Normally I have good service here but was disappointed re: the lack of communication re: the status of my vehicle. My car required a part that needed to be ordered. I was not updated that the part had not arrived and that my car was not going to ready as expected. A loaner car was not offered as a courtesy as a result of the lack of communication. My car took an additional 5 days later than the expected date I had been informed.
The service was fantastic very professional and very to the point. The service advisor Jared j e r o d Lumpkin badge number I think b432 was exceptional . He acted very professional it was very courteous and very thoughtful of the situation that I had with my daughters car I would recommend anyone coming here at any time what a great group of people.
Rouch Honda is a good dealer. Like all dealers, their prices are a bit higher than a regular mechanics but they do a good job and I know that theyre quite transparent with me when they give me their estimates. Ive had them fact-checked with my regular mechanic and he seems to agree with their prices and diagnostics considering that they use honda parts and their labor costs are higher per hour. Thats not always bad though... I like them. I think they are a good place to get you Honda auto-maintenance done.
Worst showroom ever. My cars AC was not blowing cold air. (Honda civic 2016) and i dint realize that Honda had recalled all the cars from this time frame with the condenser problem. These guys charged me $1300 in total to get this fixed. And reason told me i have a faulty compressor. This is completely ripping of customers. I cant give negative ratings otherwise I would have given negative stars. Worst people and place to get your car fixed.
I am a fan of Roush Honda. My family has three Hondas all certificated used. I am happy with the value of the vehicles and the no pressure approach. The service department is professional, determined to get the issue right the first time and charges reasonable prices. I have confidence in Roush Honda and recommend it to anyone.
How come all the time you have a quote for service and always there is additional work to be done. I think its just a RIP off in my opinion. Charges are too outrageous. If a true family focus business then let it reflect on the service to peoples pocketbooks especially in this Pandemic with struggling families. Just saying.
Called about a part they said they had it in stock I drove all the way to Westerville just for them to not have it plus it would take 3 days to receive. Worst customer service ever they were so an organized nobody knew what was going on I will never recommend or come here ever again

2022-05-22My experience here is usually good but I took my car in for an oil change at 1:30 PM last Saturday. I was helped by a service agent immediately that explained that it would be a couple of hours before it was done so I would leave and return. I received a text and a call a little after 3 pm but I was not near my cell phone So I did not get it immediately. What the agent failed to let me know Is that the service department close at 4 PM. I returned to pick my car up around 4:30 PM but no one in the building could assist me since no one from the service department was around. After 30min of speaking with multiple people a sales person let me know that if I absolutely need my car which I did for work the next day he stated if I have my spare key I can take my take my car and return for the other set on Monday when the service department reopens. The oil change was covered by a maintenance plan so there was no bill due just needed to pick up the car. This should not be the type of experience a customer should have. I understand that the service agent may have forgotten to mention that they close within the hour when he called but there needs to be a plan in place for vehicle pickups after service hours.

2022-06-08I have my car worked on there even though I have to drive an hour to get there. The employees are so helpful and nice. I will buy my next car from them. I LOVE ROUSH HONDA

2021-08-16Friendly people and efficient service, but I got a tire pressure alarm right after leaving and they didnt reset the maintenance minder. They were able to help me with both items over the phone, but I was on hold for 10 minutes to talk to a person.

2019-08-11Lindsay Honda service center is pretty efficient and very professional. The completed the work on time and as promised. They also have great extended hours and a shuttle service, so it makes it easy to drop off before work and pick up after. The only thing that I didnt like was that no one walked me through what they did, not found. I got the papers but it would have been nice to have the chance to ask a few questions.

2020-06-17I have always been treated fairly here. Any reasonable quibble I have had was taken care of to my satisfaction. They really do stress that here, customer satisfaction that is. Color me a happy Roush Honda customer.
