Nothing much to see there other than the new electric hummer. No Infinity nor Lexus SUVs. Kia has come up a lot in the making of the cars. The Mercedes S500 was really nice. Only the Alpha Romeo car not the SUV. Just nothing much. Millionaires Row was the same ol cars you see on TV, but I did like the white Bentley (I think it was) SUV, but many can be seen on road in Miami. Ol School cars was ok. To me, and this is my opinion, it seemed like it was a covid car show...not many vehicles, but an abundance of food stands to eat and drink. I went on opening nite.
Its a big open building. Great for Auto Shows, Sports Shows, Boat Shows, you get the idea. Food is decent, if a bit expensive; there are vegetarian options that are more than just a salad. I had a veggie pita that was really good. Would definitely recommend. As always, the facility was clean and well kept. Happy to see the IX Center is still open for business. A value to Greater Cleveland.
I was pleasantly surprised to see so many vendors at this expo. It was a wonderful time out for the whole family. I fell in love with their sheds! It was so much to see and do! I went for the home and garden expo and, I will be returning next year and, I always go for the car show and have never been disappointed thus far. I am excited and ecstatic that the IX has reopened.
A friend of mine and I went there on Sunday, the last day. It opened up at 10:00 AM. We were there at 10:15, and, the parking lot was already filling up, but, easy to access. I knew a couple of people displaying their cars. The show was very well put together . Keep coming back 405 Outlaws!
We went to the circus today only stayed until half time, due to my son getting hurt. The staff was so attentive, helpful & handled everything so professionally. We were bummed to have missed the second half of the show but overall just very impressed by the staff & their ability to swiftly handle a bad situation so professionally. Would 10/10 recommend this show. If you have little ones get vip seating.
Had a good time at the annual auto show. The IX Center is in great shape and the show was well-staged. Didnt have as many miscellaneous vendors as in years past, but the car companies were well represented and there was a sizable display of great restored and customized vehicles.
Ive been coming here for 20+ years, maybe even 30+ and its always a crowded, exciting mess. Mostly in a good way. But this year, the IC center got smaller and closed off a few large areas. Some of which I heard are being utilized or will be in the near future, by Amazon.Lame.But this is the same old convention center its always been. No updates to anything in the 20+ years I can remember of It.
Attended the Power and Piston Show. Great variety of vehicles - cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, military etc. Poor interior signage denoting entance/exits. The place is so huge with so many aisles, its easy to get disoriented. HUGE traffic jam arriving at 11 - so many lanes of traffic continually merging.
We went to the Home & Garden Show at the I-X Center. I’m glad that they bring in a lot of different shows that we can go and get some steps in. Of course it’s always very crowded. The Home and Garden show is great way to get acquainted with different businesses, contractors, etc. There is also so many other vendors there that have nothing to do with Home nor Garden. The flowers are so beautiful, great job with the displays. I know how difficult and time consuming these shows can be. They had a separate area with beautiful backyard decks, etc. Honestly it’s a phenomenal way to dream for awhile. A little piece of beautiful heaven.
Went today to the Cleveland Car Show. Parking is always free. It was not crowded and we had a great time. There are snack booths set up around the floor and you can get water, soda, or beer. There were small vendors tables set up around the perimeter as well. Had a great time.
Waited one hour in traffic because theyre so money hungry. They stop every car for a lousy $10 parking fee.Raise the price of admission and give everyone free parking. Keep traffic moving. I feel bad for the people that were trying to get to Cleveland Hopkins airport to catch a flight.
Been here in a few different occasions and always enjoy what Im there for. This time happened to be for a dinosaur venue. Jurassic Park like attraction. It was ok to me but my little boy loved it and thats all that matters. It was cool with life size dinosaurs with some of them having movement. Its worth the trip if it comes around again.
The hubby & I attend the auto show annually and always have a great time checking out the latest & greatest offered by all of the car makers. It is the perfect venue, especially on a Thursday night, when it doesnt get overcrowded. Be sure to check out the Chevy truck made from Legos 😃👍
What a shame to think if Cleveland would of ever considered demolishing the IX - Center to expand the airport. Fortunately, cooler and smarter heads prevailed. My son and I spent the last day of the Cleveland Auto Show and had a blast. People were very nice, the food was good and the cars of past and present did not disappoint us at all. We took a few pictures before leaving. God Willing,we will do this again next year!
The International expo center is a great place to have held the internatonal motorcycle Show Lots of space for parking food vendors on hand More than enough Room for all of the motorcycles exhibitors that were there and some live demonstration Of off road bikes All in all a great experience
