I had Kelley Blue Book value my car and I indicated 3 dealers Id entertain offers from. Schmitt was one of them. I received a call from them about setting an appointment so they could look it over. I told the young lady that the number KBB came back with for selling to a dealer was too low. She convinced me they always value above KBB. Well I drove 30 minutes there, sat there for 30 minutes and the amount they would pay me for my car was 35% ($6,000) less than what I can sell it for in Craigslist and 20% lower than the KBB offer!!!. It was so low I literally laughed out loud when the guy told me! I thought he was joking! My car is in excellent condition mechanically, inside and out. No scratches or dents. Nearly flawless. You can see it on Craigslist but hurry it will be gone in the next day or two! Its the Toyota brands top of the line car - the Avalon -2016Suffice it to say thats an hour and a half of my life Ill never get back!
The Titan. OMG 😳 it was the star of the visit. Its a BIG BOY! Took my wife out there. She likes domestic trucks like CHEVY/GMC/RAM except for Ford haha. I was checking out the Frontiers at first because Im price conscious but they didnt appeal to her. Took her over to the Titans and she changed her mind haha! 🤣 I did not test drive but I would like to in the future. We both loved the Titan and had a pleasant experience. Thank you Sarah!
I would like to give Mr Joe Morefield of miamisburg Jeff schmidt of miamisburg ohio location Mr Morefield went above and more to transact a sale to me orien dodds of miamisburg ohio at my residence because of my medical/ physical condition ,(unable to go to dealership) , Mr Morefield went through adverse weather conditions to conduct and complete the sale of a vehicle then returned the vehicle ready for complete delivery which he personally delivered the car same evening in record timeorien w doddsPS: a true asset to dealership
Our salesperson, Chloe Pitstick, was super helpful. We came in to the Mazda dealer to look at a CX-5 but we ended up looking at a Chevy Equinox next door at the Chevy dealer and purchased it. Chloe was very accommodating and helpful despite Chevy not being the primary brand she sells. Would definitely recommend seeing Chloe if you need a Mazda or any other vehicle Jeff Schmitt sells!
I have patronized Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet since 2008. Their service is great. I love my truck. Their body shop is the very best in Dayton. I have experience fixing collision damage and painting cars. I choose Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet in Fairborn, because they always make my vehicle look new again. Perfect dent reconstruction, color match, shine match, texture match, and panel gap alignment. Manager Ms. Britney Turner delivers great service. She gave me instant estimates, got me a rental instantly, and without any notice, regularly advised me of progress, and completed my work early.
We had a horrible experience with Columbus Mitsubishi a little over a year ago. So it was a little nerve wracking when we decided to start car shopping again. The guys at Jeff Schmitt were excellent. They answered all my questions, even before I asked most of them. They made sure to walk is through every feature of the car before we drove it off the lot. Danny was our sales guy. Very normal, down to Earth kind of guy. Not your standard car salesman. Stayed late after closing to get everything worked out with my husband. Jackson was there when we picked the car up the next day. He made sure we knew everything we needed to know and we had no questions when we left. This was an excellent experience.
Took my car in to get 2 recalls and when I went to pick up my vehicle they said I needed break pads all around and the front rotors were very dangerous to be driving on. Bought new rotors and pads. Took off the tires to change them. To my surprise the rotors were smooth and the pads were not dangerous! They tried to take advantage of a woman! Will not return! Double check! Places like this give car mechanics a bad name!
I bought my very first brand new car here 2 years ago and its the only place Ill probably ever go. They were so awesome to me when I was not even thinking I wanted a new car but just needed a used one. They got me the price I wanted and the vehicle I was destined to have. I will Always get serviced here. They take super good care of you and even waiting for your vehicle doesnt take that long considering all they do. Thank you guys !!!
