We recently stayed almost a week at the Hilton Garden Inn in Grove City Ohio. The manager, Brandon, was extremely helpful with everything we needed or wanted. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We’ve stayed there numerous times in the past and I’m sure we will be staying there whenever we are in The Columbus area in the future
It was the nicest hotel Ive stayed in. I will be returning. Rooms were huge, clean, plenty of storage space. I would recommend this one to everyone. The TV was very big. I did like the to go breakfast, but that was not a big deal for me, but my husband enjoyed it. Kudos to the staff, they were very friendly and helpful.
Great hotel for a baseball team. Rooms were the largest I have stayed that werent suites. Nice patio area outside the pool to watch kids while enjoying a few cocktails. The staff was very nice and made sure our stay was great...PS they have a grill on the patio if you dont want go out to eat!
We asked for our sheets to be changed and also asked for fresh towels we had to reuse the towels for our stay so nothing was done at all this location is not worth it to book a room and they wouldnt take cash at all everything was charged to the room..... Miamisburg location is way better everyone at that location was a lot nicer to us at Miamisburg
Undisclosed and Misleading Cancellation Policy! This hotel vaguely states their cancellation policy on their website. The actual cancellation policy is not disclosed until a payment method has been secured on file and reservation confirmed. They claim that they will allow a 24 hour cancellation notice before check in but this is not true. If for example you book a room at 11:00 pm at night for the following days stay, you have exactly one hour to cancel that reservation otherwise they will charge your account the whole amount of stay.
Stayed here on our way home from visiting family. The beds were firm, not a plus lol. Overall it was a typical hotel stay, we were able to get a joining room for our older 2, a plus! Until around 9AM when housekeeping tried to enter the room!! Our sons room was entered and she said, hi and turned around and walked out. That was odd and unprofessional. We let the front desk know, and they said they would address it.
5.18.2021 - After the incident I described below, to which the manager replied to (that was nice) our stay was fine. Room was clean. The only not positive thing was that our room was right in front of the elevator and most of the time there was noise because of it.4.22.2021 - I havent even checked in so Ill be updating/editing this review once weve checked out. I just called the hotel at around 6:50pm to let them know that were going to get there at around or pass midnight. The lady who picked up was beyond rude. She told me she didnt have my reservation and that because I booked through a 3rd party I had to call them. Im trying to explain to her that I booked through my travels card website and that I dont know which 3rd party they use. Her response in a rude tone was Well I dont know what you did. She ended up finding my reservation under my second last name. Well see how our stay goes. Hopefully better than this experience with her.
This is our go-to hotel when visiting family in Columbus. Its very clean, quiet, and well-run. The room and beds are comfortable, the in-room Keurig is a good day starter. Even the boxed breakfast, while not as enjoyable as the pre-pandemic hot breakfast buffet, was a nice touch.
Have been staying at this property for many, many yrs. The city itself has lots to offer - dining, shopping and easy interstate off/on. I like that it is far removed from the mainstream Columbus traffic (approx 15-20 min drive). The property has been fully renovated and is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The mattresses and pillows were perfect for my back! Decor is warm and tasteful. After a long day in the city, I enjoy returning to the HGI’s outdoor patio to wind-down for the evening. Although lots of other properties to choose from in the area, HGI is our preferred choice.
Place was overall pretty good. The pool wasnt to cold or anything. The only reason not 5 stars is because there was no hot tub, when we called the place they said there was a hot tub and thats why we wanted to stay. To add on, the place seemed clean until we found an open used bandaid on the floor.
I come here all the time. I absolutely love this hotel. For the past 4 years I have had both of my girls birthday slumber parties here. I allow them to pick a friend or two and we come here and they swim and have a nice time. So on average I come at least twice a year. Every single time I have been satisfied. The staff if amazing, the rooms are clean, I love the lobby, my kids and I will sit by the fireplace and play cards, I could go on and on about all if the wonderful things about this hotel. They could not be better.
This one lives up to the Hilton brand and the people are super friendly.Breakfast area is a little small for the footprint, but the crew handle it very well. There is make to order and continental breakfast with assorted fruits, oats, grits, muffins, bread and others. The dining area is very clean and well kept. The made to order breakfast options are well made and good quality food. The hotel itself is nice, also undergoing renovation - 2nd floor (as of Jan 2020). There is laundry, fitness center, indoor pool - all clean and in good shape. There is plenty of parking and the other good thing about the hotel location is there is plenty of nice restaurants to dine. The only downside is depending on who is at the front desk, your check in experience could be different, some are really nice and friendly while some are totally dont care.
