Every time I am here in Dublin, Ohio I make a point of going to Iacono’s. LOVE their Italian Subs!!!!!! Best ever!!!!!! Been going here for 35 years or more. Tommy’s Pizza is the exact same!
Very delicious pizza and the staff was super kind. They made us a special half veggie/half cheese pizza for the salad bar. They have a beautiful seating area with a sunroom and a bar as well.
Outstanding service..first time there..huge pastabowls..alfredo was great..only disappointment was bread..but didnt go there for bread..
Wow! Today I got my beautiful wife and I a large double pep extra sauce pie! It was very very good! Hot fresh, not greasy. Just Damn good pizza! Price was right! Enjoy the tip! Thanks !!!

I have been ordering takeout from their website and picking it up myself at the restaurant in Shawnee Hills. The online ordering process works well and the food is great. I have eaten at the restaurant in the past but Im not ready for in-person dining yet so Im glad take out work so well.
Don’t go on Wednesday. Unfortunately underage server. Though the wedding soup (needs some garlic) is fairly good, the chef ought to put in more meatballs and chicken. It’s always dipped out by lunch time contractors. Apparently the staff never monitors. Seriously, probably the last time I will come here. Seems like there’s always more than just issue. Staff is quite pleasant though.
They have the best pizza and pasta here. We came here after my Dads funeral. Before my Dad got sick, his favorite pizza was pepperoni and onion. In honor of my Dad, I ordered a small pepperoni and onion 🍕 and it was delicious! Iaconos has a very nice party room that you can reserve for parties and the staff are always so accommodating. Thank you Iaconos for this happy memory.

Wife wanted to visit the local pizza shop she grew up going to as we live in Cincinnati now. Food was amazing and even better than she remembered.

The pizza was decent. The margarita pizza was terrible, but the other pizza was great! Service was good, atmosphere was nice, people were very friendly.
Some of the best Italian food in the greater Columbus area. Homemade noodles, homemade meatballs, absolutely delicious. They are open for dining in and even had the salad bar open on our visit. We took some out of town friends with us and they enjoyed it as much as we did. Absolutely stop by some point and bring your appetite!
THE absolute best spaghetti and meatballs Ive ever had. They have homemade everything!!! If you havent tried it, Im telling ya, youre really missing out! Psst, add Alfredo to the red sauce and it will blow-your-mind.
Overall pizza tasted good and employees were very polite and personable. Neat little restaurant with a bar and tvs.BUT, had to pay a lot extra to get Old World Pepperoni - that is an issue. We can get old world pepperoni anywhere, and not pay an extra fee. Also, ordered onions as a 2nd topping and they were nonexistent.I can never understand when pizza restaurants skimp on the least expensive topping. Sauce was tasty but light. Crust was good because we like those thin crackers crusts.Probably wont be back because the pizza was so much more expensive than others we get, and so light on the onions and sauce.
We have just enjoyed our meal. The pizza arrives on a cracker crust. Im not a fan of that style, but I admit that it was very good. The other food I saw delivered to tables all looked very tasty. The service was attentive and not overbearing. Thanks to the staff.

Wow. We are from out of state and wanted to try Columbus style pizza but I was also craving chicken Alfredo. Basically everything is home made and it shows!!! It was so delicious! We may be coming back to Columbus in the future for the sole purpose of returning to this restaurant!
Really great pizza with a thin, crispy, flakey crust almost pastry like. Good toppings (old world pepperoni) lasagna was delicious with kind of a sweeter sauce to it. Cheesy garlic bread and a salad hit the spot

We ordered a variety of meals for the kids and adults. Curbside pickup was quick; our order came out within 3 minutes. The food was still hot after a 2 mile drive home. Lasagna was delicious and served with Italian bread slices wrapped in foil to stay warm and not dried out. Spaghetti and meatballs were the kids favorites. Pesto chicken pasta was excellent with the pasta well-cooked and not dried out. Were had one special order which arrived as requested. Well be back for more.

This is a locally owned place that has some great pizza! Try the five cheese, its absolutely delicious! They also have a dairy free pizza, though Ive not tried it myself.

