This experience is by far way better than I ever could imagine! I’m only two treatments in and the results are already so noticeable. Staff is amazing and explain all aspects of possible effects and procedure processes.
Very impressed with Ideal Image and the staff, especially Rachel Sammon, MSN, APRN, FNP-C,. She addressed my concerns, and created a treatment plan according to my needs and budget. My botox injections were placed perfectly and pain free in just the right areas. Im looking forward to my next appointment and excited to see my results overall. I am absolutely loving my transformation, I look better each time I visit. My fillers are perfect,( and painless) and my Botox still is going strong. Rachel is my artist. She takes time and studies your features for best & optimal results, and places the fillers in just the right places. I adore this office. It was definitely a great choice. Not happy. I went for a zoom consult 2 weeks ago. Was told I was an ideal candidate for coolsculpting. My appointment was July 25th and was told I couldnt proceed with abdominal coolsculpting because I have an outy bellybutton Ive had my entire life. I was told any md could clear me for this. Then was told I need imaging results to confirm. I paid up-front over 6g, and theyre not even guaranteeing me a refund. I will see them in court if they wont refund me. Im waiting on corporate to call me.
When I called in I wanted information on coolsculpting. I advise the first person this is something I am not ready for right now but within the near future. I wanted to understand the process and get a cost. This is something I would pay cash for and not fiancé. When I had my consultation it was very informative. At the end the backing Into a corner to move forward now was a little off putting. This is something I will be doing, but unfortunately I will probably go elsewhere due to the end of that video call.
Its amazing and they informed you about everything you want to know my nurse was so nice, friendly and helpful. The process is not painful at all. 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

I have been waiting a month for my refund because medically I cant do it. I asked before going to initial appointment was told just go and we will refund if you can. No the person wont answer my emails and Cuyahoga falls says it not their job. If they think I wont get my money back. They are sadddddddly mistaken.
Love this facility! The staff is amazing. Tracy is the provider you want!! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional & has a wonderful bedside manner. Everyone here is extremely professional and polite. Very informative and good pricing for hair removal treatments. I had face and bikini area treated and it was WAY less painful than anticipated… after reading all kind of things on the Internet. I would highly suggest asking for a prescription for the numbing cream! The mail order pharmacy they used was very efficient and fast got to me within the week! The treatments are over before you know it and you’re on your way with no pain at all. Highly highly recommend.
I have had 3 laser hair removal treatments thus far. I am pleased with the Cuyahoga Falls location . The receptionists are always super friendly and quick. This location is clean. Each tech that I have had was nice but I would prefer to have the same tech for every session . I really loved the tech I had for my second treatment bc she was so confident and personable . I came to ideal image bc a friend suggested the company. She went to a different location and she had the same tech throughout her entire experience which I would prefer.
I had a great experience. The blond behind the desk was very helpful. I believe her name was Brittany. Plus the rest of the staff was great!
If I could rate this negatively, I would. Laser hair removal did not work. Don’t waste your money.

I never went in. Got the loan, a week later I asked to refund money since I’m no longer working. Said it’s not refundable. I have to make payments on this anyway. I called attorney. Working on it. I did finally go for appointment however unable to have Botox done. The receptionist told me no problem. Drove 2-1/2 hrs for nothing
I have been to this location for a while now and Honestly from the receptionists to all of your staff they have made me feel very welcomed and comfortable every single time I’ve been there especially asking me constantly if I am ok and if I need a break from the pain it has been an amazing experience and pray it will always remain that way.