I have stayed in many hotels owned by IHG without an issue. But this one was an exception. Good hotel but misleading website amenities. Had to cancel my stay because what was advertised on the website was not what was available. Beware, dont book with what is advertised online, call them to find out what is available and what is not before you book.
Lisa at the front desk made this trip easier. I came to Ohio to work, our first accommodations was across the rd at the Holiday Inn they were renovating like the Hilton. The experience there was horrible sewage smell filled the ever floor every room. We moved to the Hilton where the diligence of cleaning by staff was clear. Safe distanting access to the pool. Thanks Lisa
The room was clean, the common areas are nice, and location is convenient. No real bar and the “bar” they “have” closes at 9:00 PM. For the price, breakfast should be included. Tried to get breakfast one morning, but staff were obsolete. Attempted to follow the instructions on the menu for a hot breakfast (fill out card by the grill area) but there were no cards available. Decided to eat elsewhere. Have had much better experiences at les well-known hotels.
Hotel is under construction..pools closed bars closed outside area not kept up..just a mess in general..which is understandable when doing construction but it would have been nice to know this before booking our room!Worst Hilton experience yet!Room was nice and clean tho
The overall stay was ok, but somehow guests are encouraged to pay extra for the breakfast they already paid for. There may not be a lifeguard on duty, but our first visit to the pool was less than satisfactory. There were empty beer cans and snack wrappers left from earlier. I feel like this should be checked on at least every 30 minutes (at least a walk-through by staff). The price for what we got was very disappointing. I tried to get a reasonably-priced hotel with free breakfast and a decent area. The area is ok, but crowded. I generally like Hilton Hotels, but this one dropped the ball.
This hotel is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! I live in the area and decided we needed a little get away so we booked for this coming weekend. Stayed here a couple times before and LOVED IT!! The staff is very friendly , food is great & the rooms are so clean homey feeling. I would recommend to EVERYONE! Cant wait til we stay this weekend!!
Staff was friendly, a few things wrong with visit ranging from spa being closed to Front desk not setting my wake up call. The spa I understand couldnt be helped but the wake up call was upsetting. Showers also were very cold and took about 15 minutes to warm up. Definitely not the Hilton standard
The hotel and our room were very clean. Which is the 2nd most important item on my checklist when booking a stay. The women who greeted us late at night was very friendly, and helpful. Also with it being late, and knowing we had two sleepy boys with us, the check-in was very fast - I appreciate that! Hands down we would stay thereagain! !
I am only giving three stars because the accommodations and front desk workers were great.Food service, on the other hand, was some of the worst I have experienced. Waited for over an hour downstairs for our food. Finally told them to just send it to the room. Ten minutes in the room and they call to tell us that the cook couldn’t find all the ingredients!
Came up from North Carolina for my Brother In Laws memorial service. Had to xtend my stay twice because of the weather. Erica and Sharon working the Front Desk were.WONDERFUL ! Also I believe its either Danny or Denny working the overnight shift was GREAT in getting a complaint handled. About the guest in the room above me. KEEP UP THE GREST WORK!!
As a frequent business traveler, this was a below average HGI experience. Ive stayed here a few times over the past couple of years and each time it gets a little worse. This time my big issues were with the temperature in the gym and the temperature of the hot water. The gym was too hot and the water for my shower was too cold! On Monday of the week I stayed there my co-worker let me know that the gym was really warm. I figured that surely one of the hotel workers would have been in there and reported it and it would have been fixed by Tuesday night. So Tuesday night I go down to the (very small) gym and the thermostat shows that the AC is set to 70 but its reading 78. I deal with it for about 20 minutes and decide to call it quits. I let them know at the desk and she makes it sound like its the first they are hearing of it. I cant believe that not a single employee had walked into that gym in 24 hours. They tell me that theyll get maintenance to look at it on Wednesday. Wednesday night, I go back to the gym and its now up to 80 degrees in there. I dont even bother at this point, so I go back to the desk and ask about the issue. They tell me oh, yeah the AC repair guy was supposed to come out, but he is running late. So much for that. Then, the next morning, I had no hot water for my shower. My co-worker mentioned that he had that same issue earlier in the week. Finally, they had received a decent bit of snow a couple days before my arrival but didnt appear to do much in terms of getting their lot plowed. There was a ton of snow all over the place and it made walking outside tricky. Their solution was to put a sign on the door as you left that said Caution parking lot icy. Thanks.... There arent a ton of choices in the area so Ill likely end up back here again, but hopefully they work on their service some.
