I called the Dublin office and spoke with Sarah Spears. Sarah was so knowledgeable and patiently listened to me and recommended services that will best fit my needs. She called me back on time when she advised she was going to. Sarah was very professional. Very happy with Sarah’s services. I can’t wait for the next steps. Awesome work Sarah!!!!
I have had Cara for my past 2 sessions and she was wonderful! Very thorough and close attention to detail and made sure to explain the whole process each time. I’d love to have her for all my sessions!
They are trying to get full payment with less treatment. Schedule Always 8 weeks between each appointment and still you do not get appointments so by the time you get appointments scheduled it will be 9-10 weeks. Said 16 month contract. When sign up said they do treatment every 4 weeks and they will continue until 100% satisfy. Not like other laser salon. So basically they just try to get you in .
I was a day late but on time! I was so so sad because I missed my appointment with Julia. HOWEVER, she made it happen!! She squeezed me in so I could at least get something done. I have worked in customer service for 14 years and this was exceptional. So happy and I cant wait for more treatments in the future.
The receptionist was bubbly and welcoming. The rooms were modern and clean. The technician was very patient, explained each step fully before beginning. She checked on my comfort throughout the process and was calm and reassuring. The process was quick and easy.
First Julia was so stinking kind. She was bubbly and patient through all my questions. Secondly she was so informative. She answered all the questions I had (many) and if she wasn’t sure, she was willing to go out of her way and double check things. She was also able to clarify a lot of information for the treatments I was receiving and looking to receive. I’m excited to be treated by her again!
I honestly cant tell you what an amazing team the Dublin Ideal Image office has working there. Lauren, Alanna, and Darian are absolutely the best people you could have working for the company. Lauren is beyond professional and her knowledge is incredible. Lauren is patient, kind, gentle & does incredible work. Her attention to detail is superb.Alanna & Darian are a breath of fresh air & go above & beyond in their customer service.All 3 of these young ladies need to be recognized & rewarded.I couldnt be happier with my experience.
Cara did my laser at the Dublin location. She did an amazing job. Laser is painful on dark hair, she patiently worked with me to ensure I was not in pain. She took extra time and care to make me feel comfortable.
I have been going to this Ideal Image location for just under a year now. It’s always a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk are professional, polite, and extremely helpful. Lauren has been doing my injectables (Botox and Juvéderm) since I started going and she’s amazing at what she does. They’re always on time with my appointment, make sure I’m happy before I leave and check in after my procedures. Thank you for always making me feel great and taken care of:) highly recommend
Julia was amazing! This was my first time with CoolSculpting and I was both excited and nervous. Julia was very friendly and told me every step. I left feeling good and cant wait for my next appointment! To top it off with outstanding service, Julia called me the following day to check and see how I was feeling/doing!! Looking forward to my other treatments! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommended Julia with Ideal Image Dublin! One thing corporate needs to have the TV in the rooms play something other than Ideal Image commercials!! Maybe HGTV?!?lol
This place is way over priced compared to other places. Also the people here have been nothing but useless. I called twice to cancel my appointment and both times neither of the ladies cancelled it. If you do not show up to an appointment it is a $50 no show fee, not sure if they were trying to just get my money but it was very disappointing neither girls followed through with my request. I highly suggest going to another place for laser hair removal. They know how to take your money here.
Julia was fantastic with my coolsculpting appointment! It was comfortable, flew right by, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone in the spa was very helpful as well!
Lauren is so great. Her bedside manner is the best and shes so fun and friendly. The laser hair removal is such a blessing too.

The providers and office staff are great!However, I returned a product that was not even taken out of the original shipping box and have not received a credit months later. This is handled out of corporate not locally. Do not let them upsale you on products unless you are 100% sure.
I done the CoolSculpting with Julia. She was absolutely amazing to work with, answered all of my questions, most off she completely understood my issues and put them to ease. Highly recommend!!!
Today I had Juvaderm xc lip injections at the Dublin location the girls did a fantastic job they are very knowledgeable about all their products and did a great job of explaining everything. They asked a lot of questions to make sure the right product choice was made and my lips turned out exactly the way I wanted them to look couldn’t be happier I will definitely be back for more treatments in the future.
I had a great experience at this location for my second time ever getting Botox. The ladies were great with answering questions and this round of Botox was less painful than the first that was done elsewhere. They listened to my concerns on how I did with my previous Botox and adjusted based off those needs. Thank you - it looks fabulous!!

