Positive: Courteous staff. Clean. Large well-appointed room. Good hot breakfast. Nice indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Great value for the price.
We havent even been here long and normally I wait until check out to review but....If you cant choose what hotel you want just use this one!1. This is the most pleasant front desk worker I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.2. The beds are so comfortable. I feel like some hotels have tiny beds (though they say its normal size) but not this hotel they are just as big as ours at home.3. They load the bed up with so many pillows and they range from soft to firm!4. Everywhere in this entire hotel looks and smells clean.5. They have better pool hours than most hotels. Its open pretty early and stays open later than most.6. The outside is well kept, pretty well lit, and I felt safe running out to my car late at night.The overall care put into this hotel shows and Im so happy we ended up staying here!
I am a repeat customer at this establishment when traveling. Hotel is conveniently located off the Interstate and near many restaurants and a gas station. Facility is always clean and quiet. The front desk woman who checked my daughter and me in on 1/14 was so gracious and friendly. She was so welcoming and a great ambassador or this Holiday Inn Express.
Staff was friendly. Kept breakfast well stocked and offered alternative milk!!! Pool was great. Rooms were clean.
The location is great for many of my trips to/from the Midwest. The staff is great and very helpful. Restaurants and gas stations nearby are quite nice.
Room wasn’t clean for lots of days, housekeeping coming to the room after I was back to the room in the evening and I requested to the persons to clean the room next day in the morning and didn’t happen even couple of times I requested at the front desk and didn’t happen. Breakfast items like boiled eggs were only available by 2 and sometimes 3. Complementary coffee not available few times in the evening (in cold days).

This is an excellent place to stay for business travel. The room was clean and relaxing. Everything smelled fresh and had a modern relaxing feel. The room was quiet and sleep came easily.The healthy breakfast was consistently early, and excellent. I especially loved the omelets and bacon. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and helped recharge.
We had a great night sleep with exceptional accommodations. The room was very clean and comfortable with luxurious sheets and pillows. The bathroom was clean with instant hot water! The breakfast was delicious with numerous choices provided for any dietary needs or restrictions. Social distancing and hand sanitizer was provided. An excellent safe place to spend the night!
The hotel staff was very friendly! The host at the front desk greeted us very quickly after finishing up with another guest. She was very helpful and gave us a room within minutes after giving us all the information for the room and breakfast the next morning.The room was very clean and presented a comfortable environment where we could all relax after a day for driving.
Very comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and answered all our questions and gave us information on local activities. Wish breakfast was served til 1030. Happy we had a small refrigerator and microwave in the roomNice and quiet for sleeping and room was a pleasant temperature
The jacuzzi and the pool were my favorite part. There was nobody in there me and my husband could relax and it was very nice. When we first got to the room we were so excited to sleep that night because our bed was so comfortable!! The breakfast was awesome and everything was clean. Also friendly staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and we will be staying here again!
We always enjoy our stopover stays at the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge, the best HEX in the state of Ohio!!! From the friendly employees to the impressive cleanliness of the hotel, we continue to be amazed by your level of service and attention to detail. Thank you. We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite and got a very good deal. The room couldnt have been better. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room and all of the common areas were clean and, obviously, well kept. The breakfast was lacking a bit, but that was due to Covid-19 and therefore, no fault of the staff. The lady who served breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I just cant say enough good about this Holiday Inn location.
Starting with the welcome we received as we arrived all the way through our departure, our stay at this hotel was an excellent overall experience! Not only were we warmly greeted upon arrival by a staff member who personified hospitality at its best, we were given an upgrade on our room without asking for it. Our room was clean and comfortable. Appropriate Covid-19 precautions appeared to be in place. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express location.
We come to this hotel often due to business trips…one of the cleanest, nicest, and most comfortable hotels ever!!! The staff is so friendly and the amenities are top notch as well!!! Definitely stay here, you will love it!!!