Initially my first visit had some miscommunication so if youre going in blind please do your research as a client. That being said this visit was phenomenal. My nurse angel was Rachel and she was extremely good, not only was she a sculptures s in what she was doing but she kept a good flow of communication and pause before just doing whatever which was incredibly cool.She was funny, professional, and I felt very confident in the entire experience. I cannot thank you guys enough for comping me and making sure that I had a good experience and I will definitely be scheduling again for touch ups with Rachel.10/10Very amazing customer service and incredibly low stress.❤

Both Tracy and Bailey provided my laser hair removal and were wonderful. This is my fourth treatment and each time my results are improving. The providers are knowledge, professional and make you feel comfortable throughout the treatment.
Rachel is absolutely amazing!!! I’m normally super red for hours/days after my treatment and she mixed a few things together to help - no redness at all! She’s super quick, efficient and keeps the conversation interesting to make the time go quickly!
Terrible. I paid a fair amount for several services. However, I was not able to use them in the time allotted directly due to the pandemic. When I made a follow up appointment I was not informed there was no extension for me even though we are in a pandemic. A few months ago I came in. I sat and patiently waited till they called me to the back. Once I was at the back I was told there was a problem so I had to go back to the front and speak to the personnel upfront. I was told I would need to start paying more money because my sessions were up regardless of using maybe only 25% of it. I did not pay any additional fees because we are in a terrible time and in the middle of a pandemic. I was told a manager would reach out to me to extend my time but I never received a call.
I have been coming to this ideal image location for a couple of years now to get my occasional beauty pokes. Krista & Brittany, at the front desk, are absolutely amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting this ideal image location for all of your beauty needs!

The nurse practitioner Katie, was great and very informative. This was my first laser hair removal service ever. Though I was getting very intimate areas serviced she did not make the process awkward but informed me what to expect as far as pain level along the way which was very much helpful she didn’t lie to me. She also reassessed how I was feeling after each section. The entire process took less than 30 mins!! I hope all the nurses that work there are as great as the nurse that performed my first session because she is pregnant so my next appointment will probably be with someone else but if all are like her then I foresee this being great going forward as well.

I loved the staff. The front desk was awesome. My NPs, Lauren and Rachel set a high standard. 10/10. They all were incredible people, would totally expand my social circle with everyone there and go out to talk and enjoy life - the conversation and laughter made the experience fantastic. I can’t say enough on how professional, polite, gregarious, and compassionate the NPs were. I had a last minute, day of my 1st procedure, speed bump with a medication that might have affected my hair removal success rate and the NPs were incredible at providing me with info so I could make an informed decision for myself.

I had an incredible experience at Ideal Image Cuyahoga Falls. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. During treatment with Tracy, Nicole and Lauren, I felt completely relaxed, comfortable and confident because of their professionalism and knowledge, along with their attentiveness and friendliness. As a first timer at Ideal Image, I truly felt like I was in the best hands possible. I highly recommend this location and look forward to going back for more services!
Did the online consultation. Paid $2200 and set up 3 appointments. No one asked medical history before taking payment and making appointments. I wasted my day driving up to Ideal Imagine for my appointment only to find out they won’t do the procedure because I am a cancer patient. It’s been over a month now since my original payment and I still haven’t seen a refund.
I had my third session of Ultherapy and the person that worked on me was almost purposely trying to make it the most painful, long and drawn out session I have had of all three sessions. No matter how many times I told her that involving my jaw in the therapy was really painful, (I felt the pain shoot to up to my ear then to my eye like a migraine was about to start) she kept going right back to my jaw and staying on my jaw as long as she could. She took so long on my face, by the time she got to what I needed the most of (the neck) I couldnt take the pain any further. I will never come back because of how she treated me and how she really didnt know what she was doing. Maybe you need to shadow your people with well trained staff for much longer. She was lost and I would never wish her on anyone - EVER!! Ultherapy should have a numbing agent for the neck. The pain felt like someone was putting a cigarettes out on my neck over and over again, IT WAS AWFUL!!! I go to Ideal because of location but I would rather drive a bit more to get treated by someone who listens. The woman who treated me before her was fantastic! Too bad I couldnt have had her again. She would have been done in a half an hour - one and done! It just too bad - really it is!!
I highly recommend the Cuyahoga Falls location if your looking for laser hair removal which Im currently doing. The staff there is phenomenal in taking really good care of you. I felt like I was in really good hands during my treatment session. World class professionalism. Highly thorough in their work. Excellent communication skills. With that said, I look forward to my next treatment session.

She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable that I made the right decision. Wasn’t pushy at all and I felt that she genuinely wants to recommend the best for you to get the results you want.

