I stayed recently and services were good but the room itself looks as if a murder scene happened on the carpet and updates definitely need to be made. I just felt uncomfortable in the room and couldnt wait to check out!
I left 1 star because I had to leave a star, most of the Staff was friendly, and the rooms appeared to be clean, however my daughters boyfriend went to look for something he thought rolled under the bed and found a little kids camera and some trash plus there was a used bar of soap in the shower when we got there when we went to the desk to say something the one lady was very nice but the other lady not so much she got rude with my husband and rolled her eyes at him. Absolutely not never again
Excellent place to stay right off the interstate. Excellent service. Excellent room. The king suite has two rooms, two bathrooms and a Jacuzzi tub. Thats hard to come by around there.

This specific hotel is pleasantly decorated with a fire place in lobby, spotless, great food and bar. Cleanliness is a priority and everyone is as pleasant as you could hope for.
Great staff, clean rooms, located within easy driving distance from all the local attractions.Restaurant on site with limited menu, that serves one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever eaten.Check the weather before you come; local crews dont start plowing the roads until the snow stops. Plan accordingly.
Staff nice and polite. Breakfast was great. However, bed was not comfortable, room was dusty especially the top of the headboard and inside the Keurig k-cup holder. Tile floors were dirty. Room didnt have a blanket or pillows for the pull out sofa and we had to go down at 1:00 am to get them after coming in from our activities. That would be ok, if we needed extra towels, but the bedding should have been in the room. Could not seeany evidence that the room had been cleaned per Covid safety/cleanliness. Door was not sealed. This review is for the room we stayed in. The first room offered had black stuff that looked like mold all around the shower floor/base of wall.
I was checking into this hotel simply because I had an incredibly early flight out the next morning. From the greeting and check in through the shuttle driver the next morning, every employee was friendly and helpfulI have never stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn before but I will look forward to staying there again in the future.
Perfect for a nights stay. It was very quiet even though it is close to an airport. Quite a few breakfast choices at the restaurant. Saw the staff were very friendly. Will stay again.
The hotel was beautiful! The pool and hot tub stayed open, and we had them to ourselves everyday. Loved the fireplace. Staff helped us hook our game system up to play on the TV above it.
We had our wedding at Gervasi Vineyard, Nov 20, 2021. We were able to book at the Hilton with a complimentary shuttle service for our guest. Sarah Jackson is a sweetheart! She’s so responsive, answered any and every question we had. We stayed there along with our wedding party over the weekend, had our rehearsal dinner there as well. The food was exceptional! The mash potatoes and chicken were so good. We were able to get our wedding night free from our hotel block. They even put champagne and a meal in our room for when we got back. I would stay here again!
We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was super clean and well appointed. My kids loved the pool being indoors. All of the staff members we encountered were lovely. Extremely helpful and nice

Positive: hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff are so helpful in every way. I actually like that the cleaning staff dont come visit every morning; that lets me stay in my room without disturbances. I havent left yet; I extended my stay. Negative: I sleep much better on a soft mattress; this mattress is too firm for me. The carpet in the hall on 2nd floor is buckled in a few places; I tripped on it once (no problem; I did not fall). Other guests are very noisy in the hall. Not much you can do

Wonderful, clean, safe family trip we had! The pool was clean and perfect temperature! The hot tub was hot!!! It was very clean!! The beds were very comfy! Staff was very nice and it was just all around a good stay! We will be back!!!

This place is awesome. It is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious. I love that they have a little bar area and a nice patio. The workout room and pool is definitely a plus. Very, very clean is what I liked the most. The Staff were great and the all you can eat breakfast buffet was out of sight.

