We recently purchased a new Honda Odyssey at Jay Honda. The van market is crazy right now and no one has inventory. We were lucky to get to work with Trevor one of the sales staff. He was amazing!! He is personable, prompt and communicates well. We felt like he really cared about us and our little family. It was a great buying experience and he went above and beyond with helping us find exactly what we wanted. Everyone at Jay’s Honda made us feel like family. We are so happy we bought our car there. In my opinion they need to pay Trevor whatever it takes to keep him around. He made the whole experience perfect. Thanks again everyone!
I had a service appointment today at 12:30. I was trying to see if my service advisor Bill was in but apparently I caught him on his day off. Sandy, another excellent service advisor, gladly helped me out. I was in for some warranty work. She was thorough, professional, and polite. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. She worked quickly to resolve my warranty repair and have me on my way. 5 Star service, thank you again!

I leased a car about 3 years ago and have been working with Jake since then! He helped me so much to feel comfortable during my first leasing process and continued to check on me until I was ready to buy the car. I highly recommend going to see him. He is extremely helpful, kind and transparent. He answered all of my questions and was pretty knowledgeable about the cats, etc. I will definitely continue to go see him at Jay Honda!
1st maintenance on new van - in and out within an hour. The video they send when working on or completing your vehicle is a super nice feature and lets you see real time instead of just a tech coming out explaining why more repairs might be needed, solidifies why the work needs done and also let’s you see what might need fixing down the road for future repairs. Service guy was super nice and polite and catered to having my 16mo with me who was to say the least in a mood that day. Thanks again everyone and it was a great experience - look forward to many more.
They do a great job of keeping my civic in great shape! Love how they send you a video of your car and explain what they’re doing and how everything looks. Have worked with Mark and Ty and they’re wonderful. They’ve found coupons and discounts to bring costs down which is spectacular. Highly recommend this place!

Just came in with my 2012 Honda Accord se. have over 173k miles on it and I didn’t like the vibe I was getting from a mechanic on the west side of Cleveland. Marc D helped me as soon as I came in. He was very kind and seems like a sincere man, which I appreciate as someone who’s in sales myself, I can tell when someone is trying to sell me or BS me. Our experience of buying our2019 Honda Accord EX L went very well. Our sales person was not a high pressure person. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We took the car on a test drive and then the paperwork did not take that long to complete. I would recommendJay Honda to others.
I purchased a HR-V this last week and it couldn’t have been a better experience. JohnCase, salesperson, talked through my requirements, we test drove the vehicle, and signed the papers. He went (literally) the extra mile by following me to drop off my rental car! Really great service which I’ve already recommended to friends.
What an amazing car buying experience. Doug Hayslip sold me a 2021 Honda Civic Type R. We did most of the hard work over the phone, since I am over 500 miles away! I sent the deposit, and booked my flight. Doug personally picked me up from the airport, and brought me to Jay Honda to complete the remaining paperwork. 10/10 would buy a car again!

