Think twice! Don’t move there Mice and ants. They treat over flood of water & heating issues as non emergent. Rent is exceptionally too high. The only upgrade is paint and carpet. I heard they’ve gotten a new maintenance guy that rides around, but tenants request are never addressed. Maintenance would come and not fix correctly the issues. They share other tenants business about their rent payments and/or assistance. Staff is unempathetic as if they weren’t dealing with humans like themselves.

Do yourself a favor and read the reviews. The REAL reviews not the fake ones. Or you regret living here pretty much immediately. Seems positive reviews were about previous owner/management and office lady named Ashley. Now new owner and new office staff and it is exactly like the honest reviews. I am glad others on here agree the rental office staff is very unprofessional. I know things about lots of tenants that I should not know, thanks to rental office staff. That is unacceptable. Makes me wonder what they say to others about me and my family. Very cheaply built, walls are thin. I really mean it. You will be able to hear your neighbors conversations, their daily routines, their fights, their tv and other rated R activities very clearly without even trying. My kids have always been deep sleepers but they cant stay asleep with people sitting in their cars and playing very loud music late into the night. Well dont say you were not warned.

I absolutely LOOOOOVVVEEEE Hidden Acres East. I have been living here going on 3 years, and I have enjoyed it every year. Ms. Darla, our rental office manager is the sweetest ever. Since the first day that I met her, she was has been pleasant to me and my family. She always has a smile on her face, and always willing to build a positive rapport with her residents. Whenever I have informed her about any repairs that need repairs in my home, she is always prompt to put the work order in.Regis, our maintenance guy is just as friendly. He always responds to the work order in a timely manner, and he is diligent with his work. He has done a wonderful job with several repairs in my home. The apartments are beautiful on the inside, and kept up really well. Repairs will always be guaranteed where ever you choose to live.I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, and kid friendly neighborhood to live in. All of the neighbors are friendly as well. You would absolutely love it here.

This is absolutely hands down the best place I have ever lived. Ashley is a very approachable and understanding apartment manager. She takes care of the residents. She is always doing something trying to bring our community together. She knows her residents. The property isnt a huge one but between her and maintenance they take good care of everything. Maintenance has always been on point. Submit and normally they are there within the hour. I would normally say I like my apartment but since moving into Hidden Acres East I now say I LOVE MY HOME!

Absolutely beautiful townhomes! Mrs. Wilson took me on a tour of the apartment and we loved it. The floors was my favorite while my husband was impressed with all new appliances. You can really tell that they care about the property and the people. I cant wait to move in March 1st. Yay!

I toured a two-bedroom townhome today they were really beautiful. Looks like theres been a lot of upgrades to the property. What excited me the most was the brand new appliances. As I was looking at the unit I happened to meet the property manager and she was very nice and professional.

I came home from work after a very rainy day to my surprise my bathroom ceiling had been leaking all day. I reported it immediately... The ceiling was repaired and paint also the roof shingles that caused the problem was fixed within 5 days. That made me feel appreciated as a resident. And, the maintenance guy is always so nice and friendly to everyone out here.

All I can say is WOW! The renovated 2 bedroom townhouses are so nice. I love the hardwood floors and the new refrigerator, stove and microwave. They have a cool fireplace that I know Ill be using all winter long. I cant wait.

I absolutely love this place. Ashley and Irak are the best! It feels good to stay in a complex where the management as well as maintenance care about the community and the residents. Apartments are clean and well kept up. I could not ask for a better community to be apart of.

Im a homeowner looking to downsize. I considered renting here but management and the neighborhood snitch mistreats visitors. I would never live here and will be sure to share my concerns on the BBB site as well as various social media platforms!!