I brought the wife and kids here for a Saturday lunch and was pleasantly surprised overall. The atmosphere is fun and comfortable, and the service was fast and friendly. We ordered two hot Italian subs for us, and a chicken tenders and a mini corn dog meal for the kids. The subs were good, but not great. The bread was a bit dry and bland (appeared to be store bought). The fries were good, and I love that they serve Coke products! Well be back.
The food and service was great. One of my fav pizzas around Columbus.
I came in to get the pizza bar, and there was four pieces of pizza total on the bar with three extra tables of people waiting. I was there for 36 minutes and only had three pieces of pizza and a salad. I was still charged $13 for one person for the buffet. Neither of the two servers bothered to ask for a refill even when I tried to get their attention. The older lady with white hair was also rude while I was paying.

Visiting Columbus for anniversary and googled best pizza in the area. This place had great reviews and they were right on! Food fantastic, environment friendly and great service. Our waitress and server was Janet and she was super sweet and so friendly. Honestly it was the best pizza I have ever had. The crust was not thick but thinner and crunchy...perfect! They serve Coke products which seems rare in the area so that was a plus for me. We highly recommend this family owned restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️also brought us two Hugh meatballs while we waited for pizza...no charge!
The remodel of this restaurant is great! Plenty of seating choices, well lit and the atrium is nice. The staff, as usual, are fantastic. Now to the food: we ordered the Green Beret pizza. It was excellent. Best pizza Ive had for quite some time. The apps were very good (onion rings, mushrooms and wings). We will be returning!
Fabulous food!!!!! Reasonable prices! We forgot our doggie bag that had leftover pizza in it that our grandson was looking forward to having after baseball practice. We called about 5 minutes after we left and they had pitched it but offered ro make us a brand new small pizza to replace it - no charge! Very impressive!

This was an amazing spot that we found by chance on our way to the Columbus Zoo. Absolutely amazing pizza and pasta, plus a really nice salad bar to make the salad that suits you! Well be back on our next trip through. The restaurant environment is modern and super nice!
Honestly feel like if it wasent insanely pricey for the pizza Id giv a 4 star, however my dad and I went for a pizza buffet it was $30+ for the most medeocre pizza I have ever had I would say its worth it if you get absolutely hammered and eat their pizza but no thank you for what I ordered I could of paid five dollars for my 3 slices and for my sprite at a Gas station honestly horrible.
This pizza is world class. I get one anytime I go to the Columbus zoo.My favorite here is a large pizza with pepperoni and banana peppers. The crust is superb and the sauce is excellent. My pizzas have always been hot and the taste --- world-class!Theres no doubt in my mind that this is the best pizza in Columbus.I love this place!
The pizza is actually quite good. They used to deliver though and just abruptly stopped delivering after years of us being loyal patrons. No good reason except we redid our delivery route and no longer deliver to your side of the river. We had literally had pizza delivered 2 days earlier, and they easily could have given us the heads up if it was that big of a deal. I have to take it down several stars for the very poor communication of the change and lack of delivery coverage (were less than 10 min away).
Good very thin crust pizza, wings were very good. Dressings taste homemade. Nice atmosphere & the service was excellent. Have not tried their subs or pasta yet, but plan too.

Ive been coming here for years and years. The pizza, pasta, meatballs, garlic bread, and everything is just so satisfying. They make their own egg noodles in house and they are stellar. The restaurant recent remodeled but the food is just as good as it ever was.

I would be very comfortable taking a business client, the family, or even my sports team here. Great environment for all occasions.
I am very picky about my pizza, and lately they all taste the same, like nothing. I decided to give Iaconos a try again after many years, forgetting how awesome their pizza was. I was not disappointed!!!! The best crust and sauce, perfect amount of cheese. This will be my mainstay for pizza now.
Just got a carryout spaghetti dinner. Barely any spaghetti in the order. Called to tell them and was told they would talk to the kitchen staff. Been going there for many years. Very disappointing.
Several years ago I was not a fan of Iaconos until they changed. My family loves the pizza and I love the Chicken Alfredo. very good. 4 stars because it does get busy here.
Has been a favorite restaurant of our familys since I was a kid. Best cracker style crust around. This location and the one on Kenny are both great. They have an all you can eat pizza and salad bar, this is obviously my recommendation.
Iaconos pizza is my favorite pizza in central Ohio! The toppings are always fresh and plentiful, but I think its the crust that makes this pizza so special. My family also loves the spaghetti dinner, everything is so good, including the handmade pasta, tangy sauce, and the meatballs are incredible! The newly remodeled Shawnee Hills location is awesome and friendly staff only enhances the experience. This is my favorite go-to lunch destination with coworkers to take advantage of the salad bar and wide varieties in the pizza buffet.
Me and my family ate here and had a terrible experience.We shared a pizza and the cheese was falling off of it.When we were done with our drinks we did not get refills till we paid.I asked for parmesan cheese it did not come. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

