Your typical mid-level corporate suite, with worn down carpets and dead-eyed guests. Located in an office park, free parking. Very average breakfast but oatmeal will save you. When we checked in, our room still had trash and used bar soap from the last guest but the bed was clean and comfortable which is the most important thing for me.
The staff at he desk all three women were very very welcoming very kind and respectful and very helpful you couldnt have asked for better women up front. There was a lady at night who worked the pool who was very rude we werent going to let one bad apple ruin our night truly satisfied with the stay also food was great and room was super clean and very spacious for our family.
Rooms are suffering from vibration from, I am guessing, a nearby AC. You have to ask for the room to be cleaned (I am guessing - maybe they dont do it at all during the stay?). Speaking of cleaning - Id suggest that you leave the toilet seat down, lest you be presented with a view of the underside. Bed linens feel cheap.
Everything about this hotel was great, the room was beautiful the breakfast was delicious, the worker was very nice and helpful, but the kindness that was shown us from everyone especially from front desk employees was greatly appreciated, we were there for a sick family member, if you are looking for a great hotel in and out this is the one, its diffently worth the money.
Cherry Carr was very awesome and professional, she literally went above and beyond during our stay. One of the sweetest ladies I ever came across she made our stay very comfortable and we felt at home LITERALLY. If I could I would take her all around with me just make to sure I get that warm felt feeling at every hotel. I will be sure to visit this hotel as long as she is still working there. Homewood Suites have a custome for life thanks to Mrs Cherry 💕
The breakfast was probably the best thing about this place. Our room was never cleaned our whole stay, even after we requested for it to get done. I booked the room on booking.com and when we got there they tryed to make me pay more then what I was told I would pay… Never again
Very nice hotel in a great location, with each room a suite. Really friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, clean lobby, nice breakfast buffet. Linda at the front desk was super friendly and is a great member of your staff. Sunshine at the breakfast bar is a very nice person and is so sweet! I would recommend this hotel. PS Flowers at the entrance are lovely.
Great place for a long stay. I had to stay 2 weeks for tests, preoperative evaluation, surgery & followup at the Cleveland Clinic. It was the perfect place to do this. Comfortable rooms & beds. Breakfasts reasonably good though repetitious. Great neighborhood: primarily new good looking & landscaped office buildings. Easy freeway access to other locations. Friendly personnel.
This is the second time weve stayed here and we definitely plan on staying here again. The staff is very friendly, especially Sunshine. The only reason Im not giving five stars is because on our last stay the toilet was not clean. But other than that, everything else has been very good.
This hotel is a great example of a Hilton hotel. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Hotel required masks in social areas, was clean and had a good selection at breakfast. Our room was prepared in time, clean and cold (on a hot day!). Kitchen area was well equipped with a full size fridge.
Friendly, accommodating staff. Kind of a weird layout where the elevator is kind of hidden and not obvious to find. Rooms are comfortable but not particularly well stocked. For instance there was no “do not disturb” door hanger, no pen or paper in the desk, and the kitchen/dining equipment was less than minimal - eg, the only bowls were two very small saucers - nothing you could put some cereal in for breakfast.
From the phone call to checking out, my experience was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and very quick with my check in. Walking to me room I noticed how clean everything was! My room was so nice and clean, the decor was gorgeous also. My kids and I walked to Winking lizards and we sat outside near the fire pit! Very peaceful location! We walked back to the hotel and got in the pool, cleanest most organized pool area I have seen. And no one else was in there but me and my children. The Queen at breakfast was so pleasant also. I came here to get some work done and for my kids to relax, and we did just that! Thank you to the staff on 4/13 4/14, your energy was so pure ladies! God bless you! I’ll be back for another staycation ❤️
A very nice hotel for the price. It is large with a separate sitting area and little kitchenette. Very nicely appointed furniture and comfy bed. Very clean. Per COVID era the breakfast is very continental, but its food! The pool area is by appointment if you want to use it so no fear of other gross children running around you! All in all, very nice for the price.
My experience at Homewood Suites in Beachwood was nothing short of exceptional. I was there for an extended stay due to an out patient surgical procedure and everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance were friendly, welcoming and attentive to our needs. I neded a hand held shower head installed and they accomodated my need immediately. If there was anything I needed, they were right there to help. I stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are in the area!
