Drove 32 miles to be told I didn’t have my blood work on hand. Can’t get my money back til who knows when. Horrible. I should have known not to schedule when I had to pay over the phone. I had to fill out a medical history 2 hours before my scheduled appointment which came to my email 2 hours before I had to leave. I didn’t have time to fill it out. They had over a week to send it to me. I filled it out in the waiting room. Since I have an illness, they wanted my blood work. I’ve had the same procedure done 4 times with other places. Not once was I asked to have my blood work. Drove all the way there for nothing. Asked for my $975 back . I was told they were going to try to expedite it in 5 days to the main office. They don’t do refunds there. 4 hours out of my day off for nothing. Can’t wait to take payment over the phone. I don’t even know who to call to get my $975 back. Never have I been asked to pay over the phone for any procedure I’ve had. Awful place
I’m on my 6th treatment of laser hair removal and I’m loving my results. I had thick, black hair that grew back an hour after shaving. This stuff works! I have minimal hair left and the hair that is left is so thin! This is life changing. The staff here are great! I’d highly recommend them if you’re in the need for any of their services.
I was uncertain about having laser hair removal, but Im so glad I did it. Im so glad I went to ideal image. They are very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful!! I just had my 6th session and I couldnt be anymore happier with the results. Im very comfortable during my sessions.

Laura was my nurse. She was very nice. Explained what she was doing before she did it. Often checked with my pain level was and we took breaks whenever I needed it. She offered a cool pack for when we were done for my chest and samples of hydrocortisone. Experience was great.

First four treatments were painful because I wasn’t informed that I could use painkillers to minimize the pain. Individual doing the treatments didn’t care about my pain or suffering and wanted to get the session done and over with. I reported the incidents to the Admin person who helped me sign up the contract but no resolution, until I met a great employee who advised to use painkillers to minimize the pain. Cream to numb the skin does not work and don’t waste your $45, but ibuprofen instead.
Everyone at Ideal Image is professional. From the great customer service at the front desk to the amazing and talented Providers. The office is clean and comfortable for services. Highly recommend!!
The lady was very polite, as always. She always made sure I felt comfortable and would go slow on the painful parts. I think the ladies do their job very well and that Ideal Image is the place to go for hair removal.
I went to lip filler yesterday at the Dublin, Ohio location and Laura from the Strongville, Ohio location was there helping out and she was my practitioner.So for one, I next to never write reviews however I am sooooo thrilled and happy with my results that I just HAD to give her some serious applause!! Ideal Image is such a great place to go for laser hair removal. I have now gone in for three separate treatments. My first two were with Stephanie and the last one was with Reema. All three time the facility was spotless, I was greeted and helped instantly, and the laser hair removal on my legs, Brazilian, peri, and underarms was done quickly and efficiently with zero judgement on how I handle the pain. By the time I drive home the pain is a distant memory and already I have gone from shaving every single day to shaving once every three weeks or less. I have been very satisfied with the advice I was given as well to help with pain and how long the hair should be the next time I go in.

I was iffy with the results, I needed a second procedure done but I wasnt aware that would help make my results more satisfactory so Ill have to wait to get it done. I saw slight results in my abdominal area but had I known a second one would give great results, I would have done it.
I paid for Ultherapy therapy via phone consolations,I went to my appointment Nd I was not a candidate,, Ideal image is NOT giving me my money back ,,even though I’m unable to receive treatment,,I called the main number three times and they said I need to talk to the case manager ,,your Tyler McGhee and he’s never available .I emailed him no response ,,do not waste your money ,,do not go toideal image , poor customer service they are out for money only

This was my first time at this location after visiting Cuyahoga Falls with the training team for dermal fillers. I had a great experience all around, and especially here in Strongsville for my follow up! The girls at front between the 2 locations had been very helpful to get me this appointment the night before. Christine at the front was very friendly and accommodating to me after a shutdown on the highway caused me to miss my original time. She handled the situation wonderfully. I was able to see Danni when I did arrive and she was great! I was very comfortable with her. She was able to help with a couple concerns I had as the filler continues it’s settling phase. She took the time to answer all my questions, make sure I was happy with outcome before I left and had a couple suggestions when I asked, which I can now consider. I couldn’t be happier with how it all went and my results. Thank you Christine snd Danni!!!

