Ive been using Ideal Pest Control for 6+ years. I get the Structural Power Spray which includes the whole house and my deck. Before having my home sprayed, it was almost impossible to sit out and enjoy my deck due to the wasps, yellow jackets and carpenter bees which seemed to think they were paying rent here. Now, I can sit and read or just relax without being bothered with any flying insects. Also spiders used to spin their webs at my front porch door. No more stepping out into webs anymore. Their work is guaranteed. If by chance you have problems after they have sprayed, just call them and they will take care of it immediately at no charge. While the company did come out and spray for bees - they did not tell me they would be spraying a thick substance on my home and windows. It does not come off with rain and leaves your windows with a drippy substance stuck on them. I asked the secretary and owner about it and both admitted this is a problem but they dont warn people ahead of time because they expect them to know this. I had my windows professionally cleaned aweek prior so it was a big problem for me and I would have waited to have them cleaned if they had warned me. The owner said there are people every year who complain about the windows and that they offer a window cleaning service at a slight discount. If they clean windows like they sloppily spray the house I would never use them. The owner was condescending and rude when I talk to him hes - he seemed itching for a fight. I did pay them and have asked to be reimbursed for the window cleaning by another reputable company. I also complained to the Better Business Bureau. Nothing back from Ideal. Youve been warned.

Have used this company before for pest control. We have tried 2 other companies that were bigger and cheaper, but obviously we have come back. They have the best service and results compared to the other ones.

Person answering the phone was very courteous while I explained my bee issue. An employee was out within 45 minutes to take care of the issue. Very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!