We had a great experience with Jeff Schmitt Nissan, we were trying to get our daughter a newer car and have her on the loan. Rob the finance manager worked some magic and was able to get her the car at the terms needed. Our salesman Rob Henderson was very helpful in the whole transaction and answered any and all questions we had. I would most definitely recommend them, and will see what I can find when its my turn to look. Thank you again
I was in Jeff Schmitt in Beaver Creek I had all of my legal documents and I was denied and discriminated against because I was in good faith exercising my right under the consumer credit Federal trade commission equal credit opportunity I have been harmed and damaged injured something must be done for this negligence and for this vile attack against me
Tuesday night I picked up my dream car! Courtney Beam at the Mitsubishi location was the epitome of what a salesperson should strive to be. Professional, kind, and most importantly she worked hard to get the best deal for me. This is my third purchase through her now and I know if I need another where Ill be going. Thank you so much for everything!
I cant say enough good things about jeff schmitt and my experience with them in fairborn. i have bought 3 vehicals from them. i recently traded a 2018 ram in with them and they gave me top dollar for the truck. i had been to 3 places prior and was offered less.they actually gave me a little more than kbb. i purchased a new truck at a very low price compared to the other dealers.the quality of service was elite! the salesman that assisted me was (noveria faulkner.)he was awesome.talk about customer experience.he spent over a week with me and took all my lengthy and exhausting phone calls. i had more than 50 questions.most sales people wouldnt take that amount of time or have patients with people as inquisitive as i am. but noveria took his time and was very professional. i highly recommend talking to him and purchasing your vehical from him. he is very curtious, educated, extremly patient and very honest. he spent relentless hours going over figures and literally giving me realisticadvice. again he is very professional.he did not just try to make a sale. he liturally cares about his guests. he helped me get the best deal on new truck. i highley recomend this company and this salesman i will definatly use them again!
I had a car that I needed to sell and Jeff Schmitt Auto was the best place that I could have gone! I filled out the information on the car buying page and things just moved from there. The process was super easy and painless but most importantly, they gave me a fair price and Casey McCall was great!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff Schmitt Auto to anyone looking to buy, trade, or sell an auto. Thank you again, Casey!!!
Robert Henderson was EXTREMELY helpful during my car shopping experience!! Showed me the exact car I was looking for, and took the time to go through ALL of the features of the vehicle before ny test drive. I absolutely love my new car, and would highly recommend the Jeff Schmitt team!
My dad and I went in to Jeff Schmitt in Fairborn today to talk about trading in my old car for a new 2020 equinox. We were promptly greeted by Anthony Shoemaker who was extremely informative and went the extra mile to put me in the equinox I wanted. He was not pushy at all and listened to all of our questions and concerns. Would definitely go back and buy from him again! He’s amazing!
I was a first time car buyer when I chose Jeff Schmitt to purchase my Chevy Equinox from. My salesman Nick Derwort was very informational, explained all the details to me and most importantly made sure I was happy while staying in my budget. The finance manager was also very helpful. Very pleased with the service.
I had a oil change appointment at 8:00am, arrived about 7:50, and was greeted by their service advisor who promptly did the paperwork. I did ask for a few things extra, cost of a paint stick, a problem with some plastic corner pieces on the windshield and a key for my car. After a 2 plus hour wait, it was finally done. The cashier wasnt courteous or disrespectful, just here is your bill and I can go back to what ever she was doing. The cost was twice what I can get it done locally. I had to ask twice for the paint stick, which$21.95, for a ounce or to of paint was a little high, Ill check with Amazon. The plastic pcs for the windshield corners, $166.00, are you kidding me! On my bill, I paid $2.80 plus tax on a miscellaneous charge, whatever that was. Not impressed!
We had a great car buying experience here! Our salesman, Austin and our finance manager, Bryan were both so friendly and helpful. I feel like I got a great car at a great price with affordable and pressure free extras available. Plus, considering you spend a lot of time at the dealership when you buy a car, it’s really nice to be somewhere that is clean and welcoming!
