A neat little place to catch a glimpse of the waterfalls and rapids of downtown Cuyahoga Falls. It had been a while since I had last visited, but it seems they hab redone many stores in the area and built up the area quite nicely. Only thing that puts this at a three is that Id prefer to enjoy waterfalls and the river further away from civilization, but it is neat that they have the restaurant and hotel as a view area close by and a few events throughout the year with kayaking. Great place to catch a view of such events.
Very nice, open park with plenty of greenery right on the river. Adequate seating and nice pavilion. I last visited in August, and while there may have been construction going on, that shouldnt be a reason as to why the shrubs were so overgrown that they were covering the back side of the High Bridge sign. A little more managed landscaping would be expected for a park located downtown.
Nice little park just off front Street. Situated between Sheraton hotel & Hibachi Japan ,It offers a gazebo, a few picnic tables, bench seating throughout. Nice flowers in season. A wooden structure leading down to the river. And a bridge with a very nice view if the waterfalls. Peaceful place to just relax.3 stops for Pokemon go players.
Expectations vs reality was real here. Live in this town its kind of cute to go to but dont go an hour and a half out of your way to see this disappointing place. Its a typical tiny plane Park with a bridge that overlooks a small thin River and the view their so-called waterfalls are so far you can barely see them. Right next to them is a very busy highway you cant even hear the water. Right behind them in plain sight is a big bridge with vehicles on it so the pictures you see where there are no vehicles pretty much on top of the waterfall are because people were patient and waited and cropped properly. At least I got to get clean eatz next store. Onto my next adventure.
This used to be a big mess now its a beautiful park a must see the bridge has a entrancing view of the cascading falls of the Cuyahoga Falls River! Also lit up at night. Kyaking is allowed now always fun to watch. Farmers market starting in July really has brought life to this part of the city! A must see.
Decent size trail with a pretty good set of stairs. Mostly even aside from the stairs so perfect for running. Pretty shady so thats nice as well. Runs along side the water and theres an area that goes right up to the river so you can put your feet or let your pup grab a drink which is awsome! Usually pretty quite and peaceful which I love!

2021-08-29They did a really good job creating/recreating this park. Reading the history behind it is so fascinating. Great places to sit and just watch/listen the falls and relax. Or enjoy the view of the butterfly garden as the pollinators bounce around from plant to plant.

2022-06-29Nice shady hike from the Gorge up to Front Street in the Falls, some interesting rock formations and drop offs to the river. Ends close to HoHi Brewery for a cold one. You can walk back to the Gorge on Front Street or take the trail back.

2020-01-03This is a nice small city park with a view of the gorge and the rapids on the Cuyahoga River. There is a bridge over the gorge and a boardwalk that goes about halfway down into the gorge. At the top there are a view picnic tables and short walkways.

2021-06-21Nestled away from the road is a beautiful view of the falls on the Cuyahoga River which runs along State Route 8. This portion of the river falls is behind the Sheraton Suites hotel and is viewable perfectly by the overlook on this bridge. There are benches for relaxing and it’s close to several niche restaurants if you want to enjoy a bite to eat while viewing this majestic space!