We were stalked by another customer, who wanted to make sure not only were my husband and I masked but our 10 month old as well... she literally hid behind corners 😳. I spoke with management but nothing was done bc she just kept popping up. We would have stayed another night but I didnt want my family stalked anymore than what had already happened. Outside of that it was beautiful, a little high priced for what was available but non the less it was a quiet evening. (As long as we stayed in our suite)
Our reservation at the hotel was goofed up by a third party. The front desk associate, Crystal, cheerfully resolved the erroneous booking which made our evening so much easier.
Service was poor staff were nasty would lie about times of closing on their convenience. Normal schedule one person said the shuttle bus closes at 1 AM somebody else at 12 I asked if the shuttle bus was open they said no 15 minutes later the shuttle bus took off. With somebody out of the hotel so he lied straight to my face. a premium suite only had one shower out of two bathrooms only one king size bed and recliners and couches were not comfortable to sleep on. shuttle bus was cool but different staff had different time zones of when they closed. could only go on a 4 mile radius very poor service and I’m very upset about my stay I will not be coming back. Breakfast should be included into the hotel cost to get a biscuit or a sad bowl of cereal was 10.99. you would go up and ask for food if they would say sit down I will be there shortly after you want to check out they would say the same exact thing because They don’t remember you. service was nasty the breakfast was nasty excuse for breakfast.
After a long day of traveling I arrived at the hotel— only to find the parking lot hadn’t been plowed since their last snow. Last snow THURSDAY today is MONDAY. I had to park in a SNOWBANK and trudge my luggage through the snow— I am Unamused !!! My shoes are wet and my feet are cold. WTH!!!!!!!!
Would give a negative if I could. Made reservations through a third party. Called Wednesday night to inform them that I would be arriving around 4pm and my other half of my party would be a hour later. She said that was fine, wouldnt be any problem. When I arrive they dont have my reservations even with after receiving emails about checking in and my other half of my party had cancel. Again which is not true. So a $400 stayed end up costing us over $800.
This is a very nice hotel. It is well appointed and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has a nice restaurant with a great breakfast. It is conveniently located off Route 77 for those arriving by car, and directly across from the Akron-Canton airport for those arriving by air. The hotel provides a free shuttle to/from the airport.
Really nicely done! Upscale 3 star with great friendly staff and a nice amenity package. Lots of thoughtful touches that make a stay a bit more enjoyable. Shower is hit with excellent water pressure! Towels are clean and soft not sandpaper from lots of washing and bleaching. Beds are soft but not too soft. Food is usual fair not extraordinary but the setting is nicer than most. Fireplace in lobby with open floor plan is a nice touch of elegance for a this level of hotel. We will stay again.

Hilton has many brands and though the more different ones I visit, Hilton Garden Inns are my favorite. This one did the brand proud. Staff friendly and courteous. Notables the clerk/manager during checkin and Phoebe at breakfast. Hotel was extremely clean and relaxing
Everything was pretty good until I got home and received the statement in email. You charged me for incidentals when we never used any incidentals. We called and you said we always charge for incidentals then remove the charge if you didnt use any. WHAT? What kind of policy is this? And if we hadnt called Im not convinced you would have removed the charge. I wonder how much money you make every year on incidentals...hmmm. This is a HORRIBLE practice that you need to change.

