Positive: Very clean and really nice shower. Comfortable beds nice TV Negative: The toilet was wobbly when you sat down, there was an adjoining room which I could hear everything from the guests on the other side so the privacy was not great.the heat/ac wasnt very easy to work and it was freezing in the room when I got in there.
This hotel is very nice and updated. It is very clean and they make sure you have more than enough in your room. That being said... we were very surprised that this hotel does not offer the regular breakfast like the other Holiday Inns. We were told if we wanted breakfast it has to be ordered at the front desk. They would then cook it ( it takes 15 -20 minutes), it is also an extra charge! So we went to a restaurant to have breakfast, which took extra time. Very disappointing. Overall, it is a very nice hotel.
Positive: Their willingness to allow us to switch rooms. Negative: The first room was cold and the heater didnt work. It was not as clean as expected. The outside carpet was dirty from the elevator to the room and the bathroom was not up to standard. We were given another rooom, but I dont believe I would book here
The room was nice, beds were comfy, good location. But unlike last year (yes, during the pandemic) no complimentary breakfast, instead the same offerings are now sold at a premium price. We arranged a late checkout but no one told housekeeping so they came knocking and woke up my child who was still asleep. Then we were locked out of the room when we went to get the luggage cart and had to wait for someone to let us in so we could get our stuff, which of course delayed our checkout and ability to get back on the road. When we went to checkout no one was there to check us out. The service was severely lacking and that is why we will not be back.
This hotel is very clean, well worth the money. The bedding was comfortable and the room was clean. Normally in a hotel bathroom it gets very steamy after a hot shower, but the exhaust fan worked well and that didnt happen. I would definitely stay here again when Im in the area.
Your new rooms are great in all but one way. The towel rack and shelf is mounted so low over the commode, that at first we kept bumping our heads on it when wed bend over to flush. HOWEVER, the beds and pillows are still very comfortable. The walk-in shower with a curved sliding door is wonderful! The new lighting surrounding the bathroom mirror is wonderful! The hardwood/laminate flooring and easily-cleaned furniture is reassuring in this time of COVID-19. And to my personal taste, I really like NOT having art prints on the walls. The room looks fresh, sleek, and inviting!
This was an different stay experience. Not bad at all, just different. The second day I went to the front desk and asked why no one took my old towels. The lady told me, We dont go in your room at all unless you invite us. It was nice in one repect but I had to keep going to the desk and asking for things I needed; cups, towels, etc. Tip: when getting a room, be sure to ask for one NOT next to the supply room. They wash stuff early in the mornings and the spin cycle is quite noisy. Thats the inly thing I didnt like, but its not so much a complaint as a now I know.
I was part of a large conference that stayed at the hotel. They were not ready for us. When I went to check in there was no staff available. They had a sign up that they would be back soon. fifteen minutes later they showed up. Then we were informed that the elevators were broke so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs. Luckily I was only on the second floor. There were other issues but this hotel is in the middle of being remolded so hopefully it will be better next time. The staff was very kind and tried their best to help everyone.
Ryan the young man that delivered our breakfast a few morning was very nice and pleasant and breakfast delivered on time and correct order. The last morning (Check out) date, Alexis Delivered the wrong order and didnt correct it neither could see find my order and correct it! Over weve stayed there many times since it first opened and this was my worst experience with the Hotel under Renovation. I feel I shouldve received an upgrade or a renovated room and especially when told to take the stairs to the 5th floor to take our luggage...just saying
I have stayed at this hotel for a number of years I was disappointed when they filled the pool with cement, I understood the restrictions during the pandemic, although the Grab and Go was a huge disappointment. Rooms were down to the bare minimum, but still I returned. .This time was different. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and looking forward to the amenities we have always enjoyed. First, the breakfast menu (that had to be ordered by midnight) was like something from a fast food drive thru). Since I had stayed at another HI in Columbus 2 weeks ago I expected more. The garbage was overflowing out front from the evening we arrived till we left the following morning. . It will be difficult to convince my husband to give this hotel another chance.
The staff were very informative about the measures the hotel has taken during Covid. Staff gave great ideas on where to eat dinner. Grab and go breakfast was good. The mattress and bedding were so comfortable. I slept great and my back did not hurt in the morning. The tv remote was the only problem you could not put in the number of the channel you wanted you had to scroll through to get to the channel. Did not bug me but my husband was frustrated. Lol. Great stay. Will be back on the next time we are in town.
The lobby is beautiful nice and welcoming. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was a little dark and hard to see, could watch a show but not as bright as we would have liked. I felt very safe at the hotel as far as Covid 19, there were plenty of hand sanitizers and there was plexiglass at certain areas.
Hotel was nice, things were quiet, still able to order a limited breakfast during Covid, staff was very nice, felt safe in this area. The room was in good shape but starting to lean a little bit on the outdated side, however, they are in the process of remodeling and updating things so I do wonder what it will be like afterwards. My last day on site (there for 9 days) they just opened the bar for the first time in a year as Covid restrictions were coming off.
I paid for a king bed because I am 65. I further made a special request for a king bed to ensure I got a bed I could fit in. Upon arrival I was given 2 smallers beds in a room. When I went to desk to inquire/complain the staff argued the next customer would have to go without THEIR king bed if he gave me mine. He spoke as tho the next guy was more important. We stared each orher down. I got my King after showing him I had paid and ordered a King. Room was quiet considering there was no ambient noise options in room. A/C fan very quiet. There is a company next door with severly bright lights on their lot and then the furnace control panel is a big bright square that lights up the room. Too much light in the room for me. The bar closes at 9pm which is posted IN the bar and also handwritten as you enter. We entered at 8:44 and was advised by drunk bartenders and other guests that the bar is closed. We were then treated to 2 free old fashioneds; only options were old fashioned or miller lite. Heavy handed with the booze. Breakfast had 2 options..egg scramble or english muffin sandwich. Bowl was $8. Was just ok. With other options avail I wont be back. I now know why this is a 2.5 star hotel. Bed was SUPER comfy with pillows marked SOFT and HARD on cases.
If you have children.. avoid this hotel. They removed the pool, the breakfast options are not kid friendly, the bar is mobbed with people drinking all evening yet the dining area is closed for families to sit together and eat… And there is no bath tub so little ones have to shower.. we had a room with 2 queen sized beds and only one bed had pillows - the staff would not give us more, said they didn’t have extra. We didn’t ask for extra - it’s assumed each bed would have pillows on it.. that’s not extra pillows… Terrible experience. Never ever stay here. Awful.