Sarah was my NP a for my first session of cool toning, she was very through and amazing. She made sure I was explained everything before I even started my treatment!! She was amazing!! And I can’t wait to see my results

You got me to sign up and there are literally ZERO appointments available as far as the calendar goes out. Absolutely ridiculous for you to take my money and then say I cant even get in for over 5 months. I requested a refund and have heard nothing back.Edit - see below where they said someone would reach out...NO ONE has reached out. Glad I disputed these charges with my credit card.

These people will rob you blind! I paid for my sessions up front. Scheduled months in advance, then had multiple sessions canceled the day before. My contract will run out before I receive a fraction of what I paid for. Thousands of dollars stolen from me by this company!

I just finished my 3rd treatment of the lip and chin and I had substantial results after the 2nd. I went from shaving every other day to 1 time in 3 weeks.

This is the third time I was not scheduled for my appointment. I’m so frustrated and was told the last time this happened they would extend my time. I asked if when I called if they extend it because this happened before. The girl on the phone told me she didn’t see anything in the notes. I guess they just told me whatever to get me of the phone. I very rarely leave bad reviews and didn’t the two times before when this happened but this is the third time. I do want to add that they are very clean and the nurse practitioners all have been fantastic but I feel I have been cheated out of my time that I paid for due to waiting list issues. I just want to make sure consumers know you need to call them if you want to be scheduled. Note I only signed up because they opened the Dublin office. Easton is 45 minutes from my house. Super frustrated and disappointed.**UPDATE** I did get a call back and they worked really hard to get me in sooner and found availability at the location I signed up for. They were very understanding to my frustrations and she was also able to schedule my next appointment. Thank you for calling me back and working with me to get my appointment location and time fixed.
Monica and darian were very polite. I was a few minutes late and Lauren still got me in for my appointment. All the staff listened to my concerns and address them to my satisfaction.
All of the associates at Ideal Dublin were so helpful, friendly and very informative! My esthetician was absolutely wonderful - she really helped me through my appointments and treatments, especially with my schedule since I’m getting married. She also knew exactly what she was doing and covered all areas, in the least painful way! So so so great! I highly recommend! Best money I’ve ever spent!

So I recently just moved here from Illinois and had my first full body LHR experience at this location. The girls are so sweet and open and friendly. From the first moments of talking on the phone setting up my appointments to when I stepped through the doors, I was treated with such respect. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. They really try and put you first and make you feel comfortable no matter who you are. I loved my first appointments with Elena and Shelby; two of the service givers. We had a lot of fun and casually talked and that made it a very pleasant experience. They also keep your comfort in mind during the procedure and are quick to address any discomfort you might be feeling. I give them a 5 star rating and I can’t wait to go back for my next appointments!

If you have any questions or concerns, I highly recommend Abigaile L. She spent 30 minutes with me on the phone and explained everything I could possibly need to know. She was highly knowledgeable when it came to answering any questions I could think of asking. If anyone has doubts or concerns, I strongly recommend asking for her assistance because she made a highly stressful and insecure moment feel calm and normal. I was unsure about the process but now, if I decide to follow through, i will only use ideal image. Thankyou

This was my first time at an Ideal Image and my first ever lip filler! The ladies were very professional and so warm and welcoming. They followed all CDC guidelines by making sure I wasn’t sick and by taking my temperature upon entry. They were very thorough when explain the aftercare of my fillers. During the session they were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Very kind and professional and will recommend this Ideal Image to all of my friends!

I usually go to the Easton location which I love because it is closer to me, but they were all booked up for the day I needed. I had the option to go to this location so I figured why not since I really needed to get in. This place is so nice the front desk girls were amazing! I was one of their last appointments and they even took the time to quote me a price for another thing I was thinking about getting done. Elena the nurse doing my service was amazing! She was training someone and still made me her top priority! The place was super clean and professional! Highly recommend!!!

I went in for Botox & to get my lips touched up with filler yesterday with Kristin. I got to experience the top notch education they provide for their staff here. Kristin was training and Jess was her educator and as somebody who has worked in multiple salons and in management it was some of the best training I have seen. Kristin was so confident and you can tell it was a direct reflection of the education they provide here. I cant wait to come back. Wonderful ladies and super clean environment!
Results from Ideal Image have been amazing and I’ve only done 2 treatments! The Dublin location typically has appointments available within the week, but can book up so plan in advance once you start treatments. Staff has always been helpful with scheduling.