Went to Jay Honda for my regular oil change.Called and made a same day appt.Bill Jordan checked me in. It was very smooth.Checked to see if there were any outstanding recalls etc. Also if there were any updates due etc.Work done checkout even more easier since the renovations were done. Paid right there at the check-in. Service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!
Always a positive experience at Jay Honda. We always come here for our Honda service since returning to Ohio, and the staff are always professional, pleasant, and informative when we have questions. I’d highly recommend anyone owning or considering a Honda to give them a shot at making life a bit easier for you.
Ty in service is the best!!!!! He is very informative and very personable. He makes sure that you under every aspect of your service visit! This was my first experience with Honda and Ty made it the best! He communicated every step with me and made sure that I had the best customer service experience!!
I called and asked how much it would be for diagnosing my car. They said it would be 75$ to look at my vehicle. When they were done, they gave me a quote for the work my car needs. I refused because their prices were astronomical. All of a sudden the diagnosis for my car became 180$ because I refused. That is not a correct way to do business they could of said it’s 75$ if you let us do the work. Avoid this place plenty of other Honda dealers that are not shady like this one
Sandra was so helpful! She checked to see if there were any recalls on my Honda and let me know that if I was having trouble with my AC it would now be covered under my warranty which was good to know. She did all of this without me having to ask for it. Thanks Sandy. I’ll see you soon
Very bad experience with mechanics who maintain cars bought from this dealership. A few days ago, I found out through the police that I dont have a rear light on my car. The brake light worked but the reverse light did not. I called the service and after talking to the worker, an appointment was made for the heart at three oclock. I took the car to the service center on time. After half an hour, they called me and told me that they need about half a day for diagnostics and that I should leave the car. They didnt have a loaner even though I have a warranty. I asked what could be wrong with the car and they told me that they didnt know and that it was probably a wire, so they should look at the car. Although I am a woman, I am not a layman, so I asked them if they were sure, they said yes and we need so much time to see what is wrong. I left disappointed with the approach and address of one of the mechanics who was very rude. I was scheduled for Friday of the same week. I drove the car on time. They said to wait. After two hours, they informed me that the problem was in the fuse. Hahah, couldnt they figure that out on the first day? Is this how they buy time and charge from the warranty, or these mechanics simply do not know how to work, and at the same time they are very unpleasant and rude. I regret paying eighty dollars for insurance because they sent me on the road with a faulty car and put myself and other drivers at risk. Very disappointed with the service.
I have to say that this is my second lease I have done with the fine folks at Jay Honda in the past 2.5 years. The customer service and professionalism of the team there is second to none. My rep, Val Potapenko is perhaps the most customer focused I have ever encountered and goes above and beyond to make it easy and efficient for me. Where other dealers today refuse to work with you unless you come in to the dealership, Val works hard with me remotely as I am incredibly busy. In addition, a quick shout out to Ira in finance who keeps it real. They are not pushy folks and will ask you the right questions about how you will be using your car to make sure their recommendations make sense. Finally, Jamie Pilla is one of the most genuine GMs in the business. Thank you to Jamie for making this last lease a pleasure for me. Do yourself a favor...make Jay Honda a must stop in your car buying journey.
This was the first car my son bought all by himself and the staff could not have been any better! There was no pressure and they went above and beyond to get him the best interest rate. Thank you Jay Honda for giving him such a positive experience with his first car purchase!
