From our first phone call into Infiniti of Akron we were impressed. These guys are the best people I have every had the pleasure to deal with. I found a beautiful 2018 q60 redsport here with their help. The car was unbelievable the deal was fantastic but best of all Mike L. and Eric Parkinson help me every step of the way. I have in my life never seen such professionalism. What a great experience. This is a great dealership in all aspects. We worked with Dylan. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was refreshing that he owns what he sells. The General Manager, Michaelle, stayed late to make sure we had a smooth process. The entire team is terrific. We are thrilled with our new Q50, its fantastic. We are very happy with our trade-in deal and the new car price. We placed an accessory order with the Parts Manager, Renae. She was prompt, responsive and pleasant to work with and had excellent follow-up. We trust and appreciate Infinity of Akron and we will go back.
I have purchased many Infiniti vehicles within the past 15 years consisting of a G35 sedan, G35 coupe, Q50 sedan and most recently a Q60 coupe. All were very reliable and fun vehicles loaded with standard luxury extras! The last 2 vehicles were purchased from Infiniti of Akron. Mr. Charles Mayle and Mr. Mike Wozniak were the sales representatives and were fabulous and accommodating! Charles and Mike value customers, and particularly repeat customers! They were both knowledgeable about the vehicles and the transactions. I am a trained negotiator by trade, and put Charles and Mike to the test! These guys performed amazingly and made every effort to keep my loyalty as a member of the Infiniti family! Charles and Mike were polite, cordial, and refreshing! They provided exemplary and convenient customer service including timely and diligent e-mail and telephonic communications. They did not hover, harass, or solicit ! Every time we communicated it was always about-what could they do for me? In my informed estimate, the Infiniti vehicles out perform their competitors Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Acura, Jaguar and Alfa Romeo with luxurious extras and the sales/credit personnel at Infiniti of Akron are the best in the business! Amanda was fantastic to work with. She was extremely responsive and got back to me quickly with the intense amount of questions I asked. She was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely buy another car from her. She followed up and found a car that met all of the requirements our family had. She’s the BEST!
Bought a car from infinite of Akron. Totally disappointed with the customer service. The first day my breaks were pulsating took it back they checked it told me I needed to find a ride home. Don’t have a loaner car. Not only that somehow they had put in the wrong address for me so I never received what I needed to get my plates or make my payments Michelle in Finance wouldn’t return my calls. My tags had expired and Eric came to the rescue and helped me get my license plate. But still no loaner car. My friend said they wouldn’t give her a loaner either. This will be my first and last purchase from infinite of Akron.
Easy transaction, Dylan let the car sell itself. There as absolutely no pressure to buy or convince me to buy. The best car buying experience ever. My wife and I recently purchased a QX55. We had financed a specific rate through Infiniti. Early the next day Erik P. from finance called and said he was able to secure a lower interest rate. Glad he continued to work the financing after the purchase to seek a better rate for the consumer.
Mike L was super helpful and easy to work with, even though I was upfront with him that I wasnt preparing to buy a car from him today, but hopefully in the near future. They brought out a brand new vehicle, the office was clean and everything was in great shape. If youre looking for an infiniti and youre in the area, Id recommend.
Dylan was my salesman and not only did he work hard for my business , he was fun and friendly. He was very eager to get the deal I needed. Explained everything, answered all my questions and took all the time needed even though it went beyond business hours. The finance lady was a pleasure as well. I have only one suggestion with my experience at this dealership. Anytime I have ever purchased a car from a dealership, the gas tank would be full when I left the lot. I had to stop for gas half way home:( although it’s not a real problem , it makes for a really nice touch when driving home in a new vehicle.
Make sure you get Eric Parkinson as your finance guy if I could I’d rate him 6 stars everyone here treated me with respect and didn’t hide anything from me. I’m 19 looking for a car and this was the only dealership that took me seriously and I’m grateful and thankful for that. Also, ask for mike or daryll for appointments. Great place with great people.
My experience with Infiniti of Akron was very good. I was an out of state buyer, and they had everything ready for a quick, smooth transaction. No high pressure sales tactics, or last minute extra charges. What made the experience TRULY EXCEPTIONAL was the customer service provided by Dave Sheppard. He went truly above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered promptly and patiently. He was the most pleasant and professional sales person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. It was a real pleasure working with Dave.
Shopped for over 3 months on line. Seen what I wanted n made arrangements to test drive. Met with Desuman. Very nice professional n conducted himself in a way I felt comfortable. I wanted to test drive two used cars to compare. He was very accommodating. I selected a Toyota Highland ( which I had been looking for) there was no pressure to pick one of their own -Infinity used instead. Met with Logan n negotiate trade in n price. I had done my financing ahead. They mentioned they could see about financing through them; again no pressure. Called the next day set up the final sale for Sat. I would recommend! Very happy with the car, the deal n being treated with respect.