Glad to see things getting back to somewhat normal. I was surprised to see the number of super cars there Bugatti and more. I thought it would be better not to bring or use cash due to covid and the vendors not wanting to touch or handle it boy was I wrong they prefer cash and some vendors are charging 50 cent to 1dollar to use your debit or credit card so keep that in mind.
We love going to IX! Its become an Easter weekend tradition for our family. There is something for everyone and there is never a dull moment!! There were rides for us big kids all the way down to rides for our 4 year old! (He had a blast last year at 3 too!) If you get your tickets at the local Drug Mart, there is much savings to be had! Four tickets and the parking pass for $84 is a pretty good deal over the at-the-door price. Of course tickets can also be purchased on the website. Parking is $10 if not purchased with the 4 pack of tickets, which Ive only seen sold at the Drug Marts. They always have great side shows too! This year was a hypnotist, an escape artist, an animal guy, and a sea lion show! (Sorry I dont remember all of their individual names or if I missed any. You know who you are and rest assured you brought so much joy and entertainment to those who watched your shows!) One year they had a dog show! The kids talked about that for a week! They have a petting zoo type area with sheep, goats, cows, rabbits, and pigs. They sell feed for $1/dixie cup. There was a pony ride too!The food is pretty standard amusement park/carnival food. The Staples we enjoyed were the hand rolled soft pretzels, nachos and cheese (they had cheddar and spicy!), popcorn, ice cream, and slushies/sno-cones! There was a Kona Ice truck! So good, so many flavors! The plentiful bathrooms were clean; there were workers constantly cleaning! Thanks to those folks! There are several baby changing stations and there was also a private space for pumping/nursing moms.
Being back at the IX Center for shows was a joy. This facility is a convenient location for Northern Ohio. While show sponsors need to work stronger to return to their former glory, the IX Center staff provides a safe, comfortable, family friendly venue. I will definitely return in the future based on my recent experience.
Drove 3.5 hours for an expo here, was kinda skeptical, but the venue is definitely nice and well maintained. Thought the food and drinks were over priced but what else can you expect at an expo right? Staff was very friendly and parking wasnt half bad either! Ill more than likely be back in the future!
We attended the 2022 Auto Show at the IX Center. The facility seems to have had a facelift since last time I was there pre-pandemic. The carpeting was very nice and fresh. The entrance areas still seem to be pretty outdated though, as are the restrooms. They were clean, but the stalls are tiny and the majority of them are located on a basement level, for which you just go up and down a flight of stairs. There are accessible options but they are along the periphery of the VERY large space. Parking lot is a nightmare, despite the fact that they charge heavily for parking at nearly every event they host.
I always enjoy the home and garden show here. Its the first taste of spring while the weather is still lousy outside. Its kinda cool to see the houses they build inside too. The Auto show isnt bad either. Im glad they saved this place. A few years back they almost tore it down.
🚘 🚔 🏎 🚓 🚕 🚗 🚘We went to the I-X Center and enjoyed the first car show in the Cleveland Ohio Marketplace since February 2019 hats off to the organizers and the promotional event it was an enjoyable Sunday keep up the great work it was good to see people out and about again we pray that all are safe from this horrible pandemic.
Went to the Sewing and Quilting convention and expected more material to be there. Prices were convention prices. Maybe they could have had a lot more material and different varieties of thread at reasonable prices instead of bringing in the $20,000.00 machines. Quilts that were over a hundred years old were amazing.
One of the worst Ive been to they advertised on the news the morning before I went it was going to be the 38 Studebaker only three of its kind in the world the other two was owned by Jay Leno well I got there as soon as the place open and guess what car was nowhere to be seen false advertisement or he had a better gig totally understandable Im just saying
Always love the car show what is missed is the glamour of it all the future cars, the displays just were not like they once were. I took note all brands had there best out and no base models at all fully loaded and fully priced.. The night started out poorly as our parking pass taken us to the east gate. Now I’m handicapped with a cane as my uncle is as well he is a Vietnam Vet with one lung due to agent orange. We approach the entrance with an older man with a bandaid on his forehead, now keep in mind we had our tickets and the show was ending in a couple hours and not many in the ix and this was the rudest man you could possibly have as a meet and greater to let you in.. The shack out frt tells us we are to go in this side cause we had dealer passes and this rude person as he seen us struggle getting in could care less and made us walk around the whole building and go in the other entrance, bad enough to have to