Moving can be stressful as is, but it makes a great difference when people are kind along the way. Brenda, was just awesome. Very kind, informative, and understanding of the whole moving transition. My girlfriend and I are waiting for our next home to finish being built, and are having to move all of our things to storage until then. Pain in the butt! Luckily we were able to make this all happen so quickly. I am appreciative of how quick and seamless this whole process has been and would recommend iStorage to anyone in the area.Cheers,Kenny
This iStorage facility was exactly what I needed for short-term storage (Jan-Sep). I had an indoor unit just inside the door leading outside, so it was as convenient as having the units door open to the outside, but without weather affecting it (leaves blowing in, etc.). The unit was clean when I took possession and remained virtually dust-free for the entire storage time. The gate at the facility entrance provided a level of security but never hampered easy access to the storage unit. Lastly, Brenda at the office was extremely nice and helpful at all times, from showing me the lockers available to signing me up to ending my lease. Should I need a storage location in the area again, I would definitely go back to iStorage.
We uses this storage unit when preparing to sell our home and move. It was well secure and safe. They had competitive prices for the area. Brenda was easy to work with. She returns phone calls promptly. I really appreciated how clear she was regarding terms of contract. Great placed Id used them again.
Brenda the manager was helpful to find the best unit available, for the best price. She toured me around, and then when I moved out, she made the cancelation effortless and I just emailed her a confirmation. Clean, safe, easy. thank you.
This was my first time utilizing a storage facility for an extended period of time, but I could not imagine a better rental experience. The staff is extremely helpful, pleasant, and proactive. They consistently go out of their way to ensure a positive experience. The facility itself is safe, clean, and easy to access. Overall, if youre looking for a storage facility, you wont find a better one out there.

I rented a unit from this location for a few months and from the moment I walked I was treated with amazing service from Brenda. She’s very helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate renters. Units are clean and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with my experience here and this will always be my Go-To for rental storage in the future.
I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. The staff was very helpful, especially Brenda who was quick to respond to voicemails and emails. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access. We often saw staff doing their rounds. They had a great special on our units- first month free. Our movers came with an 18-wheeler and were able to navigate the aisles between each storage building.
My wife and I needed a temporary storage solution while moving and this place fit the bill perfectly. Brenda was incredibly friendly and always helpful. The storage unit was clean and the property always felt safe. If we’re ever in need of temporary storage we will be back for sure.

When my dad passed away we had to move my mom out of the house to get ready to sell it. This was a very difficult time for the whole family to have to go through. We contacted Brenda and told her the amount of stuff we had and she suggested 2 different units to us. When we arrived at the facility she showed us the smallest unit first and we decided it was perfect for us. She was also very helpful with selling us boxes for a few large picture frames. The property was very well maintained and secure. I will definately suggest Simply Storage and Brenda to anyone I know that needs a storage facility.

We have had to increase the size of our storage unit three times and the I would like to compliment Carla & Niki for being extremely helpful in this process by finding the best unit nearest our current location and making sure everything went smoothly with billing and ease of making transfer. I cant speak highly enough about my experience with iStorage and Mike specifically. We urgently needed a storage spot and Mike made sure that the urgent request was accomodated quickly. Relocating from GA to OH a few years ago was already a HORRIBLE transition; but Brenda made it all good. Whenever I paid my rental fee she was always pleasant. If I ever need a unit again ill definitely go back!
Although I havent actually rented a unit at this storage facility, I would do so in a heartbeat because the employees, especially Brenda, took so much time with me, explained many details, and answered a bunch of questions. She was empathetic to the stress I was under (both times I inquired over a 6-month period), and she was always looking for ways in which she could meet my needs, and extremely promptly, too!I believe the ceilings in many of these units are higher than an average storage unit, too, which is an added benefit.The professionalism, intelligence, and class with which they dealt with me certainly bodes well for a successful storage transaction.Thanks again for all the great information and helpfulness!

I am extremely tired of coming into the store, and being watched by that lady Brenda *but its not just her*.. I feel like just because I am of color that she treats me differently than her other customers. She needs some customer service training, because Im sick of her fake demeanor. I do not feel welcome here, and I feel like the people she works with feel uncomfortable.. I dont appreciate the way I am treated at this store. Get genuine people please as I do like *some* of the others that work here!! Thank you!

I can’t believe I’m actually rating a self storage place...but here I am! The nicest peeps I’ve ever encountered! We’ve used this facility for about two years now and from start to finish our experience has been great. Super clean. Super friendly. Prices are great and the manager even personally reaches out when a hiccup arises. She’s so thoughtful and to u can really tell she takes pride in the facility. Cannot recommend enough!!