I would like to say that this place and the Group of individuals (Keith Zap, Michelle, Mike Lamtman, Eric Parkinson, Scott) that assisted me in my purchase is by far one of the best experiences i have had going to a dealership. Starting from the guy Keith Zap that texted me to come and stop in even though i was next door at the other dealership, great response time by the way...Then there was Michelle who assisted me right away within 2 minutes of me walking through the door.. Then there was Eric Parkinson whom walked over to me after a few minutes just to make sure i was being taken care of...I had no clue he was actually the Finance Guy. Then there was Mike Lamtman my sales agent he was very professional and personable at the same time. Didnt try to upsell me on another car...they provided me with exactly what i requested...THEY TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY 👍😁😁...This will be our Dealership from from now on..Down to earth Cool People

This was an outstanding transaction and everything was done via email, telephone call, video and great conversation. Mark was great, worked with me as I dealt with my sick mother. Dylan was great! When we walked in, he instantly greeted my mom and I. He walked us though all paperwork and explained all questions. The process was quick and easy. I love my new Rogue!! Paul was also really nice and congratulated me! Dylan helped me with setting up my blue tooth and even answered a question I had after I had left. Great experience. I found the perfect car for my daughter & called the dealership. I drove up the next morning to test drive it & it was waiting for me when I pulled in. As soon as I got back they had the KBB value of my trade in ready & it was the fairest offer I had from any dealership. So I signed the papers, wrote a check & drove home with my new car within an hour & a half of arriving. I highly recommend this thoughtful, friendly top torch team!!!
The service is outstanding they dont try to sell you anythingvyou dont really need...the service tech Andy takes great care of my 2006 M35.. I trust his recommendations. The online Smart Store was simple and easy to both find the car we wanted AND price that includes monthly payment after factoring our trade-in, down payment, taxes, fees, along with selected options. No surprises at this Akron dealership. Just good people. I encourage those in the market for a vehicle to find Logan (Infiniti dealer) and utilize the online Smart Store.
Easiest new vehicle purchase ever! Every singie person that we met at the dealership was attentive, friendly, and extremely professional. This is not your typical car dealership atmosphere...... Everyone is having fun and keeping everything low pressure and comfortable. Logan was our salesman...... He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and is very simple to deal with. Kevin, the general manager, does an exceptional job with this dealership. We will definitely be repeat customers!
The service set up is done quite well. In very quickly. The service advisor and technician were friendly and professional. It was refreshing getting the opportunity to talk to the technician who did the work. He was very insightful. In all, a good experience and I would take my vehicle back the next time it needs serviced.

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. They are straight to the point they dont try to confuse you with numbers and keep you there for hours just to tell you some outrageous prices. They work with you to make sure that you get everything that you need from warranty to insurance to the proper financing that fits your budget all the while putting you in a vehicle that is safe and luxurious. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Brown and his colleagues and I must say they made me feel like family. I had a really great experience working with Don Marmaduke (Duke)! I was actually headed to another dealership to purchase a similar car but decided to take a quick look at their inventory. I found exactly what I was looking for and after some hard work was able to get the car I wanted at a great price! It was Dukes determination that made it happen! I would also like to thank Gerald Kraft for his part in helping me get the car of my dreams! Very professional staff! I highly recommend Duke and Infinity of Akron!
My experience with my Qx 60 was horrible. The vehicle would say 17 mi to empty but wouldnt start if I was on any type of incline. I would have to coast to level ground which was ridiculous. I went to trade it back in because it happened to me on 3 occasions each time it had different miles to empty, once it was 29 miles to empty. Added gas and still didnt start. Any way when I traded it in I wanted to upgrade to the QX 80 and just was not particularly happy with the deal that was worked out. I had to put more money down mind you I only had the 60 nine months and put somewhere between 3,000 and 5,000 down on it. I had to put another 5000 down for the 80, my pmt tripled because they carried over like 16,000 in negative equity. Just felt like a better deal should have been worked out because the vehicle was giving me issues that it should not have been. But I could have not agreed to the deal and kept the 60 but a special edition 2020 should not have been not starting when it still has miles to go til empty. I didnt care for how I was handled either. Although, they have me a free gas fill up and some type of interior protection to pacify me. Which did not because its a lease, that will only help them in the long run not me. So when this lease is up I likely wont lease from infiniti again.
Terrific experience. This was probably the best car buying experience that we have had - other dealerships should take lesson from Frank and his team. Frank was honest through the entire process and made it clear he wanted to earn our business and also had his team deliver the car to us in Pittsburgh with a gift included. Dusan was also terrific with the paperwork process, delivering the car and reviewing all of the features. I highly recommend Infiniti of Akron.
Another great experience with this dealership! I just leased my second Infiniti Q50 and cannot be more satisfied. My salesman Spencer was wonderful. He was very thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered. Poor guy helped me transfer golf clubs, shoes, overnight bag, and multiple other items from my old car to the new one in the rain! Highly recommend!
Kyle in Service is a true asset to your company. If it wasnt for Kyle, I would not have had the service done to my vehicle at this location. I had just purchased the vehicle from Infiniti of Akron less than a week before I had to schedule the inspection and repair. I understand that I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, but the issue was pre-existing. Charles in Sales was great. The reason for my dissatisfaction is that when I test drove the vehicle, it seemed to me that the AC unit was making more noise than it should. When I brought this up to the gentleman that was in charge of my test drive, he replied that it was very hot that day, the vehicle had been sitting outside and that the vehicle has a large engine and a large AC fan unit so the noise was normal. It still seemed loud to me but I accepted his word and trusted his knowledge of the vehicle, after all, I was buying a pre-owned Infiniti from an Infiniti dealership. The following day I picked up a friend of mine, who also owns a QX80, and he asked what that noise was. I explained to him what the test drive employee had told me. He said his QX80 had never made that sound. I scheduled the inspection with Kyle and he very nicely told me that Infiniti would not cover the costs to replace the AC sensor. I told Kyle that I would never buy or spend another dollar at the dealership. He passed that along to the sales team and they simply told him that the vehicle was sold AS IS. I never received a phone call or any correspondence from anyone other than Kyle about the situation and at this point, I dont want to. In short, I received a $1000 lesson about not trusting the integrity of this dealership, and Infinity of Green has lost a customer over $1000.I called and Mr.Bystricky was in a meeting. I left a message for Mr. Bystricky over a week ago and I havent received a return phone call. If the dealership really wanted to speak with me, they have all of my information.