The suite is much smaller than the pictures show. If you plan to swim in the pool, you have to sign up for a one hour slot at the front desk. On both occasions we followed the protocol directions only to be bombarded with 20 or more teens that front desk knowing allowed to overtake the pool. When spending this much on a hotel, you would expect to be able to use the limited amenities that are available due to Covid. There didnt seem to be a limit to the amount of people staying in a room, making it seem more of a party atmosphere than a comfortable place to stay.
Not the most exciting location, but convenient and safe. Everything was spotless, and I felt comfortable with their COVID precautions (everyone I saw was masked, sanitizer readily available, extra cleaning apparent, etc.) Mattress looked brand new... generally seems like the hotel was renovated recently. Only negative was the shower... clean, but did not look as updated as other parts of the room. Ans while I’m normally not one to really care about water pressure, it was just so bad I could barely get the shampoo out of my hair! Otherwise, great for my one night stay passing through.
My family and I stayed here last week, and I had a double charge on my room the lady I spoke with (Tianna) could not figure it out which placed a hold on my funds but the next a.m at check out I spoke with Linda and she was so patient and friendly!...She figured it out immediately! ...Thank you so very much!!!...And to the breakfast lady (Sunshine)...You are so sweet and wonderful!!!...Very family friendly hotel!!!
A rude worker didnt answer a question I clearly asked more than once. The room wasnt properly clean and I found crumbs on the counter and some kind of bug I couldnt do anything about it or change my room because They couldnt identify if it was a bed bug. Gross I would leave -5 stars if it was possible I highly dont recommend.
The staff are great, definitely better than most places. The breakfast and happy hour area is really nice and well run. The hotel itself is showing its age and the cleaning staff has forgotten the nooks and crannies, quite a bit of dust in the corners. My bed did not have a blanket, but instead they used an old mattress pad, pretty gross. Rooms are good sized with a separate bedroom, but only one temp control, so you cant chill the bedroom while keeping the other area warm. I will probably stay somewhere else next time.
I was not particularly happy with the conditions of my room during my last visit. I was really disappointed that the linen in my room was soiled with what looked like blood, pizza sauce or flaming hot cheetos. Not to mention the large rips and tears in the comforter. It gave me that uncomfortable feeling that the room was cleaned but steps were missed. I do want to say that the staff was outstanding. Brittany went above and beyond to help me with a reservation error. She was very kind and informative.
Nice hotel just need to update there laundry facilities they have the room for a couple of newer and nicer washer and dryers I feel like Im back in the 90s and the dryers half dry things I have to hang things up n the room to finish drying,, but great friendly staff !!!!
The room itself is good. Its an extended stay and the kitchenette is good. The bathroom is okay. The door doesnt quite close if the toilet seat is down. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Hotel is in a pretty quiet part of town. There is a growing commercial area nearby that is pretty nice. Overall its a good place to stay. Amenities are good (pool, gym, etc.)
Had to stay over a month during home renovations and it was great. Staff was very personable and felt like family. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast and the evening small meal were always nice. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
I really enjoyed my solo stay at the newly renovated Homewood Suites. When I arrived, I had a really nice young lady check me in quickly. My room was nice and clean and had trash bags and liners for every single basket - impressive:) I was given passes to the pool and jacuzzi which I liked so I didnt have to worry about any other outsiders not belonging at the hotel. The breakfast was inclusive of eggs, potatoes, meat, and breads/cereals/etc. It was actually pretty tasty and they kept it full even though I at towards the end of the time allowed. Checkout was smooth. My only gripe was that I asked for a late checkout upon entering the hotel and no one notified me that it was not approved. Luckily I called prior to regular check out time and they allowed me 20 additional minutes, that I didnt end up needing. Other than that I would recommend.
Poor customer support; put in an order for breakfast the evening during check-in only to receive the morning of, a cold box breakfast. Really, are you serious, never seen this before and been staying at Hilton Hotels for over 25 years, and during the pandemic. We have ordered the night before, and came down to other Hilton hotels to receive a warm/hot box breakfast which was just fine; refrigerated cold, is an insult to say the least. We trashed the breakfast and went to Cracker Barrell. v/r, Dr. Ken King
This is a wonderful, clean hotel. My room had a kitchen with a full size fridge, a two burner stove, a sink, and a dishwasher. All the utensils you need are included in the kitchen. The breakfast was high quality. My recommendation for the hotel is to include a safe in the room. I am not sure if other rooms had one but mine didnt. It would have been nice to have been able to leave some items in the room during the day while I was out.
We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff (Derrell) was pleasant and welcoming. Very easy check-in and check out. The hotel/room was very clean. Comfortable sleep and breakfast was decent. The only small hiccup was the breakfast staff (a young woman) was very rude and inappropriate. Poor interactions with her fellow co-workers and customers.
