Our car broken down while we were traveling out of state. The dispatcher was very helpful and got someone out to us on the interstate in a timely fashion. Shane, the gentleman that towed us, was very professional and extremely helpful. . Truly grateful for this service.
Dalton was great! He came out quickly, within 15 minutes. He was professional and seemed to be an expert in handing the truck/equipment. My car was stuck on a rock and he took great care to remove it without creating further damage to the underside of the car. Excellent service!
I called #677 for a Dead car battery at the Portage Service Area and was forwarded to Interstate Heavy Duty Towing. It took between 35 & 40 minutes for the truck to arrive and five minutes to jump start the battery. I was able to get on the road again - so win! At $80.00, the service seemed pricey, but the driver had a long ride to / from the Service area.
The entire experience was phenomenal, despite the weather conditions.My wipers stopped during bouts of poring rain, along with getting a flat tire on toll highway 80 west.I can’t give enough praises!!The driver (his name escapes me, my many apologies)he was SUPER FANTASTIC!!!!!His outlook on the situation was above the board (weather conditions)!!!His interaction with me, was a fantastic! Great, great service. A man named Delbert came out. He was 20 minutes early and when I told him I was offsite, he patiently waited and let me know he would be in a white truck with his lights on. This gentleman was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He only did the necessary work and was very honest about what I needed and didn’t need. He saved my company money and did not take advantage of my cluelessness w vehicles! I wish i could give a one zillion star rating! Delbert is a super star!
Husband’s truck was stuck in the ice/snow on our own property. Interstate arrived and had the truck pulled out in about 12 minutes. Driver was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend this company.

Nothing scarier than a long trip and your car wont start. Driving from Philly back to Detroit and my battery seemed to Die in Ohio, only 150 miles from home. It was a simple jump start but Brandon made me feel at ease. I was stressed and he was able to make me laugh and get me on my way. A tire went out so we called them and they got there promptly. And took off the flat tire and attached the spare. And got us in the road again. Some of my cards kept coming back as fraud, so it took a little longer to get in the road. The guy who came was polite and helpful.
Initially I broke down (engine overheated) on the side of the Ohio Turnpike WB. A turnpike plow driver stopped and assisted me in contacting dispatch about a possible tow. Dispatch gave me pricing information and within minutes Jeff was on his way. The plow driver stayed with me until another turnpike worker arrived to finish waiting for Jeff, my tow driver. I explained to Jeff what happened and where we were going. He handled every detail with flying colors. I appreciate Jeff and Interstate Heavy Duty Towing for providing excellent service. I had johnnys out with their 40 ton crane on emergency tree removal. insurance job the operator needs a little bit more seat time with tree removals. He doesnt feel confident i believe with what he does. if we worked together for a few weeks he would be set. we work well together just needs to relax. not saying names for personal security reasons.

I was running errands; when I finished my last errand my car wouldn’t start. I called Interstate for a tow. The dispatch person was polite. The tow truck driver, Buck, was able to get my car to start. So, no tow needed, but it was good service from pleasant people.
I had to get a tow on Memorial day. Interstate Towing picked up on the first ring and told me it would be a 90 minute wait.My tow was 10 minutes early. Brian was personable and understanding. I appreciate him working a holiday. Id have to leave my car at a gas station overnight otherwise.Thank you. I so appreciate your service!
Sweet guy delivered the truck efficiently and fast. Guy in the office was exceptionally rude on the phone- not sure if it was this business or someone connected to the Pike interstate. Just glad that the driver was sweet and helped make a bad day better.

Helped us stuck on highway with 2 blown camper tires. Just very pricey. Charged 4 hours of labor when from initial call to end of service when it was only 2. But did help us when no one else could. The tech was super nice tho too.

When I called to request a tow, I was quoted 60-90 minutes. I waited exactly three hours before the truck showed up. I called a couple times while I was waiting to see if I could get an updated estimate so I could let my boss know. The person who talked with me had an extremely rude tone, making me feel unimportant as a customer. Ive worker in the customer service industry before and I know it’s not easy, but it is easy to try and help your customers feel like they aren’t bothering you and putting you out of your way. Personally, I will not be using this company again.
The spare tire was put on my car, but when I took my car to my mechanic, I was told that there wasnt enough air in the spare. This caused irreparable damage to the spare so I had to buy a new one. It also caused further damage to my car. The person who put my spare on shouldve made sure it was inflated properly too. I wish I couldve used my own roadside assistance who wouldve done a better job but the great state of Ohio forces you to use this company when you break down on their turnpike due to a massive pothole in their road. Feels like a scam.

