Bought a 2007 Chevy Aveo...less than a week the problems began..when I called to ask a few questions I was treated quite rudely...long story short...its been about 3 months now...the car has become a massive money pit...so another weekend of installing more parts..paid three thousand for car and have put in almost a thousand in parts... integrity??? Um ok if you say so

Wanted to talk about the price, the salesman said the price is the price. No dealing or haggle the price here. I was not financing as I went through my own bank on a personal loan, so no buy here pay here. I got good credit. I did my research on a used car. the ford ranger is a pretty good used truck. It had a good carfax. I personally checked it and crawled under it. Rust yes less than typical. Low miles for the year. one maybe two owners. Everything worked. Missing the spare under it. Nice grey paint with no body rust (rear bumper rusted a little) Only had one key to be expected for auction car. No drips or leaks, truck ran quite typical ranger 4 cylinder motor power and med engine noise, tires in great shape, 5 speed manual tight and shifted easily (I own a Mustang which shifts had out of first) Claimed to be Christian church affiliated, laptop battery died and had to plug it in to finish deal, did not have credit card machine to scan my card, had to call someone else to run card (for tax and title extra fee). They had access to car fax but could not print it off. All in all I think I got a good deal, which I did my research first to find. All the salesman did was too much paperwork to sell me the car. I really prefer buying from private owners. I will update this when I have had the truck a little longer. Always know when you buy used you buy something someone no longer wanted, it may have been a problem vehicle. If you have bad credit you will not get a great car, so be ready to spend money to fix it. My rules under 100k miles, under 10 years, under $5000. Cash is king. Title in hand is always a plus. by owner and in the state you are in are also better. Have a mechanic look at the vehicle with you. If it has 200,000 mile just walk away you dont want that issue

Made arrangements to look at a few vehicles. 3 test drives later. Nothing! The last vehicle we didnt even leave the lot. The point of my post dont let people dive 45 min away and show them junk!!!!

They realistically don’t even deserve a single star. Customer service starts off nice until you point out the flaws in their cars that their “mechanic” fixed. All the people I talked to were rude. They are very dishonest about the quality of the cars and trucks that they have there. If you can go anywhere else I highly recommend it.

Completely unprofessional and dishonest! My adventure started on a holiday weekend. We needed a vehicle that weekend so we went to integrity motors as it showed on Google that They were open that day! We looked at several vehicles does were all unlocked to the vehicles, but no sales person came out which i thought was weird. We then proceeded to look for a sales person. All the doors to the building were unlocked and lights on. I called out inside to see who was there, no response!. I quickly walked through building and bathrooms making my children wait outside. Then called the police as the building was open and all vehicles were accessible for anyone will stopped by. I told a couple of people the business was clouded for the day so they would not see that it was open(unlocked). The police came and after almost an hour made contact with owner, he sent his partner down who had neglected to lock up the business the night before. Well he stuck around to sell me a car because i did them a favor in making sure no one robbed them or stole a vehicle. He was pushy and complaining about having to leave his game of Gulf to come out to the store. Anyways, sold me a dodge caliber that i knew had a small exhaust leak, telling me if anything happens he would take care of it for me. Well i made it a couple hundred feet top McDonalds and the car died. No one was at the business so i had to wait until they opened again. This time i had to deal with the owner, who was not very pleasant. Told me take it to his mechanic across to street. I did! Was told intake manifold was bad. He refused to fix saying that guy does not know what he is talking about take it to this other mechanic in town. I told him it was not safe to drive. Took several weeks before he came and got the car and took it to mechanic. I waited finally was told car was done. Went and picked it up.again only made it a short distance. Drove it to the dealer.. He called and made arrangements for the mechanic to fix it right, said someone would call when fixed. Well its been months and no once had called and no money reimbursed on a vehicle i put money down on and really never for you drive! There is absolutely no integrity in that building, dishonest crooks. Please stay away from these people!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! VERY RUDE AND DISCRIMINATING!!! Especially the GM JEFF. My husband and I wanted to buy a truck from them. I was calling them since last week. Had spoken to one of the partners and everything was all set. We cancelled our day at work to go and pick up on Saturday. I decided to place a down payment. Called to see if everything was all set and the partner that I was speaking to wasn’t there so this RUDE GENERAL MANAGER answered and everything went left. Raised the price. And spoke to us like we were kids and were scammers. WORST PLACE. NEVER been so disrespected as a costumer. DON’T GO HERE!!!

I bought a crystler seabring convertible about a year and a half ago. I’m reviewing this now because of how impactful the owner was on my life. He didn’t try to hassle me. I’m a young female and alot of car salesmen would take full advance of that. I got a loan from my bank and I had to drive back to galion to finalize everything and in the mean time someone wanted to look at the car. He told her he already had a serious buyer and he couldn’t sell it to her. The car is amazing and I still love it!

Initially the owner Jeff was pleasant as I was checking out an older vehicle for sale, the platform for which I have a lot of familiarity with (have owned and maintained at least 2 simultaneously for the last 10+ years). After a test drive and my pointing out all the issues that needed to be addressed, I gave him a realistic value I was willing to negotiate over (based on Blue Book values and condition judging criteria). He gave me a deadpan stare then proceeded to insult me by making derogatory comments about my apparent age (I look 10 or so years younger than I am). He may have been trying to negotiate in an unprofessional manner, but I elected to not do any business with him as a direct result of his behavior. Dont recommend visiting this guy if you look like youre under 50, as he seems to disrespect younger people. Aggressive behavior at the end made me very uncomfortable!

Drove 45 minutes to look at a vehicle they said was on their lot. I got there and they had no idea where it was, waste of time and money.