This place has one of the best variety of pizza with an absolute soft base. I just love visiting this place whenever i am in a mood of having a pizza and this place never dis satisfies me. Very fast service and a very neat and clean place. must try.
We were greeted and seated very quickly. Our waitress was quick to get a drink order. The pace of the meal was pretty good. The waitress was attentive but not overly so. The food was cooked well.

The remoldeling looks very nice. However, I keep getting awfully rude service from the dining staff/servers. The hosts were so much more helpful than the servers. The servers didn’t care at all. Trish was terrible, didn’t even recognize my presence, and sat on her phone at the bar. I watched her for a solid 20 minutes do something on her phone. Someone needs to talk to her. I’ve been at this location a few times and EVERY time she has been “working” and has done a terrible job. I’m NEVER coming back to this location again. Not worth my time or money, unfortunate because you would think people would want to go due to the new remodel but the service is AWFUL.

Their food tastes fine, but the preparation could be improved. The lasagna and the ravioli were both served just above room temperature. When asked to warm it up, it came back with more sauce but the same temperature.

My family and I just love Iacono’s! The atmosphere is very family friendly and the staff really makes you feel at home. We ordered the Pesto Chicken Pizza and it is simply amazing. The new dinning room area is beautiful and relaxing. My family and I highly recommend Iacono’s because you can’t find many family restaurants that use real family recipes in their cooking. If you take one bite of the home made marinara sauce you will understand how much pride is put into their cooking. If I could give more then five stars I would because Iacono’s is just that good. You can’t find better pizza or Italian food any where else in Columbus or the Midwest.
Was my favourite pizza place as an adolescent. Moved away for over a decade and always compared pizza places to this delicious pizza. Moved back and found Iaconos just recently, as its only in northwest Columbus, and its still my favorite pizza in Columbus!
So today I felt like Italian for lunch and I remembered my daughter saying how good this place was. When I got there the Please Wait to Be Seated sign was up so I waited. The bartender came over after a few minutes and said you can sit anywhere. I picked a seat and waited. No menus on the table except drink menu. I kept looking around and no one came over. I read a chapter of the book I brought. Bartender is at the bar texting. Then takes her phone and goes in the back. I stood up and left. Biggest waste of 20 minutes of my life. They were not busy, two other tables of people from the Memorial. Too bad because the remodel looks like it is going to be nice.
The restaurant is all new both inside and out. The new décor is fantastic with a much more light and open feeling. If you havent visited Iacono s lately, you will be pleasantly surprised. Even better is that it still has the same great food, service, and prices. It was fun watching other customers walk in and say, Wow, this looks great.

Still my favorite pizza in the world, and Ive had it from Brooklyn to Okinawa. This location had a wonderful waitress who helped me out with access to the back room when my 1 year old needed a diaper change (no changing tables in the restrooms)
Just ate at Iaconos on a Tuesday around 5:15. Husband loved the pizza but wow, no food on the buffet! The staff didnt seem very concerned to keep the buffet filled. We sat near the buffet so we got to watch many customers come up to get their pizza and salad they paid for, only to find an empty buffet or a couple slices left of pizza. Being a previous server and caterer for over 15 years, I cringed watching people come up to the buffet and turning away to their table because it was empty. It was embarrassing to me and I dont even work there. Luckily we got there in time to walk through and get what we wanted, but others werent so lucky. Lots of disappointed faces. One woman even waited near the buffet until the next pizza came so she could have a chance to get what she paid for. Just didnt seem very organized or professional. Our server seemed so underwhelmed with us and every table she greeted and waited on. Dining room is dark and had torn, ripped seats of chairs. Kind of dingy for the part of town the restaurants in. We wont be back, but were surprised at the lack of a buffet when husband had read such good reviews on here. Seems like they need to update and change quite a few things. I gave a 2 rating because the food was worth that at least, but all else fell way short of a 2.
Great food. We’ve been going there for years. Excited for the remodel to be completed. As of now they don’t have well drinks. Only top shelf, beer and wine. I’m going to hold off going again until the reasonably priced drinks are back.