I’m shocked and surprised to have to open this type of review. I just had two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton and I was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.After traveling 6.5 hours and ready to fall into a nice comfortable clean bed seeing the familiar moniker of the trusted Hilton name was a welcome sight. I’d notified the facility what time I would be arriving, checked-in and activated my digital key- I was ready to rest. Because I’ve done so much recent traveling, as my 84 yr old mother and I entered the room, I knew better than to just flop in the bed.I told my mom to hold on and I went to the farthest bed first because movement on the white pillow drew my attention. Yup… BUGS! Small brown and black very sick moving bugs. I took pictures and video and my 84 yr mother and I went back down to the front desk with the pillow to show the staff. There were a bit shocked but more so couldn’t stop telling me how busy their post few days had been. There was trash in the hallway and in my room DVD they explained that by going back to how busy they were but the manager and the other staff also walked right past the trash in the hallway.But what does that have to do with the bugs that would have undoubtedly been in my hair and on my body? Nothing.They apologized and we were given a second room whichI was told was RIGHT NEXT DOOR and was given new keys. I took my 84 yr old mother up to that room and the keys didn’t work! Luckily, two staff ppl were coming out of my “fist room”, right next door, and I asked for help because the keys didn’t work. They contacted the front desk and ascertained that I was given the wrong room number. So, I took my 84 yr old mom all the way down the hallway to the correct room. I checked the beds and it appeared to be acceptable.At 11:34, I went to the bathroom and saw the SAME BUGS ON the bathroom floor and YES I took pictures and video. I was not going to wake my mom up at that hour to drag her to the front desk to be switched again.In the morning, while brushing my teeth more bugs but the window and I was completely and officially DONE. Packed up my 84yr old mama and down to the front desk we went.This is not what you expect from a Hilton Property at all. I expected them to be a step up and a cut above and they were not. I am a rewards member and that means absolutely nothing.Through it all, the front desk staff was nice and helpful. The facility was ok but the parking lot was littered with trash when we arrived. I don’t know if the water used for washing needs to be hotter or if they need to spray/ fumigate rooms between guests but BUGS at a HILTON PROPERTY is NOT ever what you expect nor want to pay for. This was not a good stay.
Great place to get some sleeps!! Located just far enough from highways and the airport that there is literally no noise pollution.The restaurant was really busy, but the food was good and reasonably fast considering.

Top notch. The towel rack in the shower is a little different. No premium TV channels. There is a free continental part of the breakfast where you serve yourself l think.
It was so convenient,next to the airport.We were going to leave our truck at the airport,but this hotel allowed us to keep our truck at the airport for a small fee,and they have a transport van to take us to the airport.Thank you Hilton Garden Inn at Akron-Canton.Don and Pam Diosi.
We stayed in a very nice room with a king bed and no-extra-cost snacks and drinks. The entire staff, especially housekeeping, was very polite and helpful. Will be staying there again.

Pretty nice hotel. Beautiful clean room aside from the sheer curtains. Small pool, jacuzzi didnt work very well. But breakfast was awesome, the main chef was great. We were there for a wedding and had a wedding brunch there and it was delicious. The blueberry pancakes were 🔥! Also enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the fire pit was great. If im ever in the area again I will totally stay here!
Outstanding place to stay! the room was really clean. I loved the pool and the spa with water at 104F! There is a restaurant in the lobby that at first I didnt give much credit, but not only the food in delicious, they also provide local crafted beers on tap! The breakfast isnt included, however, adults pay $10 for all they can eat from buffet or a la cart.
My partner and I love staying here. Its great for our little weekend getaways. Staff is wonderful and rooms are always A1. Pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious and their coffee is my favorite. Highly recommend!
Staff is great at the desk and in the restaurant. They were very friendly and sociable. My room was perfectly clean and fully stocked. Nothing was missed and everyone was very professional. I look forward to staying here again. The freeway noise is loud but tolerable
The jacuzzi room was fantastic my wife and i loved it and everything about the hotel except the food. It was one of the worst burgers Ive ever had. But other than that our stay was great! :)

Excellent hotel! The staff are ridiculously helpful and efficient and friendly, the rooms are very nice and very new, no stains or odors, the restaurant offers very good food, and the business center is extremely well-equipped with whatever office supplies may be needed. Couldnt be happier with our stay!

Beds are hard & I didnt get a good nights rest. Very clean & very nice hotel though. The bathroom doesnt have an exhaust fan either & I disliked that.

