In my opinion, very uninvolved. Didn’t return multiple phone calls. I would not recommend to anyone. In my opinion, did not fight for what was wanted. In my opinion, just there to collect a paycheck. I would recommend looking else where for an attorney. Was court appointed in my case - if he is appointed in your case, I would recommend requesting someone else.

He will take your money and not do anything with your case not even file it. He doesnt return calls, emails or unused funds for a case he hasnt touched in 6 months but he definitely got paid for smh

I hired him during a custody issue. All I have to say is beware this man will not help you . My daughter was taken out of state and alienated from me during our custody battle while he never called back , never filed the paper work he said he was going to do , he even went so far to charge me for a draft motion he never sent . This man should have his law license evaluated under Ethics.

As a GAL... Mr. Brightbill served our family as a GAL twice now. While I may not always emotionally agree with him, he has made the appropriate best interest recommendation for my children each time that he has been involved with us. I am grateful for that.
