2020-11-16They are supposed to be coming M-F for my disabled vet father in law. Instead we end up doing their job with no call no shows once to twice a week sometimes. My husband is missing out on hours at work because hes been doing their job so much, he cannot reliably work in the midday. They are supposed to send us weekly schedules ahead of time. Theyve done this once despite complaints. Weve taken to calling them near every day just to find out if someone is coming so we can schedule our day and work around them. Were now keeping a journal of when theyre calling off and times shown. (Its been three times in just a week now). If you have to deal with them, document everything. If you have a choice, try someone else.

2021-05-26Worst Nursing Healthcare Company Ive ever had. I will not go into details but they put me through hell this past December and January. Dont even bother trying to have consistency or just plain empathy .

2019-05-31They sit everything up last week for this week.Two times no show.One finally came sit in her car for awhile and left.I waited got no calls as to why and finally talked to someone that said she had to leave.So I said are you sending anyone....they said no thats it.So go somewhere else!!!