I recently purchased a 2016 Audi A5 from Infiniti of Akron and it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Mr David Shepherd and the rest of the staff were completely professional and very customer service oriented. They made certain that several minute scratches on the hood were repaired and made sure I was happy with my vehicle. I will definitely do business with them again!
Purchased a gently used SUV and had a great experience. Dan Boring, our Sales Consultant, was very personable and down to earth. He and the GM Frank and Tanika, the Finance Manager stayed after closing hours to make sure all of our paperwork was completed so that we could drive the vehicle home that very night. Highly recommend!
Absolutely awesome service! Paul C. was extremely helpful throughout the whole purchase process of my used Kia. He made the many hours my family and I sat there a pleasant time. Recently took my 2011 G37x for service on replacing front wheel bearings. Service manager Nate was fantastic and explained everything to me. Dropped the car off on a Friday morning and couldnt get all the parts day of (replaced rear brakes also) so I received a new Q50 for the weekend to accommodate me which was fantastic. I dont mind paying a little more at a dealership that knows the car and was purchased there to get it fixed right with quality Infiniti parts. Appreciate the great service and my G37x is back to life! Thanks to everyone at the dealer and I highly recommend them to all my friends.
I was fortunate enough to purchase my Hyundai from Infiniti of Akron. Not only were all the sales people extremely helpful in helping me choose which car to buy but they helped me finance and basically jumped through hoops for me to purchase my car then and there.Everyone from the receptionist, sales people, mechanics and Frank, I love your professional work ethic! Highly recommend.
I purchased a pre owned 2015 BMW X3. I saw the car online and decided to drive down to pick up the car after receiving photos from the sales person, Mike. Two days before I had plans to arrive to pickup the vehicle I was informed that they did not have a 2nd key fob and that I would have to wait a couple extra days to pick up the vehicle after they knew I already made plans to drive 6 hours from Michigan. After me saying I could not move my plans around and take off more work then they then decided to have a key shipped to me so I could program the key myself and refused to pay for the programming of the key. Something they probably should’ve known about from the first time I called about the car. One day before I picked up the car I received another call this time from the used car sales manager, Dustin about how they found scratches in the paint that needed to be buffed out. I was told I’d either have to come pick up the car at a later date or wait for the car to be finished that Monday but it shouldn’t be done until 12 PM. I agreed and went down to go view the car and wait to pick the car up. After waiting and waiting with no updates during the process from either management or my sales person the car ended up showing up at 4PM. During the test drive I noticed a little red triangle in the upper corner of the dash. Mike assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car and that red triangle meant nothing and it was normal at first. After filling out all the paperwork and driving back 4 hours, I soon figured out that the red triangle means that the taillight was out on the vehicle. Another thing you would think would have been checked out during that 120 point inspection that apparently was given on the vehicle. Another question I asked during the test drive was about the sunroof if it had been checked for any leaks during the inspection. Once again I was ensured that the car was inspected including the sunroof. Then about 3 weeks after having the car I was stuck with an $800 bill from the BMW dealership to have the sunroof adjusted because it began leaking once it rained. Also, the car has a problem with an internal computer chip after purchasing the vehicle and that cost another $1000 to have replaced. One more issue that I had asked about prior to coming down and picking up the vehicle was about the spots that I saw on the touchscreen in the pictures I received from the sales person. He assured me that it was just the picture quality and that the screen was 100 percent okay. However that wasn’t the truth and I noticed that on the way home when it turned nighttime and you could see what looked like water spots behind the touchscreen. I called Dustin the sales manager back and told him about this. He told me I would have to take a day and drive the 6 hours (one-way) to come and have the screen fixed. So I got into the car and drove 12 hours total to have the screen repaired with them not paying for the cost of travel or anything! The screen still has scratches in it and doesn’t look right like I was informed it did. My sales person was not helpful at all and was very rude and didn’t pay attention to any details. I’ve poured more money into this car which I shouldn’t have had to. This is the worst experience a dealership could’ve given to a customer. I was taken advantage of and scammed and I would not recommend working with this dealership at all. The staff is super unprofessional and I would stay away from this dealership at all costs!!! They will lie to you!!!!*UPDATE: The comment from the Manager below is a lie too! I called the dealership twice and they said both times he was in a meeting and that he would give me a call back. I never received a phone call! Bad customer service here!! Also recently found out that the car had been in 2 accidents when they showed me a clean car fax. Really got screwed... bad dealershipSAVE YOUR MONEY!!
Great customer service here. Nate is awesome in the Service department. One great example was when it was raining outside and my wife was picking dropping me off to pick up my car after an oil change. Her low tire pressure light on her van that we had been using while the car was being serviced had just come on, and Nate had the tires filled back up to keep us from doing it at the gas station.
Infiniti Akron connected me with the perfect used SUV in my price range. The financing rep even reran our loan for a lower rate the next day at signing over our trade in. Our sales associate was very personable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend my family or friends

Incredible experience with the service department at Infiniti of Akron! I was visiting from out-of-state and needed my vehicle serviced before driving back home. The service representative Nate helped confirm a last-minute appointment for service and provided a loaner car.To add to this excellent experience, my daughters left some valuable items in the loaner vehicle and a service rep drove 2 hours round-trip to return the items so that I didn’t have to make the additional trip to the dealership!I love my vehicle and excellent customer service from this dealer reaffirms my loyalty to Infiniti!