Positive: The room was very spacious and clean beside a great location. Free parking no additional hotel fees. Negative: We booked this hotel because of it having a pool and upon check-in we found out that the pool has been filled with cement, other than that I feel like the pricing is high for what this hotel is.
Absolutely beautiful hotel inside this Holiday Inn isnt the one from 30 yrs ago thats for damn sure. If u are traveling and havent considered staying at one of these newer Holiday Inns you are really making a mistake the rooms are remodeled, clean and the beds are comfy the bathrooms are emaculent and offer tons of towels along with body wash shampoo and conditioner just incase u forgot yours. So like I said you should even if its a night out with the wife or a long trip look at Holiday Inn they have really stepped up their game!!!!
This hotel rooms are not clean we had two room both room were poorly cleaned. One of our rooms had holes in the walls, headboard was broken, ceiling was leaking we were on the top floor and it was rain that day. We ask for a new room and was told they were all sold out. We end up leaving in the middle of the night drive back home 2 hours away. Very disappointed!!
For the most part clean, and convenient location. Should make sure at the customer service desk you get what you registered for example I was suppose to have a king bed but got two queen instead. Could of gone back to desk but was too tied from long travel on the toad so just kept it.
So checked in after 7 pm on a monday. Had construction/ remodeling in the room above. Had to go down to front desk to have them stop. Then had to deal with the work all week. No o e informed me that cobstruction was going on. I would have booked another hotel. Our work hours were split shift for the week so sleep was hard to get while remodeling was going on.
I had a free anniversary night through the IHG rewards program and wish I had stayed somewhere else and paid for a room. I was visiting for four days and originally had plans to use the first night for free and pay for the next three if I liked the hotel. This location is overpriced, I ended up staying at a much nicer hotel through a different chain for $45 less per night. The carpet in the room that I stayed in was not vacuumed properly and had food bits etc still on the floor. Decor was poor and paint job was done by someone very sloppy. Bathroom was decent except for the toilet that didnt flush properly. I am a very loyal IHG member, but this day has me rethinking my upcoming getaways. Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel.
My friend and I booked in here to celebrate my birthday. It was very clean and staff was wonderful, especially the night desk employee, Benjamin. We came back from the casino 3 sheets to the wind, and he let us jabber on and even showed us a picture of a service pony. It was magical. He also arranged a wake-up call for our drunk butts so we wouldnt miss breakfast. 10/10 would stay again and would look at pictures of service ponies with Benjamin again.
NO POOL - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! We drove in for a family event and booked here because of the pool, the bar, and the breakfast. They dont have any of those things. The rooms arent any different from other chain hotels. Spend your money on a place that actually has what they advertise.
My bathroom tub and toilet were filthy!! It was 10:45 pm at night . Staff was not helpful. I didn’t even bathe my children because of the specs in the bathroom tub. I don’t feel as though I should have to come in my room after a long day ready for showers , baths, and bed and have to Clean my restroom . I’ve stayed at many hotels , none have dirty restrooms. And the fact that Staff did not seem concerned was really awful. At checkout , nobody even asked me how was my stay?(like everywhere else) . So I told her I had a few issues last night and all she says is Ok. I’m very unpleased with this hotel. They make ALL of the Holiday inns all around look bad. And the lack of support from Staffing is the icing on the cake. I will never stay at any Holiday Inn’s ever again! I should have learned my lesson staying here 3 years ago having missing items out of my room. This is totally unacceptable. If you can find another clean hotel close by, don’t waste your time or money here.
Stay here several times a week for business and have never been disappointed with my stays. Staff is friendly and helpful every visit. Clean rooms and comfortable beds along with a good selection of items for breakfast. Good choices for dinner as well with a bar located in the hotel.
This Holiday Inn was wonderful. It looks as though it was recently renovated and they were redoing the entire second floor when we stayed there. The rooms are clean they have really comfortable beds and all the amenities youd expect from a higher end hotel room. Would highly recommend!!
First choice of hotels when Im in the area. The staff and customer service is fantastic. Very quiet for a good nights rest. I am always greated with courtesy. Booking online with the ihg app is very easy. I feel safe and secure here and have never had any issues during my stay.
This Holiday Inn was in a good location and meet our travel needs. It was unclear where to find the ice machine. The breakfast was very poor. I didnt expect a hot breakfast due to the current circumstances but there wasnt even any cereal or milk. The room didnt have a channel guide for the TV and when we asked they state that they did not have any for the rooms. There wasnt even any information in the room for restaurants. Lastly the towel rack was inside the shower over the tub.
The overall experience was ok at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had plenty of room. The beds however were extremely hard. They had absolutely no give. The breakfast was sub par. The quality of the food was ok however the containers were always empty and what food was there was very cold. There was only 1 person serving the dining area so it was impossible for her to keep up with a busy weekend. We were supposed to have a choice of buffet or made to order food but there were no servers or menu provided. When checking out the girl at the desk was on her cell phone and seemed bothered to have to talk to us. We informed her of how uncomfortable the bed was and she just shrugged.
This is my second trip to Columbus and staying at this hotel. The first was for 3 weeks and this trip was 41 days. Staying in a hotel for long periods of time is not ideal, however, the hotel staff are wonderful and made me feel like I was at home. The hotel is clean and safe, 2 of my top priority when traveling, but the friendliness of the staff is a bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Columbus
I purchased 3 rooms for family gathering. It said restaurant and bar in hotel. No where did it say closed for all weekend. I can see Memorial Day but all weekend? We were disappointed. Manager was great. We got bagged breakfast but it was a family gathering. We had to go to nearby restaurants to eat and couldn’t be seated together. Terrible weekend, didn’t enjoy the hotel. They don’t even have a pool. Really.
I stayed here due to early morning meeting at this hotel.I was surprised at clean fresh rooms . The beds were great.I liked the verity of pillows from soft to firm to find the most comfortable combination of pillows.The meeting room was clean and located convenient to parking lot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and small business needing meeting room.