We came to Jeff Schmitt Nissan in early September because my wife and I were in the market for a Nissan Cube. They advertised a low mileage 2011 model that appeared to be in good condition on their website. Our sales representative was Robert Henderson. Prior to test drive, the vehicle appearance/condition was great. Upon test drive, we clearly heard a very loud rattling/vibrating noise from the rear bumper/muffler when bringing the vehicle to a complete stop or shifting into park. You’d have to be deaf to be unable to hear it or over 50 yards away at least. This was discussed with Robert, he said it would be addressed by the dealership. We submit a $500 deposit/hold fee to keep the vehicle until financing/paperwork was obtained from my credit union. A few days passed, we met with Robert but a paperwork issue with the credit union would delay the transaction. We again discussed the rear bumper/muffler rattling needs to be addressed before pick up when we arrive in two days. Robert agreed and remembered, said it would be addressed. Two days later, go back to the dealership, sign the paper work and the transaction was completed. Drive the vehicle roughly 45 miles back home, almost all entirely interstate driving, no issue. But, later that same evening lo and behold, wife and I drive the Nissan Cube to the grocery store and the bumper/muffler breaks out into its extreme rattling glory. We both slowly turn to look at each other, stunned, speechless. I contact Robert at the dealership the very next day. Now he tells me his service technicians were unable to replicate the vibrating noise and they didn’t do anything further. Stunned is now an understatement. I responded that replicating the noise should have been straightforward, it just needs to be driven momentarily then put in park or stopped at a stop sign or light. My response should have been why are you just now telling me this. I emailed Robert a video so that he and others can observe the issue, he tells me to bring the Cube to the Service Center and they’ll get it fixed. We call the Service Center, explain the issue and purpose of the visit and make an appointment. Once its seen, Service states there is indeed a rattling noise coming from the muffler/bumper, it appears to be from the muffler vibrating/contacting the bumper, the exhaust needs to be replaced and it’s going to cost $1,922. I laughed. I explained the situation to the Service associate (Amanda) and was deferred to the Service Manager (Hunter Alsip). Hunter said that Service had no order from Sales covering the repair, and I should contact Sales. Frustrated and becoming more agitated, I contact Robert. I reach him via text, he says he will speak to his Sales manager and the Service manager (Hunter). When I hear back from Robert via text, Service spoke with his Sales manager, but he’s not sure what they said, and he figured they had already called and spoke to me about the issue. I call and speak to Robert’s Sales manager (Sam Allen). In short, he says they have no written order or ‘we owe you’ document and no warranty that covered such issues from the purchase, and the muffler rattling was not a safety concern, so they would not be making the repair unless I paid for it. Sam brushes off my agreement with Robert using such words as ‘he said, she said’ and ‘here say’. He can sense I’m furious. He diffuses by stating perhaps the entire exhaust doesn’t need to be replaced, try taking the vehicle to a muffler shop and see if they can perform a less expensive repair. I’m floored. I don’t really know what else to say, what else can I say at this point. I should have obtained everything in writing? I should have test-driven the vehicle one final time before completing the transaction to physically verify the rattling repair was completed by the dealership? I should have just walked away from the vehicle when a major annoyance was observed during test drive? I should have avoided Jeff Schmitt dealerships altogether? I don’t know, maybe all the above.
Drove from northern KY as they had exactly what I was looking for. Questions were quickly answered. Negotiated price was fair and handled professionally. Upon arrival, vehicle condition very much surpassed my expectations. Dan my salesman was knowledgeable, detailed, friendly and not at all pushy. Actually every person encountered seemed genuine and happy to be there. Paperwork was a breeze. An all around positive transaction.
This place is a great place to be treated right while trying to purchase a car. The experience I had here with my son was fantastic. They went out of their way to make it possible for my son to drive away with a great car at an affordable cost. Thank you JEFF SCHMITT!!!
At first I didn’t give a great review because the car they sold me had heating issues. However, after I emailed them and expressed my concerns they instantly offered to fix the issue for FREE. Not only did they change my heater core, but they also gave me a rental car all for free. And my salesman, Noverria was excellent!
