Terrible...they beat on my door threatening to call the police because I was sleeping and didnt hear them knock at first. Worst experience ever

2022-03-12Needed a quick spot to stay for a night. Simple. Right. Stayed in a room. Woke up n the morning had multiple bites everywhere on me. Complained about it to the desk lady. She said okay Ill get my maintenence man to come check. I took pictures of the bugs and the eggs that I found. Lady didnt want nothing to do with it.. Maintenance man swore up and down that they were old ones and they spray everyday. Tried informing them that I understand they spray everyday but their is a high level of bed bug eggs. Lady than told me I should go to the Hampton Inn instead of imperial inn. Place needs shut down. Waste of space and taxpayers money to be honest. How could one even compare a 5 star hotel with emaculent service to a barely 2 point star motel with slumlords and no common courtesy to even uphold the littlest amount of decent customer service. If you want your motel to stay open Id try to get your customers to be happy. Take care of your problem. Get better maintenence. Get better housekeeping.

2019-06-08At first it was nice, thought it wasnt to bad for the price. Then we had towels that had blood stains all over it, also pillow cases. Then as Im ready to laid down and go to bed i couldnt sleep due to getting ate up by bed bugs. Not to pleased about my stay.

2016-06-30The place has bed bugs. When we told the manager and her son they tried to say we brought bugs there. The toilet did not work. Had to calm the maintenance man daily. Do NOT stay there.

2017-09-27What a dump.. police came here twice the same day with ambulances, fire department for over doses and druggies. And they yelled at me for having my friends cat over to watch for a couple of hours and threatened police, yet they dont know how to run an motel... smh😂. I rate it -9999999999999999999999999

2017-03-01The maid or owner took some of my items that were accidentally left in the room and lied about it when I tried to contact them later. It was not a fun experience there the entire time.