This hotel was at the far end of a street with many hotels and a little hard to find but a very nice rest stop on the way. Ample parking with pull through space for a trailer. Small but nice indoor pool and gym. They even have a meeting area. Quick to get in and out for registration and this place was very close to some quick restaurants and gas. My only issues were that the food, while good, is over priced considering the Panera around the corner, and the air intake for the hallway is next to the smoking area, meaning the hall smells of smoke when someone is smoking outside.
I’m confused how this hotel got such stunning reviews. The first room I got had hairs on the bed, an old coffee cup on the counter, and the bathroom where they shampoo and stuff was was all wet and dirty looking. I got a different room and went to take a shower and the water was luke warm. The staff wasn’t very friendly they just blamed the new housekeeping staff.
Well I just stayed at this hotel and booked a jacuzzi room! Well the entire room had no hot water and they didn’t seemed to surprised when I let them know. So I got to stay for a “discounted “ price!! Not happy to have had a night ruined! No jacuzzi or even a shower for my stay and seemed like they already knew the hot water was out!!
Im an an honors member, at least I was until this visit. I became ill an hour after arrival and asked if I coulld get a rain check or refund. I was very rudely told by Fiona at the front desk that I would be charged half my cost. So I decided to tough it out. The next morning I was told I had to pay for the continental breakfast. For nearly $200 a night youd think breakfast could be free. Im done with the Hilton Chain. We are going Marriott from now on. I have never been contacted about this review. That shows how much Hilton cares about its customers.
Very nice stay, the fitness center had nice equipment, the rooms were comfortable. Hotels are offering a complimentary breakfast, this place did not however you had two paid breakfast options, a cold breakfast with cereal, danishes and fruit, or the hot breakfast which offered omelettes, eggs, pancakes. Both meals included coffee and juice.
Exceptionally clean and well maintained hotel. Very friendly staff. Located right off I-71 and surrounded by just about everything. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping.I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. The price was very good as well. I booked online in less than 2 minutes while at a red light for a great reservation price.I will add, they have one of the most comfortable beds Ive slept in while on the road.
Loved and enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Even tho this is a smoke-free stay there is an outside smoking are that consists of a heated gazebo with benches, pillows and a big ashtray. It also had other tables with shade umbrellas and chairs. The beds are super comfy and the hotel staff are kind, caring and very helpful. A breakfast bar is available for $5.99, however you can get a made-to-order breakfast for $9.99. A shopping mall and loads of eateries including fast food are within walking distance. Thank you Hilton for your WONDERFUL hospitality.
Had a great stay! other then all day kids were swimming without parents and not once was anything said to them.but once my girl and I go to the room to grab a few things and my kids come up to the room saying a rude staff member akasecuritywas yelling at them tell them they cant be there with out an adult and to get out of the pool. Like I said all day kids were coming in without parents but once we leave ours get embarrassed and have to get out we were gone for 5 min if that. Even tho there were other adults there but my kids were not theres like all the others were not mine. So If your going to enforce rules like that it should apply to everyone not selected I was super heated that I talked to the security officer about the issue. Now as for the rooms the pillows were awesome the beds dont compare to the other Hilton hotels I have stayed at so they definitely need updated but all in all good stay.
I have never stayed at a Hilton Hotel and I never will again. The door would not lock and they had no maintenance to fix it. Who has no maintenance on call on a holiday? I couldnt move rooms because the type I had reserved, with a hot tub, was no longer available. Also, tried to file a complaint with corporate and they hung up on me. Worst customer service ever.
This place was top of the line. The rooms were excellent , the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean and so was the linen... I slept so good that I felt like I was in my own bed and also they gave me vouchers for breakfast each night I was there and the breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly and the housekeepers did a marvelous job
Very clean hotel. Picked this place for the wonderful pool/hot tub combo and the bug free rooms. The front desk however told me I had no reservations. When I pointed out that they had billed my card and my friend had already checked in they found me!It was a good stay.