Ive been getting laser hair removal treatments here for several months now. The women that have worked with me are always professional and polite. They take their time and listen when you have questions or when you need a break during the session. Im incredibly happy with my progress so far with treatment.
My first two Nurses were very nice, every treatment in Ohio Strongsville location, afterwards was rude and snippy. My last treatment was so rude, I actually forgot where I parked my car. Receptionist always sweet. I want more services but not there!

Had half a treatment when the machine locked the operator out. Had to reschedule for next tuesday, went in Tuesday and wanted to cancel was told a manager would call me. Still waiting and had a conversation with the Ohio Attorney General’s office regarding further action if no response.
Went in for my third appointment today and Nicole did my procedure! She was PHENOMENAL! Very friendly and communicative from the moment I walked through the door! I don’t normally do reviews, I actually don’t think I ever have. I made an appointment for lip fillers, and was a little skeptical seeing as I read some iffy older reviews. But people complain about everything so I ignored it. Anyway, I went to get my lips done yesterday, and as soon as I got there Reema came out to greet me. She walked me through everything, calmed my nerves and did an amazing job on my lips. I left and later noticed I had a white spot on my bottom lip, so of course I started freaking out. I called and Shonda, another nurse had me come right back in and sat with me for a half hour trying to find the cause and help me. She never once got annoyed and she was genuinely concerned about me. I woke up the next morning and my lips looked great, and at 9 am, shonda called me to make sure my lip was okay. This place was amazing, they are kind and caring. And my lips look beautiful.
Laura did a amazing job on my laser hair removal treatment today. So much so that I will be scheduling the remaining sessions I have specifically with her. I have had seven sessions so far with various technicians, all of whom did a great job. But I really liked Laura‘s technique and communication style. One of the things she did that I really appreciated was that when she noticed I was in a lot of discomfort, she suggested that she would give five pulses and then stop for a break so I would be able to anticipate how long to “hang in there” and when the break was coming! That really helped a lot! I highly recommend Ideal Image itself, and obviously give the technician, Laura, rave reviews!

I didnt like the virtual visit - being evaluated by a snooty male with attitude. Your prices are high, and you try to mask them with membership offers etc. Just had treatment at another provider - Newskin MedSpa and spent time in person with the NP who administered and listened to what I wanted and made suggestions based on what I told her I wanted. The snooty male I zoomed with from Ideal Image, never asked me questions like she did. Just tried to sell me UNITS and turned me off.

I had a great experience. Checking in was fast an easy. The receptionist was very kind and professional. My technician explained everything and answered all of my questions. I couldn’t believe how fast the treatment went.
I love Shonda! She is by far the best ever to do fillers, Botox and all procedures. I have gotten fillers and Botox at plastic surgeon offices and nobody comes close to her. She is the only one I trust to do any procedures on my face. She listens to your input as well which not many do. She is the best and I highly recommend going to this location for her!! I started my adventure In hair removal in November. I was very nervous about my consultation, once I spoke with them and learning more about the whole process I felt confident and went for it. Today was my third treatment and honestly walking in there today I had already seen a major difference. I’m so excited to see my end result. I would definitely recommend it!
I was a bit hesitant going in for my Cool Sculpting treatment, due to COVID. They made it so easy and it was clean and very little contact with staff (at a safe distance). Almost 4 weeks out and Im starting to see results. Very pleased with the care and treatment.

The whole zoom meeting experience was awful. I was on the phone for over 3 hours with still no appointment quarantine. After a second day on the phone and over selling of more treatments not wanted. I canceled the whole procedure. I called another company to do the same for half price and a personal appointment. In my opinion get of the zoom calls and go back to personal meetings. There is a thing called masks.
I got cool sculpting on my arms last week. The people were very nice. The procedure was comical with positioning lol But it was non-invasive and went very quickly because I was able to do both arms at the same time since there were 2 machines available. I wont see results for another few weeks, which is fine, and I have my 90-day follow up scheduled. Not sure Ill be able to do a 2nd session right away because I dot have the money for it right now but well see what everything looks like in a few months. Theres a lot of bruising on one arm, pretty much none on the other....and I was told bruising could be bad or not and numbing might continue for a week for 2. Im still a little number but its not major....its only been 4 1/2 days. Pleasant experience and would absolutely recommend this facility (Strongsville, OH) to anyone whos looking into getting anything they do!

