This dealership has the most hometown feel of a dealership I have ever been in. The only problem with that is that because theyre small they dont get respect from Ford and therefore they struggle to get parts! Other than that they are great people to work with!
The absolute worst service center, brought my 2015 F350 in for problems with the climate controlled seat module back in June. Soon as I told Chris the service manager that I have a warranty on it he immediately had an attitude with me. Gave me all kinds of lame excuses as to why it’s taking him so long to get my truck in for the repairs. Bottom line he doesn’t want to deal with the warranty company, I called the warranty company and they are still waiting for a fax from Chris. I’m done with Anderson Ford.
Had services performed with ford order parts and have had issue with wrong parts, poor service by them not finishing the work. I took additional time out of my work day to talk with the lead service person. Had to re schedule to have these items fixed. Then after that additional items did not work. Some items on vehicle are needed for work. Im very disappointed.

Always friendly and helpful, only problem I have is that no one ever answers the phone when I call, and I would prefer getting service done on a Saturday because of my work schedule
Had oil change and tire rotation done and in exactly 1 hour I was out the door. No complaints here!
I suggest no one does any business with this shady car lot. Bought a 2010 and paying the money I did was to include tax tag and title I got a 45 day tag and 42 days to this day still no title and keep giving me a run around

2022-06-09Any review older than 8/2/2021 does not pertain to Integrity Ford. The dealership was formerly Anderson Ford, and it closed the doors in April 2020. The dealership was then purchased by integrity Ford and did not open the doors for business Until 8/2/2021with new staff that is Ford trained and certified.

2022-05-17My girlfriend had her 2017 Escape serviced here for a high pressure pump replacement. After 3 weeks the pump failed again and they would not answer or return calls.Decided to replace it myself and found they had reinstalled the T27 bolts holding the pump with an impact, completely stripping them out and torquing them too tight for an extractor to remove.This is not just a warning but a plea to anyone without the skill or money to correct such completely botched maintenance:stay far, far away from Integrity Ford

2021-10-2010/19/2021 took my 5.4L gas truck in to get a driveshaft replacement and spark plug change. They were the only for shop within 200 miles confident in changing the plugs in a 5.4L and didn’t break a single one off! Best service I’ve ever had at a dealership HANDS DOWN👍🏼

2020-08-10Called and called, no one answered. Virtually zero web presence. Had good experience with the service dept in the past, and I needed some service. I drove there today, and a sign was on the door that said closed due to coronavirus. Only a dozen or so cars on the lot. I wonder if they will re-open?

2019-09-15Service department knows less about Ford vehicles than you average quick lube, at least when it comes to electronics. I went in there with a mykey issue, was told I had to purchase 2 new keys and make an appointment for the next week. I said no thanks and drove to Buckeye Ford in Sidney, they took care of me in 15 minutes without buying anything.