My wife and I were scheduled to see a used Honda Accord. The date and time was scheduled with a sales consultant (Dylan Levy) the day before. On the appointed date at Noon, the sales consultant emailed me a reminder about our impending meeting and that he had got the car ready for us to test drive. A few hours later, around 2.30 pm, he texted me inquiring how I would like to pay for it. I was stuck at work unfortunately and could not make it but my wife did...only to be told by Dylan that the car was sold. Without expressing any remorse, he started pitching other cars. If this was his way to con a prospective customer into the dealership, it was pathetic! My wife made a 50 mile round trip and wasted an hour an a half for nothing. Common courtesy demands that he should have let us know the car was not available before we showed up. The time and purpose of our appointment was on his calendar. People like Dylan bring bad reputation to your profession and your dealership. When I emailed him this unpleasant encounter, he offered no apologies, nothing. I will never venture into your dealership again and encourage others to do the same.
Buying experience was excellent, the express check out was quick, easy, very user friendly. Recently purchased a 2017 CPO QX80. Salesman was Logan Kessler. I am from out of town and this was my forth used car purchased from out of town/state and everything done via phone, email and text. Logan was great to work with, direct in negotiating the deal and found a way to get it done on my terms. Upon arriving at the dealership, my paperwork was prepared, the car was out front waiting on me to take a test drive and my eventual drive home. I have been shopping this car for several months and have had interactions with other salespeople - there were reasons I did not buy until now. Logan was great about educating me on the the minor flaws to the car before we negotiated and educating me about the features of my new car before I hit the road. I recommend Logan without hesitation.
My car buying experience at Infinity Akron was seemless and pleasant,pleasure definitely would recommend them to anyone. My father passed away during the time my car needed work done and Frank not only reassured me that everything with my car would be just fine, but he also gave me a sentimental greeting card to let me know his prayers are with me and my family during these hard times. The salesman, Wes and financial manager, Marty helped me with my shopping list for a car. Never did I feel pressure, I experienced pure sincerity. The topper to this event was the delivery of my new car, covered and in the showroom. The staff at Infiniti of Akron were standing around my vehicle clapping and congratulating me! I was truly WOWED!

Called INFINITI of Akron this morning and was transferred to sales and connected with Mr. Kevin Marsh. I asked him how interested he was in selling a car today. I arrived at 1:30p and drove out with a new loaded QX50! Kevin was professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. I do not enjoy the process of purchasing a new vehicle but Kevin took the sting out of the process. I would probably buy again from Kevin. DONE
Spencer Gray was a fabulous salesman. He helped me throughout the day with emailing and text messaging and getting paperwork straightened out from my cell phone. When I made the trip to Akron which was 2 hours everything was ready to go! I did a quick test drive signed some paperwork and drove off in my new vehicle!!! Check out Infiniti of Akron!! Called to inform them that wed be traveling 100miles to test drive a car that seemed to be great deal.We got there and stood around for 15 minutes for while they discovered that the salesman we had spoken with was taking a break to chain smoke a few cigarettes and wow, did he smell like it!So we got a new salesman and this young man was about as indifferent as an employed salesman can be.I test drove the car in wet conditions and while I had concerns about certain sounds I was hearing, he assured me it was simply the road conditions.For example, I told him no less than three times that the lady I was my wife, but on the official form he marked relationship as Other. My wife said, Just sign it, because weve been here for too many hours.With a credit score in the 800s youd think they could have worked a little faster to figure out financing.By the way, the sounds were not do to wet road, but rather the car itself. Tens of Thousands of dollars for a car and now I need to find time to drive it the 100miles back and arrange a ride back home.Over all, not a good experience and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
I was helping my mom look for a new car and we were coming back home from another dealership when she received a text from Infiniti if she wanted to test drive the car she was interested in. She said yes so we stopped by. Everyone was very nice and helpful and was willing to do whatever was necessary to give her what she wanted. We ended up buying what she wanted at a great price! Thank everyone at Infiniti of Akron for making this a positive experience!
One star, if that. Maybe if you buy a brand new car, they might treat you well. But if you buy a used car from them, you are treated poorly. Our salesman did nothing but talk about himself while we looked at vehicles. Whoever does the body work is horrible. We asked for touch up paint to be removed and now we are left with giant swirls where someone didnt know how to buff correctly. On top of that, a light came on, so we took it to the dealership... Lets just say that the part that was on back-order must really be back-ordered because it has been MONTHS and we have not heard a word from them, other than the salesman calling to see if we would recommend our family/friends to them. The back-ordered part was brought up again during this phone call and yet a few more months go by and still not a peep.Dont waste your time and money on these airheads. Go somewhere you can be treated with more respect! These guys are as fake as their suits.
Excellent experience buying a car at Infinit of Akron. From the moment I walked into the building, I was greeted kindly, offered coffee and water, and made to feel extremely valued and comfortable. I worked with Paul, who was helpful, understanding, and never pushy. I didnt feel pressured to buy a car but ended up finding the vehicle off dreams. I couldnt Recommend this dealership more and look forward to buying more cars from Paul in the future!
