These are the best group of people ever. Start with the front staff. Brie and Monte are amazing and welcoming people. They make coming in after a stressful day of work a delight. Next up Doctor Zach. The man knows what he is talking about. He will always make sure you are comfortable. He always takes the time to answer all questions you may have without making you feel like you have to be rushed. Angie, the women with the magic hands. She will work out whatever you... trust me I request my spots. I even try to request more time. I didn’t even know that you can get a massage covered under insurance, but sure enough the group here told me because they are all wonderful helpful enjoyable people. Will always come here for my chiropractic and massage needs!!!! :-)
Im very pleased with the treatment that I received from Dr. Chiu and the staff. The doctor listened to your problem and did a very through examination. The staff is very friendly, making my recovery more comfortable. Only after several visits Im actually starting to feel better. My back pain is much better and I no longer have headaches. I would recommend this chiropractic to anyone who has the symptoms likes me.
Had 24 total visits there and each was pleasant, comprised of a comfortable, neat and professional environment. The doctors where very friendly and seemed very experienced in rendering chiropractic services. The visits actually helped to alleviate the pain from the accident. Great facility to visit for your chiropractic needs! Both doctors are caring,personable, and offer comprehensive care tailored for your best recovery. The office staff is very professional and flexible with schduleing. The facility is clean and the wait is never long.
I love the chiropractor here. He knows what he is doing and I feel safe in allowing him to help my son with autism recover from a recent car accident. Everyone there is also caring and very nice.
I would like to rate inner health chiropractor as a 5 star rating . They offer a friendly experience with well qualified staff members who are concerned about your healing process. They also have a well organized staff with great personalities . There goal is there clients health and well being. They truly helped my healing process from my accident and i would recommend to all who suffer from injuries.
I dont know about you,but I hate change. But with my old chiropractor cutting his days back to only 3 days a week I had to find someone else. Boy did I luck out! Dr. Stoller took time with me and did a great job. He told me I maybe sore the next day after the treatment and I was. My wife had me take it easy and I am feeling a lot better now. The staff were very nice and the girls at the front desk treat you like a friend not a number. Awww I found a new home! :)
Dr. Stoller and all the staff here are so friendly and they really seem to care about my well being and make me feel comfortable at all times. Just had my first massage with Angie and she is awesome! I plan on continuing my care here.
Hands down the best Chiropractic office around! The office was so clean andThe staff always greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and they were always so helpful, and nice to talk to! This is honestly the BEST chiropractic office Ive ever been to, Dr. Stoller and Dr. Chiu are amazing. Within my first week of training Ive noticed a huge difference in my neck and back pain. The front desk ladies are respectful and highly pleasant . If I could give this place 10 stars no doubt I would! If you are in any pain, do not hesitate to come to the North office... they will seriously take care of you.
Great experience they make sure that you are well taken care of and that you learn feeling better than how you came in. They are caring, nice, considerate, and extremely nice. Best chiropractor experience! They will even go out their way just to make sure that you are taken well care of.
Was having SEVERE back pain back in January/February of 2016. I googled and found this place right off the highway. The staff are polite and dutiful; and the doctors are informative and helpful. I could barely get out of bed, or tie my shoes without agonizing pain. Within a few weeks time after visiting Inner Health Chiropractic North a couple times a week, I was finally feeling like a functional person again. I would recommend anyone to them!
This is very real , I wasn’t paid to say this ok lol. I was in so much pain when I got in my car accident but thanks to the doctors and mike I was able to not only recover but feel better than befor.Experts like these deserve great praise. They are very friendly and genuine, especially the two lady at the front desk. I love them and I love inner health. ❤️
I was referred to Inner health chiropractic following an auto accident . Dr. Chiu and Dr. Stoller are very Polite and Proffesional and went above and beyond with making me feel comfortable. Special thanks also to Carissa the Massage therapist she is very sweet and genuinely concerned with my treatment and over all well being . The Ladies at the front desk are very polite and charming and always have a welcoming smile . Overall a great experience I would highly recommend them to anyone in need!
OMG The North office is so AMAZING! Not only is the staff wonderful,helpful and very friendly, Dr. Stoller and Dr. Chiu are completely amazing. They took very good care of me after my car accident and I am highly satisfied and feel so much better. Everything about my experience with dr. Stoller Taylor and summer has been wonderful they seem to care want to make sure that Im feeling better and do the very best to accommodate my very uneasy schedule I would recommend them to anyone else that needed them I needed a chiropractor I give them an A-Plus and service customer service and dr. Found Inner Health and Doctor Stoller and his wonderful staff after being in a car accident. They have shown concern and skill in helping me deal with the resulting whiplash pain. Will continue visiting Inner Health when needed in the future.
The office on Karl Rd. is absolutely fantastic. Dr. Chu and Dr. Stoller are exemplary workers in their professions. Both doctors along with staff have shown nothing but caring attitudes and the upmost respect. I would definitely recommend the office to anyone who needs a chiropractor.
Imner Health Chiropractic is a great place to receive therapy. Dr Stoller was caring and attentive to my discomfort. Montae and the front desk support staff helped navigate the paper process which helps alot. Also.the equiptment is top notch.