Room was nice, comfortable and clean (also huge - actually kind of seemed like a waste of space). Staff was friendly. Only downside didnt realize it wasnt complimentary breakfast. With so many others in the area offering it would not have stayed here if would have known that. Overall got stay though
Hotel was very nice! Traffic on Stringtown is a nightmare though, so give yourself lots of time to get places. Pool and hot tub were about as good as it gets in Ohio, had neat indoor lighting too. Great breakfast, but it is $10/person....however, everything was made just for you. Will be staying here again in the future.
Great place to stay. It can be a bit a pricy at times, but for the most part its reasonable for what you get. Rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and approachable. I travel to Columbus a lot for work and I always try to stay at this location. This area has a ton of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and its right off of I-71 and I-270. Access to these highways are great for getting around the Columbus area. Highly recommended.
As soon as you walk into the Hilton, there is a nice area that feels inviting. off to the left there is a door to an oasis of trees and different seating areas a gazbo and a small swimming pool area. going inside the rooms are pleasant and the hotel smells good, although its a bit dark in the hallways and the elevator rattles and is scary.
My worst hotel experience. Came back from a wedding at 9:30pm last night, our neighbors kids were running around and yelling in the hallways. At 10:30 I tried 4 separate times to call down to guest services and nobody answered. Management was nowhere to be found when my fiancé first went to talk to them. So when he came upstairs he stated “some people are trying to sleep!” And of course the parents-instead of disciplining their kids-complained to management about him. Later he went outside to smoke and was confronted by management, asking if we wanted a refund or to change rooms. Why should we have to move when it was the other patrons who were the ones being disruptive? We stayed in our room, the neighbors woke us up at 5 am yelling again, so we left.
2 stars due to staff is so nice. Internet is very bad. I have to re-verify 2-3 times a day even though every time I verify/log in it says connection is good for 24 hours. Work out room only has 1 elliptical machine and 2 tread mills with dumb bells for weights. No included breakfast, is $10 per person
Grove City is a southern suburb of Columbus with a lot of restaurant choices in the immediate area. Hilton Garden was its usual immaculate self. Check in was a bit flat compared to the usual greeting, but the waitress from the bar/restaurant filled in for the usual person when I arrived. Just made me decide to eat elsewhere. No biggie. I was pleased with my overall experience.
Its a $179 per night. I wish i could give 0 stars Breakfast IS NOT INCLUDED!!! The pool has mold on the ceiling and lettuce, hair and other things floating in it. My card stop working at one point. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!! I will NEVER stay at another Hilton again. This place should be burned and everyone should be fired!
There was no hot water in the whole hotel due to an issue with construction on the 3rd level. They knew this when we checked in Friday night but said nothing. I checked out Saturday morning but my co-worker stayed and the problem has still not been fixed as of Monday morning. I am so glad I switched to the Holiday Inn down the street.
Right in a populated area plenty to eat out on. Rooms were spotless and a older security guard walks the peremiter almost all day and night. Has a coffee pot for those interested in making there own in a kerige or free coffee downstairs in the lobby. Very nice for a business related trip and not terribly pricey.
The experience was woderful, they even provided my husband with a goodie bag for his birthday. However, terrible experience when trying to check out. I was asked if I lived at an address that was not our. I wanted to collect or rewards for our stay for when we go on vacation. No one could find our number, I was provided a phone number to call by the supervisor Stephanie. She informed me to call it and call her back to accumulate our points... The phone number given was incorrect and was for a Mike Popper. Called Stephanie back and informed her, she then transferred me. Of course the caller I couldnt understand, he spelled my 1st and last name wrong twice and couldnt find me. Finally I gave up and we will discontinue our stay and lodge with another chain, wayyyyyyy too much of a trouble!!!!!
