10/10 i do not recommend. They are terrible at communicating. They also sold me a lemon. Within 1 year of getting a “ certified preowned“ car from these low life the car broke down 4 times. Within a month the car needed a battery. They did not replace it. Please do not buy from here. Safe your money and your time and buy from anybody else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT
I gave it a 3 because if I paid for a title even if it’s delay in the mail I should be entitled to a copy. Not only that my business was a priority why is your customer service not a priority. No one return my calls. Long story short I had to pay extra money for a title which I should get free and plates. But the people in the office were nice. I just was highly disappointed no one called me back after leaving voicemail and being civilized anyways I got my hard plates they stated they offered a warranty wasn’t willing to fix check engine light on after 25 days. Two Tires on the car all in matter of 45 days but don’t bother calling they send you to a empty desk voicemail
I am highly disappointed with my purchase but it’s my own fault. I test drove the car it had no gas…that means we couldn’t drive far. When I drove home which was over 40 miles away I hurt a knocking noise on the front end. I called immediately to that issue and also my radio was not working properly. Evan claimed would fix it on that following Tuesday. I get all the way they said had no clue about what I was talking about. When I did speak to CJ he said that they would check out front end issues when my radio came. Drove all the way back weeks later…then they claim nothing is wrong which in fact it is!!! I’ve only the car since March of this. I went to check my oil and it’s at 16% I would never refer anyone to them they are just as trifling as small dealers!!! I’m also reporting them to BBB
I recently brought a SUV from here Nick Hill was my associate. Great job, Great Guy! When you think of car salesmen you normally think of a slimy character; NOT NICK...A Gentleman, easy going and honest. Ask for Nick if you looking for an honest, hard- working salesman!
Do not go here! These guys are liars and crooks! I found a car on THEIR website with a payment I liked for a lease. When I went to the dealership to finalize a deal, they changed the markup and added $5,000 to the price which somehow changed the payment an extra $125/ month as well. Oddly enough, I had gone to a different dealership who offered me two models up from this one for LESS money! When I asked how he came to these numbers he fumbled through an excuse and said they had to add taxes and fees and how he still has to pay the bills. Worst car dealer Ive ever dealt with!
After leaving a negative review about my experience at this dealership, I was actually contacted by a manager stating that a customer specialist would be contacting me regarding my experience. After a few days of not hearing anything I emailed him back and was told that she was out of the office for 2 days but would be back on Monday. Thursday comes and goes and I email him again saying that she has still not contacted me. He emails back saying that she was busy but that she would get ahold of me in the next day or two. 3 times I asked if she would be contacting me and I was told that she would. Well, she still hasnt. It is to be noted that the truck I looked at which had the flat tire did NOT have the proper rims on for that vehicle. They looked flashy but did NOT match the specifications for this truck. Buyers beware!
I want to start off by saying this is the first review I have ever left on any platform for that matter. I am in the market for a new SUV and am having trouble finding one since I have to stay with in a budget. I have searched for a couple weeks looking out of state for a new vehicle that will fit our family’s needs. I found one late on Friday and contacted the dealer Saturday morning first thing. I asked multiple times since I’m from out of state if I needed to put down a deposit to secure the vehicle while we work out the deal since there was a trade in involved. Each time I was told no. Next I asked about the price since the verbal price was about 3,500 more than the price listed on the website. I was told since I live in Michigan there is an addendum added to the vehicle. When I questioned this I was told it was due to the fact I would not be completing any service work at the location, a way for them to profit from the vehicle sale. I was not asking for anything special just to pay the full price listed on there web site and not to be taken advantage of, obviously running a morally sound business isn’t mentioned in there code mission Statement. I told the salesman I wanted to proceed with the deal and I would get him multiple pictures of my trade in later in the day, I asked if this would be a problem and was told no. I sent the picture at 3pm after rushing to get the vehicle ready for pictures. I asked if they needed anything else then was told he would let me know. At this point I was expecting a deal to review. I was hoping that my trade would apprase high enough to Counter the price gouging practices I was informed of. I texted again at almost closing time and was told the car had been sold at 11:15 in the morning. I had first talked to them at 8:30 in the morning. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of since I live in another state. There price gouging practices of adding to there adversed price simply because you live on the others side of a state line is Unethical and speaks to the character of this dealership. Hyundai is a very nice product and should have deals that share the same level of integrity. To who ever is reading this review I strong urge you to look to more reparable dealer for your purchase.
Coming from an hour and a half away I contacted above dealership to see if they had a little wiggle room on a vehicle. After stating that it was priced 2k below carfax.com (but 2k above kbb.com as I pointed out) I was told that if i showed up, we would talk. I set up an appointment for the next day. Waited 20 minutes for the truck to be brought around. Left rear tire was nearly flat and the vehicle still had dried wax on it. The sales lady assured me that she had a vehicle like this one and that her tire goes flat once in awhile and that there was nothing at all wrong with the tire. This is when I pointed out that if the tire keeps going flat, there IS something wrong with it because if tires work properly as they should, they shouldnt go flat in the first place. I was met with silence. Test drove it and long story short...not an inch of wiggle room. So now they have wasted 1/2 of my day, 1/2 of my friends day who had to take off work to drive me there. Then I was told there were other buyers interested and literally 10 minutes after I left I get a text saying it sold. Dont give in to these gimmicks because as EVERYONE knows...you just dont walk in a dealership and walk out 10 minutes later with a vehicle. It takes time. Would not recommend at all.
Very dissatisfied with the service department. My Husband took his Sante Fe for a warranty repair. It was not fixed the first time so we had to bring it back, an 1hr and 20 minute round trip and being down a vehicle for several days. After we got it back home we discovered a pretty serious issue with the 2nd repair that we fixed elsewhere as we did NOT want the hassle of taking it back to this service shop. Between my Husband and I we have owned SIX Hyundai vehicles. At this point my Husband is determined to never lease/purchase one ever again. I called and left a message to speak with the service manager Lindsey over 2 weeks ago. She never called me back. I waited 2 full weeks to write this review, hoping I was somewhere on her list to get back to. Guess Not.
BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER BEEN TO FOR LEASING A CAR!!!! Sat at this place from 1pm until 8:30pm walked out with a car and turned around they took it from me for a mess up on their behalf! Got everything figured out 2 days later as the manager told me I could get my car back and that NEVER happened! Also Everyone here is absolutely rude as hell!! Highly do not recommend this place! None of them are on the same page and youll be told something different by every single person in there! TRASH!
Great variety in new and used, altho availability is always up to the market (and right now youre lucky if you get something you want on your first visit) Staff are straightforward and dont BS you around price or options. They will try to upsell you as any dealer would, but after a first try, they focus on your needs to get you a great deal. Our sales rep was awesome and had us in and out the door with a happy closed deal in under 2 hours. And ofcourse the quality of vehicles are great. The after sales service is amazing as well. (And if youre not happy, then youre still in the right place with so many other dealers literally 2 mins walk away.) Great dealership hands down. Will visit again in the future.
My original review is below for reference...After leaving a review they reached out and wanted to make the situation right, its been 5 weeks of calling weekly to get an update on my floor mats (that they removed during service). Many voicemails left and multiple times being told someone would call back, i was finally able to get in touch with the GM Bill who assured me they would get the mats ordered- that was 3 weeks ago and after telling me multiple times they were to arrive soon he tells me today that they ordered the wrong set. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT.Arguably the worst business I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I bought a vehicle in December, The SUV had to be taken to be detailed and run through service procedures at which time they removed the floor mats and they were lost along the way. Not only did the vehicle take two extra days to receive when I was promised a specific time and date, but i’ve called the dealership 15 times since December- i’ve left the GM 3 separate messages as well as other sales workers have taken messages from me. The one time i got the GM on the phone he said he would resolve the issue and call me back in 15 minutes.... it’s been a month and he’s never called. What a poorly run business, i’d advise everyone to do yourself a favor and walk across the street to Toyota and do business with them and save yourself the trouble.
The worst experience Ive ever had when leasing a car. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They messed up the taxes on the car I leased and then I still havent received my account number or any follow up from them about the issue. I leased this car 12/28/2021....its 2/18/2022 now. Ive called multiple times and no one has answered at all I go straight to the voicemail of the finance department. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!
I love Hyundai, but hate dealing with HOB. The service center customer service is poor. They patronize and talk down to you. I experienced this 8yrs ago with my Santa Fe and most recently with my Veloster. Their location is convenient, however, I am going to drive across town to either Ganley or Spitzer where I will be treated as a person instead of another vehicle on a humdrum workday.