After trying to utilize OnStar and Chase Roadside neither would respond to the toll road for assistance. Interstate Towing was quick and exceptionally easy to work with. Hopefully I never need them again, but if the need should arise I wouldn’t hesitate to call.
Called several tow truck companies and “none could get to me”. They responded quickly, gave me one of the cheapest quotes, I was able to make the payment with my card so I didn’t have to stay with the car, I forgot to leave my keys with the car and they still made the tow, dropped it off I didn’t even know it was dropped off, very easy to deal with and the guy who answered the phone was polite and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use again.
Brandon made sure we were safe on the side of a busy tollway and quickly changed our tire and escorted off to headed for tire repair. Extremely polite and friendly!
I was brokedown on 90 East and was able to get to the rest area. They got there within an hour. Probably closer to 45 minutes. We are expecting a major storm this evening and the driver had a great attitude while working in the rain. His truck was very clean and he was conscientious of everything. Thanks Jesse.
We waited 4 hours for Triple A towing service. Called our destination dealership who recommended Interstate Towing. Truck and driver Buck were in reasonable 45 minutes
Driver was courteous, jump started the car, and advised me it would be cheaper for me to drive to the dealer than for him to tow me. Did I say that, before the jump, the car was dead? If needs be, I wont hesitate to use these guys again!
Called Saturday to set up tow and lady on phone was rude and hung up. then Sunday I called back for a tow. 8a.m. at 12:35pm I called back and was told that my vehicle was on truck. I said thank you and will wait for driver to call. 7:30pm that night I was out to eat and driver said he was at my house. had to rush out of restaurant to get home. driver had a hard time getting my truck off the flat bed. mind you the tow from point A to B was only 30 minutes away. very poor service.
Blew a driveshaft on my Mack. Tom was great, efficient and friendly. Price was very reasonable and will use them again. However I really hope I don’t have to👍🏻
It was okay. Was told the towing would be covered by aaa card or cash. Totally great, was told the tolls are not covered by aaa. Okay fine I’d only have to pay a few $$. When it came time to pay for it he’s like no cash only. So I had to go find an atm to take cash out in the middle of the night. So I was a bit annoyed. Other than that service was okay.
When I got stuck on the Ohio Turnpike, Interstate was dispatched to come get me and take the truck to Youngstown Ohio.Denny showed up after his other call and hooked the truck and off we went. Denny stopped at the next service plaza to do a saftey check to ensure everything was still secure. This made me feel even better that nothing should happen to my truck and trailer.Got to the T/A and Denny found a spot and backed the trailer in ( which was impressive) then went to the shop to drop the truck inside a bay.Not sure if it was Dennys job to reattach the drive line that he disconnected before towing but that was the only thing. Sure it was not a huge issue to have the mechanic reattach it.Overall I would call Interstae again if the need ever arose again.

Driveline broke on a Friday afternoon in Akron, OH, and after a litany of failed attempts on roadside services, shops and other tows, Interstate saved the day after 8+ hrs of being stranded.Driver (cant remember his name) arrived and worked quickly to get hooked up, was professional and provided low key conversation for the near hour-long haul back to yard in Twinsburg/Macedonia to drop tractor-trailer, then drove me to hotel and offered he help me get my possessions and dog to the third floor following check-in at 0330.Met with Interstate mechanic, John, 0900 to discuss situation and mapped out a plan. I highly recommend Interstate Towing and will use them in the future should the need arise again.
Buck was wonderful. He was professional, respectful and very helpful. He was also very concerned about our safety since the towing service was initiated on a busy interstate.
The young man we had went to O’Reilly to pick up a radiator cap for our F350 and 4 antifreeze. He brought what we needed and helped my husband get back on the road. 3 hrs later he called to see if we made it to our destination ok. We have never had that happen. Thx u :)