I walked into Jeff Schmitt Nissan with my head held low, and was sure I was going to be told yet again that I was not going to be able to trade in my car (that did not fit my family of 5) for an SUV, as I had been turned away by 3 other dealers... I walked in and was greeted by Joey Harnish, and and I tell you it was the best thing that could have happened! Not only did he tackle my complicated case (WITH A SMILE) but he had me in a 2018 Nissan Rogue with in 3 hours!!!!! I go to a dealer ship and I plan to be there all day.. I am absolutely in love with my new Rogue and I can not thank Joey enough for what he did for my family! I will definitely be sending all my friends and family to him! Thank you Joey!
I can only comment on the service department since thats all Ive used, but theyre excellent. I take our Equinox and Sonic there twice a year, so Ive utilized them 4 times a year for the past 3 years. Never had an issue, theyre always fast and courteous, and surprisingly, their prices are beyond reasonable. No higher than Firestone or Goodyear for routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Went here late Sunday with an idea of getting a CPO pickup. No planning just hooped in my truck and went over there to see what they had. I was browsing their CPO lot for a few minutes and was greeted by a Sales Consultant Noverria Faulkner. Wanted to hop in one of the truck to see how it felt and he went over all the options, features, the whole nine yards. It was late and had Monday off so I said I would be back in in the morning.I showed up about 945 where I was greeted by another sales person and asked for Mr. Faulkner and was told he came in a noon. The sales person called him and he offered to come right in, but I insisted he come in at noon. I grabbed something to eat and came back and there he was, ready to get to work. I was there from noon to 730, long day but he was working his tale off with Manager Matt to get where I needed to be payment wise. I was not preapproved prior to coming, fair credit rating, and had a lot left over on my current truck and they worked all day long and kept me posted as well with options, payments, and information. I was extremely impressed as I thought as soon as I hesitated a few times Mr. Faulkner was professional, real, and gave me a thousand and one options to get to my desired monthly payment.I was able to get the exact extremely low mileage truck I wanted with the payment I needed for my new CPO Silverado. Even if I didnt get a truck the way those 2 worked was amazing to battle like that for their customer and not just shrug me off like other dealers.I have nothing but great things about each person in that building and on the new vehicle side as well. I was also informed about the leasing option as well from Mr. Faulkner to possibly get me into a brand new truck to help with my negative equity from my truck and save money in the long run. He knows everything about that dealership and a true asset to the company. Never knew the facts about leasing and will be an option down the road. There were a few more people behind the scenes that I am not sure who all helped make it happen but can drive down the road knowing Jeff Schmitts team is spot on and if anything happens I know who to call with no hesitation. You all earned a lifetime customer with myself and family and glad I didnt go else where. I going to need a lot of business cards to spread the word! Thanks again and thanks for taking the stress out of car buying!
Had a terrible experience here on Friday, 12/9/16. I drove in from Columbus as a serious buyer. The 2015 Honda CR-V had at least 3 rock chips in the front windshield and countless other minor scratches that you think they would take the time to clean up prior to offering the vehicle for sale. I test drove the vehicle and was satisfied but I just knew they would come down on the price by ~$300 considering the cosmetic defects and KBB value. I was set up with a very obvious JR sales person because he acted like they were firm on the price and actually came back with a price higher than the internet price. I left. Several hours later I received a call from another sales person who wanted to know how my experience was. I told him it was poor and he proceeded to tell me that I obviously didnt know how to buy a car because hes been selling a car for years. My husband had to end up calling him to tell him not to call me again. I bought a car the next morning at a local dealership in Columbus that I couldnt be more pleased with. Dont waste your time!!
Not a fan of this dealership. They talked me into driving their truck home (30 min drive home)for the night but failed to put gas in the truck, So I had added $30 of gas thinking it was no big deal. Well after we couldnt agree on numbers on me buying the truck I ended up bringing it back to the dealership thinking I would be reimbursed since ALL dealerships usually have gas in their vehicle when you leave the lot .. Well that wasnt the case. emailed Mike davis a few times but no response.