Overall, I have had a positive experience at Ideal Image. The women who have performed my laser treatments have mostly been very pleasant and personable. It can be an awkward situation to get laser treatments in the bikini area, but the treatment staff are clearly professionals and make you feel comfortable. The laser process itself can range in terms of pain level, but its manageable.

Upon entering Ideal Image, I was greeted by receptionists Halley and Brittany, who were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Their professionalism made me know I had chosen the right spa for my needs. The nurses are top notch and explained everything as they went. I highly recommend this establishment.
I just got my payment plan from breonna and she was very knowledgeable and kind especially knowing my hairy condition which is quite embarrassing but she was understanding and kind which was ver much appropriated I will be making my payment and using this service with no hesitation.

Very nice. She explained everything about Botox and everything she was going to do. Very painless. After she was done she explained what she did and what to expect. Answered all my question. I was told by the consultant when I bought my package that I could go every 4 weeks as I am moving in August. When I got to my first appt I was advised that I must wait 6 weeks between visits. I bought this package based on what I was advised. This is false advertising and I am very upset
I have been coming here for a year now for services and everything has been fine. Last weekend i had an appointment at 10:20am. I have an email, a text message, AND a voicemail all stating my appointment for 10:20am on July 18th. I pull into the parking lot and receive a phone call at 10:18am asking me to reschedule my missed appointment. I stated I was in the parking lot and not late. They refused to allow me in to the building stating that their computer said 10:00am and didnt care how much proof I had otherwise. I drive 40 minutes to get here and rearrange my Saturday to make it every few weeks to be told Im wrong and have to come back because two other appointments were coming in. I was given only an email address of the manager. I emailed her on Sunday and have yet to receive any communication back and its Wednesday. If I hadnt already paid thousands of dollars I would not return. It was rude and extremely unprofessional to tell me Im wrong and not squeeze me in and force me to reschedule and waste another Saturday. Clearly the manager is too busy ignoring situations to care about clients as well.

The team at Ideal Image in Cuyahoga Falls in awesome. They are professional but accommodating. When I first came in for a consultation they quickly helped me feel at ease. The procedure I had done isnt the most pleasant, but they are sure to make sure youre as comfortable as possible. I moved to Chicago after starting initial treatments and there was no Ideal Image in Chicago to continue treatments there. I luckily planned on coming back for other reasons, and the Ideal Image team has been super flexible to make sure to get me an appointment whenever Im back in town. If you are considering doing a procedure, do it, you wont regret it!
Always friendly, professional. They never leave you sitting waiting in a room, youre always in and out in a reasonable time. Staff is always very pleasant even if you have to call in with any questions or concerns. I have never had a bad experience any time I have gone in to the office for an appt. I recommend them to all of my friends and family if they are interested in any type of laser hair Removal or other services that I know ideal image can provide. My only complaint is that they are a little on the pricey side but they also offer financing so it makes it a little easier.
From the initial consult with Ashley to each visit, the staff is professional, very welcoming and friendly. My treatments from Tracy have been awesome! She is very professional and talks me through each step of the treatment which makes me feel at ease. I would recommend considering Ideal Image!
The message I was left by Patrick was sweet. When I called I spoke to another gentleman who was very kind and informative. And speaking with Jodi left me with zero concerns or questions of the unknown. This process was definitely different, but effective nonetheless. I appreciate the consideration of my time and health doing these remotely.
I thought it was great. Everyone was professional, I was in and out with no issues, and the laser hair removal wasn’t an issue at all. I expected way more pain, this was more of a discomfort. 10s all across the board!
After signing a contract for $3400 plus worth of services and a loan thru Ally Lending, I lost faith in Ideal Image. They did not review my medical record before selling me services and then told me they could not do one of the services in the package based on my medical history. They refunded me for the portion of the services they could not do but the whole situation made me lose faith in the NPs experience and knowledge. I told them since they were not doing the one portion of my service, I did not want the other services. Even though I had not received a single service of the $3400 package, they refused to refund me the additional $1700 plus because it was non-fundable. I then went to Ally Lending who asked them for documentation of services. Ideal Image could not provide documentation I had received services so Ally Lending forced them to return the funds and thus I was finally let out of the contract. Be careful before you sign a contract with this company. They are very difficult to communicate with and they ignored all my requests. I was not able to speak with anyone who actually had authority to make a decision and I never received a response from the Medical Director even after mailing a letter explaining the situation. Fortunately, Ally Lending took care of the situation for me but it took months. I ultimately went to NeoSkin in Hudson for the services and paid a fraction of the cost (60% less) and in less time with excellent results.
I had a great experience with getting Voluma injections in my cheeks for lift and lips for the fine lines. Olivia and her other Team members did a great job explaining what they were doing during the procedures.