We are really satisfied with our stay here! For the price we paid we felt we got more than most places in the same range. Since its location is a little farther out but close enough to get to Cleveland we were very happy with this hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the happy hour is great. The only thing I wish was different was that the hot tub was another 10 degrees warmer, but that was not a deal breaker by any means. Very nice accommodations! We will be back for sure for our next Cleveland visit.
I went for a party awhile back and it was really nice. The best part honestly was the awesome housekeeper. I could never forget her. She was very caring about our stay and had a great personality. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home. Thank you Ms. Carmela for being ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. If I dont come back for nothing else I will be back just to see you.
Service was top notch and friendly. Hotel was busy for holidays so continental breakfast seating was almost unavailable. The woman working was able to do her best and did a great job with working the food and seating. Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms were clean and as expected.
Great place to stay. Very quiet even with a lot of people here. The staff, especially Linda, the front desk associate, was very helpful and friendly.Parts of the building are showing its age but the staff is doing a great job with its up keep. One of the best stays on our whole trip.
We stayed here in the past when we came to town and it was decent, so tried it again. This time renovations were ongoing (while an overall positive thing) that would have been great to notify us of on booking or check in. It would have also been important to tell us up front that our room was in the middle of said renovations. Our room smelled like paint still. They were unable to move us, and stated all the hotel rooms smelled like paint honestly. We tried to air the room out and push through since we booked through Expedia, but as time went on we recognized the room surfaces still had paint residue on them, and construction workers were frequently by our room. The pool and breakfast couldnt make up for this. We ended up leaving earlier than planned because of this and thankfully Expedia is awesome and refunded us for our last night.
We Decided To Book With Hotel Because Of The Pool . They Told Us Over The Phone That We Have To Schedule A Time In The Pool . We Tried To Schedule Over The Phone But Have To Do In Person . We Got To The Hotel And Tried To Schedule a Time . There Wasn’t None Left . They Was Very Rude Amd Impatient. They Kept Telling Us To Come Back And See If Someone Cancel , Or Come in The Morning . We Are A Hilton Honors Member . They Would Not Accept Our Late Check Out . Or Let Us Get In The Pool
Great location and very professional staff.I was able to very quickly park and check in, at which point I was told there was a sliders and drinks complimentary happy hour in the lounge.Room was clean and well cared for.I did not partake in the morning breakfast, but it is offered and complimentary.I will most definitely stay at a Homewood Suites again based on this experience.
The rooms were disgusting, everything was very unorganized, just walking on the carpeting turned my socks brown, hardly any bedding on the beds. The breakfast was fairly good but it was still in an unclean environment. We tried to make a call to the front desk twice and no one ever answered. I called the following morning and they did answer and the housekeeper walked right into our room while we were in here without making sure no one was in the room and quickly apologized saying that she was unaware anyone was here. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone especially for the outrageous prices!
First day was fabulous, then steadily downhill. Shower and counters not cleaned, pillowcases not changed, no dishwasher detergent, kitchen linens not replaced. I should NOT have to clean my room and run down to the front desk for supplies. My husband is a Hilton Honors member and has never had such poor service on a Hilton property. That all said, the lady in the morning dining room is a total sweetheart.
Upon checking in we had nothing but issues and attitude from the front desk staff. There was no warm welcome or smiling faces. Upon departure we were forced to pay $270 instead of the $229 we were quoted. We asked to speak to a manager & did not receive a manager instead we spoke with another front desk staff who was just as unwilling to hear our issue with the additional expense. Sure the hotel is nice but they just want your money & could care less about building clientele.
From checking in at 1:30 am interacting with Mel, to then being sick and Nina? sending up crackers and ginger ale. Then Matt on check out day. The rooms were amazing, roomy, modern, clean. Although housekeeping didnt clean the room one day, Nina apologized. The breakfast was good and I really enjoyed the comfortableness of the bed. I am a die hard Marriott lady, but I just became a fan of Homewood Suites. Will definitely stay again. Great job!
This Hotel was terrible they ran out of a little miniature soups I love those soaps. And when I used one of those hairdryers it made my hair hard and crunchy. Their pool was freezing I mean come on and it was dirty I saw a brown stuff on the side of it ans i saw fake eyelashes in there two. The eggs were runny nobody likes runny eggs. The blankets Were even very rough. The other guests in the rooms were loud and rude. Lastly the staff was rude and gave me attitude when I asked for more pillows. And they felt moist I think they spit on them. I dont recommend ever coming here try Doubel Tree Hotel they provide delicious cookies.