I have naturally dark blonde hair so I was worried I would qualify. The nurse who I first met with said she was concerned about my eligibility. At the end of my treatment plus a few additional treatments, I’ve been deemed untreatable. Corporate office denied the refund that the local office said I was entitled to. The sales team completely lies to you saying you can get your money back to get you to sign up. I found out later they did the same exact thing to my neighbor (if only I’d known). I plan on telling everyone I meet not to use ideal image because of these predatory practices that lie to clients.On a positive note, every nurse who has done my hair removal was great. They are friendly, professional, and take their jobs seriously. Unfortunately since I’m left with hair on all my body parts ( AFTER $7k of TREATMENT) I would strongly advise anyone not to use ideal image.

I just feel like it wasted my time. I wanted to just know the price of something but instead of just telling me the price it was days of emails back in forth. That turned into a phone call because I couldn’t just be told through email. Then that turned into a long voom presentation just to tell me I can’t afford it. Which is all I wanted to know! Mikayla and Reema are the best to go to! Reema is very thorough and very personable during the appointments!I was just told that because during my last treatment and being too tan that I forfeited my appointment instead of being able to add it on to the end. During that appointment I was told I was allowed to add them in at the end, but this appointment (8 weeks later instead of 6) I was told I could not. Very disappointing considering I already paid and they are not willing to work with you.

Im sitting in the parking lot 10 mins before my scheduled appt and there is a hand written note on the door saying they are closed no electricity. A phone call canceling my appt would have been nice instead of me driving to my appt to read a note.
I’ve loved each experience I’ve had at Ideal Image. I feel that the consultations have given me a lot of comfort and clear expectations on certain treatments. There was one treatment I was unsure about, and even though I had scheduled and paid for it, I was allowed to swap it for something else. Luckily it was close enough in price for that to be allowed, and Keely didn’t charge me extra for the change. I feel listened to, and I think that’s so important. I enjoy the conversations with the specialists and front desk ladies. I’m super pleased with my Botox and cheek filler. Overall, a professional and beautiful place.
I had laser hair removal for my face. I have PCOS I asked before I signed anything if the treatment would work for me, I was told it would. Well it kind of did. I have to still do treatments even though I completely my whole treatment time. Its the life time plan they have its $250 per visit. The staff is very nice. They make you feel comfortable.
I do not even know where to begin. The manager, Megan, is absolutely horrible and only cares about making a sale, not about her customers!! I tried contacting her for over 6 months, and when I was finally able to speak with her she was not accommodating by any means!! They tell you that you qualify for certain treatments just so you will pay, and then tell you they dont give refunds only credits. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life!!
I spoke with Lauren, had a consultation. I asked her to please send me before and after pictures. She responded to me by sending me an email with no pictures and telling me my next step is to get financial approval. She included a quote for vip status which Im not interested in. I emailed her back and I got no response. I was prepared to give you over $1000 for IPL treatments and now Im not feeling it.
I had 6 treatments at an outside agency with ZERO a results before coming to this Ideal Image. Over the past 6 months, I have had four treatments for laser hair removal from at least three providers here. I am beyond happy with my results thus far, and highly recommend their services. Each provider is extremely professional and made the environment comfortable before, during, and after treatment. My results speak for the treatments’ success, but the staff makes it that much easier to decide to come to this Ideal Image.
My hair did not disappear at all even after double treatments on all my treatment dates. Was told I was the perfect candidate for hair removal because my hair is dark. The person that I had my consultation with lied and said that all my hair would be gone and I would only have to come in for touch ups maybe once or twice a year. Paid $1500 for nothing.
I am truly impressed with my visit to the Strongsville location! The Sales consultant was informative and professional. The best part of my visit is that I had my consultation and had my laser hair treatment on the same day! The nurse practitioner answered all of my many questions, she was very kind. I am looking forward to future treatments and taking advantage of all ideal image has to offer! Superior staff and excellent faciltiy!
I have been a couple times now and love I coming here! I was so nervous and intimidated at the thought of making an appointment to receive laser hair removal at first but I’m so happy that I did. Everyone is so kind Especially Kristine (hope I spelt her name right) at reception and Micaela who did my laser treatment. The results of the laser hair removal are life changing honestly. Prices are very reasonable. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Every time I have always felt super comfortable during each treatment no matter who did the treatment however I had Dani do my most recent treatment and she was so nice and helpful throughout the entire process making it as easy as possible. NP was wonderful. The whole process is too pushy. I want to come in for a service and pay for the service when it is done not sign a bunch of documents pay and find out there are no appointments for 6-8 weeks. The whole process feels like a scam and made me uncomfortable