I highly recommend Interstate Heavy Duty Towing, they are professional and speedy to come to you, I had a flat tire on Ohio Turnpike yesterday ( 4/13/22) and the gentleman that came to help was very polite and communicative , I had a tow dolly with me I believe he was not supposed to tow the dolly but he did it anyways, thanks to his excellent work the tire shop was able to take care of my problem early on and I was on time to pick up my vehicle in Fort Wayne, Indiana.Thank you .
The man came out and got the job done quickly, he was also very chill I believe his name was Kiley. Helped us out of a field we got misled to and jump started the car too, Amazing service.
We stopped for gas at the Middle Ridge Plaza on the Ohio Turnpike. My wife, who rarely rides in our Chevy Silverado, didn’t realize she’d hit the lock button when she climbed down and shut the door. Of course, the keys where still in the ignition! After wasting over an hour dealing with AAA and our vehicle insurance company and getting no where, I was able to get the Ohio State Police who routed our plight to Interstate Towing. Wayne arrived in about 15 minutes and had the door open in about five minutes! Couldn’t be happier with the service and would use them again in a New York minute.
I called and got scheduled and they said 60 to 99 minutes….. that didn’t happen but after 4 hours I called and discovered there was a communication error.I will say that the dispatch person seemed annoyed with having to answer the phone, maybe he was having a bad day😩😂. No matter what we should all try and have a professional attitude when we answer a call that’s got to do with business matters.They towed my car promptly after we discovered the communication error and apologized for the sour attitude on the phone calls. I believe this is a great towing company and wish ever the best experience with them.

Absolutely amazing! Was stranded on the turnpike for over 3 hours since ford roadside sent the wrong tow company and they couldn’t get on the turnpike. They told me to call interstate and they were out in less than an hour! I had my daughter in the car with me and the driver Cory was able to put me and my daughter at ease. I can’t thank them enough!

I am a mechanic and woke up to a flat tire, all my tools are at work. I called Interstate and was told they wouldnt be able to get to me for 90 minutes, they were there in 10. I dont even know where to begin. From Claudette, the dispatcher, to Brandon, the tow truck driver, I could just cry. I was driving alone from Chicago to Philly and got a flat tire in Ohio. Its so hard being stranded by yourself at dusk in the pouring rain, sitting on the shoulder with semis flying past you and not having the slightest idea what to do. My mind was racing trying to Google for help.The first number I called, Claudette answered in a calming voice which really put me at ease. She told me how to figure out my location and text her the details. She was able to immediately figure out which location she needed to call.Less than 15 minutes later, Brandon, the new love of my life, came to my rescue. With the back of my car completely packed, he told me to stay in my car and hed maneuver my items to get to my spare. After playing a little Tetris, he was able to pull out my spare and change my tire. Then he proceeded to tell me the nearest locations where I might be able to either get my tire fixed or purchase a new one. It being too late in the day, and only being able to drive about 50 miles on a donut, he told me where the nearest hotels and restaurants are.I honestly wish the world was filled with more people like Brandon and Claudette. I was quoted 1 hour, had to call after 1 hour 20 min. That is when office dispatched tow truck. Driver did show up quickly. But I was not able to pick up my car from the shop before I had to be at work, since tow was late. It just threw my day off schedule.

Allstate said I was not suppose to pay for tow. Driver wanted money from me. Stated to driver I was not suppose to pay. I asked him to wait a minute while I called Allstate regarding his fee. He took off and never came back. Whats up with that???

Unlocked my truck, came back out after warming up for 5 minutes to grab my keys and my windshield was cracked. Guy says he didnt do it, Havent even made the first payment on the truck yet either. He said i could talk to a boss so i called and gave my name and number but still havent got a call after 2 days. Got my truck unlocked, but payed 82 dollars for a broken windshield on a brand new truck

Ran out of gas coming from Eastlake thru to Canton. I pulled over and tried several so called open 24 hrs roadside service and no one was answering. Interstate Towing was very professional when they came to pick up my vehicle at my home and towed it to an auto body shop. The dispatcher said they’d be out within 90 minutes and they were there on time. They took good care of hooking my vehicle up prior to transporting it. Waited for almost 4 hours. Called back 3 different times and the woman who answered the phone must have never taken down my info. Then was told it would be only 30 min and after an hour I called back and just got attitude for inquiring. Once the driver arrived he was. Very friendly and well mannered. Very professional. I called to get my car towed the next day and they never showed up so I called again and they had no record of my phone call during which I had given them all the information needed for a pickup. Then they said they would pick it up right away and it took over an hour.