I had herniated disc of my neck, and it was going through excruciating pain. My Dr recommended emergency surgery but after visiting inner health chiropractor and treated by Dr Chiu his professionalism and experienced in the job had brought recovery. Now I can do a lot of things that I could not do before, including driving. Thank you Dr chiu and his team.

I came in with unbearable lower back pain Dr. Chu met with me took x-rays and the next day started adjustments. He makes me feel completely comfortable. I LOVE it here and im about to sign my mom up next.
I have been going to Innerhealth Chiropractors for some time now for low back and knee pain. I have been treated by both Dr Chiu & Dr Stoller and my results have been great. They also feature excellent staff and have provided the best of service.

Dr. Chiu is awesome! I was in a very bad auto accident where I was sent to the the ER. During my hospital visit I was not given an MRI or any treatment toward the problem area (knees). After visiting Inner Health, Dr. Chiu noticed my knees and that the swelling hadnt subsided since the accident. He set me up to have an MRI for evaluation. It turned out. I had a torn MCL and if it werent for Dr. Chius advice and guidance I wouldnt be recieving the care that I need. Thanks you, Dr. Chiu
Inner Health is by far the best in chiropractic care. Thier office is very professional and kind. Thr doctors are very knowledgeable and have a great patient/doctor relationship. The doctors do very well overcoming any language barriers and are patient and well versed with thier explanation of the care. Best chiropractor group office around town. I have been coming for adjustments since 2009 to the practice (Dublin office and now the north office). They are easy to work with for scheduling and adjusting scheduled appointments.
I love going here. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. Terrill is the best masseuse I have ever been to.
Dr. Shiu and his team are awesome. When I first came into his office, I went in because I couldnt move my neck. I somehow slept on it wrong a few days before and ended up with a pinch nerve on my neck. I couldnt even turn my head. I immediately went to a massage therapist and was literally crying on the table during the 2 hours massage (trying to undo the pinch). The next day I called Inner Health Chiropractic and set a same day appointment. I met Dr. Shiu and he did an x-ray and did one adjustment and immediately the pinching pain subsided. I was so happy. This is my 8th time here. Everytime I come here, my body just seemed better with less pain. I was so shocked to see how fast my pain have been subsiding. This is the place to go to if you have any body pain. Dr. Shiu is the real deal, with also a background on acupuncture/ acupressure. Im a big believer in natural and holistic medicine, so Im always been open to chiropractic doctors. Try it out and let your body tell you if this will work or not. It did for me.

