Holiday Inn Express Columbus - Dublin, an IHG Hotel in other cities:
Staff was very professional and helpful, rooms were clean and fresh. Rooms were stocked with soaps and creams and hot beverage supplies. Great sleep factors like quite rooms and hallways and comfy beds and pillows and the window blinds are AWESOME. Great location with close shopping and food locations. No surprises!
Off of I270 in Dublin, OH this Holiday Inn Express has it all - location, decent rates and free breakfast. It is located half way between home and St. Louis. Staff is helpful and friendly. This is our 4th time at this hotel, going and coming, and we are very satisfied.
My spouse and I are IHG members. We tried calling to book a room for a few hours after being discharged from the hospital at 2am and the guy at the front desk got an attitude when I was discussing rates and availability. He told me there was no availability despite customer service and their website saying otherwise. Was really hopeful about this location, but was definitely not expecting the rudeness and the unwillingness to help.
Positive: Very clean, friendly staff, the pool was nice and warm. Overall very clean, the hot breakfast was delicious the right foods for all ages from 10months up through adults :) oh and we were adjacent to our friends we both had kids and wedidnt hear each other Negative: Nothing bad about the experience at all.
I do agree the parking is very convenient. The staff is Pleasant also. However Im one about cleanliness at this time and there with leftover food looks like fruit loops on the floor. When I worked out in the room there was a black ant crawling on the carpet. And then when I look to the ceiling over the bed I slept in there was a silverfish bug. That did not sit well with me at all. The breakfast oh, is just that complimentary. Yet the bed and quality of the sheets Were wonderful.
Had a great visit to this hotel. I arrived very late and received a welcoming greeting by Zach. The next evening arriving very late Zach welcomed me back by name. WOW! What an unexpected personal touch remembering me by name the next evening. All the employees were very friendly and professional that I came in contact with. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Definitely one of my besr visits to a Holiday Inn Express.
The IHG Dublin is a nice hotel and very modern. The room was clean, and the bed was confortable and it was quiet during the night. The bathroom was very nice and bright, but they should have installed higher toilets, and a bar on the wall next to the toilet, because everything was far away from the toilet unless you have long arms. The refrigerator should have a freezer compartment. The tv should have better cable channels. The breakfast was just ok, but after the second day, I was tired of folded eggs with cheese in the middle. The apple juice tasted like flavored sugar water. The oatmeal in the package was good. The staff was nice, and they sold tickets to the zoo which was a plus. All in all, I would stay there again, and I have already recommended this hotel, but please install higher toilets.
What to say that was good? Breakfast selection cause who doesnβt like a cinnamon roll. Coffee was okay. Greek yogurt nice bonus. Much better breakfast than Hampton. Check in guy was good but training staff on guest time not appreciated. Digital key needed! Make the check in process easy! The raw sewage smell from bathroom will prevent me ever returning and makes me fearful of staying at HIE. Yikes. What a bad night. Noise from room neighbors too much. Open the Window and crank fan helped.
Enjoy your hotel stay, the hotel was extremely clean and exceeded my expectations. The beds were the most comfortable Iβve ever slept in. Our room was very modern and up-to-date. However we did have a bad experience with the breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30 AM we got down to 8:15 AM, there was hardly any food left and no coffee. When we asked the staff they said they were not bringing anything else out. We specifically booked a hotel with the free breakfast but we ended up having to go out to eat for breakfast
We had an extra large room and it was wonderful. Traveled with my daughter and 15 month old granddaughter. The room was perfect! Enough room for my granddaughter to run around. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had forgot to stop and get milk for my granddaughter. Thought we could buy some at the lobby store but they dont carry milk. The lady behind the front desk was very nice and found some milk for us so we didnt have to go back out to get some. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Friendly Courteous Staff. Clean Rooms, Very Relaxing Shower and Comfortable Beds. The Entire Hotel Campus Was Clean and Well Maintained. The Breakfast was very good and had a good selection of Breakfast Items. The only thing missing from the breakfast buffet was the self serve Belgium Waffle Iron. We had a Great Time and would definitely return.
The location is fantastic. Close to Crumbl cookies, the movies, shopping and good restaurants. The zoo is a convenient distance away. It is a safe area and the town of Dublin is very, very clean and pleasant. There is plenty of convenient parking. The facility was very clean and as my kids said- smelled like a hospital - disinfectant clean. The room was clean and bathroom well maintained. The toiletries were too cute! :)The breakfast was good- lots of options and definitely filling. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed here again on our way back. And the experience was excellent the second time around as well.Pam was very helpful, friendly and efficient.
Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel was easy to get to. Only downside was that our room was right above the pool so at times it got a little noisy. We chose this hotel because it had overall better reviews then the surrounding hotels. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area again.
Im a Choice Rewards member so I tend to gravitate to those hotels whenever I come to Columbus to visit my son. I chose the HI Express because its within minutes of the hospital where my granddaughter was being delivered. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Since my son really doesnt have room to put me and my husband up we try to be strategic about booking reservations near his place.
Beautiful rooms- the front desk employee was very nice, I think her name might have been Rose. Very clean- hotel- I would have given it 5 stars but didnβt for the following reasons:1. The snack area- the price gouging was insulting $3.00 for a 25 cent bag of chips- $3.00 for a small candy bar-Breakfast- out of coffee by 8:30am- ran out of most of the hot food by then- they said they were not bringing anymore out although it was supposed to go to 930- about a dozen guests came down and were just as disappointed as we were. We ended up going out to breakfast since they ran of hot food and coffee. We specifically booked a hotel with a free breakfast to avoid the costs of having to go out-Other than those things the hotel is beautiful- I was surprised how clean it was. I would recommend over all.
The room was spacious, given that its a hotel room with two queen beds. The beds were so incredibly soft and firm that it was hard to NOT sleep. The front desk clerk was Pam, who was exceptionally nice and had a lot of information about the local restaurants. We tried one restaurant, based on her info,
This was the first time since Covid began that I stayed in a hotel. My son & I visited the Columbus Zoo and stayed 1 night. After calling competitors and finding out that breakfast was grab & go only due to Covid, it was so refreshing to find this location serving a hot breakfast. This location is located in a nice and safe feeling area, the outside & inside the hotel is very clean, the room was clean and relaxing, the staff were friendly and helpful. A good selection of breakfast items; cheese omelets, turkey sausage, cold & hot cereals, danishes & sweet rolls (warm & room temp), scrambled eggs, yogurts, rice & fruit. The ladies working the breakfast area were very friendly & customer oriented (accommodating food & drink requests and refills of items). Breakfast ended at 9:00AM, however, guests (family of 4 & a couple) still showed up at 9:00AM. Which I find rude. However, the staff happily kept the doors to the breakfast area open for them. I recommend this location & will be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
The hotel and staff was actually quite nice. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately two travel teams were staying there and they were incredibly loud, until 2am. We had a 3:45 wake up call for Ironman Columbus and to say we got little sleep is an understatement. Parents carried on a party in the parking lot until 2am along with their kids running up and down the halls until the same hour. Had they not been there, I would give this hotel a much better rating.
