We chose Infinity by Marvin because of company reputation and the warranty. The new windows were installed quickly, the installers were courteous and very neat. The windows are Super nice- we purchased fiberglass windows and were surprised that we actually have MORE window and less frame than the old wood windows! Love the new windows!

I have had my windows for a little over a year and they are wonderful. They are easy to tilt in and clean. They open and close great and I love that I can open them from both the top and the bottem. I really noticed how energy efficient they are over the winter when I could still sit in my bay window and not feel the cold. The installation experience was great too. They had everything done quickly and the one little thing I found they fixed right away. Fantastic windows, sales staff and installers!
We considered three high end window replacement companies and Marvin was the only product that met our requirements. They dont look like replacement windows (meaning there is no loss of glass area or daylight), their product was made of the best material for longevity and the salesman was great to work with. Installation was a breeze for us, as homeowners. Finally, the price was fair compared to competitors. We will use Marvin again in our next home.
We bought our house back in 2012 knowing that the aluminum windows required replacement. We spent a long time doing due diligence and obtained quotes from Andersen, Pella, and a number of smaller installers. We did research and read page after page on window installer forums, and it seemed like Infinity from Marvin was the clear choice among fiberglass window manufacturers. We obtained a quote and, although it wasnt cheap, were swayed by the warranty that is offered. Now our windows are installed and it is noticeably quieter in the house, and (empirically) it seems like the AC does not run as frequently as before. Very happy thus far; will update if something goes wrong.
Amazing company and service. I wish all companies handled business like they do. I had Jason Minehart as my project consultant. He goes well beyond excellent service. The installation was beautiful and they were working in freezing weather. Jason came back out and reviewed the window installation and created a punch out list, which he saw things that I would not have even mentioned. Then, instead of me hounding the company to fix...they called me for a service date immediately and came to fix the minor issues. Wow!!!!! I ♥️♥️♥️ this company and their products. I am happy to say all my windows are now Infinity from Marvin.P.S. and I am pretty picky
We decided to replace the exterior front door on our home. We had attended the home and garden show and spoke with representatives from Infinity. We set up an appointment. We worked with Jason. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to us in great detail. After having 3 different companies come out, we decided to go with Infinity. The experience from initial sale to installation was outstanding. Jason came out a few days after the installation, and noticed a couple of very small cosmetic things that we had not noticed. The information was relayed to the office, and they have already set up a day to address. We are very pleased with the job that was done.
Purchased sliding patio door which was priced in the middle of all estimates i received. The quality of the product made it the right choice. Jason was great to deal with and the installer was a pro and done in a few hours. They were quick to schedule and followup with a few minor fixes after Jasons very detailed inspection after install. Very pleased.
Over the summer we had shopped around for contractors for installation of a new front door. While it was out of necessity due to rotting wood in the threshold, we also wanted to take the opportunity to upgrade from a traditional front door with side windows to a more elaborate double front door. Until meeting with Jeff at Infinity from Marvin, we were asked to pick out a variety of models from a book and try to visualize how that would look on our home. Jeff actually built a virtual picture model while at our dining room table and we are able to see it overlaid on our house! It really made the difference and allowed us to actually see what we liked or disliked. The time until our installation was quicker than promised and the installers who arrived to put in our new door were phenomenal. No mess left behind and when they removed the old door and saw the extent of the rotted wood, they had the skill set to fix it properly on the spot! In todays environment where the consumer is lucky to have expectations met, Jeff, the installation crew and the entire Infinity from Marvin company exceeded our expectations! One of the best home improvements projects that we had done was the installation of a new transom window in our dining room. Even in gloomy weather, the light shines in! We love having additional natural light and to look out and see the tops of trees without having to consider window covering for privacy. Two years ago we had all over windows (35) replaced with Marvin Infinity. Overall, we are very pleased with the windows both the looks and function. And the company does honor their warranty. When an umbrella tore the screen during a wind gust, the screen door was replaced without questions. I wanted to include a picture, but couldn’t figure out how to add it !
Extremely happy with my Infinity from Marvin windows...I moved into a new house this February and quickly learned by the cold draft in the house that the windows needed replacement. Window replacement is never fun based on the amount of time needed for the estimate and the large investment to get it done right - especially when replacing 30 windows, as I did.I met with all the main window companies - only Infinity from Marvin Columbus offered a lifetime warranty on the windows. You would think that this would make these the most expensive windows out of all the quotes, but they werent.Infinity worked with me on the best ways to try to reduce the costs, such as combining multi-panel windows to a larger picture window, recommending non-Everwood finish for certain rooms where I didnt need to preserve the older wood-window look of the house, etc.Also, once I learned the construction differences between all the big window companies, the Infinity from Marvin windows offer the better thermal-expansion match to the actual glass than others, such as Anderson Fibrex which is just a mix of saw dust and vinyl - it has reduced thermal-expansion compared to full-vinyl, but it still has vinyl.Additionally, based on the strength of the Infinity from Marvin fiberglass, I could get a huge awning window over the kitchen sink - something Renewal by Anderson would have needed to break into two casements since their Fibrex is not as strong.I payed a premium for these windows, but I received premium windows with lifetime warranty, beautiful appearance, convenient operation - all with a very positive, non-pushy, and considerate experience with the sales staff. I couldnt be happier with my windows from Infinity from Marvin Columbus and I am positive this is the best option out there.
They installed a new kitchen window on a cold and snowy Saturday morning. There was an issue with something (wrong caulk I think) but they had anticipated 1.5 hours and it was closer to 4. I would have thrown in the towel at 2 and rescheduled. Great guys, great window.
Our salesperson, Jason, was very helpful. He was accessible and kept us informed. Installation was on time and completed promptly and neatly.The windows look beautiful both inside and out! Reduced noise very noticeable.