This dealership is terrible. I have purchased my last two cars there but I will never purchase there again. After a terrible first experience they asked me if they could regain my trust. My 16 year old son left his parking brake on and burned up his brakes. They coasted into the lot and had to go over a curb to stop... brakes were completely dead. The wonderful staff rushed out, pushed the car into the shop. Long story short, Nate and Jason took great care of me and the car and ended up not even charging me for changing the brake fluid! Next car I buy will be coming from infinity of Akron!
Infiniti of Akron is a “top-shelf” car dealership for everyone. They went beyond my expectations. The management and salespersons are genuine. They listen to your needs and wants and deliver! I was skeptical with their suggestion when my initial vehicle was not doable. I would have never even considered my new purchase if it weren’t for the executive manager calling me and reassuring that the Infiniti Q50 had everything I wanted even with the earlier model. They have a beautiful and large inventory of new vehicles but their used line of cars is filled with luxury and it’s almost like you feel like they’re giving you such a good deal that you want to get more than one car before someone else buys them!!If you’re in the market, go to Infiniti of Akron, their deals are hot, cars are CLEAN, and salesman only car about your satisfaction!
This dealership has been wonderful to work with since the new owners took over. The turn over in the service department has stopped and the staff they have are so helpful. We drive an hour to come get our QX 80 serviced and will continue to do so because of the positive changes made in the past few months!
Avoid this dealership at all costs. I called ahead to make sure they can get me a better deal that another dealership offered me and I was told that they could. After I drove 55 min I was told that they can’t do it because “that deal never existed” please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This dealership used to be superb until Bernie Moreno sold it. Now it’s filled with your stereotypical sleazy car salesmen. Complete filth
Worked with a young man named Tristan VanPelt and am so impressed with his professionalism ! Not pushy, but ready to answer any question or concern. We chose not to buy the car we originally went in to look at, not because the product or service was lacking, but because we werent ready yet. We were literally minutes from purchasing a Ford Escape, but thanks to our salesman Dylans diligence, integrity and product knowledge, plus numbers that Charles the Sales Manager made work for us, were proud owners of a QX50! Not only did Dylan make us feel comfortable and welcome with each visit, he sent videos and went through all of the car features and set up the bluetooth before we drove off the lot. Everyone can buy a car here! They have great preowned cars. I purchased a preowned Ford Flex from Dylan L. He was awsome. I walked out of 3 dealerships and 3 cars I wanted before finding a great deal here and a super dealership. Not only was Dylan on top of everything, Frank B the dealerships manager called me and met me when I came into get the car. I got the $50,000 car treatment on my $12,000 car. AMAZING!! TRUSTWORTHY, FAST, HASSLE FREE.
High pressure sales tactics...cornered me and wanted me to “call my wife right now” because allegedly the guy next to me wanted the same vehicle. 5 days later it’s still there...I’ve had 17 emails, 4 phone calls, and 11 text messages that I’ve tried to opt out of tons of times. It’s 2020 guys...I know what your car is worth and if your not willing to treat a customer well there’s 100 other places that will.
First the positive...my sales person that showed me a couple of Infinitis they had on their lot was nice enough and informative, but thats where the positive experience ended.Enter who I believe was the sales manager and the bad attitude. I dont think its a good attitude by saying Youre all over the map and You have to tell me where Infiniti ranks right now. First off, I dont have to tell you anything, and its none of your business if Im looking at other brands right now so to tell me Im all over the map is disrespectful and was the moment I knew I had no interested in purchasing a car here.I think I offended the guy by saying I was going to look at an Audi that same weekend...as they continued to trash Audi. The last time I checked I believe Audi just moved up to the number 1 luxury brand as voted by consumers.Finally, my trade was undervalued and the best option for me was supposedly going to be a lease. I had asked to get some numbers on vehicles that were in their network at Beechwood and Airport Infiniti as they were thousands of dollars cheaper (there wasnt much explanation for this), but what I was provided was a lease quote that was almost over $300 more than what I wanted to pay per month. What a joke...So that same weekend I went to a local Audi dealer (Audi of Bedford) and not only got a fair value for my trade in, but I got the Audi that I wanted without any hassle or dealing with a sales manger that had an attitude. There was no lease push because of perceived negative equity or anything, and they got me into the vehicle I wanted at the priced I wanted to pay. Completely different experience. Theres a reason why Audi is ranked so high by consumers based on customer satisfaction apparently.
My sister and I were traveling home from a day in Cleveland and my Q50 got a flat tire on I-77. Because of my run flat tires I was able to make it to Infiniti of Akron. Kurt in the service department was awesome! The parts dept and service dept were closing for the day, and Im sure he was about to head home too. But Kurt saved the day for a flustered lady. He checked to see if they had a tire for me, and gave me a loaner Infiniti to drive home. In a matter of 10-15 minutes we were on our way! I drove the 2 hours back the next day to drop off the loaner and pick up my car. Thank you Kurt and Infiniti of Akron!
I had the most wonderful experience shopping for cars at Infiniti of Akron. Zoran was so knowledgeable and had some great insight into the Infinitis I was looking at. He was very personable, funny, and friendly. The entire team at Infiniti of Akron is wonderful. After I bought my car, they covered it with a car cover, and revealed it to me and they clapped and congratulated me on my new purchase. It was the BEST experience I have ever had car shopping. Dylan was my salesman.. he was very professional and funny at the same time. He put me in a Q50 lux and it has almost every gadget I wanted. We negotiated on a good lease deal. I can not say enough good things about this young man. I have known him since he was a kid growing up with my son. I would like to point out the professionalism in this dealership. I was driving up to my destination when my vehicle started having issues which could have detrimental impact to my road trip. Mr Shaun was able to get my car serviced and back on the road. His department did an amazing job pinpointing what could have been a serious issue to other dealerships.

