta ya know, the perfect record at this dealer remains unblemished.👍I cant say enough about Josh and his entire crew. Our salesman, Kevin, was very professional and answered all of our questions. We test drove several vehicles and he helped us pick out the one that was within our budget and met all of our wishlist items. He spent time with us explaining all of the vehicles features. He even took my phone call a couple of days later to answer some additional questions. The sales manager, Rob, made the dreaded purchasing part simple and stress-free. After a negative experience at one of their other locations, we decided to go to their Nissan dealer. After a few minor issues which really arent worth mentioning, a surprisingly satisfying purchase happened. Tyler, our salesperson, was genuine, knowledgeable and assured us we were paying the lowest possible dealer price with a 5 day guarantee(of price). He was very patient answering all of our questions and anything he didnt know he verified immediately. We no longer dread looking for a vehicle. Highly recommend you consider a vehicle purchase at this location
After finally deciding what vehicle we wanted to purchase, I found one that met all our wishes at Jeff Schmitt. Was met at the door by George, who was extremely nice and upfront. Dan (used car manager), George and myself after a fairly quick negotiation were able to meet on a price. To make sure that was the car for us, they let us take it overnight which Id advise everyone to do. Finance went through quickly with no issues. Only reason Im not giving 5 star is the car originally smelled like smoke. During final paperwork they sent it to the detail department and had it detailed and ozoned deodorized. The cars interior wasnt fully detailed and after a couple days the smoke smell came back as the smell good stuff they sprayed wore off. I understand that smoke smell will linger for awhile; however, I feel like the detail that was performed was just a quick wash and vacuum to expedite the process. No real attention to detail was performed by the detailing department. Other than that, I would recommend Jeff Schmitt without hesitation.
I have never had a better experience than dealing with our salesman, Dan Lewis, in the pre-owned vehicle section. He is most knowledgeable, friendly and works extra hard to find the perfect vehicle for his customer. All of the people there, from the receptionist to the finance manager, were really super! You owe it to yourself to visit this dealer before you go anywhere else to purchase your next vehicle!
There is nothing that could have been done to enhance my experience. I had an incredibly poor experience at a different dealership the day before I met with Steve Glenn and after that first meeting I was confident I would purchase from Jeff Schmitt. When I actually purchased both Steve and Robert Terrill made it a great experience and I can’t be more thankful to have dealt with both of them, they were wonderful!

To clarify, my rating is based on their classic sales tactics of trying to sell me things I dont need. They automatically add thousands of dollars to your price in service contracts (that dont cover regular maintenance items) and cosmetic services (that are basically useless unless youre some sort of limo driver and spill your coffee all over the seats every single day). I had to talk to MORE THAN ONE PERSON to get the cosmetic stuff removed. I left the service thing because I figured it would cover service, like wheel alignment. But NOPE! Im actually not sure what the service contract covers that isnt covered by the standard warranty and isnt standard preventative maintenance. They never explained it to me.
We have purchased two vehicles at Jeff Schmitt Nissan over the last two months. Not only us, but this is the fifth vehicle purchased by my family in the last six months!! The experience was always positive, and when I purchased my Ford Taurus, it was quick and painless. Dakota Hamilton was awesome to work with as well as other team members. We came to Jeff Schmitt Nissan in early September because my wife and I were in the market for a Nissan Cube. They advertised a low mileage 2011 model that appeared to be in good condition on their website. Our sales representative was Robert Henderson. Prior to test drive, the vehicle appearance/condition was great. Upon test drive, we clearly heard a very loud rattling/vibrating noise from the rear bumper/muffler when bringing the vehicle to a complete stop or shifting into park. You’d have to be deaf to be unable to hear it or over 50 yards away at least. This was discussed with Robert, he said it would be addressed by the dealership. We submit a $500 deposit/hold fee to keep the vehicle until financing/paperwork was obtained from my credit union. A few days passed, we met with Robert but a paperwork issue with the credit union would delay the transaction. We again discussed the rear bumper/muffler rattling needs to be addressed before pick up when we arrive in two days. Robert agreed and remembered, said it would be addressed. Two days later, go back to the dealership, sign the paper work and the transaction