The room was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that the pillows were marked soft and hard. The thermostat was right on point. WiFi was easy to access. The Television programing was great. The bathroom was spotless and I loved the way the soap smelled. I had forgotten my toothbrush and was provided with a complimentary one. Plus the Hotel was nicely located near the major highways, shopping and restaurants. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you for everything. Alice
Checking in was a breeze, the front desk person was very personable. The room itself was very clean and could tell the housekeeper worked hard. I wish they had given a few extra towel but they were able to give more. The breakfast was okay, a few more options would have been nice. Overall the location was perfect, room was awesome and the staff was friendly. Would stay there again!
Positive: The breakfast was nice as well as the location. The beds were also comfortable! Negative: Our room had the toilet seat up when we arrived with a dried pee stain on it. It felt like the bathroom hadnΓΒΏt been cleaned well. The carpet also felt sticky and crumbs were found all over the chair in the room.
Convenient location right off the freeway. Check in went well, got the top floor as requested. Rooms are only DEEP CLEENED every 5 days of your stay. Asked for a room refresh after 2 nights (new towels, empty trash, refresh consumable items), asked at the end of day two and reminded them at the beginning of day 3. They never did the refresh. Finally got them to do it at the beginning of day 4. Breakfast was OK. They only had one person working it so there was always a line for coffee line as it was out most of the time. Scrambled eggs one day were way overcooked and burnt, but they still served them. Cooler where yogurt/milk were stored was way to warm. Juice ran out often and bread selection was minimal. Pool temp was good, but could not see the bottom of the deep end (5 ft deep). Front desk staff was wonderful. If there is no parking in the main lot in front, go around back, always got a spot close to the door. Hotel claim that no pets are allowed except for service animals, so why was there a small dog wandering on its own around the breakfast food area that belonged to a quest?
This will now be my go to spot when I come visit my daughter, in Columbus! Best hotel Iβve stayed at in a long time! Clean, quiet, accommodating and perfect! I canβt recommend this hotel enough. Look no further. My wife has a high sensitivity to fragrance and chemical/cleaner smells. Pam, at the front desk, took care of us from the time of booking until we arrived, by calling us the day before arrival to confirm that the room we were getting had no smells, whatsoever! She even let us preview the room before checking in. We stayed 5 nights and it was the best hotel experience Iβve had in a long time. Book this hotel! You wonβt regret it!
I specifically asked if the ADA room had a lower bed and was told yes. The bed was not lower and I had to go buy a step stool to try to get into the bed. I had a terrible time , I even called the front desk and no solutions were offered. I finally slept in the office chair at 5:30 am. It was a miserable experience. I have not been offered my money back either. Also the bench in the shower was higher than the handicap toilet so I couldnt even sit on the bench in the shower.
Nice, clean, and updated facilities and rooms. Check-in was smooth and the breakfast options were slightly above average. The lobby is also very nice. The gym is slightly limited (i.e., a few free weights, ellipticals, and treadmills as of now), but they are nice. Great experience overall!
You can not turn left out of this Hotels parking lot to get back to the interstate. You have to cut through 3 other business parking lots to get to the Red light so you can turn left. The room was clean and smelled clean. The bathroom shower head sprays very hard Hurts and has no other settings. Hotel was clean. The pool was cloudy and it had tiny droplets on top of the water as if there was a chemical reaction happening in the pool water. Thought the breakfast would be nice but the employee in charge of it let the food, coffee and hot water run out. It took about 30 minutes to restock while she complained and bragged about it being her last day. I dont blame her for the breakfast disaster, I blame the manager for not stepping in to help with breakfast to make sure customers are taken care of and satisfied!!
Hi guys, I was on a business trip. I wasnt happy with the designated hotel I was in and I decided to renew my IHG membership and boy Im glad I did. The representative was very polite and helped me with my password and booking of a room. We found a Holiday Inn Express at a reasonable rate for a same day check in. The Hotel was a pretty brick on the outside. Clean and bright on the inside. The staff was polite and the room was clean and comfy. I really enjoyed the shower. The water pressure was strong and the water was hot throughout the duration of the shower. ( that matters to me, lol) There was a simple grab and go breakfast. ( understandable during these times)The fitness center had a nice variety of quality equipment. Each station has its own T.V. ( by the way the laundry room is within range so you can wash
Great friendly attentive and helpful service with a smile from all staff from front desk to housekeeping. The breakfast choices were far better than I expected with COVID limitations, Hot breakfast available. The bed was a liitle too soft for my liking, maybe a pillowtop mattress. I prefer a firmer mattress. There are both soft and firm pillows. The mattress height is a little high. I am 5 4 and had some difficulty getting into the bed. Towels and bedding are sparking white. Bathroom is super clean!!!
Not a good experience. Lied to about rooms no room service until the day before we left. Had to clean our own bath when we got there. Had to get our own towels was told their was no room service because of covid. Then was told we had to request it which we did and still nothing. Then was told that we wasnt on the list but the nice cleaning lady did it any ways. Was told one price for two rooms and was charged different from what we where told. She generated another confirmation number to cover this up. I was told one price for 2 rooms and it was under one conformation nimber. Until they changed it. This isnt right. Then when I asked the lady about it at the front desk she told us to deal with it and next time we will know how it goes.
Very happy with hotel stay. Extended room was very nice and very good for family with kid(s). Room was fairly clean and bathroom was clean. Pool was open with no restrictions. Only issues in pool was water was a little dirty with things floating. Water was good temperature. Wife was disappointed that there was no hot tub anymore. Breakfast was a HOMERUN! Very good variety of options and hot food. Staff that we encountered were very friendly. Overall very good place to stay in 2021!