Holiday Inn of Zanesville somehow lost our reservations and was fully booked. With less than an hours drive time I had to find a hotel at 4:00 AM. Was so thankful the Cambridge location had rooms available. Would definitely recommend.
We needed to stay on lower floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate us even though we did not have a reservation for the night. She was very kind. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable.
The room was clean and for the most part comfortable. There needs to be some kind of traction or bath mat for the shower/tub. I slipped several times while showering and thought I was going to fall if I moved at all. Also the hotel room faced a shopping center and the sheer curtains did not help with the light shining through. I was difficult to fall asleep.
I called in to make reservations for two rooms because you cant reserve CLC rooms from the app. Brittany answered and she was very nice she answered all my questions and did not push me over to reservations like most ihg properties do. She made my two reservations and was very pleasant doing it. Ive stayed at Cambridge Ohio Holiday Inn a few times over the years and it is always clean and the beds are always comfortable. I just wish Holiday Inns would have biscuits and gravy every morning with breakfast.
Everyone from the front desk to the maid were extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast area was kept clean and neat. Just a great place to stay
We have stayed at the Cambridge Holiday Inn numerous times. It is our preferred place to stop for the night while driving from the East Coast to the Mid-West. We are always greeted in a professional and timely manner. Rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is well stocked and maintained. Overall a great place for an overnight stay.
Everything from my phone call with the front desk I believe her name is Lynn to meeting her in person and everyone else at the hotel it was a wonderful property and a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next stay there. Bacon for breakfast was definitely a plus!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel as part of a weekend getaway. The room was very clean and comfortable. All employees from the front desk to the breakfast manger were personable and professional. Attention to cleanliness and professionalism made our stay great!
What a beautiful hotel. Beckie was so wonderful to work with at check in. We have a service dog and she put us on the first floor close to the door. The shower was the best shower ever. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and very spacious. Everyone was very hospitable and wanted us to let them know if there are any issues...no matter how small. Customer service has gone by the wayside to a lot of companies....but this company customer service is #1. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back for sure.
I would stay here again. The property was well taken care of and the room were clean. The bed was comfortable and love all of the pillows! I stayed at another hotel for less the remainder of my stay and was not as comfortable. You definitely get what you pay for!
We enjoyed our stay at the IHG in Cambridge! When we stopped suddenly without a reservation, they were able to service us and they gave us great accommodations. They were a little hard to find at first due to another businesss construction project, but they were tucked back in there and were very kind to service us on short notice. The hotel accommodations were very nice and we had a great breakfast in the morning. Felt very safe and clean despite the present pandemic going on!
Breakfast staff was on point with cleaning up after everyone during breakfast hours. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Very clean room. Loved the shower and the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/bath wash! Didnt even need to use my packed items.
After 6 hours on the road with 3 grandchildren, we entered Cambridge Holiday Inn to a cool welcoming lobby. Coffee was available. We were 15 minutes early @ 2:45 and our room was not ready, but courteous desk assistant offered to let children use the pool while we waited. The pool and hot tub were clean with clear water and the exercise room was accessible and everything worked. We were impressed with room 302, with 2 queen sized beds and a rollaway bed set up in the large business section of the room, that also included a sofa and desk. Everything was neat and clean. Air conditioning worked quietly. Morning breakfast included hot and cold items and was served by staff due to Covid.
About my room was perfect, clean, nice smell, comfortable bed.This hotel can improve their serviceWe stay from Saturday to Sunday, the breakfast should be until 10am, We went to breakfast at 9:30 am and there was absolutely nothing to eat but two slices of bread, coffee and milk. There were no fruits. When I asked the service staff about breakfast, their answer was verbatim: thats what there is and there wont be more!At that time, clients continued to arrive who took the same impression as me, because despite being in time for breakfast, they did not find anything to eat and it is supposed to be included in the price of the accommodation.
We stayed at this hotel because it had great reviews. We took a back to school trip and went to The Wilds near this hotel. Upon arrival the person at the front desk was Vince. He informed me that we would be getting a king size suite. I stated that our reservation was for 2 adults and 3 kids and that would not work. He stated that booking.com did not inform them of any kids but he could bring us a roll out bed because none of their rooms have pull out couches and he had nothing else available. He rolled the bed to the door of our room and refused to set it up for us and stated it was against Covid protocol. The bed was on a metal bed frame and strapped down with bungee cords. We set the bed up ourselves. We then noticed everyone kept getting brown spots on their skin and clothing once in the room that looked like paint or makeup. We finally figured out that they touched up the paint on the vanity in our restroom and didn’t notify us. It ruined our clothes. When I called after our trip to ask for compensation they stated I should’ve complained during our trip and they weren’t refunding anything because they offered to move us rooms and I politely told them it was okay in order to be understanding. I stated that I didn’t want to waste time complaining and take away from the time with my children on our trip. So apparently if you complain you need to make a scene during your trip and demand compensation right then and there or they will not work with you. Booking.com stated they have had a lot of RECENT complaints of this hotel so I would steer clear! Sounds like management is going down hill.
I arrived around 8 pm without a reservation and was promptly greeted by the desk attendant (Britney?). She was very cordial, responsive, and efficient in handling my room location request. I also asked if I could park my motorcycle overnight under the protected front door entry. She approved, showed me where to park it to not interfere with arriving and departing guests, and even offered a plastic covering, which was not needed. The breakfast attendant (I did not get her name) was similarly cordial and attentive to my food items request, visited my table asking if I needed anything else, and was very quick to clean tables after other guests left.My only regret is that this survey allows awarding ONLY five stars! Congratulations, General Manager Kristy Raymond for having such an excellent staff to provide a wonderful and memorable experience!! I will be back!!!
The hotel was very clean. The room was perfect for a small family. 2 televisions and PLENTY of space to spread out! The front desk workers were almost rude. No smiles, no nice greeting, no small talk. Just heres your key and were done here. Same with checkout. Not impressed with either worker. Breakfast was just okay. Their legendary cinnamon rolls were absent but Im not sure why. They still have it where you have to have someone make your plate up for you. For a family of 5 it is a nuisance. Just let people get back to making their own plates and get all your food choices out there. Its time!!
Good breakfast, clean room. Front desk staff was very rude but the rest of the staff was amazing. Pool was very dirty. They clean the rooms every five days but you can ask for your room to be cleaned, dont expect fresh towels or sheets unless requested. Wouldnt recommend staying here for extended amount of time.
For the most part very good. The only issue we observed was one of the cleaning staff coming down to the lobby to get himself coffee (which I have no issue with) however, he still had his cleaning gloves one from cleaning the rooms. Then touched the coffee server area, to pour coffee, get sugar, creamer and the main surface. We were glad we had already gotten ours, but not cool. He should have removed the gloves, then put on fresh when you return to his job.
Our first stay began June 7th and passed without incident. I particularly enjoyed the sausage links at breakfast, much more substantial than the usual offerings. I would like to spotlight the excellent service given us by Gabby. Our return stay on June 10th was augmented by a more deluxe room, containing a sofa and coffee table. At breakfast, bacon and Jimmy Dean sandwiches were made available. The server at breakfast allowed us a complimentary tray to facilitate carrying of our breakfast items to our room, which we returned prior to checkout. I want to call attention to the efforts of Becky. We were detained unavoidably by construction on route 80, which detoured through Indianapolis, then came to a complete standstill for an hour. Becky took my call and assured my room would be held for us. The following day, Becky was present at the front desk during our checkout, where I personally thanked her for her services.
We loved having a large room where the kids could move around and play. The cleaning staff was the most friendly out of all the staff. Very nice.Front desk staff could definitely be more friendly and inviting. They were not rude but also not very friendly as you would expect. Very disapointed with not having a hot breakfast. That is the primary reason I stay at Holiday Inns is because of the hot breakfast. There wasnt much choices for breakfast that would actually fill you up. We ended up spending around $200 for breakfast at Restaurants that we did not plan on due to this.
The room was really nice the beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy firm and soft. The staff was super nice and helpful with any of our questions we had. The pool and the hot tub was extremely nice largest hot tub I’ve seen at most hotels. The price was great and it’s in a convenient location.,Due to Covid breakfast wasn’t that great not much of a selection hopefully they’ll get back to their normal soon. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were spacious, had super comfy beds which is always nice. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. My grandkids loved the pool which is what we look for when making reservations. The free breakfast was nice with a great selection of breakfast foods.Definitely would recommend this hotel.
I have been staying in this hotel the last few times I’ve been in the Cambridge, Ohio area. It is definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in this area. I will be sure to stay here every time I’m in Cambridge. The suites are clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The separate sitting area, in the suite, is nice and comfortable and the two televisions are perfect. The complimentary beverage options (like coffee) are not self accessible, which is a disappointment, but I think that’s become a common thing. Really enjoyed the pool and fitness room (though the fitness room could use a more up to date treadmill, but the one there gets the job done). Looking forward to staying here again, soon.
While booking stays for business, it’s tough to find service this friendly, rooms this clean, and beds this cozy for the price range I’m given. Also loved the advertisements about the local events. I will likely revisit Cambridge just to check out the downtown area thanks to this property!
This was a nice hotel, very clean and in a safe area. There is one down side to this hotel. The bathtub does not have any type of slip resistant in it and there is only one grab bar outside the tub enclosure making it difficult to grab while getting into the tub or if you should slip while showering.
Easy access to interstates. Not the most beautiful of views but safe location. Stayed twice within a week. Excellent staff. Room was everything youd expect. Highly recommend this hotel.
Was driving late and decided to stop. Made reservation about an hour out from hotel. Staff who checked me in was extremely friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a good night sleep. Nice property that I would recommend to others.
The bed was outstanding. Great shower and and clean bathroom. I also liked that the TV had a guide and your not just flipping through channels to find what you want. Service was great and breakfast was pretty good too.
I decided last minute to stay at this hotel. It was a great last minute decision - I was able to prepare for the next days meetings using the accommodations near the front desk and it was a quick route to the highway that next morning. This would be a great option when in the area.
If you’re looking for a good deal great breakfast clean hotel I definitely recommend this holiday inn. Even the remote controls for the TV are wrapped in plastic . You can telll it’s so clean ❤️
I was traveling from point A to point B and checked in late. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, so I fell asleep right away. The breakfast was excellent and the check out was a breeze so I could get on my way early the following morning. This will be the property of choice next time I am passing through the area.
Loved this hotel. First time there. Chose this hotel because their pool and hot tub were open, which is hard to find these days. We were there for two nights for a cheer competition, but spent more time at the hotel, in the pool area and our room, than the event. Room was very spacious, very clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We really appreciate the extra efforts the staff had to put in to make sure this was our most enjoyable experience in a long, long time!
Surprising that it was only a 3 star hotel. The front desk attendant was super nice, granted us a late check out, hot breakfast was available in the lobby, water bottles available at the desk and the rooms were impeccably clean. Would definitely recommend to others.
Our favorite hotel in Cambridge. A very comfortable and approachable Holiday Inn Express and very well taken care of older property with the Pool area in a building off the wing... GO Ohio....... Incredible attention to detail with impressive cleaning throughout the property. Well maintained spa and pool area. Nice morning breakfast attendant and a friendly hotel staff.
I had booked this hotel on line through the app. When we arrived we were informed the room type selected was not available at this location. Vince, at the front desk immediately changed our selection to one that worked for us since we had young grandchildren with us. This hotel and their staff were very accommodating. I definitely would stay here again.
Came here for a wedding. From Toledo. Super hungover so this review is going lack compared to my other ones.Stayed here two nights. Housekeeping staff friendly, accommodating, and hard working. And they are short staffed. Give your staff a raise.Also, beware of the flirty chick at weddings. Snake in the grass. All in all, great hotel and a better weekend.

