I came to this shop to get my struts replaced. The owner, Abdul, looked at my car promptly and repaired the problem within the day. He was very nice and explained what he was doing throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about cars and said he had been in the business for 30 years. After all was said and done, I was so happy with my experience, his work and the price! Will definitely be going back in the future!
The guy who answered the phone was insanely rude and hung up on me for asking a couple questions, would not recommend.
I got my breaks and rotors done; Abdul was friendly & nice; also good price; I was out of there less then 30 minutes.. thank you keep up the great work God bless you
Abdul is a nice guy with good Mechanical Knowledge I want to thanks him for Replacing my Engine and Radiator for almost half a price that dealer gave me.I’m pretty sure I will bring my car back there if anything happens to it.

A good mechanic is very hard to find...look no further!! Ive been going to Abdul at iFixit for 2 years now and my experience has been extremely positive. He is honest, respectful, knowledgeable, hard working, and more helpful than any one else I have ever been to. Stop getting lied to, treated poorly, and conned by other shady mechanics. Abdul is a LIFESAVER! I was driving my daughter home from school in Chicago and we stayed overnight in Cleveland. On Saturday morning my Honda CRV was making bad noises. I tried three other garages and they were all closed or couldnt do any work late on a Saturday morning. Then I found Abdul and he dropped everything else to fix the car!! He replaced a belt and belt tensioner (Im no mechanic so thats my best approximation), and for about half as much as Id pay in my home state. Needless to say we made it safe and sound back to Massachusetts, an all-day ride. In fact, the car ran better than it had before. I cant thank Abdul enough for his thoroughness, generosity, and willingness to help a wayward traveler from getting stuck for two days in Cleveland -- no offense to that city!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! If I lived in Cleveland, Abdul would be my mechanic. Any chance we can lure you to the beautiful Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts? :)

2022-08-09After getting my front tires changed I was told my tie rods are going bad. I asked do they recommend a mechanic I was directed to ifixit. I came in told him the issue he was very reasonable and it was about 4p so he said I can bring it in the next day at 12 and he will look at it. I bought parts I thought I will need before going back. I get here and I was pulled straight n the bay. He let me know it was the outer tie rod. And he started doing the work right there! After 30-45 mins I was back on the road and omw to auto part store to return parts I bought and didnt need. This place is awesome. If you need work done at a reasonable price by a trustworthy man look no further

2021-11-04Had a unfortunate accident and pulled in the lot to get off the road and exchange info. Two men from the garage told me to get out of his lot if I was going to call the police to come to the scene. Really makes you wonder what they really do there that you cant even call the police for an accident report. Definitely tried to intimidate me into leaving. Funny they might have a customer since my mechanic died but would never take my cars there after that experience.

2020-02-27I was looking around for an honest great price mechanic shop that would fix my vehicle. I say this is probably one of the best mechanic shop Ive ever been to, and Ive been to over 12. The owner is amazing. Hes very caring, hes very considerate, he is very. Even though theyre closed, hes still worked on my vehicle in return it back the same day he is very determined, I will highly recommend this place to any and everyone he will be only be my long-term mechanic place of where I go

2020-09-09Its great to know there are mechanics out there that are not here to scam and cheat people. I had an entire engine replaced by Abdul and not only did he fix it quickly but he did it for over $1000 less then a competitor and about $4000 less than a dealership. He takes great pride in his work and is a man of his word.Update: its been about 9 months now since I first met Abdul and Ive had him continue to service my car ever since. Today, while getting an oil change Abdul noticed a man struggling with his bicycle. He actually stopped doing the oil change to help a a bystander. Some would be mad that it took an extra 5 minutes but I was amazed that he put money on the back burner to help a stranger in need. Hes got a customer for life and youre doing yourself a disservice by not checking him out for your auto needs.

2020-06-01This is a true honest establishment, the mechanic that everyone is looking for! There arent enough shops like this one, for sure! From the beginning, Abdul has been friendly, informative, and transparent about every step of the repairs. I brought in an old Acura that needed a ton of work without a clear idea of what all I needed but I was quickly oriented and walked through every detail, even ordering the new parts, so that nothing was done without proper understanding. Being so involved, I was able to have total trust, and when I got back behind the wheel it felt like a brand new car! Then in addition to the price being 100% fair, all of his work is guaranteed so when I had some extra issues with my air conditioning, he worked with me whenever I wanted to come in at NO EXTRA charge until the issue was solved. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. iFix-it ROCKS!

2020-03-10Im so glad I found this place. Abdul is one of the few honest mechanics out there. He would rather have you as a repeat customer instead of getting what he can out of you one time. I was able to talk about cars with him, I used to repair my own but Im getting older so its great having a mechanic I can trust. He doesnt try to pressure, hard sell, or scare you into a repair. This is another local business you can rely on.

2020-08-07As a woman , we always feel vulnerable going to a mechanic because of our lack of knowledge when it comes to cars . There I was ... my car had a few issues and I fix it was one of the nearest mechanics to my house . Drove to him after going to another mechanic that was gonna charge me over $750 without parts ! He explained to me exactly what the issues were (not that I understood everything ) but everything made sense ! After I left he sent me before/after pictures , then told me my car was ready for pick up.... (less then 2 hours later)and only paid $380 no one has and will ever touch my car(s) after him ! As a woman ... I feel safe going to I fix it anytime my car has any issues !! Thank you for being such an honest man !

2018-12-05I spent a couple hours looking around for a good mechanic in my area. Each one I found wanted to over charge me, was too busy or was just rude. Then I came across I fix it. I thought the same would happen but I was surprised . The owner looked at my car right away and didnt tell me that i need unnecessary work. He even made sure the work i needed was necessary. A super nice guy that I knew right away I could trust. He fixed me hood, the hear in my car and my a.c. for only 250. And he got it done same day. I will never take my car to another shop. I just dropped it off for some more body work and my brakes. I feel he should have charged me more but he worked with me. Make the trip to see him. I promise you will be happy and so will your pockets

2020-02-24This morning I looked online for a reputable mechanic in the Cleveland area and I came across I fix it Auto repair. With the great reviews I decided to talk to the owner and give it a try. Needless to say I am Happy with the work that he performed. He got me in immediately and the price was affordable. Thanks again.