First time using the dealer service department since Covid. The service department representative was helpful and personable. All the necessary maintenance was done and extra coupons were applied to reduce the price. It wasn’t cheap but it’s a Honda so keeping up with the recommended maintenance keeps it running for a long time. The waiting room was a letdown. I had skipped lunch so based on my pre-Covid experience, I thought I would be able to get some Starbucks coffee from the dispenser and complimentary granola bar. Guess the dealership decided it wasn’t necessary. No soft drinks or snacks available for purchase, and the coffee carafes were empty. Guess the comfort of the customer isn’t that important any more.
Marc Domenech assisted me with my vehicle while I was at Jay Honda getting my car ready for a long road trip. I could not say enough good things about this honda location, but especially him as an employee. After moving to town I was nervous about establishing a quality relationship with a service center like I had back home. After my experience with Marc, I will return again and again happily!
Tom which is the first person I talk to. Was awesome. Mike was the second person that helped me and finalized all the work that was done. Don one of the bodyman was extremely helpful and keeping me up to date what what repairs needed to be done to fix my vehicle. There was also a young man that was I believe a porter that washed and cleaned the car and was pretty good at what he does. Meaning my car was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. Everybody was professional. And I would take my truck. And my car there even though its not a GMC.
This was by far my best car buying experience. All the people I interacted with were genuine and very nice. This is the first Honda I have purchased and Angel patiently (I’m not very techy) and thoroughly explained what every button is for and how everything works. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car.
This was our first time for service at Jay Honda. We usually take our 2012 Honda Accord to Streetsboro, but decided to give Jay Honda a try. The service technician sent a great video of his findings and was very thorough. Upon receiving our list, totaling nearly 4k, we consulted our mechanic of 18 years who advised we perform the transmission flush for now until he could inspect. We called Sandra (Sandy) to let them know to move forward with flush for now, she was persistent that this was a bad idea because it could disrupt particles that could enter the engine and result in bigger issues, she persisted that if we were not doing all of the work, we shouldnt have anything done. We know better than that, Sandra was not very helpful, and after being placed on hold for 10 plus minutes, we decided to just go pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival, Sandra was rude and bossy, on the phone, with customers and with other service members. What a sour taste. $180 later for diagnostic, we will not be returning.
I always liked Honda products and service over 25 years. I took my 2021 pilot for oil change and tire rotation. Also, asked them to reset built in GPS, it never worked correctly. It took them 2.5 hours complete work with arrogant unacceptable attitude. Oil change and tire rotation is $100 and 2.5 hours.Any other repair place will do the work half of the price and quarter of the time with big 😊Pathetic customer service!
I had Ty Hunt as my service person. Very professional, very helpful, he kept me updated and make sure I understood everything by going over all your macanic had to say about my car. The few times I had the pleasure of working with Ty was nothing short of amazing. Thank you again Ty for all you do.
I was shopping for a new car, and today most/some dealers include a market adjustment of 1500.00. Which means an additional charge above sticker. Which is shocking to most. But in my visit to Jay Honda, they added 5000.00 market adjustment. That’s 5000.00 above sticker! Five thousand above sticker, you heard that. Gouging at its best.Went to Mazda bought a CX30, and not a single dollar above sticker! Just nuts. And Mazda gets better reviews, from car and driver etc. I paid close to 8000.00 less! Long time Honda customer - no more!
We purchased a car from Jay Honda with the help of Thaja and are very happy. Tahja was very patience with all our questions and provided us with all the info we needed. There were quite a few options, including certified pre-owned cars (which eventually we bought) and good financing options. We have the car for almost a month, and so far we are very satisfied. The nicest thing was that after we purchased the car, Tahja spent a long time with us, showing us all the nice feature it has. Highly recommended.