It was my first Botox experience and it began just fine. However, about 7 days after the treatment, I had concerns. I called and received terrible customer service from the receptionist - simply terrible. She appeared to know nothing and offered no resources. Someone else called me later and was more helpful. Thereafter, I had to reschedule my follow up - and again - the receptionist was no help — SHE COULD NOT RESCHEDULE me. I thought it was a bad joke, but no, she could not schedule a simple appointment. She said she would call me back. But I am done with your company. This is ridiculous. And once my husband has used the package he bought, he’s leaving too. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
This is an excellent location with exceptional staff!! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The practitioners are extremely knowledgeable, educated and professional. All of my questions were answered and each step of the process was explained thoroughly. The facility itself is great and creates a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere and was extremely clean. I will definitely return and will recommend this location to all friends and family.
Shonda was the AMAZING Nurse Practitioner that did my laser treatment. She is OUTSTANDING and super professional. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time knowing laser treatments are pretty rough. She made me excited to come back for my treatment in 6 weeks. Overall, staff is very friendly. Everyone in the office was very pleasant. I told them what I wanted and they priced everything out for me. NP came in and was very knowledgeable about the procedures that would give me the results I was looking for. Cosmetic procedures tend to be very pricey so I only chose to do one of the procedures that day, which was botox. There was no pressure from the staff to do anything I did not want to do.For the actual procedure I am very impatient so I was getting skeptical at first but by day 4 I notice my eye ares seem more open and refreshed. Still skeptical though I was not sure it was going to get good results, but a couple days later I notice my skin felt tighter (not uncomfortable though) and there were the results. My forehead -not a wrinkle. around the eyes did not do as well as the forehead area but did well for a first treatment. I DID like the results just would have like to been able to do the other areas I wanted but that was my own personal issue with what I want to pay for a product/service.
I had a complimentary consultation (2 other companies i checked into charged $85 for a consultation!) at Ideal Image & was impressed with the integrity of this company. They were honest & upfront regarding the likelihood that the service i was inquiring about would not be effective for me. I feel confident recommending them because i believe my friends would receive an honest appraisal of whether or not a service would be beneficial to them.

Ideal Image is a scam when it comes to hair removal. When I went in for my consultation, they stated they guarantee 80% result. They do not guarantee anything. They did give me 2 extra appointments but my face looks the same. When I asked them if I’m still not seeing the 80% results that they guarantee, what is the next step. They stated I have to pay a co-pay because they already gave me 2 extra appointments. I paid $3,336 for my treatments and they could not even get me what they guarantees. Highly do not recommend them . Not worth the money. They are over priced and nothing to show for it.
It was a great experience. The nurse was awesome. She explained everything and made sure I knew what was going on. The procedure was fine...very relaxing. I am very satisfied with the experience.
My appt was rescheduled twice. I was not offered any numbing cream until the end of the treatment. It was very painful! I have had a rash on my face since I had the treatment. I had to get steroid cream and an antibiotic to reduce inflammation on my face. Worst experience ever!! And I paid $1600.

DO NOT BE FOOLED. I went in to Ideal image about a month ago to get a consultation for laser hair removal. The staff were pleasant enough. I was shocked to learn that removing only my underarm hair and bikini area would apparently cost near $3,000. Just today, a friend of mine went in for a consult for only a small area under her chin, and came back with a quote that was ALSO $3,000 ! I literally laughed out loud. Is this some kind of con? I wont be coming here to do any services whatsoever. I find it so dishonest that it makes me want to tell others not to be fooled. Apparently, everyone walking through the door is going to spend $3,000 regardless of what they want done. Nice try, Ideal Image. Good luck paying your rent.
Highly recommend ideal image! I’ve been to two different ideal image locations (due to moving) and have received two different types of treatments. I was highly satified with my results and both locations and staff members have been wonderful, kind and helpful! The staff always want to make sure you’re happy with your results and go above and beyond to satisfy you!
Definitely a little more expensive than other places I looked, but the staff is very friendly and professional. They are also extremely accommodating with scheduling. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the prices not being as competitive as they could be.
I bought 50 units of botox recommended by them. After 2 weeks I didnt have the expected results, so they told me to buy 10 more units and sold me them with some discount.. but after 2 more weeks it didnt work..