I have stayed here almost 3 weeks while my house is being renovated Terrific staff great house keeping Night club within walking distance close to shopping centers movies great restaurant Can get a little rowdy on the weekends not out a hand just good clean fun nice people Local Police patrol parking lot diligently good safe place to be Safety deposit boxes with the front desk no safe in rooms
When we got to the hotel we got a nice greeting it looks fantastic atmosphere was pleasant got our to room my sister pulled the covers back-and found that her bed wasnt change the sheets were dirty when I say dirty you know that someone has slept on the bed, dirt it was Gray in a pinkish stain on the sheets like someone is spilt some juice or something for that that made the beginning of this trip unpleasant they try to conversate by taking $40 off the bill and given breakfast but honestly when I get home I learned that to Hilton garden Inn motto if your unpleasant with this stay your Room is free we didnt get a free room and I still paid $186 bomber 1 night .I want my free Room 😬I think is a crying shame when you have to pay over $200 for a Room at a whole tale to go to the whole tale to find that is dirty that asus and freaking believable to me this is the 2nd Hilton I have stayed in this year that there was something wrong with the Room we dont go looking for the Room to be dirty we look forward to be clean when I walked into this hotel I was on cloud 9 but the bomb busted boom .......... The 1st Hilton hotel was the doubletree downtown Columbus Ill never stay there again in life that they were nasty they didnt clean the Room they didnt watch the tables I didnt watch the toilet to face bowl nor the tub they half empty the trash no 1K we stay for 4 days-and had to stay in a dirty Room because there were no other hotels available or we would a left never gain for the doubletree downtown Columbus
It was clean and comfortable. Third party made reservations for us and left card number that according to night check on staff with a patronizing permanent grin on her face, was only to hold the room. Made use of debit card after discussion of room was paid for in advance but then decided best to use American Express. Again Ms. PERMA GRIN says well we can do that but the total wont be returned to the debit card for 3-5 days ... thats just the policy. Breakdown in communication on our end, our fault. Patronizing, intimidating night staff, I say intimidating secondary to the night time parking lot police... no disrespect meant, may have been security or may have been off duty police with side hustle trying to feed his family (did 26 years of that myself) so all respect for this young man he was just there quietly and then just as quietly walked away. But none the less there. Additionally we had available AARP AND AAA premium memberships that should have provided discount on rates but Ms. PERMA GRIM says no the reservation was made by a third party and NO, THROUGH HER CONDESENDING SMILE, we cant use any discounts. All this was after an 11 hour drive through traffic often 10 mph secondary to major traffic accidents, and thunderstorms with greater than heavy rainfall from the observation point of a veteran trained observer and licensed aircraft pilot, we walk into basically how dare you bring your country white boy back side to our wonderful midwestern city, even if your trip was focused on coming to assist a current member of US military with this person moving about the world in service to our country. Currently South Korea, to help move belongings and other very important parts of life and trust me our thoughts are about the wonderful midwestern city has its reputation ruined by CONDESENDING, LOUD MOUTHED, BRASIN, RECTAL SPCHINTERS. SO, HERES TO YOU HILTON. THANKS FOR A NIGHT FILLED UPPER CRUST. BULL CHIPS! Have a wonderful day, ... yall .. imagine your very best effort at the country drawl, with my Ph.D. and all ....

2022-06-19We checked in late on Saturday at about 11:00 pm. The parking lot was well lit, the lobby was clean and looked very nice, and the check in lady was polite, friendly, and professional. When we walked into our room, you could smell how clean it was. All furniture and items in the room were in pristine condition. We enjoyed a shower before bed. The shower has enough room for 2 people and the shower drain is a long metal cover that makes beautiful music when the water hits it. Definitely a feature we want to keep in mind for our next bathroom upgrade. We opted to add on breakfast, and we sure were glad we did. Eggs, bacon, home style oatmeal, muffins, and more were available. Our favorites were the muffin and bacon. Highly recommend. We ended up needing a little longer in the morning to gather ourselves together, and were able to request an extension until noon. The front desk lady that helped us Saturday morning was also professional, friendly, and kind.We would gladly stay here again if were in the area again.

2022-06-15The lobby was very clean. We were offered complimentary water at check in and our room was clean and ready on time. The temperature in our room was easy to adjust and our bed was very comfortable. I was able to easily access the complimentary wifi to work during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

2022-05-23Easy check in once we arrived in person. Telephone communication prior to our arrival was super frustrating. Long hold times and transferred many times. The hotel was clean and they put up with a lot from our 14U baseball team. It was also so great that we were able to check in early.

