Where should I start with this company because everything was great! From the people to the service to everything else.They came out and got started right away. Unlike other companies that I dealt with in the past, they were fast and efficient with great service! Even my neighbors came over to tell me how good of a job he did with my lawn and cutting down tree branches that were an eye sore.I would highly recommend this company for your lawn care needs!

I inquired about pricing for a fall cleanup of my yard and they responded so quickly and were ready to send someone out that same day for an estimate. They are very responsive. This company came to my home today, and boy it was a PROJECT! But they handled it extremely well and are very respectful. And the outcome was amazing!!!! I will definitely be calling for future help needed!
I was absolutely wowed by the work that Jerry and his team did. I called them needing a relatively large job done quickly and they were able to come out within a few days of my call, and then give me the quote and do the job within the same day. The job was big - remove all the vegetation from my backyard which was entirely overrun with literally 10-foot-tall weeds and install a sizeable rock garden. They had it done within the same day and even though the job turned out to be bigger than they estimated, they honored the original quote. Jerry, Jerica, and the whole team were polite, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the day even when I had to be at work for most of the time they were there. The work itself was excellent quality and the price was right. I wont think twice about calling them for future jobs. Wonderful family business who I would strongly recommend to anybody needing landscaping in Cleveland.

These guys are truly amazing! They will strive to make you happy thats their 100% guarantee! I can say they stand by that guarantee...No exceptions! They even offered to take payments if i had trouble paying all at once. They were sooooo nice they made me feel like i knew them for years. Youre missing out if you dont at least call them for a quote! If you dont need yardwork done thats fine...they do other jobs too!!!
One of the most outstanding family businesses that I have encountered here in Cleveland. They provide excellent customer service and they are incredibly efficient and very professional. Our snow removal is completed very efficiently and timely.
I needed 2 fairly large trees and a Bush fence style backyard all removed for preparation for a privacy fence. Jerry and his team knocked it out in 3 days and the price was great.

2022-05-20First time using a landscaper, and I am so glad I did. More importantly I am glad it was them. I would recommend them to anyone who has never used a landscaper or even if you are looking for a new one. Well worth the investment. They deserve more than 5 stars for what they do.

2021-08-26J & M Landscaping designed the flower bed in my front yard. Jerica discussed with me the border design I had in mind (a snake-like pattern) and they did an excellent job of shaping it to my satisfaction. The price, too, was very reasonable— much less than another estimate I received. I plan to contact them again for future landscaping jobs. They are a friendly, courteous, and most of all, reliable company!

2021-09-25I am only giving one star to leave a review. When I initially called the people who answered the phone were kind and professional. A older man came out to give me a estimate which I didn’t think would be much for a small yard cut and two bushes to be removed. This man gave me a 800 dollar estimate. He did try to offer a payment plan after he asked if I could pay upfront. I gave him 300 dollars and he began cutting the bushes. However when I went back outside after work my yard looked worse than it originally did. I do not know if this happened because I am young, a female or a first time homeowner. Now I have to pay someone else to clean up this mess they left and cut my grass.

2021-04-19I contacted J & M regarding a spring cleaning service for my moms. Mr. Jerry arrived on time and after discussing the situation with her and giving her the estimate. He proceeded with the job. She is very happy with the results and praise the excellent job that was done She states that she highly 😀 for the job well done. She will be contacting him again. 2020-09-18I hired J&M to prep my back yard for a new seed bed. Jerry was exceptional in his efforts to get the job efficiently and to meet my needs. Very friendly and more than willing to share his knowledge so I could put in some sweat equity on the back end. Price was economical. 10/10 would use again.

2021-05-12Jerry and his crew removed 10 large arborvitae including grinding out the stumps. Their attention to detail was great. Fast and cleanup of the project area was appreciated. I would use them again.
