I knew right away when I got my fillings done here that something was wrong. The “filling specialist” did not have a second assistant with her to assure that my mouth was dry and being cured correctly and she also reeked of cigarette smoke which was very off-putting. My teeth never felt right after the fillings and I planned to get a second opinion before getting more work done there and then just after TWO months, one of the fillings they did came out!! I went to another office that said the fillings were not done well or properly at all and that I would most likely need them redone. I’m so glad I didn’t let them do any more work on my teeth. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
We love Hudec Dental, especially our Hygienist Eileen. She is always extremely professional, thorough, and informative. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every question is answered, and concern is addressed.
My appointment was perfect with the hygienist and Dr. They are wonderful.My complaint is that I took a lot of painstaking time filling out the online form they sent so I would not have to do it in the office only to be told that they didn’t have it. So I had to do it again in the waiting area. Then, I found out during my appointment that they indeed had found my online form. Very annoying. Otherwise all was great.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Hudec dental. Dr.Tran and Richie were quick and very informative! I expected to be waiting awhile to be seen but that was not the case, they even got me set up for a cleaning next week!!
What a great team led by Dr. Tran! They were compassionate, comforting, friendly, and so sensitive to my needs. I felt I was in such good hands for part 1 of my crown.
All of the ladies at the front desk are so friendly, ready to answer any questions and go above and beyond to help! Lisa is the absolute best and you always leave super fresh!

I went in for an emergency visit for some pain I’ve been having. There was some confusion with the schedule but my doctor agreed to see me regardless. At that time I also found out my insurance will no longer be accepted at this location as of next week. I am so incredibly bummed out that I will not get to work with my dentist again because she has been more then phenomenal!!! I’ve searched for years to find the perfect person to work on my smile as I am extremely sensitive and dread the dentist like the rest of the world! My dentist always made sure I was comfortable and addressed every concern or question I had. I would recommend Hudec in Strongsville to every person I know! The staff is all so friendly and helpful as well. So disappointed to have to leave. Hoping to find a dentist half as great as this one was! ❤️

LIsa is an awesome hygienist. She is so personable & caring. Speaks to you like a normal person & treats you as you want to be treated while she goes about her business taking care of your needs. She communicates what is going on with your current oral condition and explains a clear path forward to ensure successful outcomes. Under her tutelage and guidance I have successfully managed to eliminate terrible halitosis, bleeding gums, and a weak tooth that needed repair. The staff is courteous and listens when you speak. If you ask a question they answer in plain English to ensure you understand whatever it is your confused about. The team at Hudec Dental works well together to achieve the results you the patient are looking for.
I had an excellent experience at my recent dental appointment. Eileen did a great job and has given great advice on what I need to be doing to continue to get good check ups.The doctor came on and took a few minutes to check everything and address any concerns I might have.I would recommend the Hudec Dental in Strongsville.
We first met her for an emergency and my wife’s mouth and then she’s so gentle explains everything as far as what procedures need to be done and when she does them she really cares about the folks that she works with and we really appreciate that I say that personally because of the fact that I’m scared to death of dentist but she made it so comfortable for not only her but also myself I got 11 fillings and two crowns my wife got one crowned a bridge a tooth removed a tooth put into her partial and it was very I hate to say it but enjoyable experience as far as the Dentist goes. Dr Tran was very informative and helpful. The only advice I have is to maybe have financing available through hudec dental. For people who need dental work and their insurance only covers so much a year and they have credit issues as far a setting a credit card like care credit. It would be extremely helpful and your clients wouldnt have to go wksewhere for their dental needs due to this issue. Other than that the staff is amazing
Daughter needed and extraction and she has bad anxiety when it comes to needles and the doctors were so efficient in numbing and making her comfortable. Sje pulled through the needle part and did better than i thought. While the doc was cheering her on. Quick, efficient and caring office. If only Metro was like this 😪
When I arrived i was greeted immediately. I only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen. My hygienist Eileen is so amazing. I have been going to her for many years. She is thorough and explains everything she is doing. She does a great job with my teeth and always recommends what is best for me to do for my teeth. I am given a printout of my dental plan with the costs and what my insurance plan will cover. I dont mind going to the dentist with the great staff there. They are all courteous and professional. I plan on returning for all my dental needs.
Im so happy I found a great dentist!!! Everyone is incredibly nice and really puts you at ease. I have major anxiety when it comes to anything teeth related and they were super understanding and talked to me the entire time I was getting a filling to make sure I was okay. Like most people, i haaate going to the dentist. and tbh i had some not great drs at hudec years ago. but the current staff is AMAZING. the last 2 times i had to come in to get old fillings replaced, i was pleasantly surprised! dr. asaad was super gentle and always checking that i was doing okay as she drilled. dr. tran blew my mind with her speed and precision drilling like a pro! plus when inserting the needle to numb me, she did a breathing exercise with me that made me not even feel it go in. kim worked on my fillings both times and took her time to make them look nice and make sure they were done right. the first time, a piece even fell off in the office and she immediately was able to identify the cause and completely redid the whole thing.
The staff at the Strongsville office is great! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! They definitely get the job done! I needed a tooth pulled and they did it right on the spot! I was in so much pain because of a massive infection. They are friendly and have a great chair side manner. Dr. Assad is the best! She always asks “are you okay?” Which is very nice.😊
Very honest. Crown popped off after 10 years. Could have said I needed a new one; I would have never known. Instead, reused the old one for an eight minute appointment and very small fee.
Love the staff here, they are always so welcoming and friendly and my wait time is not long at all. My dentist, Dr. Tran, is wondering. Straight to the point, explains everything thoroughly, and answers all questions. And the Dental Hygienist that takes care of me, Lisa, is AMAZING!! She is so friendly and is focused on making sure you’re comfortable during your visit. My teeth were not in the best shape, and after her work, they look fantastic! I love my smile again! 10/10 would recommend!!!
Dr Tran is awesome! I first started with her 7 yrs ago and wish it was longer. shes taken more interest and concern for my dental needs, I trust her completely. Shes not worried about the bottom dollar only to take care of her patients.
Exceptional dental care group. The staff is courteous and friendly. My hygienist, Lisa, always makes sure my visit is comfortable and pain free. Dr. Tran is caring, supportive, and genuinely focused on ensuring my dental health. My appointment is on-time, I dont wait more than a couple minutes. Paperwork following my visit is expeditious, Im practically making payment as Im walking out the door. When it comes to my dental care, I look forward to having them take care of me.

