Brett and his crew finished building my pool deck this week on 8/4/22 . The design, quality, and workmanship definitely went above and beyond my expectations to create an amazing area for my family. I am super pleased. The deck is a work of art as you will see in the photos. Brett and his team even put lights on the deck to make it that much better !!The team showed up on time every day and stayed long hours to finish up the project.I would recommend Howell Landscaping for any project , and I plan to use them for more projects in the near future !!

My wife contacted Howells when we had that first big snowfall. They quoted 45.00 if we started a contract, or 1 time only 75.00 (emergency plow). I told her to cancel as I would do it when I got home from work. Within 15 minutes she canceled the service and she received an email stating it.Fast forward to Jan 26th. My wife gets an email with a receipt for 79.88 (withdrawn from our account) for a plow. She called and got a woman who had apparently skipped all her classes in customer service skills 101, who told her (with attitude) that shed look into it. My wife then got another email from someone else (owner?) insulting her, advising that we would get a refund, have been taken off their preferred customer list, and to enjoy the free plow.FREE PLOW? My wife did my side of the driveway during the day, and I finished the rest when I got home. No one EVER showed up, and if they did....they wouldnt have had ANY snow to plow.I would not recommend using this company for any services. Just goes to show you that anyone with 2000, a truck, and a telephone can achieve the American Dream. My advice...Just because you can, doesnt mean you should! Very disrespectful and unprofessional! The owner needs to learn... how to not disrespect women, customer service skills, and put someone on the phones who knows how to deal with the public.

I had a very bad experience with Howells landscaping. This is a highly unprofessional company who left my deck restoration work incomplete, leaving my deck shabby and unusable. They stopped my work abruptly without informing us. Owner bluntly refused to resume the work on my project and gave me a reason that they are booked for next several weeks and are no more interested in doing my work. They also threatened us for legal consequences if we do not pay them. We ended up paying 30% of the cost of the project to avoid any legal hassles.Be careful and suggest do not do business with them.

These guys went beyond what a single mom could ever ask for. It’s hard to find trustworthy people to come out to your house, and know the job will get done the right way. I sent a message the night before, they assured me they would be out in the morning and they were! The polite and incredibly professional young gentleman even helped me get my car out of the snow. My driveway is so long, and mostly gravel, it’s complete ice under the snow and these guys after plowing it, went to go get salt to put down for me, so my car would be able to get up my driveway. I’m so appreciative of the extra care they have given this job. They truly treated me like I was their family. I highly recommend them, and I know they will always have my business. I can not say enough about the team at Howell’s.

Howell’s Landscaping is amazing! I called the company and upon speaking to Brett, the owner, I knew I was going to have a great experience. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Brett and his crew were at my home at exactly 10:00 am as promised. They guys were able to accomplish all of my requests. They did take a lunch break and actually bought ME lunch. They did an outstanding job! They did an exceptional job cleaning up as well. You couldn’t even tell they had been there! Thank you Brett and your crew. I will be calling you for snow removal this winter as well!! GREAT WORK!!!

I called so many places to plow my drive. Luckily I found Howells. I am disabled and was snowed in. The young gentleman who showed up to plow, was very kind and courteous and did a great job. Thank you Mrs. Howell.

Great experience all around with Howells Landscaping. We have had other landscapers in the past, but I will be calling Howells with all our future landscaping needs! They did excellent work and we couldnt be happier. Also, the communication between Howells and the homeowner is excellent. Do not hesitate to contact them for any landscaping work you need done!

Great company!!!! I am an out of town investor who’s landscaper bailed mid season. Howell’s was the only company to make the effort and help me. I can’t thank them enough for taking the job. They do amazing work and their prices are fair and competitive. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

One of there trucks with a plow hit me, while I was in a parking space, I took the gentleman word that he would call me. After two days I had to contact them. He said he lost my number.Any way because I would not drive to Brook park from Elyria because I couldnt with a piece of my car hitting my tire. I was told I was own my own then and never call back. I have all the text message and screenshots . That is the kind of company this place actually is . Come to think of it I wouldnt even give one star if I didnt have to. and they cant say there light was on because he was ina parking space also with no flashing lights on .
