Had a wonderful overnight stay here. Went to a concert at the House of Blues Cleveland. This hotel is perfect location for anything at House of Blues you literally just have to walk across the street. From check in to checkout I was impressed with the staff. All very friendly. The breakfast restaurant is a bit pricey but as expected. It is good food. Pizza 216 was an awesome spot to eat and drink at before the show. Highly recommend this property when in Cleveland. Valet parking only 39 pr night and unlimited in and out access.

Iris, the hotel concierge, is amazing! Not only is she warm and welcoming, but she is very accommodating. We were in for the Cleveland Marathon and she was able to facilitate an early check in and late check out time for us. It provided us the much needed rest before the race and a nice relaxing shower after where we didn’t have to feel rushed to check out. Iris you deserve a gold star! Oh and the rooms were updated with very comfortable beds. The hotel was quiet and beautiful!

Beautiful building but was unable to get towels and toilet paper replenished in the room without requesting multiple times. After asking yet again, it continued to take a long time (almost in a purposeful manner since asking again - you know how it goes, if you didnt like the first speed, you definitely wont like the next...) We werent trying to be difficult, just trying to get ready for a show that we already bought tickets for and since we havent requested housekeeping, we ran out of towels...we wanted to be considerate and tidy up our own room without bothering someone. Not the exceptional service one expects when staying at a Hyatt. We were looking forward to staying in such a beautiful hotel and this experience definitely put a damper on the stay.

Ambiance was fantastic at this historic property with two towers of elegant rooms connected. Y a restored 1890 shopping mall. This hotel was one of two hosting a convention April 28-May 1, 2022 for a convention of over 2,000 guests. In contrast to the companion hotel, the Hyatt had a spectacular on the ball attentive and friendly staff and attended to every housekeeping request in minutes including having daily housekeeping for our room, a rarity in these post-pandemic days. The hotel features two solid restaurants and numerous smaller cafes and is right across the street from a major dining district, minutes from sports venues and other downtown dining and also to the regional rail and bus transit lines to the airport, Little Italy, and the cultural amenities at Playhouse Square and University Circle. Leave your car at home!

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location for the house of blues, or a sports game. Everything is within a 15 minute walk tops! Lots of restaurants around. Food in the hotel was really good too. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel, but I recommend the valet unless you can handle a bunch of stairs to get your bags to the lobby. There is a lot of weddings here and they close off the bottom level of the arcade, and its noisy until 11 or 1130.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Sarah was working the front desk both nights I stayed and she was so incredibly nice! She was super accommodating and made sure our stay was nothing but perfect! The rooms were very clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again!

The rooms were ok at best. The staff was wonderful and the hotel restaurant 1890 has decent food. Two biggest things to watch out for.1. No self park, just valet at 39 dollars a day. So if youre on a budget, look somewhere else.2. Ask if there are any weddings scheduled for the arcade before you book. If you decide to stay with a wedding going on, be prepared for no sleep until around midnight. It was very very noisy.

Thank you to the staff here that went above and beyond for last minute travels for myself and a team member. We were traveling for a funeral service and upon arrival until we left we had great service. Thank you to Ms. Eunice (sorry if i misspelled her name) she greeted us upon our late arrival and gave us a warm welcome. The hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly and accommodating. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

I have stayed here twice and it was lovely both times. It was very clean both times and you can tell it has been recently updated. I love the fact that both times our room had a tub. Living in a house without a tub it is so nice to soak. Front desk people were very nice both times, and always addressed whatever needs we have. Will be staying again.

Its a beautiful hotel and a stunning venue for a wedding. Staff (front desk, catering & valet - shout-out to Ty!) are extremely friendly. A great place to stay in Downtown Cleveland and an even better place to get hitched.