Unethical Business model is what they seem to have going on. I spoke to a sales rep on the phone and received an emailed price for a vehicle. When I went in to get everything put together they came back with a 10k increase to what they quoted me. When I asked why the difference in price I was told Cause we can. They are correct, they can. My issue is be upfront about it. I would have understood that. Dont waste my time and money coming into your dealership to have the bait and switched pulled. Be up front and I get it. I would never do that to someone. Buyer beware when dealing with them
Made an appointment on Saturday 11/20/21 at dealership based on a flyer that was mailed to my home for a trade in deal. Our salesman and the Sales Manager said they knew nothing about the flyer even though after the fact I found that same Sales Managers’ name was on the flyer.I was not happy about this, but I proceeded to discuss the option of making a trade in deal on another vehicle I had. The opportunity was received positively, and we decided to discuss the cost and monthly payment options once the bank opened to confirm the payoff amount.On Monday we discussed via text and then verbally agreed on a monthly payment and was told to come in ASAP in order to finalize the deal. Once arrived the monthly payment amount was higher. The General Manager said they forgot the taxes on the previously agreed payment, after a short back and forth agreed on another price higher than the previous amount but lower than his first price change. I was not happy about this process either but agreed to move forward with trading a leased vehicle for a purchased new vehicle.A week later we received a phone call to bring in spare key for traded in vehicle since it already been sold by the dealer.Three weeks after the initial deal I noticed my traded in vehicle was still in my name with the previous bank, and the bank was expecting a payment from me next week for a vehicle I no longer owned, and the dealership had already sold at least two weeks ago.At this time the General Manager told me there was in error in the amount they mailed to the bank to close the deal and they, the dealership had not paid off the vehicle yet. I stated this was not my problem and the dealership needs to make my payment to the bank that is due or expedite their payoff of the vehicle in order that my credit is not damaged by a late payment. The General Manager said that if was concerned about my credit that I should make the payment and the bank would reimburse me once the payoff check was taken care of. This was unacceptable to me. The General Manager was aware of this problem and did nothing about it. I found out about it because I called him, and he casually suggested that I make a payment on a vehicle that I no longer owned. I stated to him that he needs to forward me a check for the payment, and I will reimburse the dealer once everything was taken care of since it was the dealerships error. This back and forth went on for two more weeks, including the General Manager lying about when the accurate pay off check was finally mailed to the bank.This entire process was frustrating and in my opinion illegal. The General Manager was totally unprofessional and incompetent. The dealership did not mail the correct check to the bank until three and half weeks after the sale, the bank did not process the payoff check until five weeks after the sale.There were many errors and misleading even possibly illegal steps made in this process all of which could have been taken care of if customer service a minimum priority!
HORRIBLE!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would! I’ve held off on posting a negative review, hoping they would make things right, I had every intention of posting a positive review. We purchased our vehicle December 19, 2018 and within 24 hrs of leaving the lot (December 20, 2018), the check engine light comes on. We contact the dealership (the salesperson Bobby) and they agree to fix it (along with a tire that keeps losing pressure). We also asked Bobby for a copy of the Carfax, which he said he would give to us, “no problem”. Since it was within 72 hours of purchasing the vehicle, I mentioned we should just return it and go somewhere else; however, they “PROMISED they would make it right”! Hindsight is 20/20, I should’ve NEVER believed them!!! They stated it would take a day or two, but after several days, they said they needed more time, they agreed to pay for a rental car after going back & forth with them. We picked the car up, check engine light was off (just long enough to pass the e-check), but the tire was never addressed/ still losing pressure & no Carfax. We were more concerned about the engine, so we didn’t push the tire issue. A few weeks later the check engine light came BACK on, again, we contacted the dealership to set up service, but a few days before our appointment, the light goes off on its own. So, we contact them to tell them the light went off and we were told “No problem, let us know if it comes back on”. Now a month later, the check engine light comes BACK ON, with the SAME code as the first & second occurrence! After calling the dealership for a week, leaving emails, etc… we finally get through. This time, we get a totally different tone… we basically get the not my problem attitude from their service dept (Joy, Judy, Joan, I don’t remember her name, but absolutely unpleasant)... they state they are going to charge $109 for a diagnostic fee implying the code is unrelated (even though it is the EXACT same code P0440). Since we’ve purchased this car, the check engine light has come on every month since December, like clockwork. We are clearly beyond the 72 hours of purchase and stuck with a vehicle that has a check engine light on, potentially had known issues prior to us purchasing, a dealership that will not take responsibility, a tire that continually loses pressure, no Carfax report after promised, and rude associates. We originally came to Hyundai of Bedford because of the positive reviews, we were looking for a reputable dealership after having a terrible experience at the last dealership we went to prior to Hyundai. Do not believe the good reviews! They have competitions among staff to get good reviews. At our first visit, we were told to leave a positive review, so our sales associate could have off Christmas Eve. All I want is the vehicle that we thought we purchased, which did NOT have a check engine light on at the time of purchase.
I purchased my first vehicle from this location. It is my only experience purchasing an automobile, so my experience is lacking. How does this compare to other dealerships? Im not sure, but this is my experience:Walked through the front door, immediately greeted. I was paired with a dealer in a few minutes. I walked out three hours later with a brand new Elantra. Everyone was friendly and chatty. The atmosphere was lively and positive. I overheard some coworkers chatting and laughing. It certainly seems a happy place. I noticed this from my dealer, too. I was buying a car, but the interaction seemed very informal. Its as if I was visiting some friends. My dealer even followed up a month after to see if I was still happy with my car.Taking my vehicle in to service produced the same experience. Very relaxed and chill environment.I can understand perhaps some people would like a very serious and formal environment when purchasing a car, as it obviously is a very large purchase for the average person, usually only being outclassed by a real estate purchase.But, if what I described to you sounds attractive, and you like the offerings of Hyundai, then I would say it is a very safe bet to get that car from here.
Everything about my experience was amazing! From having my car totaled and purse stolen days apart, I definitely needed a light at the end of the tunnel and Paul was just that! I told him I was interested in something brand new and he made sure I drove off in it. The process with him was easy and fast. Everyone I came in contact with was amazing and you can tell they all love what they do, it shows in how they treat their customers, old and new!
Location mailed me a service sale flyer, so I called last Wednesday to set appointment for 5/31. When scheduling the appointment they said they had no record of me ever being there and needed all my contact ph.# and details(I did buy my car there😟 2yrs ago and had it serviced at least 4 times at location). A few days later I called them again to inform them of other problems with the car. They took down details and said see you Friday@ 9:30. I arrive promptly Friday and they tell me they have no appointment for me! WHAT?!?! I told them I called the ph# on the sales flyer they mailed to me to schedule the appointment and even called days later to add other problems with the car. (See photo). I was told the 800 number I called must have been to another dealership. They told me they would look at car but service will take longer since I have no appointment. I forgot the flyer at home so I couldnt show them the ph.# I had made the appointment, but would bring it when I pick up my car. Also, I was informed that they would not honor the coupon and service unless I provided it at. Its just like shopping at Giant Eagle. When I got home I found the sale flyer and coupon, so I look at the phone number and the website ph.# for the service dept. and they are the same! WOW! I thought maybe I did set appointment for another location, but I was right all along. I immediately called the service dept to tell them what services were listed on the coupon (see photo). I was informed that the car wash could not be done because they are in a new building and it had not been finished yet, but they would do the other services. They call me around 5pm to let me know I could pick up my car. I grab the sale flyer to take in for discount. They applied the discount and I am off. When leaving the dealership, I see a line of cars being driven through the automated car wash....smh.(see photo). Unfortunately, one repair could not be done and I have to go back once the part comes in.😱 Once my car is fixed, I am quite sure I will drive extra miles to another dealership for service and when I purchase my next vehicle guess where I wont be going.
Giving this place a 2 star in hopes that I miss understood the sales person that I spoke with. I stopped in to see a vehicle that was on their website. When I got there, I asked to see the vehicle. The sales person told me it was on a different lot and generally they dont pull the cars around unless we have figures and numbers ironed out first. I assume 3 scenarios, the salesperson wanted to close the deal before showing the car? The salesperson was too lazy and/or thought he was wasting his time by bringing the car around (maybe thought I couldnt afford it)? Or this indeed is the dealership policy. Anyhow, I find this to be extremely poor customer service hey im gunna need an agreement to buy before i take the time to bring the car around. If i wanted to buy sight unseen, id go find the vehicle on carvana..ill pass. Thank you
They will sell you a piece of junk and not bat an eye. Customer service consists of rude unhappy employees. I traded in my Jeep Wrangler in perfect condition and got a Ford Explorer that is riddle with issues that they covered up or didn’t do an inspection on. I’m a mom of three kids and they were ok with sending me down the road with all kinds of problems in the tires and bearings. I’ve had the vehicle since august and I’ve only put 3k mikes on it and it clanks and squeals so bad that you can hear me coming down the road. These people are straight crooks.
I have worked in sales for a long time. I really appreciated the professionalism Vince showed. He was everything you hope to have for a car salesman but rarely get. He was true to his word, couldnt be any more friendly, will bend over backwards for you, and he was a genuine person to work with. Ive been looking for the right price on a Jeep for over a year. I was able to get this vehicle for an AMAZING price. I drove over 30 hours just to get this vehicle, and it was worth every minute to work with Vince and his team.I have been burned so many times by different dealerships. Vince and Hyundai of Bedford has restored faith that there are honest people in the car sales industry.
This may be a little long but please hear me out. I was attempting to purchase a Porsche 911 from them and I was an out of state buyer. I was roughly 5 hours away from the dealership but making the drive was not a problem because it was the car that I really wanted. Against my best judgement I decided to go through there approval process which was massively disappointing. Not only did they shotgun my credit to several banks after I asked them not to but they blatantly lied to me by saying I was approved by only one bank for the loan. Since this happened I have received 4 letters from banks saying that I was approved for the purchase at a rate and term that was more than palatable for me. Now here is where it gets funny. The day after this happened they increased the price of the car for some odd reason and then miraculously it was sold. The salesperson was a horrible communicator and I almost had to beg her for adequate follow up. This is unacceptable! I was fully prepared to purchase the car but since they figured that they could make a bit more money off of someone else they decided to take the better offer. This is actually fine in my opinion however you don’t have to lie about it and waste my time. If there was a way of giving zero stars that is exactly what I would give them.
