My Experience with Tasha My Tax Agent. Was Very Good.. My Experience With The Pre Loan Bank Was Very Bad.. They Never Gave me anything..A Very Bad Experience.
Been preparing taxes with Jackson hewitt for 10 years. If you are looking for an experienced tax preparer this location is one of the best locations to come!!!
They messed up on my return so denied, they were unable to fix error at all, wasted my time for 5 insane days here ! My 50 dollar promo card and option to do advance would not load, it was a hot mess. P.s Their business hours are apparently a joke , perhaps a guideline because no one is there when they say they will be open !?!?! One of the numerious times I went to straighten this out , the door hrs. shown said open at 10 , no one came until 12:45 ! Forget calling too, trust me , forget it...I ended up going somewhere else ...even after they offered to do my return for free ! Trust me...not worth the risk after seeing such unproffesional behavior...Buyer beware ! Going here is a ticket to Audit town, at the very least a huge waste of time , horrible customer serivce , the worst !

2022-04-03Horrible experience my taxes were filed wrong...... I reached out to the supervisor Jill and was told well mistakes happen!!! All of my kids info was put in wrong 2 of my w2 never got submitted and ect I was told I get 7000 back from JH but I get 13000 back after H&r block fixed all the mistakes that where made. I Recommend you never use this company check BBB they have hundreds of compliments from this year alone. Be wise when you file your taxes is my advice!

2021-01-06For the most part Ive been preparing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for the past few years and always had exceptional service. However, I’m a little outdone right now people have struggled all year due to the pandemic they finally send a stimulus payment out thinking it would help and the IRS inadvertently send these payments to closed accounts.. Nonetheless, Jackson Hewitt isn’t doing anything to try and fix this problem they’re not doing anything to comfort their customers they’re basically just like ol well file it on your taxes!! Which that’s at least another month away at least.... H@R Block customers had their money by the end of business Turbo Tax is trying to reroute their customers money to them and Jackson Hewitt is saying “File it on your Taxes”

2020-02-07I usually file myself but this year I had trouble understanding my w2s, Jackson Hewitts employee handled my return with ease and Im happy with the amount I will be receiving. Plus they offered me a tax advance of 1200 so that is awesome. 5 stars would reccomend to a friend of family