I had my first experience of getting fillers in my lips. I was nervous as I get light headed easily around needles. The staff was absolutely amazing with me. She put an ice pack on me and gave me sips of apple juice. She talked me through the whole thing explaining everything. They made me feel very comfortable and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Honestly it wasnt even a painful experience. I love how my lips turned out and I am hooked! I feel very beautiful, which is very important for women to feel.
Very uncomfortable/vulnerable experience due to being almost completely naked in front of a stranger however my nurse (Im so sorry I dont remember her name!) was SO relaxed and comforting and professional that she made it 100X better. She was understanding and patient, continuous check ins to make sure I was OK during the process, check on my pain/comfort level, etc. Only improvement I would say is maybe a TV with netflix or something to help pass the time. And maybe better bikini bottoms. I understand the point to show as much as possible for the pictures but those are incredibly uncomfortable and when you are insecure in your body already, it took a lot for me to get into them and walk out.
I was sold a package via zoom meeting. I was lead to believe that I would be receiving the services i requested.Scheduling was an issue off the bat. They werent able to book me for all of the procedures at the same time. So they set a couple appointments. Spread out.So, then I find out that they dont even perform some of the procedures I was promised and had discussed and prepaid for.They do not do botox in certian areas of the face, like the nose, for bunny lines. Or under the eye for crows feet that I have had done many times by other professionals.They also dont do filler in the jawline or chin or the nose. Which is exactly what I had asked for. I was talked into Cheeks and lips so I set an appointment.As it turns out I had an allergic reaction to a medication. Causing a rash. I had to go on steroids for 4 days. On day one I show up for my filler and the ask of I am on antibiotics. I said no but said I was on a steroid.She then refused to inject me. She said I would be high risk of infection. Ok I get it ok. So we reschedule... in person at the desk. Again very difficult with my schedule and their availability.I show up almost 2 weeks later for my appointment and mysteriously, I am not on the schedule... they cant fit me in. So they want me to reschedule for 2 more weeks.This is so unprofessional, so I ask to speak to a member of management. Of course they dont have one in office. Only nurses. The managers work from home. Allegedly theyre going to have a manager contact me.No wonder this place is a mess. They have no management.Now I just want reimbursement for what products I havent used. I do not wish to return to this place.
I am getting bikini and underarm laser hair removal. I am currently on my 5th treatment. The results are awesome and the ladies at this facility are all professional and put me at ease. I wish I would have done this sooner!!
My nurse was very nice and she explained everything very well. She truthful on how the injections would feel, and made sure that I was doing good the whole time.