I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a used Honda on 7/31, cancelled my warranty the next week on 8/6, didnt hear back for weeks, the warranty company never knew I cancelled it. I went back 9/29 and found out that the lady used the old cancellation forms. Tried to cancel it again. Nobody will call me back, and they owe my bank (not even me!) $3650 still on 12/11, nearly 6 months later.When I went up there to cancel it the first time, the lady was on Facetime with her son the entire time I was talking to her, and she kept getting interrupted by him. She was incredibly rude, beyond the normal pushiness of car sales people. She told me the finance manager was new and didnt have an email or a phone line, which is baffling to me.They were also to replace the cracked tail light on the car, as agreed when I purchased the car. They said theyd let me know when the part came in. I waited a month, thinking that was plenty of time. Turns out they never told the service dept about the work done! So I scheduled a day the following week to get it done, all seems well. I get home - the tail light doesnt work at all!! I have to go back up there and have them fix it - AGAIN.I wish I could just be done with this company, but I need my refund check sent to my bank that I am legally entitled to. I filed a complaint with the BBB and besides going up there every single day until they send the check, I dont know what else to do. Worst place I have ever been. The car is nice, but this experience has made it hard to enjoy, which should not happen for such an important, expensive purchase. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there, so dont be like me, 5 months later still waiting for my money.
We just took delivery of Kona for my daughter and Id like to give a big thanks to Billy our sales person and Ron our finance manager for all their work to make her birthday a very special one. Billy was very personable and professional and went above and beyond. So, big thanks to the entire staff at Hyundai of Bedford!
I was served in a timely manner once arrived. I received an oil change and everything was serviced within an hour. When my oil change was finished I was given a list of maintenance dues that are needed for my car soon, the cost and when is the best time to get them done. I was even given a special deal for my tires in October to save money. They gave me a free car wash. It was great!
Chuck was great! He listened to my needs and found me exactly what I was looking for. I also received a fair value for my trade-in vehicle. Drew found me a better financing rate than what I had been pre-approved for at my bank and made sure I understood the terms of my loan and warranty.
My service guy Orlando had outstanding service qualities, very professional friendly. It was a difficult time for me when my truck needed serious repairs, because my mother was also very sick in the hospital. He was understanding and worked with my crazy schedule and still managed to service my truck in a timely fashion. Unfortunately my mother passed away, but now Im back driving my truck and it works like new, my truck was just one less thing I had to worry about in a time of grief. So if you go to Hyundai of Bedford make sure you ask for Orlando. :) Thanks again Orlando!
Hyundai of Bedford had in inventory the vehicle we were looking for. Sales representative, Evan, was very polite and helped us through the whole leasing process. He also assisted my wife with the technology setup in her phone. Kudos to him and to the finance manager! Vehicle was immaculate and tank full of gas! Great experience at Hyundai of Bedford.
Only if I could give zero stars! Worst experience ever bad customer service and all the representatives and managers do is lie!! They have no communication skills whatsoever. Only had my vehicle for 30days and I’ve been back and fourth up there more than I can count. This was my first time buying from a big car lot such as this one and it’s sad to say I wouldn’t dare conduct business with them ever let alone recommend them to anyone. Do not go here!
I could write a book about how much of a nightmare my experience purchasing a car from here has been but I’ll try to keep it brief.I am from out of state. I started the process of purchasing a car from here in early September. I knew what vehicle I wanted, my credit was approved instantly, I had no trade ins and a great down payment. The process of purchasing the vehicle should have taken days but instead took weeks for no particular reason that I am aware of. Additionally:- I was promised a delivery price to my home state and was mislead about the process so the delivery cost more than originally stated.- I was promised an extra key and a full tank of gas by the salesperson and neither was delivered.- In a nutshell, the salesperson was not aware of how taxes from out of state are handled despite claiming he did so I have been waiting on a sales tax check that I have yet to receive.Now it is mid October. My temporary tags are about to expire but I can’t go to the DMV because they haven’t cut me a check for my sales taxes. The salesperson has not been responsive. I have spoken with multiple people and I can’t get anyone to help me.I’m a new mom and was genuinely excited to buy my very first “mom car”. This whole process has been nothing short of a nightmare and I just want it to be over. Thanks for ruining it for me. 👍🏻
I purchased my vehicle from them a little over a year ago. Ive had several maintenance issues that has occurred since purchasing the vehicle. However everytime I reached out to them they were very rude, not concerned. However just last month I had my vehicle serviced with them I made anappointment that was scheduled a week later. I contacted them the day of my appointment 4 hrs prior to my appointment and informed them I would have my vehicle towed to the location for my appointment. I provided all the necessary information, the problem with my vehicle my contact information and cellphone number. When I was contacted that my vehicle had been successfully dropped off I reached out again to inform them. When I called the next day to get an update. I was informed that no one had knowledge of my vehicle being dropped off. Okay, this is were I became very concerned. Needless to say they located my vehicle and informed me someone would look at it possibly the next day. Another disappointment. Why would my vehicle not be looked at today considering I provided them with the notification not once but twice. After day 4 I received a call with the issues and was informed that I would now have to wait for approval from the warranty company. Once the warranty company provided approval the same day! My vehicle remained not repaired for 12 additional days. Nobody reached out with updates and when I reached out I received Minimal information followed with a lack concern. I wouldnt recommend this location to my worse enemy. Their inability to effectively provide communication as well as the lack of concern with having someones vehicle for a lengthy period of time is horrible. I would strongly recommend the many other dealership on rockside but not Hyundai of Bedford..
Very friendly and welcoming. Megin DiVincenzo quickly processed my work order and brought my vehicle in from the lot. I asked about additional work and received details and pricing. The waiting area was nice with free Wi-Fi and hot drinks. The work was finished within the original time estimate. Megin came in several times to give progress reports. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car repair shop.
Found a car I wanted, didnt haggle on price, had already secured an outside loan from BoA, went inside to purchase the car. This place refuses to take any outside financing, couldnt match my rate, and wouldnt give any price concession to offset the added total to me. They also tried to downplay the added cost to me while giving me a sob story about needing to keep the lights on. Interesting play to try to make the consumer feel bad for the poor car dealership.
Stephen in sales did an excellent job of presenting the vehicle and discussing its features, details of warranty, etc. He also did a great job of handling minor issues which inevitably arise during the course of the sale and purchase. Max addressed an issue very well. Drew did a great job in finance and Bob (GM) was helpful with Genesis Connected Services.
I was nervous about purchasing my first dealership vehicle but as soon as I got her my whole vibe changed with how great everyone’s personality and customer service was. I wasn’t sure if I’d qualified to even get a car but they made it happened. I not only got a new car but I was able to get the exact one I wanted and still was able to stay in my price range. Once I got the car they showed me how everything worked and went over everything well enough for me (someone that’s never done this before) to understand what I was doing. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. I’m very happy I chose Hyundai of Bedford to start my big journey with.
I had a great experience at Hyundai of Bedford. Paul Higgins was my sales associate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory at Hyundai of Bedford. He wanted to put me into the best and safest vehicle for my family. He knew what I would like and all the bells and whistles I wanted. We test drove several of his and my choices. We settled on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson which I love. I could not have had a better experience at a dealership. In fact this was my best experience. I recommend Hyundai of Bedford and Paul Higgins if you are looking for a new or used car.
Stephen was great to work with. We also worked with Joe who is new to the dealership. He did a good job too. Everything was easy and we got the car we wanted at the price we were looking for. It felt like I was given a no nonsense approach. I wasn’t being offered a bunch of things I didn’t need. The salesman got straight to the point. I truly appreciate that because I don’t have time for the sales gimmicks. I want to your sister company Kia first. It felt like we were being pressure to do some thing we did not want to do. Very nice people but I don’t care for the approach. Definitely like the experience we received.