Check in and check out was super fast and efficient. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was not all that great. But with the Corona virus thing going on I believe it was the best they could do. My trash didnt get emptied and we were there for two nights. And we didnt get new linens. We were at a wedding so we really needed clean linens for both days. I think theyre doing a good job considering what is going on in the world. I would recommend this place
This is a full service IHG property that was not full service. The kitchen was closed except for breakfast which had only two options. A Express IHG has better options by far. The pool was shut down or removed which again does not meet a full service hotel. The staff was great but the property was a disappointment.
Our 1st return to our favorite local hotel since March. Welcomed by Logan. Other than an AC unit that was a bit loud, our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was grab and go (sure do miss the biscuits and gravy). A decent selection and great coffee. Well be back.
The staff at the desk, the lounge and housekeeping were all wonderful. Hotel was clean and we felt safe. It is in a good location and easy access to anywhere we want to get to. As our son recently moved to Columbus, we will likely be staying here several times a year without any hesitation.
Each day of my stay, I entered the lobby to muddy tracks into the breakfast area. And, the staff did not seem to be concerned or in any hurry to clean it up. The breakfast was decent, but some of the bakery items could have been fresher. The overall state of the hotel is in need of attention and cleaning. Also, the business center was “out of order” for my entire stay and no one was at desk when I left at 8:00am. Thankfully, I was able to checkout online.
Hotel was clean , staff was nice .But the hallways play music ALL night long full blast The speaker was outside my door and apparently they have no control over the volume or able to turn it off Holiday inns are great but they need to be able to access the music volume
Our stay couldnt have been better. From the moment we checked in, our experience was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We received free breakfast with our stay. Our breakfast was delicious with a large variety of food available. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.
I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff is at this hotel. They went over and above on my recent stay to get copies I needed for a wedding I was playing at. I have never ever been at a hotel where the front desk has been so helpful. Thank you SO much for solving an emergency. I will go out of my way to stay here next time I am in Columbus
My boyfriend and I absolutely love this hotel!! It is very nice. Its beautiful inside. The pool is nice, just wish there was a hot tub. They used to have one but they took it out. 😕 It is very clean and they did not have any bugs. That is a huge worry when you stay any where!
We stayed at this Holiday Inn because a block of rooms were reserved for a wedding we were attending. We reserved 2 adjoining rooms so our family could be together. The rooms appeared nice and clean. I went to go use the bathroom. I peed in the toilet. When I flushed, I see the water wont go down because the toilet is plugged Im guessing. Toilet water then over-flows onto the bathroom floor. Obviously the toilet was plugged when the cleaning person was there cleaning up after the guests before us. Or the other possibility is the toilet wasnt cleaned between guests. UGH. I called the front desk and They informed me there is nobody in maintenance currently at the hotel but they would move us to another room. We explained we wanted to be next door to the rest of our family and not on another floor. Plus we didnt have time since we were getting ready for the wedding. The front desk person brought a plunger to our room for US to use on the toilet. Also in the fridge were 2 cans of beer left over from the guests before us. Once again Im guessing the fridge wasnt cleared out between guests.
We had the best experience ever at this hotel. From the time we checked in to the time we left, everything and everybody were absolutely perfect! The front desk employees were all very friendly and accommodating. Here are some examples of the great service we experienced.....we woke up late, after being out at the casino until the wee hours in the AM. I called the front desk at 10:30 am and asked if we could get a late check out, the clerk just asked what time? They allowed us to stay until 1:00 pm without question or a charge. Also, we were on a motorcycle, and the morning we were leaving, we found that the battery died in the bike. The staff in the hotel were very kind offering us water while we waited for AAA to get there and were always asking if there was anything else they could do for us. I cant say enough nice things about this particular hotel. I can only hope that all the Holiday Inns around the country have the same kind of employees this one does! Absolutely fantastic overnight stay!
The staff is phenomenal...friendly and very accommodating. The beds are super comfy and the hotel is very quiet so its easy to get good rest!! The in room Keurig is one of my favorites and pairs well with the cookies they bake in the evenings . Ive been coming here about 3x per week over the past 19 mos for work and have never had issues with cleanliness or safety. If you need a great place to stay in Columbus that is in a convenient location, Holiday Inn Hilliard cant be beat!
We were in Columbus for a volleyball tournament and chose this hotel for our team. The girls loved the pool and the restaurant in the hotel. Our room was clean and ththe beds were fresh. The young lady at the bar made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
This was not the best experience for me during my stay. The room was very cold resulting in me turning the heat up to its maximum levels. This became unbearable during the night while sleeping. However, if I turned it down then the room would become very cold. Furthermore, the water from the bathroom sink faucet had a very weird smell so I brushed my teeth with bottled water. The options of snacks by the front desk for purchase were terrible, nothing healthy. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very good as well, surround by many restaurants and shopping if something requires purchasing.
Stay here often and have never been disappointed with anything. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything to make your stay better. Convenient location next to the highway but the rooms are quiet with none of the highway noise heard in any of the rooms I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel. Good breakfast too!
I will be completely honest, I did not expect the warmest and the smiles we received from the staff at this hotel. Everything was seen to professionally and without a frown. I am a very watchful person and I was extremely impressed. The food was very good, the room was clean and the linen was very fresh and well made. We felt safe at this property. I have an expensive automobile and I had no worries about its safety at the hotel.
My Mom and I stayed here last minute due to the weather getting bad while we were Christmas shopping and I have to say that we are very glad we picked this hotel! Everyone that we came into contact (front desk clerk, waitress/bartender, maid, breakfast attendant) was sooo friendly! They made us feel very welcome. I travel quite a bit and this was probably one of the friendliest hotels Ive been to. Would definitely stay here again!
I get to stay in hotels frequently while traveling for work and this was a great hotel. I was there for 3 days so go a chance to spend time in the room. Beds are comfortable with blankets and sheets that were both quality. Nice bathroom with good fixtures and layout. Staff was great as I got to talk to them while coming and going numerous times.
The location is great, close to the interstate and several restaurants nearby.The furniture is a bit old/damaged and my first room (302??) Smelled bad. I was given a new one in 4L, problem solved.The staff is very attentive.The breakfast was the best Ive had in a hotel: good coffee and real, good scrambled eggs.
This was a wonderful hotel very clean, friendly staff. We had asked for a handicapped accessible room and it somehow was not put in that we requested that and their available ones did not have enough beds for us so that was disappointing but other than that it was very great.