I absolutely love Hudec Dental in Strongsville, Ohio. My hygienist Eileen is the most awesome hygienist in the land !!! She is very professional, skilled and understanding when it comes to my dental conditions. Dr. Tran is amazing, and as well as being a top-notch Dentist, has a great sense of humor and really knows how to make you feel relaxed. My teeth feel like a million bucks when I walk out of there, and I actually look forward to my next appointment. Yea, like many people, I have to keep my teeth healthy and looking nice...Hudec Dental, Eileen, Dr. Tran and the management team in the front office are the best around. Went today for my cleaning with Lisa. She’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had! I have anxiety about going to the dentist and Lisa always makes sure I’m comfortable. She takes her job seriously and is the best I’ve ever had. She’s very thorough, cares about her patients, and very personable!
I am one of those patients who is terrified going to s Dds. It took everything I had not to cancel my appointment. I arrived and was shaking filling out the paperwork. When my name was called to see the hygienist I wanted to run out the door. I was greeted nicely, one foot step at a time. I sat in the chair. The hygienist didn’t rush me. She was so kind, giving me a break as often as needed. Got through the cleaning She praised me. My God !! When I met Dr Assad ( spelling?) , she was soft spoken,kind, young and pretty. For the first time in my life I felt a sense of calm with her. I am so so grateful for their patience with me. I can’t believe I felt totally fine making a follow up appt. I may always have trepidation’s but nothing like the level of fear I’ve had over the years. Thank you.

I’m always super anxious going to have work done and haven’t been able to find a dentist I was comfortable with. The second I met Dr. Tran she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety. All of the other staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely will be returning and referring friends and family!
I hate going to the dentist, but Lisa K. at the Strongsville location was absolutely amazing! She’s so kind and relatable, and even made me laugh a few times! She took the time to get to know me and found things we had in common to talk about and keep my mind off of being there. The dentist and filling expert were great as well, but Lisa left quite the impression on me.
I have been seeing Dr Tran for my dental care and I really like her. She tries to put me at ease. She makes sure I am not in any pain. They always get me in in a timely matter. I would recommend them.
I’m really happy I found Hudec Dental. For the first time in my life I’m not dreading the dentist office! My son and I got our teeth cleaned by our dental hygienist Lisa Kennedy today. We love Lisa and all of the staff at Hudec Dental in Strongsville. My son is autistic and Lisa and Dr. Tran always take such good care with him to make him feel comfortable. My whole family has been going there for about 14 years now. We wouldnt go anywhere else!
I have been going to Hudec Dental’s Strongsville office for almost a year now and have had a positive experience with each visit. The staff and office dynamic are pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Tran is very patient, gentle, and thorough. She takes the time to explain the procedures and provides options while making the process as comfortable as possible. I also see R.D.H. Eileen. She too is very kind, gentle, and caring and takes the time to explain everything. This office is the first dental office I have been to that takes the stress out of going to the dentist. I very much recommend them.
Eileen is hands down the best hygienist I’ve had! It had been quite some time since my last dentist visit and she made me feel super comfortable and was so kind and reassuring!! She really calmed my nerves and now I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore. Dr Ryan was also amazing!! She was really nice and it’s clear she knows what she’s doing! She communicated everything I needed to know for my next appointment and walked me through what I needed to do. Not to mention the office staff was so nice and welcoming and I feel like that’s hard to come by!
I have been going to Hudec Dental for many years. Such wonderful people there. Lisa, my hygenist, is so caring and thorough. She makes me feel like are long lost friends who catch up every year. Always mindful to remind me to floss. The front desk staff are prompt and courteous. Ya know what, Ive never ever had such a bad experience by a dental place. They would rather me walk away from a chipped tooth. I couldnt afford a crown so they literally pushed me out the door in the strongsville office. When they did fix your tooth it lasted a week if that. They are all about money, not people. I only gave 1 star because they make you. The receptionist there are dumb fricken bleach blond, dont understand life at all. My suggestion.....dont ever go there.

The doctors are amazing! They have your best interest in mind And are willing to come up with options if your insurance gives you a hard time. Also, all of their assistants and front office ladies are so polite and friendly. This Strongsville location is amazing and I recommend them to everybody.

Every time I come to get my teeth cleaned, it’s a fantastic experience. I specifically request Eileen because of her vibrant personality and her kindness. She is always upbeat and nice to be around. I am satisfied with my teeth cleaning and have found Eileen does a fantastic job, meaning she doesn’t scrape over my gums like I have experienced at other dental offices. I don’t think I could go to see anyone else after interacting with Eileen, she’s the best! The staff is always friendly and the wait is reasonable. Dr. Tran is very nice. She’s sweet and efficient and it’s always a pleasure to see her. I highly recommend Hudec of Strongsville to anyone looking for a dentist. By far the best dental facility I’ve been to in the past ten years!

Dr. Tran is the best dentist EVER!!!I went from someone who feared the dentist because of terrible past experiences and chronic sinus issues which makes it very uncomfortable to be laid back in a chair for to long of a time. To totally at ease with dental work. Dr. Tran truly cares about her patients comfort and does everything she can to make your visit as painless as possible.

I love all of the employees here, although I have had some problems with a filling falling off of my front tooth an insane amount of times. Off topic but Brittany and Kim are great! Kim did amazing today fixing my filling it looked great. She was so precise and careful, and truly wanted me to walk out looking good.Brittany has been my hygienist for forever, and she’s the sweetest person!

The dentists and hygienists at the Strongsville office are very friendly and compassionate, and the facility is very clean. I also appreciate that they take Medicaid. I could have gone anywhere when I regained private insurance, but I remembered that they provided service to me when my dentist with the fancy office would not.
COVID really took a toll on everything, including visits to the dentist. My experience at Hudac Dental has always been exceptional, so when my hygienist left, I was disappointed because I really thought her work was really great. My dentist is just as exceptional because she explained everything thoroughly and apologized for the delay. Her assistant answered all my questions to the best of his ability. These are reasons I will continue to be a customer at Hudac Dental.