The correspondence via text and email was prompt and he was very knowledgeable on what I was purchasing (2022 Ridgeline Black Edition). It made the entire process much easier than anticipated. No stars. Sold me as is used car, for my 18 yr old daughter. Car drove home, has never ran since. Had alternator replaced and two drive belts. Come to find out subframe was replaced so nothing matches up. Complete trash car, lesson learned, would not recommend used car purchases through them. Couldn’t give zero stars ⭐️.
Absolutely worst customer service!! Unfortunately cannot give 0 stars. Client in this location for 11 years! Car still under warranty and they trying to rip me off for $200 diagnostics for broken AC!! Unbelievable. I had another certified mechanic look at it he said never go to honda in Bedford for ANY service. Its rip off.
My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing our 2020 Honda Pilot from Jay Honda! We were between a EX-L, or Black Edition Model, upon arriving at the dealership we were very quickly greeted by our sales person Maura. She already had both vehicles pulled up, and we were behind the wheel off on a test drive very shortly after arriving. I had my heart set on the Black Edition, even though it was at the very top of our budget. We told Maura what we were willing to pay, and she got the deal done for us quickly, stress free and without any pressure. We worked with Ira, our financing guy was super friendly and professional and helped make the whole signing process go effortlessly. Before leaving the dealership Maura helped us set everything up in our new car, and was sure to answer any questions that we had before we left the dealership! I would definitely recommend Jay Honda to my family and friends! Thank you again to Maura, Ira and Major for making our entire car buying process so smoothly!
Per usual my car buying (lease in this instance) experience with Jay Honda was amazing! The whole family drives Hondas and Bedford is where we go for more. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Jay Honda and the buying experience was easy and seamless. I couldnt be happier with my new car. Eddie Oracio took the time to review everything with me and Ray Shell helped me immensely as well with financing options etc. I highly recommend Jay Honda used cars if youre looking to purchase a vehicle. They had a great selection of vehicles as well.
BE ADVISED! My experience here was a NIGHTMARE!!! There are many other Honda dealerships around here. Visit other places!On the day I was walking in to buy my car, the salesman first gave me a price that is almost 10k more than the price of the car and I said this cant be right. Then he went back to help me get a better price which is still several thousand more than the price of the car and I said this isnt right either. Then the BEST PART CAME. He said he is going to grab the manager. Little did I know, the other person he came back with was just another salesman like him. The man pretended to be the manager. He was NOT patient, kept giving me pressure, and coerced me into signing the exorbitant price. Although I busted his lies in the end, I paid the price. It was NOT a pleasurable experience. Would never come back again and do business or trade with this dealership. No questions.In fact, when multiple friends ask me where I got my car, I told them at Jay. BUT I also advise them NEVER come to Jay because it is terrible and will be a NIGHTMARE. They ended up buying their cars somewhere else and indeed got much more pleasant experiences than I did.Although I bought the car about a year ago, this nightmare still haunted me till now. The Jay they put at the back of my car just reminds me of that terrible experience each time I see it. The experience was so bad that I feel I even developed PTSD from it and probably need to visit a psychiatrist in the future.
Thee best experience buying a car I ever had! Val Sent me videos of the cars, explaining the difference between each, then followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions. The next day when I came to test drive the vehicle, he had everything ready to go and was absolutely upfront, professional, and friendly. I never felt pressured at all. I had previous experiences with Tyrone at another dealership and he was phenomenal there, as well. He adds a personal touch that makes you feel special during the maintenance experience. After several years in Acuras, I returned to the Honda Brand for the 2022 Civic Sport. The car is fantastic. Scheduling service w Jay Honda was very easy. Bob took great care of me, working hard to fit my car into a busy day. My first service experience w Jay Honda was outstanding. I’ll be taking my car back for future scheduled maintenance.
I visited Jay Honda of Bedford to lease a Honda Civic EX. My salesperson was Tahja and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable about her product, professional and pleasant to do business with on the whole. Then I worked with Ira for the financing portion of the sale. He did an excellent job helping me get the payment that felt most comfortable to me and the financing that would work best while being mindful of my packed daily schedule which didn’t allow me too much time.They were both helpful and I feel confident not only would I return to this dealership but I would also recommend it to my friends and coworkers.
We went up on a Sunday afternoon to look at a silver 2014 Honda Crosstour EX at Jay Honda. The car was beautiful, with only 25,000 miles on it. After a nice test ride, we negotiated a very fair price for the car. They even gave me a decent value on my 22 year old trade in !! It really was a nice experience there, and everyone that we dealt with, including our salesman Rick K. was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to make the trip up to Jay Honda....