Like the previous reviewer -- I too had posted a poor rating of Infiniti of Akron as we had reached out to Nicolas Giardano on the purchase of a high end Mercedes Benz SUV. The original problem was they took a deposit and then told us they were selling the car if we didnt pick it up before the agreed upon date. That was a hassle that wasnt expected, but got resolved -- but we were concerned as this isnt a normal manner to take a deposit and not hold to the agreement. After they made things right (held car as agreed for deposit), we agreed to take down this review. Fast forward to after purchase - temporary tags on car and waiting for the real tags to show as they almost expired. Instead we receive a small check in the mail - nothing else. No email - no letter - no call. Appears at the end of the tags they decided to return my tag fee and left me with an expensive SUV that I now cant drive because it didnt get inspected in OH (not reqd) and they failed to disclose that a tint had been put on the windows that my state wont allow. They also titled the car to an incorrect address (a combination of several old) and not only is nothing coming properly, but I cant title it. I have spent the last 3 days begging someone to fix the title issue and send me a temp tag to allow me to resolve the matter. Manager, whom I finally had to get involved, said they would overnight and another day and nothing happened. Form your own opinion, but Ill never be back or recommend. No customer service and paying for a car that I cant drive

The entire team is friendly and attentive and they fix my car right without trying to up sell me on services I dont need. It is super easy to schedule an appointment and the valet service saves me a ton of time. They have even fixed cars of friends who dont drive Infinitis. I would highly recommended the Service Team at Infiniti of Akron.
Michael is absolutely the best general manager in a dealership that I have ever met in my life! I am not a fan of the Infiniti brand, but just the experience with Michael and his awesome team convinced me to give it another shot! We met by accident, when I need the service dept to get a jammed wheel lock off my G37x – and I was bored so I went to the showroom to see the display models, Michael comes over and introduces himself, unlike other managers in other places, he shows his warm and welcoming personality, he makes you feel at home, and doesn’t just try to just make a deal, but makes sure that you are happy and your experience is at its finest! I was looking for a car for about 5 months, and it needed to have a “yummy” factor, don’t actually ask me what it means but Michael and Slavic found it for me in a QX60 and even arranged a princess delivery of the car with his whole team at the ENTIRE dealership - its anyone’s dream come true!
The car I bought is amazing. I love it and the salesman was nice and respectful the only thing I didnt like was when I got home the car died on me only to find out I had to buy a new battery because the one that was in it was tested dead stillbwaitimg to hear from the dealership to see if they can reimburse for the battery since it wasnt my fault but i doubt it.
I signed a car lease with Infinity of Akron. The lease experience was great, but my Temporary Tag expired and still no plates! I was told the girl was off for three days and the salesman was no longer there! So, now my car sits in the garage until they decide to send my plates. Dont they have anyone to oversee that this is done????
Definitely exceeds expectations very friendly atmosphere truly there to help. Everyone there seems to go above and beyond simply helping making a cup of coffee greeting you with a smile while they hold the door or picking up your vehicle for service. Ask for Nate or Kurt in service cant go wrong.
I felt that I was mislead on the mileage of a new vehicle online. When I received the car the mileage was more than expected and not the same as on the odometer statement. Had the actual mileage been known negotiations would have been different. The dealer made no offer to redress the situation. I would have been happy with a few free oil changes.
Absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. Ive owned Mercedes, Lexus, Cadillacs, etc and I will never again consider an Infiniti or a car from Infiniti of Akron.We arrived at a deal late on a 15 QX80 on the last day of the month, leap year actually. Monday February 29. I paid the down payment and gave the credit information.The next morning they told me the car had already been sold but they would look for a similar car. I was fine with that. Things happen. That entire Tuesday was spent searching for a different model to work. Couldnt find any. I was told by the Sales Manager they would continue looking the next day (Wednesday).So I didnt hear from anyone on Wednesday. I started personally calling all dealerships in the surrounding states looking for this car. So I text the SM, who responds and says hes off and would be in touch on Thursday. I said, well there are only a few 15s left and I dont want to lose out. Who can help? He asked for me to send the VIN numbers of the cars I found. I did. I followed up a few hours later after not hearing anything. He said he gave the numbers but had no clue as hes out of the office. I responded that he should have a clue as you still have my money.Late Wednesday he quotes me on a 15 that was $5k more per my request. It comes back $300 more a month. I ask why and he states the rates and programs ended. Thats the last I hear from SM. So 48 hours later they have my money and I dont have a car. I text him that Im angry and I will want to speak with the GM.Thursday noon. No one calls me. Not the SM. Not the GM. I have to call the dealership and ask for the GM. He tells me the promos on the 15 ended Monday and theres nothing they can do. My response was, well why didnt they tell me that Tuesday morning? I wasted two days. Then he tells me he was off Wednesday and didnt know what was going on.Side note...Ive been a Sales executive for 15 years, never have I given an upset prospect or customer the excuse of I have no clue, Im out of the office or I was off and didnt know what was going on. True leaders dont have an off day when problems arise. Bernie Moreno has a leadership problem, because theyve proven how they respond to issues. Bad for his brand.The GM never apologized. And he never once stated he would return the deposit until I asked.For a luxury brand, how could they possibly treat a $75,000 customer this way?Bad for Bernie Moreno. Bad for Infiniti.Buy a Lexus from Metro Lexus or Classic Lexus who always treated us right.Buy a Buick from Classic Buick - great service.Buy a Cadillac from Crestmont - also great service.