My hygienist Eileen always does a terrific and thorough job. She is always very friendly and courteous and we catch up on each other’s family stuff during the appointment. She always recommends treatments that keep me in line with keeping my teeth healthy and always provides me an insurance estimated cost before I decide on whether to proceed. Eileen is the BEST!👍
I am honestly so incredibly pleased with and grateful for my recent experience at Hudec in Strongsville with Dr. Garcia, and his assistants Sam and Annie! I was feeling so anxious, self conscious and nervous because I chipped my Front tooth!! I am someone who loves to smile and laugh, and didnt want to think twice about doing so, but with a front tooth chipped, felt so much anxiety. Not only did the office get me in for an appointment right away, but Dr. Garcia was one of the nicest people ever! He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and explained everything to me very patiently. His assistant Sam made me feel very confident in their ability to fix my issue and together they did an incredible job! I have no idea how they matched my tooth color perfectly but they did. They were both super gentle and they made all of my anxiety disappear. They were like angels! I very highly recommend visiting them for any and all dental needs!
Ive been going to Hudec Dental in Strongsville for years. My husband, myself and my son all absolutely love how well Lisa takes care of our teeth. She is always so gentle, thorough and kind. Also very accommodating with my crazy schedule. Recently, I went in for bonding since I just had my braces removed. Ive had bonding done 3 different times and I have to say that Sam was the best. At first, when the bonding was done, I wasnt happy with the way it looked but I explained to Sam what I wanted and she was so welcoming and honest to my needs. She didnt get upset that I wanted to make modifications. She was so sweet, professional and very gentle, which is so important to me when getting any dental work done. I left the office that day feeling confident with the work Sam did. They definitely made me smile that day.
Eileen is probably the best hygienist I have ever had. She is welcoming, funny and very good at cleaning teeth in an expeditious and comprehensive manner. My family also loves Dr Ryan for the same reasons! Highly recommend
I love my experience with Hudec dental. I had a cleaning back in July and had a great hygienist. She loved her job and it came shining though, she was gentle and caring. I returned for a crown fitting and received friendly caring atmosphere from the Dr. and staff. I highly recommend this Dental office.
This office is the best around! The staff is very friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well informed. Sam took the time to explain, and answer all of my questions. Dr. Lee is very gentle and friendly. The girls at the front desk are also very friendly and helpful . I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist . You will not be disappointed!!
I was very excited when I first went to the office for a cleaning and exam. Lisa, the hygienist, was gentle and very thorough. Yes!! Perfect! Then the billing part.... ouch! But it’s been several years (we lost our dental insurance when hub retired, but signed up with a new company which didn’t include our old dentist). Then the exam, as expected, I needed quite a bit of work, including replacing some crowns. Expensive, even with insurance but needed to be done. Anyway, yesterday I had the first bridge put in - I feel like crying. The temporary bridge was great and color matched - I was delighted. Now the permanent bridge: The crown doesn’t reach the gum!!! Never have I had one that was too short! Also, I can feel a ridge where the tooth meets the crown! It also looks like I have a piece of white crud at the gum line instead of a smooth line. I called to let them know and was told to come back for them to look at it. We shall see... I sincerely hope this was a fluke and not the type of work they do. I would love to give them five stars. UPDATE: I went back and let them know I was NOT happy. Now, I am delighted to give them five stars. They replaced the “cruddy” one and were very gracious to the snarling dragon lady. Thank you! (Second update: I have a different dentist now - I trust her to do a good job the first time, without hysterics from me.)
Super professional. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out I felt validated. The dental team worked diligently to create a proactive treatment plan , tailored to my needs. From Katie at the front desk, who greeted me with a smile, to my dental assistant, Julia who ensured I was cared for during my examination and cleaning, I felt like more than just another cog in the machine. Doctor Garcia was patient with me and had a wonderful bedside manner. My conditions were thoroughly explained to me so that I had the necessary information to take proper care of my dental hygiene. I am very impressed with the service I received and will be recommending Hudec to any individual I meet requiring dental work.

She always explains in detail what needs to be done and why if I need any dental work done. Eileen has taken care of my hygiene care years . She is very thorough and detailed with her work. I dont normally write reviews, but I had such a phenomenal experience at this office that I JUST HAD TO. First off, they were able to get me in same day new patient - thats really hard. I had an issue with my previous dental office, but Hudec was pleasantly able to get me right in. Secondly, I went in and there was hardly anyone there, they were following extremely safe protocols, and I felt completely comfortable (also the office was SPOTLESS and the receptionists were so kind!) When I went into the back, I had the pleasure of meeting Amber and Kim -- what absolute gems. It was as if I was spending time with friends who Ive known for years. They both made such a scary experience for me so enjoyable, major props to them two because I can be a baby at times, especially when I was in the amount of pain I was in! Dr. Asaad - my goodness, bless your heart. I cannot stress enough to anyone going here, Dr. Asaad, as well as the other staff, are knowledgable, genuinely caring, honest and patient. I found out I had to get a root canal which was my worst nightmare, and the team were so kind and honest about the procedure, made sure I was comfortable and laughing, just made it such a painless and great experience. Dr. Asaad was really honest with me about what was going on with my tooth, even suggested different ways to follow through with treatment because of my financial situation, I just cant thank her enough for saving my tooth from the absolute h-e-double-hockeystick that my last dental office put it through. She literally saved my tooth guys, I know that sounds crazy, but the other office operated on me improperly and Dr. Asaad seen what was going on and took care of it right away. I seriously cant thank this office enough for the care and kindness they showed me that day, and I truly hope anyone looking for a dentist goes to this location because you will never dread having to go to the dentist, instead youll be looking forward to it as I do :) Thanks again Dr. Asaad, Amber and Kim!!!
I thought I needed root canal. Dr. Terri Tran told me it was cancer and I needed a biopsy. I had one shortly thereafter and discovered I indeed, had oral cancer, for which i needed surgery including skin grafts. It was a major ordeal. I am just coming out the other side, but I will survive. Dr. Tran saved my life.