So if I could give a thousand stars as a rating I would, because the quality, efficiency, helpfulness from just about everyone Ive talked to here is 1000%. I have to thank these guys so much for everything theyve done for me being 18 when I signed my first lease.From Mr. Odibo from being the most inviting face around, looking and being very professional and forthright. Allowing me to come in and giving details about whats in store.To Zach giving me the rundown on everything I need to know about what was in each car I was interested in so I could tell the difference to meet my wants/needs.To Ira helping me out with the finances, doing everything he could to help make sure I was driving off the lot in my beautiful new 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback.To Patrick for helping me finish the process when Zach was on vacation and everyone being so helpful and smiling everytime I walked through the door.Thanks to these guys and even more I havent named I was able to drive this beauty off the lot. I had a dead battery. Called Jay Honda service department. Was told to let them know once I could get my car there. As soon as I arrived, Marc checked me in and had my car taken care of immediately. He confirmed it was a dead battery and that they would go ahead and replace it. They checked my car over after installation to make sure nothing else was causing a problem. Marc confirmed that it was only the battery. They had me in and out in an hour! Thanks Jay Honda!
Nice staff, but very poor business model. We came from out of state to pick up a vehicle only to find out that they were charging $4,000 above sticker price. Obviously they did not allude to this at all before we arrived. Not only are they gouging you on their “market adjustments”, but they also were offering an absurdly high interest rate, completely unreflective of my credit score. It was so obvious that they were screwing me, that walking out the door was incredibly easy. We ended up finding the exact same car in-state AT Sticker Price and an excellent rate through a different dealership. Long story short - if you walk out of Jay Honda with a vehicle you’re likely on the wrong end of the deal. Shop around and you will find a deal much more advantageous from a consumer standpoint.
Jay was great! He initially contacted us after we requested information on a vehicle through auto trader. He sent us a personalized video of the van we liked highlighting all the important things (mileage, tires, interior, etc.). He helped us book an appointment and was friendly when we arrived. There were a few of the same type of van that we wanted on their lot, but he never tried to get us to buy the more expensive ones. He showed them to us when we asked, but was not pushy at all. Great experience and would highly recommend!
Jay Honda has been my go-to dealership for cars and service for over 20 years, where we have proudly owned 6 Hondas of various models. They are consistent in customer care and service. They are an establishment that operates with integrity, courtesy and I highly recommend them!
For over almost a decade I have always found Jay Hondas service personnel honest and working for my behalf. Why? Because they want my repeat business. And, they spot rare problems before they become issues, which keeps me safely and reliably on the road.The only reason I gave Jay Honda 4 stars this time was a detail where the receipt that I received from the cashier was printed very light from a well-used ink process that needed to be refreshed. Otherwise, the experience was I had was 5-star. I would not hesitate to go to Jay Honda for my next car.