Tried to go for lunch today. When we pulled in the lot, Im guessing it was the manager/owner ran out and said you cant come in here with dirt on your boots. We responded with, we will clean them off before we come in. He says, you still cant come in here. Will never return. Maybe should have more respect for people who do hard work.

Reasonable prices and great food! It is my favorite pizza in the area. The pasta is good as well and there is a salad bar. The restaurant is currently open on just one side as they renovate the other half.

5 stars for our server.. only reason giving 2 stars is due to her....but pepperoni was not the good italian pep as advertised..it was gross..picked it all off but yucky flavor stuck on the cheese...not going there again..$60 for a cpl apps..gross pizza and 3 sodas..yuck

Great Italian food! Spaghetti and meatballs are on point! Could go a little darker with the beer choices... All IPAs with some Ales and ciders. Give me some really dark beer and this is my spot for Italian.

This restaurant was slow all evening and seemed to not care when I had asked for a refill a number of times and seemed to be waiting forever. My order was messed up and the subs were soggy and disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend.

I like the cozy old school vibe offered here along with their pizzas. They also have a good salad bar, Italian dishes and full bar.
Always a great experience , awesome pizza , great salad bar , very friendly staff .
With only a few customers in the restaurant, we stood waiting for the hostess for longer than 5 minutes and none showed, even though many of the workers saw us waiting. Staff is not attentive.

2021-08-17Overall pretty good pizza. We went for the lunch time pizza buffet for I believe $12.95. That’s all you can eat.The pizza was a thin, flaky crust. Not really my style but allows you to eat more pizza hahaha. The salad bar was good, they had egg crumbles which I love on my salads.Overall impression is good price, good value, slightly better than mediocre pizza, decent salad bar. I’ll probably be back, also the waitress was friendly and attentive. They have a bar if you’re interested in drinking.

2022-06-19With all due respect to Columbus, Oh, I dont consider it a mecca for good pizza. So, my expectations werent high going to this place. However, from the moment we walked inside, we were thoroughly impressed. The service was prompt and friendly. The dining room was relaxed and inviting. Not to mention, their pizza is now in my top 10 of all time. So good. Im only sad we dont live anywhere near here

2022-05-18Very enjoyable, nice atmosphere great service. Enjoyed mozzarella sticks with a nice sauce, pickles w/ ranch, a fried veg basket with a horseradish sauce all wonderful. Thin crispy crust pizza, delicious sausage. Had a BBQ pizza with sausage and bacon. That was memorable. We will be back

2022-01-10The food is fantastic, their thin crust has that perfect cracker crust texture. The only issue that weve had on our multiple visits is that the service can be hit or miss. Sometimes the wait staff is super friendly and quick, other times it feels like were a bother and beneath them, yet they treat other customers that appear to be regulars as if theyre best friends. It can be a frustrating experience no matter how good the food.

2022-02-07The food was great, one of the best tasting spaghetti and meatballs Ive had. The building its self looks nice and has a good layout. My only complaint was that they didnt check up on the table very much because of the crowd. Id highly recommend this restaurant.

2021-08-01Wheres the garlic? We were used to going to the Hilliard location but they close down. We were so happy to find that theres still two more locations Kenny road and Powell. We tried the Powel location last night and was kind of disappointed. They dont apparently use any garlic there Im used to iacanos Pizza having garlic and I also tried the spaghetti and meatballs no garlic. Wheres the garlic? Doesnt garlic go in Italian food especially and iacanos recipe. Oh well well try Kenny road next I guess.

2022-01-08We have ALL of our birthday parties here. They have NEVER let us down. The staff is absolutely amazing and so is the food. The pizza is fabulous with a wonderful crust and the food is fresh all the way to the noodles. Just cannot say enough good about them. If you try them you won’t be disappointed.

2022-04-26Staff here is amazing! My husband loves the pizza and subs. Most of the time the food is great, but sometimes, you get a pizza with almost no cheese (last week). And then the next time its great, so we never say anything lol.

2021-01-30The pizza crust was like lavash. No chew and very flaky, but like water cracker flaky, not crispy. Toppings were decent. The fried mushrooms were just fried out of a bag. Nothing special, and a little too breaded for my liking, Im a much bigger fan of battered mushrooms. I wouldnt go back if it was my choice, but would give the entree portion of the menu a shot if someone wanted to meet there before going to the zoo.