Very expensive, they offer zero percent financing, but I dont qualify. I have never made a late payment on anything in the last 40 years an have a credit score above 830. I had to pay everything up front. Appears to be a total ripoff, very expensive so bring lots of cash. Now 9 months after review above. Was told lifetime treatments after paying $1000 for a chin treatment, now they say it was only free treatments for 1 year. Have to pay for treatments after one year!!! Beware
Just had Juvaderm injections. The training team made sure I was always comfortable and felt okay. They gave me a stress ball to keep calm. And they kept always reassuring me that my lips looked awesome every time they injected them. Lips turned out fantastic. Awesome team too.
After about a year and a half of treatments (9 total treatments, each about 8 weeks apart), I can finally write my review!I want to say that the staff at the Strongsville location has been phenomenal. They are always super sweet and courteous, and theyre also mindful of not overlapping schedules so its very rare that I run into someone else when going in for my treatment (in the event someone may be embarrassed that theyre being treated).I purchased laser hair removal treatments for my underarms and upper lips. The time spent being treated during your appointment is probably 5-10 minutes. They always apply aloe vera afterwards to help with any burning, and when I had mentioned getting little white heads after raising laser intensity they also started applying anti bacterial gel which helped a lot. The first few treatments were painless, but as they raised the intensity it definitely became a little uncomfortable, but nothing that wasnt unmanageable. I recommend rescheduling if youre on your period on the day of your appointment because holy cow your skin is extra sensitive.My results have been amazing. I am extremely pale (neutral tone) and have very, very dark hair. I would say I have achieved close, if not 100% hair removal. At the time of purchase, they do offer a disclaimer that permanent hair loss results will not be 100%. I believe they said the only 100% permanent hair loss treatment is electrolysis. Ideal Image also mentioned that laser hair removal works best on light skin with dark hair due to current technology limitations, so please keep that in mind.I gave this review four stars for a few reasons:1. Price! They do not have competitive pricing. Even after 60%-75% off, its still extremely expensive compared to other options that have Groupons. Ideal image, please have some Groupon offers!! Thats the only reason Im not returning.2. The sales agent was subpar. I havent seen her there since I purchased treatments, so I would assume she either quit or was fired. If I hadnt already made up my mind that I wanted laser hair removal, I would have probably gone elsewhere.3. There was a miscommunication about the number of treatments I was being sold. I was under the impression I was paying for 9 treatments, and being given 4 free ones to use at a later time. I only found out during my last treatment that I had actually only paid for 5, and already used my 4 free ones. It was kind of disappointing to hear that.Thanks!! I hope my review was helpful!!

Went in for a touch up on my underarms(that I had an appointment for) and was very disappointed they told me once I got there, that they could not do anything becuase they dont have my file in-store . They said it was due to it being so long since my intial treatments. I have to wait for their headquarters to send it to them. I rescheduled for one week. After everything Ive read, I have a feeling they are trying to not honor their life-time touch up deal they stated to me in the consultation.UPDATE:Appointment on May 9th cancelled again!!! Shame on you ideal image!!!! This is not over, I will get my treatments!!!