From the first step of walking in the door, I was greeted and acknowledged. Purchasing a vehicle can be a very challenging and stressful experience. Not at Hyundai of Bedford!! The entire experience was phenomenal, and such a smooth process. Working with Doug step by step, he made sure that I was taken care of the entire experience. Irina who was extremely kindhearted, patient and thorough. If you havent met Wesley, make sure that you do! He is very professional, genuine and passionate about what he does. He will make sure that you leave out with the vehicle that you desired!! Evan is definitely your go to guy for any questions when it comes to operating your new vehicle. On Saturday Aug 14, 2021 my husband and myself met with Lorenzo to buy a car at Hyundai of Bedford. When we asked questions about the vehicle Lorenzo stated that he does not know the answer and that we should look the answer up online. While we were sitting in a vehicle another salesperson, who looked very irritated, opened the door (with us sitting inside) to show another customer the vehicle and asked when we would be done. Eventually, my husband and I wanted to drive it to see how he fit considering my husband is very tall. When we told him we were ready to test drive, the salesperson (Lorenzo) stated that before we test drive the vehicle that we need to understand that he works on commission and unless we are planning to buy this specific car today he doesnt want to put the hard work and effort into taking us for a test drive when he could be focusing his attention on someone he knows for sure is buying a car today. I then asked Lorenzo if it was him buying a new car what would he do. He stated he would know what he wanted before he came to the dealership and then just buy it. At this point we got out of the vehicle and left the dealership. I have called several times to speak with a sales manager and have either been put on hold for over 30mins or hung up on. I would just like to let Lorenzo know that we did buy a car that same day (8/14/21) at Jay GMC and the salesperson , Jimmy, who was knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered all our questions and allowed us to test drive 2 different vehicles received his commission from our purchase on that same day. My final thought is that if you are looking for a Hyundai....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Purchased my car on 7/31, came in with my own financing approval and was told I couldnt use my own financing or they would add an additional $2,000 to the price of my car. The salesman Evan told me they could get me the same interest rate as my bank so I allowed them to finance me for the sake of saving that $2,000. Well, he told me my APR was 3.9%, I asked multiple times to see a buyers agreement he continued to disregard me. In financing I happened to notice as the person in finance was scrolling through my info on the computer that the apr was actually 5%. So I was lied to about that. Then I find out they added GAP and an Extended warranty that WAS NEVER DISCUSSED WITH ME OR ASKED IF I WANTED IT ADDED TO MY LOAN. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for several weeks now to get refunded the additional services that I never agreed to and no one answers my calls and I have contacted my sale person Evan numerous times and now he is just ignoring me. So I am posting this review publicly and maybe I will get a response. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
If I could rate -0 stars, I honestly would. My experience at this establishment was absolutely horrible. I went in to get my car checked due to it randomly shutting off while driving. Which is obviously not safe. I took it in, they checked it, told me it was an Oxygen Pump issue. I was happy they found the issue, paid $350 & left the car for overnight service. I come in the next day, get my keys and take my car & before I could even make it back home (20 minutes away), the car dies on me again. I immediately went back to the dealership. They apologized and decided to take another look. Turns out they werent properly staffed and had the wrong code reading the day before. The Oxygen Pump issue turned into a Internal Transmission issue. Which is absolutely absurd. It seems to me they just picked a random problem, said they would fix it, let me leave KNOWING I would come back. My $350 issue now turned into a $3,000 issue. The Service Manager Lindsay Ghedotte was not understanding at all & continued to push me to get the transmission fixed. Also while shes telling me to fix it, her employee, Samuel Yui, told me that he can get his friend to buy my car for $800. It honestly showed me just how money hungry they are. Theyre not caring people at all. All I wanted was to get my car fixed. I didnt want to have to hassle with anyone or be taken advantage of. Once I got into my car to leave, my check engine light was on even though when I got there it wasnt!!! It makes no sense. Not only did I waste my time but now im back at square one with a dying car. Definitely do not give an business to this establishment. The worst customer service experience of my life.
This place has horrible customer service in whole. I purchased a vehicle from them over a year ago and gave them “specific” instructions on what not to do (in regards to running my credit in exchange for trying to get a lower interest rate) and they did what they wanted to do anyhow without any regards to me “Customer”!! I was in the process of buying a home and now because of their negligence and lack of consideration (in regards to the multiple inquiries 7 to be exact) that they have placed on my credit report (all in essence of making a sale vs doing as I asked them to do)!! I’ve reached out to them over 20 times within the last 2 weeks in attempt to get them to right to their wrong and get to this day I still haven’t received not one call back from their manager nor their finance department therefore I’m pretty much stuck footing the bill to have my credit repaired until I file a civil complaint to seek full reimbursement and punitive compensation for the inconvenience this has caused me!! If you do business with them, make sure you utilize due diligence and check your credit report within its entirety before you leave and after for months to come as for “they truly can care less about anything other than selling you a vehicle (especially if your a out of town buyer!!
After owning it for 2 years, I realized I got ripped off. I just paid off this sonata thinking I paid $26K but it was $30K bc they decreased my trade in Toyota solora covnertible from $4K estimated to $1.8K with 0% interest. So they will say the interest rate is only 0% but in return, they decreased my trade in value.At the end of the day, I’m not too upset bc through this, I learned how to purchase a vehicle. We all go through a learning curve.My advice is if you are going to purchase a car, pay in cash so that the dealer has no leverage to play with other variables.
The salesman and the car are the only reasons for even one star, because working with this dealership is horrendous!! It has been a nightmare trying to get them to pay off the car we traded in going on 3 months ago 😡!!At the end of May, we traded in our car for a new one. The dealership has not paid for the trade in car or even notified our bank!! We have had to make 2 payments on a car we don’t even own anymore + pay for our new car!We have called the finance department and left numerous messages - not one return call! We even called the managers multiple times - still no payoff. He said, “I didn’t work here when it happened “ - what?!?We have now filed a complicated with the Better Business Bureau for help. Save yourself the nightmare! We won’t be sending anyone to this dealership.
I feel customer service wasnt good and they need to work on communication amongst staff. Sale rep was working on his off day to assist us for the second day in a row just to tell us to come back because we were getting the vehicle just for another rep to sell it during test drive.
I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of Bedford back in January of 2020. I have since paid off the vehicle and have been trying to get my money that is owed to me since July of 2020. It is March of 2021 and I am still owed $2,700. I have been into the office about 4 times to speak with the finance department and they basically have no answers for me. I have been more than patient and I have even emailed and let messages. I do not get call backs and my emails do not get replied to. At this point I do not know what options I have besides posting my experience with you guys on social media or writing some type of review. My sales person William Joherl was awesome, but other than that my experience with Hyundai of Bedford has been a nightmare. I am sending this message as a last effort to get this situation resolved. Soon I will have no choice but to formally complain on your social media platforms. Lets please get this situation resolved so we can go out separate ways. Hopefully the rest of your customers do not have the same experience Ive had and this is just a one time situation. As I stated before, I have been patient, respectful, and have done everything that I have been asked to do to get my money back but nobody their has even cared enough to let me know what is going on. Hopefully someone will read this and have the decency to at least respond.
Spoke to 3 people over 2 days about driving to see a vehicle. It’s a 45 minutes drive from me so I verify the vehicle is available 2 hours in advance. I’m told there’s some minor body repair that needs done but it’s available. Not sure why I’m just hearing about it, but ok. There’s a small dent or something, right? No biggy.Nope. Get there and immediately see it pull in after I do. Huge scrape(half the front bumper) on the front end and a broken rear bumper plus a RUSTED dent on the back end. It’s obviously been damaged for a while based on the rust.When I try to thank the salesperson for her time and turn down her offer to test drive the vehicle, she gets immediately argumentative and refuses to take the keys out of my hand. Actively stepping away from me and forcing me to follow her inside to leave the keys.SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, misleading about the vehicle, extremely not ok.
I had no intention of buying a car when I went looking. Adam came out to helped us and was never pushy or overbearing. He was extremely helpful and very personable! Alec the finance manager went above and beyond to get me into my new car. They also worked under a time crunch. This is the 4th car that I have purchased from the dealership. I have shopped around at other dealers and always end up here. I can not recommend Adam and Alec more. Trust me I know exactly what I do and do not want and they made it happen. Thanks for everything you did, and I can not wait to bring my mom to get a new car!
They were so great and helped us out so much, they spent hours finding a plan for my fiancé and I. I was in so much negative equity and they turned everything around for us! Kara was very very helpful and worked hard for us. Michael was very nice and showed us our cars, he didn’t give up trying to get us out of the mess. Alec worked with me and was wonderful! He’s hilarious and made sure we understood the deal and coverages etc. I am 100% thankful we went to them and had this great experience. I will forever be a customer with them, once again thank you hyundai of Bedford!! Alec even went out of his way to see if we could get our contract from the dealership that screwed us, I couldn’t thank him enough for how helpful he was!
Very very dishonest establishment! Do not, will not honor price written down by salesperson. Added on extra warranties without our knowledge. When questioned, everyone passes the buck or suddenly has no memory of such things, or says not their department. WE WILL NEVERGIVE THEM BUSINESSAGAIN!!!.
I took my new 2022 Tucson to Hyundai because I started smell something burning. And the horn stopped working and was told it would take 3 days before they could run a diagnostic on the vehicle and no loaner vehicle available. My vehicle has less than 6000 miles on it no consideration for the fact that there shouldnt be any thing burning.
Excellent! Michael and Nick were the best dealers I have ever worked with. They were patient, helpful and super knowledgeable.I had a 4:30 meeting, and Michael was waiting for me in the parking lot when I pulled in. After test driving and paperwork, the whole experience took about 3 hours. They were so patient, never rushing me out or to make a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. I ended up leasing a new vehicle and couldn’t be happier.Also- this is the CLEANEST dealership I have ever been to. Every surface was spotless. You could tell they take great care of their space.I will buy all my cars here forever!!
We went there not expecting much in the way of personal help. We found, to our surprise, very hard working personable Cara! She was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. She didnt rush us as we debated between the Santa Fe, Tucson and unexpectedly changed to the Sonata. While we know she wanted to make a sale, she never got impatient with us. We were treated nicely by everyone even though it was very busy while we were there. She made a sometimes unpleasant, stressful, time an enjoyable welcoming experience. We thank you all and especially Cara!
Be extremely careful of this dealership and any in the Bedford auto mall. Chuck is a deceptive salesman. After telling Chuck several times not to run my credit he decided to check it anyways. After confronting the dealership about this Chuck and Max (manager of some kind) seemed very dismissive. I have filed with the credit bureaus because they would not acknowledge their mistake. The car I test drove was brand new with 10ish miles and was filthy. My wife and I got into a car with mud covering the floor mats, dust and dirt on the door panels and dash.
Unparalleled customer service. I leased my second Hyundai from them and just took it in for my first service oil change and a minor recall.They were very thorough. They messaged me 4 times AFTER making the initial phone appointment to make sure to keep me on track. Their time estimate was accurate and everyone was very helpful and communicative.