Excellent staff, available and willing to be of service. In these pandemic times this can be hard to come by these days. . . . So when you are rewarded with good customer service it can have a really good ripple effect on return visits!!!!! The attendant at breakfast was pleasant, informative and cheerful. Lastly, and to many, many out there, this HOTEL is what SHOULD BE the brand standard of excellence on impeccable cleanliness!!!!!! We anxiously look forward to a return visit one day soon!!! Continental breakfast is always awesome jets in the spa hot tub could be just a little bit better but all in all its a great experience and nice people
Ive stayed here twice now. Its very clean and this last time the lady who folds the fancy towels showed me how to do it. The workout area is really nice for a hotel too.

I arrived around 11 pm on Monday night. I was checked in by very pleasant staff. She made sure that my experience was pleasant by offering her assistance if did not like the room. She would find me a different room.
The staff from the front desk, dining room, cleaning were so nice and friendly. We asked for clean towels when we needed them and other bathroom items as we needed them. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff all wore masks at all times while patrons were around. The beds were just fine for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay.
Ive stayed at this location twice in the past 6 months (traveling through), and both times the hotel was clean and quiet; staff was always nice as well. Bed was comfortable, and both times the room was very clean.

The suite was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was well done with staff handing out breakfast instead of people picking at the food. We enjoyed our stay and will return.
The ladies at the front counter were very nice and accommodating. I didn’t request a handicapped room or closer room when I called to reserve my room. When my son and I showed up and the lady at the desk seen my limp and that I was in some pain she looked at my reservation and ask me if I had a handicap placard in my car and I said yes. She said that I could park closer and that she would get me a room where I didn’t have to walk far. She sure did, it was the second room inside the building. Thank you so much. I was staying because I was having minor surgery the next day. We slept so well and it made my surgery go a lot better. The room very clean and comfortable!
Reliably clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly. My last stay I had to wait an unusually long time (30some minutes) for anyone to show up to get me checked in. I still prefer to stay here than any other place in Cambridge for passing through on my way across the state.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. I enjoyed the complimentary bath products. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the free movie channels. The only problem was the pool-hot tub. The hot tub was very hot. We were in the pool and other guests propped the doors open making it very cold with the air blowing in. The staff came in and did nothing. There was also several children running in and out without parents.
Walked in at 9:30pm needing a place to stay for the night after driving 10 hours that day. I was exhausted. The service was excellent and no issue getting a room for a great price. Atmosphere was very nice, beds were comfortable giving me the rest I needed before finishing my long drive, and the shower was perfect with plenty of hot water. I also loved there were several small amenities to include mouthwash, and white citrus shower gel, soap, and shampoo. The coffee machine was ready to go and great for that fresh cup of coffee we all need before hitting the road. Thank you for a great experience and I hope this review was helpful!
The entrance is a little tricky to find as there are 3 driveways all within 50 feet of each other and the hotel sign does not light up. That being said, this was excellent choice to stop at. I love the fact I can walk to Dennys and Sheetz without moving my car for breakfast, since the Covid breakfast options are a bit lacking on the healthy side.A lot less chaotic and more quiet than the St.Clairsville location up the road. Overall, highly recommend and very clean location.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was a suite and it was clean and met our needs very well. Beds were comfortable. The pool and pool area was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a nice feature and was handled very appropriately in light of covid restrictions. Staff was very nice and provided excellent service.
The service at this hotel was excellent. It is comfortable. The staff served the hot breakfast to prevent the spread of Covid. Many of the IHG properties have discontinued the hot breakfast altogether, so I was pleasantly surprised. Enjoy your stay!
The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. The pool and hot tub were just what was needed after a long drive!
Everything about this hotel was great except for when it came time to sleep. The bed was so old and uncomfortable that I found it impossible to stay asleep for more than an hour at a time without needing to change position and try to get comfortable. That made for two very long nights. But, the staff was very friendly and the room and hotel were very clean. We did not use any amenities including breakfast, the pool or the fitness center, so I cannot speak to those areas.
This stay was just excellent. From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, I knew the stay would be more than I expected. The front desk staff made you feel welcome. Check-in was effortless. Covid-19 practices were in place. The staff wore masks. Management was on top of their game. The room was clean and fresh. Not a piece of dust to be found. Comfort was number one. Though hot food was not available due to the pandemic, what they offered was plentiful. Fresh fruit was fresh and the cold food was cold and not just chilled. Microwaves in the rooms made it easy to heat and eat. Management wanted to know if anything was wrong so they could fix it immediately. I highly recommend this hotel. The Holiday Inn Express in Streetsboro should follow their lead.
I like getting around without having to see people and talk to people. I was able to get a room on the ground floor near an exit. That made me very happy after the rough day I had.
Everything was great about the hotel except the price. My daughter in law stayed at the hotel the same night and payed $43 less. She booked hers on a different day through the internet. I looked up your hotel on the internet. When I saw a picture of your hotel I clicked on the website for it. It said call for a great rate. So I did. The whole while I was on the phone I thought I was talking directly to the hotel, but evidently I wasnt. Very deceptive. So I was pretty disappointed and will pay better attention to websites. Especially when booking hotels.