Everything we experienced at this hotel was outstanding! The hotel is very well maintained, clean, taking measures to keep all guests safe. We were very pleased with our room, everything in it. The bed, pillows and sheets were so comfy! I would love to have their sheets on my bed at home. They provide a large selection of breakfast items and they are actually very tasty. The hotel is exquisite! We will most definitely stay here again. They are also very conveniently located to everything we had planned to do. Ziplining, Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi Bay, Polaris Mall, OSU, etc etc. Plan to stay here, I promise you will not be disappointed! :)
Overall we enjoyed this property as it was the second time we stayed here. We are hesitant in coming back knowing the housekeeping staff enters your room without you being present or giving permission to enter.. Upon reporting this to the front desk we were told housekeeping will enter the room and will begin cleaning if they donβt see any items from the guest. This is very unsettling to know that they can just enter a room without permission. Housekeeping should not enter a guest room unless you are checked out or give permission.
As usual with the Holiday Inn brand the desk staff are always wonderful!! We did have an issue of there being no shampoo for the shower, and i had asked in my room preferences section that there be no feathered pillows (allergy) but unfortunately there were more feathered pillows than regular pillows in our room. The next morning on our way out we did speak w the front desk and they were super with helping us out. My issue is the housekeeping didnt fully hold up their end of the deal. The just piled 3 pillows and a bottle of shampoo on the bed. They didnt take the stack of feathered pillows from the room like requested nor did they replace the towels that were used. When we asked one of the ladies in the hall if she could take the pillows, she kept saying that she didnt speak English so there was a bit of a language barrier. A quick call 2 the front desk had the pillows picked up. So while the front desk staff is wonderful this locations housekeeping has some hiccups they need 2 iron out. Other than the pool being packed everytime we looked we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and we were excited that they brought back the hot breakfasts again =)
It had been a long drive that day and the staff was very helpful. We were able to get a room close to the elevator (do to my husbands issues with walking). The room was very neat and clean and quiet throughout the night. We will be back here to stay the next time we visit our niece and nephew.
The staff was amazing, so polite and willing to help in anyway! The property has a great pool and a great layout and parking is great which is more than I can say for most other places. The bathroom was a nice size but it was no where as clean as it should be and the chair had some type of white dried food or something all over the side and desk had some food debris on it. I cleaned it up and we didnβt use the chairs. I cannot say enough good about the staff here though, and Iβm 100% sure they would have made it right if I made a stink but I didnβt feel that was necessary.
We stayed 2 nights with my sonβs travel baseball team. Staff was great, very kind and patient with the boys, and even gave them a little bit of extra time in the pool. The rooms were clean overall but were humid and had a little bit of a musty smell, not terrible though.
Stay was fine, front desk lady was nice. Stayed June 12 for the night to take the kids to the zoo. Here we are 4 days later with a $250 charge for smoking in the room. Called manager. He said his house maids told him. So I am currently calling corporate and getting this figured out. I do not smoke, so I asked him to provide evidence that I smoked. He could not. How is it right they can take money out of your account for something that was not doneβ¦.3 days later at that! I will not be staying again
We stayed over night with 3 adults and 5 tweens/teens. The staff was friendly and informative when I called and when we checked in. I was pleased they gave us adjoining rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool and we were glad it was open during covid as one other hotel I called was not. The grab and go breakfast offered decent options and was much better than some hotels we stayed at last summer during covid that only offered a pre-bagged sack breakfast.
My stay was amazing. They put us in the end of the building because we had our sick kid with us. He loved the stay and hes very young. I do miss the big breakfast, I do not care for the grab and go breakfast. The newly remodeled rooms were exceptionally better than any Holiday Inn Ive ever stayed in. Great rooms, clean rooms, and great service.
Weβve stayed at HIE before and itβs been lovely. This stayβ¦ not so much. The room was the farthest from the elevator. Upon entering the room the room above us sounded like someone was running back and forth. The cleaning people could be heard loud and clear early in the morning right outside the room. The breakfast was ehβ¦ they ran out of coffee and cups both days and the garbage was overflowing each day. I will say that the front desk staff was extremely pleasant.
My stay in Dublin Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable and relaxing. I needed a little get away from home (Dayton) and took a mini vacation up North. This was the perfect spot to feel like I was in another state, city. Very people friendly, clean, nice clean environment. My sleep was very comfortable and relaxing. I will be back to visit this location soon.
Positive: The free hot breakfast was wonderful, and the room seemed mostly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fridge and microwave were provided. Negative: The bathroom floor was sticky, maybe from cleaning products. The shower head was broken and the kleenex box was dirty. I also had to ask at the desk for a plastic laundry bag.
Got a room in an otherwise busy weekend for hotels. Room was super clean. Staff was very nice. Pool was gross with tons of hair in the water. Breakfast was limited to bananas, packaged muffins, and cereal. No juice or ice water. I get the Covid stuff but even microwaved sandwiches would be good. Stayed 3/26/21.
Positive: was not bad pricing and very quiet in hallways rooms were clean Negative: the breakfast was not clean but that was because too many grade school and below left not attended and room had a weird smell like had smoked in there and cleaning tried to hide it. Our room number was 233 an we had only one washcloth but we had six hand
The only concern was with the number of people in the pool area. I specifically called to make sure your pool would be open and discussed how you were keeping it safe. No one mentioned when I booked that there was a soccer tournament in town and that your hotel was packed with 13 yr old boys. That would have definately been good to know. We came with little girls....ages 6, 4, 2. The boys were extremely loud and took over the entire pool playing keep away. They were not respectful of others in the pool. Our girls were ran over and constantly splashed. I did not see anyone monitoring the number of people in the pool. We would have not stayed at your hotel IF we had known this. Disappointing.
This place was very nice from start to finish. And weve stayed at a lot if places. I would have time say this was one of the nicest. It was so clean. Easy check in... Very clean and comfortable room... And plenty of space and plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. I highly recommend this to anyone in the area.
The rooms and hotel were clean. The front desk staff seemed to be stalking our girls watching them on camera. She yelled at them for moving a sign out of their way. She told them that she has 84 cameras and will be watching everything they do and will call their parent. These are 13 year old girls. They just want to be with their friends and look at the boys in the hotel.
Very clean from the moment you walk in and check in. Front desk staff was polite and courteous. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only downfall was the disappointing breakfast. All they had was yogurt, fruit wrapped in plastic and small dry cereal boxes ( I understand the limited selections because of Covid). Hopefully that will change soon. Overall, a good night stay.