The dealership has not returned my calls or emails regarding a refund of money Im entitled to on my gap insurance after paying off the vehicle. I have called and been put on hold for hours, been promised call backs that never came and emails unresponded to over the course of two months now. I even contacted the better business bureau to file a complaint and theyre not responding to them either. Shady auto dealership trying to steal customers money. Do not buy from them.
Wow, the wife and I were just looking at cars, so we went into Hyundai to see if theres something she might like. We met Kent, Like Clark Kent and like turned into numbers flying. In a time where cars are not being produced as normal my wife got a car that she actually likes, thanks to Kent. Give that man a raise. He is a good guy and sales person, it was an honor to meet him.
Later, the same day after the service appointment, I discovered that my crankcase protection is damaged and is about to fall. I havent had this before the service. And I assume it was damaged during the test lap the mechanics did before returning the vehicle (because there is no mentioning about this issue in service report for 30K miles I had on this day, that includes lifting the car to inspect items provided in the service program ) I get in touch with customer support and they promised to investigate the issue and call back. But nobody called back...I got an sms with satisfaction survey. Nobody answered this message as wellI do not recommend anyone such experience!
Vincent Leone is the man. Energy was fantastic, his tact was on point. He took and gave control like a true professional does during what would otherwise have been a tedious experience. Went from a 2006 Lincoln LS to a 2015 Infiniti Q50a like nobodys business. Frank in finance was honest and helpful. The manager made me a deal I couldnt refuse. 5 stars for flawless.
My daughter bought a vehicle from this dealership. She brought the vehicle in for service Tuesday after being told 2 weeks ago that she would have to pay $700 for them to remove the bumper to see why her instrument panel was not properly working.. found out from another repair shop that it’s electrical and that is covered by the warranty. She took the vehicle to this dealership they said bring it in Tuesday along with what the mechanic found. It’s Friday and the service department said they are still running diagnostics and they will call her Tuesday! This is so unacceptable. I am reporting this to the corporation because this is no way to handle this repair! The vehicle has less than 70,000 miles and it’s a 2019. Do not trust this service department! She hasn’t had a vehicle since Tuesday!
Friendly staff. Sense of humor too. Seems like they genuinely care for their customers. Actually took the time out to find the best deal at the budget given. Multiple test rides with no problem at all. Made us feel like we were family friends getting a hook up. Will forever remember the family Friendly experience given.
Kourtney was a true professional and pleasure to work with. From the second I arrived at the dealership lot she greeted me an my sister within a minute. She spent 2 hours with us that day and explained the whole process while presenting multiple options. After choosing to come back a few days later Kourtney again spent multiple hours with us while being attentive, knowledgeable and encouraging. Her sense of humor is amazing! She made the whole experience so smooth and gave us the best experience we’ve had at a dealership. I will be back as a client and will definitely send people to go see her!. Kourtney was able to show me both the GV70 and GV80 SUV’s. After settling on the GV80 Kourtney took the time to go over all the features of the car, showed me multiple options between financing and leasing. She made it happen!. The whole experience was smooth. The dealership staff was very friendly and helpful. I never felt like just another sale. Kourtney took the time to go over all the details and even helped me in getting quotes to possibly get cheaper insurance. She even sent me a personalized video to congratulate me on my new vehicle. That means something and no other dealership has ever done before. She’s a rockstar!.

I purchased/ leased a 2022 Tuscon from Hyundai of Bedford and had a very good experience. Very friendly salesperson we dealt made sure everything ran smooth during our transaction. The Tuscon is a very safe and reliable car and we are very happy with it. I would recommend Hyundai of Bedford to family and freinds.
At first everything was ok. But after the vehicle was leased my headlight went out. I was not really alarmed by that at first. So I drove home because it was dark . I was told to stop by the dealership after I got off the next day to have the headlight looked at. I sat in the shop for 30 minutes and I was told that some Led lights were needed but no worries. I was told the problem had been fixed. I drove off and about 10 into driving the headlights and brights started flashing on the dashboard. I got out of the car and noticed that the same light was still out. I took it back to the dealership and only 1 person apply. The salesman that sold me the car didn’t even apologize. I had to sit there like I was purchasing the car all over again

I came into test drive a car I saw online. Requested the salesperson I had spoke with on the phone who was not available. I was given to another individual who was perfectly fine from start to finish. I asked for the best deal on the vehicle explaining fully and truthfully other vehicles that I was looking at. I asked what his best deal was and told him I would be paying cash. He stepped away and came back with the same price they had online. I thanked him for his time and exited the building. Only to be immediately called back by the general manager Wesley. Who proceeded to get very defensive with me and tell me that I was wasting their time. What kind of general manager or salesperson for that matter would tell a potential customer that you are wasting their time because you did not agree with their price. I would never do business as long as this individual is still there. Hyundai of Bedford should consider who they have calling customers and their demeanor before they hire them.this has been the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership in my life.
The upgraded service station is pretty nice. I dont mind coming to this location now. I usually go out to Streetsboro where I bought my car.... Ive never bought a car here at this Beford Hyundai location, only received car service. I havent had any problems thus far.
Never in my years of owning/leasing cars have I been less valued by an entire dealership. When I bought my car last summer, I was charged for options that the salesman didnt know already came with the car and he only gave me one key. I spent months trying to get my money back for these options and retrieving the second key. Nobody at the dealership returns phone calls. Today, I sent my son into the dealership for a scheduled minor interior repair. After 3.5 hours, they hadnt touched the car and ended up not repairing the broken item with no explanation. When my wife called later to find out what was done (nothing), she was placed on hold for 30 minutes and nobody ever returned to the phone to explain what happened. Young salespeople sit around the dealership doing nothing all day. Everybody at this dealership is unresponsive and worthless. Never buy a car from them. I am stuck with my car and a dealership that doesnt care about its customers.
Seemed very polite but they don’t resolve your problems. I bought a 2011 Ford Escape limited from them and my salesperson Adam told me not to turn off the vehicle when I go to get gas because the battery needs to charge up. after I asked if they filled it up a little they said they put $10.00 in the tank (totally did not because It was at the same level when I test drove the vehicle. I not only had 28 miles until E but after I had signed the paperwork and they had been driving for an hour max and a half I stopped to use the restroom so I turned off the car because I thought it should have been charged up since a battery typically takes 20-30 mins to charge. NOT THE CASE. The battery was completely shot. I remember asking Adam (my sales representative) if the battery was completely shot and he told me it just needed to charge. In the ethics of sales that is immoral and illegal to tell a customer. When I get my vehicle jumped it barely wanted to jump but I made it home and waited for them to allegedly send me a battery replacement at no cost to me. Had to call them on the day the battery was supposed to arrive to find out that not only am I not receiving my battery but Adam told me I would have to purchase my own battery and they would reimburse me for that. I am still waiting. It’s been a month and a half about. I have called them several times, was told the check is being sent in the mail and will be here in 7-14 business days. But that was 3 weeks ago. Their business is so unethical and just in general unorganized. They will make promises they cannot keep. I strongly advise you never go to this dealership because they will NOT help sort out any problems you may have but ignore you and leave you on hold for hours.——————————————————————————————Update: Problem still not resolved even acting I contacted the general manager Wesley and he claimed I was going to receive my check last Friday but I have even left him a voicemail and have not heard back. This place is beyond unprofessional. I SERIOUSLY ADVICE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR VEHICLE AND GOOD SERVICE!
I contacted the dealership regarding the recall on my vehicle. Due to recent surgery I was unable to drop off the vehicle myself, so I spoke with Lindsay in the service department and she was extremely helpful in organizing collection and drop off of my vehicle. Her communication was timely and I knew what was happening and when to expect my car, which allowed me to feel relaxed and confident with the service. It also meant I was not over exerting myself either. They even parked my car back in my garage.
Buying a car is extremely difficult. It’s supposed to be a fun and easy experience and it’s like you’re chasing them and begging!If you’re an out of state buyer don’t waste your time! They are impossible to reach. Do not respond to emails. Falsely promise to send numbers over multiple times. I finally broke down and called after calling 2 other times and spoke to the “used car manager”. He low balled my trade by $1000 from the lowest offer I had! 1900 from the top offer!Then I received a call asking how close we were. I told them 2k and I’d follow up. Sent an email to the General Sales Manager today via the website in the AM and he didn’t even have the decency to respond!Don’t waste your time. Look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of dealing with them. There are a lot of places who want repeat business and referrals and will treat you like you’re their top priority. Not an inconvenience.
By far the best dealer experience I have had. I inquired about a vehicle I found online and asked for updated pricing. Within a few hours, I was emailed the price and was contacted by Dominique. Dominique went above and beyond my expectations by sending many more pictures and a video of the truck being driven. Nikki in finance was extremely helpful and very communicative during the process. There were not any hidden costs or crazy charges above the price of the vehicle. Extremely pleased and when the vehicle arrived, it exceeded my expectations. I will give them the first shot at future sales, and I live 250 miles away...