Ive been coming here stay after stay for about a year now. The hospitality here never fails to make me feel at home. Big shout out to Breanna at the front desk. She recognizes me and always gives me a warm welcome and I honestly couldnt appreciate her more shes deserves so much for her work here is priceless. Everyone here is so great and without hesitation, the reason I book the Hilton CAK everytime Im in the area. 5/5 stars and about 20 stays later this past year and im still amazed by the consistency in excellence in service. If you havent booked here yet, you dont know what your missing, and I 100% genuinely mean all of this from the heart. I know I always have a home away from home here.
This was a great place to gather as a family. The pool is nice for kids and there are outdoor and indoor spaces to gather. It is easy to find and near events and venues.
The room and hotel itself was very clean and appealing. The staff was nice however didnt go out of their way to be overly friendly and welcoming. They seemed to be confused and wishy washy at times. We had asked for wash clothes and were told we had to come down and get them. They ended up bringing them to the room but didnt bring wash clothes just big bath towels. The breakfast situation is weird. You should get vouchers for each person in the room not just two for the room. Overall the stay was just ok.
It is extremely rare for me to give a 4 stars or higher to a hotel — I am sufficiently critical of hotel rooms, but this Hilton Garden deserves the higher rating for several reasons. Great WiFi, clean and comfortable room, clean and comfortable bed and pillows, the HV/AC unit works very good as it turns on and off according to the room temp (it doesn’t just constantly run like some others!), hot shower, and a great staff!If I have any criticism, I had one bath towel with black hair all over it, and that is a HUGE pet peeve of mine — that should have been caught because I didn’t even have to unfold the towel to see it. Oh, and the bathroom lighting needs two options: bright and less bright instead of only a less bright options. Low lighting made it tough to see to shave and manage my contacts — I’m getting older and need more lighting, that is true, but I think anyone would have preferred better lighting.That’s it! That’s my two cents! Hope it helps you and the hotel management as well. Blessings all!
This hotel has a great location, just minutes from the airport! Friendly staff picked us up at the airport and shuttle bus to the hotel was clean and prompt! Free WiFi was nice and the breakfast ($10) was good, try the fresh made omelettes! Our side of the hotel was pretty noisy in the night though because of the highway nearby, but they included earplugs so thats nice. Id stay again and ask for a room on the non-highway side!
This hotel and services was absolutely excellent and worth to have a five star rate. I love the food. Bedroom was big and well arranged with a super comfy bed. That was a great stay in this place.
Everything was great except I booked a room with 2 queens and got a king with a sleeper sofa. They didnt have any other rooms available when I got there. The breakfast was very good. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Will stay here again. I just hope they give me the right room next time!
Had a great time with my family over the weekend at this Hotel. The facility was very easy to see and navigate to from the highway. The team was very organized and friendly. Special thanks to the kitchen and bar teams for providing an extra special touch and making us feel at home.
Rooms were clean and well stcoked. There was nothing extraordinary about my stay here, but I have no complaints either. All of the basic amenities were provided. The bed had adjustable firmness which was nice. Plenty of lamps and outlets. They could have provided more than 2/cups of coffee, but otherwise it was a decent trip

Decent size room and beds but poor customer service at first.... Didnt like curtains because they dont provide enough privacy - sheers were the larger pieces in the middle and the heavy curtains only covered the sides - you could not pull them center. First day, our room was not cleaned and restocked with towels, etc. Also, we had issues with being double charged and then told it was not their problem take it up with the 3rd party. However, after speaking to manager Brianna, she cleared everything and apologized for the inconvenience. This was going to be a really bad review, but Brianna recovered nicely. Thanks!
Very loud. Nestled between a highway and the airport, the highway dominated the soundscape. Earplugs are on the nightstand. I arrived 3 days after a snow storm and the lot and sidewalks were partially cleared. Restaurant sells a NY Strip for $27 and delivers a sirloin. When confronted, the server said management told him they were the same thing. A woman was trapped on the elevator for 20 minutes.Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Great access to the airport. I think the problem lies with management.