walk so much we could not enjoy the show we were done by the time we got in the door but his rudeness was totally ridiculous.. How could a company as big as the ix center have such horrible people to greet if he was doing his job he could of been kind!!! Plus he seen the struggle he could of helped or gotten us assistance vs make us walk around the building.. Made for a terrible experience.. Can’t blame the car show just one bad Apple sure spoils the whole bunch hope that man felt good about himself just a rotten person..I should of turned him in .. A Vietnam vet proudly displaying his hat and shirt gasping for air from the walk and entrance as the guy stares us down in disgust and rudely tells us tuff luck!!!! Ain’t getting in !!!! Now the other entrance when we finally arrived those ladies were the very best, kind, compassionate, having loads of fun and laughs, accommodating and helpful I can not say enough!!!! This ladies were the best but one super mean old man had to ruin it for us!!!Too bad!!!
I come here for several events, but today we went to the Home and Garden Expo. This place is huge and very easy to navigate. You can easily get here from either 480-W or 71-S. Theres plenty of food vendors inside, and like all other venues, the food is mediocre and overpriced.
Snowy weather this week, too bad they don’t plow the snow and salt the parking lots like they do the employee lot. There you can see the pavement and it’s nice and clear and ice free. The rest of the parking lot is covered in snow and you need ice skates. Guess those paying to get in don’t deserve a safe parking lot? Let’s not forget parking is a crazy $10/day!!! For that they should park my car for me.
The ix used to be fun and enjoyable. This year it went under new management and you can tell. There was no organization and lines were horrendous due to lack of organization. People were crowded in everywhere and people were paying for parking although there were no spots. This is covid central to be honest as there were no measure towards that either. I really hope for a better time next year as this year was extremely disappointing all around.
Im super excited about ix centerHey I x indoor amusement park is coming two months 2022 before EasterAbout celebrate jesus is risenFrist watch the miracle maker the story of jesus it really lovely it about animated film 2000 and then lots of fun every years see you guys two months
Went to the 2018 Auto show. Walking through the parking lot to the building was like trying to walk down the interstate. Then you get to walk through the smoking section to get into the building. Once inside the staff checking tickets really didnt want to be there, very unfriendly. The show itself was good. The venue is showing its age.
IX center has always been a great venue , Next to the cleveland hopkins Airport . The BoatShow was awesome , In the spring and winter they have indoor Amusement Park , Garden shows , Military shows. Bridal Shows . The parking is 10 dollars and entrance varies with the show I guess. Marcs Grocery stores has always discount tickets available for the shows , so Rite Aid Pharmacy , so you want to look for those places. they might have a very good family discount. Active Military has always a discount , make sure you bring your ID. Other than that the place has food , drinks , coffee etc. Prices for that , well is just a little bit over your regular price of course. If I were you and you are out of town , Bring your coolers and put it in your car. Inside is not aloud to bring any food or drinks. #ALLINCLE From there Berea is pretty close , you have some malls in the Area , BEACHWOOD Mall , Nordstrom , Sacks 5th , Mcys etc.
Very boring! Same stuff on every aisle! And not very Christmas oriented. Mostly crafts.. People stopped in the aisle to talk or eat samples. The cheese booth (a group of .... ladies were eating their LUNCH at the samples, sticking the same toothpick back in the samples. The man behind the booth said nothing) lost a sale from me. Glad I was given the tickets. The ix center should really consider making the aisles one way! I havent been in years but its nothing like the Christmas shows past. Its just a craft show now. Farris wheel wasnt even running.
The most poorly planned event. Mass amount of people trying to get into the building with no clear plan. Took 25 minutes to get in. At least 75% of people were not wearing masks. Aisles were not wide enough. People were ramming you with their strollers and wagons and lines for food were ridiculous. My first and probably last time going to the Christmas show there.
Spacious parking lot and a big ferris wheel inside 🎡 My only regret is they don’t have the I-X Indoor Amusement Park jingle playing through speakers on a continuous loop while I watch people talk about cars and baseball cards. “It’s here today, not gonna stay, go right away to the”...come on, you know the rest of the song. Oh snap, Hulk Hogan is sitting over there! Gotta blast, brother.
We had a beautiful time me & my family we took my two little nieces specially for them & I think us adults enjoyed more than the children, yet I seen plenty of adults riding the rides, hey we got to bring the kids out in us too right?😃 its been some years since Ive been there so I finally decided to leave my comfort zone & check out the I-X since it was almost the last day for the indoor amusement park so why not.. rides games food precious animals what more can you ask for