This a very tough time to my wife of 55 years to drive and myself to drive 447 to see our son under the toughest time of his life. He was asked to leave as his name was not on the house rental agreement. Had made in advance to stay at holiday inn and we got there Ben at the front desk handled the problem.
As an employee with a business that contracts this hotel, I stay here an average of three days a week. I have stayed at many hotels in my 20yr employment with my company and this is by far the best one they have contracted. What really makes this a great place to stay for me is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff,from the front desk to the maintenance staff. Kudos to IHG for hiring such excellent people!
We were in town for a rough purpose so this location provided a safe haven while we were in town. We had a clean room. The staff was most accommodating. And we were able to carry on with our business as we needed to. The proximity to stores and eateries was very good, exceptional actually. We got to where we needed to go quite easily.
We wanted to get away and we found the perfect hotel. Everything was as it was we wanted it to be including the extra pillow. The staff was extremely friendly towards us and the food was excellent. the room was very clean and everyday it was as it was the day before.We will return and will recommend this property to everyone that needs a hotel in the Columbus Oh area.Thank you for a excellent stay
The hotel staff at this location were awesome. There was an issue with the pool and they exceeded my expectations to make up for it. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating the entire stay. They were very patient with our entire group - which included 11 children. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay thanks to the staff.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds have been updated over the years. Lobby has been updated and is attractive. Unfortunately, upper floors are not as attractive as they once were. Hallway carpeting is heavily stained. Furniture and fixtures are showing signs of heavy wear. On this particular visit, upper floor common areas were not clean.
The room is absolutely lovely; spacious and light.. Beds are very comfortable. For me there were a few things that would have made this stay much better. The shower pressure was very low. I mentioned this after the first night but it was the same the second night. There was only one coffee with the coffee maker. I had to go down to the front desk and wait 10 minutes while they looked for coffee. What really struck me was a sign they have in the rooms that talk about charges should towels, etc go missing (bath towel:$20.00; sheets:$60). It didnt create a welcome feeling but rather that the guest is mistrusted. For such a lovely hotel, it seemed tacky. The room is lovely but I dont feel, with these issues, it was worth the price. Breakfast is also for a fee- not part of the stay.
I stayed at this hotel thankfully for one night. Compared to other Holiday Inns, this place was not great. The lobby is deceiving I should have looked at someone elses review that showed pictures of the rooms. The rooms look and smell like they havent been updated since the hotel opened. I even changed rooms. The first room didnt even have a closet door and my allergies flared up as soon as I walked in. The second room had closet doors which held another guests dirty socks which explained the dusty horrible smell. If house keeping didnt see those socks you know they are not properly cleaning or vacuuming these rooms. For what they charge per night this hotel should be ashamed. I didnt even like the free breakfast how do you mess up waffles! A fresh coat of paint and vacuuming would do wonders. One positive the staff was nice. But wouldnt stay here again if in Columbus.
The outside appearance is very nice the lobby was very clean and smell good so did the elevators the hallway is going to your room and the room in general.The room were very clean, did not see one hair on toilet or in shower like I said it was a very clean room.Sheets and pillows smell very clean wish there was more TV channels internet access was good.Overall, I would be staying at this hotel again.
The hotel and staff met or exceeded my expectations the reservation phone line however is hot garbage. I spent 3 hours on the phone with them for them to tell me everything is taken care of and it wasnt. I give a lot of credit to the staff they tried to make it right in every way but I still feel dissatisfied with IHG.
Every time I come to this hotel is because front desk very professional and friendly customer service. Especially a gentleman name Ben and lady named Madison. Though the rooms are getting older with hotel age and need thorough maintenance, upkeep and renewal, yet I come here because of these two people and others too. Didn’t feel this hotel was the quality that we normally receive at IHG. Furniture in room was very worn. Pillows were awful. We had to roll pillow into a ball to get any support. But I will say staff was very nice. We had stayed at this hotel before in last 2 years and had thought hotel was good, but after this stay will probably try another hotel chain next time.
This hotel was great right from the start. The room was so clean, the water pressure in the shower was better than any other hotel I have ever stayed in! It was clean and every single person that I encountered, that worked there, was very friendly. They seem genuinely sincere as though they are invested in their jobs. Breath of fresh air!
When I walked into the property I was greeted immediately by the staff. I was surprised and thrilled that I was selected quest of the day. The property was very clean and well kept. Rooms were spotless. The breakfast was superb. I left with a great feeling. Have already recommended your properties to my friends and family.
My husband and I just wanted a night out of the house to celebrate our anniversary and we have had great experiences at previous Holiday Inns but we are so happy we picked this location! We booked online a week or so in advance, we arrived to the hotel around 8:30-9 and we were greeted by Bennie. I am very serious when I say I have never been treated better by hotel staff ever! Bennie was kind, making us laugh, and upgraded our room in celebration of our anniversary. He wanted to insure we had the best stay possible, we cannot wait to return because of the experience Bennie provided!
Unclean, messy and disorganized. Looked like poor management of facility. Everything from the walls of the elevator to the hall ways to our room were unclean and or damaged water spots on the ceiling and dents and dings on the walls, trash on the floor that remained there our entire stay. No one at the front desk to address concerns or to check you in or out (had to look for them). At breakfast at 8:30 there were no clean plates, bowls, silverware and or glasses and many dirty tables. My Spire club level seemed to mean nothing. I would never stay in this location again and would tell others to avoid. Really need management to change the culture.
Ive stayed here several times and the hotel high quality is very consistent. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable; rooms and entire hotel is very clean. Staff are always eager to please and always go out of their way to meet my room requests. The hotel is priced fairly for the value. Every time Ive stayed Ive been very satisfied. In very other hotel there is some kind of noise problem but not here. I always sleep very well. And the coffee is good! Would highly recommend it.
Facility needs a good cleaning. For the money I would expect a clean neat and tidy appearence, which was not the case here. The floors needed cleaning. The breakfast was less than desirable. Facility touted having a bar with posted hours. After a long day went to the bar only to find it had closed early. Overall not somewhere I would recommend others stay.
The room was clean through out and updated with comfortable bed and pillows. The combination heater and air conditioner was very noisy and lower the overall satisfaction with the hotel. The drapes did not close out street lighting or I just couldnt figure out how to close them. I liked the convenience of the breakfast and the bar. Ive stayed at this hotel occasionally since it was built and the place has been maintained and the staff has been excellent. Ill be back.