Read my message to Chevy to see what type of service you can expect from this dealer!Hey Chevy, if you care about your customers, perhaps you can step in and resolve the absolutely terrible service I’ve received from one of you dealerships, Jeff Schmitt Auto Group (East Chevrolet). I purchased a 2017 z06 Corvette from them on May 12, 2018. I live in MI and the dealer is in OH, so I called a week ahead to arrange the purchase. I stopped by on a Saturday, only to find that the dealer had lost one of the key fobs to the car. No big deal, I’m reasonable and things happen—except that the car won’t start with only one key synced. All was well and good until nearly 6 hours pass and I’m still at the dealership because they can’t program the key. They end up letting me leave with one fob, only for me to drive home and have the car’s security system recognize there is only one fob and prevent me from starting it. I ended up missing a wedding because the car was stuck at a gas station. Fortunately, after calling OnStar, I was able to get the car started. The dealer then mails me a key fob and instructs me to take it to another dealer to program it. They inform me that they will reimburse the cost for this. I take it to a local dealer and the fob is reprogrammed. I promptly send them the bill—on May 18. Nearly three months later and over a dozen emails, calls and texts, I still do not have reimbursement. I’ve been informed by the dealer that they will send me the check or that it’s “on its way” or even that it’s in the salesperson’s briefcase ready to go out! In sum, I’ve heard the same rhetoric for the last three months. It’s not about the money—it’s the premise of the matter. Maybe someone at Chevy will care enough to do the right thing. Or maybe I’ll see the dealer in a court of competent jurisdiction. Ball is in your court.
These guys are not completely honest with you when it comes to the value of your trade in so beware. We traded in a low mileage Volkswagen CC in excellent condition and the manager offered us a low price because he said the air bag recall reduced the value of the car to below blue book. Well low and behold we go out to their used car site and they are selling the car for $5,500 over what he gave us for it (which happens to be what Kelly Blue Book estimated its worth). Seems to me they are not going to have any problems making a profit on it. I can honestly say we will not be doing any business with them in the future and we will not be recommending them to anyone.
My husband and I got preapproved online for a van. We get a call and have an appointment to complete the paperwork. As we are pulling up they are putting temporary tags on it. They sold it to someone else that got approved three days before we did. They live playing games. Will never go there again
Walked in the dealership with $2,500 in my pocket (for downpayment). Look at a jeep that I liked. I was given a price that I had to think about. Went back and the same guy then said he never gave me that price...so I guess I must have made up the whole thing. Left a really bad taste and couldnt stomach any further negotiation with people that do this. Hope you have a better experience.
Horrible experience at the Beavercreek location.Do not work with Henry! He will lie to your face and on paperwork, all the while bragging about how he is the top salesman in the store with the biggest office and bragging about the vehicle he drives. Very unprofessional and quite unpleasant to work with.Be prepared to have your paperwork messed up and re-printed several times, and then having others come in to review it. Prepare to spend 4-5 hours at this location, even with an appointment.Update: after working with Kelley at the Fairborn location, all issues were handled in a very professional manner and we left happy customers. We would return to the Fairborn location to purchase in the future.
Made an appointment to have front alignment and I told them I may have thrown a weight off a tire. Appt. Was at12pm at 3pm they called to say they just took truck out for test drive that they felt it was a weight also. I was told about an hour. No call by 430 so I had to walk over I was told they did a front end alight ment and balance. All I was give. Was a bill no explanation of how bad it was nothing. I asked about paper work and was told they do not give that out. I was able to snap a pic of one paper. I got in my truck after having words with the manager. There was grease on the door handle and steering wheel. They had not put air in the tires, and my truck drives worse than it did when I took it in. I will be going g somewhere else for a front end alignment and sending them a bill or take them to small claims. I am tired of getting screwed by me panics who think this is ok. I put my kids in this vehicle!