was completed. Drive the vehicle roughly 45 miles back home, almost all entirely interstate driving, no issue. But, later that same evening lo and behold, wife and I drive the Nissan Cube to the grocery store and the bumper/muffler breaks out into its extreme rattling glory. We both slowly turn to look at each other, stunned, speechless. I contact Robert at the dealership the very next day. Now he tells me his service technicians were unable to replicate the vibrating noise and they didn’t do anything further. Stunned is now an understatement. I responded that replicating the noise should have been straightforward, it just needs to be driven momentarily then put in park or stopped at a stop sign or light. My response should have been why are you just now telling me this. I emailed Robert a video so that he and others can observe the issue, he tells me to bring the Cube to the Service Center and they’ll get it fixed. We call the Service Center, explain the issue and purpose of the visit and make an appointment. Once its seen, Service states there is indeed a rattling noise coming from the muffler/bumper, it appears to be from the muffler vibrating/contacting the bumper, the exhaust needs to be replaced and it’s going to cost $1,922. I laughed. I explained the situation to the Service associate (Amanda) and was deferred to the Service Manager (Hunter Alsip). Hunter said that Service had no order from Sales covering the repair, and I should contact Sales. Frustrated and becoming more agitated, I contact Robert. I reach him via text, he says he will speak to his Sales manager and the Service manager (Hunter). When I hear back from Robert via text, Service spoke with his Sales manager, but he’s not sure what they said, and he figured they had already called and spoke to me about the issue. I call and speak to Robert’s Sales manager (Sam Allen). In short, he says they have no written order or ‘we owe you’ document and no warranty that covered such issues from the purchase, and the muffler rattling was not a safety concern, so they would not be making the repair unless I paid for it. Sam brushes off my agreement with Robert using such words as ‘he said, she said’ and ‘here say’. He can sense I’m furious. He diffuses by stating perhaps the entire exhaust doesn’t need to be replaced, try taking the vehicle to a muffler shop and see if they can perform a less expensive repair. I’m floored. I don’t really know what else to say, what else can I say at this point. I should have obtained everything in writing? I should have test-driven the vehicle one final time before completing the transaction to physically verify the rattling repair was completed by the dealership? I should have just walked away from the vehicle when a major annoyance was observed during test drive? I should have avoided Jeff Schmitt dealerships altogether? I don’t know, maybe all the above.
Came in with a car that wouldnt start while I was traveling with family. They fit me into their busy schedule and I was out with a new battery within 1.5 hours (impressive considering I wasnt scheduled and their appointment schedule was full). Service manager, Zoe, was extremely helpful. Every time she came into the service waiting area with an update for someone, she had an update for everyone waiting for their car. Zoe also recommended routine maintenance for us to take when we returned home (and was not pushy at all). Zoe was extremely knowledgeable about everyones car - taking time to ensure everyone waiting knew what their air filters did and why it was important to keep them clean. Prices seemed very reasonable. All around, this was a fantastic experience in customer service.
As someone that use to sell cars a long time ago for some other brand vehicles, I am very please and happy with the service I received. The entire staff at Jeff Schmitt Nissan were so nice and helpful, I knew exactly what I was looking and they did what was needed and more to make it easy and the buying process the easiest ever!
I brought my car in for the initial oil change and tire rotation. The advisor met me immediately and was very courteous. I was given an estimate of one hour for the service to be complete and the work actually took less than 40 minutes. All details of what was serviced were explained and I left the dealership earlier than I expected.
I recently purchased a used Nissan Rogue from here. I filled out the app online and i quickly had a response from a sales man, Robert Henderson. Robert was such a pleasure to work with. He was very kind, and understanding of my needs and my hesitation of buying the vehicle. But in the end i did purchase it. and I LOVE my Rogue. Hopefully when i am in the market again for another Nissan, Robert is still there and available to help.
The people at Nissan are like my family. I have never been let down. Any issue that may arise have been promptly addressed. Josh in service is the most amazing person - smart, kind, sincere and caring. Mario and his sales staff is amazing. I’ve recently bought my 7th car from there and I trust them with my life. I can be difficult to please and I would give more stars if I could.