I saw a vehicle at this location on CarFax and I contacted the dealership multiple times before I drove out 3 hours to make sure it was still available. After being told the car was available and ready to test drive, I got to the dealership and they performed a bait and switch. The car looked similar, but the interior was a whole different color and the tail light was literally missing. The car they claimed as the one I saw online was a different year, higher mileage, completely beaten up, and almost $2,000 more.I explained to the salesgirl that this is not the car I saw online at all, but I will give her credit for finding me another car. This next car was a nice car, but the interior was filthy and it just wasn’t something for me. Before I could actually say whether or not I wanted the car, the salesgirl immediately took the car to get cleaned and started to pull out paperwork. Once she came back to her office (after putting the car into cleaning) I told the salesgirl that I was second guessing my decision and she basically guilt tripped me into getting a car I CLEARLY was not happy about.Like I mentioned earlier, I drove 3 hours to view a car and she knew that she could suck me into the deal because I came from so far.Before heading home, papers were signed about cleaning the car and a check was written. The title of the car was NOT switched over and it still technically belonged to the dealership. We did NOT leave with the car due to the fact it was filthy and the dealership told us they will clean it for me. On the way home, I wanted to pull out of the deal because I was not happy and realized how rushed into it I have been. I called the dealership the following morning and the manager told us that we could go to jail if we pulled out of the deal. So yeah. He gave us an extremely difficult time and fought on the phone with my mom for 30 minutes while she was at her job.We got out of it eventually but the fact that they wanted to go to court about a car THAT NEVER LEFT THEIR LOT is ridiculous.To anyone reading this review, please do not waste your time driving out to this dealership because they will likely bait and switch just like they did to me. I was ready to buy my first car with them but they manipulated me, and for that I am embarrassed because I fell for it.
I had a very nice experience visiting Hyundai of Bedford and meeting with Evan. I was interested in the Elantra, and was pleased with the one available. Evan was very friendly and answered all my questions. I decided to buy an Ioniq from another agency in order to get the great gas mileage of a hybrid, only because none were available at Bedford. However, I plan to use Bedford for any future needs with that vehicle.
Kourtney was absolutely wonderful!!! She helped me along with every step from the first phone call to the me driving out the lot in my new car!! The staff at Hyundai of Bedford were great. Earlier in the day I was at another dealership to purchase a car. I had already been there the day before. Thought I would just sign and drive with-in the hour, but what we agreed upon did not go as planned. They wasted 3 more hours of my time. So while there I looked online once more and found that Hyundai of Bedford had the same car but was a little bit more in price. I decided to give them a call, explained my situation and they listened to what I wanted to get done. With in 15 mins I got a call back saying that I was approved. Lauren Armbruster and Steve Gaglione were great! They got everything that I wanted done in a very timely manner. They actually listened to me as a customer and that is very important! Thanks to these two for going above and beyond than expected. If you want great customer service I highly recommend one of these two at this location! Thank you!
Chuck was GREAT...I have never had a experience like this buying a car! It literally was stress free and easy! He really worked to get me the best deal and price and made sure I was comfortable with everything before signing! Zack also was great and gave me the BEST deal for my trade! Stay away from this dealership, especially if you’re looking for used cars. They pulled a bait and switch on us and based on other reviews this seems to be a commonly utilized strategy for them. Also, if you are trying to prevent the spread of COVID or are more vulnerable, all the more reason to stay away. It was rare to see employees actually wearing a mask, let alone wearing it correctly.I saw two used cars I was interested on their website, so I called to make an appointment to see them and make sure that they were still in inventory. They confirmed that both cars were available to see and scheduled us for an appointment several hours later. They told us that they would “pull those around and have them ready for us to look at.” When we arrived, nothing had been done and the salesperson had us sit down while she “got the keys from the back.” This process took quite awhile and when they finally pulled a car around it was a completely different model than either of the ones we had asked to see. Following even more delay, they told us that one of the cars wasn’t actually available eventually told us that neither car was actually available, but of course they had similar cars we could look at. They claimed that one car had sold the night before (12/22) and that the “online inventory hasn’t been updated” ignoring the fact that they had verified on the phone that the car was actually there. The ad for that car was still listed on their website on 12/30/19. I don’t care what computer system you use it doesn’t take a week for it to update.
I went to multiple other dealerships to look at a car and not one time was I met with the same respect and compassion as I was with Kent. Kent went through everything with me and helped me at every twist and turn of the deal. He went above and beyond for me. He asked me for my preferences and what I was specifically looking for. He found a perfect fit for me and completely sold me on the car I ended up purchasing. I highly recommend going to this dealership! If anyone there is half the salesman as Kent then you will be more than pleased!
I took my car here to be checked out when a bunch of lights lit up on my dash out of nowhere. Lindsay assisted me, she was AMAZING. She communicated the entire time and she was very sweet. The work was 100% paid by warranty AND she got me set up with a rental. Thank you Lindsay and Hyundai of Bedford for finally providing me with a good dealer experience!! Alec and cara are the best! They work well together a great team. Alec worked with me and got me a great deal with an impeccable interest rate. My father set up an appointment to check out and BUY a car later in the afternoon. My father and I both drove out from opposite directions 30minutes too see this car. We even received a call at 2pm(2 hours before our 4:30pm appointment)to tell us that our car was still there. We showed up to the appointment on time meet with the salesmen we were supposed to have our appointment with to look at the specific car my father called about. After being passed off to a different saleswomen. We had to wait for 40 minutes until the saleswomen walked over to us to tell us the car we scheduled to see this morning is now sold that same afternoon. It was purely a bait and switch by the dealership. We weren’t allowed to even look at the car before sitting there for 40 minutes and it turns out the car wasn’t even there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not even a curtesy call to tell us the car was not available. This was all the same day and the dealership decided to screw us over. Never again will we even look the way of the Hyundai of Bedford and highly recommend looking literally anywhere else.
The most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Nick was wonderful, very knowledgeable and took plenty of time explaining things to us. BUT. When we got home with the car we noticed the front plate was missing and they cant fix that until Wednesday, we bought the car on Thursday, so we have to wait to almost a week for them to fix their mistake. I couldnt believe that. Also, the first aid kit wasnt in the car. So thats why only 4 stars. I hope this isnt a case of you bought, now we dont have time for you. We do love the car though. Update 9/2719: Well it looks like this is a worse case than them not having time for us. This place is definitely one to avoid if you’re looking to purchase a Hyundai, there are other dealerships in the area that have to be better than this one. Since my initial review we have been lied to twice, gotten a call from Nick blaming us for him not getting money from Hyundai because we didn’t give him all 10’s on a survey sent to us from Hyundai, talked to a manager who promised to call me back last night or this morning. It’s 9:45 pm and I have heard nothing. if I could change this to no stars I would.
Decent customer service. Only reason it didnt get one star. Advertised a car saying it had a backup camera and rear park sensors. No backup camera. Non-functional sensors. Also said nothing else was wrong with vehicle, it was certified by their service department. Couple weeks later, there are multiple leaks, dead tire pressure sensor, slow leak in two tires, and transmission issues. Not happy I have to spend extra money to take care of issues they could have fixed to sell an actual certified used car.
Stopped in after work to purchase an SEL Kona. Went all through the car and the features, I was ready to pull the trigger and say Ill take it, and the salesman told me that the car was $2,000 more than the sticker price due to supply and demand. I said no thank you and left what a waste of my time, they should have told me that right out of the gate!
ABSOLUTE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I started by calling and talking to one of the internet sales girls. She got me approved etc and the only thing I needed to do was come in with my license and insurance. I scheduled an appointment for 6:30 in the afternoon to come and look at the vehicle. I drove from Columbus to Bedford (150 miles) one way. I get to the dealership and no one had a clue that I was even supposed to be there. One of the sales guys decided that he would take care of me. he sat down and started asking me questions if I needed financed explain to him that everything was already taken care of. I had to tell them what my interest rate was what my term was because no one had a clue. The finance guy Jimmy came over to ask what my interest rate was and I told him so he went to draw paperwork. When I sat down with Jimmy to sign paperwork the interest rate was not what I was told I was approved for. It was 1.1% higher than what I was told. Jimmy told me that I should just refinance if I didnt like that percentage told me that I should just refinance if I didnt like that percentage rate.I said no and that it needed to be fixed and he told me that maybe I should have came in earlier that way there were more people there that knew what was going on and not come in at 6:30 a half hour before they close.I had the interest rate fixed I drove the vehicle home while on the test drive and driving home the steering wheel was crooked the alignment was off in the vehicle pulled slightly to the left. I then called the dealership and spoke with the general manager Wesley who I explained this story to, he said they dropped the ball that the vehicle should have had gas in it and was clean prior to test driving in which it was not. He offered to take care of the alignment and check out brakes and tires. Upon driving it a hundred and fifty miles back to Bedford they determined that there was nothing wrong with the alignment and that the steering wheel was crooked but they didnt fix it. I drove another 150 miles back to Columbus to my workplace and had the vehicles alignment fixed correctly as well as the steering wheel straightened. Never Im my experience with buying a vehicle have I dealt with such unprofessional uncaring people in my life.