Dr Ryan, Lisa, Sarah, Sadie, Annie(just to name a few) ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! My mom, brother, husband and I all come here and we have no complaints! The staff go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can possibly be! Even with extensive dental work they make sure everything they are doing is as comfortable as possible for their patient! Highly recommend! I have a life long fear of the dentist and after my experience with Dr.Asaad, Sadie, and Amber I have a new outlook. They were so kind and compassionate. They made sure I wasn’t feeling pain and would ask frequently if I was ok. I had 2 extractions and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental appointment! Thank you Dr.Asaad, Sadie, Amber, and the rest of the staff! I am truly grateful.
Hudec Dental is excellent. Our hygienist, Eileen, is very thorough, professional and caring. Our dentist, Dr. Tran, is an excellent dentist; very professional and caring. My children are very comfortable at Hudec Dental. Office staff is very helpful and courteous.
Dr Tran is the best dentist. She is thorough in explaining what needs to be done and is quick and gentle at execution. Sam was so good and all the girls there are very good! Dr. Garcia had the best bed side manner Ive ever seen from a dentist in 20 years! The flexibility and comfort ability he offered to my fiance during his emergency was the most exceptional/professional/compassionate service Ive ever seen in this field. Well worth the trip from Cleveland!!
I have never been to a dentist office that helps it’s patients out as much Hudec has help my husband and I!! They are always so sweet and kind when you walk in! They talk you everything that they are going do so you aren’t left in the dark!!! They talked us through all the financial and insurance info which is such a big help to understand and know what our insurance will and won’t cover!!! They also don’t mind at all if I have to bring my son (who is 16 months old) with me to my appointment! The whole office has truly been a blessing to my husband and I!!! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!!
Lisa has been cleaning my teeth for like 5 years now or something anyway she’s great and my teeth always feel awesome afterwards. The staff is great and I enjoy my visits.
Been coming in for cleanings last 2 yrs. First time here for a procedure requiring numbing. Dr. Tran was very good and always checking my pain level, which was zero. My mouth has been drilled more than an oilfield and I always felt a little something. Not this time, which was crown prep. Amazing. Joel and Sarah were pleasant and efficient as well. Yeah, you may hear other stuff going and they multi-task but I never felt it was done at my expense. Its that way in any dental office with more than one dentist. I find them to be very efficient.
I’ve been going to Strongsville Hudec dental for over seven years now and not only is the work fantastic and holds up perfectly, the staff is full of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! They truly care about your issues & making sure they limit future issues as much as possible! From a great open schedule to making kids feel at home & comfortable, there is no other dental company that will go to such great lengths just to make sure your smiling & pain free by the time to leave! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and treat you like family. The minute you walk through the door, you can see that the staff at the front desk always has a smile on their face. Updated review. Today was a great experience. Dr. Ryan took her time to answer all my questions regarding two teeth. She had taken photos and showed me exactly what they looked like and what needed to be done. Drilling was quick and Dawn did an awesome job filling my tooth. She checked that my retainer still fit well. I was really nervous about this visit but Dr Ryan and staff put me at ease.
I love going to the Dentist !!! Hudec Dental - Strongsville is the best place...when I walked in, I am welcomed by the reception crew immediately. My Hygienist...Eilene...is so professional and thorough, and at the same time makes you feel comfortable. Even though its The Dentist, I enjoy my regular visits, and always feel great about my choppers. These teeth are healthy because of the professionals at Hudec Dental in Strongsville. I would recommend them to anyone who goes to the Dentist, and wants exceptional dental treatment and care.
I have been going to this office for almost 2 years now. Everyone there is extremely friendly, they are up front on what procedures they recommend and pricing for them. I really feel like they are taking great care of me every time I am there. I bring my kids (3 & 5 year old boys) also. My hygienist (Elaine) and my sons’ hygienist (Stephanie) are amazing!
Dr. Tran in Strongsville told me I needed all my top teeth taken out because they were all decayed and needed dentures. I got a second opinion that said only two teeth needed to be taken out so I did that just waiting on impressions now for a partial. So glad I didnt getall my top teeth out!
I have never had to wait for an appointment, friendly and efficient staff and always a welcoming and clean environment. I recently broke a tooth and they were able to see me within a day to get it fixed...all during this crazy pandemic. Hudec Dental is the best!

I have always HATED going to the dentist. The sounds are just the worst. For the first time in my entire life I went to a new dentist, and my hygienist Lisa was AMAZING!! I will never again dread going to the dentist, and she changed my whole perspective. Everyone should have a Lisa!! :)

You can’t help but feel comfortable as they work on your teeth! Before becoming a patient at Hudec Dental, I Hated the Dentist..... Not ANYMORE!!!!😁
I do have to say that everyone in the office was very nice and kind. However the dentist had me get up out of my chair to come look at my X-rays and pointed out infection, and knew i was in pretty bad pain. I had mentioned letting vodka sit on it to try to numb it. Tylenol is on in moderation for most, but I’ve had strokes and cannot take as much as most adults can. And I’m allergic to NSAIDs. So even after asking, the dentist didn’t want to prescribe antibiotics OR pain medication. My root canal isn’t until the 8th. I think the level of laziness to fill out some paperwork for their uncomfortable patients is disgusting because they get paid for their services very well. I’ll prob get a response to Call the office and talk toThe office manager like the other posts, and like the other people complaining, I will just be politely told I can go elsewhere if I prefer a second opinion. My face is beginning to swell and I barely slept due to the pain. That (4) 500 mg Tylenol didn’t do anything to in 7 hours. So if you are in an emergency situation, I’d suggest a different place to go. They will for you in and do X-rays and give you a referral and that’s it for that visit, and they will collect a nice little easy chunk. They most definitely disappointed me and was far below my expectations.
Dawn at Hudec dental is an artist. The temporary bridge she made looks so real I am going to have it used when they make the permanent one. Dr. Tran also performed no small miracle getting my teeth ready to put the bridge in place. They are very concerned with making sure you are in no pain while any of this is going on. I had a very good experience and highly recommend them.
By far my favorite dentist ever. I went in my first appointment with Dr. Tran and absolutely loved it. The hudec dental staff is amazing. They are super quick to get you in for an appointment. I wanna thank Dawn for being there every appointment I had and giving the best looking teeth ever!!! I also wanna thank Dr. Tran, the best dental Doctor there is. I look forward to my visits with Dr. Terri Tran and my Hygentist Lisa. They honestly make me feel more than a patient and more like a dear friend during the short time I am there for my cleaning. Luckily no serious work needed so far, but I am sure they will be the best for any procedure needed in my future and I would not trust anyone more than I would Dr. Tran. I live half an hour away and there are plenty of Hudec’s near me but I am so glad I picked Dr. Tran and was assigned to Lisa for cleaning because they both make my drive so worth it. I just hope and pray they do not move away. If you are looking for a great and mostly a super caring team, you will not regret going to Hudec Dental Strongsville!