This hotel is wonderful! It is quiet,clean and cozy! The beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable! The fridges and Keurigs are super convenient and the internet and cable are fantastic! The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful ,and the little extras like the designer water and the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby make the day so much better! Best place to stay in the greater Columbus area!!!
Room was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. When we needed anything the staff was very accommodating. I have stayed at other hotels and the handicap rooms usually have all the necessities needed. I had to ask for a bench for in the tub. We left for a couple hours and when we came back it was there. Your handicap rooms need to be closer to the elevator. Toilet needs to be higher. Children were running around in the hall and yelling at 11:00 at night. We had no reason to use the facilities but they looked inviting. I wished I could have enjoyed the pool, maybe next time.
This is an amazing establishment, from the moment you walk in the hotel it had a vibrancy of class and cleanliness. All the staff throughout the hotel were absolutely amazing, at being helpful and friendly.The restaurant was a good size offering breakfast and dinner, great portions. Rooms were very cozy had a great sleep. If only all chains offered the pleasant and helpful service offered here.Keep up the good work, very classy.
Fantastic front desk staff that is both helpful and knowledgeable about not only the hotel and its amenities, but the IHG Rewards Program as well as even the surrounding area. Truly great customer service.Hotel is very well-kept, clean, and has an overall pleasant ambiance to it. The room can be described as pretty much the same.I have had to stay at several other hotels in this surrounding area for various reasons lately (business), and this Holiday Inn is by far the best experience I’ve had yet in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and being well upkept (nothing broken or in need of remodeling, etc.).
We stayed here as several families for our sons wedding in Galloway. The staff was very accommodating, check in was a breeze. The rooms were very nice and honestly, this is the best bed I have ever slept in ...in a hotel! Great comfort! Many folks in our families commented on the same thing! Great nights sleep. The breakfast served was very good and had alot of variety. If need be, I would not hestitate to stay at this Holiday Inn again in the future! Well done!
Overall approach to this hotel was great - looks new, modern and large. But the actual room was old, dated and cramped. For the price, I expected the room itself to be larger, include modern amenities and function properly. I would not recommend this location based on my personal experience.
My overall experience was pretty good. The hotel is in a good condition. Cleanliness is on par with all other business class hotels I stayed in before. Unfortunately, the printer in the guests business room was not connected to the Mac computer. Also, one handle bar in the bathroom was loosen at one side. It was not a big deal for me, yet it could be for somebody else. Overall I will recommend this hotel.
My wife and I had a drunk couple trying to get into our room at 11:30 PM. It was rather unnerving but we lived through it. We found out the next morning they had the wrong floor. The guy at the front desk found them pointed them in the right direction to their room and he took care of it like a professional, other than that we had a great stay, nice and clean, very comfortable and felt very welcome. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn in Hilliard Columbus Ohio.
I was very impressed with the facade of the hotel and upon arrival we were greated by a lovely staff. They didnt acknowledge that I was a Platinum Member but just that these were reward nights. I set my preferences to be on the bottom floor and near the elevator. I was 5th floor far away from. No biggie but if I sign up for rewards and have the credit card I expected something a bit more for the effort. The room was clean and I have some of the best nights sleep in the beds and pillows. The room temp was difficult to control. It was super hot and took two days to cool off . However you have premenopausal women so every hour or so we changed our minds . Lol...I workout often. My big thing is being clean. The fitness center didnt have any sort of disinfectant spray available to clean equipment but was supplied with all other appropriate items. Also my wifi didnt work in that room which made for an annoying treadmill run as I couldnt hook up my Netflix
I stay here a few times a week for work. The staff is always super friendly, the rooms are always clean, and you never hear any noise from the surrounding rooms. The surrounding area has a bunch of food options and shopping within a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Internet is very fast for a hotel, and rarely goes down.
My husband and I stay at a lot of different hotels and I have to say you far exceeded my expectations. I was with the group from the gathering. You were pretty full that weekend . I was impressed with every single staff person I encountered. I was more than impressed with the efficiency in handling breakfast that Saturday. There were more than 60 people expected to eat before 9am. Somehow you handled that feat with ease and grace. Koodos to staff. Our rooms were very pleasant and clean . The hotel was amazingly quiet .Your whole staff needs to be commended!
Our experience overall was an excellent experience. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. When we were there, the hot food was all very low and not enough left for both me and my husband. I asked a server if the pans were going to be refilled and I was told they were working on it. I waited 15 minutes and nothing new came out, so I had a toasted bagel for breakfast. The staff did not seem too concerned about the status of the buffet.
Very reliable chain and very reliable site. We stay at this HI almost every time we visit family in the area. The rooms are clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I did notice some wear on this trip in the upholstered chair and bench in my room. Otherwise, furnishings were in good shape.
We were in town for a family wedding and really only needed a place to sleep as our days were filled with family activities. Our room was ready ahead of schedule, was clean, the pool was great for our two children, they had many breakfast options and the hotel itself was quiet. We couldnt ask for much more. We will be back!
Well first we were given the wrong room keys, after several attempts I called the front desk and someone came up with the correct room keys. Then when I opened the door I got an overwhelming odor, like someone had smoked several cigarettes in the room. Which was supposed to be a non-smoking room! Luckily I brought my own cleaning supplies and wiped everything down and got it smelling better. The two nasty looking chairs could probably come out of that room. We didnt use them because they were gross!
Very good location, very nice welcoming staff. Halls and room had a very pleasant smell. During the evening hours i attempted to relax with some tv but 1/2 the channels did not work, including ESPN. Room appeared clean till a little after midnight when my visit to the bathroom caused some more stress as the floor and wall had hundreds of ants moving around. I needed to remove everything from the floor in the entire room. In the morning i advised the front desk staff and there seemed to be very little concern for me and for the situations. So, i guess with some better customer service and some ant control this would be a great place to stay.
The staff at check in were very nice and the hotel appeared in good order. The room needed to be vacuumed better and had dust, but it wasn’t terrible. However, in the am I found a pair of dirty black socks in the corner of the closet and they didn’t belong to us. I told the front desk at check out and the guy that cleans the rooms was standing there and said he would take care of it. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room for the price.