SCAM ARTISTS. If I could give negative stars I would. This place runs on scam money, dont believe the good reviews. They will steal the money out of your pocket for procedures you didnt want by making you sign an agreement they do not show you the details of. No option of cancellation, they will have you running in circles for months with no resolution and will try to ruin your credit. EXTREMELY ILLEGAL & UNETHICAL. Beware. Go elsewhere, youll be much better off.
The results of laser hair removal here are perfection. Its wonderful to eliminate shaving on whatever areas you select.
PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO RUSH YOU THROUGH THE CONSULTATION. They’ll have it all on the computer, click through it (without showing you the paperwork)and have you sign on the little black screen. Ask to read the fine print before you sign anything. They do NOT provide refunds under any circumstance and you are typically spending a few hundred on a service here. (My fault for not reading the fine print, I’ll admit.) I purchase one syringe of lip filler on November 17, 2018 for $450. Returned the next day (the 18th) and had the entire syringe placed in my lips. (Keep in mind I was told that it should dissolve NO SOONER than at least 8 months) I was feeling discouraged two weeks later when there was absolutely no visible difference so i called and made a follow up appointment. I returned for my follow up on Saturday December 1, 2018 and had “after” pictures taken. They then showed me the before and after pictures taken on the company iPad and tried to convince me there was a difference. Totally no difference. They tried to reassure me by saying “it’s a subtle difference.” They then offered for me to buy a second syringe. Well of course I’m not spending an additional $500 for the same results. SO I kindly declined and asked to speak to the manager who wasn’t there because it was a Saturday. So i called the following Monday (December 3rd) (today) and the manger told me “there’s nothing we can do unless you want to buy another syringe.” SO... do your research, read the fine print, and don’t question the service or product unless you want the staff to be annoyed and make you very uncomfortable.PICTURE WAS TAKEN ON THE COMPANY TABLET BY THE PROVIDING NURSE. This review is not a review of the staff at Ideal Image. They were very nice and professional. The facility is also very clean. But thats where the good news ends. After 2 and a half years of laser treatment on my back arms and shoulders the hair is still there. Thats 11 sessions in all. I used the 9 that I paid for plus they threw in 2 free ones because I wasnt getting any improvement. Literally ZERO improvement. I found out later that the lasers they use are not geared towards thick hair. It works good if your hair is very thin, otherwise youll be sadly disappointed. If you have thick hair you need removed, DO NOT go to Ideal Image. Instead, go see a dermatologist and use their diode lasers. Its much more powerful than the weak stuff Ideal Image uses. And all the reviews about getting hustled during your initial appointment is true. Dont fall for their sleazy sales tactics. If they say it will cost $5000, you can get it for $3000. Just negotiate and dont take no for an answer. And no, the price will not go up if you dont sign immediately. Overall, Im out thousands of dollars and have every single hair that Ive been trying to remove still on my body. In fact, the hairs on my arms actually got thicker. Thanks Ideal Image for nothing!! Stay faaaaar faaaaar away from this place! Youve been warned!
I scheduled an online zoom consultation for laser hair removal where they were supposed to go over charts to know what my hair growth is like and the areas I need removed for pricing but she never did the zoom meeting and never talked about my hair growth and she was very pushy she was trying to get me to set up a payment plan without knowing any information about my hair it made me too nervous to do it

So Ive gotten botox and lip fillers from ideal image. The staff is great they dont try to push you to do more then you need just to make money. All of the staff I have met also use the products they sell so theyre very knowledgeable about them. I definitely reccomend this location .

Hiya!I decided back in February to do something for myself and got a package to rid my face of hair. I have been struggling with facial hair since my teens. I always felt like a freak. I hated my face. I hated the side glances and things people would say about me.About four years ago, I used to work in a hospital in registration. I called an older gentlemen (approx 50 yrs) to my desk to sign him in and as he sat down he instantly (and quite loudly) said Oh My God!! You shave!! I was mortified but quickly flashed my best smile and replied And you forgot to this morning! He was quite scruffy looking. By the end of the registration process he was obviously embarrassed and tried to apologize. It was quite awkward for both of us.Fast forward to this year and I finally have enough money saved up to do it. I was scared, doubtful, and embarrassed to be walking into Ideal Image in front of strangers and asking them to fix this. I hate asking for help even more. Well, I am no longer scared, doubtful nor embarrassed to walk around anywhere anymore.My latest big moment came back in June. I was letting my dog out, stepped on an infected earring that I thought was in the trash and ended up in the hospital. I could hardly walk. The puncture wound from the earring ended in a huge staph infection including 8 days in the hospital, 6 antibiotics, 3 IVs, and 1 surgery to remove and drain the abscess that formed in my foot.One thing I didnt even think about, not once, not even for a second, until I got home and was finally able to take a good shower, was my face. I had hardly any hair. What was there was white and could hardly be seen. For the first time ever I wasnt trying to get to the bathroom before anyone came in, hide my face under covers until I could get to the bathroom or any number of other tricks to hide my face. I COMPLETELY forgot to even think about it. I had visitors, cute nurses, three different doctors in and out of my room and I NEVER thought about my face. I could not believe it. Even more amazing.... I am not done with the treatments.I cannot believe everyday when I look in the mirror at the difference. There is a noticeable difference in my appearance, the way I feel about my self and the way I act. I dont shrink back and cringe when my children or husband touch my face. I smile more. I am not hesitant about getting closer to my patients when I have to care for them.I thought previously the people in those commercials on TV/internet were just being goofy and now here I am saying the same things, telling you how much being zapped with a laser every 8 weeks is changing my life. Your staff is always warm and inviting. They are eager to help answer any questions I have. The ladies actually doing the procedure are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The fact that they are all trained, certified NPs makes it all the better. In a society where you hear more complaints than compliments I thought you should know! I want to shout it from the mountains: THANK YOU!!!