I just had my second Botox treatment and it was great! I love Ideal Image. I had an Allē coupon in my account and it wasn’t working. Sarah at the front desk made multiple calls to ensure that I was able to apply it to my account and even fixed my account so that I had the better deal based on my purchased units. Brianna did my actual Botox today and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took her time with marking my injection points and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I just had BBL on my face yesterday at Ideal Image Dublin location and LACEY, a nurse practitioner was my treatment provider and I just loved her!! I highly recommend her with your appointment! She explained me every information in detail in such a very KIND way before the procedure. She will make you feel very comfortable and reliable. The most importantly she LISTENED and CARED my concern!! And she took MORE care about my concerns and wanted to hear how I feel throughout the procedure. I have ZERO complaint about my treatment. Dublin location just opened a few weeks ago so it’s very CLEAN and their laser equipments are all NEW! I am very satisfied with everything. I can’t wait my next appointment! It was my first time ever getting fillers and Lacey did an AMAZING job with my Juvederm fillers. I am not the biggest fan of needles and I let her know at the beginning of the appointment and she did such a perfect job at keeping me calm, cool, collected and comfortable throughout the procedure. She took her time before hand to figure out what outcome I wanted and did a better job than I ever imagined! Love Ideal Image and it really is the best place in Columbus to go to for any med spa related needs! I have nothing but positive things to say about Ideal Image.

Brittany, at ideal image in Dublin treated me for under arm laser hair removal and Botox. This was my first experience with Botox and she made the whole experience so smooth and easy. Brittany is very knowledgeable and walks you through the steps. She’s also good at outlining aftercare and answering any questions. The whole facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
Every clinician I have had during my treatments has been very nice and professional. I will definitely say that the improvement on my underarms alone is worth the cost. The rest is to be seen but I have 5 more treatments left in the bakini areas and there is a noticeable difference in the coarseness of my hair which was the start of improvement on my underarms so I am confident I will see more amazing results soon. 4 done 5 to go.

I highly recommend the Dublin Ideal Image and Elena. She is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. She helped me choose the best filler for my lips/face shape. She was so sweet and informative throughout the entire process, before, while performing, and after. The overall atmosphere of their facility is wonderful and everyone involved was so helpful. I noticed a significant difference in my lips immediately. I received Botox and Juvederm lip filler and I got exactly what I asked for. My skin hasn’t felt better and my lips look plump but natural, just as I requested. I have received multiple comments on my skin looking younger, even from people who didn’t know I had any procedure done.

This is the second time I’ve had lazer hair removal but my first time using Ideal Image and I will never go anywhere else again. Highly recommend for the intensity of their lazer (better results) and also their staff. The staff is great! The pricing is confusing. My initial consultation did not give me a accurate assessment of what the cost would be to accomplish my goals. Each time I go for an appointment I am told it will cost me thousands of dollars more to meet the initial expectations.

Your representative Roni is a very sweet and nice person and she sells the product well. I would love to do this in fact I need to do this I am sure I would feel so much better. But your price is extremely high and even at $194.00 a month for 18 months is far more money than I can afford a month right now

2022-07-14Julia at the Dublin location has been absolutely amazing!!! 💚Today is my second treatment and she has been patient and kind with all my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable, safe and pretty.I greatly appreciate being treated like an individual with a different body type and not a cookie cutter.Such a great experience. Highly recommend.Side note- started to see results at 2.5 to 3 weeks after my first treatment.

2022-02-19Friendly staff. Clean and open reception area. Treatment Rooms very clean and nicely organized. Staff always on time. I have never had to wait!! Caroline did a treatment today for me with minimal pain! She is the best! So easy to talk to, which is a nice distraction during treatment! All of my questions are always answered and staff is always making sure the experience is a good one! Happy with results! Will continue coming back.

If I do end up choosing some sort of treatment, I guarantee I will go with Ideal Image. That first impression is very important.

2022-07-14I got my Botox done at ideal image Dublin. Cara was my injector and she did a great job. Very happy with my results. I even passed out twice and everyone was so kind and took great care of me! They were never rushed and very accommodating. Can’t recommend them enough!

2022-06-09The staff was super friendly and super helpful and it seemed like a solid option and I would have definitely done it. Unfortunately after finding out the total cost, its just not something we can afford as a family right now. But the staff was 10 out of 10 friendly and helpful when it came to the consultation. If my finances ever changed in the positive I will definitely consider it again.