The overall experience was great. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was great and they were accomodating for our group. Breakfast was open precisely at 6am and since our group had to leave by 6:30 we were all given to go containers. Every part of our stay was excellent.
I was in town for work and stayed here because it was close to the airport. I had a small problem with the room at check-in but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The hotel had a nice bar/lounge area and the bartender was very friendly. It is nice when you are traveling alone to have some people to talk to! Room was very clean and they had a nice breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again. Thanks for the great service!
Pro-The restaurant and bar staff were exceptional. With having the restaurant and bar onsite along with the great staff, that made the end of the day great. Con-The lobby cookie tray was empty the majority of the time I was there. The front desk staff said they would make more and when I came back later, they had gone home without making the cookies.
I stayed last week while in town for business. This was my first time staying at this Holiday Inn. The location was very easy to find right off the freeway and a short drive to Downtown Columbus. The property was very clean along with the rooms. The only complaint I have was that the treadmills in the fitness center did not work. The only working machine was the bike. I saw this on a previous review so it has been like this for a few weeks now. Hopefully the owner of the property will get this fixed. The restaurant staff was great especially Mylene bartending. She was very friendly and great to talk to while at the bar watching the NBA finals. I actually chose to eat at the restaurant/bar one night because Mylene was working instead of go out to another restaurant in town. I am glad that you have Mylene working at the restaurant. Velma at the desk was also very helpful during check in and always greeted me when I walked in the door during the afternoon/evening.
We traveled about 5 hours that and was very tired by the time we arrived. The staff greeted and got us in our room quickly. As we were unpacking we noticed the room was too warm and the AC sounded like it was struggling. The immediate area in front of the AC was soaked. I alerted the staff and we were given another room which was fine. It was annoying but your staff resolved it quickly and with an apology. We had dinner in the lounge area which was very good. The waitress was very friendly and helpful in making meal selections.
Staff is very nice. Unfortunately, some of the amenities are not updated. The faucet in the bathroom is so close to the wall, I cant put my hands completely under the water. The shower head was also very bad. Other than that, the hotel is nice and the staff are great.
My family and I stopped in for some rest on our way to the east coast and we got it! The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable with a choice of firm or soft pillows. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Great value and great nights rest!
I noticed right away the cleanliness and the pleasant aroma. Was greeted by front desk clerk who was very helpful and friendly. My room was very up to date and extremely clean. I had dinner downstairs and was greeted by the bar tender (Mylene) who made my dining experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here and I will do so again when in the area for business.
We use this hotel frequently when visiting family in the area. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating and willing to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has an exceptional variety of meats, waffles, fruit, and pastries.
Violent fights all hours of the night outside our room. My 12 year old daughter was terrified. Causing her panic attacks and not sleeping terrified the bad people was going to get her. I can’t get her to stay in a hotel now because of this. Woke up the next morning and the people that was fighting was still there! Walking the halls with their coolers. I barely got my daughter to the car because she was scared that she would see the man
Great staff, safe location will stay again. The check was so smooth. They had my key prepared union arrival and that made the process smooth. Breakfast the woman helping on Sunday was attentive and quickly filled our needs. Check out also went great. The staff made this place amazing.

Fridge is cool enough to keep food safe and refeeze your ice packs too! Rooms are quiet and temp control in rooms is easy! Wonderful place to stay! Room 204 has been my fave so far!!
IHG get out of the hotel business. When I first started coming to this hotel we had breakfast buffet and a pool. Then COVID hit and it went breakfast to order. Now all we have is grab and go. I understand that breakfast to order wasnt feasible when you were so slow in guest but now that the business is coming back we need to start offering the amenities need to come back. We have been told that this is due to IHG not wanting to bring them back. Ifnthis is the case you obviously don t care about your customers and should get out of the business. IHG SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!
The location of the property is far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of Columbus yet just minutes from downtown. Upon arrival I was greeted by name and quickly identified as a Priority Club member (They even had a goody bag for me!). Check in was curteous, fast, and smooth. When I got to my room it was immaculate; it appeared like I was the first person to ever stay in that room. The bed was ultra-comfortable; the linens looked brand new; and the toiletries were high quality and well-stocked. The room service staff was very friendly and the food absolutely delicious. Check out was fast and friendly. This was truly my favorite hotel experience ever!
We wanted to visit Hollywood Casino in Columbus Ohio and your hotel was recommended. On your website the rooms each were listed with a hot tub/spa in the bathroom. However upon arrival we were informed that none of the rooms have them anymore they were removed a year ago. Update your website so your patrons due not get mislead into purchasing nights with your company!
Let me start by saying I stay at Holiday Inn hotels all over for work and family. When I get the chance, I stay at HI instead of express for the extra value. So, when I picked this location for a short stay for my family, I was hoping to get the same quality as I have experienced around the country. I did not. I first noticed the mold in the bathroom and clearly fraying carpet. This was not a housekeeping issue, they did a fantastic job, it was a general maintenance and upkeep issue. The caulking was done very poorly and the mold was glaring around the tub. Similarly, the carpet was noticeably frayed around the seams like it was installed incorrectly or in serious need of maintenance. Then, there was the bed and pillows. I enjoy HI pillows and beds. it is usually like sleeping on a cloud. I barely slept. The pillows felt like they were filled with separated pom-poms (the little craft ones) and the bed felt like a cheap motel.I was so disappointed all around by the room and the price of the room for the night being in need of so much upkeep added insult on top of it all. VERY disappointed in my stay. The staff was friendly, though not greeting me as a rewards member or offering me my welcome amenity, this was not a staffing issue.
I was there this weekend with a co-worker for a conference. The reason for my 4 star rating was the room itself. While everyone has their reasons for how they rate mine was due to maintenance issues like having a burned out light bulb in the bathroom and a hair in the tub. While some people see this as not a big deal, it’s my opinion. The staff tho was GREAT!!!!! I called ahead to check in early and the gentleman I talked to told me as long as a room was available for early check in I could do and he would let the next shift and house keeping know and guess what he DID. And upon arrival Jessica was aware I’d be checking in and had a room ready. Later after my conference I was looking for something to do and Jessica mentioned places to visit. Even the later shift was friendly and welcoming. Jessica helped my trip have some extra fun when your dealing with work related conferences. Again while some see my post as maybe petty it’s my review and I expect things to be better than when I’m home these two issues while minor are how I rate. But again staff I fee the staff went above and beyond.