I will be honest, I was nervous to schedule an appointment with this office after reading the bad reviews. Yet, I was determined to get laser treatment for my unwanted hair. I decided to wait a few appointments before making my own judgement about my experience.During my consultation, I met with Savanna (she is also at the front desk) to discuss my goals for treatment. She was very kind, and immediately put me at ease. It can be an embarrassing topic to talk about, but she made it seem like it was the most normal thing in the world. She discussed the treatment plan, reason for the number of treatments, and pricing. At the time, they had a special for 60% off laser treatment. I thought, Yeah right, this is probably a marketing ploy, but it fit within my budget so I went with it. I signed up for their payment plan, which made my payments completely affordable and out the door I went. First thing I did was check out the 60% off pricing. I was SHOCKED, seriously. They were exactly honest with the pricing, and then I found myself THANKFUL. If I had to pay those other prices I wouldnt have been able to afford it.I have now had 3 appointment, each spaced 10 weeks apart. Each time, I have had a different Nurse Practitioner administer my treatment. 1st: Tabby, then Traci, and today it was Rebecca. Normally this would be a con, but I have so enjoyed getting to know each of them. They are so nice and make you feel like youve been friends forever. In fact, I find myself looking forward to talking to my previous nurse again, but each time I meet someone new who is as equally awesome.Now for the treatments: I had laser treatment 10 years ago at a completely different establishment. The appointments were long and SUPER painful. Clearly, they didnt work or I wouldnt be having treatment again. The technology has obviously improved!! Each time, I am in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. The equipment now shoots a burst of cool air right before the laser, and you hardly feel it at all! Between my 1st and 2nd appointment, I was a little discouraged by how much hair grew in. Traci explained to me that since it was the first time I have ever abstained from plucking, that all my hair cycles had finally come in at the same time. To make me feel better, she ran the laser over my treatment area twice. LET ME TELL YOU. Between session 2 and 3, Ive probably had 80% reduction in my hair growth. I think I shaved 3 times in 10 weeks. (Think happy dance emoji)!! I still have 7 sessions to go, and I have no doubt that I am going to be absolutely ecstatic with the results.Moral of the story: take bad reviews with a grain of salt. There are always going to be people who have a bad experience wherever they go. Those are the ones who typically take the time to write a review. It was important for me to show that I have had a completely different experience. Those bad reviews almost kept me from getting the results I am getting now. I am SO GLAD I took the chance. I do not have one bad thing to say about Ideal Image. The staff is absolutely amazing, my unwanted hair is melting off by the minute and the atmosphere is something I wish all businesses were modeled after. They make phone calls the day before to remind you of your appointment and if you have to reschedule, its no big deal. Their hours work great so they can help you work around YOUR schedule. If you are considering laser hair removal or any of the other services that they offer - this is the place to go!
The hair removal procedure is not yielding desired results. There is a lot of pain associated with this procedure and I still have significant continued hair growth on my chin. Consequently, I regret my decision to pursue hair removal with Ideal Image. I paid too much money to feel disappointed about my outcomes. I believe someone should have explained to me that the laser hair removal process does not work on gray hair. I was only told this after I started the procedure and questioned why my hair is still growing on my chin. I would not have paid to have my chin done if I had any clue the procedure would not work for me. Very disappointed.
I had my lips and fillers injected I love the results. The girls were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I would do it again.
Charged me for filler and botox so I could qualify for special financing, give me botox then said to come back when the filler person was there. Before I left the nurse administering the botox said I would not be able to get filler due to an allergy on my paperwork. The lady then tried to talk me into $1000 worth of botox which I did not want because you had to spend that amount to get the financing. I had no money or way of payment on me. I tried contacting them to set up payment arrangements for the botox that I did receive to no avail, no one would call me back. Now I have debt collectors turning me into the credit agencies for over $1000 for treatments I did not receive and something that was not my fault. Super customer service 🙄👎👎👎
All of them are very friendly. They know how to treat people who have no idea about the progress and make sure to answer all of your questions. My first appointment was really good. It didn’t hurt and even after the first treatment everything was fine

I paid $1,200 for cool sculpting on my neck and it looks exactly the same. It’s been almost 6 months since the procedure. I was told I’d only need one session for the results I wanted. Now I’d have to pay another $1,200 for another session, but I’m not even wasting my time.
The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Becca was the one who did the Botox and she was professional, communicated well, and answered all of my questions. I was shocked to see the results (which took about 5-7 days) the fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes improved by 95%! I would recommend this to anyone and will be going back!
Not even worth one star! I paid over $4000 for my son to have laser hair removal for his back. On more then one occasion I complained about the fact he still had hair...ALOT. His back is as covered as it was two years ago. I understand if it would of grown back a few years from now, but it never went away and now I am expected to pay more money to have removal done. According to studies removal is at least 70-80%, he didnt even get that! Disappointing and I feel like either it should be done until it is done right or I should get a refund!

