I have been to several other Hinda motorcycle dealers, and other motorcycle shops recently, but I keep going back to this one for ten years. Its a little far for me, but turns out it is always worth the extra drive. For instance, had a bad balding rear tire on my Silverwing, they were super busy but still suqeezed me in, as it was probably unsafe to drive it away from there that day. Thanks Tammy, Chad and guys in shop. The shop guys have driven every tyoe of motorcycle there is, and really have years and years if practical experience... yesterday I got stranded at a rest area in Piqua, all engines lights came on and lost power every 50 ft, I managed to get to the ramp at a Troy Honda dealer, they were able to do a quick oil change and sent me on my way, but I only made it 5 miles. Then they were closed but I was stranded. So I remembered Chad and Tammy, called him and he immediately knew that I simply had bad voltage due to needing a nee battery, just by my desperate description over the phone! Got the new battery, (that other dealers said would need to be a gel overpriced replacement), I got the exact thing I needed, took it back, and runs like a champ! Thanks a million for saving my day again, Chad! Most knowledgeable guys in Ohio so far. And battery was way cheaoer than everyone else, no charge for diagnostics either iver the phone, I will buy my next bikes from them. (Jeff in Wapakoneta)

Went in to get my Rancher AT to have a diagnostic done on it. Found out they decided to fix many issues I wasn’t aware of and did not inform me of it and charged me over $400 when I was expecting a $80 diagnosis. It was smoking from liquid dripping onto the exhaust from the breather tube and when I received it back, it still was smoking. I called them up and brought it back in. They told me there was too much liquid in the rear differential and was traveling up the drain out tube and leaking into the exhaust. Would not recommend doing business with them. The main counter man, Chad is not a person you want to meet. Very rude and acts like he knows everything. Stuck up and ignorant. Worst place I’ve ever done business with.

Called to order parts multiple times in the past. Guy never acts like he want my business. He tells me Me that my vehicle isn’t equipped with said part? When I’m looking at them right infont of me. Tried to get them to change a dirt bike tube for me. Said he was out 2 weeks. Thought it would be quick easy money for them. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone

Bought my 4 wheeler here back in 2005 had great service back then. Fast forward to today and that same great customer service is still there. Good service, nice professional looking showroom, friendly staff whether on the phone or in person. Called in and asked about getting service on my motorcycle told them I was bringing it in the next day and as soon as I showed up the next day they knew my name and what I was there for. Thats a good way to run a service department! Very impressed. Take the drive to Honda Of Ottawa you wont be disappointed.

Very nice folks in their shop. Only one around for miles. They have some very cool old relic power-sport motorcycles and 4-wheelers on display in the showroom too.Went into the store with pre-knowledge of what I wanted. The salesperson was willing to work with me on the final out-the-door price which included my trade-in (Suzuki). They stayed over on a Friday evening with me to finalize the sale. Very pleasant experience overall!

Tammy was great as usual...hooked my friend up with a classy new ride and Chad tried to work some magic on my battery, with no luck but the fact I always have such great customer service when I stop in will keep me coming back. Been dealing with these folks for a few years now and tell everyone who asks about my ride this is the place to go. Tammy and her crew have always treat me good no matter what my need is.

We were ready to make a purchase at this store on a Tuesday and they told us they actually couldn’t sell the side by side we wanted because there was a safety recall on a heat shield. We were told the part would be there the next day and the purchase could be completed then. Ended up going in first thing Thursday morning, ready to pick it up, and were told “Oh the parts didn’t come in yesterday”. Sure would’ve been nice to have a phone call.When we found a better deal and decided to go somewhere else after this fiasco, Chadd made it seem like it was OUR fault because “I told you I would call when it was ready” (that never happened, he told us it would be ready on Wednesday and we could come get it). After I told him a phone call would’ve been the decent thing to do, he hung up on me. Not impressed.Honda East in Maumee has better prices anyways!

This place is absolutely the worst Honda to do business with. They charged me for a service to do some work that they claim was done but my motorcycle still doesnt run. When I tried to contact not only Chad but Tammy to fix the issue. I get hung up on several times, they refuse to stand behind their work, and they refuse to give me my money back. In fact what I get out of this whole ordeal is a bike that doesnt run, loss of $217 dollars and a nice phone call from the police calling Im harassing them. When all im doing is trying to get them to make is right. Dont ever go here. You have been warned.