My girlfriend and I drove to Columbus from Northern Kentucky to meet a friend Half way she was traveling fro WV. We were only there one night but it was nice. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was really friendly. We would definitely stay again for our next get together.
Nice and modern along with friendly staff and great atmosphere. Room was super-clean and had a crisp, newer feel. Great place to stay...except for the heating/AC unit in our room would kick in and was very loud...plus, the fan would run even with the unit turned off. Same way with the unit right outside our door at the end of the hallway: weird, low-end hum every so often made it tough to sleep well. I actually went out in the hallway and turned it off it was so loud. Otherwise, its a really, really nice hotel for the price.
We were there to meet friends for the weekend during snow storm Harper. Being iced in changed our plans for the evening and we were stuck in the hotel. We had dinner in the bar and it was to our surprise very good food. We felt bad for the staff since it seemed they were shorthanded from the storm. but they did an excellent job with service. We request late check out and we stayed Sunday till 130 pm. The only thing we missed was a hot tub in the pool area.
This hotel was great and I would stay again. Fridge, microwave, and coffee pot were handy, bed was comfy, staff friendly, and easy on and off the interstate. Meal was good and exercise equipment very nice, if a bit crowded into the room. Room and common areas were clean. Just what I needed. Parking was easy. Glad I stayed here instead of downtown.
Stay here often and never disappointed with my accommodations. Staff is always attentive and friendly! Good location with no noise to disturb your rest. Good assortment of choices for breakfast and a nice lounge area for relaxing in the evenings. Plenty of shopping and restaurants very close to the property.
We booked last minute which was not a problem. I always think hotels are too expensive for one night but holiday inns are usually reasonable. The rooms were clean. The shower didn’t drain water well so some crud came back up with it so we didn’t shower. I forgot to let management know. I like he fact that there was a fridge and microwave. It really worked well for us. You could hear guests come down the hallway and talk in their rooms so that wasn’t the best but luckily the guests went to sleep quickly.
I stayed at another hotel (next to this one) on a previous trip (only because this one was booked full). This one has way better internet, its faster than the others upgraded speed for a fee. The other has bad coffee and dirty coffee makers, this one has a clean Keurig in the rooms. The other has one, very slow elevator, this one has two, very fast elevators. The other one had a smaller fridge in the room, this is bigger and colder. The other one had a smaller room, this one was bigger, cleaner and better furniture. I can go on but youd get bored and I think you get my point. Both cost pretty much the same but the value you get at Holiday Inn is far superior. This is not just what I experienced in Columbus, I experience the same all over the country. This Hotel has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions on several trips. Anytime Im working in the area, this is always my first choice. The staff at the front desk are extremely professional and helpful. The entire premises is always very clean. This is a review from someone whos been here several times and usually stays for long periods of time when here.
I was very pleased with level of superior service and great attitude of the staff at this small location. It was unexpected. If outward appearance of size mattered you might pass it over but it is well worth the stay. i have never met a more attentive or responsive front desk personnel. The staff was equally as pleasing at night. Usually the service level goes down at a hotel at night. This was not the case. THANK YOU SUCH A WONDERFUL STAY!I do have photos but i have loaded them yet.
The staff here was EXCELLENT! The girl that checked us in was super nice, the guy the next morning quickly cleaned up some water I spilt on my way out, the kitchen staff was very attentive and filled our water bottles before we left for the day when we asked.Thanks for the great stay!
We have stayed at this Hilliard Express location seven times, and the pool has been warm enough every time. If you are traveling with kids to where that forms the backbone of your consideration, this has been reliable. It is between the highway and a large retail area, so its a great location to stay with covering pretty much anything you might need to get back on the road without having to go too far. The only things I really have critique of is that the sink is too far from the edge of the counter, and the toilet seat slips around a lot, both making the bathroom a little uncomfortable and difficult for kids, but overall we love staying here.
The night of check in was fine. The staff member was friendly. The next morning we were awakened by the smell of cigarette smoke. Both guests have breathing conditions and sensitivity to cigarette smoke. We called the front desk and were told that she would walk the floors. We were on two. We had to immediately leave because of the smell. We planned to sleep in untik checkout. Upon arriving downstairs, the front desk employee stated that she had only walked floors one and three and did not smell anything. She stated that if someone were smoking she would smell it. Again, she failed to walk floor two. The floor in which we stayed. We were not pleased with her lack of concern and what seemed to be laziness. We dont believe she left the front desk at all, honestly. IHG dropped the ball on properly handling that.
The hotel was clean and seemed to have good amenities. What was not ok, was our breakfast. Or I should say -lack there of-. Breakfast is not buffet style it is sit down, order and pay. We sat ourselves since there was no one at the podium. After 10 minutes we were asked about drinks and given menus. 20 minutes later still no drinks and orders were not taken. So after 30 minutes of no service that were supposed to pay for we left.
Both of my kids live a thousand miles away in different states. My wife and I often drive to visit them as we enjoy seeing the country and the adventure can be fun. Whenever we split the drive up, we stay at Holiday Inn because it is predictably easy to get a room, its well lit, safe, and theres always someone at the counter to help. A comfortable king bed with some food and drink after a long day driving is an enjoyable way to prepare for the second day of driving. After a complimentary breakfast were fresh and ready to hit the road.
We are regulars at this location. It is convenient to family, restaurants and stores.The staff is very friendly and helpful.We especially enjoy the free Breakfast they now offer. Its a Great change. However, guests can walk to restaurants if you dont arise early enough for breakfast.This hotel is clean, fresh, quiet and very convenient to major highways and local business. Convenient to Ohio State as well.We were disappointed on one trip when they were booked solid and we had to go to Dublin.The last visit we were given a handicap room due to booking error. The room was Faboulous but the door was VERY HEAVY and hard to open.Our favorite hotel in the area.
I stay in this hotel several times a year, when I visit my sister and her family. Its dependably comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and beds very comfortable. My only complaint would be that floors in elevators and just outside on floors 2 - 5 tend to be dirty, with stained carpets.
Higher price than what we originally had thought it was. Have to pay for breakfast buffet. Luckily we were able to get a couple free breakfast certificates. Thanks! Guest rooms were nice. Nothing out of the ordinary. Beds were comfortable. Definitely all we needed for a quick nights sleep.