This is absolutely an amazing Holiday Inn Express - my favorite ever pretty much. It has the biggest hot tub really - it could easily fit at least 12 people. The pool was a great temperature. The staff was friendly and quick. The breakfast was hot. The room was so comfortable. We loved it!
Check in was easy. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Room was very clean - no issues. Breakfast was well prepared and had a good selection.We were quite satisfied.
Our room was great! Bed and pillows wonderful. Only problem was the pool on the 2nd day. Someone had gotten sick in the pool. No one told staff. We didnt know until we were in the deep end. Anyway you get the picture. Only gave a few thousand club points as compensation. Hotel itself is fine. Just check the pool before you get in.
Every staffer was super friendly and helpful, with tips for local stops, ride service, car rental, etc. Walking distance to a cinema w/ great reclining seats. We had an unplanned stay b/c of car trouble and our stay at Cambridge HI Express, right off the interstate, made it so much more pleasant.
Stayed here twice, to and from final destination in Illinois. Room was upgraded upon second stay to a more suite-like environment. Complimentary breakfasts were very enjoyable.

We stayed here as we were traveling home from vacation three nights ago. I cant say enough good things about this facility. Everything was awesome from the front desk staff, the room was superb, and the bathroom was the cleanest I think Ive seen in a very long time. The breakfast area was warm and inviting, the food was displayed wonderfully and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. I wish that all Holiday Inn Expresses were as fabulous as this one. Whoever owns this one should own more of them and should be rewarded in some way from Holiday Inn for having such a wonderful facility!
The beds at this hotel are absolutely amazing I stay in hotels very frequent for business and I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort of the beds. The safety was amazing throughout the hotel with hand sanitizing stations. The breakfast area was well-run so that everyone could get what they needed without compromising safety
Very clean rooms, NO bugs, friendly professional staff, semi truck parking, good food, convenient location, easy check in process, and overall excellent comfort thorough out the hotel. I will stay here again if I’m in the area.
Check-in took only a few minutes. Our room and bathroom were spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were courteous and knowledgeable. We utilized the heated pool and the whirl pool. both of which were clean and good working order. There was plenty of parking and our check-out only took twenty seconds to turn-in the keys.
This property is getting it right with these Covid restrictions They modified the breakfast so you can still get it but it is served by a protected staff member. Great idea. Selections are limited and too many SUGAR options but still at least not completely shut down. I like the fact it is a building that you can still crack the window at night to get fresh air. Also, they have the coffee and tea set up behind the check in and you can get it served safely around the clock. Great management, friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms. Recommend it highly
Usually stay here on my way to NY city from Indy. Rooms are always very good of course. The staff is where this place shines. They are always friendly and helpful. The front desk staff is great!

