Absolutely terrible. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not hire! As other commenters have said, they NEVER respond, and seem as if they have no idea of what they are doing. Its ridiculous that you have to stalk them in order to get a response weeks later. Its unacceptable. If you want professional, responsive, knowledgably and trust worthy. LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!

Dude is a grease ball. I paid him $800 out of a quotes $1000 to handle some old traffic violations. After I paid him I couldnt get him on the phone. Literally called and left 4 messages with his secretary and till this day i have yet to receive a call from him. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank because I have not been able to get him on the phone Or get him to do any type of work on my case. Extreme pain in the ass having to call my bank and wait on my money to get returned because this guy is a crook.
Fraud! Hired this guy to file some paper work for me and never heard back, called the office for months. I live out of state and needed a local attorney. paid him money and never heard back. Spoke to the court, no paper work was even filed. that was five months ago.
Trust me - as I did not trust the reviews I read. Get another atrorney. Even if you have to go to YSU’s graduation and pull someone from the ceremony stage. The lack of response and lies from these people are beyond believe. I am flabbergasted that this guy even has a law license, but at the very least is the most inept administrator in any field of business. Any positive review posted here is without a doubt one of his relatives. Trust me.
Jim has handled several issues with my rental properties over the years. Working with Jim and his office has always been a great experience, not to mention afffordable.

2017-01-18Mr. lanzo is the best lawyer in the tri-state area. Just from experiencing him as my lawyer I saw how busy he was; his office was always packed full of clients & phone constantly ringing, but he always assured me that my business was being handled and made me feel comfortable. His secretaries are very knowledgeable of every case and can also help if hes not in the office. That was very helpful to me as I have a lot of questions. Very nice guy and very reputable practice. Id recommend to anyone.

2018-03-31Ive had lots of troubles throughout my life, more than others, which is nothing to brag about but today Attorney James Lanzo got me out of some troubles that I thought for sure I would never get out of. Today I received dismissals of my cases, instead of my liberty being the taken away. That was nothing short of a miracle. I am still amazed at the outcome. He is an excellent attorney and would recommend him to anyone who asks. Theres a new top attorney in town and his name is James Lanzo. If you run into legal problems give him a call or you my just be sorry that you didnt. From this point on I would use no one else.