Stayed here for a local hockey tournament with my daughter. Hotel has great location and is extremely clean. Room was nice and comfortable. Having the pool open during Covid would give me pause about recommending to anyone else (unless they were not fearful of Covid). The breakfast was truncated because of Covid, but the options given even with the pandemic were not good. I think one year into this the options could have been pre packaged and better. It looked cheap and like they were just trying to save money. Honestly, would be better to have just coffee....
We stayed here because we were going to visit the zoo. The staff, specifically pam, was extremely friendly when we arrived late that night. The room was very clean. Breakfast was a great variety. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We had wished we could stayed another night :)
First time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and it was a great experience. Staff and location were great! Breakfast bar was wonderful. Very clean hotel with a very well lit parking lot. Bathroom was awesome! I highlight it because my elderly mother is always afraid of slippery showers and this tub had a wonderful nonslip surface. Best Iβve seen for safety! I really appreciated that. There was also a very large mirror that had awesome lighting. Like most hotels, the wall heater/air conditioner was terrible at regulating room temperature. Again, this complaint is not unique to this hotel.
We have stayed here each year when our church attends annual gatherings at a nearby church. The management & staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. From the swimming pool to areas for our families to eat together and comfortable rooms, we will continue to return and stay each time we come to NW Columbus.
Have stayed here before and the room was very clean and great check in and check out. Only issue did not know room would not be cleaned if stay multiple days. They forgot to tell me at check in. Not a major issue but would have been nice to know. Great location and great staff. Will stay again here.
Had just a minor hiccup with the room above us and noise and staff handled promptly. Room next to elevators so a little noisy but soon turns into background noise. May ask next time if itβs near an elevator and may ask if Possible to move but was not a deal breaker. Staff was amazing and if ever needed will stay again.
Staff provided incorrect information to access the internet. Annoying to say the least. Had to return to front desk after spending a half hour trying to figure it out.Very noisy both nights. Interrupted sleep from thumping in adjoining rooms and across the hall. Running and screaming in the hallway at very late hours. At least someone had a good time.Room was very nice.
Our room was located down a little cove which made it extra quiet. Breakfast was well stocked, hot and maintained. The toiletries were superb, not your typical waxy shampoos and soaps. Very close to great restaurant choices. Will definitely return to this hotel when in the area. No need to look anywhere else.
Overall this hotel is very nice. I really enjoyed most everything about my stay here except for the bed. I enjoy my bed a little bit on the softer side but the bed I got was not just firm, it was rock hard. I stayed here for 5 nights while on business and was never able to adjust to the bed enough to really get a restful night sleep. Other than that the hotel was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and kind. They contacted me to let me know a package had arrived for me, even offering to bring it to my room and when I had some questions about my IHG membership they were very concerned with providing me with the answers I needed. The hotel was updated and clean and so was my room. Overall a great hotel. If you happen to like a very firm bed this hotel could be close to perfect for you.
During our stay my father became critically ill and the EMS had to come to the hotel and take him to the hospital. The hotel staff was very compassionate and checked on him daily and made sure we had a room to stay in as long as he was in the hospital until his discharge. The hotel was very comfortable and clean!!
A beautifully decorated rooms with large new bathroom with big lighted mirror over sink and vanity. Room very modern and updated. Very clean. Staff was overall friendly. Disappointed with breakfast bar when we were there because of covid. Nothing hot no milk for cereal, no juices and just a banana or apple, dry cereal and a banana muffin or chocolate muffin. That was it. So disappointed in that area. Overall hotel is great. Went to McDonaldβs for breakfast. Definitely will be staying here when we visit our son.
We had several issues both before arrival and upon arrival with our booking. Apparently theres a system wide issue they are having and the local staff is left trying to clean up the mess and appease the clientele. I was fortunate to have Morgan at the front desk for all my issues and she was AMAZING! She did everything in her power to fix our issues and I couldnt be more thankful for her handling of the situation. You have a gem with her.
I stayed at this location many times this year. Every time that we stayed out room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the location is QUIET. A few days ago we had a bad experience at a different hotel. We returned to this location because we knew we could depend on the Dublin location to provide a comfortable stay. Thank you to the friendly staff for all you do.
I traveled alone with my youngest two children from out of state, and felt comfortable and safe at this hotel (I have never traveled without my husband or other adult before). The hotel was very clean, the pool was not heavily chlorinated, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast options were terrific. I would stay at this hotel again if ever in the area. My one and only complaint is that the counter in our bathroom had a bump-out, which made it challenging for my 5 year old to brush his teeth and wash his hands independently (he either had to balance on his belly or sit on the counter to reach the sink); but that was a minor concern in comparison to our wonderful stay.
These staff members where very awful. My children where laughing in our room and then a staff member came and said they were being to loud. Then they where playing catch in the hallway with a very soft ball and they got in trouble for no reason you could see both ways when people where coming down the hallway one of them would know and they could move. The staff member was not polite to them and they did nothing to upset her. This was a horrid experience we will never come back. 1 star.
We had 2 adults, 2 kids.Happy with cleanliness and service at hotel.Pool is decent size, clean, plenty of towels.Room was clean and quiet. Beds good.We were surprised how many choices were offeredfor breakfast. Something for everyone.Good location for our zoo visit.Good price. Our little girls rated it 5 stars, lol.
My family and I stay at a hotel once a week and had a bad experience a few weeks ago so we decided to switch to this holiday Inn Express. From the time that we entered the doors we were treated with uplifting energy from Pam at the front desk. She is amazing! She made sure our stay and accommodations were take. Good care of. We will definitely be coming back. The Cons: Due to COVID-19, their hot breakfast was closed but they had grab n go breakfast which was ok for the kids, not really for us adults.
This hotel will exceed your expectation! We had 3 rooms and each room with the proper accommodations to meet all our families needs. Best breakfast hands down. The beds were so comfortable. TV was easy to use, and had good channels. Internet worked fast. Large spacious rooms. This hotel was clean and had all the little details covered in every area. Love everything about this hotel.
Mostly everything was excellent, the room was nicely put together, we visited the pool and were happy that it was open until 11 (we were sad that the jets werent on but thats not a very big deal). My only real complaint is that the bath tub had a couple pubic hairs in it that did not belong to us. This is the reason for my 3 star review, I used to work in house keeping myself and I always made sure the bathrooms were cleaned very thoroughly. I feel that this is definitely something that should not have been missed by housekeeping, the head housekeeper and/or management. We stayed in room 125 from 6/26-6/27.