I called service for 3 days before giving up and asked for parts I talked to a women named Kathy who i told about my service problem she said it was a known issue with the left front end and they would order the part. When i came in 10 days later they took my car back and i waited over an hour while they took my car apart and then came out to tell me that my part was not in. Its a 45 min drive each way for me and i waited an hour, also took of work. You might want to take a trip to a different Infinity dealer for service good luck.
My experience with Infinity of Akron was horrible!! The sales personnel was very dishonest, they down right lied!! After being told a problem had been fixed, only to find out that it had not, I called the salesperson, who failed to answer my calls. I left a message, still no call. I called his supervisor, who told me to take it to the Toyota dealer. After paying that much money then having to take it to the dealer the next day is just ridiculous!! Buyers Beware!!!!!
We never received the title for a vehicle we purchased from this dealership. Ive been calling for weeks, leaving messages and getting the run around. No one will call back or address this issue. I am thoroughly unimpressed with the customer service and lack of professionalism of this dealership. I will never again buy a vehicle from this dealership and highly discourage anyone else from giving your business here.

I remember my husband calling me at work just talking about this sweet Man instead of the car he was looking at buying; i asked him if he was buying car or not, said yes but going to Akron Ohio, asked him why. said Mike sold the car to him with is good attitude, not pushes before he even look at the car. The lady said see saw it on there inventory but not sure if they had it said she would get back in thirty minutes never a call then after one hour got text from another salesman want to know what i was i interested in told him iwas talking to a lady about the car he said didnt know of her took my information said he would call back in thirty to forty-five minutes never called i texted him back never nothing dont like to be lie to stay away from this Dealer the car was took off marketplace the same day
Idiots, I knew more about the Infiniti models than she did. I can understand if they dont know about used cars but the main focus of the dealership and she didnt know. I also inquired about special offers or buy/lease deals and she pretty much had no clue.I even asked her about the difference between two models on the lot and she told me she liked a different model completely than the two I was looking at.TRAIN your staff
Ive had experiences with Infiniti of Bedford, Cleveland, and Columbus every time Ive needed my vehicles serviced. The Akron Infiniti dealer has always been a pleasant experience and the staff seems eager to please. I believe the customer service should match the amount of money being spent, and lets face it, Infinitis are not Fords. Good work IOA.
I went to Infiniti of Akron last week in search of a new Q50 or G37x. The dealership itself was quite impressive. I could tell it was brand new and the staff was extremely helpful. I would like to specifically say what a pleasure it was to work with my salesman, Bob Penrose. He made the entire experience stress-free. I could tell he truly cared about his customers. If you are looking for an Infiniti from the Akron/Canton area, go to this place and ask for Bob! He will take care of you.

Im made aware of all details regarding my service and they are kind enough to provide transportation if my vehicle requires a major service. The staff are friendly and courteous. Horrible!!!!! I took my car to infinity for an oil change later I noticed my car smoking, I lifted the hood and there was oil splattered all over my engine. THEY LEFT MY OIL CAP OFF! Not to mention they also charged synthetic oil change price of $65 for Standard oil change. I had to call the service department and had to bring my car back to the Akron dealership to have my oil checked and my engine cleaned. Then the service manager stated that they would also give me a free detail of my choice either interior or exterior for the hassle. When I tried to redeem my detail conveniently they had no record of it of any of it and failed to honor anything although they did say they would detail my car but they would have to charge me full price. Im disgusted!!!! They failed on the iild change and their word ir to note my account. Thee guy setvice manager care less. Furthermore when I called last week they never returned my call the service tech had to check with the service manager all last week they never called me back I finally had to call back after leaving several messages yesterday finally got in touch with somebody today which was a complete waste of my time I will never deal with Infiniti of Akron again makes me almost want to never even buy another Infiniti again.
Went to buy a used car I talked to the guy and asked him not to run my credit more than 3 times. He said dont worry we got you approved already, so not just that they lied about my credit score to give me a higher interest rate but also I received 16 letters from different banks telling me that I couldnt get approved.... so instead of helping their ruin me more...
Took my vehicle in for diagnostics. Wanted to check why my passenger seat stopped working and check engine light came on. (prior to bringing in the car i scanned it with OBD2 and determined that there was a vacuum leak which triggered the light.) All i needed dealer to do is to use their knowledge and expertise to find a leak and provide repair estimate along with the reason for non working power seat etc.Dealer confirmed that code was for vacuum leak and reset check engine light stating that code was not current. Check engine light was reset.Also seat control module was shorted out by technician. I have brought the car with not working passenger seat and now i had to pick it up with no power seats period. I could barely get into the car because of not functioning driver seat. Not sure how it is possible but that part was quoted at $1000.To my huge disappointment check engine light came back in a day or 2. This would mean that the code is current and the tech who looked at the car is not competent.Not only my problem went unresolved but also my vehicle was messed up by what suppose to be qualified service provider.All this was done with smile on the face by the way. Yes everyone was friendly.Cannot believe that i was thinking to buy my next car there.Update:Got the part that dealer quoted me at $1000 for fraction of the cost. Same problem with the passenger seat. (This would mean that technician did not diagnose problem correctly and on a top of that shorted out my old part. Driver seat did work when i brought the car in. And claim of the SCM being bad is not holding up since same problem persists with new module.)Awful experience. Dealer is not even trying to rectify the issue.Took the car to the dealer on November 9th. Wanted to give it another shot and see if dealer will rectify the issue with check engine light and tell me why my driver seat wont work.Instead of looking at the car dealer argued that they cannot work for free!?Excuse me: but i have already paid for services that i have not receivedVacuum leak is still present and passenger seat is still not working. Initial diagnostics that i have paid for is not completed.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Received a call from the dealership in January and thought that someone was going to offer to look at the car again as goodwill gesture to satisfy their customer.Guess what? It was not even remotely related. They wanted to sell me a car!!! Really? After what i have been through? You think that i will actually consider buying a car from your dealership? Why would i purchase a vehicle from the place who cannot run diagnostics on the car and fix the problem? How can the place like this be trusted with the warranty? Why would i spend 50+k o the car that i wont be able to service?TRY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FIRST!!!