2022-03-31My stay was a short business, overnight one.I experienced something I never experienced anywhere else, although I travel practically around the globe.I was in the hotel as mentioned for a short stay, had a short, 3 hour sleep in the afternoon and was unfortunately waken up by children running around the corridors, making noise and knocking on doors!Ok, this is their parents fault, but some extra care could have been taken by the otherwise excellent hotel staff.Since it was very cold outside (around 25F, -4C) I ordered inside and was having my dinner before I was able to go to bed once again, since my pickup was scheduled at 2.00am, when I notice a mouse, coming inside my room below the huge door gap, running around and finally disappearing inside a cupboard! That was it!I was totally upset, and after having to move to another room, on another floor, which the staff very promptly and efficiently had suggested, my sleep was disrupted, to the point that I wasn’t able to rest at all, just before my 16hr flight.Honestly, this has never happened to me before, I consider myself lucky I was awake at the moment the mouse entered my room otherwise this could have ended even more badly. The hotel in general “seemed” clean enough, but if one paid close attention, it really was not and this is maybe one of the reasons that mice were running around, one other could be no disinfection, can’t tell. This, for a Hilton partner hotel is bad image, poor management, but I have to excel on the staff’s response and help to the matter.

2022-05-02Beds are ok. Had to ask for a bathtub (only in rooms with 2 beds) . $10 for breakfast! (Just regular cheap foods like you normally get free)First night kids running around unsupervised yelling til 10pm. Couldnt use workout area because kids playing in it. Theres no restaurant and bar like advertised.Cant do laundry because it only accepts 1s and 5s and I have a 20, no cash at front desk.Ive had better stays at 2 stat hotels! Not worth the price!

2022-02-021/516 minutes ago on GoogleMisleading from the top to the bottom. Booked a suite for 3 nights, instead was given a regular room with a king bed. No breakfast as advertised, pool under construction, no room service because the kitchen is under construction, however their website mentions none of this. Fire alarm blaring at 8am on the 1st floor and smoke billowing through the hallway, yet no member of management around to address the situation. Bring these concerns politely up to the hostess, whom informs us we need to get in contact with the booking agent. Booking agent talks to general manager who essentially says kick rocks, they were told all of this when they checked in(we were not told this whatsoever). We call the hotel and talk to mgmt again, who proceeds to tell us that they can’t talk to us because we didn’t book the room in the first place. So we get the mgrs name and inform her that we will have the booking agent reach out immediately. Booking agent calls hotel within a couple of minutes and all of a sudden the manager is in a meeting and unavailable. Stay away from this particular Hilton unless you prefer to deal with misleading con-artists, who have no clue how to deliver an exceptional customer service. Quick to take your money, ever quicker to bend you over and show you the door!!!

2022-05-13I was super disappointed as I have stayed at many Hiltons and they are always above and beyond. This was the worst experience I have ever had. There were bug carcasses all over the room. The room wreaked of bleach for hoyrs to the point I had to leave my door open to the hall. For all the bleach the room was not even cleaned. I spoke with the front desk clerk mutiple times who offered me cleaning utensils to resolve the issue like what?!!!! Then a broken vacuum for the bug issue. It gets worse I then witnessed mice running around all over the property and thwn thw toulet dis not flush so I waited for 30 minutes for the one plunger that was handed to me in a bag with feces. They did however go out of there way to get me some matches so thanks so much! I literally git one hoyr of aleep because my skin was crawling. No offer of a different room just here please go clean it to stay one night. I never want to go here again and will not. I have photos of all of this. They treated me like I was some thug way to judge a book by a cover when I am a professional making 6 figures a year on a corporate trip.

2022-05-23Pretty standard mid-range hotel. Nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about. Not super ideal if youre planning on spending time in downtown Columbus. Its a short drive, but kind of a pain

2021-12-12Positive: This hotel was VERY CLEAN, and even the General Manager was working the front desk! Very friendly staff. Room on 2nd floor was very quiet. would definitely stay there again! Negative: There was no bathroom fan however the mirror didnt fog up when taking a shower. Also due to the pandemic, they didnt have a real breakfast..just one of those grab and go things. We went to a real restaurant nearby..which were plentiful.

2022-01-031st room was bad - smelly, hence had to change. NO hot breakfast and a poor to go breakfast is the main reason behind the rating. This has been a constant issue across all Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in last one year. I am thinking of switching to Days INNRamada Inn, Comfort Inn or similar hotels which seems to have better breakfast. The common excuse COVID, construction etc. is becoming too frequent. Why its not impacting other hotels/Inns - that are in fact cheaper??
