In my opinion, Howard Rabb and his team at Dworken & Bernstein have an exceptional eye for detail that has been a guiding benefit to our firm for more than ten years. The wise and timely counsel from Howard has helped to ensure our success in the past and for the future. Furthermore, when an attorney like Howard pauses his family vacation overseas to help me with a business Agreement, that’s what I call dedication and support! I will be using them again soon!

Howard has represented me on several matters over the past few years. I have also been appointed as Receiver over real estate in cases where Howard represented the lender or note holder - plaintiff - who purchased distressed debt.Howard works creatively and cooperatively while applying his broad knowledge base and experience, all in the efficient pursuit of his clients objectives.As Managing Partner of his firm, he has been recognized by his colleagues and peers for his insight, visioning, and expertise.
