Tony and the team did a superb job working around the limitations with timing and noise in our complex. A high quality result done in an efficient friendly way. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tilers on the Gold Coast.
Dont bother looking anywhere else! This company was amazing from start to finish. Estimate was accurate, scheduling was easy and job INCLUDING CLEAN UP was fantastic. We appreciate customer service and everyone on staff was courteous, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
Fixed a leak on the back corner of my house, and havent had any issues since. The workers were professional and got the job done in a timely manner, and even cleaned up the driveway when finished! Would definitely recommend!
Great experience from start to finish. The only company that diagnoses and fixes the problem instead of just pumping out the water. The crew is great, professional and hard working. I will always refer integrity waterproofing.

2022-06-14This company was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. Steve came out to quote the job in 2019 and talk me through the process. Craig provided me with an emailed quote right away. I took some time to secure finances, then reached back out to Craig and Pam to schedule. I was thrilled that they were willing to still honor the original quote a few years later. Mike and Gino started the job, keeping me updated on every aspect of the job. Craig came to finish up the job and he did a fantastic job coming up with creative solutions to meet my needs. He kept me updated on the progress. His customer service was excellent. I couldnt recommend this company more. Its refreshing to work with contractors that really have and exemplify integrity.

2021-12-09Mike came to my house and gave an honest assessment on the state of our foundation.No only that we probably saved thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs recommended by other contractors. He gave easy to follow advice on how to maintain our basement with supplies from Home Depot.All of this was free of charge.I will be recommending Integrity Waterproofing to all of our friends. If we do have a problem in the future well definitely be calling Integrity.

2022-08-15Used this company to waterproof two basement walls and the front corner of my house and paid $22,000. I contacted them about out water coming in on the wall they waterproofed. Their solution was to move the gutter several feet out from the house, which solved that issue but I could have done that myself and saved 22k. I contacted them about water coming in the front of the house, they said they would come back and fix and would let me know when. I have not heard from them and they appear to be out of business because all of their numbers are disconnected.

2021-09-16Mike Allen came to my house twice to try and determine the cause of water in my crawlspace. He provided a very fair estimate but suggested i might consider encapsulation and referred me to a company that performs that type of work. I couldnt be more impressed with my experience with Mike and his company.

2020-08-28Steve and his team did an amazing job waterproofing my basement. I had ground water coming in half of my basement so I decided to call Steve for a quote. He was very thorough with looking over my basement and gave me a detailed over view of what the problem was and how they fix it.Steve’s team did a fantastic job, I was amazed by how fast they were and how clean they kept the job site. They always answered my questions in detail and were a pleasure just to be around. After they finished up my yard looks virtually the same as it did before they started.We just had our first big rainfall since the work was done and I was pleased that my basement is bone dry! I highly recommend Integrity Waterproofing to anyone looking to waterproof their homes.

2021-01-15A little over two years ago I purchased two sump pumps from Steve that came with 5 year warranty for a substantial amount of money. The pump switches have failed many times and eventually get replaced with a new pump. However, since the beginning of December when both pumps failed, I have been ignored by Steve. I’ve contacted him several times without any reply. I think that Steve has grown tired of replacing the pumps, which I can understand because I am also tired of them failing. Meanwhile, the water from my underground spring below my basement continues to threaten to flood my house. Very disappointing service as I still have not heard back from him after several attempts.

2018-10-14Integrity did our waterproofing about 5 years ago and we have had major rain this sumer and the job they did is still keeping our basement dry. They really went above and beyond what was asked of them and we are so grateful we chose them over all the others.

2021-05-13Do NOT use this company. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Got a job done with them. Not only that the problem I had still there, now theyre telling me I might need a different job done and I have to pay for it again. If were lucky to get in contact with them....THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING. Very frustrated and regret using them.