When I was looking for a new car my friend suggested me to visit Hyundai of Bedford. I did and I don’t regret. I met Miss Kourtney, she’s awesome! She is so friendly, kindness and professional so I got answers for a lot of questions I had. Finally I found the car I need. Financial specialist Irene suggested me different options of service and explain me the difference between them. I so appreciate for it. I visited many dealerships and I bought a few cars before but that was not so nice and friendly work with me. I really like it. I highly recommend this dealership for everybody who need a new car. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in all my years of buying and leasing vehicles. I made an offer on a used vehicle for my daughter. I offered $16,570 for a vehicle they were asking $17,570. I was treated like it was offensive and outrageous for me to make an offer and if I find that deal somewhere else see if the place has 2 cause hell take the other one. I dealt with multiple people and every employee I was transferred to didnt know what was discussed with the previous previous employee. After the runaround for 3 days, being transferred to then next person, no call backs and 30 minute hold times i talked to the dealer GM who was the rudest of them all. This place is the gold standard for the term attitude reflects leadership. He told me they dont deal on cars and the listed price is the bottom line. I told him he should talk to his staff because every person i talked to prior to him, Dominique, Nicole and Kent were all in the how can I get your business mode with the wed be happy to take an offer routine and nobody talked about list price being the bottom line. To be fair Dominique and Nicole were both friendly but anyone in a managerial position that I talked to was rude and braggadocious about how many cars they sell and people come from California and Florida to buy cars there cause their prices are so good so i should just buy the car. The dealer GM told me hed knock a hundred bucks off to get the deal done. I told him i have treated like trash for 3 days and I would not be buying the car. He then told me Im not gonna let you hold me hostage. Im not paying you to review me clearly worried about this review which i wasnt even thinking about until he mentioned it. Stay clear of this place. There are soo many good dealers in this area that will treat you well. We found a nice vehicle, a year newer for the same price at a dealer across town and were treated great. If I could give zero stars I would.
I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Bedford and needless to say they straight lied to my face on several occasions. I won’t bore you with the details but be on the lookout and have your car looked at before purchasing to verify what they tell you. If not, you’re going to be disappointed. Being a salesman is one thing, being a liar is another.
Andre Baskin is very professional!!!! The overall experience of buying my new vehicle was fast and not a long drawn out process of sitting in the dealership for hours. I got a great value for my trade in better than other dealerships were offering me and this is my first ever brand new car straight off the lot. He really made me feel like family and even followed up with me to see how everything was going!!! I appreciate the professionalism and awesome customer service!!! He really fought hard for my low payments and interest rate which was even more awesome!!! I recommend everyone ask for him!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
Chuck was the best sales rep ever!!! I came in at 7:20pm right before they closed trying to check my options. I knew I had an open bankruptcy Chapter 7 but he got me in something I didn’t think I would like but I love it! He was very knowledgeable and took his time even when we got past closing time. Originally gave them 5 stars because while I was sitting there waiting for them to do paperwork, they ask you to rate them and at that point I was happy with my service. Chuck was a good salesman and got me a good price on a nice car and he is very friendly so I do recommend him if you go there. While sitting at Chucks desk I could hear other salesmen and technicians/servicemen having personal conversations, swearing, and being very unprofessional. The finance department is hard to communicate with and they are very hard to get a hold of. I was playing phone tag with them for two weeks and so was the company that my previous cars loan was through. As for the service department, the ladies at the front desk are nice and welcoming, the people doing the work dont seem to have any pride in what they do. They insisted on me coming back the day after I signed the papers for my lease so they could detail the car (they didnt have time to do it the day of because I needed to get to work and the paperwork took 2 hours) so I brought it back and they really did an awful job cleaning it... There was some ladys earring in the center console and sesame seeds in the shifter boot. Also when I came in for the first oil change (only two weeks after signing papers even though I asked them to check to see if it needed done before I even took the car home the first time) I was hoping they would at least rinse the car off considering it was covered in salt from the roads and its a lease so theyll be getting the car back eventually. Sadly, I waited an hour and a half for an oil change and got back the same salty car I went in with. Overall, the experience was not completely awful, but I definitely wouldnt send my friends there and I definitely dont plan on ever buying/leasing a car from them again.

The first vehicle we bought was priced well and seemed to be in great working order. It had thorough checks run by the mechanical department and everything seemed sound. Once we got on the highway and hit 65 mph, we started hearing and feeling a thumping when the car switched gears. We went back to the dealership and even though we bought the jeep as-is with no warranty, the dealership offered to fix it and drive it to us when finished and we lived over an hour away! They also offered to switch the transaction to a different vehicle, so we took that deal and ended up with a jeep we loved even more! Gabby, Ron and Max were AMAZING and took care of us the entire time making sure we had a well running vehicle that we loved and made everything fast and efficient, no haggling and even got us a better interest rate by 1.5% than we were offered by other banks. They also never tried to tack on BS fees like other dealerships had done to us before. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!
Was a bit apprehensive from some of the average reviews on Autotrader.com. However, we arrived to see a specific car (2020 Tuscon with 3100 miles), appointment was set, Gaby assigned as our salesman, and the entire process was easy, stress-free and smooth. No pressure on the car sale and Gaby followed up with any questions. Before we arrived he texted me and sent me pictures and a video of the car. Without question, the smoothest car purchase from a dealership I have ever had. Very pleased. Have even followed up post sale from the dealership and the salesman. Ask for Gaby! He will treat you right.
After researching for month to find a second family car, I ended up at Hyundai of Bedford. I purchase an older model 2013 Kia Soul, which surprisingly was is good condition. The salesman, Stephen Gaglione was a great salesman. Stephen made my first time experience at Hyundai stress free. Being a long term Chevy buyer, buying another brand had me skeptical. Stephen allowed me to examine the vehicle to my satisfaction before purchasing. Stephen answered all my questions and explain the buying process to my understanding. The Finance Manager, Irina Chesea, was great too! She explain each document and presented my reasonable options to mechanically cover my vehicle. I was searching for a particular vehicle with specific features and found it at this lot. It was almost a three hour dive so we called ahead and spoke with two different salesmen to verify a few things before we made the drive. I will have to say that I was a little skeptical due to the amount of time it took for them to get back with me on the phone but we took the chance and made the drive. I was greeted in the parking lot before we even found a parking spot buy a friendly sales associate. We asked for Chuck,he was the one we spent the most time with on the phone. This place is extremely busy and with good reason. I then realized why it took so long for the phone calls to be returned. Chuck and the rest of the staff was very friendly to my family. It was a fun and relaxed environment to be in. I am very pleased with my purchase and it was well worth the drive. :-)

Being from Alabama, the communication was important and they did an excellent job of keeping me up to date. The fastest purchase of a vehicle I’ve ever had, and well worth the long drive back to Birmingham. Would highly recommend these guys and this dealership whether you’re local or out of town!
Getting a car there was great, but after that everything just goes down hill from there. From getting my welcome call not on time, memo title coming late, My payments differing from what they told me, sending my payoff request 3 to 4 months after i have my new used car, and lastly trying to get service there I never heard nothing from them via email,text or call in the time frame of 3 weeks.
This dealership is awesome. I came in looking for a car that I saw online and unfortunately it was sold that morning but they did everything in their power to make sure that I walked away satisfied. Willam Joherl was my sales associate and he was so cool, he found me a car that was actually a better deal and fit my personality more than the car I was originally looking at. He made sure that I was happy with the car. Ron Maiden the finance manger was so nice and understanding for the fact that it was my first car purchase so he set me up on a smart payment plan so it would better suit my life and that I could easily make my payments on the car. Disappointed potential customer (7/15/20)!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. Began my search for a new car on the internet. Found a Santa Fe I was interested in. Emailed to find out if the vehicle was still available. Never received a response. I emailed again in reference to the vehicle and was told it was “still available”. I tried to set up a test drive through the same email thread and never heard back. I decided to call the dealership before I drove out there to set up a test drive. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up the phone and tried again. This time I reached the same person I was emailing, confirmed the car was still on the lot (also stated “ on lot” on their website), and set up a time to come in thinking a salesperson and the car would be ready to go. I walked into the dealership and was ignored by several employees until someone acknowledged I was a potential customer. I sat down and told her why I was there and how I had a test drive set up already. She, or anyone else, knew about my appointment. She left to find out about the car only to come back and tell me it was sold. The sales manager came over and said he would really work with me to help my frustration. His efforts were not very flexible and worthy of trying to “earn someone’s business” as he put it. Stupidly, I was still willing to give them an opportunity to do right. He gave me a really low trade-in value for my car in great shape and low miles, and told me to go somewhere else, if they were willing to give me more. (Yes, this story really happened!) Fast forward to today, and I was still thinking about the car. I called the dealership to talk to my saleswoman. I was on hold for 10 minutes and 20 seconds until I hung up. I immediately called back and asked to speak to a sales manager. I was on hold for 9 minutes and 45 seconds until I hung up. Now, I am here writing this review. I was warned by a friend who was not happy with the service of the employees at this dealership, but I was still willing to give them a shot. I now realize that he was right and I should have never gone to this dealership. I will be trying Hyundai of Parma now to see if I have better luck, and service, over there. If you have read this far, I want to reiterate...in my opinion, based on my experience the past 2 days (7/15 & 7/16/20), DO NOT GO TO HYUNDAI OF BEDFORD!!!!!
The staff went out of their way to be sure my daughter had a safe and dependable car. Kyle made sure I was comfortable with her payment at all costs and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Not to mention they were more than generous on the amount they gave us for her trade in which was helpful to say the least after we were taken advantage of at another dealership just 9 months ago. Just know when you do business with this team your best interest is their priority.

I came all the way from Florida to purchase a car and to see for myself that the passenger seat was impaired. I showed Michael the seat like he didnt kno already inform me to take it by a shop and theyll pay for it. That was April plus he block my calls. First car buying experience and everything went great. Had unrealistic dreams of getting a WRX in my price range, gave them a call and Mike Frey came back with an offer lower than requested. nice wonderful staff, made the process easy and got the car I really wanted. Only complaint may be that I wish they detailed the car a little better but they explained a meeting threw things off a little. Glad they gave the explanation and didnt just brush it off. Mike even went through the car and helped show me how everything worked. I recommend if you are looking for a car come here and thank you mike!
