This place does not deserve a 1 star review. My partner and I tried to rent an apartment at this complex. I specifically asked about roaches and other bugs among other questions. I was lied to. Now, we are homeless and fighting to get our $1,125 (deposit and 1 months rent) back.Note the following Timeline of Events:1. Possession August 16th (one day late from lease agreement)2. Notification upon possession (August 16) of busted floor, unsatisfactory refrigerator (dirty, seal was broken, handle coming off, metal tape holding part of the seal on); although corrections were promised same-day, they were not3. Delivery of a replacement refrigerator the following day was unsatisfactory, as the new refrigerator was covered with filth and dead bugs4. August 17th: only commode in the suite was removed, making the suite uninhabitable5. August 18th/August 19th, less than three days since possession, a roach infestation was discovered, the landlord, made no efforts to correct this. Despite my specifically mentioning this possibility the landlord denied any such problem, blatantly lying to me about the condition of the apartment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE this building is full of drug heads drug dealers and prostitutes and is highly patroled by akron police. If u not watching ur back from the dope heads then u watchin out for roaches and bed bugs some of the tenants throw their trash anywhere inside or outside the building the building is under new ownership i can honestly say she/they seriously have there hands full. If u move here u will end up in the hospitalwith severe bed bug bites which could make u sick bout to big bottles of bug spray n still c roaches this building needs shut down it is completely infested.

I dont know how this place is allowed to exist. Cant wait to move tomorrow. disgusting. Future tenant? I hope you dont like cold water. Doesnt exist on 4th floor. So when trying to clean the bed bugs, cockroach and other bug nastiness off me, you get scolded with hot water. But according to landlord, there are no bugs.

This place is horrible. ended up in the hospital with bedbug bites all over my legs.Landlord seid I was the onlyone complaining about them.Had to throw all my clothes.......everything out. Moved out fast and still had to pay a fee. These guys are scum. Dont trust anything they say.The place is filthy.It deserves no stars

These apartments should NEVER be rented to anyone! They need to be condemned immediately! They are infested with all stages of live ROACHES!! These apartments are unsanitary, unclean, and unsafe!! NEVER RENT OR VISIT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT ANYTIME!

Never had a problems here...not a single bedbug! Neighbors are great too. Definitely recommendable place to stay.

This place is Nasty there are roaches,bed bugs and when your stuff breaks the landlord will tell you to fix it or just dont do anything when he says he Wrights it down. Slum Lord is all i can say about this man... DONT NOT MOVE HERE!

This place is a great value for my budget. Very affordable. Loved my neighbors. People look at each others safety. Management are awesome!

Landlord lied to me as well about the bug infestation. I discoverd this on move day and never moved in, let him keep the deposit and all. DONT DO IT!!

Apartment is nice and big. Maintenance comes right away. Neighbors are quiet. Highly recommend for the price .