Friendly, helpful and professional from the moment I stepped on the premises. They really worked with me to try to find the best case scenario and definitely treated me as an individual person instead of just another brick in the wall. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone, and Matt was phenomenal. I came in with a toddler and honestly looked a whole hot mess and a half, and both my son and myself left feeling like a million bucks and a real part of the Jeff Schmitt family. Working with Dan Lewis was the absolute best experience we could have possibly had. For us he was the most courteous, yet efficient salesman we could have possibly worked with. He was relaxed even though we had gotten to the dealership around 6pm and he was due to leave at 8pm....he ended up staying and doing the paperwork with us until after 10pm that night to make sure things went exactly how we had discussed. I realize it is is job to work to get the sale, but he did not make us feel like just a sales number. I am 57 years old, this is my 5th new car in the last 10 years. If you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle ask for Karma Ross to be your sales associate.I called into Nissan very discouraged because I had lost my car due to a failed engine at the worst time. I spoke with Stephanie over the phone and she made me feel confident I should come in and work with Karma and we could make it work. My credit score was 475, I had only a $1,000 down payment, a job offer letter and a part time job paying me less than $600 a month during this time period because it was a part time job for my last semester of school. I had recently graduated and received my Bachelors. My failed engine came at a bad time because I was just offered my first career job immediately after graduation and it required me to drive. Karma understood and work very diligently to help me get approved for a car. She spent hours communicating with the special finance manger Doug Morelock to help me and I ended up getting approved. I cried tears of joy and appreciation because they helped prevent me from missing an opportunity of a lifetime. When the odds were against me Nissan came through. I was thinking about going to a buy here pay here but Im glad I didnt my vehicle comes with service and I will be building my credit up. Thank the Lord for these blessing!!!!!

I strongly recommend the used car sales staff and the service department at Jeff Schmitt Nissan. I have purchased 2 vehicles there and have all the Nissan service completed there. Dan Lewis in the used car department is my go to guy and does a great job finding the right car without being a high pressure salesman. The service department keeps my cars in top condition without trying to oversell what is not needed.

Hello I went to look for a car. Colton was amazing but the sales manager George brought me my credit score and when he seen my eyes get huge he said”let me guess, Credit -Karma” I said no actually Transunion and Equifax. I knew what my credit score was. He began to said well there is a difference we pay for ours. Needless to say I did not get a car from them. I went to the dealership I always go to and did get a car and when they ran my credit 2 days later it was close to 150 points higher than when Jeff Schmitt Nissan ran it. I asked my dealership how that could happen and they said it makes people’s interest higher and there’s some sort of benefit to it for the sales team. I think that is illegal and just wrong!!!! I hope this hasn’t happened to anyone else. I hope that people know their scores before walking in and don’t just take what they say as word. Shame on you for allowing this type of stuff going on at your business.Again Colton was amazing and deserves to work somewhere else that has good ethics like he has.
I recently bought a 370z from Jeff Schmitt Nissan and my experience there was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The salesperson I worked with, Sam Allen, was extremely professional and attentive, while also being very easy to work with. The entire process went smoothly, all of my needs were met, and it was ultimately the the best car buying experience Ive ever had, hands down. I would definitely buy from them again!
Unfair! They sold a vehicle out from under us. We drove 3 hours, were there by our confirmed appointment time and had to wait for other people to test drive it. We had approved financing, the other people didn’t. They kept putting us off and stalling until the other people finally got approved. We only drove that far because we intended to buy that truck and because we had the appointment. Either honor appointments or make it first come, first served - having it both ways is bad business.
Our experience was out of this world. Joey Harnish was perfect! I can describe everything he did to help us. Professional, caring, and darn right best car sales man out there. If you need help getting a new car I really suggest you you go see him or call or whatever, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I didnt know that buying a new car could be so enjoyable. My first stop was at Jeff Schmitt Nissan. I was met by George Webb and told him the price limit my husband had set and some of the needs for our family. Having a 65 teenage son and a total of five in the family wanting high safety standards would be tough to meet with my limit. George didnt try to talk me out of anything. He just took what I asked of him and led me to the nicest car I have ever driven in my life and in my price range - a 2009 Cadillac SRX . You see I had just totaled my van four days earlier when I hit a deer. Side air bags, Onstar, GPS and all the wonderful touches were something I didnt think I could afford, but really wanted. George knew right where it was and even went on a test drive with us and took us across the street to meet the salesman at the Cadillac dealership to answer more questions. I had to wait until the next day to bring my husband back to see it and was met by Jason Anderson. He took over for George due to other clients ahead of us and again the same great service and knowledge about the car was excellent. He brought us water and stopped in to talk with us when we were waiting on our paperwork to go through. They were a great team. I feel like I met two good friends! Thanks Guys for treating us so nice and making us feel so special!