We were looking for a hotel near the casino. This hotel is one of the closest. I have three very small children that I felt completely comfortable being in the hotel with alone while my husband went to the casino. During our stay there were apparently multiple childrens baseball teams. I had to open my door more than once after ten oclock to let the kids and chaperones that I had little ones sleeping and we could hear them running up and down the halls very noisily. They were so rambunctious I could even here them running in the hall on the floor above us. Other than this the hotel was great. The breakfast was good - we always look for fresh waffles - but be sure to get there early. We went down at 8 and that was perfect. About 9 the place was very crowded. For safety, cleanliness, and convenience of location, I would recommend and we will stay again.
We last minute booked a room as we were too tired to continue driving. The room was much bigger than I expected with a walk in shower without a tub (no ledge to trip on). I recommend the king size bed. The wifi only dropped me once, and was sufficient for my business and leisure needs. The breakfast is awesome, but requires a voucher. Remember to pick it up at the front desk.
The hotel was modernized, clean, rooms, and beds were comfortable with the perfect temperature. Staff was friendly, and the price was affordable for such a nice place to stay. Continental breakfast in the morning was awesome with a large variety to choose from. This was savings in itself. Would definitely stay there again!
We were at the hotel for a weekend of wedding festivities. The staff went above and beyond to help our entire group welcome. We were able to host a dinner for post rehearsal/ welcome to out of town guests on Friday evening. Thank you for making it a great experience. -- the mother of the groom
We arrived in town not knowing where we were going to stay the night and came upon the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus- Hilliard. Upon entering we were greeted by Delma who seemed to really enjoy her job. She had a great smile and was very welcoming. The atmosphere of the hotel was perfect. The room was very clean and the hotel was very quiet allowing us to enjoy some relaxing in our room without interruption. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
We stayed at the hotel on New Years Eve. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We went out for the evening so we didnt eat at the restaurant or the bar. We did enjoy the breakfast the next morning. They used real plates and had a nice prepared breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

2022-03-16I really had a bad experience at this hotel. The one nice thing I would say is the front desk staff were all nice and helpful when around. I ended up getting two rooms. One of them the bed was absolutely disgusting sheets were covered in hair, the top sheet beneath the comforter was also covered in hair. I could tell the cleaning crew just pulled back the covers to make the bed. I went down at about 10:40 at night to ask for two sheets to make the best of the situation. Too bad there was a line about 20 people waiting at the front desk. Oh and no one to be seen working at the front desk either. So I couldnt even ask for another room or sheets. Not a convenient breakfast arrangement, It looked like you have to order in advance.The other super annoying thing about my first room was that the outside speaker for the front entrance area was playing music all night long. It was right outside my room and very audible. I cant imagine why they dont turn it off or the ones by the elevators, which I could hear both.The other thing I would caution would be the safety of you and your family when staying here. I encountered many nice folks, but I lost the lottery and ended up getting a room with a shared door. Whoever was staying next to me was out of their mind either on drugs or drunk. Making weird sounds all night until 3:30AM and actually aggressively BANGED on the shared door between us. Mind you this is while I was trying to sleep, so my room was completely quiet. I thought the man was trying to break in. He did it several times and If hed done it one more time I think I would have just called the police. I probably should have the first time.Sadly the options dont look much better in the area. Wish I had a recommendation for a better place to take your business to

2022-01-06During our stay here, we were treated kindly and the place was very clean. My sister was having an amputation at Grant hospital and we rented the room day by day instead of a few days because we wasnt sure when we was going to go home. The staff was very accommodating and understanding. I would definitely come here again. By the way, the lighting in the bathroom is incredible

2022-05-31Unkempt and poorly managed but comfortable. There seems to be water damage on the lobby or very poor contractor work. Peeling wallpaper and bad warped flooring, water stains. The rest is towels on the halls and cover plates ripped off. Bad service. I tried to check in early at clearly an empty hotel and was told to wait til 3. That’s fine and that’s policy but I can tell you’re empty. So I did paperwork in my truck and got the opportunity to witness the 5 smoke breaks an hour by employees. Sure enough at 3 I was greeted by a wait 5 minute sign while we help a guest. 5 minutes was ten, a guest was an employee walking in from outside, and ‘smoke’ was not tobacco and smells up the entry and twenty feet into the lobby. With this first impression my instinct is one or two stars but the room was comfortable, the air conditioner works great so three stars we are. I won’t stay here again

2022-06-11Very nice hotel. Right off the highway so we did not have to drive too far out of the way. Room was clean, and breakfast was one of the best i have ever seen while staying at a hotel. Overall 5/5!

2022-05-24I have always loved staying at Holliday Inns ever since I first stayed at one in Germany almost 30 years ago.This one is no different except that its In Ohio. 🥲 (This is a joke, people.)Other than that, the room was very nice and it has great lighting throught the interior and exterior of the building.Very well insulated walls that helped with noise and made the room very homelike and cozy.After all, I will stay there again, given the chance in my future travels.

2022-05-28Breakfast was a nice selection and staff is friendly. Beds are not the size that we booked though and it said it had a pool but its not open. So we have disappointed kids and definitely not enough bed space. All in all not worth the price we paid.

2022-05-15Overall stay was fine. Was disappointed to find the pool was under construction. No mention of this was made on the website or when booking. Wife and I were looking forward to an evening swim

2021-11-05Easy check-in and access to room, very clean and beds are comfortable. No complaints except there was no hand towel by the sink. I had to get it from a rack in the shower - which was just weird. If that’s the only negative, that’s a great hotel!

2021-11-10A bit hard to find as it is tucked back off the road but very nice hotel. Quiet and comfy. Rooms are a bit narrow and doorways not easy to navigate with a luggage cart but otherwise great. No breakfast is included in your stay.*Covid precautions were above normal with sanitizer and barriers in place !!

2021-07-27The hotel upon arrival was very clean looking and pleasing to the eye. The lobby was clean and the lady at the front desk (sorry cant remember her name) was so sweet and kind. Went to our rooms (rented adjoining rooms) they accommodated that request which was very nice. Both rooms were very clean. Our other family members came from other rooms to visit and they said that they liked the hotel as well. Check out the following morning was very quick and that lady was also very nice and kind. Great Stay!