My 2017 Honda pilot develop some rust on the liftgate and I took it in and it was covered under warranty. Jay honda arranged for the replacement of the complete tailgate with a new tailgate. The service manager looked at it took photos and submitted it to Honda of America for warranty We are very happy with the experience
I have been searching for a Honda Civic Coupe Touring for a couple of months now, which is hard to find in my area, specifically the automatics. You can find them mostly online but not near me. I decided to stop at Jay Honda of Bedford. What I loved about this place is that you shop indoors for vehicles. When I first walked in I immediately saw the vehicle Id been searching for; with the exception of it being the EX-L Trim but with all the bells and whistles. Long story short, I purchased the vehicle. No pressure from sales person. Price was fair for the year and low mileage of vehicle. Thanks to the Finance Manager, I got a great APR and had the option of purchasing additional warranty and gap insurance. He got me the best deal to keep my payments in the range I wanted. Thanks Val Potapenko for walking me through the process of purchasing my 2018 Honda Civic Coupe EX-L.
I bought my car here and had a major repair that needed done within 3 years, luckily all under warranty. Previous times I have brought in my car I have had mixed success with the staff, however this last time was some of the best service I have ever received. If you can get help from Mike, do it. He is a fantastic person. I got a loaner car no problem from them and the problem was solved with my car. Would go back next time I need work on it and will request Mike every time!
The last three visits has been an absolute horrible experience. I feel like I paid top dollar for a nightmare experience with a backyard mechanic. I still have yet not received a follow up call from the Service Coordinator that checked me in or his Manager tagged he promised that would follow up with me the next day. I only received a call from another Service Coordinator stating that she would have a manager to call me back which I’m still waiting for a call back. This shows not only poor service but poor communication with following up. Not only to mention prior to this experience they delivered me mg vehicle back to me with all the lugs loose on one of my tires. They checked off things to be working when they apparently didn’t even check or cars to check. Not to mention as an apology for their unforeseen poor services they offered a free oil change and then turned around and offered more poor services. But while my vehicle was there they made sure they made sure they kept calling to offer to more miscellaneous services when they failed to maintain to check on the items that was to be included with the basic services that was being rendered. This absolutely unacceptable.
I want to start this off by saying that I have never done a review before and I am not one to complain, so this is truly a bad experience for me to comment. If I could give Jay Honda 0 stars, I would. I drove 3 hours to their dealership to hopefully purchase a CR-V I was interested in. The “salesman” Jake was very young and only showed me the “cool buttons” in the car, before sitting me at his desk and disappearing. The finance man, whom I believe was named Jay?, then approached me. I told him I have very good credit and because of that, I only wanted my credit ran ONCE to obtain a rate. He ASSURED me that this would not be a problem, he said at the very most he would run it through two banks.He ran my credit 8 times. All without my permission.All of which, by the way, was done without the “salesman” being present or having presented price offers or deal structures to me. The financer then led me to his office and told me I am “debt heavy” as soon as I sat down - which is highly inacccurate considering I have minimal student debt and a very good RN salary. He then handed me a paper immediately that he insisted I sign which only showed me three payment options. There was no price breakdown, buyers invoice, or deal structure provided. When I kept asking to see those, he spent 10 minutes telling me that he did not have access. I finally told him if I couldn’t see a breakdown of what I would be paying for, I would leave. He then miraculously had access to a buyers invoice, and I noticed the MSRP was $7k above the sticker price on the car. I asked him why, and he said “I’m allowed to mark it up as I see fit due to the market”. PRICE. GOUGING. After much deliberation, I politely told him I really wasn’t comfortable giving them my business and I left. As I walked through the lobby, another salesman rolled his eyes at me and said “I wish her luck, we have the only CR-V in the whole country”. Fun fact - they probably do now, because I went to Neil Huffman Honda dealership in IN and received EXCELLENT customer service, paid sticker price, and received a very generous warranty and nurse discount on protection services. Go to Jay Honda only if you’re into price gouging, hateful service, and corruption.
Ive had many good experiences at this dealership working with Omar Jeffries. My recent visit to their service department blew me away. First off they provided a link where the lead technician walked around my car and showed me exactly what they saw and why they made the additional repair recommendations. From there I used an additional link to select the repairs I felt were necessary and kept the project moving without having to call in and wait to talk to someone. This is a new level of transparency and ease that raised my comfort with the Jay Honda team. They are second to none!
Super easy to work with. Very friendly staff. Our salesperson, Doug, was on top of things and made the process go as quickly and smoothly as a car purchase can go. The finance guy was the same way -- friendly, no-pressure, and made it easy to get in and out. Will definitely take my Honda shopping here in the future.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Although I was originally waiting for another associate, Ms. Edwards took care of me in that associate’s absence. Ms. Edwards was patient, kind, and set the kind of standard that sales associates should strive for. Mr. Carpenter, the finance specialist, sealed up the deal. He made the process painless and explained the different options available to me. Finally, the manager came out to talk to me prior to my departure and officially welcomed me to the Jay family. I had a decent experience here. I bought a good car at a decent price. My only complaint is the high pressure sales pitch when signing final documents - the finance man did his best to sell me additional warranties, plans, etc. I really dont need. I had to go back to remove one. Otherwise, it was pretty smooth sailing.
Terrible customer service wont give out the door pricing and according to new sales associate they are above msrp. There are other dealers who gave pricing over the phone I live far from dealer so I didnt want to drive in unless it was worth it cost wise. What a joke.