This time, I went to the service area to get one of the four free oil changes you get when you purchase a vehicle, I del with Abby and she was very good in explaining everything that was done and other areas to keep watch on. All in all the visit was fine with no problems.
When my stolen vehicle was found, it had some damage. I called Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi to take care of the repairs. Jamie made sure to take care of handling everything, including dealing with my insurance. She made sure all of the issues with my vehicle were addressed & fixed. Jamie helped make this awful situation so much more tolerable for me. She is caring, compassionate, professional, & incredibly knowledgeable. This is my go-to for ANY repairs or maintenance for my vehicle.
I bought a 2010 Rav4 from this dealership at the end of February 2017. I pulled out onto the freeway right after purchasing, and found that it was pulling a little to the left, and had a bit of a vibration when I hit 80mph. I did not notice this during the test drive, where I had hit normal freeway speeds. I promptly turned around and dropped the vehicle back off to the dealership. If I were smarter, Id have just left it there and forgot about it. A few days later I got a call that they fixed a caliper slide pin that was sticking, and did a 4 wheel alignment and took care of the problem. They offered me $200 off the agreed price, and for me to take it out on another test drive. The vehicle felt fine to me, so I took the deal. Fast forward a few months and almost 5000 miles later, I noticed that the front wheel bearings were starting to make some noise. When I took the car into the shop, I was told that 3 out of 4 of the caliper slide pins were sticking, and had been doing so for a while. Due to this, the heat caused the wheel bearings to wear out prematurely. I understand that I put a lot of miles on the vehicle since the time of purchase, but Id expect that when they took care of the one caliper slide pin, they would have checked to be sure that the rest of them were greased properly. Now Ive got an expensive repair on my hands as the dealership is telling me that the vehicle has been in my hands too long for them to take responsibility for the issue. Be wary of this dealership. Id suggest looking elsewhere for your pre-owned vehicle.**Update** I spoke with both Matt and Jesse, the managers at your used car dealership. I also spoke with Jay Schmitt. They all advised me that they could offer me the cost of parts, and their cost of labor to repair the vehicle, which is $70/hr. There is no way Im driving my car from Columbus to Dayton, to have a service center that apparently could not do the job properly in the first place, at a cost that I could have the issue taken care of at a more reputable mechanic closer to home. Ill never do business with this shady Car Dealership again.**Further Updated** - My ability to comment on their reviews on Facebook has been disabled after posting the above update to my initial facebook review. Be smarter than I was. Stay away from this dealership.
Today my sister in law went to the Fairborn location to purchase a used vehicle ( Chevy Traverse) that was advertised for $26000. She offered them cash if they lowered the price to $24000, the salesman kept trying to direct her to several different models and was asking all about her income ...which was very unnecessary; needless to say they lost a sale.
Purchased used Honda Odyssey. Vehicle has steering issues during test drive. Was assured that steering would be corrected. Van was in Jeff shop for two weeks, and came out with no change to steering issue. Service manager stated that several staff signed off on vehicle and they are wiping their hands of responsibility. Now BBB and Litigation to hold this company to honor the contract agreement to make the vehicle safe to drive. When the steering is wandering and shaking going down the road, there is something seriously wrong. SAFETY of Customer before profits. STAY AWAY FROM JEFF SCHMITT.
Place is a scam, went in pre approved with the internet price that was right at nada value. Place got me approved then tried to raise the price of the car, i showed them the ad, then they ran my numbers again and said i needed a down payment of at least 1500.00 on top of my trade in then the tried to raise my interest to a 12% and i have a 738 credit score. Then to top it off they tried to make me feel stupid when i said i wasnt doing this and was leaving. I would never recommend this place to an enemy more less a friend. Do yourself a favor go someplace else and save yourself the 3 hour time and embarrassment of dealing with this low class used car dealer, they give auto buying a bad name. Went to Beechmont ford on my way home and drove out with a brand new car the same day.