Messed up paperwork, tried to rip me off, the car I wanted they never had on site but had online, didnt ask before running my credit, ran my credit 12 times, never brought me a water after I asked for one, tires werent inflated to required level. Didnt have a loaner when I brought vehicle into service. Was Told to take my vehicle to vehicle specific dealer to fix issue even though I bought from them. Never recieved car fax, honestly my worst experience Ive ever had.
I didn’t like the customer service experience when I first walked in last week. The manager made up for it throughout the process until it was time for the final agreement. My experience at this dealership led me to shop for cars outside of Bedford. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Hydundai, the Hyundai dealership in streetsboro made up for the customer service I received at Hydundai of Bedford. And although I was frustrated when leaving the dealership after spending hours there, Doug and CJ were very professional and very helpful! If I could give a review based on their customer service alone, I would give them 5 stars!
I bought a used Infiniti from Hyundai of Bedford. Before taking the car home, I let the salesmen know that I was concerned with a popping sound the car was making. I also discovered that the cruise control, which the car was advertised as having, also does not work. He said he would have the mechanics look at it again and I could pick it up later that evening. The car was also supposed to be under warranty, but now, the financier is not helping with that either. The car wasnt even cleaned thoroughly.The next morning, I called several times and left voicemails describing the issues I was having with the car; nothing was fixed, so I wanted to finance a different car, instead. Finally, on Thursday, when I got someone on the phone, they told me there was nothing they could do but he would buy the car back from me for $3100.I am so disgusted with this situation. I spent the bulk of my savings for a car that Im uncomfortable driving and the staff refuse to right their wrongs. I was taken advantage of and lied to.
Gabriel Rivera is the best! He goes above and beyond to help in anyway he can and keeps in good contact with his customers (this is such a great quality.) Hes never more than a text away. Twice I went to a scheduled test drive (for 2 different cars) only to be told that the car was already sold and could they direct me to another car... This is called a Bait & Switch.I drove all the way from Akron, after being promised that I would be called if the car was sold between the time I made the appointment and my scheduled test ride... Only to have this SCAM pulled on me!!!I will never buy a car from Hyundai of Bedford!!!Deal w/them @ your own risk!!!
I honestly hope that everyone that buys a car here reads there paperwork VERY CAREFULLY. I was rushing because I was late and had to wait over an hour for fiance so I missed a few things. Selling price was 18,970 but they tried selling me at 20,995, but I caught it the first time. So me thinking I could trust they would listen I didnt check again... my mistake. They sold me the car at 20,995 still. Nice salesman depending on who you get manager was nice just really wish I hadnt been ripped off for 2 thousand dollars after mentioning it once. Buyers BEWARE. READ EVERYTHING!! Also I have proof of original price of 18,970 so I am not mistaken.
Worst dealership ever. Once they get the sale, they don’t care. I signed up for gap insurance with the full understanding I would be cancelling it when I refinanced my car. Once it was time to get the the plan canceled and refund issued however it was nothing but problems. The finance department would not answer their phones and their voicemail was full. I finally got through to them by leaving multiple messages with sales staff for finance to call me and eventually someone called me back . They told me they never had anyone cancel their gap insurance and had no idea how to do it. I had to follow up with the insurance company who made clear the dealer needed to sign the form and provide a copy of the deal contract to cancel it. I had never received a contract for the gap insurance, so I had to go back to the dealer. Called the dealership for three more days and could not get anyone in finance to answer the phone Or call me back. Finally had to drive to the dealership where I got to deal with one of the rudest finance managers I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. To top everything off, when I looked at the contract for my Gap insurance I found they were nice enough to illegally sign my name to the contract for me! I wonder how many other contracts they have illegally signed a customers name to without the customers knowledge. Do yourself a favor and buy your car elsewhere. This dealership is not to be trusted!
Hyundai of Bedford was so helpful and quick! I told our sales agent Tim that I needed to be in and out quickly and he handled everything as fast as possible! He really helped me out with my situation and took a personal interest in my position and needs and worked really hard to find a car that would work for me! We are the new owners of a Hyundai Tucson thanks to the wonderful people at Hyundai of Bedford. Every vehicle we wanted to drive they ran and retrieved. They went the mile for us. Only suggestion I would have for them is to make sure they know the product inside and out because at one point they made a mistake on what features came with which package. But, they owned up to the mistake and offered us an even better deal for our time. Thanks for the honesty and going out of your way to make sure we got what we really wanted.

Drove an hour to see a used car we spotted online. I was frazzled due to my previous Mercury Mariner getting totalled by a tornado, but my salesman Chuck was patient and accommodating. My tire sensor light was on and it wasnt fixed before I left, however I contacted the dealership on FB a couple days later to get this fixed, Wesley the manager called me the next day and said the service dept would call to schedule the appointment. I showed up to my service appointment and like Wesley said it was fixed, no questions asked.They practice social distancing at the dealership, sanitizer is available. I would return.
I love my Hyundai Tucson and the buying process was easy, sales team was great. But service has been lousy. And its not the team up front...had my oil changed there a few months back and they forgot to put the shield back on. Took several calls and another oil change later to get a new one installed. At this appointment I had a 3:30 appointment and didnt get out of there until 5:45 for an oil change.
Walking into your doors was my first experience of a car dealer ship with such a big name. I felt right at home because everyone around made that possible. Cara didnt just make me the happiest man alive but also my girlfriend who got a car the very next day. Her boss. The lady behind the desk truly stoll my heart with the effort she put in getting me behind the wheel of my new 2020 venue,. I couldnt be any happier with the effort and customer service I was given. Your two Cara didnt just have the knowledge but the people skills to really make buying a car and adventure worth revisiting again later in the future. For me my family and my kids. Thank you
I can’t recommend this place enough! Chuck and the team were phenomenal and always there to help. It felt more like they wanted to get a good car then shove a deal down your throat.Seriously, if you visit the dealership ask for Chuck. He won’t put you in a car that isn’t in good condition and is upfront with problem a car may have.

2022-06-16WOW. What an experience! Evan Wolkov was amazing! For the first time I felt as if a car salesman had my best interest in mind rather then screwing me over really bad like the last guy I went to. Evan was extremely thorough and happily answered all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. He made sure to find a car that was SAFE for my family and I but still within my budget. He was so personable and sweet to my girls. I am BEYOND happy in my brand new Hyundai and will be sending everyone I know to this location! Not only was Evan great but so was everyone else in the building! From our fiancé guy Drew to the lady who cashed us out, we are very pleased with how nice and kind everyone was. 2022-06-13I just wanted to take a moment to rate my recent visit to Hyundai of Bedford. As you can tell from my 5 star rating above, I was beyond happy with my entire experience. From the minute I entered the doors, Adam treated me with great respect and transparency. This process was very smooth from start to finish. I would like to extend my gratitude toward Adam specifically for being the utmost stellar salesman. Not only was he professional, but treated me like family. His demeanor was relaxed and honest and never once did I feel any pressure. I did not expect to leave the dealership with a new car that day but Adam and his amazing team made it happen. Furthermore, unlike other experiences, when purchasing a vehicle from other dealerships in the past, Hyundai of Bedford did not look to waste my precious time. My entire process from the minute I arrived, to the minute I drove away, was under 3 hours. 2022-04-17This was meant to be my last option for a dealership because it was a little far away for me. But the “Internet sales manager” called me about my inquiry and assured me that he was gonna make me a better deal than the rest. So I went. Was greeted by Brandon in sales. Sweet kid. Gave him part of my info. They said he needed social, I told them to only run the report but to not send it to any bank yet. No, they went ahead and sent it to two banks without my consent. They sent me home because they were going to wait hours on a bank’s response. It’s been a week and NO FOLLOW UP. So not only did they not work any deal, they completely dismissed me, they don’t answer my calls, I’ve called trying to contact to cancel and they won’t answer me. CJ in Finance said it would be possible, only to be a waste of time. So not only did I not get anything, I also lost 8 points on credit without my consent and for NOTHING. Ended up getting what I wanted at another dealership.

2022-05-19Everything was smooth from start to finish. The Service manager Lyndsey and her team were very communicative and completed the work in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to find and employees who like there jobs is rare. Hyundai must be doing it right cause everybody seemed happy and customer service is not a lost art here.

2022-07-15I can’t say enough good things about this dealership, specially Evan! He helped me get in a new car back in October and unfortunately that car was totaled in a hit and run so Evan worked extra hard to get me in another new car in July! He’s seriously the best, not only did he check up on me to make sure I wasn’t hurt in the accident he came in on his day off to get me into my new car! I highly recommend working with him and everyone at Hyundai of Bedford!

2022-04-07I parked at this dealership and was asked to move my car into a handicap spot. When I protested that this was illegal (I have no need for the space)l they insisted. There were plenty of spaces around the dealer still open, I don’t know why they would ask this. They just did not want my car visible from the road?Inside I was unable to come to a price I liked, this is no issue itself, that’s just life. However they required I come in person for a final quote and to place a deposit which no other dealer has required. I’m annoyed by that but again it was my choice to leave work and drive 30 min to the dealer. But when I arrived the final price in the dealership was significantly higher than the estimated price quoted before I was on the lot. Any place using these sorts of bait and switch aggressive tactics to get you on the lot is no place that will treat you reasonably under better circumstances.If you must shop here get everything in writing and avoid the internet sales department. But at that point just drive an extra 15 min to the next place.