2022-03-22The chiro here was very nice. However, I had some issues with the billing side of things. I switched to this location from the German Village location. Was initially billed for a regular patient visit and then months later get a bill for a re-exam. It was not explained that I would be paying for a re-exam fee upon switching locations since at the time of the visit I was told to only pay my usual copay from the previous location. After receiving the bill I was given a number to call with questions. I called this number multiple times and left 2 voicemails and never heard back. Eventually had to call the office back for them to get in touch with the billing department in order to talk to someone about my bill. As a healthcare professional myself,I was disappointed that this transition of care from one location to another along with an additional re-examination charge was not well-communicated before or during my visit. Plus the additional hoops/phone calls I had to jump through just to pay my bill was discouraging as well. I’m sure this practice is just as good as the other locations, I am just disappointed in the lack of communication as a patient!

2021-10-22After 3 visits I would highly recommend coming here! It’s a very clean and relaxing interior and everyone working there is very polite and friendly. He explained everything in detail going over the X-Rays, the pain I was feeling, and the adjustments he was doing to me. I feel much more relaxed and less tense after 3 visits and I will definitely keep coming back!

2021-08-24This was my first time going to Chiropractic. I loved how they responded. I did had to go their for multiple sessions. Never had any conflict with schedule or with the sessions. They always been very flexible. Definitely recommend this place.

2021-03-25Dr. Mark and his assistant/ receptionist is the best!!! Always friendly and very knowledgeable! They explain everything so that you can understand. I’m in and out with my service and the office is very clean. I love how the assistant told me what my benefits cover and was even able to accommodate my work schedule. Love love love this place! They are the best!

2021-08-24I was on my business trip to Columbus for 2 weeks or more when I got my back badly hurt while being the gym. It was quite painful but got my treatment here and in few sessions up n going. Great responsible team who helped me in the time of real need. special thanks to Dr Zachary Stoller

2018-10-04The friendliest front desk you will ever encounter. Kind, professional, helpful and quick. The doctors are both helpful and listened to all of my concerns. They allowed me to participate in my own care. The hours are helpful for any schedule. I never had a long visit or wait time. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a chiropractor. So thankful I chose inner health!

2015-09-11First off, I had never been to a chiropractor before so I was not sure what to expect. All of the staff was most accommodating and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my adjustment or my therapy. The adjustments were all beneficial and each time I went I noticed improvement. The office area was clean, just dimly lit, which I found to be very soothing. My entire experience with this facility was positive and I would recommend them to anyone who needed chiropractic help. 2016-09-13I have never been to place that was so able to help me with every question I have. Not only do the doctors and staff listen to you, but they are willing at any time to educate, discuss, and find answers to the questions you have. My treatment is entirely up to me, if I dont want a specific therapy, thats fine with them. They are truly out to find what works best for me and keep that going. In all my experiences there I have never had a bad one. The girls at the front desk are amazing and so are the doctors and the masseuse. They have been helpful in every way including working with my insurance and with other doctors. I appreciate all they do and will be seeing them for as long as I can.

2019-09-09I cant say enough good things about Doctor Zach and his amazing team. After my car accident I was referred by my attorney to inner health chiropractic the most convenient location was 161 so thats where I called and I was a little nervous because I had never been to a chiropractor but from the first call until my last appointment 100% of the time every person who I had contact with was really just wonderful. I started to feel better the moment I walked through the door. Theyre caring kind and comforting and definitely experts in their fields. Each time I went for an adjustment I left feeling better in every way because they not only fixed what the accident had damaged in me physically they did it with a smile and a cheerfulness that helped me feel a little better each time I went. If you have the need for a chiropractor I highly recommend it Dr. Zach Stoller and his team. They will do everything that can be done to get you feeling better as quickly as possible.

2017-03-15I love the people here, they are amazing. I have two children that comes with me and they treat us like family. The place is clean and organized. I definitely will continue to come back again and again. Everyone is wonderful, such a great staff. The doctors are so cool and now how to get you feeling better with a great massage and a crack of the neck and back.