We spent one night visiting family. New, clean, quiet hotel. The staff was very friendly. Room/bathroom were clean and very nice. I would stay here again and recommend it. My only complaint is their sign is too small and too far off the busy roadway. Need a bigger sign. Hotel is behind Dennys and a little hard to spot even with Waze app we drove past it. But the hotel itself is very nice.
Customer care was top notch . Traveling from out of town and a pleasant surprise for an unscheduled stop. They went out of their way to provide contact information to set up a room using points I had not done before. I had a room in 30 minutes and asleep within the hour.
The Holiday Inn experience has always been comfortable clean and efficient. A good effort is made to ensure that minor but necessary things are taken care of like bathroom amenities and extra window shades. The staff always seem to be friendly and accommodating which makes for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful visit! My husband and I and our 4 children came to stay and it was lovely. We spent most of our time swimming! It was so nice to find a hotel with such a clean pool as well as pool area! Everything in the Hotel had been very well maintained and clean/safe! --Thank you for the wonderful experience.
This hotel experience was exceptional, from start to finish. Our check in was seamless and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room was perfect, bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was great with a lot of options and variety; the employees in the dining area were friendly and professional. Checkout was quick and without error.
From the moment we arrived at Holiday Inn Express our experience was outstanding. We were greeted warmly at the front desk. We were also was made to feel welcomed and valued. The building is in immaculate condition. The staff does a great job of keeping it so tidy and clean. We had a room on the top floor and the beds were very comfortable, large bathroom. Also, the room was quiet.Breakfast here is an amazing experience. I appreciated that many of the foods had been carefully wrapped with food wrap. I thought it was an extra touch to keep sure the food was fresh and germ-free. That amazing to see that food safety is an item that the hotel deems important! Outstanding!!!! Also, the food was fresh and nicely presented. Several fruit juices, yogurts and different types of coffee were also offered. I also appreciated that they had togo bags hanging for those guests that needed to eat on the road.This hotel stood head and shoulders above many hotels we have stayed at. If you are looking for accommodation in this area you cannot do better than choose this hotel. Highly recommended!
Had to change hotels due to the other hotels beds being uncomfortable and due to the staff not wearing masks. By far the best decision Ive made in 2021 thus far. The rooms were clean and spacious.
The positive attitude if the front desk staff was great. I enjoyed the evening cookies and 6 AM breakfast. The facilities were a benefit as we relaxed in the hot tub and pool. The fitness room was properly prepared however the elliptical machine was very squeaky and the fitness room water supply had a distinct tap water taste as if the staff were refilling from a tap water source.
They did everything right. clean, quiet, upgraded. My biggest issue during Covid is how the hotels do breakfast and the coffee station. The only thing was that they didnt offer the cinnamon rolls for which they are famous. Very satisfied and would go back.
We were on our way to Indiana and we chose holiday inn. We were very happy with our selection. Very clean and the room was very nice. We would stay there again. Highly recommend,,
I inquired twice to have adjoining rooms since I was traveling with family and caring for an infant. Both times I was told that was not possible - we were given two rooms with one occupied room between us. I accepted that and thanked the front-desk receptionist for trying; however, while checking in, we were talking and she noted that the hotel was only at half capacity. While unloading my car, I looked at the hotel from the outside at nightfall and indeed, only a small percentage of rooms had lights on from the front view. As loyal guest and one that has stayed there before, I just dont understand why the request for adjoining rooms could not be accommodated. So sorry to have to share this feedback. I did try to find a manager email link at the website so I could share this more privately, but couldnt find a link.
We went to the Dickens downtown Cambridge. The kids loved it. We did not get a chance to ride the carriage. but that is ok. We enjoyed hot chocolate from your front desk. Your host referred to many places to see and advised us to stay safe. I respect that. we swam at your pool we ate locally and loved it all.
After a long days drive, we found this to be a very pleasant stay. Rooms are updated with all the amenities you expect from a HI Express. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the well maintained hot breakfast area before departing.If there was any compliant to be made, it would be that the rooms could be more a little more soundproof. We heard doors closing periodically throughout the night.I did not deduct any rating because the location, interior furnishings, staff and cleanliness of this particular hotel was outstanding.
Brought my large family to stay for my sons birthday. The accommodations for a party, swimming, staying the night, and breakfast (and more swimming) were great. Within walking distance to food and necessities. Even better? Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff!
We were not sure what to expect at this hotel in rural Ohio after spending a week in NYC, but the facilities were top-notch: comfy room, great bed, quiet, big TV, clean--all with a great breakfast including a wide variety of hot and cold foods. We liked the pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower; no need to hassle with small bottles and lids. Didnt use the pool, but it looked inviting. And dont miss the good food at the Forum restaurant, just 100 yards out the front door of the hotel. Staff were friendly and solicitous.
Location is great with plenty of places to eat close by to the property. Bed allowed for a restful sleep. My stay at this property was great. My only exception is when I got to the third floor, it was like I could smell old cigarette smoke. Must have been the smoking floor at one time. Very difficult to get rid of; however after being there a few minutes it is not noticeable unless you leave and come back.
The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was very spacious for a family of 5. Breakfast was good, would have been nice to have a little more.

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We were greeted as if we were very special and thanked for being a Rewards Club member. The pool and gym were clean and well maintained. The dining area had a large TV, was well designed and comfortable. The selection of breakfast food included a nice selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, two types of sausage and biscuits and gravy. All well cooked and delicious! The hotel is close to many different sites and towns were had selected to visit. A wonderful place to stay!!
This is the best Holiday Inn weve ever stayed at. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. It was also reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance.
This is a nice place, and I enjoy coming here. The lobby is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is nice and warm and usually is in good working condition. The front staff is nice, and they seem to keep good sanitation in mind.
The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was spotless and quiet- even the heating unit was barely noticeable when it ran. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and eating area was clean. I did not use the pool or (fitness room) so I am not sure if the water was warm or not!
This has been one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have been in. The front desk associate went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable room. The amenities were better than expected. The breakfast choices were outstanding and I told that to the associate. Everything was fresh and was checked timely to replace items that were low. I also appreciated the free coffee and cookies in the lobby after breakfast and for the remainder of the day.. Our room looked and smelled clean and fresh. We have stayed at Holiday Inns before, but this was by far the best value for the price we paid.
When the GPS had difficulty getting us to the last turn (parking lot) and the parking lot was across from a vacant lot, I was a little hesitant. When I arrived at the front desk, everything looked clean and new. We were greeted by the front desk host warmly and was willing to help us above and beyond his front desk duties. He upgraded our room and went to get plastic ware for us. The room was probably the best we have ever stayed in. Too bad we had plans and had to leave early.

Rated 4 stars because we had requested late check out and not only did they knock on the door but our key cards stopped working, thus causing one of us to get locked out of the side entrance while loading our cars.

As Platinum Elite IHG members we have stayed at many IHG properties and this was one of the very best! We stopped there because of its proximity to The Wilds nature park. Our stay couldnt have been any better. Everyone on the staff went out of their way from the moment we checked in to when we left. They were all friendly, helpful and all went our of their way to make our stay pleasant. Their recommendations on places to eat and services in the area were perfect. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through the Cambridge area.
Ive never stayed at a Holiday Inn and, to be honest, I wasnt sure what to expect. All the pictures looked great but they should if they are taking by Holiday Inn reps.The hotel and the room were both excellent. The pictures did not lie at all! My girlfriend and I were in for the weekend to attend a wedding so we needed something just for a few days.The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had a long drive so by the time we reached the hotel it was near midnight. A lady was there at the desk and greeted us with a smile. She was able to get us checked in and off to the room within a few minutes.The room...was awesome; very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking.Ive never considered Holiday Inn as a choice in the past when looking for a place to stay but now I will definitely keep them in mind when searching.

We reserved a suite for four people, but we’re given a room with only one bed. We didn’t realize the a sofa in the suite was not a sleeper until late, and we didn’t want to pack up and switch rooms, so we made do.
For me, it was great, as it is adjacent to a Tesla charging station. I got in very late (11:45pm) and left early (7:30am) as I had another day of driving to complete. But, the room was clean and quiet and this hotel would be a great spot to stay for anyone.
We love to stay at Holiday Inn Express and this one was very nice and clean. The staff some did not have a mask on when waiting on customers. They did have a shield however and maintained social distancing. My wife however is not comfortable when service personnel are not wearing masks in this time of Corona. other than that we had a nice stay as always.
My family stayed there for a few nights while moving my parents out of the town. We had a total of three rooms, all of which were very comfortable. The front desk staff (Jennifer, & Macy) couldnt have been nicer and Jennifer was especially helpful with a request we had. Carly took my reservation and owe the room choice to her. She did a great job. Wonderful choice of breakfast items; all delicious! On the final night of our stay we left for a few hours and came back around 2pm to a not cleaned room. The housekeeping staff was very nice. Just wish they had gotten to our room while we were gone. I ended up getting some clean sheets & towels and doing it myself. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay there again. Thank you.

