This was the best customer service we have had in a long time. Our AC went out Thursday night and they were able to come out next day to fix it. They were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive with sending updates before appointment and followed up afterwards to make sure all was working well. They will be our go to HVAC CO!

I called Wayne Hudson in reference to my furnace not putting out heat. I made the call in the morning and my furnace was fixed and running by that afternoon.Wayne was very professional and informative. I cannot say enough good things about his customer service. Thank you Wayne!

I am a renter with a off site property management firm, My anitquated furnace was not working and I was trying to get the property manager to send over a furnace service man. It was sent to Hudson Heating and Air and I wanted to find out when they would be coming out. Wayne Hudson had just received the work order. He came over and found out what parts were needed and was able to order them that day. He came over in the late afternoon and spent time putting in the circuit boxes and making sure that they worked. He was very professional, polite and was able to answer all of my questions. My apartment is old and uses a boiler for heat. Apparently not many service men want to deal with the boiler. But Wayne was able to get it running. I would recommend him to any home owner out there for his quick and professional service.,

This is one of the most professional companies I’ve ever used. I called them on Friday to come look at my AC because it wasn’t keeping my house cool. My AC was 27 years old and I had a feeling it was on its last leg. I am disabled and spend all my time in the house. Finding this out they installed the unit the next day. They are a great company to work with and I wish all companies were like them.

I’ve had Wayne out to my house twice for different things, and I’m really impressed with his knowledge and a how fast he is. He saved me thousands by being honest and not getting things I didn’t need. That’s why I brought Him back to natal a wireless thermostat and do some duct work on a renovation. Highly recommended. Update: had them also install under the floor heat system in bathroom renovation

On the hottest day of the summer my 83 year old mothers heat pump system could not keep up the temperature in her third floor condo with vaulted ceilings. She was told that it needed to be replaced. She was panicked and dismayed at the news. I contacted Wayne and he checked out the system the very SAME day! He was totally professional and explained things to my mother in person and again to me via text. He told us that while her system was older it was not yet ready to be replaced. Several factors, see first sentence, conspired against it. Huge sigh of relief! His honest opinion about the system was so very refreshing to hear. I highly recommend Wayne for all your HVAC needs.

I would recommend Hudson Heating & Air to anyone who needs prompt and excellent services, and GREAT prices. Wayne answered all my questions, offered advice and installation of my AC unit was done promptly and neatly . Im very happy with my new air conditioner.. so nice having a nice cool home.

He came on Christmas Day because our furnace went out during the night. He was prompt and helped keep it going until he could get a whole new furnace to put in. Thanks to Wayne Hudson our pipes didn’t freeze and we stayed warm. When he came to replace the furnace he was on time and very fast!