Incompetent and rude staff that have no interest in actually helping you and only want to make as much money off of you as possible. They sold the car I put a deposit down on to someone else! What was the point of putting down a deposit to hold the car if they were just going to sell it out from under me? Avoid this dealership at all costs! Go somewhere that deserves your business.

Akron Infinity took care of the services scheduled fine. However, when asking about an issue with my car stalling at startup, no one had any thoughts. I even emailed a response to the service agent that followed up by email and so far no response.... I asked about a possible computer programming issue but no reply has been made to date. Why the follow-up question on howd we do? if you dont want any response... confusing. Maybe Lexus should be my next car come spring?Thanks
I received a call 3 days ago from the internet receptionist. She told me its time to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at since Im within nine months of my lease. When I got there to my schedule appointment on time they did not know about this and how to handle it so I left.
I just bought an Infiniti from Infiniti of Akron and I cant say enough about the great service I received from sales man Zoran Terzic. He treated me and my grand daughter like family and thats why Im sold on Infiniti. Couldnt have asked for a nicer person to deal wIth. Thanks Zoran!!!
I went to visit new Infiniti dealership and Zoran Terzic was helping me, showed me the product and gave me the tour of the facility. I also met other people that work there. I loved the product, and thinking about switching, great location, great people, and highly recommended.

2021-10-24I went to INFINITI a few weeks ago to look at a car that I saw online. I met my salesperson DJ and from the start he was great. He and Michelle got me in the car that I was looking at. 2021-11-27I’ve been on the hunt for an SUV with a 3rd row and after some disastrous experiences at other dealerships I landed at Infiniti of Akron. I was fortunate enough to have Crystal start the smoothest process I’ve ever experienced when buying a car. Every person we came in touch with was friendly and helpful! 2021-07-21The sales manager Michaelle Schondel was phenomenal! She made the process easy and stress free. From negotiating a great price to fixing a glitch AFTER the sale (which she didnt have to do) she was the best. Before working with Michaelle I had a few cars I was deciding between but I didnt feel comfortable AT ALL while negotiating with the other dealers. She was no nonsense, honest and very accommodating. Shes a true asset to this dealership.I test drove the BMW X7 and the Mercedes GLS before deciding on the Infiniti QX80. My Infiniti has a much more spacious feeling 3rd row (with power reclining seats my 6 yr old loves!), nicer interior options and Infiniti considered us girls when they built the front seats. I can raise it high enough to see the road - definitely better than the Mercedes or Range Rover. No matter where you live Id suggest traveling to this dealership to buy your car. Definitely talk to Michaelle. I wouldnt buy anywhere else.

2022-01-06I LOVE everything about Akron Infinity. I have not met one unpleasant person. The gentleman that greeted us today was beyond friendly and helpful as he assisted us in getting our car serviced (oil changed). We love our car and we love the employees. It makes the two hour drive worth it every time!

2021-08-03My salesperson, Jakob, got in touch with me as soon as I sent my indication of interest online for a used BMW M5. It was great to deal with him, he asked what my ETA was so he could have the car ready for me when I arrived (1.5 hour drive). They had a VIP tag on it with my name when I got there; everyone wants to see their name up in lights! Jakob had in depth knowledge of the vehicle and was able to explain the features and awesomeness of this car beautifully. I videod his extensive explanation of the control panel and car functionality to review later. Very pleased to work w Jakob as well as the finance guy, Erik Parkinson, who got me a good rate and helped me with the warranty ($ ouch!). Infinity of Akron really took care of me; a very easy vehicle purchase. I had a big smile all the way home! Thank you!

2022-03-31My experience was nothing short of AMAZING. I drove three hours to pick up my vehicle that was already ready for me. I told CRYSTAL my sales rep my budget and she made it happen, she knew exactly what I needed and even sent me home with a full tank of gas and the best experience ever. 2022-03-23I bought a truck from Infiniti of Akron out of state (drove from Texas to pick it up). The salesperson Crystal was great to work with. She always answered my questions promptly. She went above and beyond by offering and making a video of the truck. My only complaints would be: I drove almost 24 hours (drove through a horrible snow storm) to pick up the truck, took 2 hours after my scheduled appointment at the dealership before getting the truck (money was already paid to dealership days before) and they gave me the truck with no gas (58 miles). I inquired if they normally fill up before and I was told they only put in a 1/4 of a tank. I feel being a higher end dealership, me driving a long ways and having to wait over 2 hours after my arrival, they could have given me a courtesy fill up.