Really nice hotel for the area and price. Rooms seem fairly new. Each has its own router so WiFi connection is strong. Bathroom has a new hair dryer and large pump bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, in addition to the usual tiny bottles. Staff was really welcoming too
Great hotel for starters and enjoyed the Cambridge town being decorated for Christmas! Love the court house light show to Xmas music, really pretty...My husband is an engineer and I travel to Ohio, WV, all around Pa to visit him. He was in the Cambridge area for work. We stayed in a King suite- liked having the little kitchen area as I brought a ton of food...Definitely a little pricey for being in such a small town, but it was very clean and new.My ONLY complaint was that when other guests go in and out of their rooms the doors slam so loudly it wakes you up. My husband had to sleep during the day and it woke him up several times. There should be something on the doors to slow them down before slamming closed. When the rooms next to us slammed the door it shook the walls in our room.We were very grateful the staff let us have a late check out so he could sleep a little more before work.Literally everything was great- very kind staff, extremely clean- smelled great in the room, good size room, pool seemed nice, breakfast area was nice, etc.Definitely need a better sign to get to the hotel- cannot see it from the road and is behind the Sheetz gas station. I did hear another guest complain about this and staff informed them they are working on it. Overall a good pick.
We stayed here as the halfway point on our road trip. I was really impressed with the design and cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk staff member was really helpful and efficient in getting us checked in. Our room was very clean, and we had a great nights stay! We plan to stay here again on our return trip!
Had other things we was doing so wasn’t at motel very much except to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Only negative was the elevator carpet i was very worn and dirty.
Excellent facilities and we were very well pleased. The room was great, beds and pillow comfy and everything vey clean and updated. We loved the complimentary breakfast and were well pleased with the variety of food available. We have stayed at many locations and other motels, but this definitely rates as one of the best. We would be happy to return at any time and give it an A rating!
This Holiday Inn Express is extremely nice and clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Not sure if all of the rooms work off of a thermostat, but ours did, and is a nice change from trying to find the right setting on the floor unit in most hotel rooms. The complimentary breakfast was the best Ive ever experienced. We did not get to use the pool, hot tub or exercise room, but they looked really nice and wish we wouldve been able to enjoy them. All of the hotel staff that we encountered were very warm and friendly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if staying in or near the Cambridge area.
This two night stay was for my mother in laws 90th birthday celebration. We used lots of the amenities, including the large party room on the first floor. The room was perfect for our celebration and we used it all afternoon and into the night. It was a really great space.Kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool the next day, and the adults gathered chairs at poolside and everyone enjoyed catching up with one another as we watched the children splash around. It was another great memory.Everyone seemed to like their sleeping accommodations, but some of the older folks just prefer their own beds.All together, this is an excellent property, and we would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone in that area.
We found the hotel to be very clean--always the first thing we check. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful; didnt feel like they were in a hurry to get us in or out; took all the time needed to help us with information and directions. Beds were comfortable; heat/AC in room was easy to use and made quick adjustments to temperature. Breakfast area was clean, open and had nice variety.
Long ride on a motorcycle and I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff! Not usually greeted with a smile. Tired, hungry and ready for sleep and was so pleased to find a comfortable bed and hot shower! Rested the next day with a pleasing breakfast and ready to roll.

My stay was great. Lots of parking. The staff all nice and always smiling and very helpful. With the cleanliness of the lobby through the halls and into you room. It make you fell welcome. My room was clean very comfortable. Place was quiet and got a good sound sleep.

There is not a lot of options in Cambridge Ohio for hotels. This hotel has always been clean and the staff is always very friendly. The breakfast is not the best, but isnt bad.....Im not a fan of turkey sausage.
From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. Very pretty and wonderfully clean! The staff was excellent and the room had everything one would want and was large. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean even having ( Bath & Beauty products) to use if needed not some off the wall brand!!! Definitely plan to stay there again. The breakfast was plentiful.

This HI Express is a very nice hotel for the cost of your stay. Very clean. The breakfast/common area is large and very nice. The pool is large, and the hot tub is huge. The room was a bit small, but the amenities made up for it - a single serve Keurig in the room, a fridge, microwave, and a nice flat screen television.One suggestion for hotel management to consider - the breakfast area is so large and so nice, but is only used for a few hours in the AM for breakfast. Please consider offering an evening hors dourvue or finger food for guests during check-in. It would put this very nice space to use for more than just breakfast.A very nice hotel that I would stay at again.

Whatever you do do not stay in room 123. That room is right off and I mean right off the great room where breakfast is served and five feet away from the lobby bathrooms. I should have said something at check in but we were tired and hungry after driving our second to last leg home on our vacation road trip. Honestly I cant believe that location is a room they would reserve for any guest much less one of their IHG Reward members (which they did not offer the standard bonus points / water bottle at check-in). If you check in and end up receiving that room dont leave the hotel just CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY!Aside from the room location, this was most likely my favorite Holiday Inn Express. Obviously it is new because everything is in outstanding condition but they really took advantage of the new designs for the chain. The Great Room for breakfast was perfect to move around from food station to food station and not cramped like so many can be. And each station was replenished quickly. The pool was decent size but the water temp was perfect and they have a bathroom inside the pool area - nice. Our room had 2 queen beds and felt very large for not being a suite. Another nice feature was the extremely high ceilings in the room - could not hear anyone walking around over head. My family and I will definitely come back here when passing thru area again.
Arriving without a reservation the friendly staff greeted me and catered for my requirement of two rooms. From arrival to departure my experience was as good as any I have had from Holiday Inn Express in many countries. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable and welcome after a long drive. Bathroom facilities were excellent. I was impressed with the whole experience of my stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Cambridge.