Although they were apologetic and I appreciate it, I scheduled a tow ahead of time but they still ended up 2 1/2 hours late. Their mistake/tardiness costed me more than the amount I saved choosing their service over others. Could’ve been a one time ordeal, I wouldn’t know. However once they arrived they were friendly, professional and handled the tow itself with ease. 3 out of 5 for me.
When the transmission went bad in my truck, I tried calling 4 different tow services around Portage County, Interstate was the 4th. But they were the only ones who sounded Professional on the phone. The other 3 seemed like they really didnt want to be bothered. When the driver arrived, he was on time, professional and got my truck to the repair shop safe and sound. If I ever need towed again, Ill just call Interstate first.
The quoted price some how just about doubled and it wasn’t explained. After 4 phone calls and about 7hrs later the vehicle was finally picked up and delivered. Every time I called they told me the driver was in route I’m not sure where the driver would be coming from if it took 7hrs to deliver the vehicle. If they would communicate better I would’ve given the a better score…..

I never used this place because they wanted to charge me 2750.00 to tow my truck 220 miles. Seems to me that towing companies love to take advantage of owner operators. You know the old saying kick em while their down
Eight hours later my truck was towed to City Tire because of a blow out.Apparently truck was towed off the freeway and stuck in a parking lot somewhere while they went and did other tows.Truck was unattended all day and full of tools with the keys in it.I lost a days pay waiting for the truck to arrive.I will NOT recommend interstate towing to anyone.

Yes so I don’t know whether or not I will call this hauling or towing but on this company help me get out of the snow I have stuff in the snow in the apartment complex and they pull me out he was super friendly it was very professional didn’t you know make any sort of negative comments about people getting stuck in the snow he was just super awesome and friendly and helpful put me out in less than 10 minutes went the extra mile to make sure that I was actually out put my car in the right direction and it was fairly inexpensive compared to all the other Kohl’s that I had gotten from other places that I called before I got to his cell definitely definitely would consider them in the future super professional reasonable prices super friendly just all-around great

2021-10-05Noah (I think his name was) was awesome. He didnt take long after the state patrol officer called Interstate Towing, since I was broke down on the Ohio turnpike. He made sure I was safely in the flatbed before he loaded my car. He got my car and me home safe.Back the flatbed /w car in perfectly since it was a tight fitted driveway. Very friendly gentleman and a hard work. I give him 5 plus starts. I would recommend and use this company again.

2022-05-13Kyle is great at what he does, he’s definitely a pro. He was quick and efficient. I have 25 years commercial vehicle driving experience and he really took me by surprise with his backing skills towing a tractor trailer. This guy sets the bar for his industry and it would be a complete travesty if his boss isnt paying him accordingly. He was friendly and very sociable. A 5 star driver, no doubt.

2022-04-17Exceptional service. We got a flat tire on the Ohio turnpike while we were heading home to PA. Needed a towing service and Interstate towing was recommended. Hillbilly Mike was our towing driver. Awesome gentleman who not only towed my vehicle to walmart, but also took my family to a hotel; which took 2 trips for him. For two females and my grandson, it was a huge relief to have an honest, respectable driver during these uncertain times. Towed my vehicle carefully and successfully to a repair shop. Everything youd expect from a towing company with experience.

2022-03-05These guys gave me a quote an ETA to tow my 18 wheeler and honored both fully. Plan and simple good business. Anybody in the trucking industry knows tht good business can be hard to find for some reason. Im not the type to haggle anyone over there prices or anything like that. You say a price I pay the money and people still f you over. But not these guys! Thank you guys for the tow!

2022-03-29These guys are great! I was quoted 90 min wait time, but they showed up in 35 minutes. That saved my sanity, because it was cold outside and with a tractor that was disabled from running the engine I was mostly warm and comfortable. Content with the wait time.

2022-06-14Dennis was the name of my tow truck operator. He is a asset to your company I cannot say enough good things about him. He was fast pace but yet very thorough in his methods and I was Impressed with his attention to detail and adapt on the fly to different issues that he encountered. During my two hour ride back to UPS he was not only friendly but very professional.
