A great experience buying a car from Roman. Very smooth experience and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Very reasonable and affordable price. If you’re looking to buy or lease a car, I highly recommend using Roman!

This dealership is dishonest, and lies about the condition(and worth) of your trade-in.We drove from West Virginia to find that THEIR number range of what they were willing to give us based on its condition was a farce! They lied after their mechanic looked at it, and offered close to $2000 less than the lowest number that THEY had given US!We left purchasing nothing except a lot of gas, wasted on the trip!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, NO. MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!!!!

Had some service done their and I was very pleased when it was done. My service advisor was a young lady whose name began with a B. She was a pleasure to work with.

We spent the day going to different Honda dealerships around Cleveland, Roman from Honda of Cleveland Heights was definitely the most helpful sales associate we spoke to today… we ended getting a car from him!!! Roman and Michael were extremely helpful and helped us get the car we wanted at a great price!!!

Let me preface this negative review by saying that Salesperson Noah was fantastic. He was personable and professional. He helped us understand the Accord (CPO) as first time car buyers (we usually lease) and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way. I can’t recommend Noah enough - definitely request him if you visit this dealership. The reason for the 2 stars is the unfortunate experience we had in the Financing department. We had our own loan approved from a reputable credit union and could have been out of there in an hour and on our way with a beautiful car and terms we were pleased with, leaving a 5-star review and recommending our experience to all. We may have even considered becoming a Honda family (our other car is a Toyota Rav4 with the lease up soon).Instead.... the team at Foundation Honda told us they can beat any interest rate “9 times out of ten” and offered to “quickly see if they can save us some money and get us better terms”. Of course we said - “sounds great!”..3 hours later, we were sitting in the finance department unnecessarily confused, frustrated and impatient. They somehow ended up tacking on a “service contract” to get us “better terms” from their bank of choice. Financing Scenarios (monthly payment, amount financed, interest rate, etc.) were never presented to us, and we spent the majority of our time waiting...waiting...and dodging small talk impatiently to ‘get to the point’ and understand our financial options.Eventually, we realized (not through Honda dealership - through our own deduction/ napkin math) that the “service contract” added $3,000 to our finance total over the course of the loan. (!!!)And...contrary to Foundation’s pitch - doesn’t cover any likely repairs (for example - it excludes tires, windshield, any maintenance and most of what it includes that is “likely” in the next 3-5 years is covered by car insurance). When we realized this policy was pretty much worthless to us and requested removal, he hinted that we are better off canceling it afterward rather than going through the whole process again (oh right the “whole process” that should have taken 20 min but somehow took 3 hours on your part...). So, we bit. An extra $3k out of pocket to finance when we never needed any of this in the first place - and it benefits none other than - you guessed it - the dealership itself.Alright Foundation Honda - we get it. We are in a pandemic. The service addons and policies are the (only?) way your dealership is really making money. That said, we are a customer-centric economy. This model won’t last much longer and consumers will begin to realize how backwards this process is - and turn to better options and vendors. The dealerships that cater to customers first will be the ones to survive, in my not so humble opinion. This review is for the future visitors of Foundation Honda - avoid the finance department if you can. If leasing, say no to extra warranties and add ons. If the car is as great as they say it is in their sales process - you probably won’t need the warranty within the time you buy to the time you sell. For the Honda Service team reading this, bad business will be your demise. Treat people like you want to be treated if you want to survive in this economy. Period.

Just moved to the area and needed an oil change and routine service on my Honda Accord. They were super easy to work with, had the work done quickly and for a very good price! Highly recommend and I don’t usually like going to dealerships
