Attorney Weinandy is a great guy to work with. He treat his client like a friend. He is sharp and smart.He understand what you want and not shy to offer suggestions for your best interest!He is pretty fair for service charge. One time he even developed a short letter for me, free!

Fantastic attorney to work with. Listens attentively, takes good notes, gives you real solutions and options. Attorney Weinandy is up front and explains the court system and laws in a way you can understand. He is down to earth, easy to communicate with, assertive and goes the extra mile to help in any way he can. His assistant Sue is also amazing to work with and organized. They helped us with two cases: divorce and custody and managed both with ease giving me peace of mind.

Jim is a great attorney I work in the same office for another attorney and he is always willing to help and give advice and if unable to assist he knows referrals! He is very knowledgeable in his expertise. He doesnt make promises he cant keep and is very forward with the facts but works hard at getting you the outcome your looking for. I would reccomend him to anyone looking for a bankruptcy or family attorney! Hands down hes the best attorney in his line of work!

He was always easy to reach to answer any questions or concerns. Took the time to understand what I needed and worked diligently to get my case taken care of in a timely manner. Unlike most lawyers his fees are not so outlandish that someone on a bugdet cant afford good counsil. Highly recommend and if i ever need a lawyer in the future i will go with him again.

Jim was willing and able to help me with my situation and I was so happy with the outcome. I had no idea what I was doing or what to do next. His staff was friendly, down to earth and held my hand through the whole process. I dont think Ill ever call another attorney first, no matter what the issue might be - just because I know hell give great advice, if not solve the problem himself! Its so nice to have someone I trust available to help me.

Jim was very easy to talk to. It took alot longer than I anticipated to get a resolution on the legal issue but hopefully things will progress from here since documents are filed. Office staff was very kind and pleasant.

Mr. Weinandy was a court appointed attorney for my son. I found he took no BS from the prosecutor and really fought hard for my son. He seemed to really care about his wellbeing!