This place, like every Hilton Garden Inn, was clean, neat and orderly. The staff was great, the rooms were stocked with the essentials, and if you forgot anything, they probably have it behind the counter. Beds at this chain are always comfy... The one thing I thought I would regret going here for was its proximity to the airport and interstate. Dont getme wrong, the convenience was great. But if youre in a room that backs up to the interstate, its a little on the noisy side. HOWEVER... they put a pair of soft ear plugs on the nightstands for you, which was a really nice touch. Slept like a rock.
The room was perfect! Great deal and great service. We were the for our daughters competitive baton competition and my husband is an over the road truck driver... the manager was bert welcoming to him and letting him park his big roof on-site so he could attend. I would totally recommend them to anyone and definitely stay again!
When my flight got rescheduled, Delta booked me in here (probably because is the nearest to the airport) and my expectations were not really high at the moment, since this was my first time in a Hilton. After today, my satisfaction level is big! Oh my goodness, they treat you like if you are part of their family, receptionists always humble and very nice with everyone, I requested room service and it was great, fast and neat! Overall, Im very satisfied with my stay and I would highly recommend this hotel for any scenario [vacation, rebooking issue, flight delayed, business, etc.]
I would never book here again! They had the wrong room when we arrived and I had to hussle and bustle to find another hotel, so inconvenient. I reported the error recieved a message from the supervisor of which his response was very generic and insensitive I never recieved any retribution for my supreme inconvenience! I would never recommend them. They mess up and dont take responsibility for their mistakes!
The driver of the shuttle was an amazing person. He went above and beyond to ensure the wedding party had everything we needed! He made the stay exceptional.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathrooms also clean. Nice lobby area and friendly staff, the food at the restaurant was ok, but nothing to write home about, but the bartender made the drinks strong, ao thats a plus. Shuttle service to and from nearby airport is available. Rooms were decently priced, but Ive stayed at similar quality places for less elsewhere. Overall a fairly good experience.
The tub and carpet were dirty. There was hair on the bed. The ice machines ran out of ice quickly. They wouldn’t let us into the hot tub. But, The breakfast was very good.

The air conditioner in these rooms are insanely loud and start and stop randomly at night. And eh AC cannot be shut off or controlled in any way.

The most disgusting hotel Ive stayed at in 6 years. Im a software consultant and stay at hotels all the time business and personal. One star hotels in sketchy neighborhoods are nicer. The mold in the bathroom is making us both sick.

Was in town just for the night for a wedding. Is a nice hotel and friendly staff. Was quite in the room even with a highway out the window and small airport across the street from hotel. Breakfast was good all you can eat buffet plus some made to order items. Breakfast was extra $10 for adults and $5 for kids .
Stayed here for a work weekend and we can not say anything more than amazing. very patient and kind staff all very informative and helpful. management is the best there is and alex was there every step of the way from check in to check out. kris was awesome and man just wont stay anywhere else in the area. Nice location by the MAPS Museum. Great breakfast, and nice lobby. Room had really good bed, and lots channels on the tv. Room definitely needed a better cleaning! Mirror in bathroom, handles on sinks where dirty upon arrival. Blood on door and door frame in bathroom. Hair stuck to the ceiling in bathroom.
This hotel is extremely nice! Its in a location that conveniently located near the airport. The lobby is well decorated and spacious, which works nicely for the delicious bunch that lasts until 12:00 PM. The staff was very helpful to me and shuttle service is available. The rooms are freshly updated and include Keurigs. I would it highly recommend staying here if youre visiting Canton. Also, the breakfast is EXCELLENT (made to order omelets, french toast, waffles and pancakes). Its WELL worth the small increase in room rate. WiFi is free, a small convenience store is available and theres a hot tub/ pool inside. A nice patio with a fire pit is in the back after passing the bar.
Our stay was really great. We didnt take part in many of the extra amenities (ie. pool, restaurant, bar, etc) but the experience was great overall. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Large in-room televisions. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Price is a littleore expensive that I think it should be, however. But overall, I recommend.
It was a nice stay. Good breakfast. Not used to breakfast not being included. But they have a restaurant of sorts in the hotel. They serve breakfast and dinner. The price was $10 per adult and $5 per kid. They had good food and service. There was also a box they had with little trinkets for the kids.