Please dont get scammed by this people, had the worst laser experience ever. Paid 3000$ for my back ( I know I am gullible but they made it look like they were giving me a discount) and the hair grew back after the last treatment( 10th treatment)! Horrible and they told me I could pay 90$ for every other treatments if I needed them! Scammers! And dont even try to contact them cos they wont answer!
The girls were super friendly and nice even though it was closing time and they were excellent with Covid procedures, I felt extremely safe.
Make sure you know what you want because they will trick you that you need less units of botox or dysport just to come back in 2 weeks to pay some more, and if you don’t want to get anything done anymore, their services are NON REFUNDABLE and if you ask your money back they will rubb it in your face saying that you signed a contract that mentions NO MONEY BACK WHATSOEVER
Maybe the zoom consult wasnt the best way to reveal how much fat I had but this is probably a procedure for people with 10% of fat to lose, not people like me

I went for cool sculpting and had absolutely no results after the first one, even one of the employees said I look exactly the same. This is with diet and exercise. Now every time I try and speak with someone I never get a call back. HUGE waste of money. Its useless, absolutely useless. If I can leave LESS than one star I would.

My experience was horrible. I got a terrible rash and my legs were swollen while I was on vacation. Canceling the service has also been a terrible experience, so make sure you know what you are signing up for!

2022-03-15This location has great people who are extremely nice and helpful. I always feel welcome here. I started at the end of 2020 and they were always safe and had precautions. The treatments went well and I have seen amazing results I rarely shave the areas I have gotten treated and will now just start going in for touch ups. Thank you to all of the wonderful women at this location I really appreciate it.

2022-01-22I was hesitant to do laser hair removal because I wasn’t sure how well it would work. I am amazed at how well it works. I felt that Ideal Image was the only real option for it, and I definitely still agree. Always super clean, very professional, and the friendly conversation certainly helps you sit through the sessions (which really aren’t that bad). I noticed actual (dramatic, seriously) results after the second session.

2022-03-02I saw a dramatic reduction in hair growth after 1 session. Im very pleased with my results so far. The appointments are quick, little to no wait time while in the office. The NP who performs the treatments is very nice, reassuring and professional. I would definitely recommend Ideal Image to a friend.

I was hesitant at first but boy am I happy I did it! Even with it being a bit of a painful process, I still look forward to coming back from the great experience Ive had so far. :) I never have to wait long and they do what they can to get me in and out quickly while keeping me comfortable. I am singing Ideal Images praises to anyone who will listen! I am seeing results after one session which is literally life-changing! My only other feedback would be that there are two receptionists and one is SUPER friendly and bubbly and the other is a little more matter of fact (which can come off a little tense) but thats such a small piece of criticism if I really had to nitpick.

2022-01-20Very friendly staff, never have to wait more than a minute or 2. Very professional staff. During the middle of my treatment I found out I was pregnant and they were super kind and understanding. They paused my treatment and then got me back in right away when it was time. I highly recommend this place and it’s nice to go to a place like this and not feel judge.I would say my hair in almost completely gone and I haven’t even finished my treatment!

They take the time to make sure you are very comfortable, answering any questions you might have. I never feel rushed. I have also never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting area for my appointments. Most times they are ready for me as soon as I arrive. Great experience, very safe and clean, professional; highly recommend!

2022-02-24The laser was quick. It always takes less then a minuet for them to laser my chin and neck every six week session. I was nervous the first time but it is tolerable. By the second treatment I wasnt scared of the laser no more. The lasers work. Its like a brand new me after 1 treatment. I had no hair for 3 days after the treatment. You will see a big difference and completion and skin and it will look smooth