We came into miamisburg dealership to possibly trade our Chevy trax to a 2020 we were treated like they really didnt want to sell a car or help us at all, after they told me what car trade in amt would be they basically said if I fix this and this then trade it in be worth more I told them if Im going to do that why should I trade, I tried asking questions on what we could possibly work with even looked at another style of car with again no interest in helping I tried asking about lease about how far we can stretch payment out for basically no help so we a repeat customer left with a nasty taste towards dealership
TERRABLE Experience, there were so many problems, DONT BUY anything from them. Still have problems, after speaking to Zack & Arron i decided to record our conversations, because I was promised ANY used car on any used car lot. Im contacting legal aid & BBB to see what can be done. I should have read the AWFUL reviews about them & would have never bought a vehicle from them. I also tried to contact Adam Kopans, & never received a call back !
Dealer wasnt even aware of the huge crack in the windshield we had to bring it to their attention.....the salesman even drove the car from another lot out of town and didnt see it....it was the first thing I noticed, 3 months to the day knocking and whining in the motor and they didnt offer to wave the diagnostic charges. Horrible service. Call and the phone rep acts of if she hates her job.
I am confused-i was searching online for a manual car; I applied this filter, there are many cars that pop up from Jeff Schmidt, when looking at the features, they state Automatic, or shiftable automatic. If the car is advertised as manual, surely it means it has a clutch and needs to be manually shifted!
Thanks to Joey Harnish and 6 hours of hard work and determination my girlfriend Carla and I were able to drive off the lot in a brand new gun metal grey 2017 Chevrolet Trax LTGot to say the Suv handles like a dream. If any of you are looking to get a new or even a used car head to Jeff Schmitt in Beavercreek ohio and ask for Joey. He really goes the extra mile to help you every way that he can. With that said the rest of the staff were beyond helpful as well, well never visit another dealership ever again.
Really disappointed in the body repair shop. Whoever did the body work on the bumper of our car only cleaned one side of the bumper leaving the other side looking really bad with bug spots. It seemed lazy to buff one side and not buff the other of the bumper. If you go here make sure you check out your car before you drive away.
TERRIBLE place to ever buy any vechicle from!!!! Where do I start.bi purchased a truck there a little over 2 and a half years ago and 2 days after pulling it off the lot major repairs start happening and didnt stop. Then as of now the engine is gone. I will NEVER buy from ANY Jeff Schmitt again and thats a promise
Bad they never keep there word and cant get there paper work right they are a joke to work with i rate them with NO STARS i hope MR. JEFF SCHMITT CAN READ THIS AND GET THE MITSUBISHI STORE IN FAIRBORN RUNING RIGHT I LIKE THE USED CAR WE BOUGHT BUT THERE WERE THINGS OF ISSUES THAT WERE BROUGHT UP I DID NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO I EVEN SENT MY NEIGHBOR OVER AND HE BOUGHT A NEW CAR THEY TOLD ME IF I SENT CUSTS. THEY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT TO ME BUT DID NOT EVEN CALL OR EVEN SEND ME A THANK YOU I WILL NEVER SEND YOU ANY MORE CUSTS. GOOD BYE JAMES

2022-06-27My experience was first class all the way! Joey Harnish was extremely professional and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my wife and I surprise her mother with a new car without her knowing about it! He even arranged a surprise delivery since we live out of state! Highly recommend! Thank you Joey Harnish!

2022-07-18Do not use this place to service your vehicle. They are the kind of service department that gives car mechanics a bad name. Tom is especially manipulative when he talks with you. He states one thing will happen or be charged and when you see the final bill it is different. Also, two times we have been there the service that was to be completed wasn’t completed at all or in its entirety. They won’t stand behind their work. You know you are going to pay extra when you go to a dealership but you expect the quality of work, the guarantee, and the customer service to make up for that extra money. With this company you just pay extra for Tom to lie to you and to get your car half fixed or not at all. Contacted customer service about an issue and was supposed to receive a credit. Never received credit.Update: Received a phone call from Brittany. She was absolutely pleasant and apologetic. She stated that they will send my credit in the form of a check. Great customer service from her!!