I have been a customer at Jay Honda since 2013 and have always had great experiences every time. Rob Logan has taken care of me each time and the service was so wonderful, I referred multiple family members to him and theyve all had positive experiences as well. I just recently leased my 4th car with Jay Honda, a 2021 Honda Civic EX Hatchback, and I am in love with it. Rob helped get me in the exact car I wanted while going extra lengths to fit in my budget. I accompanied my daughter during the purchase of her nearly new Honda HR-V at Jay Honda. It was a very pleasant and smooth process, and her salesman Eddie Ornacio was amazing. She saw the car online and contacted Eddie who immediately responded, answered her questions, and sent her a walk around video. He had the car ready for her to test drive when we got to the dealership and had it detailed and topped off with fuel as soon as she signed the papers. Fantastic experience!

My experience has exceeded beyond my expectations! Like I cannot thank Eddie enough for helping me with my vehicle purchase. After getting off of work Thursday, I had to pick up my 6 year old who was already restless and hungry and then had to take him with me to try to figure out what to do with my old CR-V, which the lease was getting ready to expire on. My normal service guy Ty was on vacation but the other gentleman gave me the same great service my sales reps and finance guy (Omar/Ira) are absolutely amazing and the service department is fast and efficient. I have been leasing Civic coupes for many years with Jay Honda and just recently leased a Civic Hatchback (currently not making a coupe). My salesman Christopher J. was very helpful with understanding where I needed to be at with my payments and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helping me with the transition. He also helped me in setting up the features in the vehicle and explained to me in depth about the new features I didnt have been before. He was very personable and pleasant to work with and the process didnt take long at all.

I didnt think I would have many options for the lease of my CRV coming due and the supply chain shortages but I was able to turn my CRV in early and got a great new CRV. The Sales associate Clinton Bowen did an awesome job of listening to what I needed and made it happen! He got me the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I was not willing to spend more time in the dealership than I needed to due to exposure concerns, he got all of the work done via phone, text and email and I was able to get in and out in 45 mins (combined with trade inspection and finance paperwork) He wore a mask and had the finance manager wear his too as a courtesy to me since I had mentioned my concerns.Great service! This is my 5th car with Jay and 10th for the family overall.
Amazing service, both to the car and the customers! We had an issue causing us to stop on a long road trip. Luckily we were 2 miles from Jay’s Honda. Recently got my car serviced as well as my Key FOB replaced. I had purchased my car at another Honda dealership in another state and where I had bought insurance on my Key FOB. Apparently, the insurance didnt cover all the costs so I ended up paying out of pocket. They dealership did adjust some of the cost down to the amount covered by the insurance and explained to me the breakdown of all the costs. I guess the take home message is dont buy any of the stupid add on insurances when you buy a car. The work was done in the time frame I was told when I brought the car in (though a little longer than what I was quoted on the phone when I made the appointment). The waiting area had a desk with an outlet and the wi-fi worked well.
I had a phenomenal experience at Jay Honda. Miki Genao was an outstanding salesman who was able to get me in an affordable 2017 Honda Accord which I am absolutely in love with. The whole process was fairly seamless and being that this was my first time at an actual dealership I found this very comforting. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen (I live in NJ) and the sales representative, Tony Roppolo instilled confidence and trust from the first phone call. He actually made this sale fun! I felt like I had a friend and partner. The car was a 2004 S2000 with 33k miles and it came to me better then discribed. The level of detailing on the car was immaculate, not a swirl in the paint and the interior looked new. When its time to get another vehicle I will pay the extra money for shipping so I can purchase from this dealership again!!

They always do great work. I know when I bring something into the dealership, its going to get fixed and get fixed right. I always question whether they try and talk you into doing more than is needed, so Im always on high alert for that. They are definitely more expensive than most other places, but you get what you pay for. The car will be fixed right. I get most of my day-to-day / monthly maintenance done elsewhere, but when I need something done that is serious work, I go to Jay Honda. Mark Domenic is the best advisor/expert. Doesnt stretch the truth, doesnt try and talk me into things. You dont find that from many other advisors. James Halicki is the best technician Ive ever used. The two of them keep my families 5 Hondas on the road.