This hotel is really nice, and not too far away from the airport. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. Every single staff member ive run into has been more than friendly! The daily breakfast rocks, the pool and hot tub are great. I would TOTALLY recommend this hotel to anyone!
Shawnice, the hotel clerk, helped us tremendously!! We accidentally reserved a room at the wrong location. She helped us get a room here and it was better than what we had expected. The entire hotel was clean. Our room was perfect, the breakfast was better than any other hotel. They served fresh cut fruit, eggs with melted cheese and veggies, potatoes, sausage, and cold items. They had a cold bar with condiments like shredded cheese, cottage cheese, and salsa. They served fresh cut fruit, eggs with melted cheese and for example. And they offered granola bars and nitro-grain bars which my kids loved. The fitness room had weights, stability balls and medicine balls. It was clean. They had complimentary, wrapped ear-buds for listening to the TVs mounted on the machines. The cleaning staff was polite and seemed happy. Maybe the reviews from otherCustomers made an impact on the manager?...we were treated great. Very nice hotel!
Good size suites for my needs. Clean and decor is modern. Great gathering area off of main lobby with tvs, couches, tables and chairs. Breakfast foods seem to be fresh daily with different styles of eggs, waffles, breads, fruit, etc. Would definitely stay at this chain again.
So...The first room they put me in was an oven. The air-conditioning did not work. The second room they put me in did not have drains that allowed the water to drain out of the sink. The shower was completely backed up as well.So. I cant recommend this hotel. I cannot believe that I am staying here. If I had the opportunity I would have left.No idea if they will fix any of the problems I reported to them. This is an example of a hotel that is penny pinching and every interaction screams their intentions. When you have diamond members that travel to the area every month, you would think they would try to keep them coming back.
My stay was very horrible. My husband and I had a birthday party for our daughters 5th birthday and it was the ruined. We stayed in room 220, the dishwasher was full of nasty water and debri, the toilet handle was broken , the pull out bed was dirty, and the queen beds had bed bugs on there... I will not recommend no one to stay here!!!!
The atmosphere was lovely, but I was confined to the sofabed by my company, and it was simply awful. I didnt sleep, at all. So uncomfortable I messed my back up, and was exhausted going into an international flight. Breakfast was... Edible. The people were very friendly, mind, but the food was less than appetizing.
The hotel was lovely but the treatment I received was horrendous. Im writing this a few years after because I was there for my mothers memorial service in 2011. Unfortunately we have another memorial to attend this June and I am looking for a 2 bedroom hotel suite just like before. So last time I did the research, talked to the reservation person on the phone and he understood what I wanted. A 2 bedroom suite with a living room in the middle so that family could be together and my cousin and her family could sleep in one room and me and my two little boys could sleep in the other room. My brother, friend and other family members had rooms there as well. When I checked in about 2 hrs before the memorial they told me the room was not ready because then carpet was wet from a leak but it would be ready when we got back. Hours later we returned, exhausted and emotional. Now the story was that the ac in the room wasnt working. I said I just need the room. After more back and forth they told me that they had a long term family in there and the room would not be available! They offered to let us use a business or meeting room but we wanted to be comfortable and relax. They said they would put a couch and tv in there but there was no bathroom so wed have to use the public bathrooms, which meant wed have to take the little ones back and forth to the bathrooms. We waited hours to be put into multiple 1 bedroom suites where the LR would not fit all of us at one time so we had the doors to our suites open and had to go between rooms to visit with each other. There was nothing I could do and they didnt seem to care that this was my mothers memorial, family members had come from out of town and we were all heartbroken. I could have understood if they had been honest at first but the run around was ridiculous.I write all this to say that the hotel came up again as I was booking for the June trip and it brought all those emotions up again. I will never stay at this hotel ever, no matter how nice it is.
This place is so nice. Very clean, very large room. We had 2 areas of windows. 1 in the living area and 1 in the bedroom area. The brunch is EXTREMELY busy. Get there early. Seating is difficult to get. The posts are gorgeous in design. But while trying to get to tables is unfunctional. You bump into others sitting around you. The waffle machines have very long lines too!The closest elevator to the entrance is is VERY BUSY! The wait can seem like forever. Although we did meet a famous Rapper during our stay.We would recommend you stay here. The staff are very courteous. We never heard anyone in the hallways. Even though the Homewood Suites was completely booked. It was so quiet that we overslept!