We were traveling through and needed extra space for our truck and trailer. There was ample parking. The hotel is kept clean and still has the “new” feel even though it’s several years old. It was a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was great too.
As a frequent traveler through Cambridge, I have stayed in most of the hotels in the area and the Holiday Inn Express is one of the best. Nice, clean and relatively quiet (other than other guests allowing their room doors to slam shut). The rooms are spacious and include thoughtful touches such as a dimmable night light in the bathroom, upgraded toiletries compared to other hotels, and a Keurig coffee maker. The beds and pillows are comfortable. My only small complaint is that the TV did not have an auto shut off sleep timer. The pool and spa were nice. I would have expected more from the free breakfast considering that everything else about the hotel was superior to other comparable hotels but the variety was disappointing.
What a wonderful stay at this hotel! Upon arrival, we were upgraded as IHG Priority members to a suite room that was absolutely fantastic. It was extremely spacious and filled with all the amenities one could ask for. The beds were very comfortable and let us get the rest that we needed after a long day of traveling in the car. The breakfast and common areas were among the largest and most comfortable that I have experienced in the chain, and the pool was also large and inviting. The staff was welcoming and very helpful during our stay. When stopping in Cambridge, consider this Holiday Inn Express; you wont regret it.
Prompt and proper service when I first arrived. There wasn’t any waiting time to get checked in. Fast and friendly would be the best to describe my stay in the Cambridge Ohio facility. On day two I did have an issue with my card not working to let me in the room as I have had this issue prior when I stayed at the holiday inn in Edwardsville Illinois, must be a glitch in the system? The cleaning staff was very friendly asked if I needed anything when I saw them each mornings as I was headed off for work business. I very much appreciated the asking if all was good each day. I would recommend this facility to anyone for future trips.

We loved the clean pool and hot tub. We actually had their use to ourselves. The breakfast was excellent in food variety and temperature. Great cinnamon rolls and eclairs. When we are back in this area we will make a point of staying here again.
Easily accessed from Interstate, Staff was polite and professional, no problems checking in or out. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable and we fell asleep easily with no noise disturbances. Breakfast is the standard breakfast youll get but eggs could have been cooked a bit more, a little watery. We stayed at several Holiday Inn Express throughout our week journey and they all had the same coffee. I felt it was pretty BITTER so perhaps a different supplier/vendor would be a good idea. That may seem like a little thing but went you are traveling by road you need that morning pick me up to start your day or get you going.
My mother and I stayed at this hotel based on it being new and it was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable. It was a little hard finding the place as the hotel sign is not installed yet. The staff was very pleasant and willing to assist us with anything we needed. We went down for breakfast around 9:00 and it could have been replenished with more hot items. We stayed until 9:45 and the hot items were never brought out. There was plenty other foods items to choose from and enjoyed. I definitely would stay here again!
We absolutely loved the experience! Sorry, but in the past your hotels were going down hill and not clean at all! But we were so surprised by the cleanliness and upgrade in the room! After traveling all day it was a joy to sleep in a clean bed with a clean bathroom! And the breakfast was so good! Your cinnamon buns were great and you actually had bacon! We felt very special! All staff said Good Morning and wanted to know if they could help us in any way! I told all my friends at work and my daughter to stay with you when traveling! It was wonderful!! Thank you!!!

