I filed my taxes last year with them nothing but problems when I went back this year they told me to pay up front or they wouldnt be able to file for me after I took off work and I did have an appointment even after pulling my file they failed to tell me this until I showed up in person I was told that they were just being polite

2022-02-07They reel u in to make u think your approved for a loan just to get 500 dollars for your business in the meantime you never hear anything about a loan. They say up to 24hrs havent got a e mail or nothing about the loan I qualified for last year I got a loan for 3900 this year I didnt even get a answer y I didnt get one this year. So its safe to say next year Ill be filling my self on the irs.gov website its free and easy.

2021-03-29The lady that did mine was very professional but also extremely pleasant. She answered all my questions. And my tax return was much more than I expected. Also Jackson Hewitt was 21 dollars cheaper than HNR Block. I would highly recommend them to all my friends! Thank you