We just bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Jay Honda, and had a great experience there. We worked with Dennis Jenkins -- hes a real pro! Dennis was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to locate and equip our vehicle exactly the way we wanted it. Love the Odyssey! We did a lot of research and comparison shopping / test driving. Our last minivan was a Toyota Sienna, which lasted 15 years and 300,000 miles. We looked at the new Sienna, but theyve changed the design (Im not a fan) and the engine (hybrid only now.) For my money, the Odyssey is now the best minivan on the market, hands down!

2022-02-24I did my own research and found the Honda that I wanted at Jay Honda. My sales person was good. We had to wait quite a while for the credit manager. I was asked to postpone my first scheduled maintenance appointment. When it did occur, it was done in a timely manner. I have had to problems with my car. This is the fourth Honda Accord that i have purchased and never had any problems.Its a good car!

2022-08-13Visiting Jay Honda was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. When I brought my trade-in to be examined by the used car staff, the seat cover ended up being completely snapped off. Instead of owning up to it, Doug decided to lie and say “it was like that”. I don’t care about the cost that are related to the damage, Anthony even offered to cover the cost for the repair. You just can’t damage someone’s vehicle and then turn around and say that the damage was already there. Again, don’t care about the money, I care about the shady business. Purchase a vehicle elsewhere.

2022-07-18This past weekend we were taking our daughter back to college at John Carroll University. During the 7 1/2 hour drive from New Jersey to Ohio, our Honda Odyssey began smoking from under the hood. We managed to get to Ohio but were concerned about driving it back to New Jersey. On Saturday, Marc (service advisor) checked our vehicle in and said they would check it out and call us back. We received a call several hours later and Elmer (mechanic) said that we had bad transmission fluid lines that leaked and caused the smoke. We were advised that it wasn’t safe to drive the distance back to New Jersey and it could be repaired on Monday. Which would have put me out of work and another night in a hotel. As I was speaking to my son on the phone back in New Jersey and telling him that we weren’t coming home until Monday, I received a call back from Marc. Marc told me that he explained our situation to Elmer and Elmer asked could he stay the extra time after work hours to repair their vehicle. Marc agreed and Elmer fixed our vehicle after hours to allow us to leave on Sunday.I must say that it brought tears to my wife’s eyes that there are still people in the world that take care of each other. It certainly restored my faith in humanity during the times that we unfortunately live in now. We would like to thank Marc and Elmer again for going above and beyond in helping us. Jay’s Honda should be proud to have such great and caring employees!

He was extremely thorough in explaining what my purchase comes with. Even offering to deliver my car personally (2 hours drive). Pleasant and sincere. After working out a deal with him, Terrell explained the financial side of the purchase as well as the warranty. I had many questions, but Terrell patiently took his time to explain everything. 2022-06-20I took my Honda Accord in for service due to a problem with a warning light while driving. I did not have an appointment. Tyrone Hunt was very courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding of my situation. He arranged for a ride home and pick up when my vehicle service had been completed. All of the necessary parts were in stock. The driver was very nice (Felipe) and the technician Joe Henderson explained the issues via video. Every level of service was excellent and very much appreciated! The video is a great touch. It feels great being on the road in a mechanically safe vehicle. Thank you, Jay Honda Service Department.

2022-07-12Just bought a used Honda Pilot!I did some research and found a couple of good deals at Jay Honda. I scheduled a test drive for yesterday. I met Eddie, a very pleasant, personable sales associate, who walked me through the process, and answered all my questions with straightforward, direct answers.I wasnt sure how to go pick up the car today (I live in Akron). Eddie picked me up today and drove me to the dealership.The paperwork was short and sweet, and Im the proud owner of a Honda Pilot!I cant recommend Jay Honda enough, especially Eddie - he was truly a pleasure to work with!

2022-06-21I had my first service recently, was a good experience overall. My car gave me plenty of notice that it would need a oil change soon and Jay Honda was able to get me scheduled quickly. Service itself was pretty quick and they have a comfortable waiting area. I also got a video from the technician working on my car to show me everything they had done and everything they had checked. That was a nice additional touch.