Dr. Tran is amazing. Super gentle and informative. Probably the least awful experience Ive had getting any work done. Not to mention also super fast. Had me in and out. She didnt waste any time. The rest of the staff is great too!

I have been going to Hudec’s Strongsville location for at least 14 yrs, and have always had positive experiences. They have performed a number of procedures, with never a problem. They are friendly, professional and efficient. Our dental hygienist, Eileen, is outstanding and has, over the years, become a good friend. I would recommend Hudec Dental to anyone who asked.
First of all, I confess to being terrified of going to the dentist and putting off procedures until absolutely necessary. Dr. Ryan has spent the past year easing my fears, addressing my concerns and repairing decades of dental neglect. She makes certain that I am comfortable with everything that is happening. Her team, including Dawn and Julia, treat me with that “personal touch” that is difficult to find in businesses today. None of them attempt to shame me or lecture me, but give me factual details about my dental health. I am really blessed to have them right in my backyard, with flexible hours.
The service is friendly and comfortable. My son came in for a cleaning and a checkup. Maybe its just me, but it just seems like cleanings and checkups are handled more like a pit stop then a thorough process anymore. Not just here, but every where I go for dental services. Everyone seems to knowwhat theyre doing, etc. Just seems too quick for me. Maybe Im just over thinking it, I dont know...

Dr. Tran was very kind & made sure I didnt feel any pain. Im very nervous around needles but she did a good job of keeping me distracted. She explained everything she did beforehand & is very conservative when it comes to keeping your teeth as is, which I appreciated. Everyone was very professional.
PEOPLE PLEASE get a second opinion when you get a dental evaluation plan from this company. I went in and needed a root canal, then they said I also needed 3 or 4 crowns and 3 additional root canals almost about $7000 in work, so I got a second opinion from a very reputable dentist and brought to his attention that the root canal I had just gotten done felt like it was swollen he advised that the tooth needed to be removed and should have never been worked on so not only did Hudec dental talk me into a $95 dental plan for cleanings and such I am out another $3000 for the root canal, crown and the the removal of the tooth. The infection was so bad and that it almost went into my bone. My second opinion from my new dentist said i did not need any of the root canals that Hudec dental said i needed but did confirm the 3 crowns. Also I was forgotten about 2x once in the waiting room and once in the dental chair at another location of Hudec dental in Broadview Hts. I will never go back to this company again!!
This place is a joke anymore unfortunately covid ruined the staff and they lost there good dentist. The dentist they have now are no better then assistants or just plain lazy ive had 2 experiences and my wife just went today and instead of being good and handling the simple problem they just want to refer you tou a specialist idk if its laziness or what but went way down hill from when dr shim was there. Dr ryan leaving put the icing on the cake. Dont go here if you need real work done!!!!!
Eileen Pace is the reason I keep coming back to Hudec Dental. She is caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I like Dr. Tran. I only gave a rating of three because there needs to be an improvement to the emergency protocal on weekends.

I have been a patient of Lisa the hygienist for some years now. I am very impressed at her level of professionalism each time i see her. Her personality is calming through the cleaning procedure and is always concerned if there is any pain i might have. I highly recommend Lisa as your hygienist, you wont be sorry.
It felt welcoming until I went to the back. First off I would like to recognize Katie because she was great and gave me a lot of info. But when I headed to the back I was greeted by Samantha who I just felt was rude. She wasn’t personable like the other lady I saw who greeted another patient and shook their hand while introducing herself. There was only 1 dentist, Dr. Lee taking care of many patients at once. I was called back after 2 people who arrived way after myself and then I heard Dr. Lee taking care of those people before coming to my area which was very open to where you can see into the next patients area. With such an open area you can hear other patients which leaves no privacy. When Sam was taking my X-rays I didn’t know why she was doing both sides because I came there with a problem for one side and she was very direct and said I just explained why but I was confused so I’m just like ok. Then she kept telling me to put my head back when indeed I was but I do where a clip so I don’t know what else she wanted me to do. Then when I felt the X-ray wasn’t on the right tooth I said does it need to go back more so she told me to just stay still. I’m not thrilled about my experience and would not return for any future work.
I am pregnant an had to have a root canal dr shini was awesome! The whole experience was truly amazing bc having to go thru what I did with little to no pain meds they all were so caring an gentle. Sam was great finishing my filling when I was very upset an uncomfortable she took the time I needed to gather myself an got the dentist to get more medications to help me. The dentist even called to check on me over the weekend to be sure I was ok an not in pain! Highly recommend this office an whole staff Rock!!

Dr Bridget Ryan and Sam were Amazing! So professional! Dr Ryan took extra time to make sure that I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort during the entire procedure, which included all necessary x-rays a root canal ( on a tooth that I didnt think was savable) and two fillings within about two and a half hours.This was my first visit to hudec dental in Strongsville . My insurance was compatible and the process was simple. Cant say enough about hudec dental ! Now Im excited to go to the dentist again, yay me!

I have received great service at both locations over the years. Admittedly, like most people, I have a fear of going to the dentist, the staff (at both locations) is extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. My Hygienist, Lisa, always takes great care of me; my teeth have never felt or looked better. I would definitely recommend Hudec.
I called to get some information about them and let me tell you, THEY WERE FANTASTIC! The receptionist, I believe Annie was her name was so wonderful and kind and answered all of my questions. Elaine, my hygienist, is always concerned on the condition of my teeth. Takes care in cleaning and polishing my teeth. Always makes me not want to eat after so as to keep the feeling great!
In 2016 I had work done. The cap that was placed on my tooth broke completely off tooth and all less than 2 months after being put on. I forget the doctors last name but her first name was Jessica.I had the hygienist tell me I needed a special cleaning that another dentist said was not needed.They sent me home with my face swollen so badly that my lips would not close together properly and only gave me ibuprofen for the pain.
I am and always have been a big baby when going to the dentist and these folks put me at ease. The staff is wonderful!
I was iffy about coming here because of all the one star ratings but ignore them and go! I was recommended to go to Dr. Tran and I was absolutely not disappointed. She was so sweet! I love her! I got 6 fillings. 6! She was so gentle and talked to me about what was going on, showed me pictures of my cavities, the whole 9 yards. I have so much to say about this dentist but dont want to bore anyone. just go!!!
If I could leave a zero star review I would. They worked on two of my teeth. The back tooth was told to me by another dentist that it would need to be done by an endodontist but when Hudec got me in there they wanted that insurance money so they drilled and preformed the root canal leaving the remaining tooth weak because they dont put crowns on a back tooth like that. Then i had a silver crown put in which should be on a dead tooth but I have now been to the ER 3 times with a swollen face and extreme pain. When I went in for my appointment today I was told insurance doesnt cover a retreat which is funny bc if they wouldve done tje procedure correctly the first time none of this would be an issue.