The staff here is INCREDIBLE and so helpful. The services offered are administered by nurses who care about the end result. Ive had botox, lip injections and hair removal and everything is amazing _ they are conservative in their approach so that you dont end up lookimg too overdone. Highly highly recommend!!!

For the people getting laser hair removal DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT let them put any products on you after or before your treatment. They use items with steroids and steroids causes your hair to grow back faster and thicker. They wont tell you that but theyre aware!!!!! Thats how you have to keep going back. The treatment itself is great but if they rub anything on you to help with the pain or burning its a setup.

I have been a client of Ideal Image for years. I frequent the Cuyahoga Falls location, Tracy and the girls take great care of me. I’ve also been to the Mayfield and Strongsville location and the customer service was superior as well. Highly recommend Ideal Image, they listen to your needs and you leave feeling like a million bucks.
It was horrible! I waited about an hour was still not serviced. No one came out to talk to me either and I had drove about an hour to this appointment
I went there for Botox in November. Everyone was very nice, answered all my questions (it was my first time) and made me feel comfortable. Becca did my Botox, she was very knowledgeable. She did a great job and I love my results. I would definitely recommend them!

I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go. The original lady that was doing my hair removal was out on one of my appointments so I got a new lady. She treated the area designated and proceeded to do more than the treatment area. This caused hair to grow in a new spot that WAS NOT there before. I went in and mentioned this and was told i would have to pay for the removal of hair from the area she accidentally treated. It would have been different if they had offered me at least a discount for their mistake but they werent willing to accommodate at all it was full price or nothing. Save the time and headache and go elsewhere they are not honest and youll end up paying for more than you baragined for.
IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! It is an absolute SCAM. I have had a lot of problems with this place. So first of all I need to disclose that I was very young starting laser treatments.. maybe around 14 because I have PCOS and I am VERY VERY hairy. Initially I went in with my mother to ask if I could even have treatments done there at that age and they said yes and that they start at 13..... DO NOT START LASER AT 13!! We figured this was professional advice so I continued on. After a couple treatments on my upper lip at one of the sessions they put steroid cream on my face. In half an hour it was like someone took a sharpie and dotted all the places that I had hair. It was so dark and my doctor told me that steroid cream should never go on your face. I finished my treatments and still have hair so please save your money....... Also ideal image requires you to sign a contract to make sure they get paid, IF ANY PLACE REQUIRES YOU TO SIGN A CONTRACT, IT IS AN AUTOMATIC RED FLAG.
The first time I had treatment the nurse did not want to place the coolsculpting instrument where I had the issue.The second visit the nurse, whom was not the same placed the instrument where I had the issue. I was not happy with that, I felt I wasted the first treatment because of that.
The ladies I spoke with particularly Lauren were very friendly and got me excited about something I was already excites about. Lauren worked with my budget and I am excited to to begin treatments.
Informational, take their time, they ask questions and they know what they are doing.