I had a very difficult to diagnose engine manufacturer defect, and although it was not located immediately, once the service team discovered the problem (crack at mating surface of cylinder head), they immediate put in for a new motor. The quality of workmanship displayed on the long-block replacement is what you would expect of a seasoned mechanic.Although my experience was frustrating getting to the final diagnosis, I must say the service team always ensured I had comparable transportation, kept me informed in great detail, and got the job done correctly in the end. I would recommend them to anyone.
This dealership sales team and service department are absolutely awesome. To get to service a purchase must be made solid with sales. Mateo and the sales team made my sales experience one worth bragging about. The package on my Murano makes my service something to look forward to. Service always has a car waiting so that I can continue my day without waiting for my car to be service. This dealership is EXCELLENT!
I went to Jeff Schmitt Nissan to get a brand new car. I absolutely loved my experience there! I worked with Dustin Burkhard and he was amazingly helpful. I didnt have a specific car in mind so Dustin and Tom sat down with me to figure out what would be the best car for me. I ended up getting a 2012 Nissan Rogue. As soon as I test drove it I fell in love. They were great working with me on payments and anything I wanted with the car. It was definately the best experience that I have ever had at car dealership.
Went in to purchase a vehicle, had my eyes set on one but was unsure if I was willing to fork out that much cash for it. Sitting down with the sales guy he tells me that I know you really like the car, if you are unsure then leave a $500 deposit so that we can hold the car for a few days and take it off the lot so no one can buy it while you decide.Low and behold, not even a full day goes by and he calls me and says that I had to come in and make a decision today, did not even give me a full day to discuss this decision with my fiance! I explained to him I would need more than a half a day to make a decision and seeing as how I already made a $500 deposit I should have been entitled to more than a half a day to make that decision. Then I start getting calls from the finance manager asking me to come in and sign the paperwork. I have at this point already stated over 10 times between the sales guy and finance manager that I will need more than a half a day to make a decision. They finally agreed.I work 3rd shift so I only get limited time in the day to do things. I wake up the following day to over 15 missed calls, at this point theyre harassing me! Me and my fiance both agree that theyre being very shady and we decide that we dont want the car not just because of all the harassing calls but also because they failed to even mention there was a dent in the backside of the car, had I have bought the car they would have never have even mentioned it to me. They said they would detail the car, which they never did. But to top it all off they ended up selling the car even though we had already put the deposit down on the car, they could care less about us trying to make our final decision.They did not even seem to care that I had a bad case of bronchitis. I even explained that I was sicker than a dog to them but they just shrugged it off and tried to push another car on me to buy. At this point Im just in shock at how the whole situation turned out. Today I have tried reaching out to the sales guy to get my deposit back and he is just flat out ignoring me. Im giving until Friday for them to respond about giving me my $500 deposit back, if not then Im going to the DMV and filing a consumer complaint against Jeff Schmitt. Until I get my deposit back my review will stay.

2022-03-05This was the best car buying experience I’ve had! Robert Henderson helped me check out a 2022 Nissan Sentra SR. From the test drive, to going over my trade in, to the finance office, the process was so smooth and they worked with me in every aspect. I could not have been happier with my experience and car purchase. I’ve always purchased new Hyundai/Kia’s, so this was new for me and Robert made sure to answer every question I had and show me every part of the car inside and out. He even came in on his day off the next day to make sure the rest of the process was complete and I was taken care of. Super thankful for this dealership and all of their great employees! Everyone was so nice and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

2022-06-08Mr. Jeremy West helped me beyond the call of duty. I dont drive to Beavercreek so he picked me up, took me to the bank, to their office to sign papers and brought me home. Everyone I talked to were very professional, pleasant and kind. The office is really very clean, the car maintenance department is very clean with spacious waiting area and nice parking lot. 2022-04-17I took my car in for a recall on the hood latch. When I arrived they promptly took me in and began the process. Was told it would maybe take an hour to do. Also let me know they would vacuum and wash the car before returning it to me. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that. Was in the customer waiting area (where there were free coffee and snacks if you wanted them) for less than the time I was quoted when they came to let me know the job was finished. Again a pleasant surprise. I was treated very well and everyone was courteous and friendly.