I liked almost everything about my stay. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, lobby etc.. bed was very comfortable, pillows were nice. The only thing that I would not give a high rating on was the bathroom. The shower was a walk-in shower, but once in the shower I felt cramped in the small space. The hair dryer on the wall did not have a long enough cord, it was a little awkward trying to dry my hair so close to the wall. Those were the only, minor, things during my stay. Everything else was very nice! I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about. A dependable hotel that served our groups stay. Friendly, local to our event and walking distance to sports bar and pizza place. Rooms are slightly dated but comfy with microwave and mini fridge. That was a nice surprise and appreciated. Breakfast staff struggled to keep up with morning rush and hot food was hard to come by. Kids enjoyed pool, parents enjoyed lobby area.
Friendly and fast service. Rooms were large and very nice. Pandemic and likely budget cutting due to low vacancies (for all hotels) have limited some service like full breakfast. Just fine with me knowing the hardship hotels are facing! Normal times though, its my ideal choice for hotel stay.
Although or room was not clean due to the bedding have hair and crumbs and even earwax on the pillows with some trash in the room the staff did move quickly to set it right. It would have been nice to have had the pool heated as advertised because the water was unbelievably cold and all the hotel hallways were not air conditioned and needed a bit of cleaning. Overall the hotel was pretty and the staff was friendly and it was quiet all night
Good facility. It must be fairly new. The rooms were good size, beds comfortable and the WiFi was functional. Bathrooms were well appointed and clean. The breakfast was hot with a good variety of selections. The breakfast lady was friendly and kept the room clean and the food line stocked. Also really good cinnamon tolls.
Great hotel, close to Dublin Methodist hospital. Enjoyed a very nice breakfast, lots of choices. Rooms were very spacious, newly renovated, with very nice bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable after a long day at the hospital visiting my son during his stay. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and friendly.
Comfy room, quiet. Nice windows you can slightly open Air conditioner worked fine, but heat had a horrible smell to it. When we returned to the room it smelled like an old shoe, on fire with some old cheese. Thank goodness we could open the window. Otherwise things were perfect.
I stayed here one night for business. I would definitely recommend this property. personally, I would love to see them remove those in a room coffee makers, Iβm never really trusted them - even pre-Covid. if they could solve getting a cuppa coffee to you in the morning... I suggested a grab and go concept.... then guest will have a complete and well-rounded stay.
Iβve stayed her many times over the past several years. The lobby has been renovated but also the hot tub was removed from the pool which was disappointing because the heated pool was very cold. The room was heated which was nice after swimming. Guest room was clean and spacious enough for the weekend. Toilet handle was worn but it did work, beds were pretty firm which I did not enjoy but my partner didnβt have an issue. There was plenty of parking in the back that is convenient to the elevator, parking in the front was always really full but I never had an issue in the back. Breakfast was pretty standard but coffee had to be refilled twice which the attendant was slightly slow in doing. Juice was also very watered down but it had a lot of variety and it was free so I canβt complain too much on that . I will likely stay here again when I visit Columbus in the future
The hotel and room was clean . The beds were very hard, but the pillows were awesome. The breakfast choices and food itself was good. The staff was attentive and friendly. Our only complaint was the birthday parties with children not staying at hotel each evening of our stay. This created excessive noise and the pool facilities were not available - full of children from the party. It was obvious they were not hotel guests as we witnessed groups of children and parents coming in for βthe partiesβ with cakes and decorations in the lobby. Several hours later, the lobby and parking lot were empty.
With an exception to Pam, the rest of the front desk folks seem to be having very bad days, no response to greeting no answering any questions, when we leave the room and asked to be cleaned we came back at midnight and the room was not cleaned, the front desk said that she gave the room service the wrong room number. on the way out, the room service were very bad and angry, the room service manager raised his voice at my wife when she told him that they did not change the lining on the bed, I have asked the front desk to talk to the manager on duty she mentioned that the manager is not present and she promised that the manager will call me on Monday, no once called? I guess that the hotel management does not care about any feedback
I would recommend this location just based on the staff alone. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I was originally supposed to stay with a few other family memebers, but they had to cancel last minute. The front desk manager and other staff members were able to help me switch my room around and the length of my stay with no problems at all. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was great. Thank you again to the staff who made my week!!!
We had a great time. We chose this hotel because it had excellent reviews, was recently remodeled, had reasonable prices and the pool was actually open - we wanted a fun family getaway during Covid. We werent disappointed! The pool was great, the hotel was clean and lovely, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
STAY HERE! Arrived late in the evening only to find that the third-party booking company we used had made mistakes in our reservation. Pam, the night front desk queen, I was patient, understanding, professional, and extremely helpful. She fixed the mistakes, got us in a great room, without any hassle or drama! Room was clean, quiet, and what you would expect from a higher quality Hotel. Do yourself a favor, give Pam the opportunity to help you, too. Great stay
I like staying at this particular hotel, but have now experienced cleaning staff banging on my door in the morning before I was even awake twice in the past 12 months. Its great that they want to get their work done, but let me wake up first. If you put the do not disturb sign out they wont come at all if they check in at 8 am and you take it down at 9:00 when you leave for the day. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Front desk staff are welcoming and the location is ideal for business in the Dublin area.
This Holiday Inn Express was a beautiful stone building. The room was clean and comfy, the pool area was nice with plenty of seating. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was a nice variety and had plenty to eat. Front desk was very pleasant, I felt like they wanted me there. Room was large, clean, and comfy.
The only reason this is a 4 out of 5 review, is because the hotel was right in the middle of the hotel lobby and first floor renovation. I must say, the new color scheme and finishes that have been chosen for the renovation are spot on! We were lucky enough to see a side by side comparison of the old finishes next to the new and this will be a very nice update when finished! The staff and contractors working on site, were all very attentive and friendly, and the room was very clean! Overall, this is a great value and a very convenient location to many attractions! I definitely recommend staying here!
I made my reservation months in advance. Traveling with 3 children and my mother. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Checked in and went to room and it was 1 king size bed. Went down to desk right away. The staff was very friendly and accommodating however there were no 2 queen bed rooms left. I was very upset. Ended up getting a queen bed and pull put couch. The couch was sooooo uncomfortable and 1 child had to end up sleeping with my mother and I in the bed. I was very very upset that someone made the mistake of this. The staff who went above trying to make me happy, it wasnt their fault. Someone else overbooked the hotel. However after traveling 3 hours with 3 children I just wanted to be in a room. I should have gotten a huge discount on my bill and was not even offered that option. I dont think we will be staying at this location again next time we come. This was very upsetting
This hotel is clean, modern, and in an excellent location. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This hotel is right off the highway and very close to many restaurants and stores. You can find anything and everything here. Breakfast was good with many choices. I did not check out the pool, so I cant say how it was. I would definitely stay again.