The location is nice since its a very very short distance from the airport, the rooms was spotless and was really nice, there service was extremely nice even when I had to call my debt card company due to payment issue and they helped me with a payment differnce on the added incase damage room cost. We had the romance package so it came with champagne and wine glasses which we saved and drank through out the night. And the pool and hot tub was really great along with the buffet breakfast Was amazing. I am definitely staying agian when I get another decent pay ^-^

I travel a lot. I mean a lot. And stay in a multitude of places. I dont generally like airport hotels but I must say these guys do a great job. It is simple and no fuss, but the food is fine, the gym pretty good, the spa was comfortable and everything works. They outdid my expectations which had been set pretty low by other airport hotels around the world but must say these guys are nailing it. Good service and the shuttle turned up on time. 👍

Great place to stay for flying out of CAK. Prompt shuttle, both on departure and return. We left our car for a week and had no problems. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. You pay a little more than some others but still very good value.
We checked in and found that the sheets were not changed. Had blood and make up on them. They moved us to another room, though.
If you get a room on the side of the highway, be prepared to be up all night because of the traffic noise. I asked for a different room on the opposite side and they were very accommodating. Very nice lobby and nice rooms.
Its got all you need! The Small Restaurant / Cafe / Bar is also used for the Breakfast bar, all are Great very nice, affordable, especially to going out. The Front desk staff is very helpful and nice as well as is the housekeeping staff. In room accommodations, small refg, microwave, and coffee , as well as bottles of water are very convenient. Above all that the set outs are nice, the Cookies, and Lemon water make it a 5 star experience to me as well as the Coffee in the lobby in am. The Free shuttle is very convenient as well as Lyft and Uber are available. Ask the Front Desk for the UBER discounts cards.. The pool, the Fitness, and Hottub are a god send after a hard day of work or play.
This was my first and last time staying here. The staff is friendly enough but I was not impressed with the rooms. I travel often and stay in a lot of hotels. This is the first time Ive ever slept on a bed that legitimately felt like sleeping on a brick. There is no comfort to it at all. On top of that the sheets were incredibly scratchy and the pillows were the kind you find at the dollar store. As soon as your head lays down on it you can feel the bed. So, its pretty much like not even having a pillow at all. Another thing I was uncomfortable with was the shower. When I got in my room. There was a sludge on the shower floor. I let it run a lot before showering. There are also weird stains on the floor and it feels weird under your feet. I should have asked for another room, that was my own fault. If youre needing to stay by the Akron Canton airport stay in the Embassy Suites instead. Its loads better and doesnt look like a building that no one takes care of anymore.
The side facing the freeway all you hear is traffic! Got moved to another room but tub leaked water. Staff wasnt very helpful friendly they just didnt care I guess.
The facility was clean, convenient, and the people were friendly. Breakfast should be complimentary based on the room rates.

I came for a professional seminar. The hotel was very clean with a nicely laid out lobby. The conference room was nice as well, bathrooms were clean. It was a pleasant experience.
Great hotel which looks brand new. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location as its a stones throw from the airport and a short drive to the hall of fame. Highly recommended if in the Canton area and/or flying in and out of the airport. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very Beatiful hotel, the convenient store located in the hotel was too expensive. For a $1.00 popcorn and $1.00 pack of gum cost $6.00 so bring your own snacks unless you dont mind spending. In which case i do mind paying extra for snacks while taking a training class at said location.
The hotel itself was beautiful and very convenient. A 2 minute uber ride. Why uber you ask..that is why I gave it 4 stars. Many many flights were delayed the day I came in. They knew my flight got in close to 1 AM and it did. It got in at 1:05AM. I called the hotel for the shuttle to pick me up at 1:08AM and the shuttle driver left at 1 AM. So even though the hotel is less than a half mile away I had to wait 29 minutes for an uber to come to the airport. I had an 8 AM flight out. So got to sleep around 2 and had to be up 6. Other than the shuttle issue it was perfect!
This location appears like any other Hilton Garden Inn. The difference is the customer service. The breakfast and evening staff go above and beyond. They are a well run machine. Some might find the noise from the airport distracting, but I look at it as a plus as it is close to the airport. If you’re looking for a convenient location with an accommodating staff, look no further.
We stayed one night to celebrate our one year anniversary. Front desk purple were very polite and helpful room was very clean and comfortable if I could have gotten the mattress out the door I would have sleep really well is rate this place a 10
Walls were too thin, the guests in 221 thought we wanted to hear every word they said so they made sure to shout every word out. Had to move rooms only to hear every flush and bath water louder than the TV. First room also smelled like old wet rags in the bathroom.
Very convenient to CAK. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but there was a note in my room saying that new mattresses and box springs were going to be installed the next day. Missed it by that much...
While the hotel was struggling to remove the snow from the parking lot, it was still a nice facility and the staff were pleasant. I had my dinner at the hotel and used the exercise room....everything seemed in order. I would recommed it if you are in that area.

