The movers put a hole in the ceiling by lifting furniture too high. The manager did not care about the damage and overall did not care to provide quality customer service. His attitude was out of proportion and I do not recommend doing business with his company.
The manager threatened to cancel my appointment if i could not move it up the very second he called demanding to change the appointment. He hung up on me several times. He told me he didn’t care about keeping my appointment. I would never use this service again because of the disrespect on behalf of the manager.
Higly recomend Jackson Expres. Very efficient and the price is right. They know their stuff.

2022-08-08We hired them for a very easy move. The movers were untrained, fighting and yelling at each other. The boxes that were marked upstairs were all left downstairs, because they were to lazy to move them upstairs. They damaged my dresses, night stands, a chair, broke mirrors and broke several glass things. Boxes were marked clearly and had numerous fragile stinkers on the box, if they were fragile. I feed them lunch, gave them a tip before I realized the mess they made. They lied and said they had another move and we’re in a hurry. I actually felt bad since they came at 2:00 and it was 5:00. We paid them quickly, signed so they could get to the next move. I didn’t think I needed to babysit them because they were to be professional s. I called the owner immediately and he said they would come back for a reduced wage!!! Are you kidding me! Melvin is in this business for one reason, Money. We are in our seventies and can’t possibly move 25 boxes upstairs. His response is well you signed the form and paid. I should of kept them while I went and checked the mess. It was a terrible experience. Please save yourself the mess and don’t hire this company. He has an answer for everything you say. You can tell he’s been saying the same lies to other customers,

2022-05-26We used this company for an out of state move (New Jersey to Ohio). They were quick, responsive, and professional. They took great care of our personal items and packed the truck and storage facility perfectly. I highly recommend this professional and efficient moving service!

2022-08-06The movers we extremely unprofessional. They fought the entire time yelling at each other. So much I was sure they would start throwing punches. All the boxes labeled upstairs they hid under other boxes in the downstairs bedroom. Tons of furniture damaged and they basically told us too bad I definitely dont recommend using them

2021-10-133 delivery guys couldn’t get one stove to the upstairs unit. When I suggested to pick the stove up and carry over railing “which where on the way” they refused and said it heavy! Wow! LOLMy husband and his friend carried it up those steps above railing with no problem in less then 2 min. I still paid 75$ for half done job, which they just left it outside the back house door. Very poor service

2021-10-08Terrible and very unprofessional they tear your house up moving things in and they don’t care neither does the owner don’t even bother calling him it’s purposeless. Don’t sign the paper before they leave if anything in your house is messed up because that’s the only thing the owner asked was did I sign a paper no apology or anything! I wouldn’t even wrote a review if the owner took a different approach about it but he was just as rude! Not only were my walls scratched up they left trash in my yard including weed papers! Go with another company!

2018-08-14My family was trying to acquire furniture because we were moving and 45 minutes before our scheduled appointment the manager said he needed to have the appointment happen now or reschedule it because the delivery truck was ahead of schedule. The manager was not compliant with my party and the party selling the furniture and did not care that the appointment time was set when all parties would be available. He was not willing to compromise in any way and hung up on me. I would not use this service again because the manager does not care to provide quality customer service.

2021-12-17We had an agreement for them to pickup / deliver a clock within a 2-hour window. We spoke to the owner 1/2 hour before the deadline, and he indicated that it would get done. It did not! So now were left scrambling to find another way to transport the clock.

2017-01-07I could not possibly be happier with the service that I receive from Jackson Express. They have moved/delivered many items both for my store and for me personally - even a giant Baby Grand Piano! Every single time they are professional, kind and take great care in every piece that they move. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Melvin and the whole crew are absolutely the best!!!!

2018-12-21I ordered furniture from Levin and Jackson Express handled all 3 of the deliveries. It was a different set of guys each time, but every time they were friendly and professional. They use the shoe covers so they dont get anything on your carpet. They are sure to cover all the corners with moving blankets and took their time around corners to make sure they didnt bump anything. Could not recommend them enough.

2019-08-07My mom is saying how great this moving company is. They wrap all the furniture and was professional. She has hired well over 10 different movers, and she says these are the best movers she has ever hired.