Ive been coming to ideal image fir a few years and the laser hair removal is a life saver! I used ti have ti shave every single day and now i dont have to shave every few days! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
I hate to give this location 1 star because there are 2 employees at this location that make it worth going to. There is 1 nurse and 1 front desk employee who are absolutely wonderful. I hate to pull the age card because it doesnt always apply, however in this case, sadly, Ive found the newer employees that are younger have zero experience in customer service or communication skills. In my experience at this location, you can clearly differentiate the two. I have also noticed it appears a couple of the bad reviews have been removed from this location as well. I waited awhile before putting a bad review up wanting to give the couple employees an opportunity to change my opinion, but its been more than a handful of visits and still the same unprofessional greetings and making the customer feel as if they are an inconvenience. If youre lucky to catch the awesome nurse and welcoming front desk employee, then its your lucky day. Lets hope the doors are closed so you dont hear the personal conversations down the hallway when waiting to go back for your appt too.
This place is a total scam! They quoted me $6,000 for laser for my legs and back, it is $800 everywhere else for six sessions. They also told me I needed 90 units of botox, Im used to twenty sessions at most. I am a licensed dentist with a botox license and I know what a normal person needs. The nurses here are over diagnosing!
This would have been my 7th treatment for laser removal on my chin/neck area...however I opted not to continue treatments as I am not satisfied at all with the results. My hair on my neck/chin appears to be thicker growing in and I still have to shave DAILY! That was the whole point of me even starting this, for laser hair REMOVAL and not having to daily shave my grizzle/stubs. Im very disappointed as I had hoped this would have fixed my hair issue.Who spends thousands of dollars on treatment that doesnt work? During consultation the lady took a quick look at me and said I was fine candidate...red flag that I shouldnt have ignored.I hope to get a refund. This isnt right =/
I had a horrible experience. I was quoted the wrong price on the phone for Botox. I then get to my appointment and fill out 30 min of papers. A nurse practitioner looks at me andxquotes I need 82-102 units of Botox. The most I’ve ever got from my plastic surgeon is 40. She made me feel like I was an ugly duckling. This practitioner should not be making quotes. Her face is distorted from apparent Botox and juviderm. She is not someone as a client you want to look at for results. The office manager then pulls out a fake paper and tells me she adds up I only need 48 units. I’m part of brilliant distinctions. They refuse to use the credit she tells me they will send me a refund in the mail. I meet the practitioner doing the services and find out she is trained in orthopedic not plastic surgery. She does the injections. Not in the same places as what my plastic surgeon did. After 10 days no results. I complained to customer service. I paid way more here then a plastic surgeons office. Christine at customer service said they would remedy the problem at no charge but the staff had no idea about that. They gave me more Botox and I still don’t have the results. My plastic surgeon claims they are using wrong placement of injections and watered down Botox. Customer service has yet to call me back. I would beware of this place. They are not trained in dermatology or plastic surgery. And I’ve had two failed attempts of Botox. I’ve paid $125 more then my plastic surgeon for no results. This place is obviously a scam. And I wouldn’t trust someone trained in orthopedics to touch my face again. I’ll be continuing to contact customer service for a refund to see a real doctor.

Went for Botox. The specialist bragged about the nurse practicioners skills and that she had done all of her work. Here appearance was very distorted and over done so I was concerned. I have had Botox many times in different cities around the country. The estimate was two to three times my previous costs. The nurse came in to discuss the dose, as I had an injection map from my previous out of town provider. She struggled discussing dose calculations which should be easy for a nurse practicioner. When I questioned her about the dose she calculated, which was very high she stated that ccs and mls are not the same which is totally inaccurate. Any professional nurse should know this. I left immediately.
It was quick and virtually painless. The tech made sure I was comfortable and was very patient with my anxiety over the procedure.

This is the absolutely worst scam by far when it comes to the cool sculpting. I went in and they could barley get the devices on. I wish they would have just cancelled at that point, which I made a comment that I really didnt want to go through with it at that point. They told me that since I already signed that I would still need to pay for it. So I did. Biggest mistake I have ever made. I paid on this for 2 years and now that the 2 years have expired I was charged interest on the full amount which I was lied to about. I was told that I would only pay interest the the remaining balance after the 2 years. For anyone that reads this please know DONT DO IT, ITS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.

I recently got the Laser hair removal done, my last treatment was in April... Well the treatment did not work... I called the company who I make my payments to and asked could I get a refund, because I was told by Ideal Image if the treatment did not work I could get a refund... Well the company I make my payments to reached out to Ideal Image and they told them they don’t think there’s nothing they can do, I was told to call the Ideal Image who did my service... I been calling them for a week straight now, and I’ve been told that a manager would get in contact with, and no one has called me yet.. This is horrible service

2022-09-03This was my first time getting lip filler and I was a bit nervous. I went in for my appointment and was called back not even a minute later! The nurse practitioner who did my lips was Abby and she is AMAZING, I truly can’t say enough good things about her! We talked about my expectations, what I was looking for, the process, etc. I am someone who gets nervous about needles and she made is SUCH a comfortable experience for me!! Going out of her way to make sure I was going okay consistently throughout the entire experience...I am SO happy with my lips now. She gave me exactly what I asked for. This is 2 1/2 weeks before my wedding and she warned me about potential bruising and swelling and made sure I was okay with continuing. I really appreciated that she genuinely cared to ask me that. She was very gentle and the pain was very minimal, just a little pinch feeling with the needles but I got used to it quick. I knew of the risk factors but honestly it’s the next day, swelling is very minimal, very little non visible bruising on the inside of my lips, and very minimal soreness. I am so pleased with my experience! The staff is great, they post good promotions, GO DO IT! as long as you have realistic expectations of the process and your results I think you’ll be very satisfied with them :)

