Highly unimpressed with Claims Process, they have 120 days to find a piece of freight they lost, while I am out the money, and equipment ordered. They said just go buy it again, not sure if they realize some of us cant spend that kind of money.All I will give them is their claims department has been professional and responsive.

I placed an order for a car jack that weight is 350 pounds. Tracking number shows my item was in columbus ohio terminal on 12/16/21 to be delivered to ontario ohio today 12/28/2021. Called usf holland columbus terminal and spoke to NathanHe informed me they lost this jack,and are currently looking for it. He told me.to order another one. O I wishwith when you order items you could choose your carriers, it certainly would not be usf holland. It is sad and I am angry

Was trying to schedule pickup was on hold for 45 minutes. Then the line was disconnected. Our department schedules several full trailer loads a week. Their phone system has changed, used to call the local number and get scheduled in under 10 minutes. Now they wont even answer the phone.

For weeks now, we have been attempting to have a very expensive product we purchased delivered. The company has repeatedly “forgot to put it on the truck”. Today was the final straw after the 5th missed delivery. This time was supposed to be the regional manager making the delivery. This is the most disorganized, dysfunctional delivery company I’ve ever had to use. The worst part is that my husband and I had to make arrangements with our jobs to be at home when the delivery was supposed to take place, they don’t show up, they don’t call. We have to call them. They don’t know what happened. And it starts all over. They have ONE job - to deliver stuff. And they can’t get that right?

Second time I have people waiting and they are a no show. Called them multiple times and arranged delivery. Arranged for team here to unload. Twice now, I have had to call them hours after delivery time, just to be told item is “sitting on the dock” and I can pick it up if I want, and that they are short drivers. They may be just a warehouse, they certainty aren’t a delivery company.

As a former employee, I can honestly say it was one of the best jobs Ive ever had. Great people to work with and amazing customers. The key to success is patience. It is a lot to learn at first but after awhile youll come to appreciate your job, customers, and co-workers. Thank you to everybody at USF Holland and I wish all of you the best.In regards to a previous post, theyre named after the city in Michigan where they began.

One of your driver’s showed an extreme lack of professionalism when he road raged me and ran me off the road this morning, in the dark, when there was 6” of snow on the ground. That does not speak well of your level of safety or the quality of your drivers.

NO STARS!! Working with Holland has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had! As an HVAC company we work with shipping companies everyday and never has this happened our order was to be delivered on 11/14 and it is now 11/20 AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS!! This absolutely unacceptable! How can a company function with this much disorganization! This is costing not only our company money but a very large manufacturing plant money! We have had workers ready every day to receive this coil! I will let every company we work with know how unprofessional and unreliable Holland is, and I will recommend every other shipping company out there. You have done nothing to try and help the situation. Our coil is 300lbs! HOW DO YOU LOSE SOMETHING THAT IS 300lbs!!

I am a delivery driver in Columbus, Ohio and I can assure you that I will always go out of my way if necessary to make a customer as happy with our service as possible. I am an American and I take pride in my job. I will and do deliver freight as if it is being delivered to my house (as I am a consumer) and being received by my wife. For those who have gotten poor service from a Holland driver or from any other trucking company, all I can do is to apologize for a lack of morals and integrity that driver fails to illustrate. He aught to take more pride in who he is. I know for me its a Christian way of life.

Debacle, thats the only word to describe this company. I ordered a new lawn mower and it was shipped through USF Holland. My tracking information never worked from the day I got it. No satisfaction there. I was told it would be delivered on Monday, then I get a call saying it will be between 9 and noon on Tuesday. 9 and noon came and went, I called the customer service representative to ask where it was. She told me he left at 11:25. So I guess the between 9 and noon was meaningless. On top of that she was incredibly rude. The truck gets here at 3pm finally, but does not have the right equipment by any means. It was loaded with a forklift, the driver said, but all he had was a pallet jack. So we had to help him get a 700 pound lawn mower 6 feet to the ground. And then drag it up our driveway. I am not pleased with how this was handled at all. I am going to be seeking some sort of compensation for this.