We noticed the new decor in the lobby and hallways when we arrived. We were pleasantly pleased to see that the rooms were updated as well. The king size bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I am handicapped and the position of the shower head made it easy to enjoy a wonderful shower with easy access to get in and out of the shower.
We got the oversized room and it was larger than I expected. My mother, grandma, and niece all really enjoyed the hotel. My niece especially loved the pool, which was wonderful. Everything was clean and the staff was very polite and attentive. O had some trouble sleeping on the bed though. I found it to be too hard.
After a very bad experience at another Holiday Inn elsewhere last year, I was hesitant to give Holiday Inn another chance. Im really glad I did. I think this hotel is what every Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express property should be like. We got an ample, well-equipped guest room (room 351) -- far away from the elevator and the ice machine, exactly as we requested. The room was indeed very quiet (and so was the entire hotel, as far as I can tell). The room was spotless. We very much appreciated the spacious fridge as well as the microwave. Aside from the king-size bedroom, our room had a fold-out sofa (which we didnt use), a work desk and chair, and a large TV set. I particularly liked very much the rooms quaint decor -- not a fan of the cheap minimalism in vogue these days. The bathroom was also large. Plenty of towels and toiletries were provided. Shower was excellent (no bathtub, which I personally appreciate). The only thing we missed was an in-room safe. Breakfast was superb. Lots of warm (a variety of egg-based dishes and sausages, pancakes, several types of bread, muffins, and bagels) and cold options. The breakfast area was large and pleasant. The hotels staff was invariably courteous (we interacted with the very nice evening lady, as well as with the morning young man). The hotel manager also replied to my queries in a prompt and courteous manner. We are truly glad we chose this hotel. Originally, we were planning to say at a 4-star downtown Columbus hotel (where the conference I was attending was being held). Luckily, we came across this little gem in suburban Dublin, which cost less than half that 4-star hotel, and was just as good, if not better. Plus, its a stones throw from downtown Columbus -- a 15-minute drive. Finally, this hotel is a 10-minute drive from downtown Dublin -- a really enchanting village. It is also a 15-minute drive from Bridge Park, a sprawling new development in Dublin, by the Scioto river. Bridge Park has several top-notch restaurants and hangouts. We would definitely stay a this hotel again if we are in the Columbus area.
Requested a room close to the elevator at reservations time, and called to double check it again. Did NOT get that (and the hotel had plenty of empty rooms available) so due to a handicap issue, was very difficult to walk all the way down the hall to the (almost) furthest away room. I should only have to ask for this one time, not remind employees of this need. No reason to switch rooms once we were in the room, the point was I did not want to walk that far when I have a medical handicap reason. The room(s) itself were very comfortable and clean, (we rented 2 rooms for our group)--(I usually always stay at holiday inns due quality).
As a Spire Elite member I was pleased to be put on the top floor of this hotel, especially since they had just finished renovating all the rooms on the floor. My pleasure turned to irritation when the room would not warm up above 68 degrees. The hotel doesnt have maintenance staff on duty on weekends to fix the heater. Apparently they dont even have them on call. We had an absolutely miserable night trying to stay warm. The desk staff that promised to bring blankets took off at the end of their shift and never brought the blankets. I had to go down to get them. To add insult to injury, the property manager promised to return the points I used to rent the room that night. Well, that has hasnt happened either. So not only did I freeze the night away, I got burned for the points!I am beyond irritated and wont be back to this property. I spent over 150 nights in IHG properties last year. This is not how you treat your top customers!
At check-in the staff were welcoming but seemed distracted and hurried. My reserved room was not available so I was placed in the handicap accessible room, which should be held as a last resort in case someone needs it. Nevertheless, the air conditioning unit would not stay on, the room was very warm despite my attempts to adjust the temperature. Because I had a very late check-in I did not bother looking about the room. Unfortunately the next morning I found another guest had left their personal toiletries in the shower with an open bottle of shampoo from the Holiday Inn indicating the shower was NOT cleaned. Additionally the toilet continued to run intermittently all night. In the morning when I planned to talk with the staff about the experience there was no one at the counter. After waiting a couple of minutes, a woman appeared took the keys from my hand and walked back into the office behind the counter without a single word to me. She didnt even say hello. Now, I understand people have bad days and rarely do I post reviews however, this was simply not acceptable. This experience ranks among the worst. I truly hope someone from the company reads this and makes the necessary adjustments, as I do enjoy what Holiday Inn has done however, this particular hotel does not emulate the current model. Changes are in order...fast. Best of luck.
I like this place a lot because it is first class. Everything you come to expect in the chain hotel. Nice pool, breakfast and great rooms. The rooms are clean and roomy. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.I did get a strange call from the manager thinking I was a different room, which was rather funny and yet odd at the same time. You will like it here, easy access to Tuttle Mall area and easy access to the highway 270 loop.Drop in an have a stay if you are in the area.
First of all, I am brand loyal and have typically enjoyed staying with the IHG hotels for business AND leisure. Staying here at this particular hotel made me want to cringe. It started off great: the front staff was welcoming. I received a welcome letter, amenity points (no water bottlle or snack on an excessively hot day in the area). I requested a room AWAY from the elevators and on an upper floor. We were assigned a room directly near the elevator on the 3rd floor. No extra pillows as previously requested. To my dismay, we enter the room and theres a dead bug in the shower and toilet continues to run due to the water flap not completely sealing to fill the tank. I proceeded to return to the front desk and explained the situation. This time it was a different front desk person. She looked puzzled when I explained the issues but proceeded promptly secure a new room. Hooray (not), the new room (216) is directly BELOW the former room (316)! Once again, no one took into account that I requested to be AWAY from an elevator. Since the weather for the area remained at severe heat levels, we were happy that at least the AC was adequate. We wanted to try the swimming pool area but it was considerably crowded due to the volume of guests at the hotel. We wanted to avail of the morning breakfast but were unable to truly be comfortably rested enough to be up during the service due to our room being directly OVER the breakfast area and being near an elevator. NOISE was a definite dissatisfying experience. From the children running back and forth, to the dog barking across the hall (and the growling of that dog to visitors on the elevator), I was ready to just leave. The light near the TV did not work. One of the torch lamps in the bathroom flickered and then just didnt work. The bedside table lamp outlet was loose for phone charging. But ultimately, after showering, I was going to use the amenity body lotion (standard bath and body works brand used) and to my disgust, there was a hair in the USED lotion bottle! Once again, I went to the front desk to present my finding. She was equally concerned and rectified the issue with amenity points. She offered the room cleaning services which I respectfully declined due to being more environmentally conscious. And I left for the day to take care of business and explore the area. Another day ffo children running around in hallways and barking dogs. I couldnt wait for our departure the next day. Check-out was seamless and the front desk attendant listened to my final issue and was apologetic to our disappointing stay.
Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean. Pillows comfy! Breakfast choices were good and kitchen staff was very friendly. There were sports teams and their families staying the whole weekend. Loud, messy. Beer cans by the elevator, towels in the front yard. My kids did not feel comfortable in the pool area with a rowdy crowd. Hard to fall asleep with banging and yelling.Housekeeping cleaned our rooms but used the inside safety latch to prop the door open and left it that way all day. When we returned nothing was missing but the front desk could have cared less. Not relaxing at all for the price we paid! Maybe another weekend would have been better.
I cannot applaud this staff enough! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. My only complaints were with the room. The hinge lock was missing a screw so it didnt function. The sink had a crack, and the furniture was scratched and looked old and out dated. The bed, pillows, and TV were amazing!!! I think corporate could update this location and get their return ! The staff I saw was taking excellent care of the property. This area of town is a little newer so I think customers would notice the updates.
We always stay at this hotel at Christmas. Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations, the common areas were clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly, and ensured that we had extra towels/sundries due to the following day being a holiday with no housekeeping. The only downside to the entire stay was no cinnamon rolls at breakfast!
Our 1st room had a frig that was open and did not run. There were multiple (6) hairs in the bathtub. We had to switch rooms so we could have a working frig. We had to pack up and move to another room on a different floor which was a minor inconvenience. Second room had dirty socks left in closet floor. I would suggest room cleaners take extra time to make sure room is completely clean. The front desk lady was sorry and gave us 1 of only 2 rooms available. Location is very good, close to Columbus zoo and restaurants. Breakfast was the usual fare with very good bacon 1 day. Lady in charge of breakfast was friendly and kept up with food supplies.
Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, lots of healthy choices, and staff was constantly circulating around to make sure everything was staying stocked. Housekeeping did a great job with our room while we were out. We would stay here again if we come back in the area.
The spacious room was very clean and beds were wonderful. The shower was excellent! We liked having the little fridge in the room although we did not use it on this trip. It was nice to have a choice of good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Tasty breakfast provided by the Holiday Inn Express, too!The heating/air conditioning unit was easy to adjust; however, even on the low setting, you could feel the air moving across the room. We placed a chair in front of it to help deflect the breeze. Having a reasonable air flow seems to be a challenge for most hotels/motels. At least this one ran quietly and kept the room temperature very comfortable.
Exterior is very nice, staff was friendly. Front lobby all looks good and updated. For the room it was not nearly as nice as the other Holiday inn expresses we have stayed in. Basically the entire perimeter of the room looked like its never been vacuumed. There were people throughout the night in the hallway being very loud and kids running at times. I would not go to this location again but I will stay at different ones as my overall experience with them has been very positive!
This hotel was very nice. The lobby is very attractive and inviting and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The location was great for running out to shopping and restaurants. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable so we were able to get a good nights rest. The breakfast was pretty standard. I would really appreciate more fresh fruit like strawberries and pineapple and some better breads and pastries. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer.
Happy to say after a slight hold up at check in, choosing this hotel for my stay was the perfect choice. This hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and dinning area has a home feeling. The pool could be a tad warmer, the hot tub was perfect. Our room was everything we expected and needed. Shopping is right up the street. this will be my hotel when in the area for sure.
Overall this is a great hotel. Good location. Updated rooms. But the staff quality is very hit or miss. Front desk staff at night was terrible. On checking in, it wasnt just that I wasnt acknowledged as a platinum member or offered welcome points. She never even said hello. I was greeted with what? And she was rude on each subsequent night. Very offputting. But front desk staff was great. We also had a day with no housekeeping service. But it was not worth dealing with the rude front desk person, so we let it go.
Stayed here when we took our granddaughters to the Columbus Zoo, had a very memorable time. Our room was very clean & beds were very comfy. Had a microwave, coffeemaker & over sized fridge in the room also. Pool area was clean & well stocked with towels. Managers reception in the evening was a pleasant surprise, we didnt have to go out to eat and we were able to spend more time in the pool! Burgers, hot dogs, chips, salad, dessert, pop, beer, wine. Was a nice selection. Also complimentary breakfast which was good, although my husband was disappointed in the pancake machine. All in all it was a very good stay and we would definitely stay again.
Hotel was like new...manager was active in trying to locate the source of a noise complaint about someone with loud kids. (I didnt hear anything, but she called me to ask if everything was ok) I would go out of my way to stay here again. Currently not serving hot food breakfast due to Covid....cereals, fruit and yogurt.
My Wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we were in one of the Jacuzzi rooms. Having stayed here for our honeymoon previously, I didnt expect to be disappointed and I was not. The room came with everything we needed. The air conditioner seemed to turn on and off even after putting it on high but that was okay as it still kept the room at a decent temperature. I was able to get a good nights sleep as noise level was always at a minimum. The breakfast in the morning was spot on as it has everything you would want from a hot breakfast including a pancake maker! Overall, you are getting a great hotel for the price and location. The staff is very friendly as well. Perfect place to stay to just relax or have a romantic weekend.
Overall our experience was a pleasant one. The hotel was quiet and clean. There were signs of worn furniture and one of the electrical outlets on the night stand did not work. The bathroom was clean but drain cover came off easily exposing pipe below. I was worried the tub would not hold water, but after placing the cover over the hole, my kids were able to take a bath easily. There were plenty of breakfast choices available and the staff were friendly.
It was very quiet on my floor which was a huge plus for me. as a business traveler I often times run into problems at various hotels that allow guests to run through the halls being very noisy. People dont realize that Hotels arent just for vacation and not everyone there is up for a party.
This Holiday Inn Express lives up to the standards we expect from the chain. The property is well-maintained and up-to-date. The staff are personable and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our beds and pillows were comfortable. And our bathroom was clean, with soft substantial towels. We didnt have breakfast here, as we joined my sister and her family at our favorite local restaurant, but weve always been impressed with the HIE breakfasts.