2022-08-07I have “completed” treatments, per the contract I entered into. However, my results are not at all as promised. I agreed to get laser hair removal because I was assessed (via video, which should have been my first red flag) and advised I would be a great candidate.Upon completion, I was not satisfied with the results, so I addressed my concerns with the local Ideal Image staff in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. After submitting photos, it was determined I would get a free session because of my (lack of) results. A couple months after, I still have a sufficient amount of hair, so I called in again to vocalize my concerns. I was scheduled to come in to talk to someone.At my appointment, it was very apparent staff was annoyed/frustrated with me. The nurse practitioner said to me, “I mean, I don’t mean to be rude, but there’s some accountability on your end that needs to be taken.” She was referring to the one time I tanned throughout treatments. I pointed out that my armpits had no sun expose and results weren’t even near 50% reduction.As soon as I proved her theory wrong, she proceeded to say, “it’s possible you have underlying red tones in your hair, and we may never see reduction,” I’m extremely disappointed that a representative of ideal image blamed a customer that paid over $5,000 for results that were far below satisfactory rather than offering a mutually beneficial solution.I would like a manager to reach out to me to discuss compensation. I will never recommend or receive services from Ideal Imagine because of not just the terrible results but the terrible customer service I’ve received.

Taylor is very efficient and thorough so she doesn’t miss anything. Shannon promotes the company and nurses and ensures the clients have good experiences. I’ve had excellent experiences every time I’ve walked in the doors😊.

2022-04-20This review is for laser hair removal on legs, bikini area, and underarms. I just finished my 7th session at Ideal Image. Laser hair removal is working fabulously for my skin tone/hair color (fair skin with brown hair). I am one of those people who can’t stand stubble on my legs and was shaving every other day. I still have a few fine hairs growing in - but I just shave them off once a month. It’s truly the best gift I have ever purchased for myself. I chose to wait for a special to save money, that helped me a lot financially! For me personally I highly recommend buying the prescription numbing cream. Tracy is the best Nurse Practitioner!!! She is excellent at making you feel comfortable and so kind and patient. She helps make the pain tolerable!

2022-06-15The woman that initially called me for purchase was amazing the woman that usually does my hair removal is amazing those 2 woman make your company look Fantastic!!! On the other hand your receptionist blonde hair blue nails! Is the most rude woman Iv ever met the last 4 times Iv come she has been awful! No eye contact rude horrible attitude! I was suppose to have two things done today and ended up only getting one. I’m a single mom and I know my schedule somehow I got scheduled for this week and next I would never do that I would only do 1 long appointment I don’t have any help with my daughter and can’t bring her. And I also work Wednesdays now and she said well I wouldn’t have just scheduled you just to schedule you. Obviously your mistake then she scheduled me then called me back up and she messed up said oh can’t do that time this has happened 4 times now with my scheduling but somehow every time it’s only my fault and her attitude is awful! Iv never met someone in customer service where every time I come in she’s that rude! Like I work in customer service! She makes your company look bad.

2022-04-09I paid for 8 sessions of the cool sculpting and was I only administered two of the treatments. They claimed that I had used all of my treatments up when I did not and refused to schedule me anymore unless I bought more sessions. They also rescheduled me twice due to a scheduling error on their end which cut into my allotted time given to finish the treatments. Im still paying for services that I never recieved. Looks like Im being scammed out of thousands of dollars.

2022-05-24SCAMMERS I went in 2 times and I was not happy with the service. I was not seeing the results. Kept telling me come back you need more. I cancelled my appointment 48 hours before my service. They kept my money and do not give refunds. They said my picture look different. Yes because I lips were swelled. Don’t do it.