2022-06-21Robert Henderson worked with us and the experience was great from start to finish! Everyone from Robert, to the sales manager, to the finance department and cashier were friendly and helpful. Robert took us to every point of contact we needed and handed me the keys as we went on our way. We didn’t feel like we have at other dealerships where we were passed off once the sale was made so the salesman could move to his next prospect. This is the second vehicle we have purchased in the Jeff Schmidt Auto Group and we definitely recommend them. Ask for Robert :-)

2022-07-12The food was super tasty and rich. There was a decent drink menu as well. The environment is really cute. There is two levels and it is very open. I believe there is an outdoor patio area too. This place makes for a great date.

2022-05-10My husband had an appointment there yesterday afternoon to talk about a specific vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He drove all the way there to find out it had already been sold. No one had contacted him prior to his appointment to let him know. Waste of our time and gas. Will never recommend this place nor return.

2022-05-18I have bought many car from Jeff Schmitt while working here for nine years. I always bought a service contract because I knew that if my vehicle was to go down I would be taken care of and wouldn’t be left without transportation. Well I was wrong. My transmission had an issue on May 4th. I dropped it off to them for service on that day and left. I was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it and it would need to go to a Chrysler store. So it has been there since May 5. In that time the service contract I purchased from them has only given me a rental for six of these day and it had to go back to enterprise.which wasn’t all that helpful as I was told it had to be comparable to the vehicle I purchased it wasn’t. My vehicle is a Chrysler town and country they rented me a Toyota Corolla. I was told by the service department there was nothing they could do to help me with transportation. So I sent a message to one of their top three in charge asking if we could speak and got no response at all. So here I sit without a vehicle and the dealership I purchased it from not caring at all.Update I have received two call this morning. One from a number 2 in charge and one from the President of Jeff Schmitt which I brought up their promise of loaners to which the owner just apologized for breaking the promises then doubled down on breaking them. Highly recommend going elsewhere. It 2022 they should have been able adapted to todays obstacles by now I’m another way instead of sending customer up stream with out paddles.

2022-03-25230 dollars for them not to tell me what is wrong with my 4x4. Took it to autozone and they told me that I needed a transfer case control module for free. This place is a RIP off. Do not waste your time with this dealership. They scam you out of money and do nothing in return. Replaced the transfer case control module and truck runs perfectly as should. Jeff Schmitt should be ashamed of their business practices. This will be the last dollar they ever make off of me.

2022-03-03I woudnt rate even a one star, but that is the lowest they allow. Jeff Schmidt - Fairborn. My husband purchased a used truck+q from them. He was suffering from 3 gioblastoma brain tumors. They had to know he wasnt in a good state of mind. Very confused and disoriented. Within the supposed 3 day time to return the car, I had contacted them and explained the situation. They didnt care. Hospice spoke with the dealership also. She explained there was no way he was aware of or capable of making decisions and entering into a contract. Schmidts told me they would keep his trade in truck, plus I would have to PAY THEM $7000 to return the truck back to them. Totally, non caring. My husband passed away within 2 weeks of this. Completely awful experience at a very stressful time.

2022-06-14I was told to ask for Mark, or Chris, and I did, but they never bothered to come out and meet with me. I was selling my car. The offer was made by one of them, a lot lower than my on line estaminet from Kelly Blue Book, but I took the offer. But, all through the transaction I never meant either Manager. I guess I wasnt important for either one to waste their time on. Obviously, the car deal was where it counted. Although, while I was sitting and waiting for their unimpressive return, the rest of the employees in the show room came through, and stared a hole through me. Unprofessional, impersonal, and honestly just downright bad business. The person that was waiting on me, I felt was made a gopher between the manager and myself. He kept packing the tell what they said they would or would not give me for my car. I sold the car its over with, but I will not go back there for anything else, and I would not recommend anyone else going there either. Have a good day... By the way this is the Jeff Schmidt Chevrolet located in miamisburg, not Fairborn Ohio.
