They Took my money and ran. Didnt do the job and Threatened me. Seems Im not the only one. I wont be using them again. Avoid them at all Cost! Call a company that knows how to treat you like a human being and with maturity.
Crazy drivers going 50 in a 25 and passing in a no passing zone … PKH4855 was the drivers plate number … was going through chesterland almost caused an accident
My vehicle was in an accident and towed here I was happy how easy it was to work with them. They were nice professional and helped with all my questions!
These guys are THE BEST!! I broke down and called them for a tow first their price was extremely affordable , second they got to me in less than 20 minutes , third, the driver was very personable, quick, and courteous!I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
My first time ever needing a tow, when the transmission went on my truck on i90. gave them a call, said 30-40 min and they arrived as expected. quick load and drop. less costly than i had feared.
Ethan was easily the safest and most knowledgeable tow truck driver Ive ever had. Most people scrape the front end of my car a little, but he never had less than 3-4 of clearance. One of his co-workers even came to bring him longer boards to make it safer, and they were both very likable guys. I will be using Interstate for every single tow I need from now on, no question. If that wasnt enough, their rate was cheaper than other places I have dealt with.
Were told driver would be to us within the hour. 2 hours later I called only to find out no driver had ever been dispatched. Told 30-45 more minutes. Called at 50 minutes and told another 5. They sent the wrong truck, we needed a flatbed. Against our better judgement we let them tow it anyway. From start to finish it took 4 hours and 50 minutes to get my car from Ashtabula to Chardon. When we were told it would happen within an hour! No reimbursement, barely an apology. Never again!!
Interstate was hired through my roadside assistance for a vehicle lockout. They were very accommodating, quick and professional. Would highly recommend!
Driver said truck suddenly stopped. Repair tech came out promptly and found the loose wire and got him going again. Price was fair.
I very much wish that there was an option to give zero Stars. I had an accident and had my car towed. I wasnt even given the option of where my personal property would be towed. So not only did my car go to a garage that I cant stand, (highway garage in Bainbridge) but they also charged me $300 to tow it there. $150 for towing roughly 150 yards and $150 to sweep up a few parts and put some kitty litter down. They were also pretty rough with my car I might add. Do not use this terrible service.
Interstate towing in Chardon changed my tire. The towing operator was Vinny. He got 2 phone calls while he worked on my car. One was his boss and then the wife. After a few days of driving local I drove to Cleveland with my daughter. The car was jumping and making noise. I thought another flat, NO the guy never tightened my lug nuts! Finger tight only. I called the company 3 times and Never did they call me back. WE COULD HAVE DIED!!!
Picked up our dump truck,brought it to our yard and the driver called me to be sure he let it off in the proper location. Fair price for the distance
I have been here many times before and as far back as when they opened the first one in mentor. This time it was so bad. I had the chicken broccoli Alfredo. The broccoli was so ha d like it was never cooked and the pasta was gummy and all stuck together like under cooked. I never send things back. We were there for a 96th bday event and did not want to be the attention but trust me if Joey was there I would have mentioned to him on the side as this was not to his high standards.
This company is the best. I have used them 3 times to get broken vehicles to the mechanic. Excellent service, very friendly, and punctual
I just watched two guys from Interstate Towing here in Chardon recover a garbage truck loaded with horse manure from my neighbors front yard. I drive by their shop all the time and wondered if Id ever get to see that big ass wrecker at work. It was very obvious to me that safety was their First priority. Then the recovery was done in a way to minimize damage to the garbage truck and my neighbors property. Im really impressed and would not hesitate calling Interstate Towing if needed. Five stars!!!!
The tow truck driver was so nice and just down to earth.He helped me get my car to the shop i wanted down the road from my house.I really appreciate them being open 24 hours because they saved the day.

2022-03-05We were towed within 40 minutes, around 4am. Driver was excellent! Prices were fantastic. I will not hesitate to call them if I need them again.

2022-03-23I do not recommend. I have used this company’s services many times in the last 6 months. You’d think customer service reps would know how to speak with people who are dealing with the stress of their vehicles breaking down.The first incident involved the black woman (I never hear a name when they answer, suspicious) she could not handle the phone call professional & handed the phone to the white lady who then had me repeat everything all over (this is aggravating as I’m trying to get towed).This time the white male answered the phone, told me the 1st story, interrupted me to ask if he can continue speaking, continuously! He wouldn’t let me (the customer) speak. He repeatedly told me the 1st part of the story (I know!) I am calling about the ending results. The question was, where is my vehicle? “It’s being towed as we speak” Why was I not contacted yesterday that it wasn’t being delivered? & the main question: why was I charged almost $400 yesterday when the service never took place? Continues to tell the 1st part of the story without answering my questions. Puts me on hold to answer other calls & not deal.I call back the black woman picks up, she won’t let me talk, tells me to listen to her! Tells me the same thing white man told me, I continue asking my unanswered question that no one is listening to. She hangs upI call back & get the white lady, she started off with smart remarks. I told her she did not answer my question & I told her very clearly what my question was, she finally answered simply. Then apologized for the terrible customer service I’ve received after I expressed how I felt about it.

2021-12-06Charged me $661 to tow my 15ft box truck 71 miles. When I asked how he came up with the price, he said he made it up off the top of his head. Plus charged me taxes for using my card and taxes for the tow on top of the made up price. Also took the rear axel out of my truck and didnt put it back so I had to pay to get it put back on. Only reason I paid was because it was super cold and they seemed like my only option at the time cuz my GPS was acting funny and wouldnt pull up anyone else

2021-12-13Was helping an elderly woman with a broken down vehicle in dollar general in hambden who forgot her cell phone and called this business to get her towed home. I must say a fellow named Tim who answered the phone was the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever spoken too in a service business. If a person hates there job as much as this to treat someone who is calling to employ the company services, they should simply find another job. A dispatcher, one would think, would provide a touch of decency or respect, compassion would be a stretch, to the customers that call them, given that most folks only need a wrecker service seldomly. To most this would be a stressful situation. A dispatcher is the first line of representation to the company and in this instance I nearly feel terrible for the elderly woman to have to deal with people like this if that was truly representative of the company. Someone should buy some trucks and start a towing business here in the area, you wouldnt have much competition. Call someone else unless you want to be treated as an inconvenience. Bear in mind I had no money or skin in the game here other than the opportunity to witness this companys service skills.

2021-09-05368$ for the guy to come out to my semi truck with 15 gallons of fuel. I told them it was a semi and we needed fuel. Which means we need a minimum of 25 gallons, not only that, the guy didnt know where the fuel tanks are or how to prime the truck, he also had the nerve to ask for tools that he should have had, after we had already given them the efs check. So, my husband had to go out and help the mechanic do his job that we were paying an outrageous price for. Then it turns out the mechanic had given me the wrong price, so the EFS check wouldnt go through.They accused us of trying to stiff them for the job they didnt do, threatened to have our truck seized and impounded and us arrested.All while the work hadnt been finished.The state trooper showed up, told me they lied to him about what was going on and said money matters arent his business.They had already been paid at that point and took off without finishing the job. Our truck still wont start so we are having to call TA.

2022-01-21The bastsrds cant drive properly on the road. Im a truck driver and consistently catch up to the road hogging the middle lane, speeding up when i try to pass them and slowing down when I cant. Im gonna lose it one day and run them off the highway.

2020-12-18My car had been stolen. Thus company recovered my vehicle and took it to a secondary lot that was over an hour from my residence! Towing was astronomically high because they choose to take the car way further than necessary. Customer service reps are polite but it takes FOREVER to get the info your looking for. Not a pleasant experience.