I saw Dr. Tran & Dawn a few times and they were both really great. Dr. Tran actually educates on what is going on and is great with administering novocaine shots! Dawn was amazing as well and genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend
Dr. Ryan, Felt I was not heard. Shes Not understanding with Patients with Anxiety and PTSD. While I was there did not tell me other then the teeth that needed a crown. What other teeth pacificly what was wrong. By the X-Rays taken. Waited to hear before I left. Refused to do anything but crowns. What happened with working with people there is Hope other options. Didnt even try. Very Flustrating. Receptionist Staff is helpful and welcoming.Dont recommend Dr. Ryan @ Strongsville Office.

Dr. Ryan, Sam and staff are awesome. Theyre pros, and I consider a lot of their work art. I had a crown put in recently, and it looks SO like my old tooth, even I cant tell the difference. Also, their cavity fillings ended up smooth (thanks Sam!). Ill be back.

Brittany cleaned my 2 year olds teeth, she was so great with him, even had cartoons on for him when we walked in! Dr. Moon was also wonderful with his exam!Dr. Moon also did fillings on myself, and made a night guard for me. I have zero sensitivity from the fillings that Sam placed, and I have incredible relief from my night guard!

I have too much to say about this place and Im not feeling like getting worked up about it yet again. Basically theyre just awful. Down right horrific. From the staff to the dental work. Most of the dental work actually turns out to be unnecessary. After visiting with my new dentist they had actually told me that hudec was under multiple lawsuits. And if you have anything bad to say about it theyll just delete your review from their website or tell you that they cant locate you in their records. Dont let them fool you. But if you would like hours of unnesicary dental work done, ridiculous amounts of money poured down the drain and to be treated disrespectfully by the staff then this place is just right for you
I had an appt. mon oct 15. i came bc i knew i needed fillings. VERY SIMPLE FILLINGS! i had an appt w/ dr tran. also a woman by the name of Dawn did my actual fillings and dr tran drills the fillings ( not a huge fan of that i think your dentist should do it all, but i had no reason to question anything at that point) everything went expectantly (well) until the end!! i went to use to the bathroom and i looked at my teeth in the mirror to make sure everything was satisfactory and in tact. at that point i saw that dr tran or dawn had drilled away at the outter surface of my teeth taking away from the appearance changing the shape of my teeth. also they had drilled my canine tooth which had no cavity but the shape was different. i am very maticulous about my teeth after spending countless dollars to fix them over the years so i notice everything. i know what each and every one of my teeth look like even in the back. i addressed them about it immediatley. dr tran fixed 1/3 teeth w/bonding and refused to fix the other 2. i end up speaking w/the office manager sam (who was very nice) and she said she saw on the xray that someone did drill away at the surface and offered for me to come back to fix the issue w/another dentist. so this review is more so abt dr tran. and dawn bc no one took accountabilty for drilling away at my tooth. dr tran seemed knowledgeable but to me being a dentist is about knowledge and SKILL. you should not only care abt the patients health but appearance.Dr tran doesnt really care about appeareance.(her teeth are nice though so she cares about hers) also when you are going to make any change that will effect the appearance the patient needs to be informed before you do that!! bc in the event i wouldve have said no, not to do that. but its out of my hands now... dr tran was kind but not accountable which is more important to most ppl, and dawn just redirected to dr tran. i am going back to give them the opportunity to correct it today oct 16. i will write another review after that in all fairness. and i will be honest about my experience. In the event it is not corrected to my liking i will have to drive 2 hrs to my hometown and have my family dentist correct it and ill have to pay him for that bc its cosmetic!!so im hoping all goes well today. But if you are particular about your teeth and appearance i would not recommend going here. Accidents happen and even dentist/dr. make poor decisions but ACCOUNTABILTY/INTEGRITY is EVERYTHING. The office manager had to come save the day when the dentist should have. i shouldnt have to come back a second day for another dentist. they shouldve made dr tran fix it that same day!! another dentist shouldnt have to fix dr tran or Dawns work (they are a team). i gave a 3 bc so far i believe the actual fillings were done well and sam was very nice and prompt.i will write a second review after my followup!!

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. DONT GO HERE OR USE HUDEC AS A COMPANY.I heard terrible reviews for the company as a whole. My mother-in-law had her jaw cracked from one of their dentists drilling too deep during a root canal many, many years ago. They even had protesters outside of their doors and had the police come and disperse them.My husband only found only good reviews for this particular location, so he set up an appointment for me here with Dr. Tran because it seemed to be the best. However, after having some cavities found and cleaned out and they put the cap on, I went home to find a tooth cracked under a cap. ...It seems theyd worked their same magic again, drilling too deeply, compromising the strength of my tooth. The back of the tooth cracked off completely, all the way down to the root, causing severe pain and discomfort.I called them. They responded with you cracked your tooth in an accusatory tone, set up an appointment and accommodated extra time for the special situation. Fortunately, they fixed it with no charge. However, Dr. Tran found two more cavities between two teeth. She chided me for not flossing and told me shed give me one more chance. She never even talked to me about flossing in my previous appointment, nor scheduled me for a cleaning! My teeth havent been cleaned professionally for 8 years since I havent had insurance! The build-up of plaque between two teeth is hardly the result of a lack of flossing between these two appointments. Its more likely a lack of professional cleaning.I set up a third appointment to have the two more teeth filled. She has this technique she used in both appointments where she grabs my cheek and shakes it while shoving the needle in. It was terrifying. I requested her not to do it again. She remembered for the rest of the first appointment, but I had to remind her again for the second appointment. She kept acting like I was crazy to NOT want to have my face shaken while she jabs a needle into it.The staff displayed a disappointing lack of knowledge. Despite telling them why I was setting up the appointment, when I showed up and sat in the dental chair, I was asked again as if they dont even take note of why Im setting up the appointment. They cant make some sort of note and put it in a chart for her to read?When it came time to go into the appointment today, I just couldnt bring myself to go in, be insulted, have my face grabbed, shaken and have needles jammed into it, then insulted some more while reeling from fear and going numb from novocaine. Im going with a different dentist.I finally changed dentists to Dr. Arndt in N. Ridgeville on Center Ridge Rd. and couldnt be happier. Ive had 3 appointments since, have had 2 wonderful cleanings by one of their staff, had a cavity filled, a second cavity filled AND a flare on the filling from Hudec fixed.I am NEVER going back to Hudec, and I implore everyone never to go there either. I wont insist that you go to Dr. Arndt. Youll find the dentist thats best for you, but my experience with Dr. Tran and the staff at the Pearl Hudec has me mentally and emotionally scarred and swearing off of any service from the entire company of Hudec.