We usually on stay at Holiday Inns or in their group....but this place was spotless!! So clean and very friendly and professional front desk staff and breakfast staff too! Our breakfast was great...the bacon and pancakes were perfect! Our rm was clean and comfortable! The pool temp was nice and not too cold! The hot tub was the biggest Ive seen! We traveled from Michigan to Myrtle Beach and this was the nicest place we stayed at!
The hotel was new and clean. The room had perfect amenities (kitchenette, tv, queen beds, large rest room, labeled soft and firm pillows) and plenty of space overall. The housekeeper even left a hand-written note welcoming us. The breakfast was hot, and there were more choices than usual on a continental breakfast buffet. The staff was kind and helpful--the lady in the breakfast area even made my son pancakes and brought them to him at our table. The room was quiet even though we were next to the elevator--never heard another guest all night! We adjusted our travel plans to stay here on our return trip.
This hotel was great for 2 old people and 2 grand kids. The beds were comfortable.The food was well presented and abundant. The pool and hot tub were great. The only problem I had was that the tub floor was shinny and clean but not secure for an old person. I bought a tub map problem solved. We liked the hotel so much me stayed there on the way back.
I’ve spent most of my life over the last 15 years staying in hotels/motels because of my work and consider myself pretty knowledgeable when it comes to hotel quality of service and conditions. In comparing the Holiday Inn Express and Suites-Cambridge to other HI Express hotels and other similar motels/hotels, I can easily say that it doesnt get any better than the Holiday Inn Express and Suites – Cambridge. The front desk staff is professional, courteous, friendly and they immediately make you feel at home. The same goes for the housekeeping staff, breakfast staff and maintenance staff. At this point, I would be remiss if I didn’t give an extra shout-out to the housekeeping staff. Although the hotel is only 7 or 8 months old, the housekeepers have the place looking like it did the day it opened. I believe that the lobby floors are made of granite tiles because no other material would ever hold-up to the constant sweeping, scrubbing, mopping and polishing that goes on there.The staff was constantly asking if there was anything that they could do to make my stay more enjoyable. Since I’m the type of person that will take everything that I can get, I had special billing requests, asked that my room be made up a certain way and at a certain time, that I would like faster internet, that I thought that the NFL Channel would be nice, that I liked a certain type of bagel for breakfast and that I’d like my Christmas presents wrapped. Well…. done, done, done, done, done, done and done (although I did feel a little guilty about the last one). I’m sure that everyone was glad to see me leave but, they still made me feel special while I was there.I can only hope that business takes me back to Cambridge soon so I can stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites.
Upon my arrival, I was met with a very friendly Welcome. The staff was professional and worked hard to make sure that all my questions were answered. The hotel was very clean. The guest rooms were fantastic and comfortable. The morning breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. Convenient, clean, friendly and professional attitude. Great choice for my stay.
Stayed here for one night while passing through Ohio. Hotel seemed fairly new. Staff was very friendly and upgraded my room when I arrived. Room was nice and big. Pool and hot tub were great, my 4 year old had a blast. Breakfast was good. Overall the stay was great. Went to The Bears Den for dinner, the food was awesome and my son loved all of the animals.
After staying at a number of Holiday Inn Express across the country we found this Holiday Inn to be great value for the money. From checkin to checkout all of our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. Room was spacious and clean and bathroom spotless. Would not hesitate to stay again
I have stayed here numerous times, most recently on Memorial Day weekend. I stayed in a double queen suite. It was very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. This location also has very good WIFI, as I was able to watch a movie on Netflix with no issues.The hotel has several food places that you can walk to, and is located directly behind a Sheets gas stationI highly recommend this location!
The hotel, for its primary purpose of providing a clean and proper sleeping room, bed, and bathroom is excellent. The whirlpool/pool area is very nice. I did not use the fitness room … but, it looks well equipped. The breakfast and road access really takes it down … H.I. should just not bother if the buffet breakfast of this low quality is continued. Better to just provide a continental breakfast, and charge appropriately. There is a very small sign on the street that is obscured by a competitors entry signage … The H.I. is set back off the road. It is very confusing. And the entry to and exit from the hotel is silly. … Still, now that I have been there, I will still stay there … as I know how to get to it .. but, have breakfast elsewhere.
The hotel was clean and well appointed -much more than I expected when just looking for a stop after a long day of travel. We appreciated that the hot tub was open until 11pm! The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and let us get going early. Definitely recommend this hotel for weary travelers!
We stayed in Cambridge for a softball tournament and wanted a hotel with a pool for the kids. We experienced friendly staff upon arrival and our room was ready for check in quickly thereafter. Establishment was clean and well kept. The pool water was warm and clean. Our suite and bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable and the temperatures were perfect. Breakfast choices were a thumbs up for us! I recommend staying here. Thank you!
As I posted in an earlier rating, the clerk when I checked in was courteous. I checked in at midnight w/o a reservation and received the last room. It was a lovely suite that was quite large. Unfortunately, I was only stopping to sleep on a trip from Rhode Island to Nebraska so I wasnt able to take full advantage of all the amenities the hotel has to offer. However, my stay was very restful. The bathroom had amenities you no longer see----shower cap, mouthwash, and shoe shine cloth. They were in the bath and were not requested. The room was quiet. I didnt stay for breakfast but it appeared the buffet was quite adequate. Checkout was fast.
My daughter and I stopped at this hotel on our way home from a weekend trip. It was about midnight, and the front desk attendant was very helpful. The gentleman assisted us with our IHG rewards program, and set us up in a very clean and comfortable room. We had a very comfortable sleep, and we enjoyed a filling breakfast. We were recharged and ready to complete our trip home. I was more than pleased to have made the decision to stop at this hotel.
The cinnamon rolls made the biggest impression on me, Im embarrassed to say. Everything was terrific even though the price for my room was about 50% higher than I expected for a hotel like this. I was told that there was something going on at the fairgrounds. So its possible the regular rates are less than what I paid. Im just basing my review on my stay and what I was charged.The room was really nice and I loved the toiletries in the bathroom. There were lots of things to choose from, including Neutrogena products. They really made an impression on me since this was the first time Ive stayed at this brand--even though I travel non-stop.The bed was perfect and the temperature in the room was sublime. And the lady who helped me at check out was as sincere and kind as one could ever hope for.
It is always a pleasure staying here. The manager front desk and houskeeping are the best of the best. We asked for it and we got it. I will always choose Holiday inn express in this region over any other hotel in 100 miles. We went out and saw the town ate hiked and enjoyed it all around. Salt for was a lot of fun also.
We stopped here for one night and were very pleased with our stay! The hotel seems brand new. It even still has a new smell to it :) LOL! The rooms are beautiful and the whole hotel is very updated. Breakfast was great as usual and the pool and work out room were great! One of the best things about this hotel is the TV channel line up! They have Direct TV and a very impressive channel line up including Disney junior which is very important in this family! I requested a crib before we got there and it was in our room when we arrived. Very friendly staff. If you are passing through I would map this out to be one of your stopping points! Lots of fast food restaurants and gas stations next to the hotel also.
While travelling home from Columbus, the road conditions became horrible due to snow and ice. We decided to stop in Cambridge, OH rather than risk driving further. The parking lot and sidewalks had been cleared of snow and salted, so getting from our car to the hotel was no problem. The lobby area was clean and the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We were given a very clean room, and the front desk provided us with several toiletries (razors, comb, toothbrushes), since we had not planned on staying in Ohio overnight.The breakfast choices were plentiful and fresh. An attendant checked frequently to ensure that no dish became empty and that the cooler of milk and yogurt stayed stocked.
I enjoyed my stay so much. From the welcome and assistance at the front desk to a great nights sleep because it was so quiet. The hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever been in and the staff so nice and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone passing through.
Front desk was great. Vince helped us check in and was able to upgrade us to a suite. It was so nice and clean and roomy. Made our stay with two young children so much more enjoyable. Ill definitely be back..

2022-04-06I took a business trip here and found everything to be satisfactory. The service was prompt and friendly, room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the gym and pool were both clean and had hours that allowed for a late evening or early morning workout. Breakfast options were pretty standard for a Holiday Inn, but there is a Sheetz in the parking lot if youre looking for more variety. If you are a business traveler looking for a no-fuss hotel close to the interstate, this is a great choice.

2022-02-14One of the best hotels we have stayed in a long time. But what puts it over the top was customer service. Gaby was fast for the check in and just friendly over all. This hotel is clean and it smells clean! I felt comfortable here with my family and if I come through this town again I will be staying at this hotel thank you gaby for the great customer service!

2022-04-12I needed a place to rest up at the halfway point of my journey. I chose Cambridge. I was greeted warmly and the service of the desk clerk was quick and friendly. My room was ready, very neat and clean... everything was as nice as I could have asked for. Business may lead me this way again soon.... and I know where Ill be staying when it does.

2022-04-27We were greeted at arrival and checked in promptly.Rooms were clean, bathroom stocked.The pool area was clean with plenty of towels. We had breakfast both mornings, great selection, friendly service, clean and food was great. I would stay here again if in the area.

2022-03-18We was suppose to stay a week . However there was non stop people in hall ways partying . You could hear them non stop the first 2 nights. Slamming doors, yelling and just not having fun yelling . Front desk says they called the cops but it still went on way past 2am! While swimming kids going nuts jumping into hot tub. Their parents not paying attention . I get the hotel cant control their guest but they should be able to control some of it. The hot breakfast was ok. The worker however stands and watch you the entire time . My kids thought they was in trouble. Then I found a bug and we left. Thankfully the front desk was able to refund me the rest of the week. She was very nice about it .

2021-12-08This hotel isn’t fancy and doesn’t have every amenity, but it has quality and cleanliness (and a decent pool!). The staff is nice and the hotel is very pleasant. Great location off of 70 with lots of food and gas choices nearby. We always stay here. Highly recommend if you’re stopping for the night.

2022-03-09Continues to be an excellent choice when traveling through the area. This is the third year that we have stopped while traveling from Illinois to Pennsylvania and have never been sorry that we chose this hotel. Great location with easy access to the interstate and several good restaurants in the area. Will continue to stop here as we travel along I-70.