Wow! I never thought I would be writing a review about a self-storage space but the assistance and help I got from Quincy Tolliver made this not just an easy job, but an entirely pleasant job. He hit some snags trying to get my contract set up and he was able to resolve them quickly, he was nothing but gracious the whole time. Several people came in and out of the office to pay their rent while he was working on my set-up and he treated everyone with the same courtesy, friendliness and eagerness to be helpfu. I used a moving company to move into my storage unit and even they were amazed at the helpfulness and courtesy Quincy Tolliver showed up. A well run, well maintained storage solution

For only 11 days, it charges me $100. They will do whatever they can do to earn you the business, however they can charge you any amount later. Definitely, they do not want you to come back.

So far so good! Carla was very responsive and friendly. She had the answers to all of my questions and showed me the unit sizes that were available for me to rent and set up the payment and rental agreement quickly. On the day of our move everything worked properly (code to enter, etc.) and moving our items in went smoothly. They had 2 carts and a dolly available which was a huge help. The only complaint is the carts are so long that they can be difficult to maneuver around the corners of the other units. Maybe it would be helpful to have a shorter cart, or to oil the wheels so that they can be maneuvered more easily? But really other than that there havent been any issues and so far so good.

I had never had occasion to rent a storage unit but needed to do so in connection with the renovation of our condo. Nikki at Box Self Storage was amazing and made the process so simple. So simple, in fact, that we rented two units from her. Such a saleswoman! When our movers arrived, she met them with cold water to take the edge off their thirst. The storage facility was clean and new and the codes all worked as they should. The prices were reasonable, but what was really most important to us is how Nikki handled our needs. Kudos to her and to her employer for recognizing talent when it presents itself.

2022-02-23I was originally scheduled to rent from a different location, I’m so glad I ended up on Madison Rd. I left an upset overnight message and received a call first thing in the morning. When I arrived on site I was greeted warmly and personally shown my unit. Once the movers arrived we figured out I needed a bigger unit, like RIGHT NOW! Not a problem. The property manager was more than accommodating and went out of her way to make sure I got the exact unit I needed at a decent price. Good old fashioned excellent customer service.

2022-06-11I reserved and paid for a storage unit online. The process was easy. When I arrived, staff was friendly and showed me my indoor unit. The facility was clean, smelled nice (no questionable funky smell) and good lighting. The place is secure and has dollie carts one can use making it very to haul your stuff to the unit.

2022-06-21-is called iStorage- has the worst website, phone system, billing system in existence, anything tech related with this company doesnt work, can only talk to them in person, but dont worry! They are always on lunch and you wont ever see a worker there!-also only been there two months and already hiking the price... Bait and switch is illegal isnt it?

2021-11-12Had no issues with this location. When I moved in the guy working the desk was very kind, and even spent extra time to move me from an outdoor unit to an indoor unit upon my request (I had initially booked online). Move out was seamless. The unit was clean and easy to access, and very secure. Only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is the website experience is awful. It hardly ever works on mobile. Also, to my knowledge there was no way to set up auto-pay, you had to pay all months in advance or remember to pay every month. Also, theres no way to prorate a month if you move out early. However, these issues arent with the staff and facility, but the company policy/website. Overall very good experience and would recommend storing here.

2021-11-02I, Amy Meyers and Tony Evans rented unit 4009 at least for 10 years! In that time the lady manager was one of the most personable, kind, helpful and professional person I have dealt with in the service industry. In today’s world I really felt it necessary to give a review. I also work with the public and give her so much respect for problem solving to calming people down. Everyone is so very divided and I have to say down right full of anger and ill will. You are very, very lucky to have her because she has the fortitude and strength to deal with unreasonable people and still smile with warmth in her eyes. The only reason I left is becauseI moved to Fairfield Ohio and the drive time was too long. I used to go in and pay and was always greeted with a genuine smile.

2020-06-14Brenda, the property manager, and Brittany, the agent who assisted me in moving in, were both incredibly professional during my transition into the storage unit. Pricing was clearly detailed. The unit itself was as described. And the sign up process was hassle free and without any surprises. I dont like surprises. Overall, my experience at iStorage has been excellent and I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the Cincinnati area. 2020-08-29I appreciated the personalized service I received from Brenda at iStorage. My rental was in relation to moving from my home to a new location. Brenda called to make certain all was in order following our making the reservation and was always available to answer questions throughout the duration of our rental. She explained the process several times as this was my first experience with renting a storage unit. 2021-07-15This experience started off well. I rented my unit over the phone. Upon arrival I saw that there were many dead bugs(roaches,rollie pollies) at the entrance of my unit and throughout.The associate offered to clean the bugs but had no idea where they came from. I asked if they recently sprayed, he said no. It was also mentioned that the third floor had not been cleaned in months. Because of this I never moved in. I asked for at least a partial refund and was denied. The lack of customer service or apology on the back end of this is why I would not recommend this facility.

2021-05-04Brenda at the Madison Rd. location is extremely helpful, and made the process an absolute breeze. We are very pleased with the storage unit. Its completely dry and will more than suit our needs. The location seems very secure and tidy. Very happy to have found this place!