When I first got to the hotel 11th it was late probably 9-10 3rd shift lady was there. She was very welcoming she made the check in simple and easy.Once we got in to the room everything seemed in place and was fine but had to go to the bathroom and the toilet was broken. I had already had a long day and wasn’t in the mood for issues. I called down and the lady sent the maintenance man right up. He was so so so nice and courteous and I know he was ready to go we called the last 10 minuets of his shift. That following morning the breakfast attendant was so nice and patient with the guess we even had a conversation while she refilled the breakfast batter for waffles. And lastly I know we probably bothered Linda from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Linda was the bomb. Com . I watched her console a lady whose husband had just past away in the lobby while dealing with my wanting to check in to a different room ASAP and much more. She was great pretty much every time we spoke. The lady after her for 2nd shift on that Sunday I believe we didn’t have much interactions with but the one or 2 we had she was sooo rude and snappy and just ugh. Could have just been bad timing for her though. Over all great experience...... I almost forgot the security guard when we 1st check super nice he kinda help out with a lost charger situation.
Almost like home. The beakfast and dinner included are not over the top but help towards keeping costs down. Rooms/suites are spacious and have small, but full, kitchens for the long/short term guest. Front desk staff were very friendly. Worth staying again next time I have to visit the area.
Clean, spacious room with all the amenities you could ask for. Friendly staff, good free breakfast. Bar/restaurant that essentially shares a parking lot with the hotel. Trying to get back onto Richmond Road from Science Park Drive is a bit of a nightmare (very long light). There were just a couple of minor nitpicky things about the room: had some rain my first night there, and the next morning the window in the living area had a persistent drip from the top of the frame. The curtain rod in the shower was loose, so it drooped a bit low. This caused the shower curtain to slide towards the center on both sides. Nothing a well-placed washcloth couldnt handle.
Front desk girls acted like they didnt know what they were doing to check us in.. then when called had triple A an they told us room would be 229 when we went to check out they jumped the price to 270 an never gave us triple A discount we only had 240 in cash an the manager wouldnt even work w us or give us a better deal the hot tub wasnt working when we were there an they had cold breakfast eggs were terrible. The cleaning lady came in our room to clean a little on check out day an got mad bc we pulled all the sheets off the bed so be careful dont think they change those. When we asked for more blankets bc we had 6 stayinh in our room we were told they were all out. The room was nice an bed was great thats about all i could say...way over priced an bad customer service
I pre-booked this hotel for my birthday and when I checked in, all of my ammenities were not there...this hotel could not accomodate me after their website shows picture that the ammenities were included and I spent 30 minutes booking the room with the rep that assured me I would have everything I specifically asked for in the room. Now have to wait days for refund to go back on card and vacation days wasted....No apology or resolution for issue and very POOR customer service...
A++ All expectations were exceeded. I would not normally take time to rate but this place is a God send for us. Had appointments all week at Cleveland Clinic and this is just an oasis. This was the only place we could find with a full kithen AND a pool/hotub for the kids. Whole place is spotless, pool nice temperature and clean not over chlorinated. Also it is ada accessable as is the hot tub with modern, well maintained equipement. I cannot write enough good about the staff, when we arrived we needed some extra roll away beds and a few other things and they got on it immediately and were very sweet and hospitable with multiple employees working to make us comfortable. We stayed a week and a half and the meals served Monday through Thusday were not out of the park but for a meal included in the price they had alot to offer every night with a full salad bar and a hot dish. And the service again at dinner makes it so relaxing. I seriously could go on but overall you get the picture. I would give this place 6 stars if it let me.
The staff is prejudice and rude there was noise complaint on the 6th floor and they came onto the 5th floor, accused me and my friend of the noise, and we were just walking to get ice. She was being rude because I was under the age but was kind to my friends mother. I would never come back here ,they ran out of pillows, the food was disgusting, and the pool was green. Now I know why this hotel only has three stars. This hotel shouldnt even have three stars it should only have one.
We had several issues upon arrival - a stained sheet, a missing lamp and table in the room (removed for renovations), and a missing hairdryer in the bathroom, but the staff bent over backwards to remedy the issues and gave us a discount on our stay, as well as whatever we wanted for free from the little shop in the lobby. Despite the initial issues, I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Cleveland Clinic.