I got service from Lisa Kennedy at Strongsville location, she did a wonder job, help me greatly on my teeth issue. She is just wonderful. Hope you guys can keep this kind of service. Two thumbs up, Lisa.
Thank you Hudec Dental for seeing me on a Saturday. Dr. Lee, Dr. Tran and Dawn were very helpful in figuring out the source of my pain and were able to come up with a quick and inexpensive remedy. Would definitely recommend them!!!
Had an appointment with Lisa and she is a great hygienist! All the staff was super friendly. I was in and out in no time. Also, the office was very clean!

Told me I needed braces, I went to another place for a second opinion I was told I didnt need braces. My friend had also been told that she needed 6 cavaties filled, on top of the 11 they already filled, and when she went to get a second opinion they told her she only needed 2 of her fillings redone. Would not recommend
The staff and doctors here are sooo wonderful. They are patient with sissies like me ( and Im 50+) and always so knowledgeable. I can always get an appointment that fits my schedule. Dawn helped me tremendously when I came in for a same day appointment in pain. I walked out feeling amazing! Thanks Hudec for making me feel like you really care. 😆

Hudec Dental has served our family well for the 15 years we have lived in Strongsville. They have a professional staff, and you can see they really care about the welfare of their patients when you are there for a cleaning or other treatments.
I always get great service with Hudec. The wait is never very long and Brittany is outstanding. If you get a chance to pick your hygenist she is great. Fun, professional, and cares about your teeth.
I thought I was getting a good experience with Dr. Moon at Hudec in Strongsville. Unfortunately, even though I told him and the office staff more than once that I was having pain and discomfort after a root canal, they failed to follow-up with any sorts of tests or procedures. It has now been a year, and I just found out that an infection had been growing under the tooth because Dr. Moon failed to fully fill the canal after he removed the root. I now live in another state, so I had to go to a new dentist and have the root canal repeated. It feels like a significant waste of money and time. Not to mention how dangerous it was to let me continue on with the infection because there was no follow through.
They get 0 stars. Whoever is giving them 5 stars works for them. Rude, arrogant, and just unprofessional fits them just right. Took my 5 year old baby boy to have his teeth cleaned .... tell me why after five minutes of Dr. Trans doing whatever it was she was doing, she chipped my sons TOOTH! then they said we apologize but your health care provider doesnt cover fixing a chipped tooth!!! i am furious and frustrated!!! these people are freaking rip offs!!!! NEVER BRING YOU BABIES HERE!!!!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT CHARGING YOUR HEALTH PROVIDER MONEY AND DOING MORE DAMAGE THEN WHEN YOU WALKED IN !!!
This is an update regarding my last review here. if you guys are still mentioning my name in these reviews and still think Im making fake reviews then I will not hesitate to sue! remove the comment as I have a screenshot if not I will contact the local police and all of my lawyers! One of the worst dentist I have ever been to in my entire life! Hands down the staff is the WORST, the customer service is the WORST, the doctors themselves are the WORST! Would not and I repeat will not recommend coming here.

Worst place ever. Two times in the last two months I had scheduled appts for my children that they never booked in their system when speaking to me on the phone. Showed up for appts and they stated they didn’t have any. Left this dentist before and now we’re doing it again, not sure why we even tried to come back!
The girl who did my sons teeth was amazing! He said that she explained the whys behind what he has to do to keep his smile. Great experience.
DO NOT GO HERE! I went in with perfectly fine teeth needing a cleaning. The dentist refused the cleaning but insisted my fillings were loose. They filled every one on my upper right side and I havent been able to eat on the right side of my mouth since. I was accused of sabotaging my care. Then they said I had a sever infection but refuse to write me a script. They wanted me to come in for a deep clean teeth cleaning and wanted to schedule a root canal. FOR WHAT? My husband just got a tooth pulled. Three days later he has a swollen face, severe pain, and no meds. They told him the same thing also: Infection- no medication given- and needs a deep teeth cleaning. LIARS all of the are LIARS. DO NOT GO HERE!
My hygienist, Eileen at Hudec Dental in Strongsville is great. My cleaning and exam were a breeze. No waiting, in and out quickly. Would recommend Hudec Dental if youre looking for a dentist.
They are really great at this location! Everyone is so nice, they made my daughter feel at ease during her cleaning and filling. I wont go anywhere else.
I am so sick of this place. Im standing outside now. This is the SECOND time I drove forty minutes and took my daughter out if school to come for a cleaning. I LITERALLY called and spoke in detail before I brought Enna out here to make sure she was eligible this time. Yes she is eligible, I ran the insurance they said. Get here now... And they send me home . Not eligible. At this point I am going to go out of my way to not recommend them to anyone. I am beyond aggravated.
Dr. Tran was wonderful. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable, she was considerate of my pain levels, and she was extremely compassionate. Even the techs went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I was not an easy case, and I even made them stay late. Not a single one of them complained. They were just wonderful.
Eileen has been my dental hygienist for years. She is through with cleanings, and always listens to my concerns. Highly recommend Eileen.
I I have a phobia about dentist !!! But Dr. Moon and his staff made me feel so comfortable and then afraid that I will go back again !!!! It was great that I could get what I need to get done but the setup was not the best for the patient. The area was pretty wide open and not a room. The presumed x ray machine was just on a swivel between two pods, not enclosed. Since I had to lay back I saw spider webs and water damage on the ceiling. After I was numb for a procedure I was left for a long while and people just came into the area to get other supplies for other patients. No water or sink available. Then a third individual came in that I wasnt previously introduced to do the procedure. No instructions or information on what I would expect or what to do if something was wrong.
I recently went there for a full set of dentures. Invested around 3,000 dollars. Over a 2 year period I have ended up with numerous scars in my mouth due to the sores that will not go away. I have went there several times and they have only done temporary fixes. I have not at all been pleased with the look or the fit of these dentures. Now I am going to have to go somewhere else to see if I can fix the issues I have been having.