2022-04-03Nice show. Lots of variety even though it wasnt worth $10 parking fees let alone $20 per adult. Kids 12 and under were free. It still felt like after parking & admission costs like we still paid for the kiddos! Lol . Kids costs were a nice gesture. More foods choices and more vendors since the last auto show! We enjoyed ourselves as a family though which was all that mattered.

2022-02-27Exhibit was great, but the prep by the facility for lines to get in to the building and to exit the parking lot left some room for improvement. Facility and restrooms were clean and well prepped. My family and I enjoyed our day at the auto show.

2022-02-21I had a great time at the IX Center Home and Garden Show. Gorgeous garden and waterfall displays. Some of the plants were ridiculously overpriced. Some of the vendors were throwing greats out there. I really enjoyed being able to test out the massage chairs and handheld massagers. Helped me decide which product I really need. I signed up for a free waterproofing inspection of my basement. Ive been wanting to get one anyhow. Now Im getting it for free!

2022-04-10Very good event. Lots of custom and classic cars and trucks and motorcycles.I thought it was a little smaller than previous shows but then again, it was canceled for two tears due to the pandemic.Event producers were able to present a classic event.

2022-03-08Whenever the IX Cleveland Expo Center by Huntington has an event you know it will be spectacular with the space it lends to the event. The Auto show was back and it was Awesome!!!! Its worth the trip to visit. Take interstate 71 and exit Snow Road and follow the signs down the road to your next event.Have fun this year.

2022-03-10Couldnt wait to return to the 2022 Auto Show after being closed prior year. Was personally disappointed in Fords display again this year. The F150s being brought in are not what what people want to see in my opinion if it matters. If someone is looking for a truck, give them real truck experiences, not one you plug in to charge. Awesome Broncos though! Also wish the Classic Cars section was in the entire other room as it had been prior, but still love to see them. Thank you for free parking!

2022-02-27I have been going to the Cleveland show for the past 5 years. This year the show was a little lighter than previous years otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Great show to look at new vehicles. Lots of manufacturer staff on hand to answer questions.

2022-03-04Awesome fun time. Ride and drives are so much fun. Great being able to look at new vehicles with no one pressuring you to buy.

2022-03-04We had a good time. Loved the old cars, especially the Mustang. The Lexus SUV was my favorite; there was a nice spread of new cars.