We stayed at this hotel because I had some work being done at the Cleveland clinic the staff were excellent and very very helpful in each and every way that they could be the rooms were immaculate and well-kept the breakfast was excellent and plenty of food for everyone to go around you plan to stay there again in the near future for a check-up at the clinic a great hotel
Homewood Suites was absolutely amazing when we got there we got a welcome guest and we had an amazing time it was very clean and the breakfast the full breakfast in the morning was amazing they had they had everything you can think of I just love Homewood Suites and I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to all of my family and friends it was my first wedding anniversary and it made it all just the better thanks Homewood Suites!
I didnt like this hotel that much because when i was going to get some ice from the cafe I was accused for being loud , there food was so disgusting , oh and if you wanted to know about the staff then I must say they were terrible too like I just dont understand all I wanted to do was enjoy me and my husband 11th year anniversary and everything was just ruined , And I saw a bug in my breakfast I was so upset , If I was you ill never in my life try this hotel like Ever , Huh what a waist of time and money when I could of went to a different hotel that would of accepted me and my husband for two people who just wanted to enjoy life for what it is and were not even from Cleveland were from California.
Visit was not good the sink backed up dishwasher backup and tub all on the floor no maintenance people on duty had to mop the floor had to dip the water out of the dish washer but they did give us another room to shower and use the dishwasher overall we had a beautiful Christmas there

2022-03-14We stayed 3 nights and this hotel is amazing. Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I asked for a couple more towels at the front desk and the lady was more than happy to help. She even gave us a few extra hand towels! The pool, hot tub, and workout room were all fantastic and clean. The breakfast was delicious with quite a few choices to choose from. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Ohio!

2021-12-28I came to the hotel for 4 days. I had a great experience. My children and cousins enjoyed the pool and the workout room. Anytime we needed towels they made sure they gave it to us. The people at the front desk were awesome!!! The laundry room could have been cleaner. I love this location because I felt very safe and its off in the cut.

2022-03-03My first time in the Cleveland area for work and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The service at the front desk was efficient and friendly, my room was clean with sanitizing wipes located throughout the room, and I had the amenities I needed. I appreciate the healthy breakfast items - fresh fruit, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs - and plan to stay here again when Im back in a few months.

2022-05-24We had a wonderful stay!! All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful! The bed was very comfortable. BREAKFAST was the star of the show and the staff person in charge - Sunshine - was a delight! Helped make a great start to your day!

2022-03-22Staying here was wonderful! Everything was clean, the pool was warm, the staff is very friendly, it almost felt like home. My only complaint is some of the other GUESTS! They treated the staff unfairly. If you come down for breakfast, 10 MINUTES BEFORE ITS OVER then its YOUR FAULT you missed out on the food. Next time wake your butts up early and lets treat the staff with RESPECT. I will be staying here again if I get the chance.

2021-12-30The cleanliness and the staff made this experience excellent. We stayed 3 nights and found this location to be in a very safe place with all we needed close by. The only complaint we had was the living room furniture wasnt as comfortable as we would have hoped, but it certainly served the purpose of not having to watch TV from our bed.We would definitely stay here again.

2022-07-03Very nice facility. Great rooms. Friendly staff (except one unfriendly woman at the front desk with blonde dreadlocks. Pretty much never looked up just stared at her phone and seemed annoyed when you addressed her) Biggest issue for me during my 3 night stay was the breakfast. Perhaps the place is understaffed, but for nearly an hour at a time, thered be no coffee or key food items like eggs...its like they cant keep up. Hire more people and this place will be nearly perfect

2022-02-18Our stay was just ok. Our room had a king sized bed but all of the bedding was queen sized which was rather annoying. The mattress was very hard also. The HVAC system in the hotel was very problematic. It was very difficult to maintain an acceptable temperature. There was constantly cold air blowing into the room under the couch. When the thermostat was adjusted by a single degree up or down, the heater or air conditioner turned on so it was either very hot or very cold in the room.We also only had one spoon in our room. We did ask for more spoons but we were told that they didn’t have any clean ones so housekeeping brought us a handful of plastic utensil packs instead. The coffee mugs in the room are very small and not large enough to hold a single serving from the provided coffee maker. It snowed during the night before and day of our checkout, and the parking lot and sidewalks were not shoveled. Being a disabled individual, this made things a bit of a challenge. We also had to roll the luggage cart through a few inches of snow while trying to load our vehicle.Additionally, the back door did not work using our digital key. It would only work with a physical keycard. We actually tan into another guest who had the same issue. Very frustrating for those of us who exercise COVID precautions. This used to be our go to spot for staying in Cleveland but I think we will take our business elsewhere next time.