Nice showroom and friendly staff. The product certainly seems top notch, I was very impressed with the quality, but be aware you get what you pay for. It seems like the best and is priced accordingly. Mark came out for an estimate and spent 2 hours; he was very thorough in explaining what the best options were, had no problem in pricing out various options for us, worked for the best price and said it all in a no-nonsense, no hard sell way. So far, great company to work with.
From the salesman to installers everyone was very polite and professional. The install took 2 days they cleaned up inside and out side each day. I would highly recommend there windows and this company.

I have had my windows for a little over a year. My humidity level in my house is where it is suppose to be. Last year I noticed this moisture on the inside of theses windows. I had to have one of the sashes replaced because of the mold. Now that it is cold again I am running around wiping moisture off these windows because I dont want mold. Anyone else expierence this, what am I to do???

2021-11-28Great product and service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The Marvin Infinity team did a great job on all fronts. They sell a great replacement window, and did a good job installing the product; the end result is wonderful! The sales team works hard and is honest to earn your business. I was impressed with their integrity and product knowledge. They also treated us well in giving us free upgrades. Finally, they have all the tools available to help the customers complete their project: promotions and special financing. You really cant ask for anything more from a company.

2022-06-01Great product and service. I could not be happier. You definitely get what you pay for. I never knew I could be this happy about windows.I interviewed Anderson (too pricey and pushy sales) and Window Nation (too cheap/bulky and pushy) as well as looked at Pella (didn’t like the look of their windows). I went with Infinity from Marvin as their windows did not look like replacement windows and they were middle of the line for price. You get so much more glass/view with Infinity. I redid my windows in 2 phases. I had 9 second story windows replaced in 2020 and had 10 first story windows replaced in 2021. Jason Minehart was my sales contact. The entire process (contract, financing, installation and cleanup) both times was extremely easy. The windows are beautiful and functional. I love my windows especially the awning window above my kitchen sink!

2021-05-19The sales associate Jason was very attentive to detail. He helped with a different design option for the kitchen window and explained how the process works. The leader on the install team worked with us on getting a better day for the install, twice because of impending not so great weather for install. Again he too was attentive to the time constraints. This was phase two of replacing windows. We have no regrets working with Infinity Windows. We plan on working with them hopefully next year if the budget allows. The office staff are also wonderful. Susie and Kristen would find the person with the answers if they were unsure. Great team !!

2020-01-20Our experience with Infinity by Marvin windows was exceptional. We replaced 3 old double hung windows in the back of the house (family room) with one large 3 divided picture window. It turned out beautiful! The quality is superior. Jason, our salesperson listened to our needs and helped us come up with this window design. Jeff was great at measuring and foreseeing an issue before ordering the window. And, last Phil is an expert installer. This is a gold team! Thanks Infinity!

My husband and I talked to 7 different window companies in the Columbus area before making our decision to go with Infinity from Marvin, and I am so glad that we made the right choice. Jason was the first person that we met from Infinity from Marvin and he helped us through the process of style of window, color, etc. He is always very nice and answers all of our questions. After our windows were installed by Phil, he went through every single detail from cleaning to making sure that the installation of these awesome fiberglass windows was done correctly. 2019-08-11We recently had 11 older Anderson casement windows replaced by infinity by Marvin Columbus.Jason the sales representative explained all our options and features of the windows.In a few weeks the installation crew came out, Walt And Ian. They were on time and very professional.Walt explained the demolition/installation process. They put tarps down under each window.The job took about 7 hours. When they were finished there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere.They explained the operation of the windows.The next day Jason called to see if we were satisfied, and set up an appt. to come out to check each window.We could not be happier with the windows ease of operation.We highly recommend this company for all your window needs.

2019-09-02We recently needed to replace 20 windows in our condo due to water seepage. Being relatively recent first-time property owners, such a large task was a bit intimidating. Thankfully, we called Infinity from Marvin Columbus. Jason and Drew came out to our place, explained in detail what the replacement process would look like, and helped to get us the best price. Matt later came out to inspect the windows closer, let us know of some repairs that we should do with our flooring at the same time as the windows, and helped to schedule and coordinate the job.Walter and Ian were true professionals with the installation. I can’t thank them enough for being willing to coordinate with our floor repair contractor so that everything could get fixed in a timely manner. The windows were installed over the expected three day period, and they look and function great! Most importantly, we’ve had some strong storms recently, and no water is seeping into our condo anymore. I would highly recommend the entire team at Infiniti from Marvin Columbus for any window replacement needs.

2019-05-30Infinity Windows from Marvin did an overall outstanding job, from getting initial consultation and cost estimate, to finalizing contract, having final measurements done and superb installation by a wonderful team who worked non-stop and provided timely and high quality workmanship. Nice working with one company from manufacturing windows to having own crew supporting installation. The project including replacing nine 30-year old windows, two doors and decorative wood trimming around front home windows. Quality of the products is superb, can tell the difference in window quality from day in low 90’s and how well insulated (thermal and acoustic, lower noise levels) comfort inside home. Very happy customer with overall process and highly recommends this company.