Don’t go here!! They always find a way to remove any negative feedback! They are scammers and rip offs. They will tell you, that you need more done to your theeth then necessary! I’ve been here twice they are scam artist! I went to a different desntist after I had a town out in. Turns out I never needed a crown. They do more then what they need to. This place is GARBAGE. I went in for a cleaning in February, then was conned into getting three of my teeth unnecessarily capped..fast forward to November, one of the crowns pops off as Im eating a sucker. So I return to the Podunk hell hole. They are graciously able to fit me in with a same day appointment. (Apparently because they have absolutely NO clientel. For good reason.) I arrive to my appointment where the paper pusher at the front desk says this will be a cash transaction. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? Here I am in the waiting room. Furious. Ill be damned if the BBB doesnt hear about this.

Dr.ryan Is careless . The staff was unprofessional. They bring you back to take x rays and try telling me I need to come back another day cuz they were busy. Doctor ryan didnt listen when it came to the infection on my gums she dismissed everything I was saying. She didnt even look. I will be reporting her.

Told my boyfriend that he couldnt get a cleaning because he hasnt been to the dentist in 2 years and that he would have to pay for one even though caresource covers a cleaning every 6 months. Will not be going back. Ive never had to pay out of pocket while having caresource.

2022-02-05Amazing experience from start to finish. I would recommend this office, Dr Tran and Sam to anyone. My family and i have a new dentist after my experience.I called for a last minute appointment to get a full mouth x-ray and exam for clearance before heart surgery. My family dentist couldn’t squeeze me in and Hudec gave me an appointment first thing the next day. I arrived after an evening snow storm expecting the office closed and was pleasantly surprised to find a friendly staff ready to help me. They manages the paperwork process quickly and I was in the chair getting my x-rays in no time. The office was very nicely decorated and very clean. After looking at my X-rays the dentist pointed out an area of decay below an old filling that required a crown. Knowing I needed this completed before my surgery less than two weeks away, the dentist jumped right in to start the procedure. They explained my out of pocket cost before starting and ensured I understood what needed to be done before beginning. The dentist selected a crown material based on the fastest turn around and even called the lab to ensure that my permanent crown would be ready a week before my scheduled surgery. The procedure was completed quickly and efficiently. The staff clearly went above and beyond to take care of me and yet we’re still humble enough to apologize in case the unplanned procedure was taking too long. During the procedure the dentist and assistant explained what they were doing and frequently checked to sure that I wasn’t feeling pain.I would not hesitate to recommend Hudec Dental and feel confident knowing I will receive great service when I need dental care again.

2022-02-03This was my first visit and my experience was great. I had to find a new dentist and I am happy that I found a wonderful facility with fun, friendly, and caring staff. The facility is clean and organized. I observed the staff cleaning and sanitizing the exam/treatment area when one patient left, in preparation for the next patient. I was so nervous, and they made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely continue to let them provide me with dental services. A wonderful shout out to staff Elaine, Dr. Tran, Sam, and Novell. (sorry if I misspelled anyones name).

2022-02-24I love Dr Tran. Seriously, as much as I generally dislike “going to the dentist”, she makes it so much better to be there. She’s genuinely nice, cares about my comfort, and even if inside she’s probably thinking I whine too much for an old lady, I would never know it. She makes sure I’m really numb before starting any work and I just really appreciate that so much. She knows, I tell her too.And even though I love Dr Tran, Eileen is the real reason I’ve been going there for so long. Love her the most ♥️

2022-02-01I am a new patient who just recently relocated to Strongsville and chose this dental practice based on reviews and general proximity to me. I was very pleased with the work of my hygienist Lisa and the dentist checked in at the end of the visit to check on my mouth. All was well, but also got good tips on how to maintain my teeth a bit better than I have been. Highly recommend!

I have been sending my whole family here after my daughter needed emergency dental work after breaking two front teeth, but this was my first time going to this dental office. They took amazing care of my daughter and have continued to take great care of the rest of us, too! I have absolutely nothing bad to say.

They took plenty of time to answer my questions. I was impressed that they had reviewed the paperwork I submitted and they welcomed me to the practice. I am very satisfied with my experience.

2022-04-20I’ve experienced a lot of bad dentist. A lot of them made me feel like I was a money pit or just didn’t care. Dr. Tran saw me as a person. Understands my dentist anxiety. She truly put me at ease and I will forever recommend her. Not only does she make me feel like she cares but is very thorough in explaining everything, always makes sure I was very numb, helps me put all my worries aside and makes me feel comfortable. 2022-04-05By far one of the best experiences we’ve had with a dental office …no crazy wait in the waiting area , everyone from the front desk all the way back to the chair are incredibly friendly . She was very gentle & understanding with my nervous daughter , while explaining everything very well. She gave suggestions on what should be done , but didn’t push a bunch of excessive work. We’ve found our new family dentist .

2022-04-04I was really excited about this place.My first appt they did x rays. Listen to what I had to say and told them my plan for my teeth. Everything seemed like wow I found a office who is hearing me finally.Then its been months and Ive never been back since they are waiting on my treatment plan to be approved. Which i have a military based insurance that is in network with this place. For some reason they arent getting it back but my insurance said everything is fine on my end. I was even told maybe my plan went to another office they have. Yet no one has found it still.My insurance is pretty simple.I get some services no cost.Then insurance will pay a percent up to my max amount till I pay fully from pocket. Im aware of my insurance and this office is in network with my insurance.Which the lady did say she can see but I cant get in still to get my work started. Twice I had them resend it and asked why we cant get started still. When they can see I have insurance and the amounts approved per item.I even had it all planned that I expressed to the office of how I plan to have this done over time to use my insurance in both physical years and ready to pay cash for the rest.The second call to them they had a plan sent out I didnt even want to start with first.So far my information is just lost with them and no one else has reached out.I have never been somewhere that cant seem to find out my information to get me started when I made it super clear my whole mouth hurts and Ive waited patiently for them to get me in.Pretty disappointed like I said. The initial visit seemed like I found the perfect dentist office but really. I did not.

The office & billing staff work hard to schedule our appointments, help us with any billing questions & guide us through the various added dimensions of any needed specialists. My husband & I are pleased with the service we receive.