The wonderful breakfast variety and attention of staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room made this stay an excellent value. I thought the room lighting was dim and gloomy and wished for more charging options at the bedside but the room was clean, the bathroom was bright and very clean. My only quibble is that the pillows could have been a bit softer/more down-like. But this was a very pleasant overnight stay.
Service was nice, no matter how late we arrived. Rooms the rest of the hotel was quiet. Affordable price too. Pretty big room for the usual 2-3 people but with the 5 we had it got a bit cramped. Not sayings its bad in anyway, but it was only 10 minutes away from our event vs staying at a hotel closer thats 300 a night. No thank you.
I was very pleased with the room and the amenities. I slept like a rock on the bed, the TV seemed brand new, and the bathroom was sleek. However, there were no breakfast items available. There was a sign saying that prepackaged goods would still be available during COVID19, but the desk attendant said that they would not have anything until next week and that no credit was available to get something from the fridge in the side store.
Stayed for three nights in this place, was surprised to see my name a gold member in the welcome board. Nice and warm welcome after a long flight to this place. The hotel is just on the turtle crossing in Dublin, offers great stay for business when working out of Columbus. It has a gym and a swimming pool inside. The rooms are spacious and are well maintained. The bed quality is nice and provides quality amenities in the bathroom. It also had a coffee machine in the room.Breakfast is complimentary and have some good choices. There is a pizza shop and a Subway for dinner, just outside the hotel. The complimentary internet connection is although pretty slow.Overall its a must stay if you are in Dublin.
Was on a 2 night stay to take my young kids to the opening of the Columbus Zoo for a few days. Hotel was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the occupants of the room directly above mine had at least one toddler that ran across the entire room over, and over, AND OVER all night...STOMP STOMP STOMP... Didnt get hardly any sleep. The second day, we got back from the zoo around 5PM and even the kids were so tired they fell asleep, didnt even want to get in the pool. Around 8 I woke everyone up and said screw it lets just make the drive home and sleep in our own beds. So we lost our 2nd night. Oh..and no replacement of towels or trash removed? Not sure if thats a Covid related policy, but between days I thought the housekeeping staff would enter and change out the trash and provide new coffee cups and such (was that way every other time I stayed at a Holiday Inn) - no big deal tho. More upset I lost my 2nd night and didnt sleep due to inconsiderate people.
Hotel was very nice and has a great breakfast. Plenty of options and roomy layout for eating. Room, for non-handicapped, was very nice and quiet. For my wife, in wheelchair, not so much. Some aspects of room were challenging for her and made her stay not as comfortable.
Great clean place to stay. Breakfast was great. Location was great. Was upset because we stayed at this hotel in the last year and since the hot tub has been filled in. It still shows having it in the pictures when i booked this most recent time. It was the reason I chosed this hotel.
We used 4 rooms during our visit and everyone was very pleased with our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Pool area was very clean and the breakfast area. Nice selection for breakfast and enough seating area for everyone. We will stay again when in the area and we recommend for your stay. Special parking for Spire members!!! Peace!
I enjoyed my night there. I was scheduled for two nights but a work emergency caused me to have to leave after the first night. The hotel said that they still had to charge me for the 2nd night even though I wouldnβt be staying. I am very loyal to IHG so I was disappointed in their decision to charge me for the 2nd night.

2022-03-28Im here now and I have only 1 regret.. I wish I had one more night to stay .Also it looks like this was just recently renovated in the past year or so and it looks much better than what might be on some websites or hotel booking platforms. They were so nicely renovated that I almost thought I was walking into the wrong Hotel. It definitely looks and feels like a four-star hotelIm known to be a bit of a fussy traveler at times , especially when it comes to hotels. Sadly this hotel left me with nothing to complain about .The room was very clean and comfortable. The AC was great . The washroom was quite new and modern . They had a really good free breakfast . The staff were very kind and professional .To all my travelers with babies . This hotel offers a free and really quite cute baby crib they can roll up to the room if needed .. but be sure to claim one early or call ahead to reserve as they do go quickly .To all the dads out there ..yes there is tons of free parking π. Happy and safe travels all .

2021-11-29Stayed here over Thankgiving weekend. Room and bathroom were clean and in good repair. Requested room near elevator, and it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable but not superb. The free breakfast was limited in selection and not really anything we wanted to eat. Coffee was great though.Could not get digital checkin to work on IHG website, but desk check-in was fast and smooth. The only problem we encountered was masks not being worn by all staff members despite the sign requiring guests to wear in all public spaces.

2022-06-13We stayed here for two nights and couldnβt have asked for a better place. The woman at the front desk during check in was so friendly and helpful. I had a last minute cancellation with the person who was supposed to share a room with me. She was great at not only switching me to a king instead of two queens but she also made sure I was still close to my family I also traveled with. That night I realized I had forgot to bring the pac n play for my son. I called down to the front desk and the lady checked to see if they had a spare crib. She told me she would bring it right up if they did or call if they didnβt. She brought it right up within ten minutes of our call. They didnβt charge me extra either which was lovely. The room was spacious and I thought the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was definitely a nice place to stay and I would stay again when traveling that way.

2022-04-04Good sized roomsGood checkin and checkout experience and cordial front desk staff.Hotels charging more than $100 should provide a couple of complimentary bottles (my opinion)Had more than enough parking spots closer to the main entrance.Overall was very good for my need during the short travel.

2021-12-20-Great staff-Comfortable bed-Great breakfast options-The hotel pantry/market needed to be restocked. I was there 4 days/3 nights and the drink supply and snack options were pretty limited.-I gave the room a good wipe down as the counter tops were stained, and the shower head had pink mold on the shower head. -There were a few instances where I could smell cigarette smoke in my room, either from my neighbor or the hall. However, I called and guest services addressed the smoke smell immediately.

2022-05-17We stayed here overnight during a 2 day road trip across the country. Most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was amazingly clean and beautifully decorated. We all wish we could have stayed longer.

2022-04-01Couldnt sleep, they use polyester sheets, that dont allow your body to breathe and regulate temperature. Too cold without sheets, too hut under. I had little rest and couldnt wait to leave. After all why are you staying at the hotel? To have a good night sleep. The hotel is clean, the stuff is nice, but for goodness sake, change the sheets to cotton ones, please.

2021-12-13The night manager was very friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was simple and with checkout being at 12 we didnβt have to rush around, which was nice. The hotel was clean and breakfast was fantastic. Our stay was a 10/10. We would definitely stay again and recommend to the hotel to anyone.