We came in as a group with a childrens football league. The hotel was very clean, but the staff was not overly eager. Breakfast was not included, but looked fresh and inviting.

Good HGI. Very close to the airport -- basically on site. Also right off the highway. Generally a little less expensive than other HGIs. Buffet/cooked to order breakfast for about $14 with tip. Good beds and dont seem to hear the jets taking off at all.
The physical building is very nice, the rooms are spacious, but the noise you hear through the walls and in the hallways is ridiculous and the beds are horrible.
Great hotel close to the airport
This hotel is great, as is to be expected being that it is a Hilton brand hotel. Audras customer service went above and beyond what is expected and made my short time there all the better. It is a clean, comfortable and updated hotel; perfect for a business trip or a weekend getaway. It is also located across the street from the Akron-Canton airport.

2022-01-24The hotel was clean. The front staff was decent she was kind of short with us when we asked her questions. The breakfast was good. However, DO NOT park your car here or it will be robbed. We parked one night in the parking lot and the catalytic converter was sawed off our car! Just watch yourself and be safe.

2022-04-03The shower in the king suite is the only thing that I can say the sucked. It was a wheel chair one. The water soaked the bathroom floor in front of the toilet and the shower head while on a hose was not adjustable once placed on the wall. I was either getting fit in the face or it was over my head. Mind you I tried this standing and sitting on the build in Bench. The experience on the bench was awful. I would be very annoyed if I had to use that bench. They really should take a look at that. I think of you got a holder or head that adjusts up and down would be a tremendous improvement. The Jacuzzi was AWESOME! Service was great! Breakfast was good. The bed, pillows and the towels I must say were AMAZING!!! Very well kept clean. Over all one of the be see t in the area!

2022-06-05We stayed here for a sports tournament on 6/4/22. The facility was clean and comfortable, but the best thing about this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. The manager (Paul?) was EXTREMELY accommodating and went out of his way to take care of all our families. Would definitely stay here again.

2022-05-23The location is right off the highway & yes you can hear the traffic. During our stay here there was all kinds of kids at midnight being unruly & the fire alarm was pulled in the middle of the day. I wouldn’t recommend the room service, you’re better off ordering from Uber eats. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, I thought the beds were decent but the men on our trip slept horrible in them. The best part of my stay was the outside area by the pool, it’s south facing & gets all day sun (if you’re into that sort of thing). If you need something in a pinch then I’d recommend staying here.

2021-12-15🏨🛌🛋️ This hotel has all the amenities you would expect for an airport hotel. The swimming pool is great and the hot tub could do with a clean but everything works. The gym is well equipped and the rooms are comfortable. The service is excellent. There is a little shop which has everything you need. And the restaurant is serving some delicious food. Definitely recommend staying here as the location and the parking is abundant. 🚗😃

2022-06-17Checked in around 2pm. Left for the day and came back around 2am. Opened the door to my room and there was a man sleeping in the bed. Went to the front desk and was treated like thankfully there was a room for us. Front desk woman said “I’ve got something to accommodate both of us” as if at that point it could be made better. She proceeded to put us on the 1st floor when we requested the 4th from the beginning. Noisy. Kids everywhere.
